Okay, before we begin, a slight clarification on how this works. There's 15 locations where these Heart to Hearts can happen in the game, so we'll be starting with that, and as well each will have four results: Pass/Pass, Pass/Fail, Fail/Pass, and Fail/Fail. These translate to the net affinity gains and losses that occur in game. In each location, Spyro and Cynder will get the first chat, an individual scene only for them. Then they'll get interactions with other characters at other locations. We'll use up all the characters that make sense at a certain location before moving on to the next one. And since these are going to take so long to write, we're only getting one at a time. Spyro one week, Cynder the next. So in other words, every update will only be one chapter instead of two. Just warning you now. And as well, if text is italicized, it's a thought, not actual speech. So our first location is Colony 9, where I think just about everybody has a Heart to Heart with everybody else. So let's get into this!

Heart to Heart 1: A Whole New World

Participants: Spyro and Cynder

Location: Outlook Park

Affinity: Yellow

Introduction

Cynder: Hold on, does anybody know where we are?

Spyro: To be honest, I was hoping you knew.

Cynder: Great, we just get finished saving the world from Malefor and now neither of us know where we are. Now what do we do?

Pass/Pass

Spyro: We need to start working on finding a way home. The others are probably worried sick about us.

Cynder: I honestly agree. That being said, I wouldn't mind if we just had some time alone for a while, let the rest of the world wait for us for once.

Spyro: But before we go, that reminds me. I swear I heard you whispering something as the planet came back together.

Cynder: Wait, he could hear me?! Do you remember anything... specific?

Spyro: Not off the top of my head. But I'm sure the memory will come to me.

Cynder: (Nervously) You know what? Put it from your mind for now, you're right, we've got to find a way home.

Spyro: Yeah. Good idea, let's get on that.

Cynder: (Sighs) Maybe one day he'll remember...

(Net Affinity: +10)

Pass/Fail

Spyro: Maybe more of it will come to me later.

Cynder: Maybe. Darn it. I was honestly hoping he'd remember more than that.

Spyro: For all I know, there is no way back. (Thinking about it) But... maybe that's a good thing.

Cynder: Is he really saying this? Wait... what do you mean?

Spyro: I mean we could really use some time to just be away from things after everything we went through.

Cynder: I don't disagree, but even still... Maybe you're right, but we should still try.

Spyro: Agreed. (Thinking about something)

Cynder: Something on your mind?

Spyro: Did you hear any whispering when the world was being pulled back together?

Cynder: Did he actually hear me? Nothing I can think of.

Spyro: Funny, I could've sworn I'd heard something. And it sounded like your voice saying it. It'll come to me in time, I'm sure.

Cynder: I'm sure too. That was a bit close. I do still want him to remember, but not before it's time...

(Net Affinity: 0)

Fail/Fail

Spyro: For all I know, there is no way back. (Thinking about it) But... maybe that's a good thing.

Cynder: Is he really saying this? Wait... what do you mean?

Spyro: I mean we could really use some time to just be away from things after everything we went through.

Cynder: I don't disagree, but even still... Maybe you're right, but we should still try.

Spyro: Agreed. (Thinking about something)

Cynder: Something on your mind?

Spyro: Did you hear any whispering when the world was being pulled back together?

Cynder: Did he actually hear me? Nothing I can think of.

Spyro: I'm positive I heard you saying something. Please, don't lie to me, Cynder.

Cynder: What on earth makes you think I'm lying to you?

Spyro: I know what I heard.

Cynder: Can we discuss this later? We really need to find a way home.

Spyro: Agreed. But this isn't the end of this conversation.

Cynder: Great. Now he's got me rethinking saying anything.

And that wraps up our first Heart to Heart. Probably a hundred or so more to go. I really hope everyone is cool with only getting one entry in this per week. But truth be told, it's pretty similar to how the Injustice intros series started, before I decided to do whole characters in a day.
