Mona I

Mona was in her room facing a cyvasse set waiting for her sworn shield, Sandor Clegane to finish his turn. She remembered the day when he was assigned to be her sworn shield. At first, she was afraid of him like most people were but soon realized that he wouldn't lay a finger on her. She also found out later that he became her sworn shield because he wanted to get away from his brother, the Mountain. Of course that was all for nothing since the Mountain was found dead with his head decapitated about two years after he swore his oath to her.

Officially the murderer was never found but she and a few people had a sneaking suspicion that her mother was involved considering that Amory Lorch was found dead in the same manner as Gregor Clegane. Her best guess is that her mother sent their heads to Sunspear as a form of appeasement. She doubted that it worked since her grandfather is still alive. Of course since Gregor was dead, Clegane's Keep now belongs to Sandor but he decided to stay by her side and now the keep is being run by its steward.

She was snapped out of her thoughts when Sandor moved his dragon close to her trebuchet. That was a mistake as that left an opening for her elephant to kill his king, "And that's my win. You were right, you are bad at this game."

"Even if I wasn't complete dog shit at this game, I would still lose since your mother taught you how to play. I honestly don't know why I put up with you," Sandor complained

"I always assumed that you enjoyed my company. If not, then you'd probably be at your keep by now. By the way, have you ever thought of finding a woman? You need an heir to pass on Clegane's Keep to, never found one of the maids in King's Landing attractive enough for you to take for yourself?" Mona teased.

"For fuck's sake girl you're as annoying as your dwarf of an uncle but no, I doubt any girl would want to see my ugly mug every morning. And besides, the only reason I'm stuck here with you is because your mother won't release me from my vows," Sandor complained but in truth he did enjoy her company as she never looked at him with disgust and she can be quite witty which amused him.

"Makes sense, when I get married I won't be under the Kingsguard protection anymore so she wants someone she can trust to protect me. Which reminds me, when Jon Arryn names Harry as his heir you'll be coming to the Eyrie with me," she said.

"You seem confident that your precious Harry will be heir," Sandor said.

"Well who else is it going to be? Harry's the only one that has Arryn blood in him. Not to mention with how turbulent the state of the Vale is right now, I need someone to protect me from any potential threats and who better than someone who's done it for years now?" Mona explained to Sandor.

Sandor just shook his head in annoyance. Just then they both saw the figure of Sansa Stark at the door, "Oh, I'm not interrupting anything am I?" Sansa asked.

"Oh no, we were just playing cyvasse. Come in, Sansa," Mona invited Sansa in. When she entered, Sandor got off his seat so that Sansa could sit there, "So anything interesting happening?" Mona asked.

"Well, your mother tested me and Arya for Prince Cedric's betrothal. I don't think I did very well, some of those questions were hard," Sansa recalled back to the test.

"You too, huh? I remember when Harry went through the same thing, luckily he managed to survive," Mona then noticed the confused expression on Sansa's face, "Forgive me, I meant Harrold Hardyng. We met in court about two years ago and hit it off rather quickly. At the time, he was second in line to inherit the Eyrie but House Hardyng is only a house of a landed knight, like Sandor there," she motioned to him and he just simply waved at them.

"Usually it would end right there but with Robin Arryn's questionable health, there was still a chance that Harry would inherit the Eyrie so I decided to risk it and pursue a secret relationship with him," Mona continued, "Of course mother found out and she wasn't too pleased with the situation. I was able to vouch for him and mother put him through probably the same test you went through. Luckily, mother was pleased with his performance and would let me marry him if it would be certain that he would rule the Vale. It was a good bit of fortune that Robin wasn't actually Jon's child so it would be certain that Harry will be the heir. Still don't know what's taking him so long though," of course she left out the part where she suggested to her mother that Robin looked nothing like his parents. She didn't want Sansa to think she plotted for her aunt's death, "My condolences about your aunt, by the way."

"Thank you, princess although I didn't know her very well but I am glad that things are going your way."

"Well, since you're already here, how about a game. You do know the rules right?" Mona asked her.

"I do but I'm afraid I'm not very good," Sansa replied nervously.

"Don't worry, it's just a friendly game. Besides, I doubt you could do worse than Sandor, no offense," Sandor just waved her off, not really caring, "Come on then, let's arrange the pieces."

As they were arranging the cyvasse pieces, Sansa decided to ask, "Princess, I've heard from your mother that you didn't receive any lessons from a septa. Is that true?"

"Oh, it's true. Mother's never really liked septas and she's not really the woman to ask when it comes to being a lady so we compromised and had my great aunt, Genna Lannister teach me. Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better teacher. She's like if mother took her duty as a lady seriously but still being strong willed enough to order her pushover of a husband around," Mona described her great aunt with delight.

"Well, at least I can expect you to serve your future husband well," Sansa was relieved, knowing that the princess was nothing like her mother. Once the pieces were arranged, Mona made the first move by advancing her light cavalry.

"Now let's hope I can run the Vale as well as my mother can the Seven Kingdoms. I just hope her lessons paid off," Mona said which caused Sansa to look confused.

"You wish to rule the Vale?" Sansa asked.

"Well I don't have many other options now. I can't rule the Westerlands since grandfather hasn't named an heir yet, not to mention that I would probably have to marry my uncle so that's a no. Can't rule the Reach either since Joffrey is my cousin and my mother doesn't want cousins to marry. A bit hypocritical since her parents were cousins. Can't rule the Stormlands since Shireen is both a girl and my cousin. Dorne is a no because Princess Arianne is a girl. The Riverlands is a good option but mother wouldn't allow it because she's worried that if a war broke out, I would be in a vulnerable position. Lastly, the North would be a waste since my parents already planned on tying Cedric with either you or your sister," Mona continued her explanation, "So that leaves the Vale."

"So the only reason you want to marry him is because you wanted power?" Sansa asked, shocked at the revelation.

"Partly. Yes, I would like to find myself in a position of power but I would like to find love also and I think I can find that with Harry. Hopefully he doesn't father a bastard after this," Mona grumbled under her breath.

Sansa however, heard that and did not take the news kindly, "He has a bastard! Why would he do that!?"

"To be fair, he had his daughter before he even met me so I can forgive him for that. But if he has one after we're married, there will be hell to pay. Besides, I don't really mind bastards since I'm quite close with my bastard sister, Mya," Mona responded calmly.

Sansa was silent. She was probably too shocked to know that a lady like Mona would easily accept her lover's bastard and her bastard sister. It went against everything she believed about bastards. It was at this moment that Mona coughed to gain her attention, "It's your turn to move."

Sansa looked at the board and remembered that the game was underway. They continued playing while talking much more mundane topics like dresses and hobbies while Sansa did look a bit mortified to learn that Mona took up archery in her spare time. It didn't take long for Mona to beat Sansa and apparently, Sansa was a worse cyvasse player than Sandor. Not long after, Sansa left and thanked her for her company.

From what she's learned of Sansa, it's highly doubtful that her mother would choose her since Sansa acted exactly like the stereotypical lady that her mother could not stand. On the off chance that she is chosen, it's unlikely that she would survive all the plotting in the Red Keep. Well, not like she can do anything to help. She then turned her attention to Sandor, "So, ready for another game?"

Arya I

As she made her way to her room for a change of clothes, she contemplated on the events that happened earlier. She hoped she did well, some of those questions were really hard. Ironic that she was trying her best to secure a marriage between herself and Cedric even though she kept insisting that she would never marry. She was confident that being Cedric's wife would grant her more freedom than here and considering who his mother is, that's almost a certainty. Not to mention that Cedric's already her friend and marrying a friend is much better than some lord ten years older than her.

After changing into more comfortable clothes, she called on her direwolf to accompany her, "Nymeria, come," but as usual the direwolf refused to budge. She reckoned she's doing this on purpose. Arya though it would probably work if she added more authority to her voice, maybe Nymeria would listen, "Nymeria, I order you to come with me," the direwolf remained still however. She needed a change in strategy maybe Nymeria could be convinced, "All right then, you could stay here in our room but don't come running to me if you get bored," apparently the threat of boredom was enough as Nymeria obeyed this time.

With Nymeria by her side, she made her way towards the training yard where she saw Bran and Cedric about to start their spar. She approached Robb, Jon and Theon on the sidelines, "Who do you think is going to win?" she asked both her brothers and Theon.

"I think the prince has the upper hand, no offense to Ser Rodrik but Prince Cedric is being squired by Jaime Lannister," Jon reasoned, pointing at the Kingslayer who was also observing the spar.

"I love Bran, but I think the prince is going to win. He's probably had better training in the capitol," Robb added to the conversation.

Theon said nothing, probably agreeing with her brothers and had nothing more to add. Arya turned her attention to the spar. She saw that Cedric was taking some practice swings with the training sword, probably getting a feel of the sword. When he was satisfied, he stood at the starting position where Ser Rodrik allowed them to start.

They didn't start attacking immediately, probably sizing each other up. After a few seconds, it was Bran who attacked first but his strike was parried by Cedric who immediately followed through with a slash of his own. Fortunately for Bran, he dodged just in time. The two circled each other again before Cedric went on the offensive. His attacks were rapid and merciless but Bran managed to hold on until a feint from Cedric fooled Bran to block the wrong way, leaving him open for an attack which Cedric capitalized on by thrusting his sword towards Bran's chest.

The impact was strong enough that it knocked Bran to the ground, "That's enough! Prince Cedric is the winner," exclaimed Ser Rodrik and the spar was over.

Cedric approached the downed Bran and offered him a hand, "You all right?" he asked, a small look of concern on his face.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I'm going to feel a bit sore in the morning though," Bran laughed and accepted Cedric's hand. The two then moved away from the training yard to let other people use it.

"Well, at least the prince isn't a prick," she heard Robb say out loud.

"Of course not, he's my friend," Arya defended her hopefully future betrothed's honor. She, along with Nymeria went to where the two boys were chatting.

"Cedric! Bran! That was a good fight back there. Sorry about the loss, Bran. You'll get better once you'll be a squire down south," she consoled her brother's loss.

"I hope so. I wasn't surprised though. If the best fighter in the Seven Kingdoms is training you, of course you would be good. Wouldn't surprise me if you can beat Robb or Jon," Bran said excitedly.

"Calm down, Bran. I'm flattered that you think that I'm better than your brothers, but they're still stronger and faster than me. What about you, Arya? Have you beaten anyone in a spar yet?" Cedric asked innocently.

Arya looked at him as if he had grown a second head, "Of course I haven't. I'm not allowed to."

"Well we can't have that now, can we? Ser Rodrik," Cedric called for him, "I would like to spar with Arya next," Ser Rodrik raised his eyebrow in confusion, probably thinking it was a jest but the look on Cedric's face says otherwise.

"As you say, my prince. But please, go easy on the young lady. Don't want Lady Catelyn to throw a fit now. It'll be my head on the line for allowing this," Ser Rodrik said, hesitant to let Arya spar. Although he had no problem allowing girls to train but Catelyn Stark was adamant about it.

"No need to worry about Lady Stark. I'll just tell her that you were following my orders, you can't disobey a prince's order can you?" Cedric asked sarcastically which made Rodrik sighed, hoping he wouldn't get in trouble for this. Cedric then grabbed two swords and tossed one to Arya which she caught with her left hand. He looked a little surprised by this, probably having never faced a left-handed opponent before.

As the two got into their stances, she realized that more people were gathering around the training yard, "Alright, I want a clean fight and the winner will be the one to deal a killing blow," Ser Rodrik explained, "Begin!"

When it was time to start, Cedric remained still, wanting her to attack first like in his spar with Bran. It was obvious that Cedric was more of a defensive fighter, wanting his opponents to attack first and countering every strike. Even though she didn't want to fall into his trap, Cedric was obnoxiously patient and didn't even attempt to strike. Getting tired of waiting, she slashed her sword at Cedric which was blocked, unsurprisingly. Arya followed it up with more strikes aimed at Cedric but all of them were either blocked or dodged until her overhead slash was parried which left her open for a strike from Cedric and he did not waste the opportunity.

Like with Bran, Cedric stabbed her in the chest although unlike her brother, she managed to not fall on her arse, "That's enough, victory to Prince Cedric," Ser Rodrik declared. Once the spar was over, she noticed the crowd had been dispersed and saw that her brothers were talking to each other. About what, she didn't really know nor did she really care. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see Cedric approaching her.

"You all right? Didn't hit you too hard did I?" he asked with a hint of concern.

"Of course I'm alright, it would take a lot more than that to put me down," Arya assured him that she was okay. He gave her a pat on the shoulder and the two went back to where her brothers and Theon were.

"Not bad, Arya. Thankfully mother didn't see you out here swinging a sword at the prince or else she would have an uproar," Robb said but Cedric waved off his concerns.

"Don't worry about her, I'll just tell her that it was under my orders. I highly doubt she wants to cause a scene with the prince," Cedric defended Arya. He then turned towards her, "By the way, you said you never sparred before but your form wasn't that bad."

"I said I never sparred, I didn't say I didn't practise. I watched and copied some of the moves I saw," she replied.

"Well obviously you need actual training. Merely copying moves won't get you a win. Tell you what, I'll talk to my mother to see if she could assign you a trainer once we go to King's Landing," Cedric said surprising her brothers.

"You would do that? Are you sure she wouldn't refuse?" Arya asked, hoping it wasn't some cruel joke he was playing on her.

"I highly doubt that, if she can go to battle herself, I don't see why she would refuse you," Cedric reassured her and without warning, Arya gave her a big hug almost knocking him to the ground.

"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I promise I won't disappoint her," Arya thanked Cedric profusely while Cedric was glancing at her brothers and his uncle Jaime hoping they might help him out of this predicament. Instead, all he got in the form of assistance were snickers and small laughs so he just let Arya be for who knows how long.

Arya meanwhile, was beyond ecstatic to hear that she would be able to train with a sword. She was convinced that she made the right choice. She only hoped that she did enough to make the queen choose her.

(The next day)

Arya and Sansa was once again summoned, this time to their father's solar thankfully, not as early as their test yesterday. Unfortunately, Septa Mordane still forced her to wear a dress. Once Mordane knocked on the door, she heard her father calling for them to enter. Once inside, she saw her father sitting at his desk with her mother behind him. On her left, she saw the king, queen and Cedric.

"Girls, please take a seat," their father motioned for the two of them to the seats facing the royal family, "As you may have already guessed the queen has chosen who will marry Cedric and she chose you, Arya."

Arya was positively beaming at the news while Sansa was trying her best to keep it together, "Now before you go celebrate or whatever it is you were planning to do, there is something you need to know," the queen interrupted her train of thought, "Being queen isn't just a title, it means you are responsible for the state of the realm. You will have an active role in ruling the kingdoms and that involves making hard decisions that will affect many people. But you won't be alone, Cedric will be there to help you and I will make sure that the both of you are ready. So Arya, are you ready to bear the weight of the Seven Kingdoms on your shoulders?"

Arya was beginning to hesitate her decision on becoming queen. She looked around the room at the other occupants in the room. She looked at her sister but she looked like she wasn't paying any attention to what the queen just said. She looked at her parents and noticed the nervous looks on their faces. Lastly, she looked at the family in front of her. The king didn't look like he really cared, the queen was expecting her answer while Cedric had a determined look on his face. She knew that Cedric would have her back but she still had one question on her mind.

"If I become queen, will I be allowed to train in swordsmanship?" Arya asked and saw a small smile coming from the king, probably admiring her desire to fight.

"I don't see why not. You're allowed to have your own hobbies but remember, you are a ruler first and a fighter second. If the situation calls for you to be a ruler, then drop your sword for the time being and be a ruler," was the respond Queen Tanya gave to her.

After a while she took a deep breath and responded, "I accept, your grace."

Once she said this, the king was visibly happy congratulating Cedric for the betrothal. Sansa on the other hand, was the complete opposite as it was now harder for her to not cry at the news. Seeing this, her father decided enough was enough, "Alright. Children, why don't you return to your rooms let all of this sink in. Cat, would you stay with Sansa for while?" Her mother nodded and quickly escorted Sansa to her room with Septa Mordane accompanying them.

"Well, you heard Ned. Go on boy, escort your intended to her room," the king told Cedric which he obeyed.

"Come on, Arya. We should do what your father said," she agreed and the two left the solar together. Once outside, Cedric was the first to talk, "So…. I guess we're going to get married now. Gods, I know they were planning to marry me to either you or Sansa but now that it's really happening, it feels strange.

"I'm surprised you're not disappointed that you're not marrying Sansa," Arya said to him.

"Honestly, I hoped mother would choose you. Sansa seemed like a really boring girl. I couldn't imagine spending the rest of my life with her. You're at least fun to be around."

Arya laughed at that, happy that Cedric preferred her to the more beautiful Sansa but she needed to confirm something, "So you don't mind being with someone as ugly as me?"

Cedric looked visibly confused at this, "What are you talking about? You are in no way ugly. In fact, you look rather nice in my opinion."

Arya blushed a little at Cedric's statement and was relieved that he didn't find her repulsive, "So what now? Do we have to start kissing and hold hands wherever we go now?" she asked sarcastically.

Cedric sighed at the predicament, "Do we have to? I like how we are now. Do we have to change it? And besides, my parents have never acted like the way you describe and they seem happy enough."

"So the plan is to treat each other the way we've always been treating each other?"

"I mean, we do have a few years before we're actually married and when we do get married, we can still act like we're friends," Cedric was referring to his parents' relationship again.

Arya just sighed at the predicament. Even though she got what she wanted, she was a bit worried how Cedric will react. She didn't want to ruin their friendship but thankfully Cedric accepted the situation pretty easily. They stopped in front of Arya's room, "So, I guess I'll see you tomorrow then?"

"Yeah, see you tomorrow, Arya," right as he was about to leave, Arya suddenly planted a kiss on his cheek. Before he could even muster a respond, Arya already closed the door to her room. Arya didn't know what compelled her to kiss him but she was happy she did.

On the other side of the door, Cedric was dumbfounded at what just happened but at the same time, had a blush appearing on his face. He left for his own room chuckling slightly.

Tanya II

"Fucking hell, Tanya did you have to scare the girl like that? It's a good thing she said yes," Robert told her.

"Consider it as a second phase of the test. The first was to determine if they were capable for the role while the second was to determine if she was willing to. Forcing her to a role she doesn't want would be counterproductive," she answered, "Well that's Cedric's betrothal taken care of, now onto Mona's," she turned her attention towards Ned, "Any news from Jon Arryn?"

"None yet. The situation must be bad there if we haven't heard from him yet," he voiced his concern for Jon's safety.

"I'm not surprised. Baelish did have a good number of Houses in his pockets but it's more than likely he'll name Harrold Hardyng his heir and Mona will make her move," Tanya surmised.

"You're putting a lot of freedom on your daughter in regards to her marriage," Ned said.

"Don't underestimate her, Ned. She's got a good head on her shoulders. Not to mention she was taught by one of the smartest women in Westeros," Robert said while patting Tanya's shoulder.

"Robert's right, Lord Stark. Mona's crafty and she will get what she wants. If she wants to marry Harrold Hardyng and be the Lady of the Vale, she will marry Harrold Hardyng and be the Lady of the Vale. Although, she might have to wait for a while," Tanya described her daughter as vaguely as possible.

"Now onto other matters. I've heard from Robb that you're planning to give Theon Sea Dragon Point," Ned asked Tanya while Robert looked confused.

"Ah yes, about that," Tanya got up and took a seat in front of the desk so she would face Ned, "I have a hunch that sometime in the future that Balon Greyjoy will start another rebellion. Considering you've raised his son here for a good while, I thought that if the threat of execution wouldn't deter Theon, maybe the prospects of fortune would. So, I promised him lordship of the Point if he refrains from joining his father in his foolish ambitions to be king. Of course on the off chance that I'm mistaken and Balon behaves himself and dies naturally, Theon will be the Lord of Pyke and you can name whoever you wish as Lord of Sea Dragon Point instead. Either way, a port will be constructed and you will get a new settlement."

Ned took a minute to process this. Sea Dragon Point was a good location for a port and has trees that can be used to build ships. Of course he would be suspicious on why she would help him with this, "Your grace, you honour me with this gift but this is too much. What would you gain from this?"

"It's quite simple really, the North could do with a western port. Imagine all the possible trade routes you would have with the Westerlands and the Reach. You could prepare for winter better now that there's an easier way for the Reach to send food here. Not only would the North benefit from this but the other kingdoms as well. Also, consider this the dowry for Cedric and Arya's marriage," she explained her reasoning,

Ned took another minute to contemplate before responding, "Very well, I accept. Perhaps we should go into more detail about constructing the new port?"

Good, hopefully she's gain at least a bit of Ned's trust, "Very well, let us begin," she then turned her attention towards Robert, "You can leave if you want, Robert. I expect there'll be a lengthy discussion here."

Robert just shrugged, "Alright then, it's a good thing I have you around to do all this. Might as well see how Cedric's doing," with that, he promptly left the room.

"Does he always let you handle matters of state, your grace?" Ned asked her.

"It's always been like this. At first I hated him for it but overtime I understood him. Robert is a warrior, a soldier. He belongs on the battlefield not in the throne room but since we needed a king, lords like Jon Arryn decided it was a good idea to choose someone completely unqualified and unwilling because he has a bit of Targaryen blood in him. I feel sorry for him really, Robert was the knight who slew the dragon and found life boring afterwards," Tanya then continued, "That's why I had to ask Arya those questions. As much as I've accepted Robert for who he is, we cannot have someone like him on the Iron Throne again."

Ned looked rather surprise but soon smiled in relief, "Perhaps we should continue discussing about Sea Dragon Point. You mentioned giving it to Theon if he doesn't join his father but what if he decides to join?"

"Simple, he will be destroyed with the rest of the Ironborn and you will name someone else Lord of the Point, one of your sons perhaps," Tanya gave her solution but Ned didn't look all that happy.

"Is that your solution? You're going to commit genocide? Are the Drumms not enough? How many more families will need to be displaced? How many more Houses will need to be destroyed to satisfy you?" Ned asked, his voice growing louder with every question.

Tanya was warned by Robert that Ned Stark was too honourable for his own good but this is worse than she expected, "Satisfy? Lord Stark what makes you think I gain satisfaction from destroying noble Houses? What I did to the Drumms was brutal yes but it was necessary. The Drumms are possibly the most devout followers of the Drowned God whose religion actively encourages its followers to reave, rape and enslave anyone who don't conform to their ways. You sing about the plight of the Ironborn but what about the plights of the smallfolk who were victims of their raids? What about the plights of the thralls that were taken from their families? You ask how many Houses need to be destroyed. As many as we need to Lord Stark. We get dirty and the realm stays clean. That's the mission."

Ned just stood there, silently taking in what Tanya just said. As much as he wanted to deny it, she made some good points and he was uncertain how to reply. Before their argument could go any further, there was a knock on the door, "Pardon me, my lord but I have received a raven from the Eyrie," Tanya recognized that was the voice of Winterfell's maester.

"Come in, Luwin," the master entered the room and approached Ned and handed him the letter.

Ned read the letter before once again addressing Tanya, "It seems you were correct. Jon Arryn has named Harrold Hardyng as his heir and will adopt the name Arryn," he said before handing the letter to her.

"Mona will be pleased at least," deciding not to jeopardize the alliance with the Starks, she decided that it was best to drop the argument about the Ironborn for the moment, "Perhaps we should resume our discussion about Sea Dragon Point. Now that Maester Luwin is here, he can help advise us on the matter."

Ned took the hint and accepted. They spent a few hours talking about the construction, population movement, food source and everything else that needed to build and maintain a functioning port and hopefully with enough time and good management, would turn it into a city as prosperous as White Habor. They finished just before sundown and decided it was time to retire. Hopefully there was enough coin seized from Baelish to help fund the construction. If not, she'll have to negotiate with her father. She called for a maid to bring food to her and Robert's room since she was planning to go straight to sleep after dinner. Once she reached her room, she saw Jaime standing guard as always. After her discussion with Ned earlier today, she supposed she couldn't really blame him for what happened at the feast. She'll apologize to him tomorrow, she's too tired to do it now.

"Jaime," she greeted him with a pat on his shoulder.

"Tanya," he said nothing else and she went in the room and saw that Robert was already in there.

"So, I assume the two of you haven't killed each other yet?" he asked knowing that Ned doesn't really like Tanya.

"For the most part it was fine, until we got into a bit of an argument regarding the Ironborn. Luckily the maester brought news that Jon Arryn has named Harrold Hardyng as his heir and that promptly ended the argument," she recalled back.

Robert laughed heartily at the news, "Well it's about fucking time. I'll write to Jon about a marriage between Harrold and Mona. Might as well send her to the Vale when we leave, by the way have you told her yet?" Robert asked.

"No, I just got back from the meeting. We'll tell her in the morning. For now, I just want to eat, fuck and go to bed," at the mention of them fucking, Robert's smile grew. Of course this was nothing new, the two of them had sex almost every night. Tanya wondered how Robert doesn't have any STDs considering he used to frequently sleep with whores. Perhaps the people of this world are highly resistant to STDs considering Tyrion does more whoring than Robert and is relatively healthy although that didn't explain how her uncle Tygett died from STDs or pox as the people here call it. Oh well, she's not complaining since she quite enjoys sex and it's a good way to relieve stress.

Soon enough, the maid from before came to her room with a tray of food and promptly left. Of course she didn't specify on what food to bring so the maid brought a few rolls of bread, some meat and cheese. Enough to make a few sandwiches and she had some of the wine Robert had with him.

(Lemon begins)

Once she finished her meal, she started undressing and approached Robert at the bed who was already undressed. He may have gotten fatter since the day they got married but Robert was still good in bed with a good sized penis at around nine inches. Once she got close enough, she assaulted his mouth with hers. Their tongues fighting for control but hers was the eventual winner.

She then pushed Robert onto the bed and straddled his head so he could lick her pussy. She moaned lightly from the pleasure but then she thought that it wouldn't be fair that only she got to feel good. So she turned around and bent over to reach Robert's cock and started sucking. She was careful not to let the teeth touch the cock while Robert was still licking and fingering her pussy. As she bobbed her head on Robert's cock, she noticed that she was wet enough so she got off of Robert and laid on her back with her legs spread apart. Even though missionary is the most basic position there is, it was probably her favourite.

Robert than placed his dick on her entrance and teased it a little by rubbing it on her clit before inserting it in. Tanya started moaning as Robert slowly thrusted into Tanya. As Robert pounded into his wife, he began fondling her chest and sucking on her left nipple. Tanya's moan became louder as she allowed herself be taken by the pleasure, "Yes! Harder! Fuck me harder!" he didn't need to be told twice as thrusted harder and harder into Tanya until she came all over Robert, "AHH! Fuck yes!" Tanya's back arched and her pussy twitched slightly causing her to be more sensitive and with Robert still fucking her caused her to be in a state of euphoria.

It was at this moment that Tanya's walls tightened around Robert's dick and it didn't take long for Robert to start cumming, spilling his seed inside her. Thankfully for Tanya, pregnancy was no longer an issue for her so she let him finish inside every time they do it. The two then lay next to each other on the bed, panting after their session with cum slowly flowing out of Tanya's pussy.

(Lemon ends)

"Was I too loud?" Tanya asked knowing it would be rather awkward with her brother right outside their room.

"Probably, but I don't think that matters. The worse that'll happen is that the servants will gossip how the terrifying Thronebreaker is a pervert who enjoys fucking her husband," Robert laughed at her expense.

"I blame you for that," Tanya accused Robert, not willing to admit that she might've been a pervert in her previous lives had she had the opportunity to have sexual partners. She pushed the thought aside as a yawn escaped her lips, "I'm going to sleep. No need to wake me up tomorrow, I have nothing planned," with that, Tanya swiftly fell asleep. He laughed since he knew Tanya would wake up early tomorrow anyway. He then got closer and wrapped his hands around her. The two may not love each other, but they're satisfied with their lives together.

AN:

Well, what a way to end a chapter. Honestly writing that was pretty tough as it was not only my first lemon scene, I also had to do it in the POV of a woman which I'm not. Not to mention that I'm not entirely sure if this is how Tanya would act in a sexual situation. I know some of you were looking forward to this and some of you would probably drop this story after seeing that and I honestly don't blame you.

So we can see the changes Tanya already made during her reign with the Mountain being dead and Stannis is lord of Storm's End. We can also see a bit of Mona's character and honestly that was the hardest to write since I haven't really nailed down her character yet. I wanted to portray her as ambitious and resourceful but also a bit too kind. A bit like Margaery with a sprinkle of Tanya. Hopefully in time I can flesh out her character more. Also, to address her conversation with Ned about the Drumms. Yes, she told Jaime a different reason and the one she told Ned is partially true but I wanna showcase that she was trying to use his honor against him but I can totally imagine Tanya trying to destroy an entire religion.

Almost forgot, since a few of you have asked me who would play as Tanya, I ultimately went for Katheryn Winnick since I'm looking for an actress that's blonde, beautiful and badass, and I think Katheryn can pull that off. I'm also basing their ages off of the books and I'm adding this bit of info in case there will be questions asked and I'm too lazy to respond to most reviews.

Tanya: 35 years-old

Mona: 14 years-old

Cedric: 9 years-old

Next chapter, we'll finally be leaving Winterfell.

Well, that's enough rambling for me and I'll see you guys later.
