Hello everybody Zelda777 here with another chapter of The Eternal Love of Twilight. I hope you are enjoying the story so far. If you don't want to miss anything please follow. Also please review and tell me what you think.

As soon as they arrived in the Temple of Twilight Link breathed in the fresh twilight air.

"It's so good to be back home," Link said.

Midna nodded her head, "Yeah, the twilight air is so refreshing."

"Mom, when we get back to the palace can I visit Ms. Avra," Twila asked.

"Yes, of course but make sure you are on time for dinner."

Twila walked off towards the direction of Ms. Avra's room.

"I bet she misses Ms. Avra's tutoring lessons," Midna said,

Link nodded his head, "Yeah, I bet she does."

Link, Midna, and Atra walked to the library so Atra could study for one of his exams on the History of the Twilight Realm.

Atra looked up and noticed they weren't going to his room.

"How come we aren't taking me to my room?" Atra asked.

"You need to study the History of the Twilight Realm for your exam for Ms. Avra tomorrow." Link said, "Or do you think you would pass it."

"Alright, I'll study some more because I want to try to get a better score than Twila did."

Link and Midna looked at each other as they arrived at the library. Atra walked off to go look for the History of the Twilight Realm. When Midna looked to Link:

"It seems that him and Twila are very competitive."

Link nodded his head, "Well, it seems that they get that from me for I was very competitive when I was younger as well."

"Really, I didn't know that."

"I thought you already knew that."

Midna shook her head, "No, I thought I did, but who were you very competitive with."

"I was very competitive with Rusl whenever we had a sword duel."

Midna laughed, "Well it seems like you really didn't have much people to be competitive with but you are still competitive."

Link nodded as Atra came back with the book that Link was reading when he was comparing the Histories of the Twilight Realm and Hyrule.

"Did you find the book that you were looking for?" Midna asked Atra.

Atra nodded his head, "Yeah it looks just like the book in the library at the Hyrule Castle Library on the History of the Hyrule."

Midna looked to Link, "Well, I guess he will find out that the histories of the Two realms will be the exact same."

Meanwhile in Hyrule

Zelda, Laluh, and Cerie were eating lunch when Cerie looked to her mother. "Mommy, one of these days can we visit Cousin Link in the Twilight Realm since we are in an alliance with them."

Zelda nodded her head, "Of course, my lovely daughter."

"Yes, we should go after lunch." Laluh added, "If that's alright with you my dear wife."

Zelda thought about it for a moment before she decided.

"Yeah, let's go right after this."

As soon as they were done they headed to the Arbiter's Grounds to the newly enhanced Mirror of Twilight.

In the Twilight Realm

Link called the Elders into the throne room to talk about letting other light dwellers to come and visit.

"What's with the meeting, Your Majesty?" Vegt asked.

"I called this meeting because I came back from the Realm of Light just like I told you and we signed a treaty with Hyrule."

Cang looked at him, "Really."

Midna nodded her head, "Yes, and we need to place guards on this side of the Mirror to keep track of the people who come to this side of the mirror."

"Alright," Daank said. "You should place some of our best guards to the mirror right now."

Link nodded his head, "Of course right away."

A few moments later

Zelda, Laluh, Cerie walked through the mirror and they were met by some guards.

"Welcome to the Twilight Realm, may I please have your names please."

Zelda looked at Laluh, then back at the guard.

"I am Queen Zelda of Hyrule, this is my husband Laluh, and this is my daughter Cerie," Zelda said.

"Oh, I apologize your majesty, I didn't know you were royalty."

"So it looks like you are the first ones to visit the Twilight Realm."

They looked behind them and they saw Link.

"Hello, cousin Link," Cerie said.

Link looked at her and saw that she looks just like someone he knows, but he can't pinpoint from where.

"Hello, your highness and I would like to personally welcome you to Twirule." Link said, "If you would like to see the palace I could take you there."

Laluh looked to Zelda like he was saying it's your decision.

"Yes, that would be lovely." Zelda replied, "This place is beautiful."

Link nodded his head, "Yes, this is my home now."

The people in palace town were looking in there direction as if they haven't seen Light Dwellers much. But once they noticed Link they bowed.

"At ease, I am just showing these guests the Twilight Realm." Link said as the crowd got back up and went about their business.

"Wow they totally respect you as their King," Laluh said clearly surprised on how much they trust someone from the Realm of Light.

"Yeah, you could really tell how much they respect you." Cerie said, "Were they always like this?"

Link shook his head, "No, at first they were weary but as the years passed they started to respect me."

"Volk!" Link yelled and Zelda jumped at the sound of authority in Link's voice.

Volk came running in, "Yes, your majesty."

"Would you please escort my guests to the Royal Guest rooms?" Link asked, "For I need to check on something in the Royal Guard Training Grounds."

"Of course your majesty," Volk replied as he watched the King walk towards the barracks. "If you would follow me, Your Majesties."

"What is His Majesty, Link like?" Zelda asked.

"He is very wise for someone being so young," Volk responded. "He's also very kind and very well respected by everyone."

"What about Her Majesty Midna?"

"She is very kind as well and also well respected."

"This palace is way bigger than the castle at home." Cerie said, "I wonder if Link designed it."

Laluh shook his head and mumbled, "I don't think he designed it, but you are right this palace is massive just like his ego."

Once they got to the guest rooms they were met by Vera.

"Queen Zelda what are you doing here?" Vera asked.

"Oh, Vera, you're looking well."

"I am, Link and Midna have been very kind to me."

"That's great, they are very kind-hearted people." Zelda said, "Well, it's great to see you."

Once they were inside the guest room Zelda sighed, "Link, sure has this place very secure."

"You thought it would be like a paradise." Laluh said clearly not surprised, "Now you see, Link is trying to keep us here so he could conquer Hyrule with his Twili army."

Cerie shook her head, "Cousin Link will never do that because he is a caring person."

Laluh just laughed, "Do you think he is a kind person, he is the reason why my father got killed."

"What do you mean by that?" Zelda asked.

"His mother was a Twili and she didn't like the way my father was treating her husband. Link then hit my father and killed him."

"I don't believe that," Zelda said clearly shocked. "Is that the reason why you married me to get back at Link because you wanted revenge."

Laluh nodded, "Yes that is exactly the reason now I could get my revenge on the Twili."

Laluh left the guest room as Zelda started crying.

"Why could I be so blind on his character?" Zelda cried.

Cerie hugged her mother, "You were probably blinded by your love for him."

Zelda hugged her daughter back, "But as the bearer of the Triforce of Wisdom, I should've known."

Link, Midna, Twila, and Atra were in the dining hall waiting for Zelda, Laluh, and Cerie. But when they arrived only Zelda and Cerie were there. Link questioned Zelda about it fearing of Laluh's true intentions.

"Where's Laluh at?" Link asked clearly fearing the worst.

"Link, I need to talk to you and Midna in private about something that has been bothering me since we arrived here in the Twilight Realm."

Link nodded his head as he called one of the Guards to take Twila and Atra to the library. As soon as they got to the room where they have their meetings. Once the door was shut Link and Midna looked to Zelda.

"So what has been bothering you?" Midna asked.

"Well, ever since my wedding, I feared Laluh was just marrying me to use me for something."

Midna looked at her, "What do you mean?"

"Well, as you know I have the Triforce of Wisdom and I sometimes perceive things."

Link nodded his head, "Yeah, but what about my cousin Laluh."

"I loved him then but I see now that my senses were right he did marry me just to use me."

"What did he want to use you for?" Midna asked.

"Apparently on what he told me right when we got to the guest room is..."

"He used you to get to the Twilight Realm so he could get revenge on the Twili," Link finished.

Zelda looked at him and nodded her head, "Yes that is the exact reason that he told me."

"Why would he do that, I mean what did the Twili do to him?" Midna asked.

"Link, I have a question?"

"Of course, you could ask me anything."

Zelda looked down and took a deep breath, "Is your mother a Twili?"

Link looked to Midna then back at Zelda, "Yes, my mother was a Twili and my father was a Hylian."

"So Laluh was right about that?"

"Laluh, I haven't heard that name in a while," A voice said behind them.

Link turned around and he saw his mother, "Mom, what are you doing here."

"I just came here to warn you about something that is coming from the void but this person is not a threat. He just needs your help with something," His mother said.

"Who is he?" Midna asked.

"He is the son of death itself and goes by the name of Zard in the Twili but his Deity name is Cybylium."

Hello everybody, I hope you enjoyed the chapter. I really can't wait just like some of you to see what happens next. I have a plan for what happens next but sometimes when I write it doesn't go according to plan. Until next time stay safe.
