(Venator Class Cruiser Trailblazer, Remnant's orbit, Lerek's Office 9:20 AM)

"General?" Drifter questioned from outside the room. "We've gotten another transmission from the surface," Drifter reported while Lerek hummed.

"Have you heard anything else from the surface?" Lerek added as he exited his quarters.

"They've been talking to whoever they could find, sir." Drifter put in while the duo walked towards the bridge. "We're taking things slowly; us clones aren't many conversationalists." Drifter stated while Lerek chuckled.

"Somehow I doubt that commander," Lerek added before turning towards the bridge. "Drifter? Tell them to stay out of trouble. Those scouts are as important as is everyone in this fleet." Lerek said and turned to head to the hanger.

"Drifter, how would you like to visit the school?" Lerek questioned as the Clone Officer shrugged.

"Visiting a Jedi school? Sure, that will be interesting." Lerek added while he brushed off his armor.

(10 minutes later)

Ozpin walked to the landing pad with both Glynda and team RWBY following behind. Ruby silently looked around, Weiss was busy mentally organizing their schedule, Yang was hopeful they would have a mission today.

Blake, however? Knew why Ozpin had brought them out. Her ears twitched as the sound of engines slowly approached. She and the others watched as a yellow and white ship slowly descended, Blake could see a symbol which she guessed belonged to Lerek on the hull… The vessel also had a turret that housed a white armored soldier.

'Are they Atlesian? No, Atlesians don't have stylized armor.' Blake thought before Ozpin sipped his tea.

"Ms. Rose? I would like to introduce you and your team." Ozpin started to say before nodding to Blake. "Except for Ms. Belladonna... To Mr. Lerek Zun." Ozpin added as Lerek exited the craft.

"You weren't joking when you said they weren't Jedi, general." The white armored soldier added to Lerek as they approached.

"Wait, is he a Faunus?" Ruby asked more curious before noticing something. "OOOHH!" Ruby squealed and dashed forward.

Lerek blinked as he watched the hooded girl grab his lightsaber. He was about to talk when she started looking at it.

"Is this your weapon? How does it work? What is it?" Ruby questioned before noticing the button on the hilt.

She pressed it and was rewarded with a radiant blue blade of pure plasma energy. Her eyes widened as she blinked at the weapon.

"I… WANT ONE…" Ruby said as Lerek chuckled.

"Nice team your part of Blake." Lerek joked before looking at Ruby. "I wouldn't swing that; it would cut anything it touches," Lerek stated before raising a hand.

Ruby felt the weapon leave her hands and fly to Lerek's hand. He quickly deactivated the weapon and returned it to his belt.

"Besides, it takes years of Jedi school to learn to use a lightsaber," Lerek said and turned to Ozpin. "You called? And I would like to introduce you to Commander Drifter. He's in charge of those soldiers from before." Lerek said which made Weiss blink.

"What kind of name is Drifter?" Weiss questioned as Drifter looked at her.

"Clones earn those names, miss. I got mine because of all the planets I visited." Drifter stated before crossing his arms.

"Lerek," Blake said as the Arkanian turned to her.

"Blake," Lerek said and smiled. "So are one of your illusions going to show me around town?" Lerek questioned while Blake hummed.

"So, are we missing something?" Yang asked as Ruby continued to try and get Lerek's blade.

"Ms. Belladonna and Mr. Zun have talked last night," Ozpin explained while Lerek looked at Drifter. "She has agreed to escort him around town and explain things. In exchange, Mr. Zun has agreed to answer any questions she has and report them to me. I believe you all can learn from this." Ozpin added while Lerek hummed.

"Didn't you talk about giant monsters running around?" Lerek asked Ozpin.

"Ah, yes. You do not know about the Grimm…. Ms. Belladonna?" Ozpin questioned as Blake nodded.

"Their inhuman creatures that feed on all negative emotion," Blake added while Lerek hummed.

"Sounds charming," Lerek stated, a smirk pulling at his lips.

"I believe a demonstration is in order," Ozpin said and turned to Glynda. "Ms. Goodwitch? Would you care to set up a challenge in Emerald Forest? It would be prudent to both educate Mr. Zun to our world and see what he is capable of." Ozpin added while Drifter hummed.

"I'll stay here and wait for the scouts to report in, general." Drifter stated as Lerek hummed.

"This way," Glynda stated as she gestured for them to follow her.

"So, are you a Faunus?" Ruby asked while Lerek slowly walked after them.

"Nope, Blake asked me that last night," Lerek responded to which he hummed. "Not human either it's more complicated, I guess. I know she's a Faunus, Blake wouldn't be able to make that assumption if she didn't know of it… I'm an Arkanian." Lerek stated a moment later.

"Arkanian?" Blake asked to which Lerek nodded. "Then you're not from Remnant…" Blake stated while Lerek hummed.

"We all have our secrets," Lerek responded while looking forward and shaking his head. "But I don't like keeping mine unless it's important… Anyway, professor? We're going to be fighting a lot of scary monsters, aren't we?" Lerek added while he cracked his fingers.

"More or less," Ozpin stated while he turned to Blake. "Ms. Belladonna? Do you have any questions yet?" Ozpin questioned as Blake turned to Lerek.

"You're a peacekeeper from somewhere, aren't you?" Blake questioned to which Lerek nodded. "And you're not from Remnant, right?" Blake asked Lerek who nodded.

"Yep, to both, and so are you, aren't you?" Lerek questioned in response. "I mean, you all have weapons and if you're fighting these 'Grimm' then your protecting people… Try fighting battle droids, they're a lot stupider," Lerek added as Weiss hummed.

"Are you referring to AK androids?" Weiss questioned, a pout settling on her features.

"No, I'll show you if we ever meet them," Lerek said and crossed his hands. "Professor? You talked about a 'Semblance' I'm going to guess THAT is what Blake's illusion clones are for example?" Lerek questioned as they started to pass inside.

"Indeed, you've seen Ruby's semblance…" Ozpin stated, turning to look over his shoulder. And I assume this 'force' you speak of is yours?" Ozpin questioned while Lerek hummed.

It wasn't as if the Jedi's code and much of their culture were secrets. The council did have secrets, one Ruzul knew and many Lerek DIDN'T, but most could explain the force.

"If you mean what I did to get my lightsaber back from Ruby?" Lerek questioned and crossed his arms. "Indeed. But it's not exclusive to me. ALL Jedi can do that, it's part of nature like I told you… But there's a dark side to that nature. They're the Jedi's mortal enemy." Lerek stated which made Blake and Ozpin both share looks.

'If he's not from Remnant? Then what is he? He can't be from another reality… Can he?' Blake questioned as the group traveled towards the forest.

Lerek had his questions, but he would hold them for now. He had said enough anyway.

Phew. Another chapter is done! I want to point out I'm not going to make Lerek blab about everything. I also want to point out that Blake and Lerek's bond will slowly grow and such as both sides learn more about the other. The next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will show Lerek and RWBY fighting Grimm and Lerek finding out more about Remnant and bonding with Blake. Until then, Lighting out!
