"Soooo….," I guess it would be a good idea for all of us to introduce ourselves." The man's wife said after another moment of uncomfortable silence. "Hi, I'm Lois Griffin and this is my husband Peter, and these are our three beautiful yet disappointing children, Meg, Chris, and Stewie. Oh yeah, and down here is our dog Brian."

"Hi, pleased to meet you!" Brian said, being the first to properly greet them as he extended his paws for them to shake.

"Is it me, or did that dog just talk!?" Martin asked dumbfoundedly.

"Don't worry, I'm sure within time you'll get used to it." Stewie quietly said.

"Well, It's nice to meet you too!" Jackie exclaimed as she and the rest of the gang reached out and shook Brian's, as well as the rest of the family's hands.

"I guess we should introduce ourselves too," Matt replied, "Hi, I'm Matt, and this is Jackie, Digit, and Nezzie, I mean Inez!" He introduced. "We're the Cybersquad!"

"Cybersquad? What's that? Are you trying to sell computer software or something? Thanks but no thanks, I already bought some from some other guy and it turned out to be a scam!" Peter angrily replied.

"I'm Martin!"

"And I'm Chris!"

"Cool! It's nice to meet another person named Chris!" Chris Griffin exclaimed excitedly.

"I feel the same way too!" Chris Kratt happily said.

"And I'm WordGirl!"

"Woah no way!!! Are you a superhero?" Stewie exclaimed with amazement and shock. "That's so amazing! The closest thing we have to a superhero is that one guy who goes to birthday parties and dresses up as one who also sleeps behind the Home Depot down the street."

"What kind of superpowers do you have?" Chris Griffin shouted excitedly.

"Well I don't want to brag or anything, but I do possess the knowledge of all vocabulary words, no big deal!" She exclaimed.

"Wow, that's kinda lame. I mean, I was expecting you to have super-strength, or the ability to fly at the speed of sound, or at least something interesting." Chris nitpickingly replied.

"Actually, I do have super-strength, as well as the ability to fly faster than the speed of sound," WordGirl went on. "Also, knowing words isn't lame!" She furiously added.

"Sounds pretty lame to me!" Meg quietly replied.

"Shut up Meg!" Peter interrupted.

"Oh please, if I wanted to know what a word means, I could just look it up in a dictionary, or online!" Chris Griffin argued.

"Ugh! Ignore him! He's nothing but an incompetent buffoon!" Stewie remarked.

"Uhh anyways, what brings you here to Quahog?" Lois asked, trying to briefly change the subject.

"Well, at least we know where we are now!" Matt thought to himself with some relief. He noticed that the others seemed to feel the same way.

"You see, we're from I guess you could say a different version of Earth, WordGirl is our town's crime fighter, and the Kratt brothers travel around the world researching different creature powers,"

"Wait, so are you saying that where you're from, people and animals have superpowers?!" Chris Griffin exclaimed in shock.

"Not exactly, what we mean by creature powers is, we're talking about different characteristics creatures have to survive," Chris Kratt explained.

"From having sharp claws to climb trees to having specialized vision for seeing in the dark, many creatures each have their own creature powers, which helps them live free and in the wild!" Martin Kratt exclaimed.

"Anyways, as I was saying," Matt uttered as he and the others continued to explain who they were, and what had happened to them in the past few days, while Peter and the rest of his family carefully continued to listen with disbelief.

"Oh my God, I'm so sorry that happened to you! Please, stay for as long as you need!" Lois sympathetically offered.

"Wait wait wait, so what you're saying is, that in your world, a long time ago there was this group of warriors or whatever who had access to a hallway of portals to the multiverse, and now a group of villains who managed to take over your home world have access to it, and now most likely, all life as we know it is doomed!" Meg angrily rehashed.

"Well, I wouldn't say THAT, I mean it's inherently impossible for someone to take over the entire multiverse, considering how big it is!" Inez restated.

"But knowing Hacker, there's no doubt that he wouldn't miss such an opportunity!" Jackie insisted.

"Alright, before we get too caught up with ourselves, I just have one question. What's the multiverse exactly?" Chris Griffin asked.

"Well, there's a belief that there are alternate universes that coexist with ours on parallel dimensional planes. Basically, each reality is different from ours. Sometimes with slight differences, sometimes quite radically. But not just that, it's quite possible that there are other alternates of those worlds as well." Stewie explained.

"Wait, does that mean there are other versions of Cyberspace as well?" Digit asked.

"There is a probability, and it could be very different from the Cyberspace you know."

"That means that there's a possibility of an alternative version of Cyberspace where Hacker has taken over!" Inez said with disgust, trying not to imagine such an idea.

"You know, Stewie knows all of this, and yet he's still barely toilet trained?" Lois thought to herself.

Just then, there was a loud knock on the front door, "I'll get it, it's probably the guys!" Peter declared as he walked over to open it. When he opened the door, three men, one being in a wheelchair, and another being black, came into the house.

"Hey Peter, are you ready to head to the Drunken Clam like how we do every evening?" The man in the wheelchair asked.

"Oh hey guys, you bet I am!" Peter said happily, but first I'd like to introduce you to our guest. Guys, meet Matt, Jackie, Inez, Digit, WordGirl, and Chris, and Martin Kratt! They're staying with us while they save the entire multiverse, which thanks to them is now doomed! Everyone else, I'd like you all to meet my friends, Joe, Quagmire, and Cleveland."

"Hello, it's a pleasure to meet y'all's acquaintances!" Cleveland greeted.

"Hang on, save the multiverse? Peter, what are you talking about?" Quagmire asked.

"It's a long story that I'm starting to get tired of hearing!" Digit groaned.

"Don't worry, I'll tell you later!" Peter said.

"Hey Marin and Chris, would you guys like to come with us to the Drunken Clam?" Joe asked.

"Thanks, but no thanks!" Chris Kratt kindly declined.

"Yeah, we don't really drink beer or anything!" Martin quietly explained.

"Oh come on!" Cleveland urged the two.

"Come on, we insist! You guys are probably going to be here for a while, so why not have some fun and forget about your problems for at least a little bit!" Peter insisted as he and his friends ushered them toward the car.

"Okay, I guess, I mean it's not like we have a choice!" Martin grunted as they pushed them outside.

"I'm coming too!" Brain called out.

After the door closed, Both Meg and Chris went upstairs to their rooms, while Lois went into the kitchen to get them something to drink. Leaving them with only Stewie.

"Alright, we shouldn't beat around the bush now. You said Hacker was going to take over the multiverse, well we better act now before it's too late!" Stewie proclaimed.

"Look Stewie, we're happy that you want to help, but we're not sure what to do!" Inez replied.

"Yeah! Besides, we don't want to get you guys involved with something that you didn't have anything to do with!" WordGirl referred.

"Yeah, but now we are! If he's going to attack the multiverse, that means that he's also going to attack our world, looking for you! We can help you all stop him, and I know exactly how!" Stewie explained.

"You do?" Matt inquired.

"How?" Inez asked.

"You see, Brian and I have traveled through the multiverse many times before, and I created a multiverse remote that we used to help us get around!" Stewie explained. "Although, during our last adventure, it got severely damaged, but if I can fix it up, it can help you guys get back to Cyberspace and stop Hacker and the villains!"

"You really think you can do that?" Inez asked.

"Of course, I can! Although it's going to take me quite a while to fix it, as I have to replace many of the remote's components" Stewie said. "Meet me up in my room and we'll formulate a plan!" Stewie said before running upstairs to his room.

"Well, what are you waiting for?!" Stewie shouted when he noticed that they weren't following him, they quickly got off the couch and followed after him to his room, unsure what he had in store for them.

….

Back inside the Multiversal Networking System, moments after Hacker and the rest of the villains had thrown the Cybersquad, the Kratt brothers, and WordGirl into one of the portals, they went back to the other room and sat around the large table to discuss their next plan to take over the entirety of the multiverse. Originally they only planned to take over Earth and Cyberspace. But when the opportunity presented itself, they knew they couldn't resist.

"Alright! Now that those menacing fools are out of our way, no one can stop us from taking over the multiverse!" Hacker exclaimed. Before he let out in evil laughter, he was interrupted by his two henchmen.

"Wait, you want to take over the entire multiverse? Are you sure that's a good idea?" Delete asked skeptically.

"Of course it's a good idea! Tell me one good reason why it isn't!" Hacker shouted angrily.

"Well, for one thing, the multiverse is, really, really, really big!" Delete exclaimed, moving his arms to enumerate his expression.

"Also, are you really sure you can take over the multiverse?" Buzz asked.

"Hang on, I'm afraid these two Rust Buckets have a point. If we're going to want to take over the multiverse, we're gonna have to deal with worlds that are different from our own. Rather if it is dealing with more advanced technology, or having different laws of physics." Tobey explained.

"Well, we do have one of the Protectors of Cyberspace's power stones. All we have to do is find the other three, then we'll be unstoppable!" Zach exclaimed.

"But how exactly will we find the other power stones? They could be anywhere!" Ms. Question asked.

"And if we were to search each and every one of these portals individually, that could take who knows how long!" Gourmand proclaimed.

"And may I need to remind you that some of us don't have that much time!" Granny May nastily replied.

Hacker then turned to Max, who was looking down at them with little to no emotion. "Max! Since you used to be the assistant to the Protectors of Cyberspace, that means you know where they hid the other power stones! So I order you to tell us where they are, Pronto!" Hacker demanded.

"I can't exactly g-give them their exact location, but I'll give you this clue!" Max replied.

"If it's the crystals that you seek,

And it's ice you've already peaked,

In the guide that was.…"

"Look! We don't have time for riddles! Just tell us how to find them!" Hacker uninterruptedly shouted.

"Check the book!" Max sighed.

"Book? What book?" Buzz asked confusedly.

"He's talking about the journal that used to belong to them!" Donita explained.

"Oh yeah! That's right!" Buzz exclaimed.

"I'll get it!" Delete proclaimed.

"No, I got it!" Buzz shouted as he and Delete ran to grab the book, which was sitting on Max's control pad.

As soon as Delete got ahold of the journal, Buzz jumped up and grabbed it towards his way, which made Delete retaliate and grabbed the other end of the journal and pulled it towards him. The two repeatedly tried to grab ahold of the book, but neither of them budged. At one point, Ledge, as well as several of the other villains tried to grab the book from them, all while yelling at either of them to let go, but the two were quick, and they would change positions and move past them.

Eventually, when Delete was able to grab the book and pull it in his direction, he lost his grip and the book flew into the wall behind him. As it hit the wall, it knocked the amulet from the gap in the book's cover. Fortunately, it didn't break or seemed to get scratched.

"Look what you Duncebuckets have done!" Hacker scolded the two.

"Gee, we're sorry Boss!" Buzz apologized.

"Yeah, we didn't mean to break it!" Delete said sadly.

"I don't think you broke it." Dr. TwoBrains replied, much to their confusion.

"What do you mean they didn't break it?!" Hacker hollered. "Look what they did!"

"Yeah, but it seems like that was supposed to happen!"

"What are you talking about?" Tobey asked.

Dr. TwoBrains bent down to pick up the book and the amulet and proceeded to study it. "If you look, it seems to perfectly fit inside!" He observed.

"Way to go Captain Obvious! What are you going to tell us next? That the sky is blue?" Victoria Best remarked.

"Hey! That's not entirely true! Sometimes when it rains, the sky becomes gray. And don't forget that it also becomes black during the night and a purplish-orangish-reddish color when the sun rises and sets!" Dabio corrected.

"Thanks, Dabio, for letting us know such crucial information!" Chuck replied sarcastically.

Choosing to ignore their bickering, Dr. TwoBrains went over and grabbed the power stone from Hacker, and placed it in one of the spots in the amulet. After doing so, the power stone proceeded to glow a bright red flare, causing them to look away. Max's screen appeared to have him wearing a pair of sunglasses before also turning away.

The amulet, alongside the book that belonged to the Protectors of Cyberspace, began to levitate towards the ceiling and placed itself back into the book's cover. Once the amulet was back to where it was supposed to be, with one of the power stones in it, the book lowered on the table while opened.

After recovering from the unusual moment, Hacker shook his head, before glancing at the page that was empty before, but now displayed a few lines of text. After reading the text carefully, Hacker, alongside the other villains began to laugh and smile evilly as they figured out where they had to go next. They quickly ran towards their seats and began discussing what they would do when they got there.
