Angel: I swear, these 11-minute shows get so confusing on what the episode order is, Vexus introduces herself here, but in a previous episode, we already met her...? It's Randy Cunningham all over again. I don't even know where this episode was supposed to be placed, so I'm not gonna bother breaking my brain to find out, I'm just gonna change some dialogue. Don't know why this was her introductory episode when we already saw her like 6 chapters ago...

"The Annual Regional Robotics Convention!" Dr. Wakeman announces to both Jenny and Amy. "I hear there's going to be a display of square-wave motion units! I can't wait!" She smiles happily while driving them there.

"And I can't wait to finally meet some robots like me," Jenny states, earning a frown from her mom. "No offense, Amy, you're my best friend, but...I'm excited, you know?"

Amy just waves it off. "Oh, don't worry, I know you wanna get along with other robots. And thanks for inviting me to come with you, my sister is gonna hate not being able to go this year. She's got a big test today." Unfortunately, since Claudia goes to Poly Tech and not Amy's school, she has different standards...Last time Amy heard, Claudia went through three pots of coffee this morning just to stay focused for her big exam.

"Now, XJ9, don't get your circuits overheated. It's very unlikely that you'll meet another robot like you." Jenny pouts a bit at this. "You've been programmed using the advanced cybocell 19 language. Most robots..."

Jenny puts some headphones to tune her mother out, smiling as she dreams about meeting other robot girls. She dreams about meeting two teenage robot girls, one red and the other purple with Amy. She fangirls over gears like clothes, the three clapping for her. The three robots then enjoy an oil shake with three straws, Amy having a vanilla one. They glance to two robot teenage boys, who wave to them and Jenny gushes.

"XJ9?" Dr. Wakeman asks while Jenny has a smile on her face. "XJ9! XJ9!" Her headphones fly up in alarm as her mother calls out to her.

"Mother!" She yells in protest. "Please don't call me that in front of the other robots! It's so embarrassing," She looks away angrily.

"But I-"

"Can't you call me Jenny? Just for today?" Jenny continues her rant, Amy shaking her head with a hand over her face.

"Yes, but I-"

"Now just leave me be till we get to the convention," The robot crosses her arms stubbornly. Dr. Wakeman gives her a blank look.

"Uh...did you not look up at all?" Amy clicks her teeth awkwardly, looking away as she wants to get away from this conversation that she didn't need to be part of.

"We are at the convention," Dr. Wakeman states bluntly, as she's already parked her car. Behind them is the giant building for the convention.

"Thanks Mom!" Jenny exclaims happily, rushing out the door. "See ya later! Come on, Amy!" She opens up Amy's seat and drags her out with her.

"Oh, okay, we're doing this now!" Amy exclaims in alarm.

"Girls, wait!" Dr. Wakeman calls out to them, but Jenny doesn't listen. She steps in with Amy, seeing a lot of robots and decorations. She looks around in awe, in excitement as she hopes to find robots like her. She and Amy go over to the industrial robots section, finding mostly construction robots. They walk up to a robot that screws things in.

"Hi," Jenny waves to him. "My name's Jenny, and this is Amy." The robot freezes its hand upon seeing them, recoiling it back. He then changes his hand to make it smaller, and extends his hand out to them. "Pleased to meet you-!" He puts them on the conveyor belt right behind them and then Amy ducks her head as Jenny's gets stuck in the robot's claw. He then screws her into a wall and Amy jumps off the belt, rushing over to her friend.

"You okay?" She calls out to Jenny.

"No," The robot retorts back.

They walk out of the area with Jenny having a panel stuck to her head. She beams as they see a robot companions section, mostly consisting of pets. They run over and see a robot dog on the table. "Hi, little fella! What's your name?"

"Bow wow," It simply says to them.

"Can you sit up?"

"Bow wow," It repeats itself.

"Can you roll over?"

"Bow wow."

Amy glances away, getting a bit bored. "Can you shake hands?"

"Bow wow."

Jenny narrows her eyes in annoyance. "Can you do anything?"

The robot dog turns around...and lifts up its leg. The two walk away with oil on their faces, the robotic animals they pass just making noise. "You had to ask," Amy grumbles to Jenny. They go into the domestic droids area, uninterested by a robot that can hold up a toilet paper and then iron it.

"Wow, a toilet tissue ironer!" A guy near them picks up some paper. "Crisp and sharp, just like a fine dress shirt!" Amy blinks at him, baffled on how he thinks this thing is more interesting than literally anything else.

"Can this machine really control my unruly mustache?" A guy with a messy mustache asks a robot, the duo just looking on. The robot twirls his mustache, making one side ending in a curl. "That's-a fantastic!"

They look at one robot that is a knuckle duster. "An automatic knuckle polisher. Hey, Thelma Lou!" He turns to a woman with messy brown hair, punching through some glass without injury. "Check out thems."

"Thems is lovely."

"This convention is lame," Jenny laments as they leave. "None of these robots even know how to talk!"

"Claudia's definitely not gonna hate missing this. We haven't seen a single robot that's even remotely cool to talk about," Amy sags her shoulders, utterly bored. With all the robots they saw, it's a wonder how anyone else gets anything out of it.

"Some refreshments for sir," A robot that actually talks and dressed in a suit leaves so that a female maid robot can roll up to them.

"Crumpets for milady."

Then a little teapot flies up to them. "Would you like a soothing cup of tea?"

"Finally!" Jenny states happily, though Amy's not sure about the sign, which says 'robot snobs, elite servants for the elite'. "Hi, my name's Jenny, and I really like..." She falters as the male robot rolls past her. "The way...Gosh, I thought I'd go all day without finding..." The female robot also ignores her. "Someone..." The teapot flies past and she grabs it. "Hey! Spare some words for a fellow robot?" The teapot tries to fly away from her and she holds onto it. "Whoa! I just wanted to say hi."

"Jen," Amy tries to warn her.

"Oh, for goodness sake. Just let the poor thing go," The gentleman speaks up.

"He's right, they don't seem too friendly," Amy tells Jenny, who accidentally lets go of it and the teapot goes flying into a wall. This causes a shelf to fall, causing some plates to fall as well. Jenny flinches in alarm and speeds over. She manages to catch all of them using her arms, head, feet, and then stretches them out to catch them through some other tinier limbs. Amy sighs in relief...until the wall starts to crack, and it collapses right behind Jenny. Jenny is okay...until her mother shouts.

"XJ9!" This causes Jenny to drop everything and the silverware breaks into pieces. Amy sighs slowly at this, pinching her nose. "I should've known better than to let you wander around on your own. How could you-"

"Nora?" They all flinch at the new voice. "Nora Wakeman?" She turns around to a trio of inventors behind them. "I thought that was you."

"Oh, if it isn't my old classmate, Phineas Mogg..." Dr. Wakeman says reluctantly, and Amy can deduce quickly that they were not friends...

"So tell me, this tall one that knocks down walls, is it one of your inventions?" Phineas asks curiously as she rubs the back of her neck. She doesn't want to be embarrassed by them, especially with since how she was seen back in school.

"Uhh...yes?"

"Well done, Nora! How did you manage to program so many defects into only one automaton?" Phineas remarks, his companions laughing at Dr. Wakeman. "And your other one, so lifelike! But only for naught!" Amy blinks at being addressed, glaring as she clenches her fists. Jenny reacts the same way.

"You're gonna let them talk about us that way?" She demands her mother.

"Say, XJ9, why don't you take your little teapot friend to the robot break room?" Dr. Wakeman shoves the teapot robot into Jenny's hands. She walks away annoyed, Amy walking after her.

"Lame robots, nasty humans...this convention has it all," Jenny grumbles to her friend.

"Why does your mom even care what they think?" Amy glances back at Phineas with a disgusted look on her face. "Being that juvenile to mock someone you knew years ago just to feel entitled or better than someone, give me a break," She scoffs, rolling her eyes. "Look, Jen, I'm not gonna say to get your hopes up, but if there is a robot exactly like you, wouldn't you known already?" It's not like she wants to discourage Jenny, but finding a robot in this place that is exactly like Jenny...it doesn't seem possible. And even then, why would a crime-fighting teenage robot be at a lame convention?

"Well...I guess, but I just wanna meet one robot like me," Jenny gestures to herself as she looks to the brunette. "Just like when we met, I wanted a teenage girl to hang out with."

"I'm not like all teenage girls, and you're not like all robots," Amy smiles a bit as she gestures to herself and Jenny. "I get that you feel like there's no one out there like you, but that means you're special. After all, where else are you gonna find a crime-fighting teenage robot?" She smirks a bit, hands on her hips.

"Yeah, but at this point, I just want one friendly face."

"Are you comfy, hun?" They walk into a salon area, the two shocked at what they see. "You've got everything you need?" They're looking at a robot who seems actually nice and can talk, turning around to them. "Why, hello there!" She rolls up to them, turning around her body. "I'm Vee. I run a robot rejuvenation clinic."

"I'm Jenny," Jenny smiles, shaking her hand happily. "And you're the first friendly face we've seen all day!"

"Come on in, I've got a free massage for you and your little teapot," She guides Jenny away from Amy, the robot looking back at her.

"Um..." Amy waves a bit awkwardly since she hasn't been addressed and Vee turns around to her.

"Oh! I'm sorry, dear, you're so invisible that I didn't notice you." Amy raises a skeptical brow at this, annoyed. "And who are you?"

"That's my friend, Amy. Uh, Amy, you can just probably sit and wait for us?" Jenny smiles nervously since Amy can't do much in here as a human.

"Ah, okay," She states awkwardly and then Vee zips over to her.

"Oh no, come with me! I'll show you around, we've got a special place for you humans!" She guides the two of them over to a massage chair with a robot in it. "Our massage tables are state-of-the-art. They're specially designed to relax the tired motors and achy servers of the modern robot." Two parts that are arms massage a robot, earning a smile from his face. Vee takes the little teapot, placing him down. "There you go, little fella. And Jenny, would you like to-"

"Help! Heeeelp!" Dr. Wakeman interrupts her and they look back in surprise. Jenny takes Amy's hand and rushes them both over to help the woman out.

"Jenny, wait!" Vee calls out to her. She then frowns and growls at this. "Now Vee, Vee...be patient. They'll be back. Stay calm..."

"Would you like a soothing cup of tea?" The teapot asks, looking a little nervous.

"Why, my dear little teapot, you'll never have to pour another cup of tea..." The hand stamps something on the little teapot, which is a little blinking device. The teapot starts to overheat as Vee gets an evil look on her face. "Welcome to the Cluster..." She grins widely as the teapot's eyes glow red and gets snappy teeth.

"What is it?" Jenny stops in front of her mother. "Who needs my help?"

"2.57 seconds!" She brags to the trio as she holds up a stopwatch.

"Ooh!" The trio say while impressed.

"Well, I must admit, it is a fast response to time. Perhaps this robot of yours is not totally useless after all," Phineas remarks, the two looking confused by this. Dr. Wakeman just looks smug as she crosses her arms.

"Huh?"

"What?" Amy looks annoyed with the woman at what just happened.

"Did you send a false alarm, Mom?" Jenny asks and Dr. Wakeman's eyes widen.

"Mom? Did it just call you Mom?" Phineas points at her.

"She's not an it!" Amy exclaims in anger, Dr. Wakeman holding her back.

"Calm your circuits, XJ9," The woman pleads with her. "And stop embarrassing me! You too, Amelia."

"We're embarrassing you? You're the one who made me rush over here like an idiot! And if you think I'm gonna let you put me through my paces to impress your friends like I'm some robotic prancing pony, then you've got another thing coming!" She storms off and Dr. Wakeman looks back at her in guilt.

"XJ9, wait!"

Amy just glares at her, telling her silently that she really messed things up as she goes after Jenny to calm her down.

"It looks like the robot holds the remote control in this family," Phineas remarks to the others, and Dr. Wakeman turns on him.

"Stuff it, Mogg!" She then starts looking for Jenny and Amy. "XJ9! Amelia! XJ9! Amelia!"

"Jenny, Amy, I'm so pleased you decided to come back," Vee smiles at them while Jenny sits in the massage chair.

"I just need a little time to clear my head..." Jenny says wearily.

"XJ9, where are you?!" Dr. Wakeman calls out in a panic, Amy turning to the entrance.

"It sounds like my mom wants to apologize," Jenny states and Vee places a hand on her shoulder.

"I thought you wanted some time away from your mother," She pushes the robot back into the chair.

"XJ9?!"

"Maybe something's wrong," The robot stands back up in concern.

"Maybe I should go find her and bring her back, this whole convention stuff needs to be dealt with now," Amy is about to leave when Vee grabs her arm.

"Probably just another false alarm. Just relax..." She gently guides Jenny to the chair once again. "You as well, Amelia."

"I can't just ignore her mom!" Amy snatches her arm back.

"XJ9, where are you?!" Dr. Wakeman shouts and Jenny finally stands up to walk away from all this.

"We gotta go, Amy's right."

Vee grabs her by the pigtail while extending an arm and grabbing Amy's jacket sleeve. "I said, relax!" She throws Jenny in the chair and then opens up a trap door, tossing Amy in it.

"Jen!" She screams as she falls into a dark room, with no way to get out as there's no doors or windows.

"Hey!" Jenny gets up in alarm. "What are you doing to my friend?!" Before she can do anything, the chair pulls her back in and restraints. "What the-?!" She tries to break free, but is unable to and then the gun from before comes back. She moves her neck around to avoid it.

"Relax, my dear. Don't resist. You wanted to clear your head, allow me to do it for you. All your troubles with those annoying humans will be forgotten as soon as you join...the Cluster," She narrows her eyes evilly and then closes the trap door, leaving Amy in darkness.

"You're with the Cluster?" Jenny asks in shock, bringing her neck around to face Vee. "Listen, Vee, my mom can deprogram you. You don't have to be a member of the Cluster!" She gives the robot a pleading look, but just earns a laugh in return.

"Oh, Jenny. I'm not a member of the Cluster..." She encases her body into a cone, which moves away to reveal that it was Vexus the whole time! "I am its queen! And you are about to become one of my loyal subjects!"

"Vexus! It's gonna take more than your dirty tricks to make me join the Cluster!" Jenny breaks herself free, standing up. "Let my friend go!"

Amy, while in darkness, is listening to the whole thing. "Vexus! Oh no, I gotta get out of here," She looks up, unfortunately unable to see anything, but she needs to help out Jenny. Last time they saw Vexus, she made Jenny into a large robot monster.

Jenny grabs the chair, crushes it, and then throws it to Vexus, who simply catches it. "You know, Jennifer, you've got real spirit," She uses the trash as a chair to sit down. "I hope you don't continue to waste it in defense of the meat people, including your friend. Because if you do, I'll crush you along with them!"

"Crush us?" Jenny mocks her with her arms crossed. "You and what army?"

"Glad you asked..." Vexus makes her gem from her crown glow, and all the robots around Jenny come to life. It turns out that all of the robots have stamps on them. Other robots from the areas all head towards them, and suddenly, everything changes as they face some banners. Vexus appears from a tall podium. "Robots of Earth, throw off your shackles of servitude! The Cluster has come to liberate you! And we only ask one thing in return: Destroy the flesh-wearers!"

All the scientists flinch in alarm, running away from the rogue robots. The one in the barber section comes closer to some people. One of them crawls up a pole as a teeth clenching robot is below him. Another one gets dunked into a toilet by a toilet plunger robot. A dog is being chased by a robot with a brown. A chef backs away from an attacking refrigerator bot. Another one is getting chased by garden robots. Three hide behind a curtain, but the robot who irons sheets removes it...and irons it. They just look on in confusion.

Jenny rips open the trap door and looks down into the darkness. "Amy, you there?"

Ms. Mecha flies out instead, looking down at Jenny. "Let's kick some Cluster butt," She narrows her eyes and they fly off together. They land in front of a robot with a lightbulb for a head and switch it off. They remove a battery from another one, unplug a robot, and a battery from one. Then they shut off the blinds for a sonar panel powered robot, and all of the robots shut down after this. Vexus facepalms at the mundane robots she thought were at least deadly...

"Attack the flesh-lovers!" Vexus demands them, one of them slamming some wood over Jenny's head. Amy glares at it and Jenny grabs the robot, tossing it away. Another one hits Amy's armor with a pipe, making her shake in mid-air. She grunts and kicks it away. A floor waxer robot waxes Jenny's face and she smashes it on the head, punching it upwards and then kicking it into pieces. The two look up and Jenny catches the waxer. She turns it on and files her fingers with it, smiling.

"Watch out!" Amy points to one throwing plates, and one of them hits Jenny on the head. She glares and looks to the attacking robot, who tosses three more plates. Jenny chops them half and also kicks one. He then tosses plates in rapid fashion and Amy flips backwards from them. She holds up her hands as her gloves are hard enough to break the plates without her getting injured. A vacuum cleaning robot sucks up Jenny and then other robots surround her, beating her up with bats. Amy flies in, freezing as she sees the vacuum bag expanding in size. It explodes, revealing Jenny standing on top of dusted robots.

Amy looks up and smiles, going over to Jenny. They share a high five until large orange bolts knock them down. They look up to see the industrial robots attacking as they roll forward to the duo. They run and hide behind a wall before getting crushed by a wrecking ball seemingly. It lifts up to reveal the hole with the two inside perfectly fine. The two fly out of the hole just as the wrecking ball comes back. They fly up towards the construction robot, which starts firing bolts at the duo. They freeze and avoid the projectiles before flying down and get crushed by a robot with a hammer multiple times.

"Ow..." Amy murmurs in pain, and they wobble out of the hole. A crane grabs both of them by the back, slamming them down repeatedly onto the floor.

Vexus just looks at this from her spot. "We both lose here today, Jennifer and Ms. Mecha. I lose a glorious addition to the Cluster, and you lose your lives!"

Dr. Wakeman suddenly pops up right behind her. "You'll never destroy my daughter!" She tackles the woman and Jenny looks up happily.

"She called me her daughter..." She says and they fly away from the hammer again. "Hey! Mr. Wrecking Ball!" She calls out, making a funny face to goad the robot into destroying another one. She then wiggles her butt while Amy waves her hands, getting the one with the hammer to destroy the one with the crane. They fly away from a pile driver robot, flying up into the air to make two robots destroy each other by crashing. The one with the hammer destroys one, and the other robots take each other out. Jenny and Amy stare as the last part falls onto the ground. "Your army is gone, Vexus," Jenny turns around to glare at her. "It's just you and us now!"

"Your strength impresses me, Jennifer, but you still have a fatal weakness...your love of animals!" She holds up Dr. Wakeman and tosses her away like nothing. The woman looks very pale and unconscious as she flies into the air.

"Mom!" Jenny cries out at this and flies after her. Just before the woman hits the ground, Jenny catches her by the leg. She turns around to glare at Vexus, who lands in front of a fridge.

"Well, Jenny dear, that's all I have time for today. But I'll be calling on you both again..." The fridge opens up to reveal a portal and she looks to give them an evil grin. "Ta-ta!" She then makes her escape and Amy growls, clenching her fists. Jenny dives into the fridge after Vexus, but steps out with food all over her. Amy comes over and holds up a dryer that forms from her arm, drying Jenny off.

"Wow! That's incredible!" The scientists actually start complimenting Amy and Jenny.

"They flew!"

"They fought!"

"They conquered!"

Dr. Wakeman smiles proudly at Jenny as Phineas walks over. "Wakeman! This machine of yours is amazing! You simply must make one for me!"

"Ha!" She just laughs it off. "There's no way to duplicate a robot with such superior abilities. There is only one robot like XJ—I mean...there's only one daughter," She hooks an arm around Jenny, who smiles. Amy grins proudly at the woman. "Like Jenny."

Jenny chuckles in embarrassment, blushing as she looks away. "Stop it, Mom. You're embarrassing me!" Though on the inside, she was happy that Nora finally said her name.
