Apologies for the fans, but there's good news and bad news. The bad news is that I don't really feel like I've done a good job on the continuity and the story and stuff, like I just keep putting in new concepts and whatnot, but there is some good news as well: I do NOT plan on quitting when it comes to writing this story... well, I'm more so planning to reboot it... start from square one, if you will.
If you guys have anything to say and to help me with my reboot, then please put your reviews where I can see them and I'll see what I can do from there. Reimu's still gonna be Rick's biological granddaughter, but she's gonna be aged up to 21, the reasoning behind this makes her a little bit more unique when compared to her cousins in terms of the whole dynamic. Instead of being initial strangers with Marisa... well, they're gonna have a past with one another (yet still roughly the same age), is all I can say... As for the story itself, I've hit a road block upon getting to 'The Ricks Must Be Crazy' and I've looked back at my past work and I wasn't really satisfied... I rewrote the first few chapters TWICE, and needless to say, I'm still not satisfied.
Maybe I just need a little more courage or confidence or even some time to think, who knows? I do know that I've been holding this back for quite a while and I want to have a few questions answered. Did you like the fact that Reimu's timeline was based off alternate history or do you want it changed to be like our timeline? What do you think is best for the whole youkai situation? How should they be implemented if they are to be implemented? Should I jump straight to Japanese mythology or start out with Native American myths (Mainly because Rick & Morty is set in or somewhere near Seattle) when introducing myths and legends into the story?
These are the questions I want YOU to answer, not just because of the road block, but because I admittedly rely on YOU, the fans, to make this all possible. You can help me by giving out suggestions for the story, specifically about the Touhou Project part of the crossover. If you do review for this, then thank you, that means a whole lot to me. If you don't, then you're missing out on letting me know what you want, missing out on giving something for me to consider. Don't be rude now, I wouldn't want to see a rude comment on the reviews.
Oh, and by the way, I plan on posting the reboot on AOE3 if you're interested. But don't think this will go right away. I might need to take some time getting everything acquainted to and over and done with. Don't be surprised if it will take a week, a month, or even a year to get it all tied up quite nicely. But I do hope I could get on with it, and needless to say, I'm gonna be at college starting August 2022, so hold on to your hats, you're gonna need them. Jokes aside, have a wonderful day and... I hope this crazy world gets back into SOME common sense. Again, thanks if you left a review detailing what you'd like to see in the reboot, that would be really appreciated!
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for sticking with me through all this time... but seriously, I wanna know what y'all think.
