It was a definite surprise for the young couple to see the 2 other ex-members of the Killer Bass sitted next to them. "Couldn't wait Dude and Brah for us to be able to see you again after we got contacted to be flown here to take part in the show. We were to be waiting our turn to be special guests for a day at the store place but Chris came to us with a phone call saying to turn up here so we could join you both on your first date." Geoff explained as the couple got over their shock and smiled at them.
"Chris gave us money to pay for our meals here but when Lincoln's dad spotted us he insisted on letting us eat here free of charge which is super cool of him. Does make up a bit after having to eat all that disgusting food for no reason thanks to 2 certain friends..." Bridgette said as Lincoln and Dawn looked uneasy.
"Yeah sorry about that guys... Still super cool to see you both here; especially since this is a more pleasant surprise than the first and so far only other surprise TDI contestant who showed up." Lincoln replied as they both laughed.
"Yeah; we have been shown the completed episodes and a surprise that they brought Ezekiel back but perhaps it's for fun or something. But bro; seriously your dad's cooling is grand!" Geoff said before tucking into another slice of pizza on his plate with Lincoln smiling and nodding.
"You two had no idea how hard it was trying to keep this hidden when Courtney called and wanted us to have a watch along with the show; I badly wanted to tell her but the strict NDAs that Chris had us sign stopped us." Bridgette said as she got up and closer to Dawn's ear. "You know Dawn; Courtney told me that after seeing your confessional saying that if Ronnie Anne got on the show as well as Lincoln then you would have wanted to save him from that relationship... Courtney would have wanted to help you and form an alliance to accomplish it; I would have been so in!" Bridgette whispered to Dawn who gave a small smile but got a look from Lincoln as Bridgette went back to her seat.
"I will also have to say this; we both bursted out laughing when we saw Chris as that clown and that apology from him and Chef... Courtney informed us that she found out about how you two forced them into that because you both weren't contractually obligated to agree to any spin offs... You both are absolute legends!" Geoff said putting up his hand for a high five and the 4 then cheered as they all joined in.
"Season Finale! Season Finale! Season Finale! Season Finale! Season Finale! Season Finale! Season Finale! Season Finale!" Chris muttered in the confessional with a caption said that there's 2 minutes of uncut footage of Chris chanting it.
A waiter had come to collect Lincoln and Dawn's orders with Lincoln wanting to go with spahgetti and Dawn going for it as well along with some soy balls that were on the vegan menu. Some fans came up to their tables to get autographs from them and soon there was Lana and Lola wearing sunglasses making them disperse and went to a table to join the other sisters who were smiling at them.
"As you can see there are sisters who have taken it upon themselves that their only brother is unable to get any privacy when it comes to his love life..." Lincoln said with a sigh and it only continued when their food was dropped off not by the waiter from before but by Luan.
"I hope you two can eat your food because it would be an Italy disaster if it got cold!" Luan said laughing and putting a laugh through Mr Coconut as Geoff and Bridgette stared.
"Luan's puppet Mr Coconuts... I have never seen anything like it... It;s like he somehow has his own aura seperate from Luan..." Dawn muttered shocking the 3 but then they both shook it.
"I will also say before you ask; no Luan's puns never get any better..." Lincoln whispered as he then saw Luna and Sam come by the table playing romantic music on accordions and from the kitchen door there was Luan watching along with Lynn Sr. Lincoln groaned but Dawn giggled but then Lincoln went and got his knife to separate the spaghetti a bit to the disappointment of Luan and Lynn Sr.
In the Loud House confessional there was an upset Luan and Lynn Sr; "Why son did he have to do this? We wanted to be like Lady and the Tramp and do you know how hard and long it takes to actually make a long single piece of spaghetti that would fill up the plate?" Lynn asked.
After their food and desert; the two couples left together; "So sorry about my sisters embarrassing us on our first date and I need to have a word with Dad as I specifically asked him to make sure..." Lincoln groaned as Dawn shut him up with a kiss on the lips.
"Wasn't embarassing for me; I can tell that they care a great deal about you and only wanted the best. Their intentions were good but when we need privacy; we can be firm together!" Dawn replied and they smiled together.
"We are going to spend our time here in Royal Woods now checking out the stops; I definitely want to check the waves at the beach but hope we can see you both soon and you enjoy yourselves as the stars of your own show!" Bridgette told them as Geoff then decided to put his hand down in a circle position with Bridgette and then the other couple doing so.
"Killer Bass!" they laughed together only to realise that Ezekiel was there and had joined in having spent the time looking after Edward in the cab as the platypus thought that his owners deserved privacy. "Isn't this great? The gang mostly back together as there are plenty yet to show up if they aren't going to... But fate brought us back together; true companions for life!" Ezekiel said with a smile causing the 4 to stare at him.
In the Loud House confessional Dawn sighed "Don't get me wrong I haven't forgotten how sexist he was on the first day of Total Drama Island but sensing his aura... I sense loneliness and desire to have us as friends..."
"...You know I am wondering if Ezekiel is intentionally trying to invent this bond between us since he isn't used to having friends because of how sheltered he was... He's still a sexist idiot but still..." Lincoln commented in the Confessional.
"You take care now and be wary of Ezekiel and his own little fantasy world..." Bridgette said to the couple as she and Geoff waved to them goodbye as the couple went into the cab with Ezekiel. The other couple then decided to go back to their hotel when they noticed a mob of fans going to chase after them.
Can you tell me please what you think of this story idea of an AU from the original fic of the final chapter if it had been Lincoln and Dawn in the final 2. Plus remember all the way back in my From Loud with Love story where I had Lincoln in his early adulthood with the Archer cast? I was also thinking of a story with that premise but have a grown up Dawn in there who Lincoln meets in a mission without the Total Drama show happening in universe.
