CHAPTER 20.

A/N: The only Robins that I am sure are really from these Earths are Tim and Helena. Bruce Junior comes from earth 8289 in the hqs, but I shortened it to 82. The rest I put in random numbers.

''Carrie Kelley, age 14, Earth 31.

Bruce Wayne Junior, 14 years old, Earth 82.

Jason Peter Todd, age 15, Earth 23.

Stephanie Brown, age 19, Earth 11.

Timothy Drake, age 15, Earth 1.''

(A/N: For those who asked which Earth this Tim Drake came from, here it is.)

''Helena Wayne, age 12, Earth 2.

Rochelle Wayne, age 17, Earth 177. Those are the Robins that have come so far.'' Batman sat down in his chair in the meeting room of the watchtower.

''Helena appeared together with a Kryptonian known as Kara Zor-El on a ship, she was known as Supergirl on her world. Apparently having no connection to the link that brought the other Robins here. Rochelle arrived at the same moment through the 'glow.''' Canary completed the explanation.

''As we explained before, Helena and Kara's world is gone thanks to a multiversal crisis known as the crisis in the infinite earths, where several worlds are gone as well.'' Zatarra drew the attention of the assembled heroes to herself. ''From now on they will stay here permanently, Batman and Superman are already sorting out the paperwork.''

''That's good to know, but I have to ask, is there any chance of this 'crisis' reaching our world?'' Wonder Woman asks worriedly.

''No. According to Robins Tim and Stephanie, our world is one of the 'new worlds' created years after this crisis. Earth 2 just took longer than the crisis itself to fall. That stopped years ago.'' Batman replies.

Everyone nods with the information.

''What about the other Robins?'' Green Arrow asked.

''Adjusting for now, only Helena is still unconscious and recovering, her hurts come from the battle before she came. Richard didn't feel any change and my magic made it clear that even more Robins are coming.'' Zatara exclaimed the same speech for the tenth time that week.

''And it's good that you asked that, because it brings us to the next topic of the meeting.'' Batman clicks a button on the table and a screen appears in front of everyone.

The image of both devices that the team had picked up appeared side by side, one visibly a more complex version of the other.

This is the device that is bringing the Robins here, the more technological version is what the team has just brought us. Apparently it was part of a trade with an alien queen. The exchange was for a flash drive, probably for information. Terminator and Count Virgo were trading it.'' Canary points to the objects.

''The alien queen is named Komand and comes from Tamaran, she took over the throne after a coup. Most of the other Robins recognized her as BlackFire, a powerful villain on their worlds and the sister of a teammate.'' Batman interrupts.

''Do you think she will become a villain here too?'' Flash leans on the table.

''Yes. She wouldn't be getting involved with a member of the league of injustice and a mercenary for nothing.'' Was the answer.

''Have they figured out what the point is?'' Barry leaned across the table.

''More or less, Aqualad thinks she wanted an army coming from several worlds. The first machine had a glitch, so one person at a time is brought here, but new machine can bring everyone it hits at once.''

''Literally bringing an army from different worlds with different training.'' Wonder Woman leaned back in her chair.

''Wait, I thought you were bringing different people?'' Hawkgirl interrupted.

''I thought that too, after all it was different Robins that came here.'' Captain Atom looked at her and then turned to the bat.

''The first shot was fired by the auctioneer who didn't know exactly what the gun was. It was supposed to hit Artemis, but Robin jumped in front of it. That hit the 'Robin' symbol, not Richard, so different Robins came.'' Was the answer.

''But following logic, shouldn't other Richards also come? After all they are Robins too, just like Jason and different Tim...'' Superman asked.

''Yes, logically it should, but we must remember that the first machine was an experimental device. We don't know if it's a malfunction of the device that didn't bring them too, or it wasn't configured for that.'' Canary focused the images on the first machine as he said this. ''There are infinite 'what ifs'. That's why it was experimental. The finished weapon was fixed and configured to avoid those errors.''

''That's according to the data we have from the weapon and the information the children got.'' Hal Jordan exclaimed, speaking for the first time during the entire meeting.

''Look.'' A female voice sounded over the speakers. ''If I were you I'd be thankful that some versions of Richard, Jason and Tim didn't come, sure, we're all dangerous in our own way, but there are worlds where no one really wants to see those versions of them.'' A pause. ' I still have nightmares about that.''

Part of the league stood up, ready to attack, but Batman raised his hand and signaled for them to calm down before speaking.

''Thank you for the comment Spoiler, but I ask that you remove yourself from the speakers and stop listening to this meeting.''

''Okay old man, you're the boss, but you know I'm right. TIM OFF HERE FOR ME!''

They shuddered at the shout before the communications cut out, Superman actually covered his ears with it.

''Who...'' Diana began.

''Stephanie.'' Batman interrupted.

''We can't really blame her, Tim warned us that she would try to listen to this.'' Canary smiled, already liking the teenager.

''Bats...'' Hal grumbled.

''Birds actually.'' Mars Hunter corrected him.

''Same thing!''

''Can we continue?'' Batman asks and with the nod of many and the grumbling of the lantern, he turns his attention back to the screens. ''Good, we'll keep the machines here for now for analysis, keep your ears open, if Terminator is on the case, something big is happening.

"What about the pendrive? Superman shifted the image from the machines to the flash drive.

"It's alien technology, we're decoding it right now, in a few hours we'll know about the content. Cánario replied before they turned their attention back to Batman. ''The devices are also under analysis, hopefully we can stop more Robins from coming here.''

''In addition, Kaldur has requested a meeting between us mentors and Red Arrow, both of whom suspect a security breach.''

''Roy suspects a spy on the team as well.'' Oliver interrupts with a sigh. ''Artemis specifically.''

''I honestly don't believe in the existence of a spy on the team, but rather in a security breach. We can hold this meeting tomorrow with both of you if that's okay with you.''

The other mentors nodded.

Komand smiled at the ship that had just landed with the rest of his things, her accommodations were more than a little odd, but comfortable, however nothing a few personal details wouldn't help. The al Ghul's really took care of everything for her since she entered the light.

"Get my belongings out quickly, you know how much I hate waiting! She exclaimed to the earthling servants in their language. Learning any language with lip contact was always very helpful.

''I'm glad you're settling in.'' Talia Al Ghul appeared at her side like a shadow so silent.

''I thank you for your generosity, but that was not an arrangement I was going to let slip. Although I didn't expect the delays.'' She replied as she looked around. The landing platform had a full view of the island and the ocean surrounding it, this had its beauty that even Komand could not deny.

''The ores, technology and magic needed to build such devices are very rare, it was lucky that they were able to make an experimental one before the final one.'' Talia replied, never failing to look at the young queen. ''That's why we need you to help us get it back, not only to fulfill our part of the contract, but for your own benefit.''

Komand nodded and looked again at the ship, where the last belonging was being removed. ''Yes, I understand that. That's why I brought it.''

With that, Talia looked at the ship, where a tall and very muscular alien came out of the ship holding a 13 year old girl with hair so red it looked like liquid fire, she was wearing dark purple clothes with gray and her hands were bound in handcuffs that went to her elbows, she was unconscious.

''This, my dear earthling is, as you say... our golden passport to enter the heroes' base.''

Talia watched as the girl was taken inside, most likely to one of the higher security rooms.

Komand pulled a small flash drive from the pocket of the dress she was wearing. ''Here you go.'' She placed the flash drive in the assassin's hand.

''We're lucky you're cautious.

''You're lucky I'm not such an idiot as to have only one copy of the contents of this flash drive.''

A/N: I had forgotten that there was this chapter in the middle... it is only in the next chapter that the next Robin will appear. I will post it tomorrow, because I think I left you too long without a new chapter.
