"Snowed In"

Okay, so I'm putting aside the Avengers pairings for now and returning to the X-Men. Please enjoy and review!

It was snowing heavily outside, the white powder covering every inch of the ground and the wind howled outside of the mansion.

Sitting by the window in the living room, a boy dressed in dark clothing who had his blond hair slicked back was gazing outside, flicking his silver lighter shut in a lazy manner.

He appeared bored as he played with his lighter, brown eyes staring at the snowflakes that blew through the air.

"Man, look at it go." A kid commented.

"I know. It looks like a blizzard." Another student commented.

"You think classes are gonna get canceled because of the storm?" Someone asked hopefully.

"Don't get your hopes up." Another student teased.

The living room was filled with multiple students of all ages as they wandered about, either reading, watching TV or staring outside at the storm which was on-going.

One of the students, a blond haired boy with blue eyes, smiled brightly at the sight of the snow and walked over to look outside the window.

"This is my kind of weather." Robert 'Bobby' Drake smiled.

The blond playing with his lighter rolled his eyes at the other boy, knowing that the other male would get excited at the sight of cold weather.

He was obsessed with the snowy weather and loved all kinds of winter sports.

"Please don't tell me you're gonna go runnin' outside? You're gonna get yelled at by the teachers." A girl with a Southern accent said.

Glancing over at the girl who spoke, Bobby grinned down at the pale skinned brunette who had bleached bangs and brown eyes who was wearing gloves and was sitting on an armchair.

Hearing what the girl, Rogue said, made the blond scoff as he continued to play with his Zippo lighter, his dark brown eyes filled with amusement as he glanced over at his friends.

"Bobby? In trouble? I highly doubt that." John Allerdyce scoffed.

Turning to look at his fellow blond, Bobby gave his annoyed look but seeing the grin on John's face, the other boy couldn't help but return it.

"Hey, I can get into trouble if I want." Bobby protested.

Rogue started giggling at that which made John give Bobby a smug expression, enjoying the exasperated look on his best friend's face as he turned to pout at his girlfriend.

Just then, John's attention was captured by the figure that just stepped into the room and he openly stared at her.

The person he was staring at was a girl with burgundy hair that had orange streaks, chocolate brown eyes and tanned skin.

She had a blanket wrapped around herself, trying to keep her warm against the chilly temperature of the room as she glanced around curiously, looking for someone.

Noticing John's attention somewhere else, Rogue turned to look behind her and smiled at the sight of the Japanese girl who was glancing around the room.

"Hey, Davey!" The Southern girl greeted.

Hearing her friend's voice, Davinia 'Davey' Motomiya glanced over at the group and looked relieved as she made a beeline towards them, namely John.

"God, I hate the cold!" She complained.

"Easy, you'll hurt my feelings." Bobby teased his girlfriend's roommate.

Rolling her eyes at Bobby as she passed by him, Davey then stood in front of John.

Seeing the hopeful look she was giving him, John smirked up at her and he opened his arms to her, asking her to join him as he gave her a seductive expression.

Smiling, the girl then sat down on his lap and leaned against his chest, lying her head on his shoulder while his arms wrapped around her to rest on her stomach.

"Please don't tell me you're actually going out in this mess? The last time you did, Summers wouldn't shut up about it for an half hour." Davey reminded.

Scott Summers was the biggest mother hen anyone had ever met and tended to be far too overprotective when it came to the students.

"Ugh, don't remind me. I thought he'd never stop talking." Bobby groaned as he sat down beside Rogue.

Resting his chin on top of his girlfriend's head, John breathed in the blueberry (or maybe it was blackberry) scent of her shampoo and felt himself relax as his grip tightened around her, fingers rubbing against her sides.

Feeling the boy's fingers on her skin, Davey grinned as she nuzzled her head into his shoulder and clutched her blanket closed to her, enjoying the warmth she was receiving.

"So, what do you guys wanna do now?" Rogue asked her friends.

"You mean besides trying not to die from boredom?" Davey asked with a snarky tone.

Rogue gave her a look at that which made Davey give her an apologetic smile which the older girl accepted as she leaned into Bobby's side.

"I have a suggestion, but it's really not a group thing, unless you two are feeling adventurous." John said.

He gained a seductive spark in his eyes as he then brushed Davey's hair away from her face, leaning down to gently nip at her ear.

She squeaked at the feeling of the teeth on her ear and shivered at the hot breath on her neck.

"Oh, god, seriously. Just stop." Bobby groaned as he covered his eyes while Rogue blushed, but also smiled at the couple.

Dark eyes, which seemed to have gained orange flecks in them, moved up to stare at the two teenagers who seemed to be slightly uncomfortable with seeing the couple acting so affectionate.

"Don't be jealous." John retorted before he then started nibbling on Davey's ear.

"John, stop! We're in public!" Davey whined as her face turned bright red and she tried hard not to laugh loudly at the ticklish feeling.

"This isn't public, doll." John said, but he did as she requested and stopped teasing her.

Placing her hand over her ear, Davey rubbed it and pouted up at her boyfriend who was smirking down at her playfully.

Bobby was relieved that the duo were no longer being so affectionate, but he was happy that his best friend was openly smiling and interacting possitively with other people.

"Okay, I got it. How about a movie? We can get a bunch of junk food and go back to our room and watch a movie." Bobby suggested.

"You think you guys can pick a movie without arguing?" Rogue asked skeptically.

Glancing over at his roommate, Bobby shared a look with John before they both seemed to come to a conclusion.

"Sure." John shrugged.

"Of course." Bobby nodded.

That made Davey scoff loudly, making Rogue smirk while the blonds both looked at the burgundy haired girl, insulted expressions on their faces.

"Yeah, like that's gonna happen." Davey scoffed.

Turning her head to look up at her boyfriend and finding him pouting down at her, Davey reached a hand up and curled it around his neck before pulling John down and planting a kiss on his dark pink lips.

Feeling him relax, Davey then pulled back and pecked his lips gently before curling back up in his arms.

"I think watching movies is a great idea. Davey and I'll choose them and you guys can get the snacks." Rogue said as she stood up.

"Aw, we're moving now?" Davey pouted.

Giving the other girl a look, Rogue then began walking away and Davey sighed as she stood up, following after the older girl.

"Guess we better go get the food." Bobby said before he and John made their way to the kitchen.

"Any chance the pizza guy will drive all the way here?" John asked.

"Not unless he has a skidoo." Bobby commented.

Flicking his lighter closed, John then slipped it into his jacket pocket before following after the ice wielder.

(Upstairs...)

While in John and Bobby's room, their girlfriends had already started going through a selection of movies, trying to decide on which one was best to watch.

"How about this one?" Rogue asked as she held up a copy of Casablanca.

"I'm pretty sure Pyro would fall asleep and Bobby would be bored out of his mind." Davey gave her honest oppinion.

Pouting at that, Rogue set the movie down and continued to search through the pile.

"Okay, so I think we can rule out romcoms. How about horror movies? Everyone loves those." Davey suggested.

"All right, I like it. But do we want 'em really scary, or something we can pick apart and make fun of?" Rogue asked as she then started looking through the selection of horror movies.

Biting her lip in thought, Davey the walked over to the desk that had movies stacked up and searched through it to find the horror movies she knew John had.

"How about Scream? Pyro has them all." She suggested.

"You're joking." Rogue grinned.

"He likes mocking them." Davey said.

That made Rogue snicker before the girls then cleaned up the movie pile and set up the VCR, waiting for the boys to make their way up the stairs.

Once they got everything ready, the girls heard knocking on the door and Rogue opened it to reveal the boys who had their hands full with chips and candy bags.

"We've got the food." Bobby announced as he stepped into the room.

He then leaned down to kiss Rogue, but she shyed away, worried about what would happen if they touched.

Bobby stilled in front of her and gave her a questioning look and after staring into his blue eyes, she nodded and allowed him to gently kiss her lips.

He felt a small jolt as he felt Rogue's powers beginning to absorbs his own and he slowly pulled away, knowing he couldn't have contact with her skin for too long.

Releasing a breath, Rogue couldn't help but grin when she saw an icy mist fall from her lips which amused her greatly.

Rolling his eyes at the couple, John walked by them and made his way over to Davey who was sitting on his bed, the blanket she had before resting on the mattress and she smiled up at him when she caught him staring.

Dropping the snack bags on the bed, John then jumped onto the mattress and wrapped his arms around Davey, pulling her down with him, causing her to laugh.

Rolling on top of her, John smiled down at his girlfriend as he saw the green flecks that had appeared in her brown eyes and the orange fox ears that were on the sides of her head.

His hand then started touching the silky soft ears, amusement shining in his eyes as he watched the foxgirl moan at the feeling of her boyfriend rubbing her ears.

"Hello, georgous." He whispered before leaning down to kiss his way down her throat.

Moaning at the feeling, Davey leaned her head back and exposed her neck to the fire bender, allowing him more access as he continued to kiss and suck on her throat, leaving his mark on her.

"Guys, you do remember that we're still in the room, right?" Bobby spoke up as he turned his head away from the couple.

Going still, John lifted his head up to glare at his best friend, becoming increasingly annoyed with everyone who kept interupting his time with his girlfriend.

"Yeah, and that's the problem." The pyromaniac said.

Deciding to act like she didn't notice anything, Rogue made her way over to the TV and put the first movie in and then made her way over to Bobby's bed.

"Come on guys, let's just watch the movie." She said as she gestured for Bobby to join her.

Smiling, Bobby walked over to his bed and cuddled up beside Rogue as the opening credits began.

Across from them, Davey pushed John off of her and rolled onto her side, pulling her blanket over to cover them both up with it.

With the blanket over their bodies, Davey snuggled into John's arms and rested her head on his chest, breathing in his scent of camp fire and relaxed in his hold as she felt him kiss her head.

The end.
