"Renee?" The teacher is taking attendance at Tremorton High."

"Here."

"Susie?"

"Here."

"Norbert?"

"Here?"

"Batwan?"

"Here."

"Jenny?" Jenny's not in her seat for science class. "Uh, Jenny Wakeman? And while we're on the subject, Amelia Smith?" Matter of fact, Amy is not in her seat either.

Jenny crashes in through the wall while Amy slams open the door. "Here!" They both announce, Jenny going through another wall. She looks upwards and zooms in using her eyes, sighing deeply. "I hate cluster-kazes..."

"Gonna use the bathroom!" Amy rushes out the door and hides in a locker. She transforms into Ms. Mecha and then zips through the two holes. Jenny summons some ramps for the little Clusters to slide on, and she blinks as they crash into the parking lot, making all the cars explode.

"Oopsy..."

"Jen..." Amy sighs wearily at this. The four Cluster aliens come flying back towards them and they race inside the school, the aliens crashing through the doors. They destroy the trophy wall, with the trophies flying towards the duo. They brace themselves as the trophies all land around the duo, leaving them without a scratch. Amy opens an eye and sighs in relief. They run off, leaving a terrified student hugging the wall. One of them zips down the hallway towards them and they put it in a locker, which blows up all the other lockers. They run past a student, who holds up a pair of shorts with a hole in it.

"My gym shorts!"

They run past the teachers lounge, which explodes once the alien touches it. Then they slide down the railing of stairs, the aliens flying after them. One of them even pulls off the same move that the girls did. "We've gotta get them away from school before someone gets hurt!" Amy calls out, Jenny nodding in agreement. They run around a corner, eventually flying down a hall and breaking through a window. The Cluster aliens all follow them away from the school. They slide onto the road, going through the sewers, and the aliens follow them inside. The cover is flipped to reveal the two and they smile as they hold it down. Jenny uses her pigtails as lasers to seal them in and they fly away...but the aliens explode and they're knocked all the way back into school, crashing through the floor.

"Yes!" Jenny cheers once she reveals herself. "I saved the day again. No need to thank me and Ms. Mecha. Your applause is thanks enough."

However, someone throws a rock at her and Amy peeks out as herself and they finally see all the damage they did. "Uh oh..." She murmurs nervously at the angry looks from the students.

"Those things were after you two," One of them points out.

"The day wouldn't need saving if you weren't here."

"Yeah, XJ-nightmare and Ms. Terror," One of them retorts, frowning. "And why is that thing with you?"

"Will Ms. XJ9 and Amelia Smith please report to what's left of the vice principal's office?" The speaker then falls off the wall. Jenny walks up to the destroyed office with Amy in tow as they're about to walk in through the open wall.

"Ahem," He frowns as he stops them. The two back away with blank looks on their faces as Jenny knocks. "Who is it?"

"Jenny Wakeman and Amelia Smith..."

"Please come in," He instructs and they do so, standing in front of him.

"You wanted to see us?"

"You're nothing but trouble magnets, young ladies," He points at them and Amy flinches in alarm.

"Me? Why me?"

"Well, to start..." He looks at a chart next to him that he suddenly has. "Since Ms. Wakeman started attending, we've had a 20 percent rise in laser mishaps, a 50 percent increase in supervillain attacks, and a quadrupling of interstellar invasions. And it hasn't been unnoticed that you seem to be involved somehow," He points at Amy, who winces awkwardly. "Your behavior leaves me no choice. I'm going to have to call...your parents," He holds up the phone receiver, horrifying them both.

Brad was recounting what happened at school today as they walk home, both Jenny and Amy not looking so thrilled as he is. "And the way you were all vroom! And they came down, choo-choo-choo! And you and Ms. Mecha were like, grrrr!"

"So now we're in trouble—again," Jenny laments to him. "Is it too much to ask for one trouble-free, mayhemless, peaceful day of normality?"

"To be fair, you could just not fight at school anymore," Amy deadpans, also annoyed since because her parents were called at work, they were gonna let her HAVE it when she gets home.

"To be fair, you could just not fight at school anymore," The robot mocks her, hands on her hips. "Don't forget it's not just me out there."

Amy rolls her eyes to the back of her head. If she had to pick between the bullying over her gender and what's about to come, she'd pick the former any day if it means no more fights at school. "Come on, Jen, being part of a superhero duo is the bomb. I'd trade places with you anytime. Unless suddenly there's an opening to be your partner? Ms. Mecha's not gonna be around forever, you know."

"Says who?!" They both exclaim at him and he flinches at their tones. Jenny then clears her throat.

"How about now? You can go to my house and get yelled at."

"Uhh, no," Brad looks away with a frown.

"Time to face the music..." Amy sighs wearily as they reach their houses. "Good luck, Jen..."

"You too, Amy..."

"I just don't see why you're getting in trouble, it's not like you're actually Ms. Mecha," Brad raises a brow at Amy.

"No, but I get seen at the fights a lot, so he thinks I'm involved with all of it," Amy looks away awkwardly. "He must think that I'm working with Jen and Ms. Mecha, heh heh..."

"Well, that's not fair, why should you get yelled at just for being there?"

"Life's not fair," She grumbles before they both walk to their houses. Amy looks back at Brad pleadingly, but he just smiles awkwardly and runs off to his house. "Traitor!" Amy shouts at him before Jenny opens the door.

"Hmm, yes, I see," The robot can hear her mother's voice as she peeks into the doorway. "Well, I'm certainly glad you called, vice principal," Jenny sneaks up to the wall. "These things must be dealt with promptly and decisively," Jenny extends her leg over the door to get to the other side. "Goodbye."

Jenny smiles...and then bumps into a table that has a vase, knocking it over and breaking it. Nora glances at the door, knowing it was Jenny. "XJ9, come here." Jenny slowly shuffles to the doorway. "I just got off the phone with your vice principal, and he told me all about what happened at school today," As Nora's talking, Jenny shape shifts into an igloo to hide in. "And I just want you to know that...everything's taken care!" She smiles widely, holding her hands together. Jenny's eyes widen in shock, wondering what happened. "You don't need to worry about a thing!"

"What?!" Jenny's head pops out of the igloo.

"Because of your little mishap at school," Nora runs up to the bookshelf, looking excited. "All of your science classes have been canceled."

Jenny walks up to her, raising a brow. "And as a lifelong scientist, this makes you happy because...?"

"Because I volunteered to go in tomorrow and give a lecture about my greatest scientific achievement—you!" Jenny flinches once she hears the news, her pigtails standing on end. "In front of your entire school. And at the Smiths' suggestion, Amy's going to interview Ms. Mecha on stage about her origins!"

Your entire school.

Your entire school.

Your entire school.

Jenny just looks horrified...

"Oh, memories," Nora looks at a picture of a different model of Jenny. "Remember when you were steam powered? Now, where are those schematics of you without your armor on?" Jenny's eyes disappear and she falls onto the ground, her pigtails sticking to the floor.

"AHHHHHHHH!" Amy screams from her house in horror after hearing the news from her parents about...interviewing Ms. Mecha. Which is going to be impossible since she can't be in two places at once, and therefore, she'll get punished from her parents...

Jenny sulks down the sidewalk and Amy manages to catch up with her, sulking in the exact same way. "Hey..."

"Hey..." Jenny greets back to her. "Heard about your big day tomorrow."

"Heard about your mom's lecture...what are we gonna do?" Amy laments as she closes her eyes. "I can't do this interview, if I'm not the one on stage, I'll get grounded for life..."

"You could just take the punishment."

"And you could just take the humiliation," Amy retorts back to her.

"Touche."

She glances to the side as Brad runs up in armor for some reason, coming to a stop. "Ta-da!"

"I'd say you're the Tin Man," Jenny deadpans at their friend. "Except you seem to be missing a brain instead of a heart."

"Or maybe a cheap imitation of you for some reason," Amy adds in.

"It's armor, get it?" He smiles widely at Jenny. "Every day you and Ms. Mecha attract some kind of super mayhem to our school, usually before lunch. Most days, we students cower in fear, while you two get to have all the fun. But today, I-"

"I attract super mayhem before lunch," Jenny realizes, gripping his shirt with a big smile on her face. Amy blinks and then gasps as she realizes it too. "I attract super mayhem before lunch," She then drops Brad onto the sidewalk. "I attract super mayhem before lunch!" She then bounces down the sidewalk. "Heh, how could I overlook something so obvious?"

"I won't have to do the interview and risk getting grounded!" Amy beams happily, bouncing a bit.

"My mom will never get to embarrass me in an afternoon assembly, because..."

Vexus will destroy the school with interstellar blasts

Amy blinks in confusion that Brad is suddenly singing.

Then some slimy monsters will unleash their deadly gas

Toxic radiation beams from out beyond the stars

They surround Amy, hugging her as she looks awkward from their musical number.

Mutant cyborgs launch attacks from Jupiter and Mars

Robo-bikers peeling wheelies down the corridors

Freshmen being eaten by galactic carnivores

Amy then pops up between them, waving her hands.

Whoa, can we dial it down with galactic carnivores?

She freezes as she realizes that she's singing.

Dams burst

Tornadoes blow

They start skipping down the sidewalk, Amy looking away awkwardly. "If anyone asks, I don't know either of you..." She pinches her forehead, sighing.

Locusts devour

Volcanoes explode

The brunette just walks after them, watching them walk off towards the sun as she wonders just why they're still friends...

This is gonna be the greatest day

Amy just shakes her head with a small smile at them. While glad that she won't have to do the interview, she's not gonna sing about it because it's just not her thing.

Jenny walks down the hall with a smile on her face. "So be sure to come to Dr. Wakeman's robot science assembly this afternoon," Vice Principal Razinkski announces over the speaker. She comes across Amy and Sheldon.

"I can't wait to learn all your private, innermost secrets," He grins at her.

"Sheldon," Amy sighs at him, shaking her head.

"What?" He looks at her in confusion.

"Keep dreaming, Sheldon," Jenny waves a bit.

"What about the interview?" Sheldon whispers to Amy.

"Oh, that little thing? Psh, I've got this," She waves it off, a hand on her hip. "Jen and I got it all figured out."

"Pretty embarrassing having your mom give a lecture," Pteresa remarks to Jenny as the robot passes her.

"I suppose it would be, Teresa," Jenny just shrugs at her. "Too bad it's never gonna happen."

Jenny smiles while in class as other students sleep out of boredom. The clock ticks and Amy stares at it, tapping her finger impatiently at her desk. Something extraordinary and otherworldly should be coming along any second They both think to themselves while Jenny looks at her clock from her arm. She puts it away and continues holding her smile. She glances around patiently.

Nothing yet.

The clock continues ticking, but nothing still happens and Jenny crosses her arms with a frown. Hello, we haven't got all day!

A boy is heard screaming outside of the classroom. "Yes!" The two girls cheer and Amy stands up.

"I...gotta use the bathroom, I'll be back soon!"

"And I'll take her!" Jenny offers as they both speed out of their seats and out the door. While running down the halls, Amy transforms into Ms. Mecha and they stop in front of a boy in the hall. However, there doesn't seem to be any danger around. Jenny points a bunch of weapons at the boy, making him cower in fear.

"You screamed?" Jenny peeks behind some missiles.

"I found a nickel, but you can have it," He smiles widely, backing away from her. Amy blinks and raises a brow at Jenny with a blank look.

"What happened?" Brad rushes over from the other side of the hall. "Am I too late?" He crashes into the boy and his pot helmet goes over his eyes. "Turning out the lights won't save you. You think you bad?" The boy rushes off away from Brad. "Welcome to Bad Brad, baby. You want a piece of me? How about this piece?" He hits his bat against a locker. "Or this? I'll rain down a world of hurt," He tosses his weapons and then lunges onto the locker. "Boo-ya!" Jenny and Amy just place hands over their foreheads at his attacks. "Come to Papa. No pain, no gain!"

The boy screams in terror while running past the duo. "Okay, relax, Jen. There's still plenty of time for something to go wrong."

"Besides Brad possibly getting into trouble for damaging school property..." Amy murmurs with a deadpan look.

"Batteries not included—uh! Your mileage may vary—hyah!"

"Oh my god, what's he even saying now?" Amy rubs a temple, embarrassed to be hearing these lines.

"Uh, everyone, uh, take out your pencils," The math teacher tells everyone. "Uh, we're going to have a pop quiz."

"Pop quiz?!" Jenny exclaims in alarm, confusing the teacher. "The real Ms. Pullium never gives us a pop quiz," She stands up, pointing at the woman and shocking everyone else. "You're a part of some evil chameleon race sent to destroy humanity!" She flies forward to the teacher.

"But it's multiple choice!" She screams and runs off while Jenny flies into the chalkboard. Brad slides into the classroom, Amy biting her lip and sinking in her chair.

"What? What is it?" He also dives into the wall. "Did we get 'em?"

Amy stands up, frowning as the teacher is cowering in the corner. She pulls both of them out of the wall, dragging them outside of the classroom. "Jenny, that is the real Ms. Pullium, at this point, you're just acting desperate."

"But it's true, when's the last time you saw her give out a pop quiz?"

Amy just sighs, dragging a hand down her face. "Look, all I'm saying is to keep an open mind. And don't accuse teachers as part of being in evil plots anymore..."

"Section one," Jenny stays alert while in history class. "Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts-" A fly goes over to the projector and Jenny pushes someone to the point where she breaks his desk.

"Giant human fly!"

"What," Brad dashes over to them. "What's wrong?"

Amy just sighs heavily at the two. "A fly, get the fly!" Jenny shouts and Brad holds his pot over the glove.

"Back to Hades, demon bug!" He smashes the globe to bits, then destroys the projector screen, and the projector itself. He screams while flinging around his pot and Amy steps up to the fly with a blank look. She smacks her hands to squish it and then blinks as she realizes what she did.

"Ewww," She sticks out her tongue in disgust at her hands.

Jenny darts her eyes around in science class, gripping her desk. The teacher moves his chalk, that was it, and Jenny fires at the chalkboard, making a hole in the wall. The teacher stares at her and she hides her gun behind her back with a wide smile. Amy slowly shakes her head.

"They're here, Jenny," Brad peeks through the hole, the pot having a hole in it. "They just shot at me. Hey, Mr. Smelhouse," He smiles, but the teacher doesn't look happy with him.

"What's the deal?" Jenny paces behind Brad at lunch, who pouts at his tray. Amy just eats her sandwich, watching her friend. "It's already lunchtime, and there's no interstellar invasion, no tidal waves or tornadoes, no megalomaniacal madman, nothing abnormal at all—nothing!"

"Nothing except this cafeteria food," Brad grumbles at the food in front of him.

"Maybe it's because you guys are always too alert for an attack that they backed off, I'd believe it," Amy remarks as she looks away.

"That's it!" Jenny takes his tray and then everyone else's tray away from them. She flies to the sky to get their attention. "This is not our normal inedible gruel. It's cleverly disguised as plastic explosive inedible gruel."

"What?" Amy asks in confusion, Jenny landing on the ground to toss the food into the air. The trays fall one by one and she spins around her arms. She smacks each one out of school...and they all land on Vice Principal Razinksky. He puts on his glasses, his clothes covered in food. "Now you've done it, Jen..."

Jenny frowns as she and Amy sit on the bench outside. The vice principal's office is getting concrete and bricked behind them. "It's T minus 30 minutes to massive humiliation, and counting..."

"As well as 30 minutes for my identity to be at risk..." Amy frowns deeply and the man smacks his spade on the brick, knocking some plaster onto them. They stand up and slowly walk away to the pile of concrete so that they don't get hit.

"There's gotta be somebody in the universe planning to attack the Earth today," Jenny uses her leg as a phonebook to flip through numbers.

"Jen, not that I want either of us to be humiliated, but the day's almost over and we haven't gotten a single person today. All that's happened is you and Brad being way too trigger happy for an attack," Amy shrugs at her. "Might be time for you to call it quits."

"Aren't you worried too?" Jenny frowns at her.

"At this point, I'll take getting grounded if it means I don't have to do this interview," Amy grumbles a bit.

"Well that doesn't mean I'm giving up!" Jenny calls a phone number and puts the receiver to her ear. "Hey, Vexus. What's up?" Amy blinks in shock that Jenny even has a way to contact Vexus... "Say, I'm not exactly sure how to ask this, but um...were you thinking of swinging by the Earth today?" Amy just watches while Vexus talks to her. "Oh, no reason, I just-" Vexus interrupts her and she listens, looking annoyed. "Oh, sure. I understand. I've got a lot on my plate too. Okay, yeah, you take care," She tosses away the phone number.

"Well, Vexus is a queen, so it makes sense that she doesn't spend all her time chasing after us," Amy rubs her chin. "Probably some politics or queen stuff to do..."

Jenny facepalms as she realizes this fact.

"Hello, Letta?" Jenny wonders as she's tried every single number she has, Amy asleep at this point. "Hey, girl, how's the whole space biker gang doing?" Letta screams over the phone and Jenny has to hold the receiver away from her ear. "Okay, well, I'll get right to the point, then. There's a huge assembly—I mean 'party' at school this afternoon, and I wanted to let you know that you and your gang are not invited. You better not show up." Letta speaks into the phone again. "No, you see, that's reverse psychology. I'm telling you not to show up so that you will-" Letta hangs up and Jenny gives a blank look. She should've goaded Letta more...

"Hello?" Jenny looks down at the pile of phone numbers as Amy has fallen asleep. "Is this Skippy the Wonder Puppet? Look, I'm just gonna level with you. I need some super villain mayhem, and I need it now. Is there any chance you-" Skippy tells her that he can't. "It would only be for a few minutes and...no, I understand. Family does come first. Thanks anyway..." She looks to the brunette snoring softly and shakes her. "Amy, wake up."

"Oh...did I fall asleep?" She yawns as she opens her eyes and stretches. "What time is it?"

"Attention, please," Razinksky says over the speaker. "The science assembly and the Ms. Mecha guest appearance will both begin in 5 minutes."

Jenny speeds away so fast with Amy that she knocks down the wall that was finished. The worker throws down his tool in anger. "Don't panic—it's a science assembly. Nobody's going to go, nobody-" She skids to a stop as she sees everyone going into the auditorium. "This...isn't...happening," She holds her head.

"They're probably all here for the interview..." Amy groans as she sulks. Jenny zips over to the line.

"Hey, come on, who wants to ditch this dumb assembly? We can sneak off to Mezmer's."

"Are you kidding?" A boy asks as he passes them.

"I love science," A girl adds in.

"Especially robot science."

Amy raises a brow since usually she sees most students bored in science class... "I wouldn't miss this for the world," Sheldon says with hearts coming from his head.

"Sheldon!" Amy exclaims at him angrily.

"What?" He asks cluelessly at her. "Ohh...sorry," He rubs his neck as she grunts, annoyed that he forgot about her issue.

Jenny extends her neck, looking around as she sees people actually excited for both the assembly and the interview. Several of them even get a ladder to get a better view.

"Brad," Jenny drags him out of the room with Amy. "I'm desperate. I need your help!"

"Yes!" Brad beams eagerly at her. "The Amazing Armor Lad, ready for action!"

"Come on!" Jenny drags him away, glancing at Amy. "You're not coming?"

"I'm just gonna get this over with..." Amy says with a small sigh. "I'm not that desperate anymore. See ya," She waves, walking back into the auditorium.

"Ah, Amelia!" Razinsky just happens to come out, surprising her. "There you are. You'll be sitting on stage with Ms. Mecha. She just showed up."

"Huh?!" Amy's eyes widen at this.

She steps onto stage with the vice principal and Nora, doing a double take...to see someone who looks like her in her superhero outfit. She tilts her head in confusion as Ms. Mecha winks at her. Amy slowly approaches and takes a seat next to her.

"Psst! Amy!"

Her eyes widen as she turns to Ms. Mecha, hearing her own voice. "It's me, Sheldon!"

"Wha...how are you...how did you..."

"I managed to tweak my Silver Shell suit to morph into you. And I'm using a voice modulator," He whispers to her and she smiles in relief at him. "We gotta stick together, don't we?"

"Thanks, Sheldon! You really are a lifesaver!"

"I'm delighted to see you students taking such a robust interest in science. Allow me to introduce Dr. Norene Wa-" The ground shakes and the wall nearby starts to crack. A hole opens up and smoke appears, Amy coughing. A scary-looking creature is standing there.

"Earthlings, prepare to meet your doom."

Amy gasps at this, standing up. "Ahh! A monster!" Jenny points at it. "Everybody run for your lives! Aaah!"

The girl just looks confused by Jenny's acting. "Oh, for goodness sake," Nora stomps up to a light switch and flips it. "What on Earth are you doing with my hedge-clipping machine?" She demands Jenny, Amy facepalming. Nora presses a button to summon Brad. "Get out of there, Bradley?"

"Don't you mean The Bradinator!" He uses the voice modulator, seeing Nora's blank look. "Okay..." He says in defeat and leaves. She walks back up to the podium.

"Hello, everybody," She speaks and Amy sits back down. "I'm Dr. Wakeman—Jenny's mommy." She shows a picture...of her feeding Jenny. "Who here has ever potty trained a fussy robot?" Jenny is hiding in her igloo, crying. "It's not fun, but it's either that or a mean case of diaper rust. Ha ha, right, honey?" Jenny closes herself off.

"Come on, Jenny," Brad tries to assure her after the assembly and interview are over. People walk out of the auditorium while Amy sighs in relief to herself. Thankfully, everything went smoothly with the interview. No one seemed to know the difference, either. "It wasn't that bad."

"It was horrible," Jenny murmurs with wide eyes. "I'm gonna have to move to Antarctica and start my life over."

"Man, I hated it when my dad came to school," A girl walks past them.

"Dude, this one I needed a ride home from soccer practice, and my mom brought cookies and...and...and...dude..." The boy walks off.

"You mean, everybody has parents that embarrass them?" Jenny turns to her smiling friends.

"They're parents, Jenny. That's what they do."

"Even when my parents are so busy, I still get embarrassed by them. Don't you remember the time our chemistry teacher brought them up?" Amy smiles, hands behind her back. "I guess people can just relate to you."

"There now, XJ9," Nora looks up at her with a smile. "Was that really so horrible?"

"Yes, it was. Thank you."

"Well, I'm glad you liked it, because I've agreed to give a two-week series of lectures all about you," She informs, and Jenny faints on the spot. "Oh, good. You still have that scorch mark on your back side. It's a perfect visual aid for tomorrow's lecture."

"Oh no..." Amy sweats nervously as she feels so bad for Jenny.
