"I don't know the specs, sorry"-Kensuke said as Shinji's expression was becoming wry

"You have to have some info , Its a fucking Aprilia for gods sake , and its post-Impact . It has to be shown somewhere what heart is under that beast"- Shinji said as he kept looking upon Kensuke , before he gave Shinji a CD-RW

"This is the information i could collect for you , it's the least i can do"-Kensuke said as Shinji analyzed the CD

"You could give me a pendrive ?''-Shinji said it as was pretty unexpected to see something like that . Almost everyone in Neogoya had pendrives , of course stolen . Even Shinji's laptop was mostly made out of stolen parts . But quality pen drives we're pretty expensive after the Second Impact. So people returned to CD-RW's in terms of storing data

"I'm not rich , but having a pendrive with 100gb would be something"-Kensuke said as the class started .

Shinji knew that it was a lost day anyways as he put the CD in the CD/DVD drive . As the drive finally registered the CD the files showed up on Shinji's screen . Most of them were old recordings , so Shinji put on his earbuds as he silently connected them with his laptop . Shinji opened a random video as it showed one of the Tokyo 3 mountain roads. As the video was starting to wrap off the ,,Star Of The Show '' Finally showed up as the white and red Aprilia RSV 1000 speeded next to the camera . Shinji paused and took a closer look at the motorbike . Shinji finally had his first clue as he could see that the intakes were heavily customized . it could mean that the engine was heavily customised so that it needs a better intake system . Then his eyes went over to the brake cover disks . 'carbon'-Shinji thought as he started analyzing why he put on such a protection . Shinji deducted that the covers were carbon so that they can transfer heat better . After that he closed the video and started checking other photos and videos . The videos mostly showed him racing , it wasn't scaring Shinji as the skills he had mostly revolved around the power of his bike . And he could beat him if he only knew the right moment to pass. Shinji then checked the specs of the stock RSV 1000. Shinji's back shivered as he noticed the top speed of the bike was bigger than his old CBR . And since the customization level of the Aprilia is unknown to Shinji he was still kinda scared . But this wasn't about winning . It was about safety and humiliation that ment 'I am the king of Tokyo 3 and stay the fuck away from me'-Shinji thought before he checked the photo that was on the CD. It read 2009 but Shinji noticed a face that he couldn't forget. It was the man that restrained him when he first heard the name of a person he was now looking for . And then the lightbulb lit up in his head . It was dumb , dangerous , playing with fire abd could petentialy kill him but it could get him to his target . Every day was like a passing hour . And he needed to be quick . Provocation , take the guy and interrogate him so that he can race with Yuu . Shinji wanted to put his plan in a frution before he got a call.

"Yeah i'll be there"-Shinji said as he started packing

"Ikari you are in a class !"-Class Representative said as Shinji just left screaming "NERV Business !"

Shinji now runned through the school building to get to the parking lot before the track #21 of the Megamix #1 started playing in his ears .

As Shinji finally reached the Geofront he took out his phone and called Misato .

"So Misato , what is the villain of the week for today ?"-Shinji asked her

"Remember that conference for Jet Alone that was occuring today and I had to be there with Rits as the representation of NERV ?"- Misato said as Shinji remembered today's morning . Shinji and Rei were eating breakfast as Misato entered the Kitchen dressed in a formal NERV uniform rather than Underwear as usual . She said that she will be back tomorrow and that they can order dinner. For Shinji it was a blessing since he didn't have to cook for one day . And he would eat some good yakitori

"Yes ?"-Shinji answered as he was changing into his plugsuit

"Well the nuclear doll did go berserk , and now I need you and Unit 01 to get in and turn it off manually , the plane is waiting for you on the flight deck . Eva 01 is already resting in the mobile cage . Now get in and wait for me"-Misato said as she ended the call . Shinji did what he was ordered to do as he left the changing room and ran straight to the elevator. After he got on the flight deck he noticed the plane that was supposed to carry him to the battle . Big black aerodynamic machine that looked like a boomerang . As his eyes finally located the door he noticed Makoto Hyuga standing next to them

"Took you fast enough"-Makoto said as Shinji just smirked

"Elevators are slow around here , at least it's better than taking the stairs"-Shinji said as they entered the machine , Shinji sat on a bench and took out his SDAT and the track #22 started playing

Shinji continued to listen to the song before they finally got over the old Tokyo . It was like a school trip as Shinji observed the ruins of something that was one of the biggest cities in the world. The Second Impact changed the landscape a lot as the once beautiful city once full of neons and giant buildings became a desert filled with dust and ruins of old buildings. As Shinji observed the damages of the Second Impact he finally noticed the airstrip and a destroyed building that according to the TV reports belonged to ,,Japan Heavy Chemical Industries" . The plane finally landed as Shinji clinged to his seat . As the plane stopped the door opened as Misato entered the plane wearing a weird heat resistant suit .

"What the hell are you wearing ?"-Shinji asked as Misato just groaned

"Says a 14 year old wearing a skin tight suit"-Misato shot back as Shinji relaxed on his seat

"So your gonna enter that giant metallic remote control Godzilla villain and turn it off with typing , Greato pran Misato-san"-Shinji said as Misato just looked upon him

"And you have a better plan ?"-Misato asked him

"Yep , just launch me and one-chan to blow this gundam-eva mixup ripoff off, i could simply run away from the explosion and the day will be saved"-Shinji said as the plane again got off the ground.

"And what about the casualties and the radiation ?"-Misato asked as Shinji's face lost a bit of color

"Yeah , that's why we are gonna go my way , Hyuga . After you will drop us go back on the flight altitude

"We have 15 minutes untill we reach the drop zone"-Makoto said as Shinji put on his SDAT earbuds as the track #22 started playing

As Shinji was listening to the calming sound of the late 60s rock Misato patted his shoulder , that meant that it was time to go . Shinji put off his SDAT and left it on his seat as they made their way to the mobile cage . Misato put on her helmet as Shinji jumped into his entry plug . As Shinji closed it the LCL finally started purifying his lungs from 1,5 years of smoking the minute of the drop was coming .

"DROP !"-Misato screamed over the coms as Shinji did what she ordered and released the safeties . As Misato was clinging to Eva 01's finger, the Eva finally landed on its feet as Shinji noticed the giant robot . It looked like an Evangelion but it was more geometrical . With 6 giant spike-like cooling rods and long bone-like arms and legs. Shinji knew what to do as he sprinted to get to the robot

'fuck this guy is a fast walker'-Shinji thought as he rushed to the Jet Alone before he finnaly cought up.

"Grab it by the handle "-Misato said over the coms before Shinji did as she ordered and the Jet Alone was now wobbling its arms in desperate need for movement

"Now get me on that thing !"-Misato screamed as Shinji took out his hand , Misato grabbed the handle before the robot started shaking

"Misato !"-Shinji screamed , as Misato was supposed to fall to her doom she grabbed a nearest ladder , Shinji sighed as Misato showed him a peace sign before she started climbing to the entry shaft.

"That's hot ! It looks bad"-Misato said as she started making her way inside the robot . Meanwhile Shinji was wrestling with that robot

"Come on ! Misato , hurry !"-Shinji was putting his hands to cover holes that started to appear in the armor

"That's it !"-Misato said as she opened the door separating her from the main computer, she slided the access card and entered the password 'HOPE' , but any celebrations for victory were cut as the word 'ERROR' appeared on the screen

"What ? And now everything is obvious , someone changed the programing"-Misato said as Shinji was having a difficulty with holding every hole

'Come on Misato ! FOR FUCKS SAKE HURRY !'-Shinji thought as Misato got an idea as she started pushing one of the cooling rods , as the timer that was counting the supposed doom stopped and the cooling rods finally returned to the robot . Misato simply got out the way she entered and was picked up by Shinji . As Misato finally jumped on Eva's hand the mobile Eva carrier finally got here and Shinji docked the Eva in the plane . After Shinji got out of the plug he runned and tightly hugged Misato

"Sh-Shinji , i'm gonna suffocate"-Misato said as Shinji finally let go

"Thank god you're ok"-Shinji said as Misato found a great source of teasing

"So you do care about me !"-Misato said as Shinji's face lost a bit of color

"I only want to make sure you're ok !"-Shinji screamed as Misato knew that he reminded her of her past ward , a certain german. Misato just stroked his hair thinking

The WILLE forces successfully infiltrated the facility she was hold on in the UK and captured all data and work documents. After that they got her out with a plane from the UK to the Unknown WILLE base where she was unfrozen . After that they caught her up on the events and Mari joined WILLE as the lead scientist .
