Hey guys! I wish I could say I'm bringing another chapter, but sadly, that is not the case. Let me explain…
You see, I was working on another chapter, and there was a circumstance when I had to take out my drive, which I used to store my work (I was cleaning my desk, and the drive got in the way). Anyway, while I was cleaning, I accidentally spit a drive on the said drive! I tried to save it as best I could, but my computer couldn't process or read it. Which now meant months, a year's worth of work, blood, sweat, and tears. All gone. And I forgot to make a backup program. Now I know how the 'Typical Parker Luck' feels.
So, long story short, I now must start shopping for another drive, and as far as the story itself goes…I'm afraid I don't have the mental energy to start all over again with the chapter I was writing. And so, with a heavy heart, I'm afraid Phenomenal Spider-Man is canceled. However, I won't delete the story itself. But rather, I like to look at this as…a prototype story. Something I can look back on and see that I am capable of as far as writing comedy, as well as adding third dimensions to characters. Kind of like those videos you see from the prototype Resident Evil 2 videos of what things were supposed to be, but how that inspired them to make changes to the game, you see now (look it up).
However, I know that people were into this story, and I am so sorry for letting you down this time. But like I said, I will keep this story up for those who feel that they can be inspired by what they see here. And, if there are those who can't stand to see this unfinished and want to take on the reins and write it themselves. Then, by all means, go right ahead; you have my blessing. Just give me a message and let me know first.
But anyway, I'm so sorry for how this turned out. I'm so sorry for letting all of you down. But you have my word, once I get a new drive, you will see another story from me. And I'll be sure to let you know!
