Luz was following Willow to the arena, yet she was feeling a lot of Willow's Chi building up inside of her. As if she was boiling over with rage as she was glad to finally let loose the anger towards Amity. "Hey, are you sure that you'll be ok in the fight with Amity?" Luz asked as she placed a hand on Willow's shoulder. "And by fine, I mean you aren't gonna go overboard with this fight." Luz explained as Willow looked at her with confused eyes.
"What do you mean by that, Luz?" The Witch Saiyan asked as she turned towards her. "Why should you even care about her?" She pressed further, "You just met her and you act like you know anything about my relationship with that bitch?" Willow questioned as she clenched her fist as a dark violet aura began to engulf her body. Even her eyes seemed to take the appearance of orbs of raw power.
Though, Luz wasn't afraid of her as she glared at Willow to suggest she should watch herself. "That is why Willow. I am not pretending that I know anything about what happened between you two, but you seem like you might do more than just battle with her at this rate. You might kill her if you can't keep your emotions under control and I am not standing by as you attempt that." Luz bluntly told Willow as she was a bit shocked by this truth.
Willow's dark aura slowly disappeared as she managed to calm herself down with some deep breaths as she placed her hands into her jacket pockets. "You have a point there Luz… I don't really know why, but my emotions seemed to have a major impact on my magic. Hell, it is why I can't control my magic in the first place. Magic doesn't work like Chi, which is more dependent on one's emotions and willpower based on what my dad Cabba told me…" The Witch Tomboy explained as she wondered why this was true about her magic.
"Wait… So, what does power one's magic?" Luz questioned as she took the chance to learn more about magic. "If it isn't based on emotions, what allows one to control magic?" The Hispanic girl asked out of curiosity.
"Well, aside from something Witches have developed over time to have their own personal supply of magic known as The Bile Sac. Magic is based on one's Intelligence and Imagination to be put simply." Willow explained the best she could to the human. "Yet… Something tells me that my Magic is a bit different due to my Twin Sister…" Willow announced as the two finally entered the battle arena.
Next to Amity was a Saiyan teen dressed in blue combat armor who was doing some pre-training with Toppo to be prepared for the fight ahead. Though, the Saiyan perked up after he sniffed the air. He looked over to Willow and Luz with a large smile as he flew over to greet them. "Hey Willow! Long time no see." The Saiyan announced with a friendly and eager smile. The Saiyan had black spiky hair and black eye color, which Luz began to believe that a Saiyan always possesses Spiky hair with a set of dark hair and eye color to go with it. "So, this is the Abomination Wannabe hm?" The Saiyan jokingly said as he looked over Luz with keen interest, as if he was scaling her up. Though, he extended a hand for a greeting. "The name's Shallot by the way. A pleasure to meet you." Shallot introduces himself with a kind smile. "I am eager for the fight ahead. It will definitely help me get to know you better." He added on as Luz shook Shallot's hand.
"I'm Luz Noceda. I can tell that you kind of like fighting a bit too much, Shallot." She announced as Shallot gave out a hardy laugh by this.
"Probably, but that is what makes us Saiyans who we are. At our core, we are a warrior race. Born Fighters that strive in battle, Luz." The Saiyan explained as the two girls joined in the laughter. "I can definitely tell that you're gonna be an interesting opponent too. Maybe after this, we could have an one on one for fun. I am not exactly fond of this setup, you know." Shallot offered as he crossed his arms with a smirk.
Luz giggled at the offer. "Maybe Shallot." She told the Saiyan as he nodded in understanding as Vegeta and Edalyn walked over to Luz.
"Luz, we need to discuss a battle plan with you and Willow." Vegeta announced as Edalyn looked over to Lilith and Toppo, doing the same with their duo as Shallot returned to his end within the arena. "First off, you are gonna need to start using more of your Chi in this fight. Since Edalyn has yet to teach you anything about magic, clearly." He went on as he gave a glare to Eda as she just rolled her eyes at her rival. "You need to work with what you already have." Vegeta went on with sincerity.
"I would have to agree with Vegeta on this." Willow perked up. "Amity and Shallot are no joke with their abilities, Luz. Amity is highly skilled with Abomination Magic. After all, her father is a well-known prodigy of the art." She explained before covering Shallot, "Shallot on the other hand is skilled in three Chi Styles if I remember correctly. Sure he is a nice guy and even fun to hang out with. Yet he won't go easy on anyone in a fight." Willow finished off as Luz nodded in understanding.
"I could assist on the sidelines if you like Luz." Eda suggested with a sly grin on her face. "Who's gonna know?" The Owl Lady continued before Vegeta elbowed her in the gut with a scowl.
"If Luz is caught cheating due to your antics, you will be the reason why she doesn't get into Hexside… Even though I am not fond of the idea any more than you are." Vegeta lectured Eda who was recovering from the punch. "Yet, Luz needs any and all teachers she can get if she wants to master magic like you told me, Clawthrone." He finished off before looking at Luz once more. "However, You should also try to learn to master your Chi as well. Both Bump and Tien boasted about your potential in both fields. I don't think you should let that go to waste, young Noceda." Vegeta declared as Luz was stunned by this information.
Yet before she could press further on this claim, a bell sounded off as a referee entered the stadium. He looked like a slug-like demon with skin-colored green and purple as he held some mystical as well as an oddly technological device which Luz reasoned to be a microphone. He dons a blue vest and a white scarf around his neck. His chest and stomach are mostly exposed apart from a long flowing brown vest. He also wears baggy white pants with a blue sash and brown pointed boots. "Alright, Fighters! Please meet in the center of the ring so we can begin the match!" He announced as Willow and The Hispanic Girl did as the two Rivals took to side lines like Lilith and Toppo did.
"This will be an interesting fight to witness, Lilith. Though, I hope it lasts more than a few minutes out of Eda's and Vegeta's student." Toppo remarked as Lilith laughed with her partner. Vegeta growled as Eda just glared at her sister with a venomous stare.
