A.N. I know some of you were disappointed by NSL Casagrande version. But I assure you things are going to be better now that Ronnie Anne's story is out of the way. I can focus on the rest of Loud's story. Lincoln still needs to find two of his sisters who are out there, and Lincoln is going to find out what happened to them. This story will have some flashbacks in them. I will be moving out soon to a dorm so this might be my last entry for a while.

Chapter 17. A Walk on The Wild Side.
Ronnie Anne and Carlota just finished explaining their story. Both Luna, Lynn, Leni, Lola, and Lincoln sat in still silents for a whole minute. Even though Ronnie Anne felt it was time to get this burden off her chest, she still had a bad feeling about the rest of the Loud family. Especially Lynn, True both Lynn and Ronnie Anne did horrible and terrible things to their own family in the past, But Ronnie Anne got off scot-free and went on to a career in law enforcement. Lynn, on the other hand, spent five years in Juvie and had countless jobs that did not last long. To Lynn, it seemed as if Ronnie Anne, who was just as bad, got only a slap on the wrist. While she paid the ultimate price.
Ronnie Anne was more worried about Lincoln who just stood in the corner looking down at the floor and did not even bat an eye towards Ronnie Anne. Ronnie Anne took a deep breath and asked.
"Lincoln, are...are you alright?"
With his back still turned, not even turning his head in a deep voice he said. "You know Ronnie I do have mixed feelings about you. Part of me is shocked, appalled, and disgusted by what you did to your cousin. But a part of me does feel sorry for you."
Ronnie Anne had just as many mixed feelings as well; she felt relieved by getting this out while bowing her head in shame.
The Loud sisters on the other hand were not so understanding, especially Luna and Lynn. The two went through years of hell for what they did to Lincoln. Ronnie Anne's cousin who is now in jail because she was no better and she was living a life of fighting crime. Ronnie Anne looked like a superhero while the rest of the Loud sisters were painted as villains.
Just then Ronnie Anne looked back at Lincoln and his four sisters and said. "If it makes you feel any better, I also know where Lana is."
At that moment Leni's, Luna's, Lynn's, Lincoln's, and Lola's expression lit up a little up.
"Relly, you know where Lana is !?" Lincoln asked with excitement
Lola was more upset than excited. "Wait! Why Didn't you Tell Me You Knew Were Lana Was?"
"Because You never asked." Ronnie Anne pointed out.
Even thought Lola had never seen her twin sister in over twenty years she still thought about her. Even though the two were about as different as two people could be, Lola was the closest to her than any of her siblings.
"Have you ever been to the Great Lake's City Zoo?" Ronnie Anne asked
"Officer Santiago, we've just been up there to visit your brother and his family." Lincoln explained
"I was asking Lola and Please call me Ronnie Anne." Ronnie Anne said
"Well once!" Lola said
"Tell you five what! There is a public parking lot by the Great Lakes City Zoo! Here is the Address." Ronnie Anne explained as she wrote on a piece of paper the address of both the parking lot and the zoo. Within seconds Lincoln was sitting behind the wheel of his rented car with is sister Luna was riding shot gun and the other three sisters crammed into the back seat.
Within three hours Lincoln arrived at Great Lakes City and found the Zoo and the parking lot.
As soon as the five got out they walked out to the street corner where Ronnie Anne was waiting for them.
"Hey everyone, Are you ready?" Ronnie Anne asked
"Do you know where Lana is?" Lola asked
"Of course, now keep in mind The Great Lakes City Zoo is a huge complex, you can easily get lost inside." Ronnie Anne explained.
"So where are we going from here?" Lincoln asked
"First stop is The Bird Sanctuary!" Ronnie Anne said.
"The Bird Sanctuary!?" Lynn asked, a little confused.
"Lana got a job taking care of birds?" Leni asked
"We'll not Lana, My old school friend and Lana's adopted big sister Sid work's the Bird sanctuary." Ronnie Anne explained.
"Why cant we just go to Lana?" Luna asked
"I need to see first if Lana is available." Ronnie Anne stated.
Ronnie Anne lead the five to the entrance of the Bird Sanctuary at the Great Lake City Zoo. Before entering Ronnie Anne turned around one last time and said.
"Oh Just one last thing. Lana is not a Loud anymore, she is a Chang. After being adopted by the Chang's she took their name.
As the six entered the bird sanctuary they looked around in amazement. There were Eagles, Hawks, Vultures, Owl's and all sorts of different birds of distinct kinds flying and nesting above them. In smaller cages there were countless different smaller birds of every kind. Soon the five went into an aria were there were a lot of large land birds, Ostridge's, and Emu's. And a huge bird that looked like an Emu, but it had a blue head, a large dark grey cress on its head, and a pink waddle. It looked at Lincoln with intensive expression. Maybe it had something to do about Lincoln white hair. After a while it jumped over the pen it was in and charged at Lincoln. Lincoln froze in fear. But just before it reached Lincoln. A call came out of nowhere.
"Quoo Woop, Quoo Woop Quoo Woop!"
At that moment, the large bird stopped it and walked back its pen.
An Asian woman in a green shirt and green cargo shorts was standing by the pen. A woman Ronnie Anne knew all to well.
"Sid!" Ronnie Anne called out
The woman who called back the big bird was none other than Sid Chang. Sid walked up to Lincoln and said. "I think Gary our Cassowary likes you a little too much."
Lincoln was a little shaken and disturbed by the encounter, he said. "Gary...is that the name of..."
"Yep, it's a good thing I came to you in time. Cassowaries are the most dangerous birds in the world. They can castrate a man with one swing of it claw. If I didn't show up, he might be eating your dead by a Cassowary by now." Sid explained
Even though he was still a little shaken after his encounter with Gary Lincoln regained his composure and questioned Sid.
"Excuse me Your name is Sid Chang?" Lincoln asked
"Yes and You?" Sid asked
"I'm Lincoln Louder, I understand a while back your parents adopted a young girl named Lana?" Lincoln stated
"Yep, Lana Chang works the reptile house, She's the Zoo's Reptile Rangler, she Rangles snakes, snapping turtles, alligators, and crocodilians." Sid explained
A little perplexed Sid then asked "Why?"
"Well you do know that Lana is adopted right?" Lincoln asked
"That I do." Sid said
Lincoln then openly stated. "I'm her brother."
At that moment Sid froze and her mind went racing back to her childhood after Lana was adopted
…...20 years earlier...
After Lana got settled into her new room with her new family, Sid walked in for a chance to get to know her new sister.
"So Um Lana where are you from?" She asked
"Royal Woods." Lana answered
"Oh, is that in Michigan?" Sid asked
"Yep, it's about a three-hour drive south of here." Lana explained
"So um how did you get to be with us? Did your parent die?" Sid asked about her might bring up bad memories but was still curious about Lana's past life.
"Nope My parent aren't dead they are just in prison." Lana answered
Sid felt a little sorry and concerned for Lana. What did her parents did that landed them in prison, why were they in prison?
"Land. What did your parents do to you?" Sid asked
At that moment Lana facial expression turned from that of joy and optimism to that of sorrow and grief. "I Came from a big family." Lana started as tears began to fill her eyes.
"My brother...Lincoln and I...We were close. I always looked up to him." Lana said as tears ran down her face.
"One of my older sisters convinced the entire family that he was Bad Luck, and we kick him out of the house...He...He may have also used it as an excuse to get out of attending our functions." Lana said as she continued crying
"The police came to our house. My parents and my older sister who threatened my brother were both put on trial...I always looked up to him...He was a good big brother." Lana said as she continued crying.
Feeling sorry for her newly adopted sister, Sid walked over to her and pulled her into a hug.
"It's going to be alright Lana, it's going to be alright." Sid said comforting her adopted sister.
…...Present Day...
The memory of Lana telling her about her brother and the guilt she felt after her brother's trial stuck with Sid till the very day. After a While Sid asked.
"You want to see you sister?"
"We Want to see our sister." Lynn said
"And who are they?" Sid asked
Leni, Luna, Lynn, and Lola were perplexed. Sid knew Lincoln was Lana's brother, but she was unfamiliar with the rest of Lana's family.
"We're her sister!" Lola explained
"It's true we both came from the same family." Lincoln said
After a while Sid shook off the feeling and said. "Alright you five come with me."
Sid escorted the five siblings to their sister. A littler agitated Lola asked. "So Lana never told you about us?"
"Nope all she said was that she has an older brother whom she used to look up to." Sid explained
Lola looked down dejected. "I'm her twin sister."
Sid lead the five to the reptile house were there were a lot of glass cages filled with all sorts of snakes, Lizards, turtles, from all over the world. There were also pits where they had alligators and crocodiles, inside one of the pits a certan woman was feeding the crocodiles she was more muscular built than Sid she was wearing a brown shirt and green cargo short, she had blond hair braided back into a ponytail. She was called each of the crocodiles by name and threw stakes to each of them.
"Aldo!", "Bandit!" "Smoky!" "Fluffy!" she cry out as she threw stakes to each of the crocodiles.
Lincoln looked down and asked. "What kind of a name is Fluffy for a crocodile?"
The woman looks up and as soon as she sees the man with the white hair. As soon as she realized who it was she screams out.
"LINCOLN!"
The woman was none other than Lana Chang, formerly known as Lana Loud, Lincoln sister with a big smile on her face she jumped out of the Crocodile pit ran over and picked up Lincoln and held him in a hug.
Lincoln smiled and laughed. "You have gotten bigger since I last seen you! And stronger!" He said as he began to giggle.
While Lincoln and Lana were both overjoyed to see each other, the rest of the sisters felt left out.
"Oh Lana, I did bring our other sisters along." Lincoln said
Lana then saw Lola she looked rejected. "Oh hay Lol's" Lana said
"It's alright I understand." Lola said I a dejected tone.
Then she saw Lynn and Lana's first reaction was. "What is she doing..." before Lana can finish her sentence Lincoln stepped in and said. "Wait we've talked things over."
"You guys talk things over?" Lana asked
"It's true sis, Bro's more forgiving than ever." Luna explained.
"Lans I'm married now I have a wife and three sons." Lincoln explained.
Lana was overjoyed at the sound of her brothers having his own family. Still curious, Lana asked. "So, Lincoln how did you know I was here?"
At that moment out of nowhere a voice called out. "I told him."
And sure, enough, Ronnie Anne was standing in the back of the reptile house.
After seeing Ronnie Anne, a memory played back in Lana's head as well.
….20 Years Earlier...
After Carl "Big-C" Casagrande was tried and convicted of murder, Ronnie Anne was now both grounded for an exceedingly long deration that felt like life, as well as planning a future career in law enforcement to atone for her error. One of the apartments in the building the Casagrande's lived in was vacant and a family was looking to rent it. Rosa made Ronnie Anne show the apartment to the family.
As Ronnie Anne introduced herself to the family's two parents. They were the Chang's, Stanley and his wife Becca were escorted by Ronnie Anne to the vacant apartment.
"This is the apartment, it is a three-bedroom apartment with kitchen, one bathroom, with a kitchen and living room." Ronnie Anne explained as she showed the Chang's the Apartment.
"So, Hun, what do you think?" Becca asked her husband.
"We'll we do have three kids; I suppose Adelaide and Lana could share a room together." Stanley said
"Great we'll take it!" Becca said
With no further a due the Chang family was moving into the Casagranda's apartment building. As soon as Becca got her three daughters together, she introduced them to Ronnie Anne.
"Girls this is your new neighbor Ronnie Anne!" Becca said
As soon as Ronnie Anne and Lana locked eyes with each other the two froze like two deer caught in a headlight. Lana fully aware of Ronnie Anne relationship with her older brother. And Ronnie Anne aware of Lincoln's younger sister.
"So I'll let you two get acquainted, I'll go out and help your father move into the apartment." Becca said
After she left Ronnie Anne alone with the three Chang sister Ronnie Anne spoke. "So..um...Lana. You were adopted by the Chang's?"
"You know her?" Sid asked
Lana worried and in a shacky voice said. "Remember what I told you about my past family and my brother..."
"Her brother was my best friend." Ronnie Anne explained.
At that moment Lana looked like she was on the verge of tears. Ronnie Anne was aware of her own mistakes and her own incident with her cousin took a knee down to Lana and said. "Look Lana, you are not a bad person, you only made a bad choice. I know I have made bad choices in the past myself."
Ronnie Anne character was completely different from her Royal Woods counterpart. Instead of a ruff tuff tomboy who would bully and knock down anyone or anything that got in her path. She was a kinder and more considerate person.
A smile did come to Lana's face.
After a while Becca and Stanly Sid, Adelaide, and Lana's parents came into the Apartment. Ronnie Anne spoke first. "Mr. Chang, I was wounder would it be all right if Sid, Adelaide, and Lana joined my family for dinner?"
This was a great relief for the Chang's. With them moving into a new apartment Stanley and Becca didn't have any plans for dinner. With their children having dinner with the buildings manager made it easier for them.
Ronnie Anne went back up to her family's apartment. "Abuela We're having guest over for dinner." Ronnie Anne told her grandmother. Rosa was delighted that Rannie Anne invited the new tenants of the apartment over for dinner.
Rosa began to cooking up extra food for the new arrivals.
Hector Ronnie Anne's grandfather asked. "So Ronalda what are the new tenants like?"
"I think I can better explain them to you when you meet them in person." Ronnie Anne explained
As the entire Casagrande family gathered to greet the new tenants including Bobby and Maria Ronnie Anne's Brother and Mother. As soon as Sid, Adelaide, and Lana came over. As soon as Ronnie Anna brought the three children in Rosa and Hector greeted them with. But Bobby quickly caught on.
"Hey! That's One Of Lincoln sisters!" Bobby shouted out as he pointed to Lana.
Discourage by this Lana stepped back But Ronnie Anne stood up for Lana.
"I Know, The Chang's adopted her, Look Everyone. You all know I messed up big time with Carl, She messed up too, but you guys still gave me a second chance, Lana disserves a second chance just like me." Ronnie Anne explained.
At this the entire Casagrande family agreed with Ronnie Anne and welcomed the former Loud girl into the Apartment as family.
…. Present Day....
The rest of the day went great for Lincoln and his five sisters. The six spent the day walking through the Zoo. Looking at all kinds of animals and even went to the big Cat sanctuary where they kept Lions, Tigers, Leopards, Jaguars, Puma's, and Cougars. It was also where Adelaide Sid's Sister and Lana's adopted sister worked. Sid, Adelaide and the other six loud siblings talked for hours about their families and their lives.
After a long day that spanning a trip to the Royal Woods Elementary School, a Mental Institution, The Royal Woods Mall, and the Great Lake City Zoo. Lincoln, Luna, and Lynn came back to the Hotel room were His Wife Kate and his three Son's Michael, Jeffrey and Franklin were staying.
Concerned and worried about her husband being out for so long, Kate asked.
"Lincoln where were you all this time!?"
"Turns out your sisters-in-law's are closer than I thought." Lincoln said
"So does that mean I'll be see them soon?" Kate asked.
Lincoln pressed his lips together. "You may see three of them soon. Two of them are twins. One works at the zoo, the other two work at the mall. But the mental state of one of them I am deeply concerned about."
Knowing her husband worried look Kate asked. "Why, What's Wrong with her?"
Lincoln took a deep "Well, she is currently in a Mental institution. She's been in a catatonic state for ten years, and she only started to speak after I came in for a visit."
Kate sat in silence for a good minute. Then she asked. "Do you think your one sister who is in the mental hospital will be out one day?"
Lincoln looked up. "I don't know."
As it was getting late Kate and Lincoln were getting ready for bed, then Kate said to Lincoln, you know we've been up in Michigan for only three days and Alread you've met your parents and seven of your sisters."
Lincoln turned back to Kate and said. "I have other Sisters out there."
The two went into a fast night sleep knowing full on that Lincoln search for the rest of his family will continue in the morning.
