Intro: It's time Natsu and Lucy had a little test in their relationship. Will they pass, or will everything crumble to the ground in one failed move?
(A/N: This is the version of where Lucy will be the one being tested. We will be seeing Natsu's POV of things in this one.)
Natsu stood there, flabbergasted at what just happened. Fairy Tail had an open party for anyone in Magnolia, since they're back from the 100 year quest. Not only for the appearance of Team Natsu being back, but to also celebrate a new couple in the guild. Lucy and Natsu started dating a month before coming back home, and it was time the guild found out. However, everyone was asking for a dance from Lucy. His guildmates, the townsmen, everyone! He hasn't even got one dance with his girlfriend.
A few minutes ago, he was about to get a dance out of her, when a couple of the townsmen dragged her off saying she promised a few more dances. Lucy had sent Natsu an apologetic smile, and a grimace of sorrow, like she wanted to get away. This is where Natsu is now, staring where Lucy was last seen with his eyes, mouth agape, and just staring. He couldn't take it anymore. Deciding it was time to get his dance, he followed Lucy's scent to find out where she was. What he was not expecting, was for her scent to be mixed with blood, and not on the dance floor. He followed her scent to the storage room in the back of the guild. Continuing to follow, he reached the door and opened it partially, trying to see if she was there.
He immediately saw her, and the 2 men who had dragged her away. The 2 men had her somewhat cornered, in a chair. She wasn't completely cornered, but enough where she couldn't get away easily. He was about to step in before he heard them speaking. "Why don't you just help us out? Nobody has to know." The older looking one stated. Lucy showed a disgusted look on her face before shaking her head no and verbally saying it. Natsu would've interrupted, but he was still slightly confused on what the guys were wanting out of Lucy. As far as he knew, she hadn't done anything wrong, so why would she have to help them, and what could she do in the storage room of the guild? Natsu wasn't dense really, but he grew up with a dragon, so he doesn't really know much about hinting at things and what certain things would mean.
The other guy had grabbed her chin when she said no and made her look at him forcefully. "Listen here sweetheart, we don't take no for an answer. You will do what we say." By now, Natsu was both angry and confused. He was confused, for still not knowing what's going on. But he was angry because they touched Lucy, called her a nickname only he should use, and are threatening her. He was ready to step forward when he saw Lucy reaching to where her skirt ended, and for a moment, he saw a shine of gold. He knew she was reaching for her keys or her whip, but he still didn't understand what the big threat was. He knew they were threatening, but Lucy would never attack a citizen without magic using her magic, unless it was something serious. He heard their last remark before he finally figured out what was happening. (A/N: I ask you to please leave if you are not comfortable with uh, people being called names? I don't mean curse words either. ;-;)
The man let go of her face after she continued to shake her head. He lifted his hand and got ready to smack her. "A slut like you should be happy to do anything we ask." By now Natsu was ready to punch the guy in the face, as he was about to break the door down (even though it was already opened), Lucy grabbed her whip and hit it against both of them. Natsu slowly opened the door and watched as Lucy brought her whip down on both of the guys, who were not on the floor screaming in pain and begging for mercy. Natsu couldn't help but smirk and be proud of his girlfriend as she took care of herself just fine. Walking forwards he grabbed her and turned her around. Lucy looked up in shock to see him there. Before Lucy could speak a word, Natsu leaned down and gave her a kiss. A few seconds later, he turned around and said venomously, "Learn how to treat a woman with respect. Also, she's mine."
(A/N: I know this is a little ooc, but I just had a hard time coming up with a situation for these two. I have to go reply to a PM now, and then I'll start work on 2 requests I have. After I write those, I'll be done for the night. Leave requests so I can write them tomorrow though!)
