Yes, it is true. The fic finally updated!
After almost a year lol.
Don't worry, I will keep on updating this until I find myself a Writer's block once again. Ahahahahaha.
I was planning to update Sun Princess since I am now at the cusp of 600 kudos which would be a title for "Silver Author" in the server that I am in. However, I just saw how long this story did not receive an update... so here we are.
Plus, I really loved doing family fics and an OP Subaru so this fic will be getting more updates from here on out. :)
Donning her bright blue dress, Meili opened the bedroom door with excitement just as she couldn't wait to start their outing.
"I'm ready!"
Walking in, Meili saw her Mother sitting atop of her Father, who were both covered in sweat. Seeing the sight, Meili couldn't help but remember a familiar sight of her parents from a week back.
At the time, she did not understand why her parents were calling out to each other repeatedly when they were already in the same room. With her curiosity getting the better of her back then, even when her parents told her to not come in the room, she saw the sight of her flustered Mother and Father looking back at her, in the same position they were in right now, explaining to her what they were doing.
Narrowing her eyes to both of her parents, she tried to remember what it was called…
"Mommy and Daddy are WRESTLING again!" Meili pointed with a smile.
Seeing their daughter's reaction, Subaru and Elsa couldn't help but chuckle at Meili's adorable answer.
"Yep, little princess. Looks like Mommy just won our little match again. Ahahahahaha" Subaru answered as he turned his head to his side and scratched his head.
Laughing at his Father, Meili added, "Daddy, you should just give up challenging Mommy! You will never be a match for her! Even Uncle Halibel told me that Mommy beats you in everything!"
"What!? Don't listen to that old wolf! He doesn't know what he is talking about!" Subaru retorted as he was getting slightly vexed at the fact that Halibel was slowly poisoning the mind of her daughter, of him being a loser.
Trying to prove to his daughter otherwise, Subaru asked Elsa to attest on all the challenges he won against her.
"Is it true, Mama?" Meili asked as she folded her arms, unconvinced from her Father's statement.
Seeing Subaru getting all worked up, Elsa couldn't help but tease her husband even further in the situation.
"Hmmmm… Let me recall~" Elsa said as she closed her eyes with a smile.
Looking back at his daughter with a smirk as he awaited the expected answer of his wife, he puffed at his daughter with confidence, "Hmph", expecting her that she would see how equal he and her Mother are.
However, as he was listening to Elsa's answer…
"Yes, I won that challenge… Mhm… That too… Did Subaru win that?... Hmmm… I got that too…" Elsa muttered as she opened up her left eye and glanced down at the funny look of betrayal from Subaru's face.
"I'm sorry, honey… but I don't think you ever won against me~" Elsa teased which made Subaru shake his head and lightly chuckle at his very devious wife.
"You are evil" Subaru mouthed out to Elsa, who, in turn, gave a light chuckle as she mouthed to him an apology.
Just as Elsa and the little Meili laughed at Subaru's damaged ego, Subaru eventually came to join the laughter of the two.
Although Meili teased her Father about being a loser, her Mother however interjected one important fact about her loser Father.
"That is why I love your Father so~ much" Elsa stated as he looked back at Subaru lovingly.
Tilting her head in curiosity, Meili asked on what could possibly be redeeming about losing.
With a light chuckle, Elsa explained, "Well, sweetie… It is not much about me winning"
"Oh? Then, What is it, Mama?"
"It is more about your Daddy letting me win in every challenge we have~" Elsa answered back as she slowly laid on top of Subaru, with her face beside his.
"Daddy, Lets you win?"
"Mhm" Elsa nodded back at her daughter, as she slowly wrapped her arms around her husband.
Giving Meili a short story of how her Father rescued her from Zarestia, back when she was a corrupted Great Spirit, as well as the many other instances that demonstrated her Father's power, Elsa made sure that she lets her daughter know that although many people know of her Father, majority of them do not know the true strength of her Father.
"Although, your Uncle Halibel does say your Father is a loser *chuckle* … Make no mistake, sweetie, that your Father is the strongest man I know~" Elsa finished, making Subaru blush and smile widely.
Seeing his daughter look back at him in awe restored Subaru's pride as the man in the family. Looking back at Elsa, Subaru couldn't thank Elsa enough for what she just said.
"Thank you, Elsa" Subaru whispered, to which Elsa immediately reply to him with a light kiss on his cheek.
With their daughter now jumping in excitement in wanting to see her Father's many powers, Subaru and Elsa chuckled at their little Meili's adorable reaction.
Hearing the loud crowing sounds of the birds from the nearby farm, Subaru and Elsa knew that they had no time to waste in their preparation for Meili's Birthday.
"Looks like they will be arriving soon. I think we should better get moving" Elsa whispered to which Subaru immediately agrees.
Rolling to her side, Elsa then finally sat upright at the side of their bed. Calming down the excited Meili, Subaru and Elsa promised their little ball of sunshine that she would get to see her Father's powers in their outing.
"Alright, sweetie! Let us get your hair done quickly so we can finally go with our outing" Elsa stated as Meili obediently turned her back against her Mother.
As Elsa was now fixing Meili's hair, Subaru, on the other hand, finally got himself out of the bed.
"Elsa, I'll be taking my shower now. Do you want me to fill your tub with extra hot water or just the usual?" Subaru asked, to which to his surprise, he saw the stunned expressions of Elsa and Meili.
Following the direction of their gaze, Subaru looked down and saw the problem that he was facing!
"Oh, Shi-!" Subaru exclaimed as he immediately covered his shorts with both of his hands.
"Daddy wet his shorts! Ahahahahahaha!" Meili exclaimed as she pointed at the huge damp portion of his shorts.
Although for Meili, it was just a simple pee incident, her Mother on other hand, was left speechless at the amount that came out of Subaru…
"T-That is Subaru's…" Elsa thought as she blushed from remembering their first mutual orgasm.
Seeing the reaction of the two, Subaru knew that he couldn't escape with the truth even if he wanted to.
With his little Meili laughing and a rather embarrassed Elsa shaking her head back at him, Subaru knew that he has to sacrifice his pride for the sake of saving his daughter's innocence.
To save Meili's innocence, Subaru accepted the title his daughter now gave him, "Bed-Wetter"
"S-So, Elsa… Extra hot or the usual?" Subaru asked once more to which Elsa gave a delayed answer due to her scattered thoughts.
"O-Oh… Uh… Extra Hot… Please" Elsa responded as she could not hide her flustered face from what she has seen.
Nodding at her answer, Subaru immediately went out with a huge sigh as he muttered, "That was so close"
Narrowly escaping with Meili's innocence, the couple now knew that they should control themselves with the utmost discipline… at least until they finally give their little Meili's Birthday present.
Finishing Meili's hair, Elsa then played with Meili in the living room. Just like how Subaru and Elsa bonded when they were young, Elsa used the same games to bond over with her daughter. With colorful board games and a game of "I spy", Meili surely wouldn't get bored anytime soon.
Finishing his bath, Subaru dressed himself in his own trusty attire in the bedroom. Although the tracksuit was more than a decade old, the tracksuit still seemed to look entirely brand new. Wearing it for the first time after many decades, it was so surreal for Subaru.
However, again, after wearing it for the first time in a very long time, Subaru knew that it was not the same tracksuit. Unlike his original one where it was light, the tracksuit he now wears, bears more weight. Just like the journey he had in this new world given to him, the tracksuit he wears now bear the stitches and fabric of all the people that he encountered along the way. Repaired and Reforged much like his life right now, Subaru was truly thankful for the second chance given to him in life.
Hearing the laughter of Meili and Elsa in the living room further reassures him of the thankfulness he has to Satella for giving him this second chance.
Knowing his lovely wife and daughter were now waiting for him, Subaru finally came out to the living room.
With Elsa's turn now in "I spy", she spoke, "I spy with my little eye something beginning with the letter (d)!", as she immediately saw Subaru coming out of the bedroom.
With Meili squinting her eyes at her Mother's last glanced location, Meili still hasn't noticed her Father slowly creeping up behind her.
"Letter (d)? Hmmm… What could it possibly be? A door?" Meili answered as she looked back at her Mother with curiosity and wonder.
Smiling at her daughter as she glanced back at her husband, Elsa answered Meili with a hint, "It is something you love very much"
"Love?"
"Yes" Elsa answered with a smile as she further hinted at Meili by pointing her with her eyes.
Hearing the word "love", Meili immediately associated the word with the only two people that she love in the entire world. The first one already happens to be in front of her, her Mother… that means the one her Mother was hinting at would be…
"Daddy!" Meili exclaimed as she turned around and immediately embraced her Father.
Embracing Meili in his arms, Subaru responded with sincerity, "I love you too, Meili… my Daughter"
After giving a long, delightful cuddle to his daughter, Subaru gently placed Meili on his shoulders, much to her enjoyment.
"I think I can handle it from here Elsa" Subaru spoke up as he came closer to his wife.
Smiling back at her husband, Elsa answered, "I know you can"
Looking back at him with Meili, Elsa felt her heart warm up to the thought of Subaru doing this for their very own baby… The joy and gladness she feels at the thought were indescribable… Looking at him even further, she still couldn't believe that she has been blessed with this kind of life… with this kind of happiness…
Grasping his face with her left hand as she lightly ran her thumb across his cheek, Elsa, again, spoke the words reserved to only him and her daughter, "I love you".
After giving a quick light kiss to one another, just enough to not show any malice to taint Meili's innocence, Subaru and Elsa held their loving gaze for one another for as long as they could. In their eyes, they could see the love and desire they have for one another… And in their eyes, they could see the eagerness for their fated union this coming evening…
Retracting her hand from his face, Subaru gently grabbed onto the same hand, and gently placed a light kiss as he reminded her of his promise for tonight.
Reassured and delighted by his gesture, Elsa gave a blushing nod as she finally slowly part away from her loving husband.
"Daddy! Daddy! Please show me the Invisible hands that Mommy talked about!" Meili requested as she leaned on top of her Father's head, while both of her hands gently slapped both sides of Subaru's cheeks.
*slap* *slap*
"Ow! Ow! Okay, sweetie! Just take it easy on the face! Ahahahahaha" Subaru responded as he and Elsa gave each other one last endearing smile, before Elsa finally went into the bathroom.
Indulging her daughter with her request, Subaru summoned four of his unseen hands.
Grabbing two of her favorite dolls, modeled after her Mother and Father, Subaru made the dolls dance in the air by using his four unseen hands.
"Wow! Daddy! Do more! Do more!" Meili cheered as she continued to watch in wonder.
After executing a plentiful number of tricks with the dolls, Subaru was now puppeteering the dolls to the story being told by Meili.
Utilizing her knowledge from all the stories she was read by her Mother and Father, Meili narrated a story of betrayal from their "bestest" friend… With her Mother kidnapped by the evil-doer… Her Daddy came to the rescue with all of his "super duper powers!"… After many challenging games and a very intense fight with the villain, Subaru eventually rescued Elsa from the tower where she was locked up!
"Oh! Oh! And Mommy and Daddy then rode… Uh… a black and orange dragon back home!" Meili added as she related it to her dream of riding a dragon.
"Where did the dragon come from, sweetie!?" Subaru answered back with a chuckle as he was surprised that a dragon had just appeared out of nowhere.
"W-Well Mommy became friends with the dragon while she was in the tower!"
As he chuckled with his daughter, Subaru needed to pick up another item for the dragon. After much thought, Subaru came up with another plan, much to the enjoyment of Meili.
"Tell you what, Why don't my little princess be the flying dragon to take us home" Subaru remarked as he looked up and immediately saw the eyes of his little Meili light up.
"R-Really!?"
Giving a nod to her little bundle of sunshine, Subaru summoned two more of his unseen hands. Carefully wrapping around the body of her daughter, the unseen hand acted like an invisible suit for his little girl.
Lifted up from his shoulders, Meili screamed in joy and awe, "I-I am flying!"
Detecting every minute movement from his Unseen hands, Subaru made sure that he moved the unseen hands to the desire of his little Meili.
Through the movement of her arms, hips, and head, Subaru unconsciously knew the direction to move his little girl thus making the sensation of flying more natural for his little girl.
As the little Meili experimented, it was not too long that there would be a flying little Meili zooming in every nook and cranny of the house.
Sitting down on his chair, Subaru took a breather as he let her daughter have her fun.
Not too long after that, Subaru finally heard a knock on their door, signaling to him that their expected visitors had finally arrived.
Heading to the door, Subaru retracted his unseen hands. Pulling Meili back to him, Subaru placed Meili back onto his shoulders.
"Daddy! I was not done being the dragon!" Meili pouted as she wanted to continue her adventure.
"I know sweetie, but I think you would like see this" Subaru responded which made Meili tilt her head in curiosity.
Opening the door, Subaru greeted their expected visitors, "Anastasia and Ricardo! Nice to see you back!"
"Subaru! Like I told you, "Anna" is fine!" Anastasia pouted as she pouted back at Subaru with a huff.
"Suba-bo… Er, I mean, Subaru… it is very nice to meet you again! I really need to get to use to in addressing you like that! You are now a man after all! Ahahahahaha!" the demi-human wolf, Ricardo, answered as he gave a light scratch on his chin.
Greeting the little Meili as well for her Birthday, the little blue-haired girl immediately asked where the Pearlbaton triplets were, much to her excitement.
However, as soon as she asked that, Meili immediately heard the answer to her questions.
"Meili! Happy Birthday!" a unison voice rang behind the mauve-haired woman in a fur hat.
As soon as the demi-human triplets in white went front and center, Subaru immediately prompted Meili down from his shoulders so that she could play with the Pearlbaton triplets.
Letting them play in the front yard, Anastasia immediately signaled Ricardo to check the surroundings of the house, in preparation for their planned surprise.
"I really cannot thank you enough Anna for doing this" Subaru said as he led the Merchant Princess into the living room.
"This is but a very small favor so please do not think much of it. Plus, the favor benefitted me since I could give you both a proper wedding present" Anastasia responded as she took her seat beside Subaru, on the sofa.
"Anna, You answered every expense in the wedding! I can't really accept anymore than what I just asked" Subaru replied as he felt really guilty for receiving so much from Anastasia.
"Like I said… It is my way of giving a proper wedding present" Anastasia reiterated as she looked back at Subaru with a very sincere look.
"Anna"
"You do still remember the promise I made to you back then, right?" Anastasia added, as she smiled back to him, remembering his kindness…
Although Anastasia was unsure that Subaru would remember her promise, she, on the other hand, remembers her promise clearly… because on that day she was finally able to stand up for herself… and on that day she was truly given another chance in life…
Looking back at Subaru now, she could feel her eyes water at the fact that the way they were seated is reminiscent of the time she made her promise to him.
Back then… She was not the most confident businesswoman like she is right now. At some point in time, she hugely doubted that her life would even reach a point like this… Trafficked into the slavery market of Kararagi along with Ricardo, she experienced the unforgiving world for many years of her childhood… Luckily, the man beside her and the woman he came to love, rescued all of them from the underground trafficking of Kararagi…
Giving everyone food and shelter at the time up until they are finally ready to stand on their own feet, the house they lived in would usually be littered with many sleeping bags. Looking back now, Anastasia finally remembered how they inspired her to be the woman she is right now in the first place… For a person only to be a year older than her make such an impact in many people's lives, she aspired to be like them in the one thing she was passionate about, and that was business…
While many of the victims rescued from the trafficking left, a handful stayed, much like her, in the following several months… Helping each other find their desired paths in life in those months, led to a truly unbreakable trust and bond between the people that stayed in the Natsuki household… With the young man Lucius, the older brother figure she had in the household, much like Subaru and Ricardo, finally leaving them, Anastasia just felt so small and ashamed that she couldn't chase her desired path…
Luckily, one night, she was seen by the raven black-haired man reading the notes she had written in her secret little diary… Bringing up its contents, he made her open up about her passion, aspirations, as well as her anxiousness and insecurities… Lending his shoulder to her as she cried away her inner turmoil… He made her understand and realize that there was no reason to not chase her dreams… because they will be there to support her every step of the way…
Giving her not only her freedom… He gave her food… He gave her shelter… He gave her clothing… All that was needed for a person to live…
Yet even with that, He gave her so much more so that she could be the person she wanted to be… He gave her a family… that would always support and take care of her…
Giving to her so much, she promised to give back to him the same kindness she gave to him in that moment…
"Ye'r don't remember, do you!?" Anastasia added, as she pouted back at Subaru, to which he gave a light chuckle for thinking lightly of him.
"I knew it" Anastasia pointed back at him, to which he immediately responded to correct her misunderstanding.
"It went like this, right?" Subaru said as he grabbed the pointing hand and pulled Anastasia's face unto his chest.
"S-Subaru!?" Anastasia yelped as she blushed at his action.
"You were crying like a baby back then as you made your promise! *chuckle*"
"Hmph! You are such a bully! You only remembered the promise because it was littered by a poor maiden's tears. How very distasteful" Anastasia retorted as she refused to show her pleasure of Subaru remembering her promise.
Smirking at her smart remark, Subaru replied, "Well that is certainly part of it…", which made Anastasia playfully pound on his chest.
"However…", he continued, "I remembered it clearly because… that is the time where the Anna I care… found herself and her resolve to chase what she always wanted to be", as he patted the head of the little Merchant Princess in his arms.
With her eyes watering from his words, Anastasia tucked her head even further so that she could wipe her watering eyes from his shirt.
"Like I told you~ Never underestimate your Older Brother! And again… Like what you said, You want to repay the kindness we showed to you… And again, I will answer to you… You don't need to because we are your family" Subaru said as he reiterated their dialogue, hoping to finally put to rest Anastasia's feeling of indebtedness.
Although Subaru thought that this was the final nail in the coffin for Anastasia's rather excessive kindness, however, his statement totally backfired as he finally heard the response of the petite mauve-haired woman.
"You are right, I don't need a reason… I will give you anything and everything I want because… I am your family" Anastasia responded as she looked back at Subaru with a blush.
Realizing what just happened… Subaru quickly reacted, "Oh shit… I just trapped myself, didn't I?"
With a sly smile, Anastasia responded, "Yes, you did *chuckle*" as she delightfully rubbed her head on his chest.
After finally making Subaru agree on her desired present, Anastasia reassured Subaru that she would only give their house a minor makeover.
After said pleasantries, however, Subaru finally asked Anastasia about the secret mission they were working on about another underground slave market near the borders of Gusteko and Kararagi.
"Are you sure that we shouldn't tell Big Sis of this mission? You two are always together on a mission. Wouldn't it be too much if you just faced this alone?" Anastasia said in a hushed voice as she and Subaru huddled together.
"I can handle it alone. She does not need to know any of this" Subaru responded as he was resolute on keeping his wife out of the said mission.
Seeing his response, Anastasia reluctantly nodded as she gave the details of the information they gathered thus far… After running down the details of the Trafficking operation done in the borders as well as the many routes accessible to the said fortress, Subaru finally heard the name he suspected to be the mastermind of the Trafficking operation.
"They call her… "Mama". As of now, we do not have much information of what she could actually look like… Some of our sources say that she was a petite woman with blonde hair while others say she was a busty woman with crimson hair… So on that part, we have yet to get a solid lead… However, on the bright side, we managed to get solid information about the identity and whereabouts of the five Elite guards of the fortress, from Lucius"
Explaining to Subaru the information Lucius collected, it seemed like one of the Elite guards have a planned excursion to a nearby village in Kararagi. With this in mind, Anastasia wanted to discuss with him with a possible plan in the near future.
"Things will get a bit more difficult in hiding this from Elsa in the coming days" Subaru sighed as he knew that hiding a secret from his wife is the worse act he could do as a brand-new married couple.
"You know it would be easier if you just tell her. What is so different about this mission anyway?"
"W-Well…" "I can't really say that the mastermind was the one that made my wife a gut-loving bloodlust driven assassin in a different life now, can I" "I just have… a very bad feeling is all… And my guts never got me wrong so far so… I will just stick it to that" Subaru answered back which got a defeated shake of the head from Anastasia.
Finishing their talk, Anastasia added, "Speaking of which, Don't I deserve a reward for my efforts? I have been a very good little sister, you know", blushing, as she clung onto Subaru's arm.
"Anna, You are such a child! Ahahahahaha"
"Bah! I don't need to hear that from you of all people!"
Seeing how adorable Anastasia was, as well as, how she made strides in the secret mission, Subaru felt that Anastasia deserved a reward for her efforts… all within reason, of course.
"Alright, Shoot! Big Brother will try his best to give your reward!"
With her eyes lighting up, Anastasia fiddled with her thumbs as she stuttered to give her desired reward.
After a while, with her face now beet red, Anastasia finally mustered her courage to say her desired reward, "I want to kiss you as a reward"
Hearing said request, Subaru responded, "Excuse me!?"
"Not on the lips… Of course… since Big Sis would probably kill me… at least on the cheek" Anastasia answered even though she knew that kissing any part of Subaru… would lead her to getting killed by Elsa… not really… but she would be very much against it as she knew how overprotective and jealous she could be around Subaru.
"Even with that, Elsa would…" Subaru replied as he then saw the puppy dog eyes of Anastasia.
"Seriously!?"
"You are really going to do me like this" Subaru added as Anastasia adorably nodded her head.
Seeing how desperate she was and seeing that she deserved it at least that much… Subaru looked back at the bathroom to see if Elsa was finally done with her bath.
"Well, The coast is clear…"
Shaking off the troubling feeling from his wife, Subaru answered, "Fine"
After a delighted cheer, Anastasia puckered her lips and slowly leaned onto Subaru to get her desired reward.
Bracing themselves for the kiss, both Subaru and Anastasia closed their eyes…
In a brief moment… Anastasia finally felt her lips make contact to the person she desired…
However… at that brief instant… the person whose cheek she intended kiss never felt her lips… Instead he felt something heavy… and soft on his lap… and smelled something familiarly sweet…
"Na-Uh Uh… Little Anna, You are being a very bad girl" The sultry voice rang out bringing a huge shock to Anastasia while bringing a light chuckle to Subaru.
Realizing that they were caught by the Lilac Shadow's signature technique, Subaru and Anastasia knew that there was truly no escape from this otherworldly woman.
Opening their eyes, Subaru and Anastasia saw how the voluptuous vixen, with nothing but a bath towel on, positioned herself on her husband's lap as she came between the lips intended for her husband.
"B-Big Sis! I can explain!" Anastasia exclaimed as she pulled away her lips from Elsa's cheek.
"Honey, I thought we agreed that there would be no powers in the house" Subaru said as he looked back at his beloved wife in his arms.
"I think this day is an exception, don't you think? You used yours a while ago didn't you with Meili? I heard her shout about it as she zipped by the bathroom" Elsa answered back which made Subaru smile and shake his head in defeat.
"I just can't win an argument today, can I?" Subaru muttered as he chuckled.
"You could… but you won't let me lose now, will you?" Elsa replied with a delighted smile as she kissed the cheek Anastasia intended to kiss.
With Anastasia pouting from Elsa's action, Elsa added, "I'm sorry Little Anna but I have "wife" exclusivity here", with a teasing smile.
"But I just wanted to kiss the cheek"
"Na-uh Uh, No buts. You know exactly why I can't let you do that" Elsa replied as she poked the cheek of the pouting businesswoman.
Remembering the reason, Anastasia muttered, "Darn it, It is all because of that little Vollachian girl…"
Hearing Anastasia's muttering, Elsa recalled her reason for distrust for other women…
Back then, Elsa was more open and lenient towards the approaches of other women to her Subaru. However, it took one incident of hypnotism, where Subaru was almost stolen from her, and a very convincing persuasion from one red-blonde haired girl that made her more protective and stringent towards any woman that approach her man… With the persuasion in this case was stealing the lips of her husband right in front of her.
"Although, that little girl "Priscilla"… is a very annoying child… She did open my eyes to the women all around desiring my husband" Elsa replied, clenching her fist in slight irritation of the girl, while at the same time a bit thankful for the lesson she had received from her.
Seeing Anastasia's beaten puppy face, Elsa and Subaru couldn't help but chuckle at her state. However, with that aside, although Elsa couldn't really trust Anastasia's actions, she still cared for her like a little sister.
With that being said Elsa voiced out, "Although, I am very weary of other women… I still however trust the actions of my husband", giving Subaru a nod as she hinted him to give Anastasia a kiss on the cheek instead.
With her eyes slowly lighting up once more, Anastasia finally saw Subaru lean down to her face.
Kissing her cheek as well as patting her head, Anastasia felt her face turn beet red with a huge smile on her face.
Seeing their chuckling reaction, Anastasia then gave a light hug to the woman in the bath towel, which made Elsa pat her head as well.
After a good laugh and a slow decompression from the three, the trio discussed the plans laid out for Meili's Birthday. After getting the flow of their plans down, Anastasia and Elsa then had small talks about relationships and family, seeing that Anastasia had a huge interest of knowing what it was like to get married. Although the conversation started with much substance, it eventually ended with both teasing each other regarding their abilities and attributes as a future wife and wife, respectively.
Although they had common ground in the beginning with their kindness and loving nature as a wife, all that common ground came crashing down as Anastasia… hard "flexed" her finances… to which Elsa came back to her from all the physical attributes she had her "stone cold" beat… from the waist to her legs, to her butt… and especially emphasizing on the breasts, which she pointed out that her husband completely adores which really ruffled the feathers of Anastasia, much to the embarrassment of Subaru…
Seeing electricity sparking from their gazes, Subaru knew he had to do something before it escalates too far, thus Subaru immediately intervened by princess-carrying Elsa back to the bedroom for her to dress up.
As he did so, Elsa playfully put her tongue out to Anastasia as one last tease, putting the funny argument to an end.
Entering the bedroom, Subaru scolded his wife for taking the argument a bit too seriously.
"Relax, honey, I know what I am doing… It is just a little sisterly banter between Anna and I *chuckle*" Elsa replied as she was gently placed down from her husband's arms.
"Besides, You do love my breasts, right?" Elsa added as she pressed her breasts against his own chest and made him look down to the tantalizing crevice between the two mounds as a tease.
Gulping as he tried to keep his will together, Subaru responded with a defeated smile, "Yes, I do love your knockers"
Chuckling with a smile, Elsa was very much delighted at her husband's reaction.
"Good, at least that is one reason to get excited for tonight, isn't that right?" Elsa replied as she slowly pulled away from him and subtly bit her lip in excitement for their union this evening.
Smiling at her tease, Subaru nodded in agreement as he, too, couldn't wait for tonight.
Asking Subaru to stay and talk to her as she change, Subaru turned around and gave his wife the necessary space and privacy to let her dress herself.
Hearing the towel fall, Subaru knew that the woman he loves was finally naked. Even though he wanted to see the unparalleled visage of her body, Subaru knew that he had to be strong and wait until tonight, as he knew that nothing would beat the feeling of him being the one to slowly peel away the layers that covered her beauty…
Getting a slight hard-on at the thought, Subaru knew that he needed something to break away from these thoughts.
Luckily, as soon as he had that thought, Elsa finally started to converse with him regarding the guests of the party.
Going over some of the names of the guests, the couple reminisced about their crazy journey together in life… Starting with the names of Zarestia and Halibel, the couple couldn't have asked for better mentors and parental figures in their lives… Taken in, trained, and raised as their own, the couple truly felt grateful for them for being a part of their lives…Going over some of the names of the villagers in Banan like the trainee healer, Chamomile, the middle-aged teacher, Pines, as well as many others, made the couple appreciate how they have grown alongside them and how their family has truly grown, from a simple family of five to a number that they couldn't have perceived… And that truly showed as well as they now reminisced of the people they have encountered along the way from many different parts of the world…
Finished dressing up, Elsa finally made Subaru turn around.
"How do I look?" Elsa asked as she did a gentle three-sixty for him, in her white bow blouse, black skintight pants, and heels.
Smiling as he saw the sight, Subaru then went closer and said to her what he truly thought about her at that moment, "Enchanting"
Eyeing her form, Subaru was truly mesmerized at the sight… Seeing her hair down, she looked truly like an angel…
Pinching his cheek as he made a little joke to Elsa of him making sure that he was not in a dream, Elsa couldn't help but give a light blush and a chuckle as she gave a light punch to his shoulder…
Laughing as they enjoyed this moment; they were truly thankful for the journey they are now having in life…
Letting Elsa take a seat on the wooden chair in front of the face mirror, Subaru finally went behind her as he carefully brushed his wife's hair with care…
Letting his husband braid his hair like usual, Elsa continued their prior conversation, by mentioning more names of the people they have encountered along the way.
Other than the Roshi incident where they managed to meet Anastasia, Ricardo, and the Pearlbaton triplets, Elsa also remembered their crazy adventures in Vollachia as well.
"Come to think of it Al is coming to the party, isn't he?" Elsa said, which bought a gentle nod and smile from Subaru.
"Yeah, I received a message from him a few days back saying that he will come. From what I read; I think he is doing way better now. Finally getting recognition from his missions, he is finally getting assigned to high tier missions like ours. Also, he said that he finally got a nickname like yours… I think the name was "The Gladiator""
Hearing the nickname, Elsa smiled and couldn't have agreed more. Although the name probably came from his attire, Elsa on the other hand remembered the man's history, and sees the name fit for a man such as himself.

Not too long after the Meili and Roshi incident, Subaru and Elsa visited the Land of Wolves as per Subaru's request. Remembering the story of Subaru's previous Al, Subaru made sure that he would save his "brother from another world" in this new world…
Going into Vollachia, Subaru immediately recognized the huge difficulty in getting into and out the Ginunhive Colosseum… After many days of surveillance and collecting intel, Subaru knew that if they were to attempt to get into the colosseum on their own, it would still be a toss-up for success…
What the pair really needed was a person that has access and power within the colosseum, if they wanted to have a full proof plan… Luckily, at the cusp of attempting to get into the Ginunhive Colosseum themselves, they were spotted by a man Subaru knew that fits all of what he needed in the mission… and that was Vincent Abellux.
Joined by a young Cecilus, The eventual Emperor turned out to be collecting information himself… Knowing anything and everything in the country he would eventually rule, Vincent Abellux was making sure that there were no outside forces that are out of his control…
Through the observation of his servants, the couple seemed to have piqued his interest, seeing that the couple managed to elude some of the Elite guards as well as noticing their unique set of abilities…
Being upfront with their plans, Subaru asked for Vincent's help… Although Vincent expunged all that he needed to know about their background and character, he still needed to gauge how much of a factor the couple would be in the future…
Agreeing to help, Vincent wanted Subaru and Elsa to first do some tasks for him in exchange… Seeing that they had no other choice, Subaru and Elsa were Vincent's lapdogs for a week… Spying, Stealing, and Manipulating information wherever they were assigned to with ease, Vincent witnessed the terrifying power of the duo, most especially Elsa at that time… The ability to interrupt another person's senses with ease as well as to put them into a hallucination seamlessly was already a force to be reckoned with, however, Vincent also saw at how proficient Elsa can be in battle as well, with him setting up the duo at times for his observations…
Although Subaru was more laid back in his position in the team, Vincent could also say that Subaru's unorthodox planning as well as the invisible appendages he displayed, were truly dangerous for his future plans if left unchecked…
Seeing enough, Vincent finally granted their request… Giving them passage to the Ginunhive Colosseum, Subaru now started to look for the man in question…
Accompanying them along the way, Vincent was very curious as to who would be worthy of the couple's time and effort, while observing them further…
Going up top, reserved for the Emperor and his kin, Subaru and Elsa had a clear view of every person in the Ginunhive Colosseum. However, that view was completely unnecessary as Subaru immediately found the person he was looking for…
With his back against the wall as blood continued to gush out of the cuts inflicted on his face, Al was at the cusp of death just as a Guiltylowe was pouncing for the final blow… Just as the crowd was roaring for his eventual defeat, the young man still continued to point his sword in defiance, like a true gladiator…
Seeing this, Subaru immediately instructed to Elsa to execute the Guiltylowe… Grabbing a short dagger on display in the Imperial box, Elsa immediately took aim as she conjured a lot of her strength to her left arm… Twisting up her body as she finally got her trajectory, Elsa then released the dagger from her left hand, leaving a very quick sharp sound in the air…
Just as the Guiltylowe was about deal the final blow, a huge explosion came at the location of the Mabeast, causing a huge plume of dust to form in the Colosseum…
After the dust had finally settled, the crowd and Al were all put into silence as they saw the lower half of the mighty mabeast remained in the huge crater…
With the dagger too fast to be seen by any normal onlooker, the crowd was visibly confused on what just happened… Regardless of what just happened, one man was visibly thankful as he slumped by the wall and finally took his rest…
After they transported Al to the medical bay of the Colosseum, Vincent asked the Warden to stop the games for the day, as per the request of Subaru…
Getting one of Vincent's renowned and gifted healers, they managed to heal all the scars on Al's face… What's even more was that they were able to bring back the missing arm of the young Gladiator, much to the surprise and delight of Subaru…
After a few days of getting to know Al, the couple soon realized that the young man was hopelessly lost as he was plagued with a severe case of amnesia…
Even with this, looking back, Elsa remembered how the man still fought with everything he had after the days he finally got his freedom, truly making him a true gladiator in her eyes…

"You know, Looking back at it now… I never would have known that we would be meeting the future Emperor of that country. *chuckle* It just feels so surreal" Elsa remarked to which Subaru immediately replied.
"Well, we did have a hand in his victory, so it really wasn't that surprising"
Chuckling at Subaru's reaction, Elsa answered back with a pout, "Still…"
"Yeah, I really did not expect the favor I owe him for releasing the prisoners Ginunhive on that day and for tracking two people, to be to win him the throne in the future" Subaru replied as he remembered their deal.

Not too long after healing Al, Subaru requested to release the prisoners of the Ginunhive Colosseum to Vincent. However, seeing that it was not part of their original deal as well as the magnitude of said favor goes well above reason for Vincent, Vincent naturally refused his request…
However, seeing the opportunity of utilizing the couple in the future, being far too great of a loss if not taken, Vincent proposed that they owed him a favor in exchange…
Knowing Vincent and the future, Subaru already had a hunch on what that favor could be… With this, Subaru requested something else on top of his original request, and that was for him to find the O'Connell siblings in Vollachia and take them under his protection…
Although bewildered at Subaru's reasoning, Vincent eventually agreed to his set conditions… Just as they were about to shake hands, Subaru added that should he become Emperor in the future that he would finally put a stop to the operations of the Ginunhive Colosseum, which made Vincent himself narrow his eyes as he grew very wary of Subaru… However, after stating and promising that they would do everything in their power to fulfill their favor, Vincent knew them enough that they would follow through with their agreement, so eventually Vince came to accept the agreement…
Sure enough, two years ago from today, Subaru and Elsa were summoned to aid in his campaign to become the new Emperor of Vollachia…
Through his decisive planning and leadership, the campaign was truly a clear-cut victory… However, due to two unpredictable variables in the form of Lamia Godwin and Prisca Benedict, Vincent had to resort to many backup plans in order to win…
In addition, Subaru had to make Vincent reconsider about killing Prisca Benedict… Although Subaru may not have the best relationship with "Priscilla" in his previous life, Subaru still knew her as a person and possibly a friend…
Although this request met the ire of Vincent, Subaru was able to convince him by reiterating the plan used in his previous life, and that was to fake Prisca's death… Not needing a body double, Vincent was surprised of another ability Subaru kept well hidden, and that was transforming to another person, much like his assistant Chisha Gold…
Although the plan went off without a hitch, Subaru had to eventually talk to the young Prisca about giving up her fight for the throne…

"It was pretty wild. *chuckle* The fact that Vincent even offered me the Fifth seat of the Divine Generals was pretty crazy" Elsa said which came to as a huge surprise for Subaru, who did not know that such conversation happened.
"Of course, I declined his offer though, since the only man that I would be willing to die for is you, honey" Elsa added, reassuring Subaru.
"I believe this came well after the body double plan… I think you still had to convince that little princess to give up her chase for the throne at that time…" Elsa reminisced as she tried to align their stories.
"Oh right, I had to convince "Priscilla" at that time…" Subaru replied which gave an annoyed look from his wife.
"Hmph, The gall of that child… Just remembering her makes me so-" Elsa tried to answer back but was cut off by Subaru's gentle massage on her shoulders.
"Honey, It is alright, we are passed that, remember?"
"I know but… *sigh*" Elsa muttered but was eventually calmed down by Subaru's godly hands.

Finally getting her mind of Priscilla, Elsa added, "Didn't you get asked, honey? I am pretty sure with your abilities and intellect; you were probably offered a Seat as well"
"I did actually *chuckle* What Seat do you think it is?" Subaru teased
"Since I now know the First Seat is Cecilus… I would say Second Seat then" Elsa answered which gave a light chuckle from Subaru.
"You think I would lose to Cecilus?"
"Fighting alongside him when the Abellux mansion was attacked… I could say that the man was truly unmatched in the way of killing other people… His way of fighting could even match Master Halibel's… Possessing two of the Divine swords just makes it even worse…" Elsa replied as she felt shivers in remembering the massacre he caused in front of the Abellux mansion.
"Well, that is true. Maybe you are right. *chuckle*"
"But, Of course, this is at a power standpoint… I am sure with preparation, you could beat Cecilus…" Elsa said with a smile, knowing that his husband could do anything.
"Hell yeah, Who knows what kind of party trick I have reserved for him, right?" Subaru replied which gave a delightful nod from his wife…
Just as he said that, Subaru gave a wide smile in remembering everything that happened on the day Vincent offered to him a Seat in the Nine Divine Generals…
I will not be going into much detail about the flashbacks because of time and length. Although, I hope you guys appreciated the fact that I gave a brief summary on the many other stuff they have done which affected many of the people Subaru knew.
With that in mind, the characters will definitely have varying attitudes as compared to the original in this story because of how they interrupted many of the people in this timeline...
Also, Next chapter will be a short one just as it will just be a simple flashback on what seat Vincent offered to Subaru as well as how Subaru convinced Prisca to drop her chase of the election.
