Heart to Heart 57: A Time To Recollect

Fiora: Finally, a moment of peace.
Spyro: You really learn to appreciate these after a while.
Fiora: Especially after all we've been through.
Spyro: You can say that again.

Fiora: (Noticing something even Spyro didn't) You sound a little off, Spyro. What's up?
Spyro: (Now realizing she's right) Huh. I guess those Mechon ears can't be fooled.
Fiora: So, what's eating at you?
Spyro: Guess I'm just thinking about everything we've been through. Both in our world and this one.
Fiora: Do you need to talk it out?
Spyro: There's really a lot to it. A lot of events unforgettable, a lot of people lost. And to be honest, some of it I don't really feel comfortable sharing.
Fiora: I can understand that. I mean, there's a lot about my Mechon conversion I don't really want to talk about.
Spyro: Then we'll both hold our secrets for now.
Fiora: Agreed.

Fiora: (Noticing something even Spyro didn't) You sound a little off, Spyro. What's up?
Spyro: (Now realizing she's right) Huh. I guess those Mechon ears can't be fooled.

Spyro: Guess I'm just thinking about everything we've been through. Both in our world and this one.
Fiora: Talking about it might help.
Spyro: I don't want to sound too much like Cynder right now, but... a lot of it is still pretty raw in my memory. I don't actually know if I'm ready to discuss it yet.
Fiora: Hey, I get that feeling. What happened to me is still pretty fresh. I'm not sure I'd want to talk about it either.
Spyro: Thanks for understanding, Fiora.

Spyro: Excuse me?
Fiora: I can tell from your tone. One advantage of being a Face Mechon, my hearing is suddenly excellent.
Spyro: I think you need to get them tuned then.
Fiora: (Realizing this is a sore spot for Spyro) You know you can talk to me whenever, right?
Spyro: I do. Just, things are still a little too fresh, a little too raw right now.
Fiora: I can understand that. I'll leave it there for now then.
Spyro: Thanks, Fiora.
Fiora: No problem.

Spyro: Nothing!

Sure it was kind of short in comparison to the last two we've put out, but sometimes you just don't have much to say and just leave it with what you've got on the page.
