A/N: Hey, it's Tt45 ready to give you guys another story! I am exciting cause this is Danny Phantom! As a kid, I enjoyed this cartoon more than The Fairly OddParents reason Danny Phantom was so different from other cartoons. It was a little dark for me. Not a whole darkness like Invader Zim! But have some dark episodes like 'The Ultimate Enemy,' the most incredible episode of all time! I wish Danny Phantom would've gone far and a little dark then instead of ending it like that, which is why I'm doing my ending of Danny Phantom!
I don't own anything Danny Phantom, and the characters belong to Butch Hartman. Don't forget to favorite, follow, or review me and my stories. So I hope you guys enjoy Redemption!
Chapter 1:
The Last Day of Peace
~461 Elm Street, Elmerton~
Valerie Gray's P.O.V.
Beep! Beep! Beep!
I woke up to hear the sound of my alarm clock playing. I groaned, stretching my bones to wake them up, then turned off my alarm clock. I looked at my husband, who was still asleep. I quietly got off the bed so that I wouldn't wake him up to do my morning workout. I exited from the window to the fire exit and went to the roof.
I inhaled, then exhaled, and started to train with my Bow and Arrow. The lessons from my teachers were more complicated than my days as a 9th-degree black belt student. Each class from my teachers teaches me more about Ghosts than those books: Ghost's Almanac, Ghost Killing for Dimwits, and from that evil snake, Plasmius now! When I see him again, I will enjoy kicking his ass for all of those years of being his pawn! And when that day comes, I will finally be at peace for all the damage I caused in the past. And to my friends.
After an hour of training and with the Sun finally coming up, I should get my husband up and out before my dad sees him and tries to murder him. I turned my body intangible and passed through the floors until I was in my room. I saw that he was still asleep, so I quickly jumped on his back, which caused a groan to come out of him.
"Damn it, Val!"
"Come on, Tuck, it's time to get up," I whisper in his ear, then get off his back and lie on my stomach next to him.
He groaned as he laid on his back now with his eyes open, "Why, pretty lady? Can't we enjoy our last week of peace in your room? With some wine and fewer clothes again?"
"No, cause my dad would be coming home soon, and having you here naked isn't something he likes to see."
"Never fear, my lady. Cause we are married by Ghost's law, so he can't kill me."
"Yet."
I can feel his right hand slowly rubbing my ass and trying to bring me closer. That perv! I smirk as I push him off my bed and start laughing once he does, his famous scream as he hit the floor. I began to laugh my ass off at his foolishness.
Knock, knock, knock!
"Valerie! Are you alright?!" My dad, Damon Gray, shouted.
Both Tucker and I looked at the door then at each other in worry. My dad is going to freak out if he finds out that I've let my husband here! Again!
"You need to leave!" I whispered as I got to the window open.
"Aw, man! When things are about to be fun here again!"
"Tucker!"
As he was getting his clothes on, he asked, "Are you at less going to let me get a kiss before we go into battle? Or after? I like an after-battle idea better."
I sighed then kissed him, "Now begone you, perv spirit!"
"Hey! I am not a perv! I'm your husband, after all. See you!" His whole body started to become sand as it blew out of the window and flew away into the morning sky.
I quickly got to the door then opened it, "Good morning, Daddy!"
"What was that noise?" He asked as he entered my room with an ectoplasm scan.
"Oh, just Cujo making a lot of noise!"
I can feel my Ghost Dog/partner in crime appear by my leg as a puppy. He barked and wagged his tail with excitement. Thank goodness he can't talk, or he would've told my dad what happened in this room.
"Hmm, Tucker's ectoplasm was here-"
"Can't I enjoy my last week in peace- Oh!" I cover my mouth to stop myself.
"Oh yeah. Sorry, Val." My dad sat on my bed in deep thought. "This is it, isn't it?"
I quickly sat next to him and started to rub his back. "Daddy, I'm so sorry-"
"No. No. No. It's okay," dad cleared his throat, trying not to get sad right now. "It just that this reminds me of your mother's last day with us."
"Oh." I don't remember much of my mom. Only that she was a brave, strong, and stubborn colonel in the Army, she dies on the battlefield protecting her men. I couldn't imagine what my dad was going through since I was about to save the Human world and the Ghost Zone from evil forces. While he sat at home doing nothing but hope, my friends and I would be alright.
"I promise to come back, Dad."
"I know you will, Val. But you are still grounded for bringing that boy here."
"Damn it."
"Hey, how about we go to the movie theater, huh?"
"As long as it is with you, I don't mind, Daddy."
Yes, cause tomorrow will not be only mine and Dad's last day of peace but also my friends, family, the world, and the Ghost Zone too.
