The return of the Titan King and the massive awakening of the rest of the Earth's Titans brought about the largest movement known to humankind. Kaiju Attacks were increasing but the breaches were opening, dispelling the beasts and then vanishing into nothing once their purpose was complete. In the first week alone, over eight cities were attacked by five or six Kaiju with a severe loss of life and death of Jaeger Pilots. However, the Titan's were quickly ramping up the assaults. They didn't help much in the first few weeks but by the end of the month, the Titans had finally woken up.

Nearly every time a breach opened, a Titan or two was there to greet the Kaiju that dared come through. Even without a Jaeger to back them up, the Titans tore apart the smaller category Kaijus. This left the Pacific Breach open for lager Kaiju to come out of it. Mostly, Category Four's appeared out of that Breach, but several of the PPDC kaijutologists were starting to think that a triple event would occur soon. How soon was a heated debate that wasn't ending anytime soon or it would end when the event took place.

Jaeger Pilots were also becoming scarce as the new recruits were getting killed on either their first or second missions out in the field, as the veterans were only adding more kills to their roster. It soon became apparent that something had to change so Monarch had the new recruits guard the cities while the Veterans would make sure they lived through at least five attacks before the recruits got put with a Titan partner. This worked right up until the events of the Triple Breach.

Hermione Granger patrolled within the confines of Gypsy Danger with her drift sister, Daphne, along the miracle mile of Hong Kong. The former Mark-3 Jaeger moved through the water as the two continued their patrol, having been posted here with Ester the Titanus Gojira ever since the double event a week back. Ester got really wounded in that fight so Gypsy had to kill the two category four Kaiju's on the Miracle Mile, barely keeping it together as it hadn't been fully repaired or upgraded.

Gypsy had gotten back into the shop and finally got her full makeover, now considered a Mark-5 Jaeger. Of course, Gypsy would always be the Mark-3 to everyone else as that was how she started life. Daphne sent a mental signal through the drift and they both stopped, the blonde haired girl pulling up a sensor relay.

"No signatures are approaching and the dome hasn't sent any word of the breach opening." The Blonde Slytherin said, glancing over at Hermione.

The brown haired witch nodded in return, "Lets get back home then, Ester will follow quickly enough."

Ester was busy lounging on an empty dockyard, watching the water with dark persistence. After her injuries, she hadn't taken kindly to any Kaiju near her. That and Titan's for that matter, they seemed to cause some trauma to occur. She worked best with Gypsy, no other Jaeger could work with her as Ester would kill the Kaiju before the Jaeger could step in. Some of the Monarch Titanologists speculated that she was trying to prove something to herself, but Hermione guessed it was because she wanted those that harmed her to feel her pain.

The helicopters came over, cables dropping down to attach to the Jaeger. Ester looked up at Gypsy before she got up and started towards the Hong Kong Shatterdome after Gypsy. The ride was rather silent inside the com pod, though the two didn't need to speak aloud as they could just read the other's thoughts just as easily. Both were master Occlumens, having learned it by drifting for so long. The Drift, for whatever reason, resonated with magic users more then regular human beings. However, if non-magical humans could drift, they would drift. It was just the problem of finding their drift compatible partner.

Both Witches had drifted and their joint magical power had only increased, their magic having grown every time they drifted in Gypsy. It was like Gypsy was giving them more magic to work with, trying to keep them alive. Gypsy had gained some sort of sentience during her career, magic did that with devices of such great power. Gypsy wasn't an only case either, most of the magical rangers said the same thing about their Jaegers having personalities. Most weren't as expressive as Gypsy however, as she was the eldest of the Jaegers despite being rebuilt, upgraded and retrofitted multiple times.

The Shatterdome came into view, the front opening and the platform coming out so Gypsy Danger could be put into place then be brought inside. Gypsy was lowered into place, facing outwards before the platform locked her feet into place then pulled itself and the Jaeger inside the Shatterdome. The people moved to and fro around the dome as the Jaeger was put back into its own place, on its right was Striker Eureka and the left was Crimson Typhoon. Gypsy's head was undone and pulled up thirty stories before the two witches were fully disconnected from the com pod and the drift itself.

They exited the com pod and were greeted by Colin Creevy and Astora Creevy nee Greengrass, who hugged them both in turn. Once they pulled away, they pulled the two out of the drop zone and into the main command center of the Hong Kong Shatterdome. Inside, Hermione noticed Stacker Pentecost was talking with the heads of three other Shatterdomes; Appoline Delacour of the French Shatterdome, Susan Bones of the London Shatterdome and Alexander Smithson of the New York Shatterdome.

"The Jaeger pilots are seeing a vast increase in Category threes, Marshal," Appoline was saying, as a screen showed the numbers of Kaiju appearing across the world, "Nearly 87.64% of all the Kaiju are Category three."

A hologram appeared under Appoline's video feed, showing the lists of the Kaiju that had appeared on Earth. Most of them were category three types, the others being two's and one's. Hermione looked at her partner before grimacing, this wasn't a good sign either. Colin was back at his post before he looked around in shock.

"Sir!" He shouted, "Titanus Muto appeared in the Hong Kong bay, she's heading into the city."

Pentecost frowned before another alarm went up, his eyes widening as two signatures of Category Four Kaijus appeared on the sensors. The pair were near the waterline but not that close to Hong Kong itself, meaning the MUTO was going after them.

"They must have breached past us by using something new to hide their signatures." Astoria said, furiously moving her finger across her tablet.

"Get Striker Eureka up and going," Stacker ordered, "Gypsy needs some maintenance anyway. The Hansons need time out of the Shatterdome anyway."

Namako hissed as she moved her new body onto land, enjoying the sensation of not swimming. Her new body looked similar to the Jinshin-Mushi that her Alpha faced years ago, but she was different. Her head was the same, only larger and having more teeth. Her forelimbs were like the MUTO Prime's except it didn't have the annoying little leg that helps support its weight, just the arm with three massive clawed fingers. Her armor wasn't orange either, it was a dark crimson that would glow blue like her Alpha's glow.

She also had another pair of limbs, like her forelimbs from her previous body but they had two fingers on each hand. Her legs were larger, built far better then her previous ones. Her body also had a very noticeable hourglass shape, showing that she was a female. Her under arms were held close to her body as she tasted the air, she could taste the horrible scent of the false Gods easily. She galloped towards the scent, ignoring the humans and their silly civilization as she passed.

The city soon thinned out as she slowed down, her red eyes flashing as she growled. Vibrations went into the ground then came back to her, giving her the location, sizes and general description of her enemies. There were two of them, one shaped like a gorilla and the other was on all fours. She moved swiftly closer, she had to catch them off guard if she hoped to win. Namako finally spotted the two, the gorilla one watching the smaller one doing something.

Namako frowned before she heard the cry of something young and helpless fill the air. She snarled and let out her own challenging roar, smashing the ground above the crater the two had put themselves in for protection. The larger ape Kaiju turned and Namako got the sense she was looking at the offspring of Gamera and Kong, but only uglier. It roared before something erupted out of its back, a pulse of energy slamming into her but doing nothing.

She frowned, so did the monster down below. She charged into the pit, her limbs giving her a greater advantage over the false Gods. The monster charged at her as well, roaring in outrage before they collided. His limbs tried to wrap around her and crush her, but Namako used her massive forelimbs to punch the Kaiju away. She capitalized on it by grabbing the beast's face and yanking him off his feet. She couldn't help but grin now, this was so much fun.

Striker Eureka ran through the landscape until it stopped, seeing Titanus MUTO toss the Kaiju codenamed "Leatherback" across the crater by its skull. Leatherback was sent airborne with a howl of surprise before crashing onto its back. The second Kaiju, codenamed "Otachi", was still in the same position. Herc gritted his teeth as he radioed back to the Shatterdome.

"Otachi has given birth," He said, "Repeat, Kaiju Otachi has given birth!"

Chuck, his son, looked a bit green, "Those things can have babies?!"

"Apparently so," Herc remarked before saying to the radio, "We're going after Otachi and the little kaiju infant."

The father and son charged at the Kaiju but Leatherback had started charging something up but the MUTO roared at the gorilla like Kaiju. But instead of a roar, out came a oculory/sonic roar that shook the earth and knocked the kaiju on his ass. His ability also exploded in a shower of gore, glowing flesh and blood going everywhere as Leatherback howled in pain. The MUTO shrieked in victory as the Hansons turned on the weaker of the pair.

Blades came out of the Jaeger's arms as they rushed Otachi before the MUTO pushed them out of the way. The pilots rolled as the MUTO howled before the pair looked up, Titanus MUTO was smoking from several severe wounds across her shoulder and front limbs.

"That downright pissed her off," Chuck remarked as they got Striker up onto its feet, "Looked like mom when we did something completely stupid."

MUTO roared and attacked Otachi, those massive frontal limbs reaching forward and grabbing the sack under the Kaiju's jaws and its chest. With a single motion, the Titan tears the sack and half the Kaiju's jaw off. The Muto tossed the offending flesh away before throwing the Kaiju to the far wall, Otachi letting out a weak gurgle as it lay on the ground. The MUTO then turns and smashes the little kaiju infant into paste with both massive fists, both Hansons looking away before the infant is killed.

Herc and Chuck then walked over and decapitated Otachi as the Titan howled into the sky in victory.

"You know," Chuck said after several moments of silence, "I don't want to be the one teamed up with her. She's a right old spiteful Goddess, that MUTO is."

"Don't you forget it either, Chuck," Herc said right back, "Titans came before us, we're only renting the land they walked on. So you better not do something stupid or I'll personally assign us to Titan duty."

Chuck, thankfully, stayed quiet throughout the return trip back to the Hong Kong Shatterdome.
