Night time has arrived at the Mushroom Gorge, with the waddling Goombas on the yellow dirt paved road snoozing away in the various green bushes. Toadette was present, as expected, appreciating the serenity of the night as she was walking around the wild course.
"Ahh... it's so peaceful here." Toadette commented as she smiled, her hands behind her back as she felt the nice cool breezes of the wind. "It's too bad no one comes here while it's dark. The moon really makes things shine in a different light."
"That's because most people are sleeping at this time," Dry Bowser commented as he was sitting on the wooden bridge that led to the giant green bouncing mushroom. "It's close to midnight, Toadette. You should get some sleep."
Toadette yawned loudly as she stretched her arms, shaking her head as she placed her hands on her hips. "Sleep? Ha! I don't need to sleep, DB! I'm perfectly content with staying awake all night long! Yeah... perfectly..." Letting out another cute yawn, Toadette blinked as she sat down on the smooth green grass, closing her eyes as she smiled, snoozing quietly.
Dry Bowser rolled his eyes as he watched Toadette snooze, his skeletal arms folded together. "That kid doesn't have the backbone to stay awake. How pathetic, yet cute." He commented.
