Hello there. Sorry for the delay in my updates, but this last year was very busy and left me with no free time. I hope that this New Year will be different and allow me to have the time to finish my stories.

By the way, I am thinking about rewriting my story Halkeginia Fate, but I want to do it in a way to add adult content. What do you think about that?

Chapter begins.

"It is completed!" exclaimed one of the magic engineers that was working on the Gate.

For a moment, everyone wanted to shout with happiness, but with the knowledge that some Turians are lurking around the illusion that has kept them hidden, so they chose to celebrate in silence.

"Someone goes to inform the general"

"I am already here," said General Williams as he stood there looking at the gate. "Send a message back to Earth; tell them that the preparations are ready from our side"

"Yes sir!" said one of the soldiers as he leaves to send the message.

Then General Willians turn to all the people around the gate.

"I have no words that could express how thankful and proud I am of all of you for what you had done under these amazing circumstances. However, I am afraid that I need to ask you for even more. As you know the moment that the Gate becomes active, the energy released will cancel the Illusion that has kept us hidden from the Turians and they will be able to see us, with a Turian camp less than two miles from here, you can be sure that we will be under attack at the moment that they see us, but we must resist their attack and give our friends time to get through the gate"

Just as the general said those words, the Gate began to power up.

"Everybody get ready for the battle!"

Soon all the soldiers and civilians that were helping began to take cover and ready for the incoming battle.

But on a secure site, that was next to the gate a group of Quarians was looking at all that was happening.

"If we survive this my channel in the galactic network will be the number one," said Tarlok as he keeps recording everything.

"Get your head down, didn't you hear that a battle is about to begin," said Lenos.

However, before he could say something more a very bright light appeared from the Gate and a wave of energy follow it. Soon the Illusion that was hiding that place was canceled, revealing the base to the Turians.

A couple of miles away the Turians in the camp that was closer to the gate could see a bright light and then a moment later instead of the rock formation that was in that clearing, they could see a strange structure surrounded by fortified positions and many soldiers ready to fight.

"By the spirits where that come from?!"

"Call general Desolas, tell him that we find the enemy HQ"

Little did they know that general Desolas was about to have his hands full of trouble courtesy of a ship called Enterprise.

CAS Enterprise.

"The attack groups will arrive at their targets in T minus 2 minutes" said the communication officer.

"Any indication that the enemy has detected them?" asked Tolwyn.

"Negative sir"

The tactic used by the two attack wings you could say that it is a mix of knowledge that they gained from the Prothean ship that they found on Mars and the tactics used by the dive-bombers in WWII.

They know that because their fighters did not have any element zero on them the sensors of the Prothean ship will see them as space trash as long as they are not in a collision path with them, at less that is what happened in the simulations that they had tested using the Prothean ship.

Nevertheless, this time it is not a simulation, it is a real battle and the two attack groups are flying high above the Turian fleets, hoping that just like the Prothean ship they will not see them on time and when they are in the right position they will attack as the dive-bombers did before them centuries ago.

"Had you secured our destination coordinates?" asked Tolwyn.

"Yes sir, but there is a situation," said Joker.

"What situation?" asked Tolwyn.

"Our plan is to come out from FTL in the right position to hit their flagship with our main gun, but they place their flagship right in the center of their formation with many of their biggest ships in our firing line, even if we shot our main weapon there is no guarantee that we will destroy the flagship," said Joker.

"That does not matter; once the Enterprise arrives they will not be able to ignore it, just make that our one shop causes as much damage as possible before they had the time to recover from the surprise" Said Tolwyn

"Captain, the attacks wings are in position, they will begin their attack run in 30 seconds"

"We will jump after their missiles hit the target. Tell all our ships to get ready" - Tolwyn

While this was happening the leader of the attack group one was looking at the countdown, seeing as the numbers become smaller.

They had been lucky, as the enemy do not seem to have detected them but all that will change when they change their flight path and begin the attack.

As the countdown got closer to cero, he could not help but think of the other pilots of his group, they were all cadets and they will be responsible for an attack that very well could decide the fate of this war. He knew that they were ready because he trains them, after all, that was his job as an instructor in the Enterprise, but even then he said a small prayer, little he knows that the other instructor that was leading the other attack group that will be attacking the enemy ships on the orbit of Shanxi was doing the same.

The countdown comes to cero.

"ALL FIGHTERS ATTACK!"

All the fighters started their dive attack aiming their missiles at their respective targets.

At first, the enemy did not react, but as they got closer the sensors on their fighters detected an energy spike on the enemy ships as they began to move, a second later they began to shoot at them with energy beans.

Thankfully, it is seen that their target system only considered signals that have element zero as a threat so their first shoots missed for a long-range, but as star eagles got closer, so the enemy fire.

Soon, some of the star eagles were hit and they exploded in the vacuum of space, but that did not stop their friends as they keep advancing against the enemy.

"ALL UNITS FIRE!"

As one, all the fighters shoot their anti-ships missiles that flew the space between them and the enemies.

For a moment nothing happens and some missiles were intercepted but then, it happened, one big explosion could be seen from the ships that were leading this enemy group, then another one in another ship, then another one, this keep repeating many more times as the fighters pass through the enemy formation, enjoying that glorious chaos.

In the Turian Flagship "Spirits Revenge"

General Desolas Arterius was heading towards his quarters for a couple of hours of rest after the events of this day, but before he could open his door.

"RED ALERT, RED ALERT, WE ARE UNDER ATTACK; ALL HANDS TO THEIR BATTLE STATION, FLEET SET IN CONDITION ONE"

After hearing that he hurries up to the command bridge.

"WHAT IS HAPPENING?!" demanded Desolas.

"Fighters sir!" answered the sensor officer.

"Fighters?" asked Arterius as he did not understand why the enemy would use them to attack a fleet when in the citadel the fighters are only used to escort and support missions. So sending them to attack a fleet makes no sense as we could destroy them as soon as they detected them, but he soon got his answer.

"Their fighters are invisible to our sensors and we could only see them when they were already over us, they also appear to have anti-ship missiles, we had lost twelve ships with another ten reporting serious damage" said an officer.

"Sir! the battle group guarding the relay is also under attack, they had lost ten ships with more damage!" said the communication officer.

"Sir Ground forces report that they found the enemy HQ," said another officer.

"Something is wrong, they are planning something" said Arterius cautiously, but before he could come out with a theory a new alert could be heard.

"Enemy contact, by the spirits, is an enemy dreadnought," said the sensor officer as everyone turn their attention to the biggest enemy ships that they had seen so far coming out of FTL, and it scare them that it was bigger than their dreadnought than any dreadnought that they had in their fleet.

That fear becomes worse when they see how that strange energy circle that appears on the smaller enemy ships before they open fire began to appear in front of the dreadnought size ship and it was pointing at them.

"All ships, evasion maneuvers" said Arterius

However, it was too late.

The biggest energy beam that they had seen so far flew between their fleet destroying all that it touched.

One of their dreadnoughts, the Invictus Sword was in the destruction path of this weapon and it explode under two seconds of impact. With its fragments impacting his flagship.

.

.

.

Desolas could only look with in shock, due to incredulity, his mind takes many seconds to process wat just happened.

"Give me the damage report and tell all available ships to fire and destroy that dreadnought before it can fire again" said Arterius, more quietly than ever in his life.

"Sir, the relay just got active, more enemy ships are coming!" said the Sensor Officer with fear on his face.

At that moment many ships similar to the ones that were protecting this planet when they first arrived at this planet could be seen coming out of the relay with many more that they had not seen yet, including many more of those dreadnoughts that for some reason began to release a lot those fighters that have just attack them.

"This is a coordinated attack! Get ready to fight, order our ground forces to destroy the enemy HQ" said Arterius desperately.

Back on the surface of Shanxi.

All the Turians that were close to the gate they were getting ready for battle since they knew that with an enemy presence of such magnitude so close they would have no choice but to fight before they attacked them first.

"How in the spirits name we did not see something like that?" asked the field officer Thadeus in the Turian camp incredulously.

"That does not matter now, we need to move our artillery and target that place now," said another field officer.

"Sir, we receive orders from the fleet, they are under attack, and had lost around twenty ships and there is a report of an enemy super-dreadnought leading the remaining patrol ships of this planet attacking the main fleet and the relay has been activated, with more enemy ships coming."

These two officers were the ones that were present when that alien soldier give them his final words. "Do you think that you can survive our counter-attack?" asked rhetorically, smiling with his last forces. "When we are done with your forces, we are going to pay a visit that fancy Citadel of yours" defiantly proclaimed with his last breaths.

"We need to finish this battle as soon as possible" ordered Markian.

"ALL will be useless if our fleet is destroyed!" proclaim the Thadeus.

"That does not matter, WE are Turians, and WE will show these newcomers what a war with the Citadel means" Markian encouraged his troops

"Sir, we had our artillery in position," said one of the soldiers.

"ALL UNITS OPEN FIRE!"

At that moment all the artillery units that were targeting the gate opened fire, all the Turians were hoping to see the destruction of that strange structure because even with the more powerful kinetic barriers in the Citadel, nothing could survive that attack.

But then it happened, the beginning of their worst nightmare as a strange barrier with a crimson color in the form of a seven-petaled flower appeared protecting the gate.

Before they could ask what happened, two of those aliens could be seen running at them with what appeared to be swords, and behind them, even more aliens were following them into battle.

"Spirits have mercy" Markian could hear one of his troops speak, completely demoralized.

It's not like he could blame him.

A few moments before.

The Quarians were looking in surprise as many more of these Humans come through the gate because of their position, they were in an angle that allow them to see that this was not a trick; those Humans really come from the gate.

"Even if they told us how that gate works, seen in person is on another level," said Tali.

"I cannot believe it either! This is amazing! My channel will be the number one on the Galaxy," said Tarlok as he pointed his camera to the three humans that had come out first, they were using armor similar to the other soldiers, but at the same time, he could see that theirs had more accessories and was more elegant.

Tali instinctively knew that these soldiers were more than just "elite".

"I can't believe it, they send three S-Class into this battle, those Turians are domed and they deserve it," said Sheppard as he was standing next to the Quarian.

"S-Class?" asked Tali.

"The more powerful Magus in the human space, every one of them is a One-Man Army, even for our standards"" was his answer.

Before Tali could say something. A sound that she recognized attracted her attention and fear, the Turians were firing their artillery.

Fearing for her life, she turns to see the enemy attack but at that moment one of the three Humans that were, leading the new group raises his hand, and then a miracle happens.

"RHO AIAS"

A barrier unlike anything that she had ever seen appeared over them and as if it was nothing stopped the Turian attack.

"I can't believe it… no one, not even the more powerful Asari's matriarchs could do something like that…" said Lenos.

"That is the S-Class for you," said a Marine with happiness.

Back with the three servants.

"So these are the aliens that attack this colony", said Archer as he keeps the Rho Aias.

"Correct. We should slip so we can take care of them as fast as possible" said Siegfried.

"That sounds great but before you do that could you please destroy those weapons so I can release the Rho Aias and begin the hunt," said Archer.

"I don't know, this seen to be a good way to keep you in one place without causing any trouble," said Siegfried.

"You little"

"Take it easy you know that Siegfried is joking," said Arthur.

Then Arthur looks at the place of the Turian artillery and began to release his sword, this sword while having the same mystic code as her mother's sword, looks different (See the sword that he uses in Fate Prototype).

After a moment, he said.

"Siegfried and I will destroy that weapon while you keep protecting this position, once that is done I will take the center while Siegfried the right flank and you the left flank"

Normally Siegfried and Archer would argue with anyone that would try to give them orders, but Arthur was the big brother, that and his A-level charm.

After the three brothers nodded their heads. Siegfried and Arthur began their attack.

The Turians that were on their base by now had learned to not underestimate those primitive-looking weapons of the humans after seeing what their soldiers could do with them.

However, that was nothing compared to what is happening right now as two of those Humans armed with swords were slaughtering their troops. They come so fast that even if they fired in their direction they just avoid the attack or just block them with their swords.

At that moment, the one that has blond hair stood right in front of their artillery weapon, and with a single cut from his sword, not only the gun but also the soldiers that were standing around it were cut in half.

"Not bad big brother, but look at this" said Siegfried as he also attacks with his sword cutting not one, but three artillery units and all the soldiers that were around them.

"This is not a competition" said Arthur.

"Why not?" asked Archer, now that the artillery had been destroyed he is free to join the offensive. As he moves between the surviving Turian soldiers with his black and white blades, so fast that he was seen to be dancing around them but when he stops all the soldiers fell apart in pieces.

"I guess that a little family competition won't be a bad idea," said Arthur.

"That is the spirit big brother," said Siegfried.

At that moment the three of them move to their designated areas, followed by the new Human soldiers that come with them.

Back to the space battle.

General Arterius was facing the hard reality of what just happened.

The Turian fleet formation was in chaos.

The fighters in their initial attack had targeted their more important ships leaving them dead in the water and now that their reinforcement had arrived, the Human ships first target the damaged Turian ships, and without waiting, they destroy them with those energy weapons of them.

Not only that but also those strange dreadnoughts released hundreds of fighters. That is insane, no one in the entire citadel story had ever used dreadnoughts to carry fighters but he has to admit that now he is seeing the benefits of that tactic as those fighters come from above and below their fleet, hitting the blind parts of their defense and once the ship is damaged their capitals ships destroy them.

By Citadel tactics, the fleets in conflict always remain on the same vector so their mass accelerator cannons could be used. But those Human ships do not engage in the same vector as they move above and below his fleet and with those main weapons able to shoot in any direction, they do not need to place themselves in a position where their mass accelerator cannons could hit them.

He saw how the Admiral of the Turian fleet give the order to send their fighters to try to stop the chaos that the Human fighters were causing, but that didn't end well as the Human fighter began to face them into battle.

He could see how the fighters of both fleets were trying to keep each other's individual battles where the fighters try to get into the right position for the kill.

However, his pilots did not stand a chance, as the enemy has more fighters than them, mainly because the Turians Doctrine did not see fighters as something important, therefore, their pilots only receive enough basic training, while the Human fighters seem to be very skilled in this type of combat.

He could see how those Human fighters were taking down their own fighters one by one until there was no one left.

When that happened, they renew their attack on their fleet.

"Sir I receive a transmission from the first dreadnoughts that attack us"

"Put it on scream"

"To the Turian fleet, this is Captain Geoffrey Tolwyn of the CAS Enterprise, this battle is over, you lose, surrender now and you will survive as prisoners of war, any second that you delay that order more of your ships will be destroyed" and with that, the transmission was over.

The message was short and to the point. Nevertheless, those few words were very heavy as they could see how more of their ships are been destroyed with every second that passed. They wanted to deny them but they knew that they were true.

However, there is one problem, they are Turians, and there is no way they will allow this battle to end in this way.

They will show these newcomers what happens when they face the Turians.

"Admiral, send the order to all the ships that still can move to escape, we will cover their escape" said General Arterius.

"Are we running?" asked the admiral in disbelief.

"This battle is lost but not the war, we need to inform our people about the danger that these species represent and give them all the information that we gathered here" Proclaim the General Arterius

"But how are we going to distract these humans to allow our ships to escape?" asked the admiral, understanding what the general had said.

"Order all the ships that still can use their main weapon to target their HQ on the planet, they must fire when I give the order" said General Arterius.

"Orbital bombardment is against the Citadel Law," said the admiral.

"These creatures will not be able to ignore us when we tell them that we are going to attack their planet" said General Arterius.

"Buy our soldiers on the planet will also die!" the Admiral roared.

"If the enemy is attacking in the ground with the same force that they are doing here in space, they must be dead by now and besides they are Turians, they knew they could die in the line of duty," said General Arterius.

The Admiral said no more as he saw how the general went to the communication station. After he receive confirmation that all their captains received his order, he asked to open a channel to the Human ships.

"To the new and salvage species, we Turians will never surrender and even if you won this battle we will make sure that this will be a bitter victory as we are about to destroy your HQ on your planet, you may win this battle but the Turian Hierarchy will prevail in the end."

After General Arterius said those words, the Turians ships that were too damaged to escape began to point their main weapons to the Gate location on the planet, while the ones that still could fly began to run towards the relay that lead them to their territory.

The Human fleet give priority to the ships that were about to open fire on the planet, and without waiting for orders, all the captains open fire, but there were two troubles.

The first one is that they were too close to the planet now and if they fire their main weapons there is a chance that they will be the ones that hit the planet, so they could only use secondary weapons.

The last problem is that all the enemy ships had taken a formation that protects their flagship so even if they keep destroying them the one that represents the more danger is still getting into a fire position.

In all that chaos, they did not pay attention to the small group of ships that there trying to escape as they had bigger troubles to deal with.

Back on the Shanxi surface.

The Turian's formation had fallen apart as Arthur, Archer, and Siegfried began their brotherly competition to see who can kill more enemies, with the three servants taking down the location that has the bigger number of Turian soldiers destroying any hope to counter-attack or escape.

That allows the human soldiers that also come through the gate to hunt the smaller group on the run.

Amount one of these soldiers was Jeanne.

She and her squad received the order to guard the gate as the battle began to turn in their favor and from their position they could see how not even an alien army represent a challenge to the servants.

"It is seen that the battle will end soon," said Jeanne.

"Those servants are amazing! Just look at how the aliens are running in panic after only a couple of minutes" said a soldier next to them.

"Do you imagine what it would be to have their same level of power?" asked another soldier.

"I better not, in special after this battle," said Jeanne.

"What do you mean?" asked one soldier.

"Since the knowledge of their existence and power become public, they had become mankind's ultimate weapon, but that also means that they are under constant surveillance, even when they just want to go for a walk in a park there will always be people supervising them from afar. All this under the theory that their power could save the Human race if we ever get into a war against aliens, but now that theory has proven to be a reality, that means that their value has increased and now they will be under even more surveillance" said Jeanne.

"But they live in mansions and had a lot of resources, even the ones that do not belong to the Emiya clan" Said another soldier.

"A cage made of gold is still a cage" said Jeanne.

Before they could continue with their conversation, a message come on their radios and the speakers of the base.

"Attention all personnel, The Turian fleet over the planet had been defeated but the surviving ship is getting ready for orbital bombardment the place around the gate, take cover, repeat take cover"

"They cannot do that that is against Citadel law" Jeanne turns to see that it was one of those aliens that they were told about, Quarians, which had said those words.

"They lose and now want revenge," said another of those aliens.

"Call Archer, we need his barrier right now," said General Williams.

All the while Jeanne was looking at the events that were happening around her. At that moment, she felt a hand on her shoulder when she turns to see who it was, she found herself in a white and empty room, but that is not the biggest surprise, the biggest surprise is that right before her there is a woman that looks just like her but wearing a medieval armor with a sword at her waist and a banner in his right hand.

"Who are you?" asked the soldier Jeanne.

The armored woman only smiles before she hugs her.

"It is time to wake up"

At that moment, she turns into light that is absorbed by Jeanne.

All happen in a second in the real world but in that time Jeanne could see all the past and history of that woman, then when she touch her dog tags (see the previous chapter). She steps forwards.

"Do not worry, I will not allow any of my allies to die here by that attack" said Jeanne.

"Jeanne?" asked the fellow soldiers that were looking at her.

At that moment, her dog tags began to shine so intensely that all the people around had to cover her eyes, but when that was over, all the present looked to see what just happened.

They were surprised to see how Jeanne was still standing there, but there was something different, as her armor has changed; now it looked like a mix of her standard magic battle armor with some medieval touches, but the biggest difference is that now she has a sword and standard with her.

"It cannot be," said a soldier.

"An awakening…" said another in disbelief.

Rising her standard, she began to make moves that cause the flag on the standard to dance in the wind making beautiful forms, when she was finished she said in a proud voice

"Luminosité Eternelle"

At that moment an energy barrier, big enough to cover the gate and the people around it appeared just in time as from the heave a big blue light attacked their position.

The powerful attack caused a shocking wake that could be felt miles away sending trees and rocks flying around, but just as Jeanne said, none of her allies died from that attack as they were protected by the magic barrier that Jeanne created right on time.

However, being recently awakened and after creating a barrier of the level, Jeanne began to feel how the power leave her body and as she was about to fall to the ground someone grab her by the shoulders.

"You did a great job soldier, tell me what is your name?" asked Siegfried, that arrive just in time to see what this young soldier did.

"Jeanne, it is Jeanne" and after saying those words she fell unconscious.

Back in the space.

All the ships were firing at the Turians as they were getting into a firing position, but the damaged ship that shielded their flagship did not allow them to have a clear shoot and even if they keep destroying them, another one will move to keep covering their leaders.

The time was running low and many captains were about to take the risk of using their main weapon so close to the planet in order to stop the Turians when it happened, the enemy fired at the planet.

They see in horror as the enemy fire at the planet and full of rage they wanted to kill those aliens SOB.

"This is Captain Geoffrey Tolwyn of the CAS Enterprise; we are in a position to destroy the enemy ships that are covering their flagship at seven o'clock by the vector 2.5, that will create a window in their defense, use it to kill those damns aliens".

Once all the ships confirmed the order. The Enterprise opens fire with his main gun, by the angle it avoids hitting the planet but that attack destroyed the enemy ships guarding the sector previously mentioned.

Without needing confirmation, all the ships began to fire making full advantage of the opening that the Enterprise just create.

That is how the flagship of General Desolas Arterius meet his end when its mass-effect core could not take the punishment anymore and explode. Taking the lives of the entire crew and the ships around, but more importantly, the life of the arrogant general who in the end has his wish granted, his name will live in the history of his people… but not as the great general that conquered a new client race… but at the cause of the worse tragedy in Turian history in future years.

The human ships keep firing until all the ships around the planet were destroyed.

At that moment news from the planet came, a servant manages to stop the Turian attack and there was no damage in the gate location with only a just few wounded; when the crew on the ships hear that they celebrate.

"Lead the celebration for another time, some Turian ships are trying to escape, send the destroyers after them" was the order that they receive from Tolwyn.

A second later, the destroyers began the hunt of the Turian's ships that were trying to escape as the rest of the fleet began to take guarding positions around the planet.

In another part of the space.

An Asari diplomatic delegation of five ships has arrived at the last relay before their final destination, relay 314.

The matriarch Cariz was in charge of this operation and she did not like it, but she will follow her orders.

She still cannot believe how she is now in the more complicated situation that the citadel has seen in the last thousand years.

It all began when a Turian patrol make contact with a new race and then try to force them to follow the Citadel laws even if they were not part of the Citadel, when the new race refuses, the patrol opened fire and after a short battle the Turian patrol was destroyed and then the Turian hierarchy decides to attack this new race to turn it into a client race.

She could not believe the sheer stupidity of the Turians leaders, it had been centuries since the last first contact and what did they do when they got this opportunity, they began a war.

From what she learned the Turian send a main battle fleet to take control over this new race, she can only imagine the damage that they did to this new race.

Even though it is true that they opened a relay, they are now members of the Citadel and besides that is something that all the Citadel members did before the Rachni, so they cannot blame, as they are newcomers to the galactic stage for making that mistake.

She can only imagine the reparation that they need to give to make up for the Turian's stupid ideas before they could try to guide this new race into becoming active members of the Citadel, but she will make sure that the Turian pays the much.

"Matriarch Cariz the relay 314 is been active," said the captain of the ship. "Ships are coming; our sensors identify them as Turians ships"

"Why would the Turians send back some of their ships in the middle of an operation?" asked the first officers. Her answer comes when the sensor operator replies in a worried voice.

"All ships are damaged, some pretty bad"

"Open a channel with those ships, I want to know what in the goodness' name happen here" -matriarch Cariz.

The communication officer opened a channel and when she did it.

"Get out of the way!" the Turian captain screamed.

"I am Matriarch Cariz and I am here to stop your illegal invasion of a new species, I need to talk with the commander of this operation now"

"He is dead, all of the invasion fleets had been destroyed" screamed the captain.

The entire crew of the Asari ship got silent after they hear that.

"What happened?" ordered the Matriarch.

"They send an entire war fleet to attack us; they use energy weapons that bypass our kinetic barriers, and their barriers are stronger than ours, we need to leave now and warn our people, they will come and..."

Before he could finish saying anything else the relay become active.

"They are here! All ships, full speed, we need to take this information to the Primarch and do not stop under no circumstance" said the Turian captain completely ignoring the Matriarch and canceling the call.

"Captain, please respond, captain." Cariz tries to reopen the communication at the same time that she sees the ships from this new race.

At that moment a strange energy pattern in the form of a circle began to appear in the front part of those ships, she was wondering what could be the use of that, and then it happened, from those circles an energy bean was fire and every time that they impact a Turian ship it was destroyed.

"No!" – said matriarch Cariz as she sees how many of the surviving Turian ships were been destroyed. "We came here to stop this conflict before it can turn into a war. Open all the channels"

"I am the Matriarch Cariz from the Asari Republic acting as a special envoy from the Citadel, we know that your first contact with the Turians was wrong and they will pay the price for that but that is not an excuse to cause more deaths, they are still members of the citadel, a union of many races that work together for a better future and we are obligate to defend them, please stop this aggression so that we can resolve this incident in a diplomatic way"

The Matriarch Cariz was really hoping that this new race will listen to her words, she even mentioned the Citadel, hoping that the number of member species will make them rethink continuing this battle.

However, that hope ended when they keep firing at the Turian's ships.

"NO, we can resolve this incident, please cease your fire"

Again, the ships ignore her and keep firing.

By this time, only less than half of the Turians ships that had come from the relay are still alive but that number keeps been reducing with each shop.

"Place us between the Turians ships and the new race"

"Matriarch are you crazy?!" questioned her first officer.

"They had avoided shot at us, which means that they do not want to engage another specie in battle"

"But they are shooting at the Turian even after you call, that means that the Turians must have done something that got them mad"

"I am the leader of this envoy captain, you had your orders, do as I said."

The Asari captain didn't like it but she has to follow her order, as she move her ship to get closer at the newcomers, in that moment one of the Turians ships receive a hit that damaged her and cause her to lose control and place it in a collision course against them

"By the goodness" were the last words of the Matriarch Cariz as her ship receive the impact and was destroyed.

The other Asari ship after seeing what happened to their leader began to escape, they were lucky that the newcomers still only shot at the Turians.

Soon they arrived at the relay and manages to escape to the citadel space mainly because the Human ship had the order to not advance into Citadel space.

Time skip.

It had been hours since the end of the battle and Shanxi is once again under Chaldea's control, while the reinforcement keep arriving to begin the reconstruction, allowing the defenders of this colony the opportunity to rest for the first time in the last couple of days.

However, in the command post, the leaders of this battle still had a word to do.

"So one of those Asari ships got destroyed when a Turian ship crashed against it?" asked president Kiritsugu.

"From the records, they show up from the relay on their side and began to demand that we stop the attack" said Anderson.

"What can you tell us about the Asari, miss Tali" asked Sheppard.

The only alien in the room began to answer their question.

"The Asari is the oldest members of the council, they were the first ones to find the citadel, they love to think that they are the race more important and diplomatic using the fact that they can live over a thousand years and that all Asari are biotic, but they can also be cruel to those who don't follow their rules, the decision to exile my people was proposed by the Asari."

"Interesting… but I would like to know what will be their reaction to this incident?" asked Kiritsugu.

"They will try to gain control over you, one way or another one" said securely Tali.

"How?" asked Anderson.

"With the death of the Matriarch, they will demand some kind of compensation, and now that they saw your level of technology; they may try to use the numbers and influence of the Citadel to try to intimidate you and force you to share your technology with them, and at one point they may try to justify the action of the Turians to the rest of the others species saying that they were trying to prevent a new race to gate into a bigger danger by opening closed relays" Tali narrated.

"That is very interesting but we still had a more serious matter. The prisoners that the Turians took, according to our observations were taken to citadel space a couple of hours before the battle" Said Anderson.

"Any moment that past the risk of never seeing them again increase, we must do something now," said General Willians.

"That will be difficult, the Turians had many military bases where they could send them to study them, so finding them will be very difficult" express Tali.

"I believe that there is another way" said Tolwyn attracting the attention of all the presents.

"Today we used an idea from WWII that lead us to victory when the star eagles acted as dive bombers and caused chaos in the Turian fleet, and now I had another idea that may help us in this situation"

"What idea?"- Williams

"After the attack on pearl harbor, the USA was in a disadvantage position and were losing territory by the surprise attack, as the Japanese empire advanced, but there was a military operation that change everything, the Dolittle Raid" – Tolwyn

"What is your point?" asked Kiritsugu.

"The Turian, a Citadel council member attack us for no reason, and took our people as prisoners, so I said that we attack a very important target, something that is a symbol of pride to the Citadel, and then demand that they return our people of we will attack another target, a planet this time," said Tolwyn.

"We are trying to prevent an escalation of the war" - Kiritsugu.

"With due respect mister president, the fact that they orbital bombarded Shanxi, even if that is against one of their more important laws shows us that they will break any deal that we make with them at the moment that is more convenient to them" said Williams as he liked the idea of Tolwyn.

"That can work if you also show the galaxy the evidence about the actions of the Turian fleet, as I said the council is arrogant, and they will try to manipulate public opinion in their favor, but if you show that evidence before your attack, the public will blame the Turian, and the council to start a war that they do not want, so I would recommend that you give them an ultimatum with a time frame before the second attack, long enough for the public to turn against the council" said Tali

All the presents began to consider what they just hear and after a moment, the president asked.

"And what would be the target that you had in mind?"

Tolwyn smiled as he pushed some buttons and an image is shown to all the presents.

"Are you serious?" this time it was Tali the one that got surprised.

"Yes, the Enterprise will be destroying the Destiny Ascension" was Tolwyn's answer.
