Chapter 48: An Evening inside a Wolf's Den 4: Sweet touch Under the Moonlight

.

.

.

[Jumin Han]: Zen.

[Jumin Han]: I am generally unfazed by your crudeness.

[Jumin Han]: However your behavior tonight is especially troubling.

[Jumin Han]: You had put MC in a precarious position!

[Jumin Han]: I hope you hadn't considered things lightly and are fully prepared for any ensuing consequences!

[Yoosung] & [707]: *shocked emoji*

[Yoosung]: OMG!

[Yoosung]: WHAT'S GOING ON?!

[Jumin Han]: Zen had purposely extended MC's visit passed the established timeslot.

[Jumin Han]: Might I add indefinitely from the information I had received.

[Yoosung] & [707]: *shocked emoji*

[Jumin Han]: *sigh*

[Jumin Han]: I must admit, I did not expect MC to be this easily persuaded into staying...

.

[Jumin Han]: I am very disappointed in you.

[Jumin Han]: (=^.=)

.

[Yoosung]: *shocked emoji*

[Yoosung]: AIGOOOOO!

[Yoosung]: I'm getting chills just by reading that O-O...

[707]: IKR!

[707]: But damn.

[707]: Daaaaaaaaaamn!

[707]: Zen's not playing, his moves are faster than the KTX!

[Yoosung]: True...

[707]: Pssssshhhhhhhh!

[707]: *sad pouting emoji*

[707]: We never stood a chance against him, amirite Yoosung?

[Yoosung]: True...!

[Yoosung]: *crying emoji*

.

.

- ZEN has entered the chat room -

.

.

[ZEN]: Of course.

[ZEN]: And here Mina thought 'something serious must be happening, why else would they ping us so often!'

[ZEN]: *annoyed emoji*

[ZEN]: How many times do I need to diffuse your misplaced conclusions?

[ZEN]: Don't you guys have better things to do?!

[ZEN]: Like uncovering that hacker's identity?! Or running a business conglomerate?! Or doing some in-game event thing stuff?!

[707]: *sad pout emoji*

[707]: Pssssshhhhhhhh! This guy or gal is good, yo.

[707]: My computer's been working around the clock - 24/7! Never taking a break, poor thing!

[Yoosung]: I've already finished my in-game dailies and weeklies~! *stars emoji*

[ZEN]: Weren't you recently moping around about some unexpected exams?

[ZEN]: Stop avoiding your responsibilities, young man!

[ZEN]: Go study!

.

[Yoosung]: ...

.

[Yoosung]: *shivering*

[Yoosung]: Ughh...

[Yoosung]: I've just had a flashback of my mom scolding me...

[Yoosung]: o(╥)o

[707]: LOOOOOL!

[Yoosung]: Later everyone.

.

.

- Yoosung has left the chat room -

.

.

[ZEN]: Man, that kid can be so worrisome. *tired emoji*

[707]: I'm thankful that he has you as a mom.

.

[ZEN]: Don't.

.

[Jumin Han]: *disappointed emoji*

[Jumin Han]: Zen, I would happily focus on my own work responsibilities.

[Jumin Han]: However, you'd forced my hand to adapt my tasks around this newest predicament regarding our party planner's security and reconfigure the preplanned routes!

[ZEN]: *angry emoji* Don't pretend to be so concerned about Mina's safety when you know very well that I'd do anything to keep her from harm's way! Nothing will go pass me when I'm nearby!

[ZEN]: Also, don't think for a second that your insults in this chat had been ignored!

[Jumin Han]: I see I must repeat myself.

[Jumin Han]: I have never aimed any insults towards you.

[Jumin Han]: Merely observations and factual statements.

[ZEN]: Sure, sure.

[Jumin Han]: And while it is admirable that you have a strong desire to protect her, the best place for her to be right now is at Rika's apartment until we have uncovered the hacker's identity and their goals.

[Jumin Han]: Despite Luciel's faults in the apartment's security design, it has still kept danger at bay rather successfully.

[707]: My faults in its security design... *becomes a lifeless ghost emoji from the shock*

[Jumin Han]: Do not risk her safety for selfish reasons, Zen.

[Jumin Han]: I have done the necessary accommodations to ensure she'd arrive at your doorstep without an issue.

[Jumin Han]: Delay her return too much and it will become too difficult to keep Driver Kim and my security team leader at your location without them being recalled to HQ. I can overrule any company decision besides my father's.

[Jumin Han]: My trust in those two outside your house is absolute.

[Jumin Han]: And I wouldn't want to send MC back using another transportation company.

[Jumin Han]: No matter your bias against me, Zen, please consider this viewpoint before attempting to lash out and disagree with me.

[ZEN]: ...

[Jumin Han]: Also,

.

[Jumin Han]: I did not sign up for the position of a matchmaker, so if you have nothing important to do there that requires MC's presence, then allow her to leave.

[Jumin Han]: (=^ . =)

.

[ZEN]: *shocked emoji*

[ZEN]: Stop it with that cat emoji!

[707]: To be fair, Jumin's right.

[707]: You are pretty sus Zen for stalling.

[ZEN]: Dinner and a musical, ok?!

[ZEN]: All there is to my intentions!

.

[Jumin Han]: *disappointed emoji*

[Jumin Han]: You are beyond my comprehension!

.

[707]: It always starts off with a nice dinner, and then a nice musical... and then... AND THEN A NICE- *lots of hearts emoji*

[ZEN]: Don't let your mind wonder off into dangerous territories!

[ZEN]: It really is as simple as that!

[ZEN]: If anything Jumin, you can thank Seven over here for my 'stalling'.

[ZEN]: Better yet, thank his damaged taste buds for any 'delays' in your precious little plan~!

[707]: *shocked emoji*

[ZEN]: I can't in good conscious let Mina return to Rika's without making sure that she has had at least a decent meal today and not whatever cooking spawn of the underworld Seven had unearthed.

[707]: Bruuuuuh! Stop dissing my choices in foods, this joke's getting old!

[Jumin Han]: *sigh*

[Jumin Han]: Those ingredients did seem too unique for people who aren't well versed in gourmet cuisine.

[707]: Not you too... *sad emoji*

[ZEN]: Also, considering the stress of this past week alone, plus the avalanche of responsibilities that V had dumped on her with this rushed party organization, is it that wrong for me to want her to unwind just for a little while before heading back into another lockdown?

[ZEN]: Plus, how could I miss this golden opportunity of showing Mina one of my better musicals~?!

[ZEN]: I've been told that my shows are amazing cleansers for one's soul~~~!

[ZEN]: *sparkling emoji*

[707] & [Jumin Han]: ...

[ZEN]: I mean, she seems to be enjoying it so far~! *excited emoji*

[Jumin Han]: *disappointed emoji*

[Jumin Han]: Very well...

[Jumin Han]: But I will have Driver Kim contact you when it's time to put an end to it.

[Jumin Han]: No more extensions afterwards!

[Jumin Han]: Their order will be to kick down your door and tackle you to the ground if necessary!

[Jumin Han]: (=^.=)

[Jumin Han]: (=^.=)

[Jumin Han]: (=^.=)

.

"Sodding bastard", Zen muttered under his breath, his eye brow twitching as he were struggling to suppress an explosive sneeze due to those accursed emoji. Meanwhile, Mina was watching the musical he'd put on his TV and had been slowly munching on a chicken wing when she'd shifted her attention towards the visibly irritated actor.

"..."

*swallows*

"Anything wrong...?", she'd asked softly, putting her plate aside.

Mina's own phone ended up dead in the waters after the sudden influx of pings and it was currently charging on top of the kitchen counter – painfully slowly might add, as the only charger in Zen's household was on its final moments on this earth, its wires needing to be twisted and taped in an intricate pattern in order to even function.

.

- "A-Amazing!"

Mina would have taken a snapshot of this unique creation had she a working camera! And then spread the pic like wildfire to the rest of the R.F.A. members out of shock! This charger had a worse fate than Zen's sad fridge!

.

Silly mental detour aside, the girl did feel powerless in diffusing this rising conflict. She had been kept in the dark by Zen who had refused to give her access to the convos from his own phone, the overall excuse being that 'the members were acting chaotically tonight, so she shouldn't be disturbed by them~!'

"Let's both relax and enjoy the rest of this beautiful evening together, ok?", he said cheerfully before digging into their dinner.

"Ok..."

Despite the wonderfully filling feast decorating the coffee table, Mina couldn't bring herself to sample much of its variety, blaming her lackluster attempts on the earlier fish bread. Truth be told, guilt was weighing on her quite heavily, not to mention her appetite had already dwindled down after noting his mood change. It wasn't difficult to guess what the topic online had been about, the party planner remorseful for breaking yet another agreement with Jumin, the first time being when she had bumped into Assistant Lee and then made an impromptu detour towards the theatre instead of sticking to her original schedule. Plus, the young businessman was the only R.F.A. member who could ignite such angry reactions from Zen, Seven's trolling unable to come close.

*slight pout*

Her gloominess did not remain ignored though, the actor applying swift moves as to restore her pretty smile. There really wasn't anything she should be concerned about! And if anybody had an issue, then Zen could handle the criticism! After all, Jumin wasn't her relative or boss, and even if he were, she shouldn't willingly accept his controlling and demanding attitude! She was free to hang around his place to her heart's content, his door would always be opened!

Well, until his henchman would come fetch her, but Mina didn't need to know this small detail.

"Aren't you happy to be able to bask in this handsome face for these many hours?", he closed in on her own face with his most seductive expression, the party planner feeling a heated rush from his unfair attack and she'd slammed her back into the arm of the couch from the shock! "Ah, sorry, sorry!", he slightly panicked because that bump sounded very painful but his gaze had softened at her burst of small annoyance and pillow shield she now carried against him!

"No more funny business!", she strongly retaliated and quickly went for her plate, adding a second layer of defense against Zen who had retreated in defeat with a sigh.

.

.

*BADUMP**BADUMP**BADUMP**BADUMP*

.

.

Dammit! She'd acted so stupidly right now.

Ah...

Her palpitations were so relentless!

And back pain too.

T_T

.

.

"Hey, hey, hey, jagi! Pay attention to this part, it's going to become a major focal point later on~!", Zen's sudden excitement had her gaze swiftly returning to the musical playing on TV.

...

...

...

...

(º □ º l|l)/

She had tried.

She had really tried to focus.

And it was by no means Zen's fault, but – *hugs pillow closer to her face* his on-screen persona and off-screen version were a terrible, a damn terrible combination to the heart of any young woman let alone Mina's feeble one. He had turned this entire musical viewing experience into an utterly torturous activity. *gulp* Her heartbeat felt like it was continuously racing and she kept going for the glass of water because her throat would be closing up otherwise as she would stop breathing. Permanently. The room's temperature was rising and she'd cursed her warm clothing but she couldn't take any garment off because then she'd be left in just her underwear.

*internal sobbing*

Everything in this musical was just a lot to take in and process!

The set and massive array of colors and psychedelic light effects.

The intricate storyline.

The outfits.

The music.

The dancing.

The acting and the cast's voices.

Oh, those powerful dance moves and singing!

Zen's skills in particular would stand out in her opinion.

And his ridiculously handsome glow that the cameras would be capturing with those unfair close ups!

*winks* KYAAAAAAAA! *goes for another water glass*

And when the musical had reached its final ensemble number for the grand finale, the buttons of the actor's shirt had 'miraculously' malfunctioned and his full blown glistening torso was revealed while the stage was being inundated by the rain falling upon the cast.

Mina's eyes were glued onto his abs, her mouth hanging slightly opened from the shock of that scene."Jagiya~~~ Are you enjoying the show so far, hmmm~~~?", Zen had innocently asked but you'd have to be an idiot not to realize the teasing connotation behind his question at that precise fluttering moment which had startled Mina to her core.

.

.

Oh no...

Oh no, no, no, no, no!

(º □ º l|l)/

WHAT FOUL EXPRESSIONS HAD SHE BEEN MAKING?!

.

.

If she were a cartoon, her nosebleed would have painted the entire living room in red.

Mina was falling deeper into her fluctuating emotions and by the end Zen too was resonating with the party planner's sentiments, his piercing orbs never leaving her reddened face during those final minutes of the musical. He no longer cared about witnessing the ending together with her, too busy imprinting this pretty flushed image of Mina into his memory forever. Not as an avatar, not as a picture, but the real human sitting in his living room and for whom his own heart was craving for.

There was not a single doubt into Zen's mind that he had the girl completely wrapped around his finger, Mina's clumsy attempts at concealing her leaking feelings rendering her effort useless against his more experienced eyes. But he had also gotten entangled to her charms without a visible escape in sight.

"..."

His happy, carefree mood had gradually vanished as well as he took a more pensive approach until he'd reached an outcome he couldn't avoid. "Hey jagi... I want to show you something before our time tonight is up.", he added in a more serious tone as he abruptly got up from the floor.

His sudden shift in mood had poured ice all over the heat ignited by watching the musical.

.

~oOo~

.

Mina was hesitant to follow suit since they were heading outdoors while her phone remained in the kitchen area. It's not like she didn't trust Zen, but... a small doubt was ever present. However, she'd calmed down relatively fast when reaching the top level of the building, exiting towards the terraced roof which had been covered by a thick layer of snow, minus the narrow trail leading towards a protected sitting area. The icy wind wasn't blasting anymore and the sky was partially covered by clouds, thus allowing the moonlight to shine brightly and illuminate the roof.

They'd both taken a seat on the stone bench, a reasonable gap set between them.

"It must have been quite the shock to learn that I was living in such an old fashioned neighborhood and in a basement unit of all places.", Zen began his story and carried a crooked smile in spite of Mina's frenetic reassurances that she didn't think much of it! It didn't bother her at all~! "I truly like living here and my favorite part of the building is this exact roof area. You can't find such an interesting view in other locations for this cheap. One of my older acquaintances had helped me get in touch with the owner of the flat and I've been living here ever since high school. I was lucky – I was barely able to afford the security deposit with the money I'd saved up until then."

The actor didn't dare steal another glance of Mina, and was instead aimlessly stargazing, Jumin's words still nagging at him annoyingly. They carried an uncomfortable truth that kept picking at the back of his mind ever since their exchange online. "You know... I won't deny having been extremely selfish when it comes to you ever since you've joined the R.F.A., even stopping you from leaving hours ago on the premise of dinner and watching my musical until it had gotten this late and dark outside."

"But... I'm just so incredibly happy to have a pleasant distraction from... *looks at his foot cast* from this..."

"I am so thankful that you'd wanted us to meet! I know it must not have been an easy decision for you to make! Your presence does cheer me up immensely..."

Mina softly gasped.

"I mean it...!"

"If it were up to me alone, I'd wanna keep you in my home even longer~!", he warmly chuckled however he froze the moment Mina had blurted out how she wouldn't have minded him extending her stay again for extra hours. Or until the very next day. "Huh...?", Zen was staring her in disbelief, searching for a sign that she was readying herself for a punch line.

"Oppa, I've meant every word! If... If you want me to stay... then I can stay!", she carried on with a bit more confidence this time as she firmly held onto his gaze without breaking eye contact.

"AIGOO!", Zen exploded, acting as if he were in fact the shy one of the duo, feeling an intense urge travelling throughout his body at that moment – a potentially dangerous urge aimed towards the party planner. 'Where had Mina found this hidden courage?!'

"Ja-ja-jagi-! You can't suggest such stuff so bluntly and carelessly! Are you a daredevil who's never scared of consequences?!"

"Who knows... It's too late to worry about consequences when you've already failed the tasks you had so... It is what it is.", she replied a bit dejected then came clean to Zen about Jumin's intentions with the cat commercial.

Or the tea one.

The actor had instantly grimaced and was about to complain to Mina about the CEO heir for using the party planner for his own selfish gains, but she had been the quicker one with her question. "Why are you always rejecting Jumin's help whenever he brings up projects for you? Ok, the cat one I can understand, but why reject the rest? I can't imagine him being insincere about each offer."

"I don't want anything to do with his corporate world!", he answered quite bitterly but seeing her expression souring from his raised voice, Zen had backtracked with an apology, and then continued. "I promised myself never to depend on the power of money and to avoid people's handouts regardless of their intention. Jumin Han included!"

"Why do you hate his world so much...?"

The actor fumbled a bit with his crutches before asking. "Do you really want to listen to the entire story...? It's not a short one."

Mina nodded powerfully – she was all eyes and ears. OwO

.

~oOo~

.

Zen grew up with strict conservative parents who were a pair of highly respected teachers within their community and his older brother of 10 years whom he'd last seen walking on the path of becoming some big shot lawyer. As a child, he had never once managed to connect with his parents or be anything other than a constant source of nuisance to them. His mother was his daily critique as his father would rarely be home, the most targeted aspect of him being his looks. For the longest time the actor believed he'd been born extremely ugly and the only way he could redeem himself in the eyes of his parents or achieve any form of success in this world was by studying his hardest.

He grew up believing that the adults and kids outside their family were only touching his face or pulling onto his hair just so they could mock him or, worse, harm him due to his freakish ugliness – that's why they were stalking him and even chasing him on the roads to school! Thus, he'd kept his hair relatively short up until middle school and had worked his hardest, trying to achieve the academic success that his parents had expected from him.

But even his best results paled in comparison to his brother's.

His mother's scolding sessions would be unyielding... it was a pretty miserable time to be honest.

That is, until his brother had come clean with their mother's true intentions, revealing that she'd merely wanted to protect his future and not have him stray towards a dangerous path and become a disgrace to their family legacy. Like what had happened to other members of their extended family. If she'd acknowledge how incredibly handsome he truly was, then he would be tempted by other professions and forget what was most important – being a doctor, a teacher or a lawyer were Zen's only viable options! And the actor had struggled a lot to navigate between his parents' desires that were in steep conflict with his own passions.

His brother used to be a person whom Zen adored and whom he could always confide in or rely on when he'd feel the obstacles were too difficult to surpass on his own. It felt like he wasn't alone in that cold house and it was comforting to have somebody by his side whom shared similar experiences, and who was willing to patiently listen to his concerns and help him with any ensuing struggles, whether it was with their parents, school work and other aspects of life in general. The actor had looked up to him a lot! After all, he used to be supportive of Zen's hobbies and interests outside of school, especially his piano lessons.

"Everything had changed when he entered university."

Their relationship culminated into a breaking point right after middle school, when Zen had reached out to tell his bro (when he returned home for the weekend) that he had decided in wanting to become a musical singer.

.

And money had been the changing factor in his attitude.

.

The guy had a taste of the riches awaiting him with a prized internship he had earned in a prestigious law firm! His brother had been thoroughly convinced right then and there that Zen's path in the arts would garner him no rewards or special accolades (the same type of condescending phrasing his parents would use), and that his rebellious selfishness would merely frustrate his family further!

He thought it was adorable when he was fantasizing about being an actor as a kid, but he needed to stop his antics as he was closing in high school in a few years. He needed to become more responsible with his life and make smarter decisions, and leave his hobbies as just that - hobbies.

Forget these tomfooleries!

And so, his brother began siding with his parents more and more during arguments, and was against every choice Zen would make, like him starting to grow out his hair or wishing to continue his piano lessons even after his mother had pulled him out of class. It seemed like everyone had formed a team and would have done anything to keep him from pursuing a career in acting, calling him stupid for having these ridiculous whims.

"My looks will be everything to people – they won't care about anything else. And after they get bored of my face, they will quickly learn how untalented I actually am, and I'll end up on the streets as a washed-up beggar with no university degree or chance to get a proper job. They couldn't bear have that association with me!", that cold statement had stabbed Mina's heart with many ice needles, planting both of her hands crossed onto her chest and holding herself tight.

"I could withstand my parent's belittling me, it didn't faze me anymore since it was a normal occurrence, but I couldn't bear hearing those words from my brother... that hurt so much, I'd felt so betrayed!"

"I'd packed my backpack with essentials and then waited, running away from home the night I knew they wouldn't be returning until later from celebrating my brother's achievement with his internship. They thought they had locked me indoors, but they didn't know I had a spare key under the mattress and the password to the alarm."

"Anyway, I'd wondered around places for a couple of years, and eventually ended up in this apartment building.", Zen said and soon shifted his talk towards the theatre and the day he'd been introduced to Jumin by Rika.

"Rika?!", Mina asked surprised.

"Yeah, we go back like 4 years I think. She was one of my earliest fans, and had visited me with V backstage after a show. It amazes me to this day how somebody like her was keeping an eye on me when I didn't even have my first breakthrough at that theatre.", the smile and faint blush Zen was showing at that memory was so warm... it had caught the girl by surprise, who shuddered at an ill thought creeping in her mind.

*slightly shakes her head* 'Why was she feeling like this about a person who wasn't with them anymore...?'

"She spoke to me about the R.F.A. and helped me get in contact with a person she said could become a great support for me during my career. I wasn't keen to following her request at first, but had accepted it anyway because... it felt like the least I could do for Rika after the amount of hope she'd given me back then."

"And that person was Jumin?"

"Yeah. It was like the memories of my brother had resurfaced out in waves. Both of them are made from the same cloth, I see the same arrogant attitude and appreciation they both have for business opportunities and money. Talent is not a factor in their world, might as well not be a top priority compared to the money they throw around or luck."

Mina chewed onto her lower lip and had to disagree with a point. "But... you can't disregard the importance of money or luck either... that's not how the world out there works."

*deep sigh* "They really are... But... I wanted to prove it. To myself and to the others who doubted me that it can be done. That I can do well without external help!"

.

"You'd accepted to work with Echo Girl's production team."

.

Zen chuckled painfully. "Yeah, come to think of it – to decide to participate in such a grand scale production out of the blue is at odds with what I'd just said... after all... guess even my convictions aren't strong enough! Same as my leg right know..."

"Or maybe not all external help is bad... and you shouldn't fight away opportunities just because money is involved or to prove a point to other people.", Zen turned to look at the party planner who had joined the stargazing activity, her eyes roaming around the night sky. "I don't believe that it's a bad thing to accept help or business opportunities if they align with your beliefs or if the people making the offers had acknowledged your talents and hard work."

"At least, it shouldn't be bad if it's from friends or even the R.F.A.~!"

Her gaze met with his once more, the actor suddenly laughing out loud and getting up from the bench, confusing the party planner as he used his crutch to walk towards the center of the roof through the snow. She was scared of the icy surface hidden by the snow and jumped next to him just in case. "Maaaaaan! I admit defeat in front of you!", he exclaimed dramatically and then admitted how he doesn't remember the last time he had been so at ease to talk about such matters with any person.

It was like he'd known her for years and not a week.

"We-Well!", she was scratching the side of her cheeks from the embarrassment and bouncing from one leg to another. "I'd also never talked much about myself with people...other than you – EEEEEK!"

.

*THUD*

.

The ice had defeated her.

.

~oOo~

.

Mina would have liked to admit that she'd fallen atop a smooth surface and nothing hurt inside her body, but Zen's torso wasn't a soft teddy-bear body-pillow type. Oh no, his was but a hardened wall even through the winter jacket. She thanked the heavens that she fell on the side which would hurt less, her injured wrist not worsening its condition as a result.

"Are you hurt?!", he asked concerned but relaxed when she shook her head.

"Sorry (E)... T-T", she cried out and was about to roll off of him, however she now noticed that he were holding her rightly around the waist, his arm keeping her steady and preventing her from getting up. "Zen –"

.

"You're a really strange girl, Mina Choi."

.

The party planner was unsure how to react to his observation, whether it was spoken in a positive manner or not. "In the end, I don't think it will ever be a good idea to have you stay over the night unless I have other company, too... Will just be impossible for me to ever accept!"

"..." So it wasn't a positive observation. T-T

"After all...", he added, moving his free hand to push a messy strand of her hair from covering her face and then lingering his hand on her burning cheek for too many seconds afterwards. "I won't be able to help myself if we're alone together the entire night. I'm a young guy... Just holding you like this right now is making me imagine what will happen."

Mina froze, images of that with someone like Zen making her palpitations skyrocket.

.

"For both our sakes, especially yours, you should go home before it's too late."

"I won't be able to forgive myself otherwise!"

~ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ ~

.

Zen's attempts to mentally and physically relax had culminated in him spending around 15-20 minutes in the cold shower – not his proudest minutes, but at least his beastly side had subdued after being awoken so viciously on the roof top – plus another couple to scrub the afflicted surfaces clean. After dropping on the couch and grabbing his phone, he realized that he had an array of DMs from – "Mina? Had she returned safely to the apartment already?"

.

.

"Oppa~!

I remembered something not long after leaving... ha ha ha!

I forgot to retrieve my USB drive...

ಥ◡ಥ

Ha ha ha!

...

Haaaa...

...

At least I didn't forget my phone~! *thumbs up*"

.

.

"Jagiya, oh noooo~!"

Zen had lightly chuckled and had a remorseful attitude when he saw the drive next to the TV – he had also forgotten about it completely, being around Mina had erased everything from his mind. Her messages had been sent 15 minutes ago.

.

~ RING RING RING ~

.

"Oh, did she return just to get it?", the actor was in slight distress, quickly throwing on his shirt and pants before leaping towards the door.

.

~ RING RING RING ~

.

"Yes, yes, I'm coming!", he'd swung the door opened, the USB drive in his hand when he was met with a pair of ocean eyes, and not the honey color he'd been accustomed with these past hours.

End note: I had a wee bit more time to fight off the nasty writer's block after finishing an important 2-years stage for my profession this June (exam interview might follow up in fall/winter maybe, if I'm feeling like it. Probably not.)

The writing has also been put on hold because of my gaming addictions. Not gonna lie, genshin impact has invaded every bit of my spare time, I don't think I've missed a day since the official international launch.

RIP!

So if anyone from Europe/PC-version wants to befriend me, hit me up with the UID codes. My friends keep quitting lel.

Cheers!
