In a realm, there's a place called Fairy World, a world of fairies lived to live or train to become a Fairy Godparent. We see Timmy who stern look as he walking while Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof follow him.
As he walks down to Fairy Hall, where most of Fairy World's government workers are, he goes up to a small Fairy named Binky.
"Hi, Timmy! Guess what? I got a job as a secretary informant!" Binky for you, Binky." Timmy responds "By the way, where's Jorgen?"
"He's at his personal gym, what's-"
"I wish we're at Jorgan's personal gym in Fairy Hall!" Timmy said as his Fairies poofs him to the location, leaving Binky behind.
"Oh, alright. Guess it's just me then," Binky said as he stood at his desk, alone.
Timmy and Fairies poofed into Jorgen's personal gym, where they see the tall, muscular tanned Fairy man with white buzzcut hair, green eyes, and a big chin. He wears a green tank top, cargo pants, and black combat boots, with golden bracelets. He is Jorgen Von Strangle, the enforcer of "De Rules" of Fairy World as well as the boss. He is doing weight lifts.
"Turner, what is with the surprise visit?" Jorgen demands.
"I got a question for you, Jorgen." Timmy spoke sternly, "About a certain kid named Lincoln Loud."
"Who?" Jorgen asked.
"What he means, Jorgen is that we were wondering about a kid Timmy knew that has a terrible family," Wanda explained to him.
"Ah, of course. Well, Turner, I don't share private information on the godchild or any kid with no Fairies." Jorgen states as he crosses his arms. "That is against private policy!"

This fairy happens to be a female teen who has white skin, blond hair forms a ponytail with light blue ribbon, brown eyes, and red lips. Wearing a blue and green dress that shows her legs and thighs, dark blue shoes. Her figure is slim with wide hips.
"What the flip, Jorgen?" she shouts at him, "I was busy watching my soaps!"
"Glow, it is high time for you to be assigned to a godchild," spoke Jorgen.
"Godchild?" Glow asks with her eyes widen, "Oh no, nonononononono, the last godchild I had got me into therapy! Ain't no way I'm dealing with that again!" she spat as her face turns red with anger as she turns away.
"It is already decided, whether you like it or not, now help this godchild or-"
"Jorgen, let me handle this." Wanda told him as she flew to Glow, "Glow, listen. This kid, Lincoln Loud, he's in need of a Fairy, past due."
"I don't care, human children are the worse," Glow responded crossing her arms.

"Glow's last godkid isn't the best godkid from what I've heard," Cosmo explains to Timmy, blabbing, out "They say, he, was so bad, the Fairy Rescue Ops had to burst into rescue Glow, erase the kid's memory, and put him on the "No Fairies" list."
"I CAN HEAR YOU, INSENSITIVE IDIOT!" Glow growled with rage as her hair turns into flames at Cosmo, as she blasts Cosmo to the wall.

"I'm a fairy assigned to you, Mr. Lincoln Loud." Glow says flew close to his face, "Now to tell you one thing which is mandatory for all fairies, you can't tell anyone about me, or I go away."
"Huh-" Lincoln said felt a hit on the ground. "Ow!"
"Pay attention!" Glow replied as Lincoln nodded his head. "You see, your life with your family is really mess up from I heard...so I come here to make your ife good if you tell about me...I'll you're memorize be gone."
