Chapter 24. Recovery

Poch smiled at Loona. "Hey. How's it going?"

Loona froze looking at him before forming a smile and tearing up. She dropped her phone and embraced him in a tight hug.

"Whoa!" There was a bit of pain but he ignored it and hugged her back with his right arm since it was the least hurting.

"Took you long enough, dumbass!" She said, slightly crying.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to worry you."

"Heh...it's fine...at least you're up now." She backed up, wiping away her tears.

"How long was I out?"

"A week."

"A week! Ah shit I missed the Cleansing!"

"Don't worry about that, I'm just glad you're ok after what happened."

"Speaking of, what happened to Striker?"

Loona scowled. "Bastard got away."

"Oh...well...where are the others?"

"Oh! They're in the lobby, I'll go get them!"

"Wait! Can you grab me a shirt first?"

When Loona told them about Poch waking up they rushed to him. He was currently wearing a red short sleeved shirt.

"Poch!" Jack shouted, slamming himself in the room, he rushed in along with the others.

"Hey guys!" Poch said, raising himself to sit up, struggling slightly.

"Good to see you awake, sleepy head!" Dundy ruffled the fur on his head.

"You missed a big week!" Shelly said.

"Really big!" Millie added.

"Really? What I miss?" Poch asked.

They told him about what transpired that he was in a coma. He was surprised about them finding out that they were human but glad they accepted them still.

"Jeez I missed a lot," Poch said.

"We saved you some food though!" Blitzø said.

"Plus we're gonna be seeing Nala again tomorrow night. I got a rematch with Millie on Smash," Jack said, glaring at Millie with a grudge.

Miller smiled smugly. "Bring it!"

"Sounds fun. Guess I can use Shiva to move around cause...it feels like my right leg is busted, and I noticed a splint on it." Poch said.

"Oh, I should probably tell you the extent of your injuries," Stolas walked up to him and brought out his grimoire. He brought a veil in front of Poch showing his X Rays.

"Oh shit," Poch cringed.

"As you can see you still have a few broken ribs, there's a small hole in your lungs so try not to breath to hard or you'll cough blood, you right legs got a fracture, left wrist we had to pop back in place but there's a small crack in it, so your fingers may lock up a few times, your right arms doing better, only having had a few ripped muscles, and your left leg healed well, you can stand on it but be careful. It'll be about two weeks or so before you fully heal."

"That bullet did a number on me."

"Yeah dude, you almost died!" Jack mentioned.

Loona glared at him.

"What? He did almost die."

"Shut up!" Loona growled.

Poch's stomach growled loudly. He blushed when everyone looked at him. "Sorry. Guess I'm hungry," He said, scratching the back of his head.

"Let's get some of the leftovers, Pochy!" Blitzø said, ruffling Poch's head.

"Hehe, thanks."

"What would you like?" Shelly asked.

"I think I'll take some meatball soup tonight."

"I'll get it for you," Moxxie volunteered, leaving for the kitchen.

"Thanks Mox."

"Also, Jack, do you mind if I join you at Nala's for a game of smash? I owe you some payback for attacking me while my controller was down," Stolas asked, looking at Jack evilly.

"I'll help you tag team him," Poch smirked, "wait...I just realised something."

"What's up?" Solis asked.

"How am I gonna get around? I can only walk on one leg."

"Can't you use Shiva?"

"I've never used Shiva to move myself around. It's a lot different from having it grab someone and toss them around."

"I'll get you some crutches tomorrow," Stolas said.

"Ok but what about the bathroom?"

"...uhh…you have a cup?"

Poch sighed, "This window able to open?"

"Yes."

"I'll just Shiva to toss my piss outside."

Moxxie came in with a tray that had a hot bowl of meatball soup on it. "I'm back," he set the tray on Poch's lap.

"Thanks!" He took a scoop and blew on it before eating it. "Yum! I'll be sure to tell Nala this is good!"

"You better!" Jack smirked.

"So when's the next Cleansing?"

"It's about four days from now, but don't even THINK about getting involved mister! You're staying in the radio room or in here till you recover!" Blitzø told him.

"And just in case, you're hanging your daggers up so you don't go gate hopping!" Millie added.

"Where are my daggers?" Poch asked.

"Oh, we placed them in the top drawer," Solis pointed at the dresser, "I had to put them there and I got shocked by those things everytime I accidently touched them. Was not fun."

"Sorry."

"Eh, it's not your fault," Solis patted him on the shoulder.

"Oh hey, I just remembered! We didn't get learn how Poch became an Exterminator!" Blitzø mentioned.

"Oh right. How did you become one?" Moxxie asked.

"Oh...well...that's…I-I became one with my brother..." Poch started, seeming to struggle.

Once he brought his brother, Blitzø, Moxxie, and Millie quickly looked concerned while Loona looked at him worried.

"...ho-how it happened was…" He bit his lip.

"Hey," Blitzø walked up to him, sympathetically holding him by the shoulders, "you don't have to tell us. We're fine not knowing."

"Yeah, we know bringing up your brother is...difficult," Moxxie mentioned.

"You...you guys know?" Poch looked at them curiously.

"We know he died a few years ago...I'm sorry for your loss," Millie said.

"And Loona told us it's a touchy subject. So don't worry about it," Blitzø smiled.

Poch smiled. "Thanks."

"Anyways, enough sadness! Let's talk about Jack pretending to be a girl!"

"Boss, you dick!" Jack exclaimed.

They all laughed.

Poch opened his eyes slowly, the next day came by. As he opened them he saw Loona next to him on her phone.

"Loona?" Poch said, waking up.

Loona looked at him and smiled. "Morning. How'd you sleep?"

"Slept fine, you?"

"Slept good," she lied. She actually slept kinda rough, waking up hugging her pillow.

"Cool." Poch raised himself up with some struggle.

"Easy there," Loona said, concerned.

"I'm ok," He shuffled back to lean against the headboard. "What are the others doing?"

"In the lobby, eating breakfast. speaking of," She set a tray on his lap and grabbed a plate off his nightstand, "brought you this."

"Oh sweet! Thanks!" The plate had a sausage omelet and toast with jam. He started eating. "You already eat?"

"I ate before coming here."

"Alright. Hey tonight, why don't we continue Jojo? The next episode is gonna be when Koichi gets act 3."

"Act 3? Holy shit I didn't know there'd be a three!"

"Yeah, you're gonna love him especially how Koichi grows!"

"Can't wait….I'm glad we can watch anime together again." She smiled.

Poch smiled back. "Me too."

The two chatted a bit before Poch finished. Loona taking the tray and plate and setting it on the might stand.

"When's Stolas coming with the crutches?" Poch asked.

"A little later I think….um...so…" Loona was trying to say something.

"Hm? What's up?"

Loona blushed, "You see I… well I kinda made you a promise that...if you woke up yesterday I'd… let you squeeze my Birthmark."

Poch blushed. "Uh...I was asleep so...it's not like I agreed to it."

"It's not really about you agreeing it's...more about me owning up to a promise."

"Yeah but-"

"Look just," she got up and undid her pants, blushing heavily, "don't make this any more awkward than it has to be." She dropped her pants and got out of them, climbing on the bed, hovering over Poch, facing her rear at him. "Just...make it quick."

"Uhh hehe, s-sure." Poch felt like steam was coming out his reached for the birthmark on her buttcheek and gave it a hard squeeze.

"Ah! Not so hard!"

"Oh, sorry! Uh," he gave it a softer squeeze, "how's that?"

"B-better."

"And this," he squeezed softer.

"That's fine…" she looked back shyly, "honestly the first squeeze was...fine it just...surprised me with how hard you did it."

"Oh, uh...sor-"

Poch was cut off by Stolas opening his door. He was holding a pair of crutches. "Sorry for the wait. I have yo-" he froze and went wide eyed seeing Loona hovering over Poch on the bed with her butt facing him and his hands on her butt. Both Poch and Loona looked at him wide eyed and red faced. Stolas' expression shifted slowly to a smug smirk. "I'll just leave this here," he set the crutches against the wall, "and I just so happen to have this for you," he pulled out a condom and levitated it to the nightstand, "and with that I'll leave you two alone. The walls are thick so go ahead and be loud." He giggled as he closed the door.

"W-w-w-wait! It's not like that!" Loona cried out. She rushed off the bed and quickly put her pants on, rushing out to catch up with Stolas. She stopped him. "Hold it! You got the wrong idea!"

"Oh? Was Poch not just grabbing your butt?"

"Sh-shush!" She gushed him, looking back to make sure no one heard. She faced Stolas and started to whisper. "Ok look! I have a heart shaped birthmark on my right butt and Poch is the only one who knows that! I made him a promise yesterday that if he woke up I'd let him squeeze it! I'm only owning up to a promise!"

"Oh really? Alright but be honest with me...is that the first time he's seen or touched it?" Stolas asked, smirking.

Loona blushed. "...no."

"Interesting."

"Look, do not tell anyone about this, and it's not like that!"

"Hmhmhm ok I wont tell but i'm noticing a tendency to be pantsless around him."

"Oh please don't." She pinched the bride of her nose.

"Anyways my lips are sealed...but I will tease."

"Uuugh, fine!" She knew that was the best she'd get from him. She went back to Poch's room.

"You catch him?" Poch asked.

"Yeah but don't expect him not to tease," She huffed, sitting next to him.

"Well...better him than Blitzø...or Jack."

"True...by the way don't think I didn't notice you squeezed it three times."

"Huh?"

"My birthmark. You squeezed it three times. I said once."

"Oh uh...sorry."

"Nah. Not gonna cut it."

"W-well, what am I supposed to do?"

"...lift your shirt up...I'm gonna pinch your nipples."

"Huh?"

"I'm gonna pinch your nipples.

Poch covered his chest with his good arm. "No you're not! Pick something else!"

Loona got up. "Oh yes I am!" She got up to him and grabbed his shirt from the bottom.

"No!" Poch used his right arm to grab his shirt, pulling the opposite way, remembering what Stolas said about his other arm.

"Yes! Let me in!" Loona said, managing to pull his shirt halfway.

"Pick something else to do!"

"I'm picking this!" She pulled harder, getting on the bed.

"You're gonna rip my shirt!"

"Then let go then!"

Stolas walked in. "I forgot to men-" He saw the two who looked at him with wide eyes. He smirked seeing Loona trying to take off Poch's shirt. "Are you sure you're just friends?"

"Yes!" They said in unison, blushing.

"Knock next time!" Poch shouted.

Poch was walking into the kitchen with his crutches, wearing a red shirt and blue shorts. The I.M.P. crew plus Jack and Shred were out working while Shelly and Solis were doing some target practice while Dundy and Echo were shopping with Millie's parents. Poch got hungry and decided to get some food himself instead of waiting for everyone's return.

"Think I'll get some ribs and chicken," Poch said to himself. He got to the fridge and wrote for Shiva, being careful to balance himself. "Shiva." He had shiva form into bone hands and opened the fridge. "Let's see the meat!" Poch took a step forward and his crutch slipped on a small puddle of water. "Whoa!" He tripped but managed to grab the counters edge to keep from falling, but in doing so he flipped some knives that were there up in the air, having them twirl down to him. "Oh shit!" He was about to bring Shiva to him to deflect them but Klarna appeared and swiped them away. He grabbed Poch's crutch and helped him up, the hellhound yanking the crutch back and growling. "I didn't ask for you, so piss off!" Klarna looked at him before he was dismissed. "Ugh, why does he always-"

"Uuum," a voice came from behind.

Poch looked back and saw Millie by the doorway. "Millie? What are you doing here?"

"Came back to grab something we forgot and heard you come in so I came to see who was here. Ya hungry?"

"Yeah, I was coming to get some tenders and ribs."

"I'll get it for ya." Millie walked to the fridge.

"Thanks." Poch dismissed Shiva.

"How many you want?"

"Two ribs and five tenders, please."

Millie placed the amount he asked on a plate and put them in the microwave. She walked up to Poch while they were warming up. "So...I was wondering...what's your issue with Klarna?"

"Huh?"

"Moxxie's told me about the time you yelled at it when you first met and you seem to hate him, but why? He protects you without you even having to call him, like he's got a mind of his own, and he's pretty strong."

Poch looked down. "...Klarna is really strong….his sword is sharp, long, sturdy, and really rips through Angel's….. He's fast and very precise…. He's one of the best shadow demons you'll ever meet."

"Then why do you-"

"He's not mine…"

"Huh?"

"...He's my brothers...I got him when he died…."

"Oh...well...then I'm more confused...he's a memento then isn't he?"

"...he's my tourmenter… "

"What?"

"...I... I dont wanna talk about it," He turned and started walking away, "can you bring that to my room please?"

"...sure."

"Thanks."

Millie watched him walk off, questions burning in her mind.

Poch, Jack, Millie, Moxxie, Stolas, and Loona were in Nala's living room playing smash bros. Poch has convinced Loona to join and try the game out. All six were doing a free-for-all. Poch was Hero, Loona was trying Wolf, Stolas was Kirby, Jack was Ike, Millie was Joker, and Moxxie was Mario by Millie's suggestion. Nala left to get snacks while Collin and Keenie were upstairs working on something. Currently Moxxie was out, and Loona was close to the same, only having two stocks left and at fifty percent damage.

"Got ya!" Jack exclaimed, down smashing persona-less Millie.

"Nope!" Millie dodged at the last second.

"Shit!"

"Bye Jack," Loona smirked, using her up special to take a stock from Jack.

"Double shit!"

"Bye Loona," Poch hit her with a charged side B, knocking her off screen.

"Damnit!" Loona scowled.

"He really grabbed you by the rear there," Solis smirked.

Loona and Poch blushed but tried to ignore his comments.

"O-one stock left Loona," Poch teased.

"Yeah and you're not getting it!" Loona teased, running her character away from Poch.

"C'mere you!"

"Yes, bring your butt right to him like usual," Stolas smirked.

"Like usual?" Jack asked.

"Nothing!" Poch said.

"So if he takes you out does he get a sitting prize?" Stolas asked.

"Yeah, you gonna sit on her lap, Poch?" Jack teased.

"Not what I meant."

Loona knew what he meant and blushed hard. Poch got it soon too but still managed to take Loona out.

"Oh I guess-" Stolas started before Poch cut him off.

"There's no prize, she's not sitting anywhere on me!" Poch exclaimed.

"...why would she sit on you? Am I missing something?" Milli asked.

"You're not missing anything! Just...ignore it!" Loona said.

Stolas giggled while everyone went back to the game.

"Ok, act three is pretty cool," Loona said. She and Poch were in Poch's room watching Jojo. She was next to him on the chair like usual but the angle of watching it on the tablet on his lap did kinda hurt her neck.

"Right? Act one, sound of words, act two, the actions of words, and act three, the weight of words."

"Oh, that makes sense," she said, rubbing the back of her neck.

"You ok?"

"Neck kinda hurts, but I'll be fine."

"Oh...well how bout this," he scooted over, making some room beside him, "you can sit here," He patted next to him.

Loona gained a red hue to her cheeks. "Oh, uh, thanks." She sat herself at the open spot. Her arm kinda rubbed against her shoulder but she ignored it. She thought about the times she came in to cuddle with him but quickly pushed it out her head, not wanting to feel awkward.

"Comfy?"

"Y-yeah I'm fine," she noticed the time, "oh hey, time for meds."

Poch groaned. "Not the liquid stuff."

"Hey, it's to help you recover," Loona said, grabbing a bottle from the nightstand. It had some red liquid in it and a small cup on top. She poured the contents into the small cup and gave it to him.

"Ugh, fine." He took the cup and quickly drank it, gagging. "Man that's gross!"

"Medicine usually is."

As the two kept watching, Poch suddenly leaned his head on Loona's shoulder. She looked over at him to see he had fallen asleep. She forgot the meds made him drowsy.

"Welp, guess that's my cue to leave," Loona said, turning off his tablet. She was about to get up and go but he leaned further against her and rubbed his head slightly against her. She looked at him and made a small smile. She yawned, stretched, and got settled in, going to sleep.

Loona was softly slumbering.

"Uh...Loona?" She heard the faint voice of Poch.

"Mmm." She groaned, still sleeping.

"Loona?" Poch called out again.

Loona still slept.

"Loona!" Poch shouted.

"Huh!?" She rose from her slumber and looked down. She had her arm around Poch and her head was on top of his. It wasn't like how she cuddled him when he was in a coma but he was still pretty close. Her eyes widened, she turned red, quickly let go, and jumped out the bed. "I'm so sorry!"

"I-its fine, just surprised me seeing you there," Poch nervously smiled, also having a tint of red on his cheeks.

"Y-yeah I guess I fell asleep." She laughed nervously. "At least Stolas didn't see."

"Uhh I'm not so sure...there's a note on the nightstand."

"Oh shit," she picked up the note and read it, ""you two are too cute together, and before you say it, I did knock, you just didn't answer. Just wanted to say that, Take care!- Stolas.""

"He knocked but still came in...he better not Blitzø."

"And if he does, dad better not tell anyone."

"So uh...you slept pretty well."

"Y-yeah...how could you tell?"

"Difficulty in waking you. I called your name like five times."

"O-oh…"

"Yeah…" the vibe became awkward so Poch brought up his activities for the day. "So I'm gonna be seeing Echo box his mom today."

"Oh yeah?"

"Wanna come?"

"I would but dad wants me to help with today's clients."

"Ah...well tell me how that goes."

"I will." She smiled.

"Hey, before you go, can you grab me a change of clothes?"

"Sure."

"You've been eating well?" Kayla asked, punching at her son's face. She and Echo were in a boxing ring at a gym both wearing only boxing gloves, Echo in his human form along with Poch who watched from the sidelines.

"Yes mom," Echo told her, dodging her punch and going for an uppercut.

Kayla punched it away and socked him in the gut. "When's the next Cleansing?"

Echo blocked the gut punch and went for a haymaker followed by a jab. "Two days."

The haymaker missed but the jab managed to hit her in the side of her stomach. "Oof! Well normally I wouldn't worry but," she went for an uppercut but when Echo backed up to dodge, she slid forward and went for a jab, hitting him in the face, the uppercut was a feint, "what if more of those crusaders show up?"

Echo took the punch and managed to nail his mother in her face. "Well be prepared for them. The angels haven't had them for long enough to be much of a threat."

"Tell that to the recent one you fought," She said, throwing more swings at Echo.

"We were unprepared and I will admit he was quite strong and so was his friend," Echo said, trying to dodge and counter, "but this time we know for sure that there are heavenly versions of us. Plus we're at stage two, so we have that advantage."

"You're still new to and learning your stage two powers and how to use them," She bob and weaved and with quick speeds she hit Echo in the liver before slamming her fist in his face, knocking him down, "don't get cocky!"

"Oww!" Echo groaned, raising up, holding his nose.

"Oh, sorry. I got serious there for a moment," Kayla nervously chuckled.

"Wow, glad I'm too injured to fight," Poch remarked.

"We can fight when you're all healed!"

"I respectfully decline."

"I wasn't asking," she smirked.

"...shit."

"Mom, I fear what it'd be like if you were an exterminator," Echo stated.

Kayla laughed before helping Echo up. "Anyways, you may be at the second stage but you have no knowledge of these crusaders capabilities. You said the last one you fought moved his equivalent shadow demon through other means than his body. That's a rare and complicated thing to do isn't it?"

"It is, and I know you're right. I wont get cocky about this, I'll make sure to train hard so nothing bad can happen."

"You better," Kayla rubbed her son's face compassionately, "now...ready for the second round?"

"Yes!" Echo said, backing up, raising his fists.

It was the day of the Cleansing and Poch was in the radio room watching his friends kill Angel's. Loona was with him and so was Moxxie, both making sure he stayed there.

"Feels weird just watching." Poch said.

"Hm...I'm forgetting something," Stolas commented.

"Y'know I wonder how Jack breathes when he goes in Dust?" Moxxie asked.

"He says oxygen gets sucked in as well," Poch answered.

"Oh shit!" Jill exclaimed.

"What's wrong?" Joe asked.

"Millie and Shred are getting chased by a horde of those lion Angel's and Shreds shadow demons running out of time before it dismisses itself!" She picked up the headset. "Can anyone get there!?...Thank you Echo!"

"Glad Echo's close by," Moxxie said.

"Hm…" Poch scooted forward in his chair. Once he did he was yanked back by Loona and Moxxie.

"Ah ah ah, where you think you're going!?"

"Don't even think about any heroics in your condition!" Loona chastised.

"Guys...I was grabbing my water," Poch deadpanned.

"...oh." The white hellhound and imp said in unison, letting him go.

"Besides, my daggers are in my room remember?" Poch grabbed his water and drank from it.

"Oh right...unless they aren't!" Moxxie lifted the back of his shirt up, "Oh, no not here."

"Nope. Now let go."

"Now I remember!" Stolas said before turning to Poch. "I've prepared a medicinal bath for you in the private bathhouse! It should help speed up your recovery!"

"Oh cool, thanks!"

"Though when you go on it your body will be numb. You won't be able to wash yourself till the herbs are drained, or really move much at all, but it should help with those damaged muscles and fractured bones."

"Oh. Well...I guess I can ask one of the others to come with me."

"Eh, that's not going to happen. They all have plans tonight in the human world."

"Well shit."

Moxxie opened his mouth to say something but a force quickly closed his mouth. "Mmph!"

"Eh, I should be fine, just as long as I dont sit in a way I'll slip. Thanks Stolas."

"You're welcome," Stolas said, glancing at the worried looking Loona and smirked.

Once the Cleansing finished the countdown timer started saying "calculating", which baffled not only the exterminators but the other demons as well. They all gathered in the lobby to discuss this.

"So this has never happened before?" Shred asked.

"Never, this is a first for everyone," Moxxie stated.

"That's… concerning," Dundy said.

"What could possibly make it calculating?" Echo asked.

"Maybe the Angel's are having a dispute on dates?" Poch inquired.

"I don't know. This all feels…like something big is gonna happen."

Solis gasped. He was keeping a look at the outside timer. "Guys, look at the timer!"

Everyone looked outside and were both baffled and shocked. It read three weeks before the next Cleansing.

"Three weeks!?" Jack shouted in surprise.

"Its….its never been that long following another one," Moxxie said.

"That's really weird," Blitzø stated.

"This is...bothersome to say the least," Stolas noted.

"Well...at least I'll be able to join this one," Poch said.

"Heh, yeah I guess you will. It also gives us time to train our stage two powers!" Jack realised.

"Hey I'm not at stage two yet!"

"Pft, not our fault!"

"Ugh, I'm gonna have so much catching up to do,"

Loona walked into Poch's room to wait for him to return from his bath. She'll admit to herself that she was a bit worried about him but there isn't really much she could do. She saw something wrapped up on his nightstand with a note. She took the note and read it. When she finished reading it she blushed. "Oh fuck you, Stolas!" She threw the note away and looked at the wrapped up item. She was gonna throw it away but thought about Poch's situation. "...god damnit."

Poch only had a towel around his waist, sinking himself into the bath, sitting on the first large step. He relaxed in the green water that had leaves in it, feeling his body already start to go numb. "Alright. Just gotta soak for like ten minutes and I'll be grand." Pochs ears picked up the sound of a door being opened. Someone came into the changing room area. "Who's there?" Poch called out.

"It's me," Loonas voice called out.

"Loona? What are you doing here?"

"...st-stuff."

"Ooook?" There was a few seconds of silence before she spoke again.

"Poch? Im….I'm coming in."

"Ok….wait what!?" Poch turned red in the face. He heard the door slide open and footsteps come up to him. He slowly looked back.

Loona stood nervously behind him in a yellow string tied bikini. "I...I'm I'm … im… I'm here to….to help wash you," She said, blushing madly, holding a bottle of shampoo and a cup of Normal water.

"Uh y-y-you don't have to do that! I can...do it after the numbness wears off! Plus, how are you gonna wash me? You touch this water you'll go numb!"

"It doesn't do that to demons."

"It doesn't!"

"No it doesn't...now...dont make this more awkward than it has to be."

"Why do I feel like I've heard that before?...fine just...get my head please," He looked forward.

Loona took a deep breath and went forward. Slowly she sat herself at the edge of the bath, Poch's head between her legs. 'This is just so I can make sure he doesn't drown, that's it!' She shouted in her head. She squirted the shampoo in her hands before dipping it in the normal water and lathering it up. She placed her soapy hands on his head and started scrubbing.

"...th ...thanks for doing this," Poch said, trying to make things feel less weird.

"N...no problem." She kept scrubbing, getting behind his ears.

"Mmm oh right there…" Poch smiled.

"Snrk, you like ear scratches?"

"I do now. Keep going."

"Wow, I swear I better not see your leg kick."

"I think I've gotten too numb too so you're lucky."

"You would've done it on purpose, wouldn't you?"

"Maybe."

They both laughed and Loona kept washing his head. 'This...isn't so bad...not getting too personal, just touching his head, and nothing awkward.' She sighed in relief and kept up her scrubbing. "Maybe I'll lift you out and give you a back scrub. There are some bath benches in here right?"

"Yeah, in the closet. A back rub Huh? Are you a fair bath maiden?" Loona pulled his ear. "Ouch!"

"Don't push it." She smirked. She kept scrubbing and got to his neck, washing the front.

*RIP!*

Loona froze and a piece of fabric fell on Poch's snout.

"Hm?" Poch looked at it, "The hell?" Poch Tried to lift his arms to grab it but they were too numb. "Loona mind getting this off," He looked up and turned as red as a tomato, "ME!"

When he looked up she quickly brought her arms to cover her chest. What ripped was the strings near the chest fabric of her bikini top. She blushed madly as Poch stared at her.

"Uhhhhhhh."

"Y-...you mind...looking away?"

"SORRY!" He quickly snapped his head forward. "I didn't see nothing, I swear!"

"It's fine...just...just dont look up ok?"

"I won't!" He made sure to keep looking forward as she left. Except she didn't leave, she continued washing him. "W-what are you doing?"

"Im… making sure you get cleaned," she took the top off his nose.

"Still!?"

"Well...yeah...just...please don't look up."

"I won't!"

She continued to wash him, blushing madly along with him.

The two left the bathhouse, avoiding eye contact, red in the cheeks, Loona dressed in her regular clothes and Poch in a sleeveless red shirt and jean shorts. When they came into the lobby they saw Jack coming out of the kitchen with popcorn.

"Hey guys," Jack said, "what were yall doing?"

"Jack!? What are you doing here?" Poch asked.

"Shred and I are watching a movie."

"Wh- I thought you were on earth!?" Loona accused.

"Why would I be on earth?"

Dundy walked in with Solis and Shred, all of them looking for something.

"Shelly said she saw it in here," Shred said.

"How do you lose one claw?" Solis asked.

"I don't know! Why does your girlfriend gotta be cryptic instead of telling us we're it is?"

"She likes scavenger hunts."

"Let's just find this so I can get back to cards with Echo," Dundy said.

Loona and Poch were confused as hell.

"Hold up all of you!" Poch announced. "Didnt you all have something to do in the human world?"

"No. Why, something up?"

"We were told you did by…" it clicked in both his and Loonas heads

The two hellhounds growled. "STOLAAAAAS!" They yelled at the same time.

Earlier that day.

A tall man in a suit, black shades, and a D on his shirt was looking at a few screens. On the screens showed Blitzø, Moxxie, and Millie on their more recent adventures on earth. He points at one image of Blitzø with a goofy smile.

"Right there. This was the first sighting." The man said in a New York accent.

A short light blonde, dark skinned woman in the same attire as the man walked up to him. "They are definitely from Hell. They must use this dark magic to cross over into our world... and they seem to be killing specifically-targeted people, but why?"

"They always attack at random, all over the country. There's no way to predict where they'll show up next."

"That's not entirely true," Came a calm British voice.

"Who's there!?" The man asked, looking around, startled along with his partner.

The screens started flickering along the lights, startling them even more before a bright light shined in front of them. They covered their eyes and when the light disappeared two figures stood before them. On sitting in a chair. They both drew a dagger.

"Who, or rather what, are you!?" The man demanded.

"One, I think they're demons?" The female said.

"I think you're right, Two!" The man known as one, said.

"Oh please. We look like demons?" The one next to the sitting down figure said to them. He had a new york accent but made a buzzing sound when he talked.

"Calm down. We're not demons," the one in the chair said, "in fact we've come to make a deal."

"A deal?" One questioned.

"Wait, if you ain't demons...then are you angels?" Two asked.

"Well...kind of...it's complicated," the British figure said.

"Not that complicated," the one with a buzz chuckled.

"Oh shush, Nugen."

"Heh, sorry Toket."

"So youse is angels?" One asked. Sheathing his blade along with Two.

"We'll just go with that for now. We wish to make a deal with you since you seem so interested and that you seem to have some...deep connections," The British one named Toket said to them.

"What kind of deal? And how do you know about our connections?" Two questioned.

"We got our ways," Nugen laughed.

"I'll get straight to the point," Toket leaned forward, "you wish to know more about those demons?"

"...yeah," Two answered.

"Well we can help you capture them, help you find out where they'll appear."

"You can!?"

"We can," Nugen spoke up, "but in return we need help with some companions they made not too long ago. Companions that killed a few of our allies...though it's their fault for leaving early to fight. James was lucky he got potential and was able to escape them."

"Quite true, especially since they were in stage two," Token sighed, "anyways, were getting off topic. We need some aid from you when it comes to ssid companions. Some will no doubt be with them when they come. You leave them to us and we'll help you catch those demons. Do what you want with them and well do what we want with ours. When all is over, no matter what results we get, we'll tell you...a special secret. Are you interested?"

One and Two looked at each other and nodded. "Were interested."

"Wonderful. We'll contact you in a few days, we need time to prepare. Until then, stay away from those demons, but keep close watch, and when we see you tell us which of these demons are mostly seen with them," Token tossed them a flash drive.

"See y'all later!" Nugen waved before they disappeared in light.

"Holy shit...One we just met Angels!" Two said with some excitement.

"I know! And they said they'd help us! best day ever!" One cheered.

"Let's see what's on that drive!" Two rushed to the computer and put in the drive.

Images popped up. It was an assortment of pics of the exterminators in hell.

"Who are these guys?...I like their weapons," Two commented.

"Same. We may not know who they are, but we'll know soon enough!"
