This sets up his connections to things that the girls have done, making the world feel more ... intertwined it did in cannon.
"Hello, Lily, what is it that you want from me, precisely?"
Across from Dante, who was at a Restaurant called Quake, was a beautiful but horribly scarred girl. She had brown curly hair, beautifully pained brown eyes, and scars that went from her temple to her jaw across her face, making her lips turn up in a pain sneer. She oozed power, she was no weak witch that was clear.
She shuddered, and in a scratchy, deep voice she managed to speak out. "Out, out of my horrible family, out of this horrible feud, out of magic. I am done, with it all... if you can heal my scars, that would be cool too."
He nodded, grabbing her hand. "I will all that I can, to help you. No one deserves to be involved in something like this, especially against their will... it will take time, and magic... you will need to help me, to cast the spells needed to mask you. What I will do is this, first I will craft for you a new identity using a talisman as a focus. It will be layered with magic to render you immune to scrying and magical detection. Then, I will work on a means to change your face, both from the scars and the face known as Lily Montana. Lastly, I will grant you the choice to keep your powers, should you wish the means to defend yourself. Though I am guessing you are counting on being free from curses, since Witches that do not practice cannot be cursed."
She nodded. "That is my goal, but my family will not let me quit, which is why I sent my message to Kyra. She helped a few others get away from the Feud, my cousin Fred. I want entirely out though, not just away but out. No way to find me, or guilt me in. The energy ball that hit me was from my Uncle Roy. He never admitted it, but I saw him. I want... I want to be gone. Can you manage that?'
"Give me a month, I am not the strongest being, but I am good at my craft. I will weave those protections as mentioned, into a talisman so powerful that your entire family combined could not break it. That I am actually very good at. Before you give up your powers, should you choose to do so, you will help me by casting the finishing spell, this way the magic will be empowered by a far greater force than me, and mixing Wizard and Witch magic should create an innately strong extra barrier to your protective talisman."
She smiled, though it looked painful. "Kyra said you were a good enough guy, skilled at your craft. I am glad to find she was right... thank you, even if you fail. It is nice that you are at least willing to try."
"I won't fail, I created a warding system that even the Source couldn't easily break after a year of training. Granted it was intense training with a very skilled demonic sorceress, but still... anyway, the point is that I got this. Now... I will need some supplies, to make this you will help me. I need silver to hold onto the magic and channel it... and pyrite crystals for the resonance. I will need... seashells and wraith essence... yes... and... amber, to create a new field of energy... yes... and I will need nymph hair, to augment the healing magics... that should be enough."
She smirked. "Easy, we have that and more. No one would even question it, I have been making new spells for years... I'll just say I am experimenting. I'll send them through Kyra."
"Awesome... if you have any knowledge that may be helpful, please share."
"I will... if you get me this talisman in two weeks, instead of a month, I'll throw in my grimoire filled with knowledge from a clan at war. Curses and Hexes, advanced potions, and forms of witch magic that I know you don't have. Deal?"
They shook hands. "Deal."

Dante frowned, pouring over tome after tome, studying and restudying the usage of herbs and minerals and metals. Lily's request was extremely difficult, it would take even more skill than the warding boxes he made had. "This is tricky..."
Kyra, a frequent visitor of his, lay on his bed. "You'll get it, I can't see that part of your future. I just have faith."
"Sweet of you, really. I have some ideas, mainly layering similar spells to my warding box, but I need to get the resonance to change her form permanently, to mask her entirely from all that see her including those that would innately recognize her very soul. This magic is tricky, beyond glamour... I need to channel a lot of my power to make this."
"Do you need more power?"
"Can you cast spells? I mean in theory, couldn't I channel your power?"
She shook her head. "No, my species of demon can't cast spells. Our powers are too chaotic, that's why my sight is so advanced, I am designed to see many futures as opposed to just one or two like most witch seers."
"I see... that sucks. I am so using the Fairy dust, this girl... she is offering powers and a grimoire from a warring clan, the magic would give me a serious edge and the knowledge would allow me to evolve my powers to a far greater degree. I don't understand witch magic, being a wizard I struggle with empathy as a rule. It is literally a requirement of my magic, I am innately more... intellectually driven. It is likely why my siblings and family in general never awoke their latent wizard blood. They are too ruled by emotions. If I can start to comprehend witch magic, that branch of power, it would add a new dimension of magic to me and allow me to tap into far greater powers and allow me to grow as a Wizard. I cannot lose this opportunity."
"No, I can see what you mean... well, that just means you have no choice but to succeed, and you will. You are a brilliant magic-user, a rarely talented wizard. You have got this."
He smiled at her. "Thanks, that does help... sigh... okay... I guess I can start with the base..." Grabbing his block of silver, he put his hands on it and started to utter a small Latin chant. "In frusta divide, usui parata." As he uttered the spell, the chunk of silver started to break into tiny pieces, which would allow him to experiment and play with the spell in various incarnations until he succeed with his spell... or so he hoped. "Alright... time to begin."
Divide into pieces, ready for usage.
