Once they finished eating their dinner Vadt spoke up.

"Thank you for inviting me to dinner your majesties."

"Your welcome Vadt." Link replied, "In fact, whenever you are not busy and your captain allows you to you are welcome to have dinner with us whenever you can."

Vadt bowed then left. Midna looked to Link.

"What are you trying to accomplish by inviting him to dinner?" She asked as they walked Twila to her room.

"I'm trying to see if he will do whatever it is that we would need him to do whenever Twila travels." Link answered quietly so Twila wouldn't hear.

The walked in silence for a while until they dropped Twila off in her room then headed to put Atra in his crib which is located in their room in the palace.

"You are really set on him being our daughter's personal knight."

Link nodded his head. "Yes, I thought you felt the same way."

"But inviting him to dinner to get to know him isn't the way to see that."

Link looked at her. "What do you mean?"

"The way you are going at it seems like you are wanting him to marry our daughter instead of him being apart of Twila's personal guard."

"Didn't you learn anything by the way he conducted himself."

Midna shook her head. "No, did you?"

"Yes I learned a little."

"What did you learn about him?"

"Well, I know for certain that whoever raised him taught him how to eat properly while in front of others."

"But you didn't learn anything that pertains on how he would treat Twila."

Link shook his head. "No, not really."

"That is what I meant by you couldn't learn anything from eating with them."

Once the put the sleeping Atra into his crib they changed out of the royal robes and into their night robes they climbed into bed and Link fell straight to sleep. Midna sat with her eyes open for a while.

I can't believe that me and Link have two precious kids and we are together. Midna thought. I'm really glad the the Goddesses of Hyrule allowed him to come be with me.

With that last thought Midna fell asleep.

The next morning

Link woke up and saw that Midna was still asleep. He tried to get up without waking her but to no avail Midna woke up anyway.

"How come you always get up so early?" Midna asked.

"It's just that I am used to getting up early even in Ordon Village I got up early."

"Well, you don't really have anything to do this early in the morning unlike in Ordon village because you don't have to round up the goats."

Link looked at her. "How did you know that was the reason why I got up early in Ordon Village."

"You told me remember."

"When did I tell you that?" Link asked clearly not remembering telling her that.

"You told me when we were traveling to Lake Hylia so we could go the land in the sky."

Link tried to remember and all of a sudden he remembered. "Oh, yeah I remember now."

"For a second there I thought you lost your memory because you have been in the Twilight Realm for so long."

"What do you mean by that?"

"Well before I had the vision with the three Golden Goddesses of Hyrule I asked the doctor what would happen if someone from the Realm of Light stayed in the Twilight Realm for a long time and he told me that they would probably have memory loss. After he told me that I was worried that you would forget about the time that we spent together." Midna replied, "That was until the Nayru told me otherwise."

"So you asked the goddesses the same question that you asked the doctor in the Twilight Realm."

Midna nodded her head. "Yes, so once I brought you here I was excited to finally be with you again."

"I felt the same exact way."

Link and Midna got up and put on their royal robes and left to go pick up Twila to take her to breakfast then drop her off at Ms. Avra's place for the last time. Once they got to Twila's room, Rant bowed.

"Good Morning, your majesties," Rant said.

"Good morning Rant, we are here so you may now be relieved to go home and get some rest."

Rant bowed and left. Midna opened the door to Twila's room and saw that Twila was usually awake by now. Link walked to her bed and tapped her to wake her but she didn't budge.

"Twila time to wake up for tutoring." Link tried, "Ms. Avra is waiting for you."

"I don't really want to go because this will be my last lesson."

Link looked to Midna like What now that usually gets her up.

"You should enjoy the time while you can," Midna said.

After some convincing Twila finally got up.

"I will really miss Ms. Avra." Twila said, "Can I visit her once in a while?"

Link nodded his head. "Yes, of course you can visit her but only when you are not busy which you will be a lot."

"When will I be not busy?" Twila asked curiously.

"Probably once a month." Midna replied, " But she would be busy as well for she will tutor Atra once he is old enough."

"Mom, did she tutor you?"

Midna shook her head. "No I had a different tutor, but he is an elder now."

Now Link looked at her. "Which one is he?"

"It was Zurk."

"So Zurk has known you since you were little."

Midna nodded her head. "Yes in fact all of the elders knew me since I was born but they weren't elders some of them were guards, some were tutors and some were my grandfather's advisors."

"So they had different jobs."

Midna nodded her head, "Exactly."

Link, Midna, and Twila walked to the dining hall together so they could grab a quick breakfast before Twila heads to tutoring. Once they dropped off Twila, Link and Midna walked to the meeting room together for they both had meeting with the Elders for follow up meeting that has been held every three months.

Once they got there the elders were already waiting for them. "I hope we didn't keep you long because Twila didn't want to get up for tutoring."

"It's alright your majesties," Cang said. "Actually, we just barely got here ourselves."

The other elders nodded in agreement.

"Now let's get down to business," Link said.

Two hours Later

Link and Midna stayed in the room after all of the elders left.

"The Twilight Realm has changed a lot since you took over as the king of the realm."

"Well, I don't think I could have done it without your help."

"You sure haven't changed." Midna replied, "Take some credit for something for once."

"But it wasn't just me that changed the Twilight Realm."

"I know but you don't always have to be so humble about it."

"I'm really proud of what we made the Twilight Realm to be the best realm in history."

"You know that I would have to marry someone else if I didn't try to get you back here in the twilight realm."

Link looked at her, "You mean you would have married someone else."

Midna shook her head. "No, and I told my father that I didn't want to marry anyone else but you."

"What did he tell you then?" Link asked clearly curious.

"Well, he told me that should try to find a way to bring you here."

"How come you never told me this before?"

Midna shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know, it just got me thinking if you haven't been able to come to the Twilight Realm I wonder how the Twilight Realm would have turned out."

"I've always wondered about that too."

I hope all of you enjoyed this chapter again I am sorry for not publishing a lot. I had a little bit of writers block but I hope to try and publish a lot more often. Stay safe.
