Chapter Nineteen: "A Reality Warp"
Sorrowness. Pain. Grief.
It was an unexpected waves of emotions that had managed to hit painfully in the gut.
The dark-haired princess, for the first in weeks, perhaps a couple of months, she had soaked in the rays of the golden sunshine that shinned radiantly in the endless blue skies of Andros. Nothing had seemed to be the same like it had once been. Everything had changed. Everything had seemed to be peaceful. No chaotic dark wizards trying to enslave the entire Magical Universe.
Tears had glistened down her face.
It simply wasn't fair.
No. Life wasn't fair to her dear friend.
Guilt had consumed her entire soul at the thought of her close friend sacrificing herself for the sake of the entire Magic Dimension's safety from the dark wizard. She had freed them from Valtor's reign of pure terror.
The girl had allowed her servants to bathe her, scrub at her skin and hair, drying her body, brushing her silky curled hair, and polishing her up in a magnificent deep purple gown that was befitting the Princess of Andros. Her brown curly hair was put up into an elegant ponytail with many different pearls being embedded into her hair. Her make-up was done nicely. Jewels had adorned her neck, ears, and hands.
It had been several weeks since she and the remaining Winx members had graduated from Alfea as respective Guardian Fairies of their realms.
Except for one fairy.
The fairy who had given her life up for the safety of the universe.
Goosebumps had formed on her exposed skin. Just thinking of Bloom caused her heart to ache tremendously. The delight that sparked in her blue eyes in reassuring her that she would save Andros, not allowing Valtor to destroy her world just as he had done to Domino.
The Princess of Andros closed her eyes.
She was no longer apart of the Winx.
Well Stella had been the first one to call it off—to disbanded the Winx Club since it was no longer the same without Bloom—breaking it off was the right thing to do.
Musa had been the third to leave right after herself, followed by Tecna, and a hesitant Flora who wanted the group to stick together no matter what had happened. But even Flora deeply knew that it wasn't possible.
Flora had cried heartbrokenly while being supported by Helia. Stella had been extremely quiet, tears overflowing her hazel eyes, though Brandon had been right at her side whispering calming words into her ear.
Sky had been—well, it looked as if someone had forcefully pulled out his heart out of his chest—grief had struck Sky the hardest out of them all. Though it was nearly on par with Stella's devastation.
Tears had poured out of his deep blue eyes like a waterfall, unable to stop with the weeping, completely shattered to pieces knowing that Bloom was truly gone. Meanwhile Nabu had been her comforting rock through the entire tragic ordeal.
They had all drifted apart from each other and were back into their own realities.
Needless to say, the Andorsian Princess wasn't too thrilled to be back on her realm, being back trapped in a cage in her own palace despite her people thinking otherwise.
The freedom Aisha had once had at Alfea was now gone, fading into a mere memory of the past of the life she had one knew and tasted from. She had been at her happiest moment. But now. . . she was the Crown Princess of Andros who had many obligatory duties to preform. This was her new life from now on. Her old life she'd one knew had dissolved before her own eyes.
She hadn't contacted any of the Winx members nor had they reached out to her either, each of them were drowning in their own worlds. After all, life doesn't stop for anyone. Life kept on going no matter what. It's what she'd come to learn. . . the hard way.
Princess Aisha had found herself in one of the most quietest and peaceful place in the palace. It was a large spacious room that had consisted of marbled pillars that poured water down into the huge circular pool.
This was one of her favorite places to be at.
It was so peaceful and quiet—away from all the discussions of heavy politics and it helped to clear her mind.
Aisha had frequently visited this particular when she'd been merely a young child. Her mermaid cousins would appear and talk with her for hours or even play with her. Her teal blue eyes had squinted at the water surface, seeing something coming towards the surface.
The two suns were shinning in the endless blue skies of planet Solaria with no cloud in sight.
The white doves had chirped happily, as they soared through the sky
A certain blond-haired Princess was strolling the magnificent halls of the palace alongside her fiancé Brandon. Normally, Brandon would be participating in his duties as the squire back on his home world, Eracklyon, but Crown Prince Sky soon to be King had pardon him from his duties for the day. Sky had wanted Brandon to check on a distraught, moody, blond princess. Stella.
Stella had appreciated Sky greatly for such a kind act. The Eracklyon Crown Prince had known how deeply Stella was affected by Bloom's demise and that he knew that she had needed support from Brandon.
Fresh tears had dripped from her hazel eyes.
The pain had simply ached in her heart far too much.
Stella had never personally experienced grief before (although some of her older relatives late in age had passed away when she'd been merely a young child. A child who didn't understand how cruel the world could be or how painful it could be at times).
The only thing that could be heard in the halls were the sounds of Stella's heels clicking on the marbled floor as it echoed off into the far distance.
"Stella," Brandon's soft voice had piped up after some time, as he watched Stella dab at her eyes—wiping away the tear streaks from her face. He knew that was she deeply devastated by the loss of her best-friend. His warm voice soothing her sadness and had grabbed her small hand in his—giving it a slight squeeze.
"It's going to be alright."
"Oh Brandon. . ." Stella's voice had trailed off, looking into his dark brown eyes with full of sadness. "How?"
Brandon continued to hold onto Stella's hand and he chose his words carefully. "I don't think Bloom would want you to be like this, Stella. I think she would've want you to be happy, knowing that Valtor's gone and everyone is safe."
The blond-haired fairy couldn't help but to give her boyfriend a small smile, sniffling. "Ya. Maybe Bloom would've wanted that." Still, it was still hard to get over it, even though Brandon was very understanding of her situation. After all, a deep wound like that had needed time to heal—could be even months or even an entire year.
Stella felt her phone buzz.
She glanced at the screen to see a text from Aisha.
Aisha: Meet me on Andros ASAP! It's urgent. I think there's a way to save Bloom.
She blinked her eyes a couple of times. It had been awhile since any of the Winx had contact with each other. They all had made an agreement to disband the Winx Club ever since the downfall of Valtor (which had ultimately costed the life of their beloved friend) as if it were the right thing to do. Her hazel eyes had widened in pure shock. She blinked her eyes a couple of times at the message she'd received from Aisha.
Hope filled her entire soul.
"Brandon, I think there's a way to save Bloom," Stella smiled brightly.
It was the first time Brandon had seen her smile again. It almost like seeing the old Stella again. Brandon had appeared to be rather baffled by the sudden news. His thick brown eyebrows shot up, worried.
"Are you sure, Stel?"
Brandon didn't want Stella to have high hopes, only for it, to end up shattering her to pieces again.
"Positive!"
It was late afternoon. The sun had barely had come out—as the puffy clouds were still scattered in the blue skies, though no bird was in sight, chirping or flying, due to the cold weather.
Bloom had swirled her coffee, as her blue eyes were unfocused.
The redhead girl was unable to meet her father's stern, but yet concerning gaze. She was immersed in her own thoughts about the final battle between her and Valtor. Where would she even begin from?
No.
How could she exactly explain to Oritel and Marion that what she had needed to do during the time? It had been essential. They simply wouldn't understand her decision. Or why she had personally took such a high risk. Catching a glimpse of Oritel's irritation hadn't eased her worries. In fact, it had only made Bloom feel even more tense than ever.
"Dad, there's something you should know about Valtor." Bloom had broke the tranquil silence that befallen the three of them.
"Valtor? What about him?"
Crown Prince Oritel was trying to be as calm as possible with Bloom knowing that she would spill the beans to him and Marion about a particular situation with ease, but even he knew that he was running out of patient.
Bloom's tone of voice hadn't reassured him whatsoever.
Fear and worry were the two constant feelings that was lingering in his heart over his daughter. Bloom side-glanced Marion. Her mother too hadn't spoken about their encounter with Valtor earlier. They had needed to support one another, knowing Oritel's infamous temper or his overprotective tendencies.
Bloom swallowed hardly.
In a way, she could feel tiny sweats form across her forehead.
What Oritel hadn't known about the final shadow down between her and Valtor was the fact that he was a half demon cursed by the Ancestral Witches in order to be one of the most ruthless wizards of all times. Just great. All the more reasons why Oritel was right—that Bloom needed protection at all costs no matter what. There was no doubt in her mind that Oritel would go into overprotective father mode.
"Well, when I was in the final battle with Valtor, I'd discovered that he was cursed by the Ancestral Witches—"
"Cursed by the witches? What kind of curse?" Oritel had showed no sympathy for the dark wizard's misfortunate. His tone had become low and dangerous.
Bloom flinched at his tone.
If telling her mother about Valtor had stirred quite an emotion, there was definitely no telling how Oritel would react to the news. He would easily request the high ranking royal guards to protect her from Valtor's grasp twenty-four seven with no rest in between. They would follow her every movement, each place she'd stepped her foot on. . . it was going to be utterly annoying if it had come to that.
"Well? Bloom?" Oritel had pressed his lips together—gazing at her, as if he were studying her every expression, trying to figure it out.
There was no way she could hide this information from her own father especially with her life and her mother's being intertwined with Valtor's who had an upper hand. Bloom had needed to find a spell as quick as possible that would break the curse over the wizard, thus in turn, she and and her mother would finally be free from his grasp.
"Valtor's a half demon," Bloom fumbled in her words, averting her gaze elsewhere besides Oritel.
"What?!" Oritel had spluttered in shock, but Bloom could easily spot a flicker of flames in his eyes. It seemed to her, he was furious upon discovering a horrifying truth about Valtor's dark secret. "And why didn't you say anything about this from before, Bloom?"
"Wait? Are you actually blaming me?" Bloom said in shock, not liking her father's all of a sudden's accusing tone. "And how—I didn't even get the chance to tell you especially with everything that was going on!"
"Didn't have a chance? You spent an entire day with me shopping. The least you could've done was tell me all about Valtor's curse since you'd gotten your memories back. But I'm guessing that critical detail is the one thing you left out."
Bloom's lips had turned into a frown.
She wasn't going to allow him to berate her to no ends. Bloom was already aware of the fact that the topic of Valtor was a sour point for Oritel. His expression had hardened.
"It'd slipped from my mind honestly."
Oritel hardly believed a word that rolled off Bloom's tongue. "You don't think I actually believe your words, do you Bloom? I think your hiding something from me."
Bloom froze.
"Wait? Why would you think that I'm purposely hiding something from you?"
Oritel had narrowed his brown eyes on her. "I just can't help it, but I feel like there's something going on. Something that you're not telling me. A parental instinct, if you may."
Bloom shivered at her father's harsh tone.
She closed her eyes knowing how Oritel's reaction was going to be like. He was beyond pissed. Marion shifted uncomfortably. Her gaze flickering between Oritel and Bloom. Knowing Oritel, he wasn't going to stop with the integration.
Marion had took in a deep breath and gazed sharply at her fiancé. She could no longer keep the secret inside her. In fact, it was literally killing her from not saying anything about it. Marion hadn't wanted to lie to Oritel.
"Your father has to know Bloom. This is something we can't hide from him."
Oritel's thick eyebrows had rose up—stunned by Marion.
"What is it, Marion?" Oritel questioned softly, but still he was annoyed at Bloom.
And so Marion had filled him in on their encounter with Valtor earlier. Though Oritel for his part had seemed to be rather irritated about the fact that he hadn't been there to protect them from his wickedness. He had lost all coloring on his face once he had realized what the dark wizard had done to Marion and Bloom. Steam had poured out from his ears, as the fork bended in his hand.
"And you thought that you could hide this from me, Bloom?" Oritel shot her an irritated look.
Bloom flinched at his cold tone. "But—"
"No. I don't want to hear any of your explanations Bloom. Not even a single word."
Bloom wasn't going down without a fight, no matter the cost. Her father had also been keeping secrets from her as of lately. He might just as well spill it. She hadn't want to be kept in the dark either. Bloom wasn't going to allow her father to berate her without telling him her own explanations.
"And you're defininitly hiding something from me Dad! And I want to know what it is!" Bloom retaliated back.
Marion had watched the scene between father-daughter unfold before her own eyes, as the duo bickered back and forth, nonstop. Oritel narrowed his eyes directly at Bloom.
"And I'm not going to tell you anything, young lady!"
Bloom let out a huff in frustration. Oritel could be so stubborn and hardheaded at times. She definitely didn't like this side of him at all. His harsh, authoritative, controlling, and hot-tempered attitude. A bit too controlling of things hadn't fitted his perspective. The girl turned her attention back onto Marion. "Do something, mum."
"Your mother isn't going to do anything about it, nor will she tell you anything."
Bloom couldn't help but gape. "You didn't just say that!" The girl turned to her mother in outrage. "Mum!"
Marion looked rather helpless. For the first time, she was torn between Oritel and Bloom and not entirely knowing of how to calm them down. They both had similar traits. Stubbornness. Hot-temperedness. And courageous bravery. It had both put them at odds with one another.
"Oritel," Marion begun in sweet and gentle tone, as if trying so hard to calm down her fiancé. It seemed to work. He turned his attention back to her, as Bloom could only scowl in her seat.
"My love, you're going to have to trust me on this. I'm not risking the life of my daughter especially after all what she'd endured under Valtor's hands. I can't keep failing at her protecting her . ."
"Failing? Is that what you think it is? You know I'm not exactly a little girl, who needs to be watched every five minutes." Bloom rolled her eyes, scolding her father so hard.
It was like Oritel wasn't getting her point.
Like why did he have to be so stubborn and not reason with her?
"Dad, just listen to me, if we could figure out how to break the spell over him than we would be free of him. Your making it more difficult than it needs to be."
"Oritel, I have to agree with Bloom on this. It's the only way," Marion said calmly, her emerald eyes flickering with much hope and reassurance.
"But Marion—" he tired to argue, but she had threw him a sharp, intimidating glare, which had caused him to be at loss for words.
"Think about it Oritel. Would you like to antagonize Valtor knowing how it could hurt us both?" Marion said, though her words had weighed heavily, as Oritel had pondered over the idea of Marion and Bloom being indirectly hurt. The man simply couldn't imagine that, as he shuddered horrifyingly.
"I suppose breaking the curse would be much preferable. . . " Oritel said thoughtfully.
"Clearly." Bloom could only roll her eyes, as if it were the most obvious thing that they should do.
"But it doesn't mean I'm any less angry about it." Oritel responded.
"Anyways, what's important is to find a way to break the curse, Oritel." Marion chided.
It wasn't the time for Oritel's dramatic lecture especially since their lives were at stake, knowing Valtor would pull any kind of strings of reckless behavior. "Right," Oritel had mumbled—his cheeks reddening in embarrassment.
Bloom could easily see the worry shine in her father's eyes. She couldn't blame him for feeling this way as he had every right to be livid. Valtor was a sneaky snake and she would make him pay for it dearly.
"It's impossible, Tressa." Aisha clicked her tongue in disbelief.
"This can't be a mistake, Aisha. That's Bloom." Tressa, her mermaid cousin, simplified.
"Are you sure?" Aisha couldn't hardly believe her eyes for what she was seeing as it could be entirely someone else who resembled her friend in more than one way.
"Positive. I mean who else could it be? Her blue eyes and red-hair are pretty distinguishable traits, don't you think?"
"And think about it for a single moment, if both Valtor's and Bloom's essence were truly gone, extinguished for all eternity, than the entire magical universe would easily fall part and magic would cease to exists." Nereus put in.
Aisha knew that her cousin was right about it. There could be a possibility that Bloom wasn't truly gone. The Andorsian Princess had needed answers and desperately too.
Why was there a picture of a girl who appeared to be very similar to Bloom? Something about it felt completely off. She wasn't sure what it was. . . but Aisha couldn't help, but place her finger on it that Bloom may trapped somewhere far away, but somewhere very close at the same time.
Aisha heard heavy footsteps getting louder.
She had spun on her heels to see Nabu, wearing his casual wizard robes in the color of deep purple, heading her way. The princess had noticed Nabu's freshly trimmed hair that was neatly braided and his stubbled jawline. He had greeted Aisha's two cousins: Tressa and Nereus.
The Andorsian wizard's brows rose up in concern and asked softly. "What is it, Aisha?"
A deep pink blush ran across Aisha's cheeks. "Well. . . there is something I need you to see. I'm hoping that my cousins and I are not the only ones who are seeing something rather peculiar about this photograph?"
"Photograph?" Nabu asked confusedly.
"Yes. I know it sounds strange. . . but. . . really you need to see it yourself and I've only asked Brandon, Sky, and Stella to come here as well. There's a possibility that Bloom may not be gone like we all believe to be." Aisha explained.
Nabu's purple eyes had widened, shocked by his girlfriend's words. "What do you mean? But wasn't she—"
Aisha shook her head. "I don't think so. I think Valtor may had done something to Bloom, but I don't think he killed her exactly. For some reason, I believe that a part of her essence exists somewhere like. . . the past."
"Past?" Nabu mused, growing quite curious as well as being puzzled by that fact. "You mean like there's some kind of time-traveling involved?"
Aisha nodded. "It's just a speculation."
"Let me see?"
Aisha had handed Nabu a nicely detailed photograph of a large grouped all dressed in magnificent gowns, robes, and suits. Nabu and nearly dropped once he'd recognized certain people or who this so called mysterious red-head girl dressed in a stunning blue gown (which was no doubt was Bloom) who stood amongst—
"Is that your parents when they were around our age?"
Aisha gave a nod. "And I think that somehow. . . Bloom may be stuck during that timeline. If I had to guess, my mom was most likely in her third and final year at Alfea, which I'd have to say is about thirty-four years ago."
"Hold a second, isn't that Luna, Radius, Erendor and Samara? They all look like they're super close friends. I'm not entirely sure of who those people are?" Nabu pointed out to the three unrecognizable people who stood besides Radius and Erendor.
Everyone appeared to be so cheerful and so close. . . even though Nabu hadn't known that they were all close friends to one another. But they surely seem to not act like it, but rather as formal acquittances.
They only discussed heavy politics that regarded the magical universe's threats—how to stop the dark wizards and witches from destroying the worlds—plus internal trades between their realms. Radius and Erendor were the worse ones to ever agree to one simple idea without having them to bicker about doing things alone instead of joining forces.
Aisha stared hard at the photo and gasped, realizing who they were. Prior to meeting the winx Aisha had studied history down to its roots about the every major planet that exists and its brutal wars, and the planet of Domino happened to included in her lessons.
"I think those two are the former King and Queen of Domino and I think the queen may had an older brother too."
"That makes a lot of sense." Nabu smiled sheepishly. "Did your parents ever tell you about their younger days? Or how close they were all together? Not something to do with only politics?"
Aisha was about to respond to Nabu's question, until she heard her phone buzz.
Stella had finally arrived along side Brandon and Sky at the front of palace.
Bloom, Marion, and Oritel had nearly spent an entire day searching through the royal library in hopes of finding the source of breaking the demon curse over Valtor.
They had searched through many different shelves of all the aisles, but so far to their own luck, they hadn't found anything in that regards. Everything was related to the Magic Dimension's history, the Great Dragon's history, Domino's history, certain powerful magical artifacts and spells.
Bloom was quite interested in certain details that revolved around her Dragon Flames and its powerful signature spells that had been previously used by her former family members. She had traced the sophisticated rims of the book that was well crafted in an elegant design. She could feel the deep secrets spill from the book that regarded the Dragon Flame.
"I see that you're curious about this book, Bloom?"
Bloom could feel the heat creep up to her cheeks—flushing. "It seems like an interesting read. I never really developed my powers like this, only the surface of it."
In fact, Bloom had never really developed deep into her magic. The Dragon Flame. She only used couple of spells that was handed to her by Faragonda who knew certain spell usage from her parents.
Though most of her spells were related to the element of fire.
She didn't have a good grip over how to fully control the dragon even though she had often practiced the same techniques over and over again. The only time she'd ever used it was during the battle with the Trix when Bloom had been enraged—which had been completely influenced by her own spiraling emotions—and against Valtor a couple of times and during their final battle together.
"I can teach you, if you'd want sweetheart." Oritel offered her with a warm smile.
Bloom's blue eyes had met her father. "I would really like that, dad."
"Have you found anything, yet?" Marion asked, approaching Oritel and Bloom.
"No." Oritel and Bloom both responded at the same time, frustrated to no end.
Of course! Bloom's blue eyes had widened in realization.
It had just occurred to her! She had remembered something very important. Although, she was certain her parents wouldn't agree to her method of an idea but it what she had used during their final showdown when she had traveled to his inner sanction—his very essence of his dark dragon flame. But at this point, Bloom knew that this was the only way to break the curse over Valtor and to be free from him.
"Wait, I think there's a way, but you have to trust me on this," Bloom said seriously.
Oritel lifted an eyebrow. "Where are you going with Bloom? Would you kindly define the word trust? Because I can hardly believe that word coming from you because somehow you always put your life in danger."
Bloom narrowed her eyes at her father. He could be so difficult at times. "Well, if I tried to explain to you what it is, or how I could break the curse over him, you wouldn't allow me to do it."
Marion's green eyes had widened in fear and worry over her girl and said in a much softer tone compared to Oritel. "What is it, sweetheart? Is it something dangerous? If it is, I don't think I'm going to allow you to preform it either Bloom. It's not only Oritel, but me as well."
"It could only be broken by fairy dust but not in a way you'd think."
Bloom had closed her eyes out of frustration, as she carefully explained to her parents about her previous attempt at breaking Valtor's curse during their final battle, in which she'd had succeeded in, by traveling to his inner essence of magic. Since Bloom was back in the past, Valtor's demon curse had never been broken by her fairy dust, still he was under the Ancestral Witches' control—not being free from their grasp—as he was only strung along like a wooden minaret.
Marion and Oritel bright faces had turned into an unpleasant frown disliking each word that flowed out of their daughter's mouth. Oritel stared at Bloom in outrage and he finally snapped at her. "You're kidding me right? And you want me to allow you to do that?! How could you even suggest something like this Bloom! This is far too dangerous!"
"It's the only way that me and mum could be free from Valtor! Isn't that important too dad!" Bloom exclaimed, though somewhat anger was hinting in her tone.
"Obviously it is important Bloom! But not in process of you possibly loosing your life to that bastard."
Oritel had sounded so harsh and critical that Bloom nearly felt upset by him.
"But—" Bloom tried weakly.
"Bloom don't you even dare convince me or your mother of your foolish plans. That spell alone is way too risky." Oritel glowered down at her. Bloom had easily seen the sparks sizzle from his finger tips.
Oritel found himself being furious at her once more. "And I personally think that's the reason why you're in this very mess Bloom. You didn't logically think it through and Valtor had found an advantaged and used it very well."
The prince was getting on her nerves for the past few days and Bloom for one didn't like it. It was annoying. Tears sprung at the corners of her eyes—though she had easily batted the tears away.
Oritel had a way of getting under her skin. Bloom felt offended by Oritel's sharp words even though he most likely hadn't had the intention of hurting her, but he was refusing to even listen to her own explanations. Any person who was rational, would indeed try to listen to what they had to say.
"Oritel," Marion piped up in a softer tone, as if trying to calm down her irritated fiancé.
Seeing the hurtful expression cross Bloom's face. . . had made her feel bothered by Oritel's attitude. A part of her didn't like the way how he was treating their daughter. Sure, Bloom had made plenty of mistakes, but he shouldn't be belittling her like that.
Bloom averted his gaze.
She didn't have the time or energy to deal with Oritel's obnoxious outburst.
"So what do you want me to do exactly?" Bloom said icily. "Nothing."
"I never implied that Bloom. But your suggestion is something I don't want to hear about. I'm most certain that there is another way to deal with this situation." Oritel had tried so hard to reason with his daughter, but she wasn't the one seeing the danger through it all unlike him.
Bloom had her arms crossed over her chest, scoffing at her father. "I hardly doubt he's going to do anything reckless, remember that our life forces is tied to his own so anything he does would reflect back on him."
Oritel grimaced.
He still hadn't agreed to her idea.
He felt Marion's slender hand being placed on his own shoulder, trying to ease his stress.
Oritel had another idea in mind. There was another way to break certain powerful curses that revolved around demons, monsters, and dark creatures, although these types of books or spells weren't found on Domino, but rather on Andros—in particular, the mermaids of Andros—who had dealt with such dark matters.
It had been apart of their ancient culture that had dated back eons ago. But now, it was sealed away in the royal library that could be only be accessed the Andorsian royal family. It was way too dangerous for any kind of these dark chronicles to be out in open as it would easily fall into the wrong hands. The curses were highly unpredictable that revolved around sinister magic such as blood sacrifice.
"We're going to Andros."
Bloom knitted her eyebrows together. The redhead princess glanced at Marion to only see that she was as baffled as much as she was. Bloom looked at her father. "But why?"
Sky, for his part in many weeks had looked somewhat hopeful. He had been deeply occupied in his royal duties as the Crown Prince back on Eracklyon, hardly keeping anyone in contact with him besides Brandon and Stella. It was quite a huge adjustment from being a Red-Fountain specialist, where there was always something to do freely on his own time, such as advancing in his techniques, battle skills, developing his weaponry skills, going to Alfea and visiting the Winx, going with the guys to Magix.
But now, being on his home-world again, he hadn't had much of a spare time. Sky had been attending many of the royal meetings alongside the King and Queen of Eracklyon. Diaspro, for her part, had chided him for it—for his lack of inadequate skills that seemed to be slightly rusty due to the years he'd attended Red-Fountain. Needless to say, his father wasn't pleased with him slacking behind.
Sky couldn't blame Diaspro, she had always been right about one thing: Sky had been shrinking away from his royal duties. In fact,Diaspro had been aiding him in his royal duties, which Sky had seemed to appreciate greatly.
It had been utterly hard during the first week he'd been back on his realm due to unbearable tragedy that had befallen Bloom. Sky had been reeling from the past few days, feeling utterly stressed-out, being sleep-deprived and emotionally drained after losing the girl of his dreams to the wretched bastard. He had nearly developed dark-circles under his eyes due to his lack of sleep.
Sky could never forgive himself for not protecting Bloom from Valtor's clutches and she had ended up sacrificing her own life for her friends' safety and for the sake of the Magical Universe.
"So Aisha, you truly think there's a way to save Bloom?" Sky had quirked an eyebrow. The blond-haired prince had appeared to be somewhat skeptical of the whole idea. A dead person can't be revived. No magic could ever bring them back. It was impossible.
Aisha had gave a nod. "And you won't believe where Bloom's trapped? Valtor's a despicable wizard and he thought he could get away with it."
"So Bloom's not really gone," Stella had sound far more delighted than being grievous as she'd been earlier.
"Not figuratively to speak, Stella."
Brandon furrowed his thick eyebrows. "What does that even imply, Aisha?"
The group had walked down the stunning halls of the Andorsian Royal Palace. Bright sunlight had nearly spilled at every corner, bringing much brightness to the castle.
The warm, tingling, magical sensation had filled the atmosphere. Sky and Brandon had admired the decorated halls, the tapestries that were hung, the many different portraits of the Andorsian Royal Family were hung on the walls. They had noticed that there wasn't many servants lingering around the Left Wing Side of the castle.
Aisha had finally closed the double-doors behind her, not wanting anyone to disturb them.
"I have to say Aisha, this is one beautiful rooms I'd ever seen."
"And also one of the peaceful place to be in. No one ever comes in here. It's only me and my cousins," Aisha had gestured. In the direct center of the magnificent room, there was a large pool, but they instantly knew that it was a way for Aisha's aunt, uncle, and cousins to visit and to spend their time together. Apparently, Prince Nereus and his baby sister Tressa were chilling around with Aisha.
Author's Note
Omg! I'm soooo sooorrrrry for the delay, but a lot has happened and it wasn't even fun especially since I had a couple of drafts that were all written out to the next couple of chapters, but something happened, and I lost all drafts! And now I'm trying to remember from my memory, but don't worry I still have the same plot points! I feel like this chapter had been written way more interesting but alas I can't remember how I wrote those scenes! *ugh, painfully annoying* *so mad and frustrated by that* but anyways there's nothing I could do lol
Anyways, this chapter is important, since Aisha had come across a specific photo that has Bloom in it! Ohhh I don't know if that's gonna be fun or painfully awkward for her, Sky and Stella! HAHAHAHA I'm just dying over here! Should it be painfully awkward or not? lol
To be fair, while writing this story, I really enjoy writing Luna, Radius, Teredor, Erendor, Samara, Alec, and Lewis and maybe Aria and Issac too (but these two siblings are freaking annoying, runs in the family)! I guess I'm used to writing them during this story without having to bring up the Winx lol *I don't know if that's a bad thing* *chuckles* We will see them again in the next chapter! :D
BellChocolate: Oooohhhh you bring up interesting points! Erendor actually likes Bloom but he likes to tease her! He can't endure seeing someone like Issac hurting a girl, in this case Bloom because he hates men like Issac, a complete womanizer, just like Jason and what he did to Samara! But actually, during the ball scene, Bloom and Erendor had come up with that kind of plan, because Bloom was focusing on finding Issac and knowing that the others wouldn't simply let her run into him, even Samara was involved too hence why she was running a bit late! Bloom didn't really fill in anyone on the plan in order to get a real reaction! :D
PerssassyPercabeth28: Oooohhhh you almost read my mind lol! You're actually getting very close! HAHAHAHAH I can't wait for Oritel to go off on Sky for breaking Bloom's heart like that! :D
Guest: Oooohhhh I really appreciate that you like this fanfic! You're too kind! I love this fanfic too, probably one of favs if I'm being honest! I hope I didn't disappoint u with this chapter! Don't worry there's more to come!
