"The DigiDestined and the Spider"

Sorry, this is pretty short. Please enjoy and review!

Davis Motomiya had just finished up his shower, stepping out of the steam filled bathroom and tightening a towel around his waist.

Searching around the bedroom, he pulled out the clothes he decided to wear for the day.

While he was setting his clothing on the bed, he heard the door creak open and looked over to see a girl with long brown hair and hazel eyes step into the room, dressed in a skin tight red and blue suit.

"Hey, Petra. How was training?" Davis asked.

"It was hell. Romanoff is so mean." Petra Parker whined.

Crooning, Davis opened his arms to his girlfriend and pulled her into his chest, allowing her to relax against him and he kissed her head.

"You'll get used to it. Soon enough, you'll be the one kicking the Black Widow's ass." Davis said.

Petra scoffed at that, but wrapped her arms around the tall male, nuzzling her face against his bare chest.

Becoming a member of SHIELD and the Avengers was a difficult experience for Petra and Davis, but the DigiDestined seemed to take to it easier since he had been fighting evil monsters ever since he was 11 years old.

Since they were the youngest members of the team, they had bonded and got close.

Before long, they were dating.

They hadn't even realized that they were dating until after they shared their first kiss on Petra's 18th birthday and Tony Stark had exclaimed a loud "FINALLY!" at the sight.

Davis had responded by flipping Tony and the rest of the Avengers off before pulling Petra off to open her presents.

"Hey, why don't you take a nice hot shower? It'll help you to relax. Then, we can head out for the day." Davis suggested.

"Don't you have any work to do?" Petra asked glancing up at him.

"No, nothing is planned for today. No missions, no paperwork, and I finished up my training earlier this morning with Steve. I'm all yours." Davis told her.

Smiling at that, Petra linked her arms around Davis' neck and pulls him down for a kiss, showing how pleased she was.

"Sounds great. Are you sure you don't want to join me? I could use some help washing my back?" Petra fluttered her eyelashes.

Laughing at that, Davis shook his head and bent down, rubbing his nose against her own making her smile up at him.

She loved the fact that Davis wasn't afraid of be so affectionate with her, not caring if people made fun of him for it.

"Petra, you know that if I get in that shower with you, neither of us will be getting out until a long while later." Davis teased.

Cheeks turning red in a blush, Petra bit her bottom lip, trying to look as innocent as possible.

"Is that such a bad thing?" She asked.

"Not at all. But maybe we should do that until later on when we're sure no one is going to interrupt us and ruin our time together." Davis told her.

"Fine. But if you change your mind, I won't mind." Petra said as she pulled back and started leaving the room.

"I'll keep that in mind." Davis called after her.

(Afterwards…)

Getting dressed in a pair of jeans, black boots and a black t-shirt, Davis walked out of his room and rode the elevator to the main floor where the Avengers all lounged about.

Walking out of the elevator, Davis found Bucky Barnes sitting on the couch with Tony Stark who was showing him the new designs he made for the man's arm.

"It'll be lighter and it'll be attached to your nerves so that you'll be able to feel with it. Like, when you touch a pillow, you'll be able to feel how soft it is." Tony explained.

"And you're sure it'll work?" Bucky asked.

Tony gave him an almost insulted look at the question.

"Who do you think I am? Of course it's going to work. It'll be better than that eyesore you've been stuck with over the years." Tony said.

Rolling his eyes at the dark haired man, Davis walked into the room, catching the attention of Bucky who looked over at him.

"Hey, Davis." Bucky greeted the raspberry haired male.

Looking over, Tony grinned at Davis as he walked over to join them on the couch.

"Hey, little man. You wanna stick around and watch me attack Buckaroo's new arm?" Tony asked.

"Nah, I'm spending the day with Petra." Davis informed.

"Lucky. My girlfriend's working right now." Tony complained as he gathered up the blue prints and notes he made for Bucky's new arm.

"At least you both have girlfriends. It's kinda hard to find a dame that'll want to date an ex-Hydra assassin." Bucky leaned his head back on the couch.

"Hey, I'm sure there are a few girls who would. If you want, I can set you up with someone. I know quite a few girls who actually sympathize and find your story tragic. They'd love to date you. You being a real life Adonis might help, too." Davis said.

The three males all laughed at that, looking at ease and content with each other's company.

If Steve were there with them, then he would have scolded Davis for what he said and would be treating Bucky like an injured puppy which got on his nerves.

Honestly, Steve's coddling annoyed Bucky and he enjoyed spending time with Davis and Tony who didn't walk on egg shells around him and treated him like a normal person.

The elevator opened and Petra stepped out of it, her hair curled and still damp from her shower while she was dressed in a red camisole, black jeans and black heeled boots.

"Hey guys. What are you talking about?" Petra asked.

"Oh, not much. Just that Bucky's a dateless loser who needs Davis' help in meeting a girl." Tony said.

Bucky gave him a look and pushed him off the couch making Petra and Davis laugh at the sight.

Standing up, Davis made his way over to his girlfriend and placed his hands on her hips, pulling her into his chest and kissing her forehead.

"We're gonna get going now. Try not to kill each other while we're gone." Davis winked.

Pulling himself up onto the couch, Tony sent the couple a grin and slapped Bucky over the head.

"We'll be great. Have fun, you two. Don't do anything we would." Tony said.

"Well, that cuts our plans in half, doesn't it?" Petra joked.

Linking their arms together, the couple left the building, heading out to enjoy their day before something happened to ruin it.

The end.
