Author's Note:
Reviews and comments: Thank you so much to Uberdonut, who left me such a lovely review that it honestly just warmed my soul! "This story is what I would like to call 'peak spice,' It brings tears to your eyes, make your chest hurt in a good way, and holy hell do some parts hurt going down." Thank you! To StoryReviewer715: On my publish date anniversary, I should update one chapter every day for the week of May 3rd? That's a lovely thought isn't it? But sadly, no, this will not be happening. To Lolikiano: It is an interesting battle Draco will be dealing with and I hope I manage to do it well. To Menna Taha: I answered this on my tumblr, but yes, I do think what Narcissa did was incredibly selfish and she regrets it immediately. But all she can think of is trying to keep her family together as she's convinced herself that they are safest together and Draco taking the mark is a huge wakeup call for her at that. Shit just got real and now she's trapped in a box of her own making and has to live with the realizations that because of her selfishness, her son and her husband might be taken from her and she will be just as much to blame for it. She can't run now because by doing so, she's leaving the two men she was trying to protect and by choosing to stay, she inherently put them in more danger.
To Obscure-Reference-Girl: Thank you! I miss Sirius too, but I'm doing my best to keep progressing. To speedsONEandONLY: Polyjuicing Abraxas as Theo and Crouch as Dumbledore, then killing them, is quite ingenius, but sadly, that will not be happening. As to the translations, I apologize, I felt that it was self-explanatory as it's a common phrase I use and forget other people don't know. I'll put them at the bottom of the chapter and at the bottom of this one. Sorry about that. To notthatchavi: Only Sirius lost his virginity that young, the others were 15/16, and I thought it would be sweet for George and Angelina to lose theirs together. To Wolf's scream: Thank you for making the connection between Voldemort claiming he's not a monster contrasting to Remus believing he is. As to Fleur being more than just a pretty face, that's a shout-out to an amazing Bill/Fleur story that is one of my favourites called More Than Just a Pretty Face by lilyevansJan30. To LilyBlack18: Making you hate Voldemort more than in canon? Thanks LOL
To Jmcglynn522: My name is Bellatrix now? I take offence LOL. I thought that the FUVP reminder was needed for all and as to Draco and Blaise, well, I do have plans my pretty. Getting Lucius to drink poison or pretend to in order to save his wife and son would have been interesting, but sadly no. To crunchy cheeseball: I agree. Lucius loves his family very strongly and would do anything for them, but he puts himself above them as he does value his own life more than theirs. Love the reference to Voldemort claiming he lost a friend being similar to a snake saying it lost its left foot, never had one to begin with LOL. I won't be giving anything about Nagini's POV no, as I don't know how much she has one anymore. I am waiting to see what JKR has in store for her storyline as from what I understood from CofG, was that when the curse takes over and she becomes the snake forever, I wondered if her human memories were gone? I don't know and I have no plans of writing about that, but I will never say never, sometimes my muse brings me places I never expected. To daughtersofwisdomandsea: Amazing name, first of all, just wanted to say, and secondly: Wow! Thank you! What an amazing review! It's nice to see people noticing my subtle hints and drops before a plot development. I try to build things at a pace that makes it not seem so incredibly shocking. Which I can promise is amazing to me because this story is really not that well planned out LOL. I am 7 chapters ahead of what I have posted and 2 half chapters past that in the works. I don't plan on making a missing moments clips for this one, but I will never say never. We will definitely see Sirius again in memories for sure as to the afterlife scene, well I can't make any promises on that but again, I will never say never. I don't always know where this story is taking me, but I do my best to let it lead the way and write where my muse tells me to go. As to Georgia, I do have some Hinny moments coming up, a lot of fluff and some smut, and some great time in Georgia (they are already back in England now in my writing). As to sixth year - I have so many ideas and no ideas at all, so we'll see haha. But I do know one thing I want to do and I am still working on how to make it work out. Thank you so much for reading and leaving a review! It means more than you know.
French Terms from the Bill/Fleur scene last chapter:
(French) Je t'aime = I love you
(French) aujourd'hui = today
(French) oui = yes
(French) non = no
(French) Et tu = and you
(French) n'est pas = is not, more of a tag on at the end of a statement to turn it into a yes or no question
Beginning of some Hinny fluff, more to come, and one very steamy scene! Enjoy!
My posting schedule: Once a week.
Thanks to Dusk for her amazing editing skills.
As always, thank you very much for reading and please, please review!
Your reviews give me life! They give me inspiration! And they make me want to keep writing for more than just myself! Thank you for all of your continued support!
CHAPTER TWO-HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SIX:
Harry and Zee returned to Black Cottage after the meeting. Zee linked her arm with his, steering him towards the living room and onto one of the navy sofas. "Tell me."
He shrugged. "I guess I just hoped to get more from that meeting. I hoped that Dumbledore of all people would know how the room worked and how to break inside of it. I just… I wanted answers."
"Sweetie, if we had them for you, we would have given them. This isn't an easy task. It's not one that I would want to embark on, let alone ask you to do. But it needs to be done and your father trusted you to do it. I would never doubt his trust," she told him. "It's remarkably well-placed. Sometimes talking it out, rethinking through what we know, can help you. It might make you rethink the situation in a way that you haven't already."
Harry rubbed his forehead. "I think it just made me more frustrated."
Zee kissed his cheek and stood up. "I'll get you a headache potion. We're leaving for Georgia in two days and we're going to have a wonderful time. We're going to relax, spend it with our family, and just try to remember to be happy. When we come home, we'll look at all of this again and maybe we'll see something different; something will click and it will all make sense."
"Do you really think so?"
Zee smiled at him. "I think that this break will do us both good for a lot of different reasons, Harry. I'll grab you that potion. Do you mind letting Lady Godiva out back so that she can hunt?"
He nodded and stroked Lady Godiva behind the ears before moving into the kitchen to let the panther out the back door. Zee returned a moment later with a mouthful of potion which he swallowed before handing the cup back to her.
"What do you feel like for dinner?" he asked.
"I'm craving cornbread," she told him. "I think it's because I know I'm going to see Grandma soon. Let's make some cornbread and how about some mac and cheese and then because we need some greens, I'll bake some asparagus and artichokes with olive oil and garlic?"
Harry grinned. "That sounds brilliant."
He watched her move to the cupboards to pull ingredients down and he thought that she had a point. Maybe the break would help him put things more into perspective. Either way, she was right about one thing — they both needed to get out of Britain for a while.
He couldn't wait to get to the ranch.

Mr Weasley brought Ginny to Black cottage that morning with her small travel-size trunk. Harry pulled open the front door to greet them, grinning hugely.
"Good morning, Mr Weasley. Hi, Ginny. I expected you to use the Floo."
"Felt this was better at bringing Ginny's belongings and this way no soot for my girl," Mr Weasley said, lifting Ginny's trunk through the front door as Zee came down the stairs.
"Harry, have you seen my wand?"
"Kitchen counter," he replied.
"Good morning, Arthur, Ginny," Zee said, hurrying into the kitchen to grab her wand.
"So, when does the portkey leave?" Mr Weasley asked.
Harry looked down at his watch. "In forty minutes."
"And you'll be gone about a month?"
Harry nodded. "About, yeah. Our return portkey is set to arrive on the fourth of August."
"With everything that's been going on, Molly and I are almost pleased that you'll both be away. But we worry just the same," Mr Weasley admitted. "We have our own things to deal with here, though. Bill and Percy are joining the Wizengamot on Friday. Ron is helping the twins with the shop, and Molly and I will be working with the Order to see about making some progress on how to stop these insurgent attacks. Ginny would end up being alone most of the summer, it seems."
Ginny smiled at her father. "Nah, I would have found something to do."
Mr Weasley chuckled. "I'm sure that you would have. Got everything?"
"Yes, Dad."
He bent his head to kiss her cheek, hugging her tightly. "Have a wonderful time. You'll send word when you arrive?"
"We will," Zee informed him.
Mr Weasley nodded, hugged his daughter once more, and then left.
Harry took his girlfriend's hand with a big smile. "Are you excited?"
"And a little nervous," she admitted. "I met your grandmother once, remember when you snuck me into Hogsmeade to help you pick out that locket for Zee's birthday?"
Zee reached out to grip the locket she wore around her neck. "It's still my favourite present by far, though I've loved everything that Harry's given me me."
"I'm great at gift-giving," Harry said, making her laugh. He turned back to his girlfriend and kissed her fingers. "Don't be nervous, Grandma and Grandpa are going to love you."
"They will," Zee told her. "Harry talks about you all the time."
"Not all the time," Harry said. "She's exaggerating."
Zee's amused expression met Ginny's. "No, I'm not."
Twenty minutes later, the three of them were standing on the White Cliffs of Dover accepting the international portkey from the wizard. He counted them down and then they were rushing through it so quickly that Harry felt a bit sick.
The pull of the portkey knocked Ginny sideways. If Harry hadn't been holding her tightly when they landed, she would have fallen to the ground.
"International ones are always rough," he told her. "Think this was the first time that I didn't fall over."
Lady Godiva gave them a haughty look.
"Lady G definitely isn't happy," Ginny said.
Zee chuckled. "She never is, but she tolerates them because she loves me." She stroked her hand over the back of the panther's ears. They handed their papers over to the MACUSA wizard and had them stamped before Zee led them over to the Apparition point.
Harry pulled Ginny close to him and held onto Zee and with a loud crack. Soon, the four of them arrived in the woods by the ranch. Harry recognized the wood immediately and grinned widely, surprised at the sudden pull of home he felt to a place that he'd only spent a few weeks in.
He held Ginny's hand in his as they headed up the back trail, and the yellow farmhouse came into view. Lucy immediately started barking and made a beeline for them. She sniffed them suspiciously, then seemed to recognize them because the Beagle rolled over onto her back to ask for attention. Chief, the big Newfoundland, came running out from the stables as well, barking gleefully, and it was only a moment later when Colt stepped out from the horse paddock and made his way over to them.
He wore old faded blue jeans with a white tee shirt underneath a red plaid button-down shirt rolled at the elbows. The black cowboy hat sat on the top of his silver-white hair, his big moustache turning with his smile.
"Well, there's a sight for sore eyes!" Colt exclaimed, patting Lady Godiva on the head before hugging Harry tightly and then Zee. "Good trip? I never like those port thingies. I always feel like I'm going to lose my lunch."
Harry grinned. "It was fine, Grandpa."
Colt stared at Ginny, a smile on his face. "This lovely redhead must be Ginny. Welcome to Georgia."
"Thank you, Mr Jackson. Thanks for inviting me."
Colt grinned widely. "Honey, as much as my boy talks about you, we're already family. Call me Grandpa."
Ginny beamed at him.
Colt smiled back before he tugged Zee into his arms again and kissed both of her cheeks. "How are you, baby girl?"
"One day at a time," she told him, snuggling into his chest.
Colt nodded, his eyes on Harry. "And you, son? Flo and I were sorry we couldn't make it for the funeral, but with you two coming out so soon after we figured it was okay. Sirius was a good man and Flo and I are going to miss him something fierce so, I reckon you and Zee must be pretty torn up over it."
Harry nodded. "Yeah. We miss him a lot."
Colt kissed the top of Zee's head. "Well, come on inside. It's hotter than all hell out here today so let's go in and cool off. Flo made some fresh sweet tea before she went to check on the restaurant. Woman's been retired two months and still goes there twice a week just to check on things."
Harry chuckled as he led Ginny through the back of the farmhouse and into the large kitchen. Bruno, the St Bernard, was sleeping on the porch on their way in and only lifted his head to look at them in greeting before going back to sleep.
"Harry, why don't you show Ginny the upstairs and you two can settle yourselves in. Your room is all set up for you, and Ginny and Zee can share the room across the hall."
"Thank you," Ginny told him before she turned to follow Harry up the creaky wooden staircase as he carried Zee's belongings up with his own.
Harry led Ginny into the room he'd had last time, smiling at the arched ceilings and the big comfortable bed with the homemade quilt.
"This is me," he told her, tossing his stuff onto the bed.
Ginny sat on his bed and smiled at him, patting the quilt. "Come sit for a minute."
Harry did as instructed, smiling when she took his hand. "You okay?"
"I'm more than okay. That man down there is kind of wonderful. I think that this was a great idea, us coming here."
Harry bent his head to kiss her softly. "Me too." He stood up, tugging her up with him. "Come on, I'll show you your room and then we'll go out and see the horses."
He showed her the room across the hall with the large Queen-sized bed and they dropped off her and Zee's belongings before heading downstairs. Zee and Colt were still sitting at the table chatting. They smiled at the couple when they came down.
"We were going to head to the stables," Harry began. "I want to show Ginny the horses and maybe take her for a ride on Cloud Dancing."
Colt smiled. "There's apples in the fridge, take a few for them and let them sniff you. Make sure Cloud Dancing is willing first, and then you can go."
"Thanks, Grandpa."
They took the apples and headed out across the big yard to the stables. Two young men were already out there working with them and the dark-haired one waved as they approached.
"Hey, Harry. You sure grew up, kid. Who's the babe?"
"My girlfriend," Harry said with a grin. "Ginny, this is Calvin; he's one of the grooms."
"Nice to meet you," Ginny said.
Calvin tipped his hat. "And you as well, miss." He slapped the rump of the black beauty with white-haired legs and hooves that ran by him. "This is Ebony, our newest find. She's a beauty, but still temperamental as hell. She won't let any of us ride her. Not even Colt, though she listens to him. Cloud Dancing is on the other side there with King Lightning."
Harry nodded and tugged Ginny along to the other end of the paddock where the two horses were grazing. He moved over to Cloud Dancing, admiring his beautiful black fur and white spots.
"Hi, boy," he said smoothly, the apple in his hand. "I know it's been a while, but I came back to see you. I missed you." He held the apple out tentatively, wondering if the horse would recognize him when Cloud Dancing immediately nipped at his ear affectionately. Harry laughed, reaching out to stroke his snout. "Yeah, you remember me, don't you, boy?"
He stroked him reverently. "This is Ginny. She's been dying to meet you."
Ginny took the apple from Harry, holding it out to the horse. Cloud Dancing stared at her for a moment before he ate the apple right from her palm, making her laugh. "Oh, that tickles!"
Harry grinned. "Yeah, but it feels great. What do you say, boy. Want to go for a ride?"
Cloud Dancing made a sound of approval and padded off towards the stables to wait patiently for Harry to saddle him up. Harry then hopped up into place as if he'd never left. Neville had been right, it was like flying - not something he was likely to forget. He reached down to grab Ginny's hand.
"Put your foot in this piece here and hold onto me, I'll pull you up."
Ginny carefully placed her foot in the hold, clinging tightly to Harry's hand. She had watched him swing his long legs over the animal so gracefully and was worried she might make a fool out of herself. It was no different that getting on a broom, she told herself, the only difference was the height of the horse. She got her foot into place, and with a jump and tug from her boyfriend, she found herself sitting on the back of the horse. She settled herself in behind Harry, wrapping her arms around his waist. He turned his head to look back at her.
"I like you back there."
Ginny kissed the centre of his back and grinned. "Take me for a ride, Harry."
Harry stroked Cloud Dancing's neck and the horse took off on a small trot around the paddock until Harry asked for more speed. Then the horse flew, hopping the fence and taking them on a trail through the woods. The wind flying in their hair, the smell of the trees and the flowers, and the feel of Ginny pressed up against Harry's back were better than he expected. When they finally arrived back at the stables, Ginny was grinning widely at him.
Harry hopped down and then held his arms out to help lift her down from the horse.
She kissed him when her feet hit the ground. "That was brilliant! I definitely want to do that again."
"Nice ride," Calvin said, moving over to unsaddle Cloud Dancing. "Maybe you can help us with Ebony later."
Harry just grinned at him. "I'd be happy to."

Flo had arrived while Harry and Ginny were riding Cloud Dancing. When the two of them stepped onto the porch (where Zee and Colt were sitting drinking sweet tea), Flo came bustling out of the house with a tray full of cheese straws, fruit, and veggies. Colt took the platter from her so that she could hug Harry tightly, covering his face in kisses.
"Good Lord, Colt, he grew again, I think! What are you, six feet?"
"One hundred eighty-nine centimetres," Harry told her with a grin. "I think I'm done. Uncle Siri said my dad was the same. That's… er, six two?"
Zee nodded. "Six feet two inches exactly."
Flo kissed him again and turned to Ginny. "I remember you, young lady. The vibrant red-head with the smart mouth and the bright smile. Seems like my boy made a good choice in you, Miss Weasley."
Ginny blushed at that, surprised when Flo hugged her close. "Thank you, Mrs Jackson."
"Grandma. I'll answer to absolutely nothing else."
Zee smiled. "Come sit down, Grandma, and tell us about the restaurant. Grandpa says that you keep checking on it."
Flo took the seat and gestured for Harry and Ginny to do the same. "I want to make sure my girls are running it well. I left it to Patty and Doris. Those two girls have been with me twenty years, and they know how I like things."
"If they know how you like things, why do you keep checking on them?" Harry asked.
Colt snorted. "My point exactly! How are they supposed to get anything done when you keep sniffing at them?"
Zee smiled. "Grandpa has a point. You have to give them time to adjust, to make the place their own. If you trusted them enough to give them the place, you have to believe that they'll keep it true to you."
Flo pat her granddaughter's hand across the table. "My wise girl."
Zee squeezed her grandmother's hand. "Now that you're both here, there's something that I need to tell you."
Flo reached out to trace the beautiful cathedral-star engagement ring. "Your man chose well. This ring is breath-taking. You would have been such a beautiful bride."
Zee nodded, blinking back tears. "I was excited to marry him, but he gave me a family with Harry and I'll always be grateful for that." She took Harry's hand and smiled. "And he left me another gift."
Colt raised a bushy eyebrow. "A gift?"
Zee rubbed a hand over her flat stomach. "I'm pregnant."
Colt's blue eyes widened to saucers. "You're given me another great-grandbaby!" He picked her up out of the chair and spun her around as if she weighed nothing. "Sweetie pie, this is wonderful news!"
"Put me down!" Zee said on a strangled laugh, hugging her grandfather tightly when he did so.
Flo moved to hug her as well. "Sugar, we love you and are so happy for you. Did he know, baby?"
Zee nodded. "Yes. We found out together. Do you remember Remus?"
"Harry's other father, good man," Colt said, still grinning from ear to ear.
"I don't know if I ever told you, but he's a werewolf."
Flo's eyes widened. "You did not."
"Don't give me that look, Grandma. He's a wonderful man and father to Harry. He teaches at Hogwarts," Zee explained. "But remember when I talked to you and Grandpa and I told you how Sirius and I were both sick? It turns out, he may have had the flu, but I had morning sickness. Remus heard the heartbeats and confirmed the pregnancy for me. I've been to a healer and they're both healthy."
Colt grinned again and kissed her cheek. "A new baby is a damn good gift. That boy left you something worthy. Of course, I would have preferred you to be married first, but beggars can't be choosers."
Zee rolled her eyes. "It's 1996, Grandpa, not 1886."
"Smart-aleck," he said, earning a laugh.
Flo was staring at her granddaughter now. "Wait, you said both…"
Harry grinned now, squeezing Ginny's hand. "She did. She's having twins."
Colt's eyes dropped to his granddaughter's flat stomach in amazement. "Twins! Shut the front door! That's the Zacarias genes right there! Twins run in that Russian's bloodline! We ain't got no twins on the Jackson side!"
Flo kissed her granddaughter's cheek. "How far along are you, baby?"
"Fourteen weeks on Wednesday. I feel great, honest. I just wish that Sirius was here with me to be as excited as I am," Zee told them.
Talk continued to be about babies as Flo insisted that she was going to start knitting blankets, bonnets, and booties for the twins. They talked about Sirius and about what happened and Harry told them about the war breaking out: Giants and Dementors moving into London to attack, and how he'd come face to face against Voldemort again. By the time they headed inside for dinner, talk had once more returned to the babies.
Flo wanted to know everything. How Zee was feeling, what the healer had said, did she plan to find out the sex of the babies, what was she going to make the nursery theme, what names she liked, etc. Zee just kept saying that she didn't know until Harry spoke.
"Grandma, it's still kind of new to us. Right now, Zee's just trying to get her bearings on being pregnant and me being a big brother. Maybe we can worry about stuff like nursery later?"
Colt grinned at him. "You're going to be a damn good brother, Harry. I can see it. You'll take care of our girl."
Zee reached over to squeeze Harry's arm gratefully; he smiled back at her.
After dinner, Colt brought them out back for a bonfire and told stories from raunchy jokes to tales of his childhood. When they finally headed inside to go to bed, Harry thought it felt great to be there. They said goodnight to Colt and Flo and made their way up the stairs.
Zee kissed Harry's cheek. "I think that I'm going to have a shower before bed. You two say goodnight."
Harry watched her head into the bath before he turned to Ginny, tugging her into the doorway of his room. "I'm really glad that you're here."
Ginny circled her arms around his neck, smiling when he pushed her back against the doorframe. "Me too. Your grandparents are wonderful."
Harry nodded. "I like them. They're really excited about the babies."
"So are you," Ginny said with a smile.
"Yeah, I guess I am," he admitted. "Like Zee said, Uncle Siri left us a gift and these babies are going to be incredibly loved." He tucked a loose hair behind her ear that had escaped from her ponytail. "Tomorrow we can get started teaching you to ride a horse. We can sleep in tomorrow and adjust to the time difference since we lost five hours, but then Grandpa's rules are if you want to learn to ride, you have to work in the stables first."
"Putting me to work already," she said. "Slave driver, even when you're not my captain."
He bent his head to kiss her softly. "Absolutely. And Ginny? I'm always your captain."
Ginny his arm before she brought his lips back to hers and kissed him deeply. Harry slid his hands up her back, revelling in the feel of her so close and so comfortable. He boldly let his hands slip down to grip her perfect bum. When she didn't protest, he squeezed lightly, marvelling in the way it fit in his hands. Her hands were in his hair as they kissed, and when her tongue swiped his, he sighed against her.
Ginny pulled back, raising her eyebrows. "I think your hands got lost, Harry."
He grinned and slid his hands from her bum to her waist. "Better?"
"No," she said, laughing. She stood on her toes and kissed him again. "Goodnight."
Harry watched her head into the room across the hall and close the door. He couldn't stop smiling when he went into his room.
This was trip was definitely what he needed.

Ginny was standing in front of the full length mirror in the bedroom brushing her long red hair when Zee came in. Zee was dressed in a vest pyjama top and high rise shorts, her hair still wrapped in a towel. She smiled warmly at Ginny as she closed the door behind her.
"Hope you don't mind sharing with me," Zee said.
Ginny smiled back. "Not at all. I'm just happy to be invited."
"You and Harry had a good day with the horses, I think."
She nodded. "We did. It was wonderful and relaxing. He's right. It's almost as good as flying. I'm anxious to learn how to ride alone. I think you needed it, too. The break… coming here that is."
Zee towel dried her hair as she spoke. "I just needed to get away... from that house, from England... it's too much right now."
Ginny continued to brush her hair. "I get that. Harry feels the same. I'm so happy he has you and these amazing people who love him. He needs that and deserves that."
"I need him, too," Zee admitted, grabbing her own brush. "I didn't mean to overstep by claiming him as mine over Remus, I just... I can't lose him, too."
Ginny smiled. "Remus gets that and so does Harry. Remus will always be his father, but he's been living with his mum and that's where he should stay."
Tears welled up in Zee's arms. "Thank you, Ginny." Zee watched her brush the last of her hair before she put the brush away. "I can see why Harry finds your hair so fascinating. It's so beautiful, all the different tones and colours that come out at different times of the day. It's like autumn."
"Thank you," Ginny said with a smile. "I used to hate it, but now I love the colour. I like that Harry likes my hair, too. His hands are always in it."
Zee nodded. "And his eyes are always on it, when he's not checking you out, that is."
Ginny chuckled. "He's pretty amazing. He's taking Sirius' death two ways, you know that right?"
Zee frowned. "I'm not sure I follow."
Ginny moved to sit on the bed. "He's grieving and heartbroken obviously, but on the other hand, he's strengthening his position and looking to lead. He's going to be taking over more than just his own estate."
Zee turned from the mirror to look at Ginny. "I won't let him go after Voldemort alone."
"I don't plan on it either, but when he sets his mind on something... even with the Horcrux in his scar being gone, he feels like it's his duty — his destiny - to kill him. It eats at him."
"Has he told you this?"
"Not directly," Ginny admitted. "But I know him. It's a lot for him to handle. We need to find that diadem and I don't think that we should wait until we head back to school but search for it when we return. I know we're close."
Zee nodded. "I agree with that. We should have gone before we left for Georgia, but I just couldn't…" She trailed off and took a long breath. "I needed to get away and I needed to get Harry away and maybe that's selfish, but I needed it."
"It's not. You both needed it," Ginny told her.
"The way he took over FUVP," Zee began. "He spoke like Sirius did. He was confident, relaying information and asking the right questions and… I know he's going to be more involved in this war than I want. I know that and so does Remus, but it doesn't mean that we can't do our best to protect him as long as we can."
Ginny had to agree with that assessment.
"But for now, I just want to enjoy this holiday and spend time with the people I love. I need this break, Ginny, and so does Harry. We can do that for him."
"Yeah," Ginny said, smiling at her. "We can."
Zee climbed onto the other side of the bed and smiled. "You'll love it here, you'll see. Harry and Grandpa will have you horseback riding in no time. You're a natural on a broom just like Harry is, so I imagine it will come naturally to you."
Ginny smiled, tugging the blankets up. "I can't wait."
Zee used her wand to turn out the light, smiling warmly at Ginny. "Good. Goodnight, Ginny."
Ginny rolled over onto her stomach and thought about Zee's words. She knew that she was right, they all needed this break. Harry was going to be determined to end this, and they needed to find the next Horcrux and they needed to do it soon.
But right now, they needed to step away. There were others who were just as capable of finding and discovering the Horcrux and she hoped that the members of FUVP were doing some searching of their own in the meantime.

As Theo went down to breakfast, he was only a little surprised when Kiki informed him that Bill and Percy Weasley were outside of the gate. Bill had been to the manor before with Ginny to invite him for Christmas, so that wasn't much of a surprise - but Percy definitely was. Finn had spent the night and left him early that morning with a long passionate kiss before heading off to Tara to do what he needed. He was coming back tonight to take him to a family dinner to meet the king and his family.
Theo would be lying to himself if he claimed that he wasn't terrified. What if they didn't like him? The only good thing was that both Ciara and Tiernan would be present; he felt that despite Tiernan's threat, the fae thought him good for his younger brother. Theo pushed the thoughts of meeting Finn's family out of his mind and wondered why two of the Weasley brothers had shown up at his door. He urged his elf to let them in and invited them to join him for breakfast.
"Bit lonely in here, isn't it?" Bill asked as he took a seat at the large dining room table.
"Bit," Theo admitted with a grin. "But I'm contemplating how to change the room so it's not so depressing."
"Black walls with dark green velvet drapes aren't your thing?"
Theo smirked at Bill. "Some of us actually like the sunlight. Blaise will be coming to stay with me at the end of the week anyway, so I won't be dining alone. Have you two eaten? Kiki always makes too much food for just me."
"We're fine, thank you," Percy told him. "Though I'd love a cup of tea."
"Of course. English breakfast, right?"
Percy looked at him in surprise. "Yes, I'm honoured that you remember."
Theo shrugged. "Your family has been nothing but nice to me, it's the least that I can do. But I don't think the two of you dropped by at nine this morning to join me in a cup of tea?"
Bill shook his head. "You'd be right about that. We wanted to talk to you as Lord Norfolk."
Theo's eyebrow rose. "Oh?"
"I know that you're new to the title and to the name, but you grew up being groomed for the role. Ginny told me that Lucius Malfoy was a big help to you in that way," Bill said.
Theo nodded. "He was. He still is, when I hear back from him which hasn't been since April, if you're asking."
"We're not," Percy said. "We know that the relationship you have with the Malfoys must be tugging you in two different directions at the moment. I can't imagine how complicated that must be."
"Harry told us what happened with your father. He said that when your father knocked you out in the Department of Mysteries, Lucius Malfoy lost his cool and loudly proclaimed that Thaddeus Nott was not to hurt 'my son' before he killed him."
Theo's eyes widened. "Uncle Lucius killed my father?"
"To protect you," Bill said quietly. "That's what it looked like to Harry, anyway."
Theo swallowed, picking up his tea cup as Kiki came into the room with a second tea tray for Bill and Percy. "I don't know what to say."
"I know that you didn't get along with your father. Considering he kidnapped you along with our sister, I'm sure that you're not all sorry that he's dead, but we're sorry for your loss regardless. He was still your father," Bill said.
"He was," Theo said slowly. "Thank you. But what does that have to do with me being Lord Norfolk?"
"Bill and I have been talking about the Wizengamot and the rules and regulations on joining the houses there. The Weasleys lost their clout decades ago, mostly due to a lack of gold but also because your grandfather deemed us blood traitors," Percy explained precisely. "Now, Cantankerous Nott is dead and gone and we can hardly blame you for his sins, but despite claiming us to be blood traitors, he kept our name on the Sacred Twenty-Eight."
"It was never proven that my grandfather wrote that," Theo told them. "But, I agree, it most likely was him based on what Father has told me. He died when I was five."
Bill nodded. "We spoke to Sirius about it in passing, the idea of the Weasleys once more joining the Wizengamot and letting our voice be heard among the others. Sirius did amazing things when he was there. He made others listen to him and new laws have been passed and changed, old ones overturned. He was on the path to helping the Ministry become a better place and he had a good support system among many of the house members. Percy and I want to reclaim two of the five Weasley seats to see if we can help him continue his good work and to be part of the government like our family was always meant to be."
Theo spread raspberry jam on his toast as he looked at them. "That sounds great. You would both be assets I'm sure, but I don't know what that has to do with Norfolk. Unless you need the gold, I mean; after everything your family has done, I'd be happy to pay for your way in."
Percy shook his head. "Absolutely not. Bill and I have that covered and we do not ask for hand-outs. Though, it's kind of you to offer. No, what Bill and I want from you, is to step up as Lord Norfolk and claim the Nott seat. No one has sat in it since Cantankerous Nott passed. Everyone knows the story of how Thaddeus Nott moved into the auditorium and the Sovereign Chalice denied him his seat."
"He liked to hurt people, my father — women especially," Theo told them. "He always had whores parading around our home. He paid women to have orgies, he didn't care that I was around. Auntie Cissa and Uncle Lucius let me into their home whenever I wanted. I Flooed there more often than anywhere else and when I needed to get out, Kiki took care of me. My father was a horrible man. I think in some way, he was proud of me for stepping up to claim Norfolk, but finding out that I didn't like violence the way he did, he saw me as weak. When the Chalice denied him, I was six. He came home screaming and cursing, broke three vases, and blasted apart a chunk of the wall in the living room. Then he turned his wand on me. He broke my nose and my arm before Kiki intervened and Apparated me to the Malfoys. My father forced Kiki to iron her hands in punishment. I stayed at the Malfoys for two weeks before he even bothered to come check on me. That's who I come from."
Percy looked sad. "You're nothing like him, Theo. We can see that. Ginny knew it the moment she met you. She's an excellent judge of character, that one."
Theo let out a slow breath. "He wasn't fit to be a father, nor a member of the Ministry's Wizengamot. His death is a blessing to the world."
Bill nodded. "But you are, Theo."
Theo stared at them. "I'm not seventeen until October."
"No, but as Lord Norfolk, you claimed all rights to your title and estate, which means if you wanted, you have a legal right to sit in on the Wizengamot sessions even at sixteen."
Theo finished his toast quietly before he tapped his fingers on his tea cup. "Why do you want me there? What can I do?"
"Minister Bones wants to make some cosmetic changes to the Ministry of Magic to help counteract the massive damage that Voldemort and his Death Eaters did three weeks ago. It's been repaired and fixed as needed, but she wants to deal with the fountain specifically."
"The fountain?"
"Of Magical Brethren," Percy continued. "She claims its immoral and hypocritical of the new changes that the government is trying to implement. She has a design that Dumbledore claims she's looking to share with the Wizengamot in the new session, as despite it being destroyed, some people want to rebuild it. Part of the reason she wants to change it is because of the ideal that 'magic is might' and as we've recently been stressing, witches and wizards are not above other magical beings. We need to work together for the common good. To accept each other and to come together as a community."
"And you, Theo," Bill chimed in. "You are in love with a prince of Tara."
"Finn."
Bill nodded. "A charming bloke with power behind him, not only fairy magic, but political power. His father rules the Fae. Now, Zee has already brought in King Taliesan and he's made peace with the Ministry and joined in their talks. The future queen's husband, Ronan Mac Gabhann, has joined the Wizengamot as a Lord of Tara along with Princess Asiling and two of the royal advisors, Eoin and Odhran."
"What would you need me for then? You have their support."
Bill smiled. "We do, along with that of the wolves because of Lupin, but having a bloke with political and aristocratic power, who has joined himself in allegiance with the Fae… You're an example, Theo. You're a pureblood aristocratic wizard, with a family known for its dark arts associations, who fell in love with a fae and stood up against bullying, sexual abuse, and harassment, and fought bravely in the Department of Mysteries when Voldemort attacked. People would look up to you."
Theo stared at Bill in amazement. "But — but, I'm just me!"
Percy chuckled. "And humble to boot. Look, you may not be interested in politics and since you still have two more years left at Hogwarts, it wouldn't be a full time thing. But we would be honoured if you'd come with us on Friday for the session to be accepted by the Sovereign Chalice and to claim your rightful seat. You can help have a say in the new Ministry design, have a say in how the new prison is run, and most of all, have a voice."
"I know Ginny says that you see Lucius Malfoy as a father figure. Despite his many flaws, he was an avid member of the Wizengamot until he was outed as a Death Eater. Think about what he would like you to do and how that meshes with your own thoughts on the matter," Bill said. "There's no pressure here, Theo. We would just like you to come join us, but if you're not interested, we understand as well. It's your choice, but we hope to see you at nine on Friday morning."
They stood up to go, thanking him for listening, before Bill put his hand on his shoulder. "By the way, we all really like Finn - but if he hurts you, he has to deal with us. Between the dragons, the curses, and the pranks, Percy, Ron, and Ginny won't even have scraps left to deal with."
Theo laughed. "That seems a little harsh. Blaise already threatened to turn him into manure."
Percy grinned. "I think I'd like to meet this Blaise bloke, sounds like we'd get on."
Bill squeezed his shoulder before he let go. "Take care of yourself, Theo. Mum says the door is always open if you want to come over for dinner."
Theo watched them leave, thinking about their words, and he looked up at Kiki when she came back into the kitchen.
"They want me to take Grandfather's chair in the Wizengamot."
Kiki smiled. "Master Theo would do well there."
Theo watched her tidy up his breakfast as he thought about that. He found himself leaning towards the idea of attending the meeting on Friday as he went upstairs to shower and dress for the day. He wasn't sure how he had gotten so lucky to be accepted by this incredible family, but he had never felt so loved and so respected in his entire life. They wanted him to be happy. They supported his love for Finn. They wanted him to make his own choices and were fully prepared to support them no matter what they were.
He was finally living his own life and it was truly an incredible feeling.

Harry and Ginny easily settled into life at the ranch. Each morning they could be found mucking out the stables and cleaning and feeding the horses before going inside for breakfast. After they got ready for the day, Colt would teach Ginny how to ride; by the fourth day, she was on top of Shelby.
"You're a natural," Colt told her, beaming proudly.
"She's a Chaser," Harry said with a huge smile. "She flies almost as well as me."
Ginny only gave him a cool look over her shoulder. "Better."
Harry stuck his tongue out at her, and she grinned.
Colt settled himself up on top of White Fella and they took a long ride through the woods. Harry recognized the trail, stroking Cloud Dancing's neck in appreciation as he followed Ginny and Shelby. As they rode out, Colt told them stories about when he was a boy, from running through the woods barefoot and finding frogs to fishing with Flo. When they returned to the ranch, Ebony was giving Calvin and Tucker a hard time. She rose up on her hind legs, whining; Calvin swore.
"This horse is the devil, Colt. I don't know why the hell you brought her here, but she don't want nothing to do with us!"
Ebony ran off towards the stables, and Colt frowned. "We'll get her there. Don't you worry. Harry, Ginny, go take care of your horses."
They headed back to the stables and did just that. Once they were each brushed and fed, Harry tugged Ginny to him and she grinned.
"We're supposed to be taking care of the horses?"
"Horses are good," Harry told her, nipping lightly at her lips. "I'd like to talk about you claiming that you're a better flier than me."
She grinned mischievously. "I'm not claiming it, I'm stating a fact."
His eyebrow rose. "Oh really? We both know that's not true."
"Challenge when we get home?"
His eyes darkened and he nodded. "Accepted."
Then he lowered his lips to hers.
Ginny let out a soft purr as he pinned her back against the wall of the stable, her arms encircling his neck. Harry had one hand on her hip, the other pulling her scrunchie from her hair so that it tumbled down into his hands. Ginny pressed herself closer to him and the hand on her hip slid down to grip her bum. The feel of her firm arse in his hand had him kneading his fingers around it while his other hand splayed through her soft hair. His lips continued to meet hers; when her tongue slid into his mouth, he moaned.
The sound of his moan made Ginny shimmy up his body. She locked her legs around his waist; with his hand already on her bum, he lifted her without hesitation. Her breasts pushed against his chest and his mouth left hers to move down her neck. The hand in her hair vanished, moving around to cup one of those plump breasts just as the black horse nudged Ginny's bright hair, startling them both.
Ginny gripped Harry's arms as he pulled back a little. "Well, hello."
Harry chuckled as Ebony nuzzled Ginny again and he gripped her bum to hold her in place. "I think she likes you."
Ginny kissed Harry's cheek before shimmying down his body and moving to the horse. She reached a hand out tentatively; Harry placed an apple from the basket into her free one. He kept a hand on the small of Ginny's back as she approached the horse. Ebony stared at her; when she held out the apple, she took it from her hand and Ginny's smile widened.
"Look at that!"
Harry wrapped his arms around Ginny from behind, nuzzling her neck. "Wait until Grandpa sees you do that. The devil horse, tamed by Ginny Weasley."
Ginny smiled, placing her hands over Harry's on her stomach. "I don't know what I did."
Ebony nuzzled into them again and she laughed.
"Maybe she'll let you ride her?" Harry wondered.
Ginny snuck a look back at him. "You think?"
Harry shrugged. "I don't know. Let's give it a try."
Ginny nodded eagerly, gently stroking the horses' long face. "Would you let me ride you, girl?"
Harry made a move to pet her and she backed away, snorting aggressively; Harry put his hands up in the air and moved away. "Okay, girl, I'll stay back."
Ginny made shushing noises at the horse, stroking her long face again. Ebony seemed to calm down. She grabbed the brush from her stall and held it up, gently using it on her neck; Ebony relaxed, degree by degree. Harry backed away slowly, keeping his eyes on the horse until he got to the barn door. He stuck his head out and saw Colt talking to Tucker and Calvin, and he called out to them.
Colt meandered over to the barn and put a hand on Harry's shoulder. "Well, will you look at that!"
"She seems to like me, Grandpa," Ginny said with a bright smile.
"I don't think she likes men," Harry told them. "But she definitely likes Ginny. I bet she'd let her ride her."
"I think you're right," Colt said. "Ginny, why don't you lead her back out into the paddock and we'll see what happens."
Twenty minutes later, Ginny was flying across the yard astride Ebony as if they'd both been born for each other. Harry stood on the fence watching her in amazement as his grandfather stood next to him.
"That girl's a keeper, boy. Anyone who tames an animal like that has got a good heart."
"I know," Harry said. "Animals always like her. Marauder used to flock to her the moment she arrived. Hermione's cat likes to sit in her lap. They see her soul."
"Poetic," Colt told him. "But you got it right. Animals are attuned to us. They know when they're safe and when they're not. I bought Ebony off a fella in Atlanta, and she was too wild for him to approach her. If he hadn't had her muzzled, I wonder if she would have attacked him. The moment I took her muzzle off, she calmed down, but she was suspicious. She's been gentle with me, trusting, but when I try to ride her, she takes off like the wind."
"Ginny didn't even have to try," Harry said with a grin.
Colt smirked at him. "No, she didn't. Why don't you jump back on Cloud Dancing and see how Ebony reacts?"
Harry did as he was told and Ebony seemed pleased with the new horse near her. Within the hour, he and Ginny were racing. He was only a little bitter when she won — every time. She blew him a kiss and grinned widely.
"Just wait until I beat you on my broom."
"Never going to happen," he said.
Ginny only smirked at him. "We'll see."
They took the horses down and Ebony let Ginny take care of her, but when Calvin, Colt, or Tucker made a move towards her, she refused to cooperate.
Colt shoved his hands into his pockets. "Well, darlin', I think you found yourself a new responsibility while you're here."
Ginny stroked Ebony lovingly as the horse nuzzled her. "Absolutely."

Theo couldn't stop smiling as Finn took him through the halls of the beautiful palace. Meeting his family had been wonderful. They were nice and genuinely seemed to like him. Finn smiled at him the whole time.
The king and queen were so kind and so friendly, asking him about his family, his interests. Finn's brothers and sisters were nice and funny and he'd spent the evening laughing along with them. Ciara, as sweet as always, told everyone of how she had met him and about all of the nice things he'd done for her at Hogwarts. Mr and Mrs Casey had thanked him personally for looking after their daughter. Then Ciara had topped it off by asking if she could call him Uncle Theo and his heart had positively swelled in glee.
It had been an incredible dinner and he'd realized that he'd never felt more like an ugly duckling. Each one of them was breathtakingly beautiful. But when he turned to look at Finn, the love shining out of his eyes made him feel beautiful; he couldn't help but grin back.
He was holding his boyfriend's hand as he led him through the halls and into a huge bedroom, with high sloped ceilings painted a deep forest green. Flowers and moss seeped from the walls making the room look like an enchanted forest. In the middle of the forest stood a massive bed, ocean blue and deep green satin. A green canopy covered the bed with twinkling blue lights that left a soft glow, and climbing roses and bougainvillea flowers hung down like curtains. The floor was covered in moss, soft and spongy, and he turned to smile at Finn.
"How does your room look like the forest?"
Finn let the door close behind him, bending his head to kiss the back of Theo's neck. "Fairies and nature, it's natural to us - so we let it inside our homes. This way it doesn't feel like we're cooped up without going outside."
Theo nodded, arching his neck to give Finn better access. "It's incredible. My bedroom must feel very confining in comparison."
Finn placed his hands on Theo's hips. "I'm usually too busy to pay attention."
Theo grinned. "Maybe we can do something more like this, if you'd like?"
Finn's lips were suckling his earlobe now. "If you'd like."
His fingers were unbuttoning the blue dress shirt that Theo had donned for the occasion, and Theo let his head fall back against his boyfriend's chest.
"Shouldn't we… I mean, your family is downstairs…"
Finn's hot mouth sucked on his neck. "They are, yes, and I'm pretty sure they know better than to disturb us."
Theo blushed as his shirt was opened and Finn's smooth fingers began to trail across his chest, through the soft dark trail under his navel.
"They know?" he squeaked.
Finn unbuttoned his trousers, pushing them down Theo's slim hips. "I imagine they suspect."
"Finn," Theo gasped as his trousers fell to the ground. Finn gripped him through his boxers. "I won't be able to look them in the eye ever again!"
Finn chuckled, kissing his shoulder, his collarbone. "You wizards are so prudish. Sex is a beautiful and natural thing, mo grá. I imagine my family has moved onto their own rooms to have sex themselves."
Theo's eyebrows rose at this. "Oh."
Finn rubbed him through his boxers, feeling him grow harder under his ministrations Theo spun around, gripping Finn's shirt in his hands and tugging it up over his head. Finn's chuckles turned into groans when Theo's hands slid over those hard muscles followed by his mouth. He kissed his way down his boyfriend's chest, sucking and nipping, twirling his tongue around his belly button and then unbuttoning his leathers. He tugged them down, helping his boyfriend step out of his boots before he tugged them off.
Theo licked his lips and then he put his hands on Finn's waist. He walked him backwards until he fell back onto the massive bed and fell back against the cool satin. Theo kissed him deeply, passionately until he dropped his head to kiss Finn's neck. Finn let out a soft gasp, so Theo continued his trail, kissing his shoulders, his arms, his chest, his stomach, his thighs. Finn's muscles quivered under his touch.
Merlin, he was so beautiful, he thought for the millionth time. He let his hands trail over Finn's hairless body and he pressed a gentle kiss to his sack.
"Does it bother you?" he asked suddenly.
Finn, whose hand was in his boyfriend's hair, only stared at him. "Does what bother me?"
Theo took his hand, kissing each finger before he placed them on the trail of dark hair on his navel and moved it down through his pubic hair. "That I have hair here."
Finn smiled, letting his hand wander to grip the cock there as he sat up, kissing Theo's lips. "No. I like it. This little trail here," he said, gliding his fingers back up. "It's sexy."
"But you don't have any hair on your body."
Finn nodded. "That's just part of being in the royal guard. We remove it all on our sixteenth birthdays."
Theo bent his head to kiss a nipple. "Why?"
"So, that when we fight, we can blend in more."
Theo's eyes met his. "You fight naked?"
Finn chuckled. "It's part of who we are, our history. We have our tunics but sometimes we strip down and paint ourselves in the colours of our warriors to show our enemies that we're not afraid. Body hair gets in the way of the paint."
Theo's eyes were dark with desire now. "That's the sexiest thing I've ever heard."
Finn smiled. "We wear a loincloth with a belt to hold our swords, but I've never been to a battle where we actually did so. The leather is a much better protection. It's more of a tradition. If we needed to, we would be ready, so, the guard has us remove all body hair when we join." He let his fingers trail through the dark hair between Theo's legs, his green eyes dark and blazing. "But I like it on you. I like it a lot."
His breath hitched as Finn's nimble fingers stroked him. He pressed his mouth to his boyfriend's throat, pushing him back onto the satin sheets. Finn's hands slid over his back as Theo kissed his way down his boyfriend's chest again. His tongue flicked across his nipple, gliding around and around, watching it pebble before he sucked it into his mouth. Finn arched under him, holding his head in place; Theo smiled, sucking slowly, nipping with his teeth until he let go and moved to the other one. Theo kissed his ribs, down his stomach, planting hot open-mouth kisses down his thighs before he kissed his sack, licking softly. He lifted it with his hands, burying his nose beneath it. Finn lifted his hips and Theo lifted his sack to let his tongue slip under and into him.
Finn groaned as Theo worked him, his tongue stroking and flicking in and out in a way designed to make Finn crazy. Theo slid his fingers up to stroke his cock as he licked him and Finn panted his name until Theo let go. Then he kissed his way back up Finn's body, stroking the edges of his ears with his thumbs as he kissed his neck.
Then his lips moved to his ear, trailing the edges and Theo whispered, "Oil me."
He groaned as Finn flipped him over faster than he could blink. The little purple glass bottle flew across the room into Finn's hand, and he poured a generous amount between his hands and massaged it into Theo's cock. Finn worked him slowly, the warmth of his hands and the slippery oil enough to make Theo moan. Then Finn's hands disappeared, slipping to his bum where a warm finger made room. Theo bit his lip at the intrusion and rush of pleasure, but then it was gone, and Finn was kissing him again. Theo reversed their positions, kneeling on the bed as he tugged Finn up to his knees, his chest pressing to Finn's back. He took the oil in his own hands and began to stroke his boyfriend's cock in earnest, rubbing the coconut oil in slowly before he slid his hands around his bum and began to rub the oil there as well. When his fingertip slid inside, Finn groaned loudly, his head falling back onto Theo's shoulder and he captured Finn's lips in his to kiss him deeply.
He put the lid on the bottle and tossed it across the bed before he slid his hands down to cup Finn's firm arse. His glistening cock glided across it teasingly and then he slid one hand up Finn's chest, the other holding his chin in place; he kissed him and slid into him at the same time.
Finn groaned against his mouth as Theo thrust in and out of him with aching slowness. Theo's hand slid down his chest, and he began pumping Finn's hard cock in his fist. Finn was panting as he looked back into his lover's eyes and he kissed him again.
Theo lost himself in Finn's lips, letting go of his lover's cock as Finn took control. He pulled away, Theo slipping out of him; he flipped Theo beneath him onto the bed. His hands glided slowly across Theo's thighs and then he felt Finn's hot breath between his legs a moment before Finn buried his tongue inside of his arse. Theo cried out at the assault of pleasure, grinding into the bed desperately. Finn only licked him harder before he pressed a kiss to his bum and pulled him up to his knees. Theo, now kneeling with his back to Finn's chest, groaned as Finn finally thrust into him. Finn rode him just as slowly as Theo's head fell back to rest on Finn's shoulder. Theo reached behind him to grip Finn's hair with one hand; his other hand slipping between their legs and his finger slipping into Finn.
Finn moaned at the touch and began to thrust faster and faster. Theo's cock was bobbing desperately and Theo longed to touch it, but he ignored his want, focusing only on adding a second finger as his boyfriend went wild behind him. He pushed Theo facedown into the sheets, thrusting harder and harder until he pulled out and told him to roll over.
Theo rolled onto his back, smiling at the flush on Finn's face, and then he groaned when Finn lifted his leg. Finn's lips trailed down his thigh, kissing slow, hot kisses over his inner thigh, behind his knee and down to his ankle. Theo gasped in surprise when that sweet mouth sucked each toe individually, sending a shock wave of pleasure straight to his cock. Finn's tongue trailed over the arch of Theo's foot before he rested Theo's leg on his shoulder and gripped the other leg, tossing it up onto his other shoulder. He shoved a pillow under Theo's bum and gripped his hips before slipping back into him.
Theo groaned at the sensation. He was so deliciously full from this angle, his eyes on Finn's green ones as he was thoroughly shagged into the mattress. He slid his hand around his boyfriend's waist, down over his bum and slid two fingers into him again. Finn moaned and grunted, thrusting faster now; Theo watched in amazement as huge gold transparent wings sprung out, ticking Theo's feet. The sheer softness of them surprised him as Finn cried out and emptied himself with a few more powerful thrusts. His wings fluttered desperately behind him, and the sight made Theo lose control. He cried out Finn's name as he came between them, his cock pressed tightly between their bodies.
Finn's mouth found his, tongue thrusting deeply. His golden wings settled around them like a blanket. Theo pulled away from the kiss, framing Finn's face in his hands.
"Your wings came out."
Finn nodded, kissing Theo's nose. "I'm sorry. Sometimes I can't control them and when you… when you added your finger… I lost control."
He made to shift them away, but Theo reached out to touch them, stopping him in his tracks. Finn stared at him as Theo gently ran his fingers along the sheer wings. They were golden and transparent but softer than the satin sheets they were on. The light shimmered through them like a sunrise, and as Theo's fingers trailed the edge of them, Finn trembled.
"Is—is that okay?" Theo asked.
Finn bent his head and kissed him deeply before he answered. "It's… sensual. Touching my wings is like…" He looked like he couldn't explain it and then he reached down to stroke his nails lightly across Theo's sack; Theo's eyes crossed. He was incredibly sensitive since his orgasm. Finn smiled. "It feels like that."
Theo grinned widely. "So, you try to keep them hidden?"
Finn kissed him again. "I didn't want you to be scared of them. I…"
Theo framed Finn's face in his hands and kissed him, long and passionately, until they were both gasping for breath. "Nothing about you scares me, Finley. You're the most beautiful man I've ever known. Wings and all."
He smiled and kissed Theo's lips softly, his wings cocooning around them once more. "They're usually just for flight in battle, but when I'm being… pleasured or aroused, they tingle and beg to be touched. That's why I like it when you kiss the spot on my shoulders where they…"
Theo turned his head to the wing resting around them and pressed a kiss to it. It was like kissing Finn's skin, tasting him on his tongue and he kissed the wing again. "I love you. All of you."
Finn lifted himself off of Theo, his wings stretching out behind him in their full capacity, stretching twenty-five centimetres wide on either side and coming over his shoulders in glowing, rounded points. His golden hair, messy from Theo's hands, glimmered in the light and his green eyes were powerful and full of desire. He bent back down and began to kiss his way down Theo's chest, licking and cleaning him before he took his shaft into his mouth and began to please him.
Theo's dark eyes met the intense green ones, watching the way his wings shimmered behind him, as his cherry red lips engulfed his cock. Finn's blond stubble glimmered in the light, and he thought that he had never been so turned on in all of his life.
"Mmm, stop," he moaned.
Finn let go, eyes on him. Theo knelt on the bed, pushing Finn back until he was propped up against the pillows, his wings spread across them. Theo bent his head to wrap his mouth around him. He kept his eyes on Finn, watching the desire there as his wings fluttered desperately with every suck. Finn moaned and it didn't take long before he was crying out. Theo swallowed him, kissing his way up his chest as he did. He pressed a kiss to Finn's lips as he finished himself off with his hand.
Finn's eyes met his and he pulled Theo into his arms to cuddle him against his heart, framing his face with his hands. "I love you, Theo."
And then they were kissing again, snuggled on the satin sheets, holding each other close.
