Plots and Schemes.

In the planning room everyone was silent , such that you can practically hear the wind blow form the windows and for a good reason for tovarisch Stalin was sitting in the room as well discussing the plans for this new world and what to do with Lescatie.
"It seems that the Lescatians have requested us for weapons and other modern equipment.", Comrade Stalin said.
"Yes, tovarisch Stalin the lescatians have indeed asked for trade of these weapons they have also asked to train their military and other things as well.", replied Marshal Zhukov the current defence minister.
"Asking for military training, this is like a dream come true for our plans Tovarisch Stalin. ", said Vyacheslav Molotov the foreign affairs minister.
"Indeed Molotov, these lescatians are very naive, it seems they haven't thought that by sending their soldiers to be trained by us we can indoctrinate these soldiers into the communist thought quickly and send them back to prepare for a future communist coup detat.", Stalin replied while taking a sip of his tea.
"So Tovarisch, what are your orders what should we do? Should we send them weapons and begin training their soldiers and generals",asked Zhukov.
"Yes we will do that but in a way that they won't ever even get a wind of it along with that have we found any data and info on these so called Mamonos, the lescatians have warned us about? "
"Yes, Tovarisch with the Lescatians help and our own research we have found out that these Mamonos are female non-human creatures who all seem to have an extremely high sex drive and have being reported to attack human men aggressively in order to mate with them and reproduce, they seem to do this both out of instinct and pleasure seeking. These Mamonos come in various shapes and sizes from serpentine variants like 'Lamias' to 'Centaurs', Plant like mamonos and literal demons and succubi as well."
"So you are saying that these creatures are basically sex-hungry humanoid beasts right?, well whatever we don't need to engage with these creatures at all for what we know they can brainwash us. "
"Actually Tovarisch, you are right about that, we have also found out that these mamonos also require 'spirit energy'for survival which is found everywhere in every living creature however it's most concentrated and pure in male semen that's why these creatures behave like that along with it these mamonos have demonic energy which is very dangerous as it can easily brainwash a person if it's a male he will be turned into an incubus a sex-hungry human they don't have any visual differences from humans only that they have a very high sex drive like mamonos. In case of females its more disturbing as these mamonos can turn females into mamonos as well by demonic energy. "
After hearing this everyone in the room visibly tensed, Gennady Chekaev the minister of science and technology stood up and said, "While these Mamonos are indeed dangerous with their demonic energy we have discovered in experiments after managing to find an object with demonic energy concentrated, it appears that it behaves like a gas in that it cannot pass through certain filters and materials meaning that we can design special Anti-Demonic Energy Gas masks, Anti-Demonic Energy Suits and even Anti-demonic Energy Sheets which when arming our soldiers with will ensure immunity from these mamonos corruption as long these gears are equipped we have also begun researching for a potential anti-reactant or immunity provider for Demonic energy as well to vaccinate our soldiers with. "
After hearing this everyone in the room relaxed knowing that they now had something which can counter the mamono and their demonic energy.
"That's very good to hear Chekaev, how long will it take for us to start producing these Anti-demonic energy equipment?"
"Not very long tovarisch in about a week or so we can start mass-production of these equipments"
"That's good and regarding Lescatie, how are the things going on in the public sector diplomacy?",Stalin asked Molotov.
"Things are progressing very quickly and positively we have almsot finished the construction of our embassy in Lescatie city and the consulate as well in Salvarision. Along with that we have also begun construction of the Lescatie Coal and Iron extraction industrial complexes.
Further we will also soon start the building of the Lescatie-Soviet Public university in Lescatie, Schools and of course all of these endeavors with exception of the embassy and consulate have been funded by the government of Lescatie."
"That's very good and what about the military bases? "
"As a part of the agreement signed a few weeks ago in exchange for all these constructions we have also requested then for military base permission which they granted currently we are upgrading and developing the Fansorl Naval Base it should be up for use in about a month."
"Good, so now with all the developments underway we can begin the training and selling of weapons to Lescatie of course only sell them the old Mosin Nagants, and captured German Luger pistols.", Stalin said continuing, "Now with this the meeting is adjourned return to your duties comrades. "
All the ministers and leaders stood and started to leave the room.
A few days later
Baku military academy.
Baku, Azeri SSR, Soviet Union .
The first batch of Lescatian soldiers had arrived in Baku for training.
"What about their uniforms Colonel Maksud?", Lieutenant Sergei asked.
"It's simple Sergei, they would be wearing a white-greyish tunic with Black pants and leather boots as for headwear issue them the standard Soviet helmet and the pilotka cap except the cap and helmet would be both grey in colour and for winter equipment issue a standard grey trench coat and woollen gloves."

Sorry for the very late update but I was having tests upon tests and also there won't be any new chapters this month because my majors are just around the corner and I won't be able to write any chapter.
