After defeating the Whispy Woods, Sora, Kairi, Kirby, Pikachu, and Angel have made it to Castle Lololo. Unknown to them, King Dedede's camera drones watches them head inside.
On Mount Dedede, King Dedede laughed as he watches.
"Kirby and those keyslingers came to Castle Lololo right on schedule," King Dedede said. The Bandana Waddle Dee came in the throne room.
"Your majesty, shall we send the Heartless to the castle and attack?" The Bandana Waddle Dee asked.
"Might as well. The Heartless deserves to have another shot at them," King Dedede said.
Back in Castle Lololo, Sora, Kairi, Kirby, Pikachu, and Angel explored the castle and they didn't see any signs of the Heartless or any of King Dedede's followers; for now.
"Not seeing anything out of the ordinary so far," Sora said.
"And that's what's scaring me," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"Pikachu," Pikachu said.
"You're right, Kairi. Anything out of the ordinary might come at us at any moment," Sora said. Just then, two creatures appeared before them. They both had spherical bodies that peak up at the back to form a stubby tail, deep violet eyes, and identical pairs of small rounded white mittens and shoes. One is blue and the other is red with a yellow bow.
"Welcome to Castle Lololo!" The creatures greeted.
"I'm Lololo," the blue creature introduced in a boy's voice.
"And I'm Lalala," the red creature introduced in a girl's voice.
"King Dedede has hired us to take care of you and stop you from getting close enough to him," Lololo said.
"So King Dedede isn't even here," Sora said.
"Poyo," Kirby said.
"Should have guessed it would be too easy," Sora said.
"You walked right into our trap, and now you're in big, big trouble," Lololo said.
"Not if we have anything to say about it!" Sora said, summoning his Keyblade.
"I agree!" Kairi said, summoning her Keyblade.
"Get them!" Lololo and Lalala shouted. Several Heartless appeared. The Heartless squad consisted of Shadows, Soldiers, Large Bodies, Bad Dogs, Hook Bats, Minute Bombs, Search Ghosts, Trick Ghosts, Flutterwings, and a few new Heartless.
One Heartless appears to be a knight with blue shining armor and a broad sword. The Heartless emblem is on the chest plate and the yellow eyes are visible under the helmet. These Heartless shall be known as the Blue Knights.
Another Heartless all wore golden armor and all held axes. The Heartless emblem is on the chest plate, the axe blades and helmets. These Heartless shall be known as the Axe Raiders.
Sora thought of giving him a fire spell, but then again, he thought of something else. He thought of giving him his blizzard spell and see what happens.
"Say ahh, Kirby," Sora said, pointing his Keyblade. Kirby started to inhale as he fired his blizzard spell in Kirby and he began to transform. A crown of ice crystals surrounded by a violet circlet. A blue star-shaped gem appears in the center.
"Ice Kirby!" Kirby shouted.
"Now you look cool, no pun intended!" Sora said.
"Pikachu!" Pikachu said.
"Okay, guys, let's take care of them!" Sora said.
With that said, they engaged the Heartless. Kirby blew a breath of ice, freezing some of the Shadows, but the Minute Bombs came at him, so Kairi saved him by casting her own blizzard spell, freezing them. Sora finished them off. Pikachu and Angel fired Thunderbolt and Swft at the Hook Bats while Sora slashed at a few of the Flutterwings. Kirby jumps and spins around in a flurry of ice, freezing some of them. A Large Body rams into Kirby, making him lose his ice ability. Kirby then started to inhale again, so he ends up pulling in a Blue Knight. Kirby then gains Green, conic cap with a yellow cotton ball at the point. Kirby then draws out a sword.
"Sword Kirby!" Kirby called out. Joining the couple, Kirby jumped over the Large Body that hit him and he slashed at the head, destroying it.
"Whoa, Kirby's just like Link with that sword," Sora said.
"Don't get distracted, Sora!" Kairi said, clashing her Destiny's Embrace with the Axe Raider's axe. Sora quickly took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Venusaur!" Sora called out. Venusaur came out, ready to battle. "Use Razor Leaf!" Venusaur fired Razor Leaf, hitting the Axe Raider and destroying it. Lololo and Lalala were scared of the large Pokémon before their eyes.
"Just like King Dedede said!" Lalala said.
"You're right! They have monsters stored in small balls and sics them out on us!" Lololo said.
The fight with the Heartless continues right until the last of them were dealt with. Lololo and Lalala hovered down to them.
"That wasn't bad," Lalala said.
"You might have won, but the fight's not over yet! You'll have to come in further in the castle!" Lololo said. They flew off in the castle with the couple and the Pokémon chasing after them.
"Hey!" Sora called after them.
"Pikachu!" Pikachu called after them as well.
The girls chased after Sora and Pikachu before they could go too far. It wasn't long before they lost sight of Lololo and Lalala.
"Ugh, we lost them!" Sora exclaimed.
"Pika, Pika, Pikachu," Pikachu said. Sora smiled as he knew what Pikachu meant.
"You're right. They couldn't have gotten far," Sora said.
"Maybe we can find them if we go deeper inside," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"Yeah, but we'll keep our eyes opened for any nasty surprises," Sora said.
They continued on their way through the castle and they fought some of King Dedede's forces along the way. Unknown to any of them, they were being watched by a group of knights.
One of them wears a skull mask, a Viking-style helmet, and wields an axe nearly as big as himself. This is Axe Knight
Another one is a mechanical warrior that resembles a red and blue droid. It has a round body, with four spherical appendages rotating around its lower body. In the middle of its face is a slit, where what looks to be its eye can be seen. This is Javelin Knight.
Another one dons purple armor, with golden shoulder pads and blue shoes. He carries around a flail nearly as big as himself, holding it by the chain. This is Mace Knight.
Another one wears armor that is purple in color, sports a moon crescent resembling those seen on Feudal Japanese armor, and shoes that are red. He is holding a trident. This is Trident Knight.
Their leader has a spherical body, feet and stubby arms, tall and thin eyes, and also features blushes. He also wears a silver mask and his blue or dark purple Dimensional Cape with gold trimmings, as well as a pair of patched or metallic shoes. His left pauldron bears his insignia, which is an "M" in front of an upward-pointing sword.
"So it is true. Kirby has allied himself with the holders of the key," the leader said.
"Shall we deal with them, Lord Meta Knight?" Axe Knight asked.
"No, not yet. We let them come closer. Then we spring our trap," Meta Knight said.
The Meta Knights go deeper in the castle and arrived to a room, and waited for Sora, Kairi, Kirby, Pikachu, and Angel to arrive. They weren't disappointed when they came.
"Stop!" Mace Knight said, coming out with the rest of the Meta Knights.
"You go no further," Axe Knight said.
"Who are you?" Kairi asked.
"We are the Meta Knights. Our lord has commanded us to do combat with you, holders of the keys," Javelin Knight said.
"The only way to go further is to defeat us," Trident Knight said.
"If Dedede is sending you to slow us down, then he's got another thing coming!" Sora said, summoning his Keyblade as did Kairi.
"Have at you!" Javelin Knight shouted, throwing a spear at them. Kirby inhales the javelin and transforms. Kirby gains a red headband with gold frontal crest. A spear appears in his hands.
"Spear Kirby!" Kirby shouted. Kirby lunges his spear forward at Javelin Knight who does the same thing. Kairi deals with Mace Knight while he swings his mace at her. She casts a balloon spell at him, and they pop when they make contact.
Sora was busy dealing with Axe Knight as he swung his axe at Sora, but he blocks with his Kingdom Key.
"You're quite a swordsman, despite your young age. I can see why my lord has shown interest in you," Axe Knight said.
"Thanks, I guess," Sora said. He managed to push Axe Knight back and he threw his Keyblade at Axe Knight, hitting him. The Kingdom Key returns to his hand. Pikachu fires Thunderbolt, shocking him. He then sets his attention onto Javelin Knight and shocks him with Thunderbolt. Pikachu attempts to shock Trident Knight, but his electricity ends up being absorbed by the trident. Angel ran towards Mace Knight as he got up to fight Kairi, so she headbutts him like a goat.
The Meta Knights were being overwhelmed by their fighting skills.
"You win this round, but don't let your guard down, because you haven't seen the last of the Meta Knights," Axe Knight said as he and the others all vanished.
Meta Knight watched from above and eyed them.
"Impressive," Meta Knight said. He took his leave of the castle.
They continued forward into Castle Lololo, searching for Lololo and Lalala. They came to a hall just close to them.
"I think we're almost there," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"The chase ends here," Sora said.
"Poyo," Kirby said. Sora knew Kirby would need some power, so he turned to Pikachu.
"How about you share some of your power, Pikachu?" Sora suggested.
"Pika," Pikachu nodded and hurls Electro Ball at Kirby who inhales it. Kirby began to transform. Electric blue flames that "solidify" forms on his head.
"Spark Kirby!" Kirby shouted.
"Now that's electrifying," Kairi said.
"Those two are gonna be in for quite a shock," Sora said.
"Pi," Pikachu said.
They all stepped inside and they didn't see Lololo or Lalala anywhere.
"Where are they?" Kairi asked.
"Eevee?" Angel asked.
"They should be in here," Sora said.
What they didn't know is that they were hiding the whole time and they waited for them to come. They lifted up green blocks and threw them at the group. Kairi spots one coming down.
"Look out!" Kairi shouted. She and Angel jumped out of its path.
"Kairi, Angel, you okay?" Sora asked.
"Pika?" Pikachu asked.
"Poyo!" Kirby shouted, pointing upwards. Sora saw Lololo and Lalala above them.
"There they are!" Sora said.
"So you found us!" Lololo said.
"But you're not going anywhere!" Lalala said.
"So, we decided to THROW a party in your honor!" Lololo said.
"And it's the last party you're ever gonna have!" Lalala added. She turned to Lololo and he turned to her and nodded with agreement. They each grabbed a green block. "Head's up!"
Kirby uses the power of electricity to shatter the blocks as Sora and Kairi each summoned their Keyblades. Lololo and Lalala kept throwing blocks at them, and occasionally, some Gordos.
Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, and Angel kept on dodging from left to right. Sora took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Charizard! Go!" Sora called out. Charizard came out as Sora and Kairi got on his back. Pikachu, Angel, and Kirby do the same thing as Charizard flew up to the twins. "You got nowhere to go!"
"Ooh, we'll show you!" Lalala said.
The fight starts as Lololo gave an uppercut to Kirby, but he fights back with electric attacks, so Sora swings his Keyblade at Lololo, but he ducks. He punches Sora, so Pikachu gave him an Iron Tail in the face. Lalala came at Kairi, but she blocked with her Keyblade, and then started to fight back. Angel gave Lalala an Iron Tail in the face. The fight goes on until Lololo and Lalala started to give off a purplish aura.
"Now we're angry! It's time to bring out the big guns!" Lololo and Lalala both said as they jumped backwards and pushed a button from a remote control they each took out. A giant robot came out to reveal a Two-Face style robot. On the left is Lololo, and the right is Lalala. The yellow ribbon is on Lalala's side. "Behold! Meet the our ultimate fighting machine: Lola!"
(To those who have never watched "Kirby: Right Back At Ya!" and not know where this came from, I should shed some light on where this came from. Lololo and Lalala were originally one and the same as a monster, or demon beast in the Japanese version named Lola, but Fofa in the English dub)
Sora and Kairi just gave a deadpan expression.
"Lola?" Sora and Kairi deadpanned.
"Hey, it's a representation to the both of us!" Lalala yelled.
"Don't bother explaining it. It's not gonna matter since they're gonna be out of our way very soon anyway!" Lololo said.
"You're right. Let's get this party started!" Lalala said.
Lololo and Lalala got inside the giant robot and got into a fighting stance.
"Engage Battle Mode!" Lololo and Lalala said as they engaged them. Sora rolled as Kairi cartwheels out of the robot's path. The robot shoots green blocks at them, but Sora blocks with his Keyblade and they break when Sora swings at them. The Lola robot fires a laser at Kairi, but she blocked by using her reflect spell. Kirby attacks by unleashing a bolt of electricity at the robot, making it smoke.
"You're gonna pay for that!" Lololo said, pushing a button and sends out several missiles at them, but Kirby unleashes a wave of electric sparks, destroying them. Sora and Kairi cast their spark spell, hitting the robot hard. Pikachu unleashed Thunderbolt as Angel fired Swift, hitting it. Kirby then finishes the robot off with one final attack, destroying the robot, making Lololo and Lalala go flying in the explosion.
"That takes care of them," Sora said.
"Poyo," Kirby said, returning to normal.
"Our next stop will be the nearest islands," Kairi said.
"Then let's get there," Sora said, taking out his Pokémon Box and exchanged Nidoking and Nidoqueen for Lapras and Tentacruel. Once they got out of Castle Lololo, Sora has let out Blastoise, Lapras, and Tentacruel just so they could get to the Float Islands. Kirby rides on the Jellyfish Pokémon and takes out a fishing pole. He casts and he didn't wait long until he got a bite. He reeled in what he got and it's a red and orange fish with blue fins and wore underwater goggles. This fish is known as a Blipper. Kirby inhaled the Blipper and the hook with it. Kirby then ends up with the hook stuck in his mouth. Tentacruel just rolled his eyes.
Anyway, eventually, Kirby will get that hook out of his mouth and the adventure shall continue.
