Angel: Hey guys! Soon it's gonna be a new year, hope you guys had wonderful holidays and had nice times with family or friends. As for me, I wanna do something different to give back to my fans. Especially since I've gotten really slow at projects recently (which drives me up a wall). I hope to return to some projects like Sonic, and finish some next year along with getting the ball rolling on new ones. But I also wanted to ask something. Would you guys be up for a Q&A session on Discord with me or something similar? Let me know some ideas you have that I could do to give back to fans that stuck with me through my 7 years, and also there's a poll regarding the Discord thing, so you can answer the question there or other stories! Or you can suggest some ideas to me on PM or reviews to see what will work best for everyone!
Jenny and Amy are on another superhero mission as they're in space, dragging along a giant eye-ball robot. Instead of her Ms. Mecha helmet, though, Amy has on a normal pink space helmet as she's fully fighting crime without the helmet now. She's gotten more comfortable letting people know that she's Ms. Mecha. "Let go of me, you insignificant little bots, or bot and human I should say! How can I destroy the Earth from another galaxy?"
"Because we won't let you," Amy smirks at him.
"Exactly," Jenny retorts back as they start swinging around the eyeball. "The only thing being destroyed today is you," They let go of the robotic eyeball to send it flying and it explodes.
"Bye!" Amy waves with a smug smile before the shockwave from the explosion sends them astray. They fly out of control towards an unknown planet. Their backs start firing up like comets. "Uh-oh..." Amy glances back at the planet in realization.
Everyone on the planet is cheering as they seem to be celebrating something, waving around a giant makeshift comet like a dragon in a parade. "Happy Comet Day, everybody!"
"Comet, comet, comet!" The little green aliens cheer.
"Behold the great mother comet," Their leader gestures to an orange rock next to them. "Heralding the day of greater greatness yet to come."
"Praise be to comet," Everyone in the crowd bows to it like it's a god. The ground starts to shake, their eyes widening as they look up. Two more comets fly in from the sky, landing several feet away in explosions. However, it's just Jenny and Amy, and Amy's suit is overheated as Jenny's body is in orange/red coloring. Both of them open their eyes, seeing the aliens looking down at them.
"They're not rocks."
"What are they?"
"I think they're alive!"
"Then could it be?"
"The two living golden comet twins the prophecy has predicted?"
Jenny and Amy look at their bodies in confusion. "The Exalted Ones have finally arrived!"
They all cheer as Amy's suit cools down, as well as Jenny as they're surrounded in a heap. They're both suddenly carried while covered in flowers over to two thrones side-by-side. They toss the girls onto the seats and they just stare.
"As prophecy has predicted, the Comet Goddesses have appeared from the sky. Now listen up while the Exalted Ones speak."
"Um...hi," Jenny smiles at them with a wave.
"Hello?" Amy asks awkwardly while looking at herself.
"Hi!" All of them shout so excitedly that the flowers fly right off the girls.
"Uh, I think you're mistaking us for somebody else. We're not your Exalted Ones. I'm just a robot from Earth."
"And I'm just a girl who wears a powerful metal suit," Amy smiles politely at them. "We're sure you guys are cool and all, but..."
"We're late for dinner," Jenny smiles awkwardly. "So if you'll excuse us." Both of them stand up and take off, leaving behind the aliens as they stare. Then they start cheering for some reason.
"Comet Girls! Comet Girls! Comet Girls!"
"It was so strange," The girls are recalling the whole experience the next morning with Sheldon and Brad. "They put us on a throne, and there was all this yelling and dancing."
"Honestly, I hope they realize that-" The four all flinch as a shadow looms over them, and it turns out to be a huge alien ship. Brad and Sheldon hide into trash cans while Amy presses her brooch to turn into Ms. Mecha. Jenny narrows her eyes...before banners fall from the bottom, with them saying that they love them? All the aliens beam down from the ship, surrounding the four. Then they start bowing to the girls.
"This is kind of weird."
"Kinda?" Brad asks while staring.
"More like starting to creep me out," Amy recoils back a bit.
"What should we do?" Jenny glances at Brad.
"Milk it for as long as you can," He smiles at them.
Amy facepalms at his answer. "I'd rather not take advantage of an alien race," She walks off after saying this.
One of the aliens jumps into one of the hallways at school. "Make way. The Exalted Ones approacheth!" He blows a horn, leading a parade of his comrades. One of them throws flowers while Amy and Jenny walk, though the brunette looks a bit annoyed. The door gets opened for them and they step into class.
They walk to a staircase and get lifted up into chairs. "Oh no, you can put me do—okay," Amy blinks in alarm as they start moving down in chairs like queens.
Jenny lets herself fall into their arms and they push her back up. She runs down the hallway and jumps into the air, diving towards the ground. A bunch of aliens flock around and catch her.
They surround them during lunch time, Jenny laying down on the table. Amy is about to eat when they start feeding her, to her discomfort. Sheldon just scoffs down at them. "Heh. Look at all the Johnny-come-lately-newcomer-hop-on-the-bandwagon wannabes. I started the Hail to Jenny Fan Club last year. And I had started one for Amy years ago. And I've got the yearbooks to prove it," He holds out two yearbooks, and indeed, he's...the only member of both those clubs. Jenny snaps her fingers.
"Oil."
Several of them hand out oil to her and she takes one, sipping from it and tossing the can. One of them catches it and puts it on a podium for them to bow down to. "Okay?" Jenny murmurs weirdly as Amy comes up.
"It's because you drank it."
"Let's take it down a notch, fellas," Jenny advises them.
Once again, they throw flowers in front of the two for them to walk on and they slip, falling down. "Stand back so I can open the door," One of them calls out.
"No, I get to open it."
They all start arguing about who gets to do it, some of them running past the girls as they want in on it too. Two students start glaring at them, and Jenny sinks a bit. "I'll go try and talk to them..." Amy sighs slowly as she trudges over.
They sulk down the hallway as the aliens follow them with concerned looks. Jenny lets out a long sigh, and they follow. She turns around to them. "Hey, you guys think you could do us a favor?"
"Oh, yeah, easy."
"Anything, yeah."
"I need you to find us a grain of sand," Jenny then smiles, hands behind her back as they all speak excitedly, running off. "Uh-uh," She stops them before they could leave. "It needs to look exactly like Abraham Lincoln. Amy, show 'em a picture," She elbows her friend.
"Oh, yeah," Amy takes out her history book in realization, flipping pages. She holds out the book for them to see. "Like this guy right here."
"Yes, O Exalted Ones!" They cheer as they run off.
"They won't be coming back anytime soon," Jenny smiles at her friend.
"Why do I feel uneasy?" Amy asks her in worry as her response.
"Two, four, six, eight. Tremorton's in second place. Yay!" The cheerleaders chant while the girls are watching a basketball game. Brad slides over to the girls.
"What happened to your cheerleaders?" He asks curiously.
"We ditched them," Jenny glances briefly at him. "They mean well, but man, they bug."
"Plus it was getting uncomfortable with them feeding me and offering to braid my hair," Amy shudders a bit.
"Uncomfortable? You?" Brad raises a brow at her.
"Three words: Amy-obsessed Sheldon," She says simply and he nods in understanding. "So I'm not exactly reassured that they're gone."
"Come on, Amy, they won't be back for a loooong time," Jenny smirks a little and then a door opens.
"I found one!" One of the aliens shouts and they look at the door wide-eyed. He holds up a grain of sand that looks exactly like Lincoln somehow! "I found a grain of Lincoln sand!"
"I found two!" Another one rushes in. Another one holds up a cup.
"I found lots of Lincoln sand!"
"So did we!" Several of them run up and drop their cups near the girls, who glance at brad nervously.
"Us too!" Others drop wheelbarrows of sand.
"I thought you said you ditched these guys!" Brad states before a whole bunch of sand is dropped over them. The referee blows the whistle.
"Interference! Sand on the court."
The sand gets everywhere, the students all either arguing or being annoyed. Vice Principal Razinsky pops up in front of the girls, not looking happy. "Ms. XJ9, Ms. Smith, could you kindly...get these sand-spewing space cadets out of here?!"
They open the doors to the gym, sand spilling out as they walk away in annoyance. The aliens trail after them, seeing that they look just as mad as their vice principal. "Okay, look!" Jenny whips around to them. "You guys can't just-"
"You need more bowing?"
"Absolutely not," Amy denies immediately to him.
"No, we-"
"Are we not worthy?"
"We're not saying that at all," Amy drags a hand down her face.
"No, we just-"
"Have we dishonored you?"
"Oh my gosh," The brunette groans at them not understanding, a hand on her forehead.
"No, it's just-"
"Statue transport, quick!" They all gather around the girls, throwing them up into the air. Then they land in thrones, being escorted away while looking exhausted. Brad jumps in, landing between the two casually.
"I understand what you're going through, girls. It's like my situation, except instead of another species, I'm adored by another gender." He snaps his fingers at a girl, who is just waiting at the bus stop and not paying attention to him. "Hey, baby." Amy rolls her eyes at him.
"It's just too much," Jenny deadpans, annoyed by both him and all the attention.
"I can't take it anymore, even though I never wanted this to begin with. And not to mention, they're driving my sisters crazy at home," Amy rubs a temple. Because they're related to one of the 'Comet Goddesses', they've been treating Emily, Claudia, and Piri at home too. And it was always a little creepy to them.
"So say something to them," Brad tells them gently.
"But they're so...nice. They mean well, and they're doing it all for us."
"If I was in their place, would you let me do all those things for the rest of my life?" Amy points out while raising a brow. Jenny looks away with a frown as the answer is clear to the girl already. And so, she's gonna have to suck it up and talk to them.
"Whatever. All I know is, you can't let people walk all over you, even if they're walking under you," And with that, Brad jumps off the podium. He slides over to the girl from the bus stop, leaning against the sign with a smile. "How about you and me paint this town red?" The bus arrives and she gets in, ignoring him. "Or blue? You like green?" The bus sprays him with mud, leaving him drenched. "Call me."
"Thanks for nothing," Amy sighs wearily as they had both seen the whole thing. Jenny and Amy both jump off from their thrones to face the aliens.
"Look, we really appreciate all you've done."
"Not all aspects," The brunette whispers while rubbing her neck. She definitely could've done without them bothering her sisters.
"But it's late, and I think we should just stop all the bowing and call it a night. Good night," She waves to them while they walk away.
"Good night, Exalted Ones!" They call out and Amy sighs, sagging her arms.
"You really think they got the point this time?" She asks while glancing at Jenny.
"Hopefully..."
As the two are sleeping, a cough is heard from both of their windows. The girls open their eyes in alarm. "I don't think they heard us," They hear whispers from right outside. "They're still asleep. No, wait, their eyes are open."
Jenny moves away her bed sheet, Amy growling as she sits up in bed. Jenny slumps over to her bed to see an alien hugging the pane. Amy crosses her arms while tapping her foot, standing in front of her closed window that also has an alien peeking in. "They're looking out the window...I think they may see us."
Jenny simply pokes her window open, as Amy pulls up her window, her hair an absolute mess and her eyes tired. They see the aliens literally camping out on their front yards and across the street. They have tents and campfires, much to their dismay. As soon as they see the girls, they cheer happily.
"Come on, you guys," Jenny pleads with them, hands on her hips. "Can't you find something more constructive to do?"
"Like maybe not camp outside our houses?" Amy adds in, crossing her arms in annoyance. "It's 3 in the morning!"
"Find something constructive to do," They start writing this on notepads, all of them, and even Sheldon is there with them. "The goddesses have spoken."
"Sheldon?" Jenny looks down at him in surprise, whereas Amy has seen him camp outside her house before.
"If you can't beat 'em, join 'em," He smiles up at the two, the brunette recoiling back in alarm.
"Uhh," She looks up at Jenny awkwardly at what he's saying.
"I thought you didn't have a crush on Amy anymore," Jenny raises a brow and he flinches as he realizes what he said.
"I-I don't! This is only for you, Amy! I mean Jenny!"
Amy facepalms at this and then narrows her eyes. "If you don't leave my front yard in 10 seconds, I'm calling my dad," She threatens the boy.
"NO!" Sheldon speeds down the street as Amy smirks at Jenny's baffled look. Unknown to the robot is the fact that Sheldon is terrified of Amy's dad. Not just because he's Skyway Patrol, but because he's had experience kicking Sheldon out before. And it's never a fun time for him. He'd always make Sheldon do a bunch of drills, and it reminds him too much of gym.
The next morning, the two leave their houses at the same time, humming. Amy waves goodbye to her sisters as they're leaving to do their own things. The three sisters flinch and then look on with open mouths. As soon as the two look up...they see banners dedicated to them. And these banners are practically everywhere in town. There are even statues in the middle of traffic. Amy taps her brooch to transform, the two taking off and flying near the statues.
"There they are! Get 'em!" The angry people from the streets start throwing things at them, which they barely manage to avoid. The two take to hiding behind some bushes, looking up and seeing shrubs in their likeness.
"Oh, you gotta be kidding me," Amy drags a hand down her face.
"Hey, Amy, did Sheldon ever do this?" Jenny laughs nervously, and the brunette shakes her head no.
"If he did, I definitely would've known at this point. I can't believe he joined in on letting this happen!" She gestures to everything around them. "He must really be flipped for you at this rate, huh?" She rolls her eyes to the back of her head; at this rate, he'd do anything.
Some white paint falls nearby, and they glance up to see Sheldon in the air painting something. That Is, pictures of the two flying in the sky as comets. "What have you done?" Jenny asks in horror and he slides down by rope.
"This is nothing," He grabs their hands and drags them off. "Come on."
He leads them forward and their faces drop as they see more giant statues in their likeness. "What are those things?" Jenny asks angrily while they storm up to the aliens.
"They're tributes to you, the Exalted Ones," One of them gestures to the two.
"We don't want your tributes! We don't want any of this!" Jenny shouts and their lips quiver as their eyes glisten. Then all of them start crying, the robot glaring down at them. Amy just pinches her nose for their reaction.
"We've put all our little alien hearts into these. It's our last and greatest tributes to the Comet Goddesses," The aliens from before slides over to them on his knees, sobbing out. The two glance at each other and then look down at him.
"This is really your last tributes?" Jenny asks while clenching her fists.
"And after this, you'll clean all of this up and then stop with the lavishing?" Amy gestures to the large structures.
"Yes, we swear. All that's left is the dedication ceremony," He stands up, but they still look mad.
All the aliens cheer as the two are placed in chairs. "Is all this fuss really necessary?" Jenny asks while they're given bracelets.
"Hey, you're the one who wanted to milk all this for what it was worth. Was it worth it now?" Amy looks at her knowingly from all the way across from her own 'tribute.' She's also given the same bracelets as Jenny.
"No," Jenny looks away while grumbling. Both of them are brought all the way to the top.
"And now we bow down in reverence for the solemn invocation," Their leader announces to them. "Zabba zing, rubba ha-ha."
"Yip-yip-yip-yip-yip," All the aliens cheer.
"Ribba-bah."
They then blow raspberries for...some reason and then they all sing a tune. Sheldon starts singing off-key, and they silence him, shoving him back down. The twin tails and the big ponytail from both tributes flip around to face the girls. Once they're close enough to touch them, their bracelets start glowing pink.
"What the?" Jenny questions in alarm before they're revealed to be magnets, locking them in place to the chairs.
"Hey!" Amy protests while trying to break free. The tails all power up to give them shocks, which triggers reactions from both Jenny's body and Amy's suit. Suddenly they end up sending giant beams to the sky in unison, and they both hit the sun...
Then the sun starts moving towards the Earth and away from the solar system. It literally breaks through the rings that make up the planets to go to Earth. Jenny pulls at her wrists to set herself free, Amy trying to do the same, but she's not made of metal. Jenny rolls down the structure until landing on her back. "Jen!" She hears, looking up to see Amy struggling and failing to get out. "Get me out of this thing!"
"Wasn't that fantastic?" The leader walks up to Jenny, who can barely stand up now as she looks angry. She grabs him and then tosses him in the sky, presumably to never be seen again. She grabs another alien and does the same thing.
"I didn't know!" Sheldon protests while backing away from her. "I don't even like comets!" He's only saying that so that he doesn't get the same treatment. However, he does get tossed into the sky too. She holds up another alien to look him in the eye.
"Nobody's sacrificing us for some comet!"
"Sacrifice? What are you talking about, Exalted One? This is our tribute to you and our other Exalted One. We have put your planet's sun in motion." She looks up and is horrified to see the approaching sun. "Creating the greatest comet in the universe."
"Are you insane?!" Jenny exclaims in disbelief. "How could you do this?"
"You do not like it? We thought you would like it," The alien says as she sags her arms.
"Well, we don't. We hate it, and we want it stopped right now. She's still up there! ...Oh no, she's gonna hate me for that," Jenny waves nervously to the brunette, who's glaring at the robot intensely for leaving her up there. And as they're talking, they get surrounded in white thanks to the incoming sun.
"Sure, if you two want it stopped, wave your hands and stop it. After all, you're the Comet Goddesses."
"We're not the Comet Goddesses!" Jenny shouts in frustration. "We don't have magical powers!"
"Oh, well then put on your sunglasses," The alien does just that. "The forecast calls for sun."
Jenny flies around to the tributes, looking around for something to stop it. She flies over to the aliens just watching with sunglasses on. "Where's the reverse button on these things?" She earns laughter to her confusion.
"Why would we need a reverse button?"
"Wait a minute," She flinches in realization. "If it can pull the sun one way, it can pull it back the other." She then looks up at Amy. "Don't hate me for this!"
"For wha-" Amy blinks in surprise as Jenny dives into the ground. "Did she just ditch me?" However, suddenly her tribute is lifted off the ground by the robot, who struggles to carry it since it's so heavy. She then flies off into the sky with it, reaching space. Amy gasps as she's not wearing a helmet, looking panicked as they reach the sun. Jenny turns the thing upside down and presses Amy's brooch to produce a space helmet. She holds Amy's shoulder and looks a little embarrassed.
"We don't tell anyone about this," She says to Amy as she whispers in the girl's ear. Amy sighs heavily at this.
"If I do it, you'll set me free from this thing?"
"Oh, of course," Jenny assures her friend. Both of them take a breath and start singing like the aliens did to activate it. Light comes from them as the beams arrive from them to point at the sun. The sun stops in place and goes in the opposite direction very slowly. Amy sighs in relief as the sun is a safe distance away. Jenny goes over and rips off her wrist restraints.
"Finally," Amy rubs her wrists, pressing the brooch to fully produce her suit. Both of them take off back towards Earth, and once they get there, they look like comets again. They clench their fists while being surrounded by the aliens.
"So you obey our every command? Here's our command," The two cool down as Jenny points forward. "Get back on your spaceship!"
"And no dawdling!" Amy adds in as they flinch and go rush right inside. The two fly up, Jenny extending her arm to connect it to the ship. Amy flies up behind and pushes as Jenny pulls. The two spin around rapidly and send the ship flying towards the sun.
"Jenny, Amy," Brad starts off as the two land in front of him. "I know I told you guys not to let people walk all over you, but throwing an entire alien race into the sun? That's just mean."
"First, you said over or under, and second, really?" Amy laughs a bit as they look confident.
"Not into the sun. Just near it. We put them into an elliptical orbit around the sun. We made them into a comet."
"We're in an elliptical orbit around the sun?" One of them asks happily. "We're a comet!" All of them cheer happily at this revelation.
"We figure they must love astrology since I noticed they were celebrating Comet Day on their planet with all the banners and stuff," Amy smiles as they look up at the sky. "So might as well make them into one."
"So they won't be back for a long time, huh?"
"Nope, nobody is going to bow down to us for 75 years," Jenny answers him.
"Except for Sheldon," Brad points out, earning a groan from Amy.
"Please don't with that joke, since I had to deal with his crush on me for a good while before and after Jenny came into the picture," She places a hand on her forehead.
"Sorry," Brad rubs the back of his neck.
"Yeah..." Jenny says awkwardly as Amy's already told her some details of hints of the crush being back. "Hey, where is Sheldon?" They look around for him, and he's nowhere to be seen...because he's on the ship with the aliens orbiting the sun.
"HEEEEEEELP!"
