Ranma Soatome P.O.V.
This wasn't anywhere near where Ranma wanted to be in his life. He was supposed to be married soon. He was finally able to get along with Akane for more than a few minutes at a time. Now she was gone. Some rage chi using freaks had kidnapped her. Then they killed Mousse, Mom, Pop, and Old man Tendo. They took those crazy Kuno's though. That was a plus, kinda. But those crazy space people with the laser swords said that the other crazy sword people were evil. Like he had needed to be told kidnappers were evil. He'd already dealt with this situation once after all. But apparently those red sword bastards were going to brainwash people with rage filled chi and make them evil. That wasn't something he could let happen. But sadly, that wasn't the worst thing to come of all of this. He thought with a despondent sigh. Something had changed two days ago. Everyone who had a Jusenkyo curse was stuck in a mix of their original and their cursed forms. Mousse had looked like an angel before he died. Shan Pu looked like a furry demon mixed with a human. Cathar the space people had called her. And finally, there was Ranma himself. He was now a girl permanently. Or at least mostly. He had only kept one male part. And he wasn't happy.
Now the people with the spaceship were hanging around trying to help make a safe zone against the freaking Zombie while Ranma tried to put his life back together. Luckily Ukyo was still around. She was helping Kasumi try to feed people. There was also a large group of fighters that Ranma didn't know. About halfway through the fight with the guy that just wouldn't die Shan pu's grandmother had shown up with a group of Martial arts masters. it was interesting to fight beside so many master level fighters.
{Flashback}
Ranma was almost exhausted. The fight with the scarred freak still wasn't over, and it had been going on for hours. He just wouldn't stay down! They had kicked, slashed ki blasted and shot the bastard, and he just wouldn't. Stay. DOWN! Ranma was about to go in for another attack, when one of the new arrivals cried out in distress. Ranma turned to see the girl in a full-length red dress hovering in the air gasping for breath. He turned swiftly to the freak, but he along with all the rest was blasted away.
"I'm going to kill every one of you." The freak growled evilly. "Starting with Nihilus' little pet."
"I think not!" Roared a man in a Judo/Jiujitsu gi. Ranma then witnessed the most beautiful display of Jiujitsu he'd ever witnessed. With a grasp and a twist of his body, the freak was slammed bodily onto his shoulders. The girl fell to the ground, one of the other space girls rushed to her side. With her taken care of Ranma decided to rejoin the fight in a big way. He rushed forward and yelled. "Kachu Tenshin AMAGURIKEN!" Before he unleashed over a hundred punches into the back of the freak. The man was confused by this, until the freak got back up. The freak tried to remove the martial artist's leg with his red bladed laser sword. Only for it to go flying out of his hand, and into the outstretched hand of one of the others. This allowed a small man in a straw hat and a kung fu uniform, to slam a double palm strike into the freak's chest. The next few moments were a flurry of activity. It wasn't getting anywhere though. Even with almost a dozen people pounding the scarred freak he just kept getting back up. Until the ju jitsu master cried out.
"We have to break his connection to his chi! He is just going to keep drawing in more until we are all dead!" Ranma watched in amazement as Shan pu's grandmother and the master in the Kung fu outfit began to strike out at every pressure point on the freak's body. He stood there twitching as the two masters leapt away.
The freak stumbled to his knees. Ranma got ready to continue the fight, but it didn't matter as the scarred man began to cough weakly. "You have won nothing by beating me Jedi." The freak spat with such hatred that Ranma took an involuntary step back.
"The other's left me here as a distraction." He growled evilly. "I didn't fit in with their plan. While you were here fighting me, they had time to gather up more students for their future academy. More Sith to join the new empire."
Ranma could see the space people taking this news hard. Ranma's thoughts were interrupted by Shan Pu coming up to his side. It made Ranma's skin crawl to see Shan Pu looking like one of the furry demons, but for the moment there was nothing he could do about it.
"Hey Shan Pu, is there something I can do for you?" he asked with a nervous tinge to his voice. Ranma noticed Shan Pu's ears flatten against her head.
"Grandmother want see Ranma." Shan Pu said in her broken Japanese. Ranma nodded to her and walked towards Kon Lon Elder of the Chinese amazons. She was sitting on a large blonde man's shoulder smoking her pipe.
"Ah son in law." She said upon seeing him. She hopped down off of the LARGE man's shoulder. "This is Hayato Furinji, Known as the invincible superman. He has agreed to continue your training. I know that after what happened to your parents and the Tendo's father, as well as the kidnapping of your other fiancé will make you determined to fight these invaders."
Ranma looked at her for a long moment then turned to the man. He was huge, at least six and a half feet tall. His blond hair hung down to mid back with a similarly blond beard that spilled to his chest. He was covered head to toe in toned muscle. He was stroking his beard as he gazed intently at Ranma.
"Elder Kon Lon speaks highly of you." The giant man said jovially. "It's certainly intriguing to see a seventeen-year-old reach Mastery these days."
"I've been doing nothing but training since I was four." Ranma said neutrally. "Lots of training and moving around."
"Well there are a few things that you might be able to learn from me and the other masters of Ryozanpaku." He told ranma thoughtfully. "In exchange I'd like your help getting a few disciples up to expert level so that they'll be stronger in this troubling time."
Ranma nodded hesitantly and offered his hand. Hayato smiled and took it. They shook and that was that.
End Flashback.
Ranma was pulled out of his thoughts by the sight of one of the space people rushing past him towards the ship.
"REVAN!" The person yelled. "The Americans are launching NUKES!"
Ranma felt his blood run cold at that statement. The Fear of nuclear weapons was hardwired into the Japanese mentality. The person that Ranma assumed was Revan yelled. "Get Everyone that will fit into the Ebon Hawk!" The next few minutes were a scramble to try and get sixty people into the Spaceship. The ship had just begun to take off when a bright light lit up the sky.
"Everyone hold on!" Someone called from the front of the ship and Ranma grabbed Kasumi, Nabiki, and Covered them with his body as the shockwaves hit the ship. What came next was the worst turbulence that had ever occurred for anybody to ever ride on a plane. Then it was over. Ranma got off of Kasumi and Nabiki, and looked around. Most people were huddled on the floor looking frantic. Ranma left Kasumi and Nabiki on the floor and went towards the front of the shit, where he heard an argument going on.
"Angel, I hate to say this but if they used nukes we have nothing to go back to!" A small brunette was saying to the tall brooding main in the seat.
"And I'm telling you Buffy we're going to check." the man said stonily. "I feel that this is what we need to do." Ranma watched as the continent of North America came into view.
'Well,' He thought to himself. 'I always wanted to see the U.S.A.'
Harry Potter P.O.V.
Harry looked out over the lake from his perch on a large rock. He knew Halloween was a bad day to be Harry Potter but this year had taken the cake. Magic had completely changed. Oh, it was still there. He could still feel it, almost everybody could. But it was different. For one thing all the spells he had been taught these past five years no longer worked. And then these people show up in a bloody spaceship and start killing off the teachers, and kidnapping students. All told it was something like a hundred students that were abducted. Five students and all the teachers, baring Madam Pomphrey, Professor Trelawney, and Professor sprout died. When magic had failed the teachers, they were cut down like harmless children. The last to fall had been Professor Flitwick, who had retrieved an axe from somewhere and attacked in true Goblin fashion. Harry smiled darkly remembering the Bald man losing a leg to Flitwick. His smile dimmed when his memory touched the part of the scene when Flitwick's head fell from his shoulders.
"You are brooding again." Luna Lovegood said soft distracted voice.
"I figured you'd be with the Doctor." Harry said without turning to the girl. He continued to look out over the lake trying desperately not to see another of his failures. Unfortunately, Luna could see right through him.
"I'd do it again you know." she asked half started sitting beside him. This brought a lump to his throat. He turned to look at her then. The scar that now split her face was a red angry thing that bisected her right eye. It went front her forehead to the edge of her mouth. However, it was a lot better after the help of the space people. Jedi, they had said.
"She said that it will be just a scar with another treatment of Kolto." Luna said softly. Harry grimaced at the mention of his failure.
"Is it that ugly?" Luna asked with her head tilted slightly to the side. Harry felt himself jerk as though he had been slapped.
"It's not- YOU"RE not ugly." He stated firmly, looking into her crystal blue eyes.
"But you don't like to look at me like you do the Patil twins." Luna stated whimsically. "And you don't like looking at me even more since this happened."
"I don't think you're ugly Luna." Harry said looking back out over the lake. "It just reminds me that you got hurt trying to keep me safe." He felt himself sigh.
Luna frowned thoughtfully. "That's just silly. I chose to save you. You are my friend."
"You got that scar because I was too weak to defend myself!" He roared angrily. "All I could do was cause more people to die!"
"YOUNG MAN!" Came a stern voice from behind them. "Do you believe that you have a right to dictate the choices of another sentient?! Especially who they choose to save at the cost of their own lives!"
Harry jerked back at the sharp questions. Harry looked at the matronly lady standing at the base of the rock. She had a calm dignified look on her face even with the stern set of her jaw.
"If you feel that you have been too weak to protect yourself then you should learn." she said firmly.
"How do I do that?!" Harry demanded angrily. "My magic doesn't even work properly anymore!"
"Would you like to learn how to use it again?" The older woman asked seriously. Harry looked at her sharply. "If you want to become strong enough to keep people safe, it will require you to train like you'll die tomorrow?"
Harry felt his eyes widen. She offered to teach him, to learn how to use his magic. Maybe even save the kidnapped children. More importantly this was a chance to never need someone to die to keep him safe again. His hand unconsciously went to the lightning strike scar that spread across the right side of his forehead. Harry nodded to the elder with a determined look.
"Please teach me." He said giving a proper English bow.
"I am Jedi Master Martha Rodgers." The woman said with a calm smile. "I will teach you all you need to know to be truly strong with the force.

Jason Chou looked at the people kneeling before him. His foot clan. Beside him stood the three Assassin's that made up his plan to leave this dying planet. Magic, Zombies, and now the Governments were launching Nukes. He looked to his left, at the rail thin man in his futuristic armor and the metal skull mask. Sterben, Red-eyed Xaxa. A killer because he enjoys it. To his right stood a pair of synthetic assassins. Revnant, a black and red colored synthetic, and Ash a feminine synthetic of similar make.
"If you are ready." Came a raspy voice from the side. Jason looked over at the large, bearded man leaning against the wall. "We only have one way off this planet. And I don't really trust these Sith."
"They offer us a way off this dying planet, as well as a means to utilize our skills." Jason said stoically. "Do you have a better option? Because I for one have no knowledge of piloting space craft."
"Well funnily enough I can pilot." The man said with a small growl. "Unfortunately, I don't have a ship available."
Jason scoffed dismissively. "Then perhaps you should hold your tongue until we get in a more stable situation."
"Perhaps you should remember I could kill every one of your little assassins before you can get across the room." The man growled angrily.
Jason glared at the man hatefully. "And perhaps YOU should remember the reason that you are across the room from me." Jason glare didn't lessen when the man stiffened. "Just because you could poison the room doesn't mean you wouldn't be dead before we were."
The rest of the room was silent. They didn't have to wait long for their ride to arrive. The ship touched down and a large door opened to show almost a dozen people standing ominously before the group of assassins.
"You will board the ship." The leader said stepping forward. Jason took a quick catalogue of the young man. Red martial arts outfit. Bald head with blue tattoos on either side. And eyes that burned like the sun. "Or you will be left behind."
Jason looked at the others. There was no loyalty here. Merely convenience. That was fine too. He didn't need them to be loyal. "Foot clan, we are leaving." He began marching forward and didn't even look back as the kneeling ninjas rose and marched forward behind him. He heard an annoyed growl before heavy footfalls followed by the sound of metal on metal joined him. It seemed that this was going to be all of them. Now he just had to make sure that his clan ingratiated themselves to these 'Sith'.

Gregory was standing on the walls of the Fort he had found himself in. He was watching as a space crafter left the area and began to accelerate towards the heavens. He narrowed his eyes angrily, certain that it was the ship that had attacked those children earlier. He was also clenching his fists in frusteration. The various Governments of the world had activated their nuclear weapons. It seems that once again Governments decided to kill each other while they still had a chance. Honestly he couldn't say he was even surprised.
"Bastards." He hissed in disgust. He tensed when he felt a hand wrap around his own, but relaxed when he heard his wife's voice.
"It will work out." Sarah told him with a squeeze of his hand. "We're not going to stay here."
"It just galls me that the entire world is doomed, AGAIN!" He roared the last word looking at the sky. "If it wasn't for Korosensei blocking all the Nukes heading towards southern California we would all be dead."
Sarah frowned thoughtfully. This brought a small smile to Gregory's face. He loved the woman, she had always been the mortar that held his life together. Now she was a strong fierce warrior. Paladin of the Brotherhood of Steel. He looked at her outfit, a ballistic weave material with a similar composition to leather. On a shoulder strap across her chest was a standard issue Laser Rifle. She had a Ripper in her right boot sheathe, and a bandoleer of grenades on her hips. Her suit of T-51 Power Armor was down in the workshop. A place that was apparently built by young miss Kendall's character to house all of her own Power Armor. It seemed that everyone who had any knowledge of Power Armor was down there making sure that all the suits were in perfect working order. It was honestly kind of intimidating to know that Harmony Kendall, daughter of one of the richest people in Sunnydale, had twenty full sets of Power Armor. Including the set of experimental X-01 Power Armor that left everyone who saw it envious. She also had about two dozen technicians working on all the Power Armor from the various Brotherhood members, the group called the Atom Cats, as well as Harmony, Jose, and Gregory's own.
Off to the side, at the main gate, there was a commotion. Gregory turned to look at it. The Gate was opening to admit still more people into the safety of the fort. Gregory wasn't sure how much longer this could go on. There was only so much room and food to go around. Not to mention there were still thousands of undead out there. The snipers had been forced to take shifts because there were to many zombies and nowhere near enough shooters to take them down. He could spot a few aliens, and quite a few humans on the walls taking potshots at any zombies that they could.
It had been twelve hours since the conversation between Gregory and Harmony. Since that time she had taken all the 'Mandalorians' as well as the young women in the futuristic armor called Shepard. It had been about three dozen beings all told. They had reined holy hell on the zombies around the base. And since they have been out, they have been sending people back. Gregory was honestly kind of jealous. Oh, he knew that without any weapons training or military training he'd just get in the way. That didn't mean he wasn't eager to pulp the heads of some of those zombies. His thoughts were interrupted by the sight of giant black tentacles rising up above the ruins of the city. Gregory had to quickly change his earlier thoughts as he looked at the monstrous tentacles. He didn't know what was going on, but he knew it was bad. He quickly turned to his wife.
"Sarah we are going to need everyone who can use Power Armor carrying heavy weapons over there as fast as possible!" He exclaimed hurriedly pointing towards the mass of tentacles.
