Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Shadows of the Force. Enjoy the 2000-word chapter. I don't own RWBY and Star Wars. Monty Oum, Lucas Films, and Rooster Teeth do.

(The City of Vale, Remnant, Beacon, Ozpin's office 12:50 PM)

Lerek sat in the opposite chair as Ozpin continued to sip tea from his cup. Lerek simply shook his head and brushed off his cloak.

"Inhuman monsters that prey on negative emotions…." Lerek added, using the force to demonstrate what it was to Ozpin. "A Sith's best friend. You said this school trains 'Huntsmen and Huntresses' the same way the Jedi trains us to use the force like this?" Lerek asked, gesturing to the cup he held with the force.

"Indeed," Ozpin responded while staring at the cup with interest. "Are you sure you do not process a semblance? Ms. Goodwitch has the same ability." Ozpin added to which he got a shake of the head.

"I wouldn't even know what that is, professor," Lerek added, lowering the cup to the table. "You have to give me a demonstration. My semblance skills aren't up to par." Lerek stated before he hummed.

"Ms. Goodwitch?" Ozpin asked while he produced a small computer-like object from his coat. "Can you please send Ms. Belladonna to my office?" Ozpin questioned as he typed in a string of buttons on it.

"Who was it you sent for?" Lerek asked, leaning back in his seat while cracking his neck.

"A student your age," Ozpin responded, gaining a raised eyebrow from Lerek. "Semblances are a manifestation of one's soul. Think of it similarly to the force you wield, most have it… But only Huntsmen and Huntresses can harness it." Ozpin added to which he shrugged to himself.

"Hmm…" Lerek added, nodding to himself while he rested his hands on his legs once more.

Lerek closed his eyes once more. He knew for a fact that things would be interesting. The Jedi knight/general could only click his fingers together and wait for the girl to come in.

Ozpin said nothing, curious as to what would happen next when he thought about it next time. He had plenty to ponder on his mind.

The elevator slowly opened as Lerek turned to it. He used the force to float Ozpin's mug and a few stacks on these papers. He did nothing to move them as Blake and Glynda entered.

Lerek looked over both women. One was Ms. Goodwitch considering she looked similar to a Jedi Master with an article of clothing closer to a high-class Coruscant citizen with a fancy shirt with a purple cape, a whip-like weapon. She had fancy black boots and spectacles.

Lerek turned his gaze to the girl with Ms. Goodwitch. She was his age, but he could sense something off from her. Maybe it was the fact that he noticed her bow twitched atop her head, her golden eyes seemed more inhuman than anything. She wore a black buttoned vest with coattails with a single sliver button, a white sleeveless high necked, cropped undershirt, and white shorts with a zipper on each leg.

A single symbol on her leg stood out nearly as much as her stockings covered with black boots, she had a silver cuff with black ribbons with a black scarf on her neck. She had a small black backpack with a sword on her back.

'Who the hell is this woman? She can't be human; I sense something off from her… Now I'm more curious than anything.' Lerek thought to himself as he floated Ozpin's mug over his hand.

"Ms. Belladonna?" Ozpin questioned Blake before gesturing for Lerek to stand up. "This is Mr. Lerek Zun… I know you don't wish to speak about some secrets, so I assume you can keep something quiet?" Ozpin asked which got a raised eyebrow from Blake.

Blake approached Lerek who looked down at her. The two seemed to study each other as Ozpin waited for an answer.

"You're not human…" Blake stated, noticing the chalk-white features and four fingers. "Yes, I can. Ms. Goodwitch said it was urgent?" Blake asked Ozpin to which she got a nod.

"Yes," Ozpin added before he shook his head at the moment. "Can you show your semblance before I explain more?" Ozpin asked to which Lerek hummed.

Blake nodded before closing her eyes as she hummed and focused before Ozpin and Lerek watched. Another version of Blake appeared next to him which caused Lerek to nod and shook his head, he blinked and poked the other Blake which vanished.

"A hologram?" Lerek asked which got a shake of the head from Ozpin once again.

"Blake's semblance which is powered by her aura?" Ozpin explained as he took Lerek's hand. "Is similar to your 'force'. She can create clones of herself that take the hits instead of herself. Ms. Belladonna? Lerek has a similar power that doesn't seem to run on Aura, this telekinesis is part of that power." Ozpin stated before clearing his throat.

Lerek and Blake shared a look at each other, neither knew what to say. Blake could tell Lerek was not human, but he wasn't a Faunus, she had never encountered a Faunus with chalk-white features and 4 fingers.

"You're not human, are you?" Lerek asked, making Blake frown before he smirked. "Relax… I'm not really in a position to judge. I'm not human either, Blake. I'm curious what you are though, you're a… Ozpin? You said they are called 'Huntresses?'" Lerek asked which got a nod from Ozpin at the moment.

"Ms. Belladonna?" Lerek heard from Ozpin while the headmaster set his hands on the table. "I am sure that you will not speak of what we are going to speak of, currently. You are the most trustworthy student I have with secrets." Lerek also heard as the Arkanian hummed.

"Funny, you sound like a Jedi for someone who doesn't know them, headmaster," Lerek said before rubbing at his temples. "I'm not from Remnant, that's all I'll say for now. There's plenty none of us want to say… And explaining all of it would take a while." Lerek added, gaining a hum from Ozpin.

"Yes, and with the arrival of our Atlesian cousins in a few months after the dock incident." Ozpin started to say before gazing at Blake.

"Headmaster? With all due respect?" Lerek questioned and brushed off his robes. "I have an idea. I have my questions for Blake and you… But I also DON'T want to keep things secret for a while. How about I answer some questions for Blake, she reports back, we decide in about a… How long till those people arrive?" Lerek asked Ozpin to which Glynda checked her scroll.

"More than a month," Glynda added while Lerek hummed.

"Then how about in a month we discuss the bigger details?" Lerek asked and got a nod as he turned to Blake. "You can make clones of yourself? You're going to have to explain that party trick to me, nobody I've seen can do that." Lerek stated, a small smirk pulling at his lips.

"Ms. Belladonna? Feel free to ask Mr. Zun any questions you might have at the moment." Ozpin added, clearing his throat before speaking once more. "But do tell me in a month about them… And regarding any questions on Mr. Zun's origins?" Ozpin stated to say before Lerek rolled his eyes.

"Lerek, I'm 17, not 50," Lerek added before cracking his fingers. "Ask them then. It will be easier to explain without getting into all the things that don't make sense… Plus I doubt either of us wants to spill our life stories yet." Lerek stated, gaining a sarcastic roll of eyes from the girl.

"You may return to your dorm, Ms. Belladonna." Ozpin put in before Lerek shook his head.

"Nah, before I get back to talking with my friends?" Lerek questioned, drawing in his cloak. "I want to talk. Besides? If we're going to talk at all? I need a way to contact you. It is Lerek added, isn't like we share the same communications and all that." Lerek added while he and Blake slowly walked to the elevator.

Blake watched as Lerek held up one of his hands, willing the elevator door open while the duo stepped inside.

"He is rather unique," Ozpin stated more to himself more than anything. "Ms. Goodwitch? Keep an eye on the skies above. I have a feeling much will come from there, both good and bad." Ozpin added to which Glynda hummed as she typed on her scroll.

(With Blake and Lerek)

Blake could tell this boy wasn't human. Nothing about his features would tell anything about such. Blake noticed what she guessed the cylinder he kept a hand on was his weapon. He kept an eye on her as the elevator lowered.

"I think we can both tell we're not human." Lerek put in which caused him to cross his arms. "And no. I don't mean that as an insult, I'm not human either…" Lerek added while Blake hummed.

"You're not a Faunus, are you?" Blake questioned, gaining a raised eyebrow in the process.

"No, but you are if I had to take a guess?" Lerek asked which gained a nod. "You know there are PLENTY of species where I come from. Plenty that are close to human-like me, I happen to be friends with one." Lerek stated, uncrossing his arms as he did so.

Blake was silent, curious as to WHAT the cloaked warrior was keeping from her. It wasn't like SHE had room to talk, she had her skeletons in her closet which made her quiet.

"You fight just like I do." Blake put in which caused a raised eyebrow.

"Most people like me are peacekeepers," Lerek responded, raising an eyebrow as well. "Although the methods I use to guarantee peace are… Unique off the battlefield. I don't enjoy war if you'd ask me that." Lerek stated before the doors opened.

Lerek pressed his comlink, sending a request to the Trailblazer to pick him up. He promised himself he'd sleep when he returned to the cruiser. He needed it anyway if he would return within half a rotation.

"Peace means nothing if your will to destroy what you protect," Blake responded and got a nod.

"My friend Ruzul would like you," Lerek said before he hummed. "Since I will just assume we have different methods of timekeeping? I will return in 10 or so hours. I haven't slept since I've gotten here, plus? As fun as things here are? I don't think anyone should know WHY I'm here at the moment, not till later." Lerek stated and was greeted by a rush of wind.

A LAAT slowly approached the duo as Lerek unhooked one device from his belt.

"If you or the headmaster need me before then?" Lerek asked, floating the device into Blake's hands a moment later. "Press the button on this. It's a communication device. Either I or one of my men will answer it and I'll arrive as soon as I can." Lerek added while humming to himself as he stepped aboard the LAAT.

The gunship slowly rose, plenty of dust and dirt being kicked up by the vehicle as it slowly flew into the air. He knew for a fact that it would be some time before anything could be talked about.

"Hmm…" Blake hummed to herself as the craft rose into orbit several moments later.

There was plenty of time to think about this, and plenty to do before that was done.

Author Notes

Phew. Another chapter is done! Some people pointed out how it would create fear for the UNSC to show up in my halo RWBY story? That's why I'm changing things for the Republic story. This does take place during season 2 and onward. The next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will show Lerek meeting with Blake to talk again and such. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!

P.S: Next chapter is 900-2000 words. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
