A/N: If you're wondering, Cyber Blader is an older spirit, she had a previous owner who died and her Spirit was left wandering until she joined up with Asuka.

Part of being a daughter to a member of the government was to learn poise and grace under pressure. Presenting a demure, serene smile to the world at all times when called upon, to present a sense of confidence and reassurance. That no matter the circumstance or current matters at hand all would be handled with efficiency, grace, and sophistication.

"Wow she's new! Hey there's a new dragon here!"

"Judai! Get back in class this instant!"

Then there was the sound of Judai taking off from the class next door and Aki wanted to DIE.

"Young man, this is a 'school' you should know better than to run around during class. Now please stop disrespecting your teacher and go back to your room," Ancient Fairy had arrived.

"So NOW you get to meet Judai... Can I slap him?"

"Rosy." Exasperation.

"They call you 'Rosy'?"

"Call me that and I'll snap your neck faster than your attention can be dropped."

"Black Rose!"

"Oh you're going to want to join in by the end of the day... He doesn't stop. He. DOES NOT. STOP!"

Poise, grace and pay attention to her math class...

"Ladies, please, we're not here to deal with him, we're here to deal with the other Spirits, just ignore him," Stardust fairly pleaded.

"Why 'are' all of you here anyway?" Archfiend, who had largely been as absent as his partner, voice's was a bit of a surprise to hear.

"Oh Greetings Archfiend." Ancient Fairy sounded a bit relieved at the distraction.

"Yeah, well..."

"The Spirits have been naughty, we're getting to discipline them," Black Rose purred. "What brings 'you', here though..."

"Came to ask Aki or Ruka something, since they can see us I figure I'd ask."

"I can see you! Ask me!" Judai eagerly pointed out.

"GO BACK TO CLASS JUDAI!" Hearing Black Rose and Stardust both shout was interesting.

"So... do you know which of these rooms either of them are in?"

"Thanks Rosy," and suddenly Archfiend lumbered in with Stardust in tow. Not that Aki could figure out exactly 'how' Rose was able to convey Aki's location given the silence. But she could see out of the corner of her eye as the two dragons began resettling themselves in the room so they could be on eye level with her. Instead of having to crane their necks down into a near circle just to see her. "Greetings Aki."

"She's in class, she's not going to talk to you, actually, why not wait until after class? Lunch or between class she might be able to answer you then." Stardust suggested as a mote of his light drifted down between Aki and the students to the right of her.

"Well no harm to ask her now and wait I suppose," Archfiend rumbled. His deep voice echoing through out the room drowning out just about everything. Like the noise from Black Rose laying down some ground rules from the sounds of it.

"What's a 'con-dom'?"

Out of nowhere, Archfiend dropped that question and it was with every fiber of Aki's being that kept her from crying out in alarm and pure embarrassment.

"A 'what'?" Stardust asked and Aki was going to die a mysterious death her peers would say. Out of sheer embarrassment that would never end if this conversation continued and because no one else save her could hear it.

"A 'con-dom', Jack and Carly have been discussing that and bunch of pills and stuff. Jack's being pretty stubborn about using whatever it is and I'm just curious."

'If you were still with the Movement, no one would think twice if you jumped up and screamed at them...' Aki thought passively.

\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ While in Asuka's class \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

"Come on Cyber Blader, I need to talk to you in private," Witch urged at Asuka's hip, since none of the girls' Duel Spirits were currently out. She could hear the noise going on outside the classroom, and had actually purposely waited until the Ancient Fairy arrived. Providing Witch with the distraction she needed to get to Asuka's deck. Without getting Judai calling Asuka's attention to what Witch was doing.

The guy had no filter, ability to sense a room and wasn't as stupid as he often played himself off as being. She had passed by several of his duels and his ability to communicate with his deck made him a pretty good duelist. But even if she bothered to explain the importance of not repeating what he heard? Witch couldn't help, but feel that he would use that as blackmail to try to get Aki to bring the Duel Spirits out into the world again.

"Oh, its you Witch, what do you want?" Cyber Blader asked as she began to materialize by Asuka's side. Looming over the smaller witch with her statuesque build while she rested a hand on her hip.

Witch rose up so they were on eye level before pointing up to the ceiling. "I need to talk to you... Actually I need to talk to you and any other Spirits that Asuka may have had for a long while.."

Cyber Bladers' face was already half hidden behind her face mask, but there was that small quirk at her lips to indicate some emotion. Cyber Blader tilted her head to the side as she thought about it, before turning to look down at Asuka. "Well, I'm actually pretty recent... Cyber Petite Angel, Cyber Tutu? You've been around, so you should come out as well."

Witch was a bit surprised to hear that Cyber Blader was actually a newer addition to Asuka's deck. Given that she manifested herself in the position of very cherished card/Spirit, but it wasn't Witches' place to judge. Instead she waited as the pink tennis ball manifested halo and wings faded into view and parked itself next to Blader. As well as a girl with shoulder hair length held back by a slim hair band, a body suit of white with deep red tracks down her side appeared. Her feet were laced up like a ballerina the rest of the lacing drifting up then settling down and a layered opaque tutu around her waist that hung down.

"What do you need Cyber Blader?" The young girl asked looking up at Blader, before shifting her curious gaze to Witch.

"I actually need to speak with you three, if we could go to the roof or someone private?" Witch asked when a yelp distracted them as a Spirit was sent flying through the air. "And that's why you don't back talk Black Rose Dragon..."

Asuka's Spirits looked at each other then back to Witch.

"Roof?"

"Roof."

Angel pointed to the ceiling with its feet.

As the four of them rose up through the next grades' floor and arrived on the roof they found it several Spirits loitering around. But it was still mostly vacant and that was most important to Witch as she turned to face the three curious Spirits that had accompanied her.

"So I guess you're wondering why I asked all of you to come here to talk..." She began for which the three nodded in turn. "See, Aki and I don't want to upset Asuka, and if we talked near Judai he could blurt out something that might upset her. Until we know for sure, we'd rather not get Asuka's hopes up."

The trio visually expressed their surprise as they looked between each other before the shorter girl and the Angel looked up at Cyber Blader as their 'elder sister' type.

"Thanks for being so considerate of Asuka's feelings. But she's a tough girl, I doubt there's anything you could ask that she could hear through Judai that would upset her."

"Its about Fubuki." Witch replied her tone even, subduing a bit of her mounting excitement doing this. For years she and the other Spirits in Aki's deck did nothing, but destroy on command. Now Aki was giving her these tasks that really had to make her think and ponder beyond what she was going to strike down. It was actually turning out to be rather fun! When she didn't focus on the serious side of it that involved the feelings of people.

"Cept that," Cyber Blader instantly replied at Witches' response. Her eyes were hidden, but Cyber Tutu and Cyber Petite Angels' were on display. Reflecting their own sense of apprehension and a strange type of hope.

"Did... was his body..." Tutu began fiddling with the edges of her tutu her eyes anxiously observing Witch's for confirmation.

"Well... That's.. kinda hard to say," Witch confessed. "I didn't see him, and the person who did described things that don't fit with what humans do. Which is part of the problem, Aki wants to talk to Asuka, but she doesn't want to get Asuka's hopes up if it turns out bad."

"Can't turn out any worse than finding his body, he's been gone for years with no contact to his own family." Blader pointed out, the Angel nodding in agreement its own eyes expressing sadness.

"Actually..." Witch began then shook her head, "did Fubuki have any dragons in his deck, Tutu?"

Put on the spot, Tutu dropped the edges of her tutu and straightened to attention, but there was this small bit of panic in her eyes... While she 'was' with Asuka the longest out of the three present, Angel showing up shortly after in the next pack that Asuka got in fact. She wasn't part of Asuka's original deck, her identity hadn't been fully formed at the time and she had been more a child looking to Asuka as a mother or big sister than a proper partner.

"I don't recall Fubuki ever having a dragon in his deck of any type. He was more showman, Asuka loves dueling and he probably got his deck so she had someone to duel with at home." Tutu strained to think back to those duels... "I mean we were called out a couple of times, but I never saw a dragon."

"Even on the last day he ever came home, I don't recall there being a dragon around. But I remember he put on a brave face..." Tutu confessed... She had been more fixed on Asuka than Fubuki, but... "He had this weird mask, and was dressed all in black which I don't recall him ever looking that way before. He tried to play it off, but I remember feeling a little apprehensive, like he was trying to not tell her the truth."

"Like he was saying 'good bye' without saying 'good bye'?" Witch suggested, her voice dropping a few octaves as a means to express her concern.

Tutu frowned and she began to look down as she nodded, "I... I know its not like Asuka could even see us, or Fubuki for that matter. Maybe if I had been more aware though, I could have recalled something... done something..."

Cyber Blader placed her hand on Tutu's shoulder out of solidarity and concern, causing the smaller girl to look up at her. "You weren't to blame, you said it yourself, no one could see you or any of us. We can't let that guilt hold us back," the Blader advised as Witch nodded in support as did Angel.

Witch hovered there in thought, the black clothes and weird mask, sounded like how Yusei saw Fubuki and the clothes that the Costume Spell card created.. That he was trying to 'say good bye' implied that he wasn't just going out, but going out to do something dangerous. She hadn't forgotten Yusei's analysis of the outfit, how it was tough, durable. She also knew she couldn't just ask questions without giving a reason...

"Ok, so yesterday at the event? The one at the bridge? Yusei went to watch it, and he saw a guy who fits some of Fubuki's description standing on the roof watching. Even mentioning Asuka and the stage, only, we couldn't be absolutely positive because he was wearing a mask... And... he teleported away apparently. But Yusei can't see Spirits, so..." Witch recounted and watched the expressions on the group shift in reactions.

While the eyes on Cyber Blader was hidden, the eyes on Cyber Tutu and Cyber Petite Angel were as clear as the sky above them. Wide eyed shock, disbelief, both Tutu and Angels' mouths fell open in surprise as they tried to process the idea that maybe, just maybe, Fubuki was alive. The memory of those nights when Asuka would cry herself to sleep over the absence of her brother were some of Tutu's most vivid. While the earliest memories were fuzzy due to her development, her memories of Asuka in the aftermath were sharp.

Perhaps it was because they were when Asuka was at her most emotional, that it just connected more strongly in Tutu. Standing at the side of Asuka's bed as the girl huddled down further under her blanket. The sound of sniffling and muffled sobs after a long day of putting on a brave face for the world. With Tutu and soon Angel both helpless to ease the girls' pain, forced to watch and learn about their new partner at one of, if not her most, lowest points in her life.

"He... he saw her? Oh that would make her so happy, even if its just the idea of Fubuki's spirit seeing her up on stage..." Tutu began while Angel began making urgent squeaks, throwing itself at Witch with tearful eyes.

Seemingly hugging Witch with Its wings, making her think that maybe it was begging for something? "The mask though, Aki and Yusei asked their Dragons, it sounds like the mask he was wearing when Yusei saw him reflects the Red Eyes Black Dragons... You wouldn't have seen any hanging out near Asuka have you?" Witch asked as she reached out and held Angel so the poor Spirit could stay close.

"Red Eyes? Uh the mask was black and slender, and had a long piece that went down the center I guess that could be the snout of the dragon..." Tutu began speaking quicker than before when suddenly Blader pulled her up. Forcing Tutu to stand on her toes and focus away from her memories.

"Calm down Tutu, you need to relax and focus if you're going to remember anything," Blader pointed out, her voice measured. Then she focused her attention on Witch, "I came later, like I said I'm pretty new compared to these two. Asuka had a previous deck, but over the years she's passed out those cards to younger duelists as rewards. So any Spirit that might know more are gone, as for myself. Asuka had added the necessary cards to summon me, so Honest found me and asked if I would like to partner up with Asuka. I agreed, and here I've been ever since."

'Honest? Must be a spirit in one of their decks... Doesn't sound like any human name... Then again there's 'Crow'...' Witch thought to herself.

"But that you mentioned a Red Eyes Black Dragon and that he's wearing a mask and teleporting? Sounds like he might be in the Duel Spirit World, but if that was the case wouldn't we have heard about it?" Blader noted crossing her arms and thinking about how things were before the release of the Ancient Fairy Dragon.

Angel squeaked out a series of noise and Witch finally gave a wiggle of her Wand, now that Angel was right in her arms. "Don't mind my language spell. Figured that I might need to learn this last night..."

"Count on a Witch to have a solution," Tutu giggled softly.

"Blader is right! We never heard anything about a human in the Duel Spirit world, and we Fairy types hear 'everything'! Even during the dark times when Ancient Fairy Dragon was lost to us, we never heard about a human in the world!" Angel blurted out in a flood of words, with just enough force to give the impression that it had been trying very hard to communicate with them.

"Can you teach us that spell?" Tutu asked looking at Angel but speaking to the Witch.

"Does Asuka have any spell casters in her deck that has a Spirit now?" Witch asked, her lips twisting up to the left of her face.

"Uh... Have Aki ask Asuka... Side decks count right?" Tutu offered.

"I'll see what I can do," Witch promised.

"So in short, Fubuki may very well be either in our world, your world or trapped somewhere in between." Blader spoke putting their focus back on topic.
