Just a heads up, I do accept suggestions and new ideas. (And not just for this.)

Quirk: God Hands. (Dark Hole & Phoenix Thrower.)
Type: Mutant.
Description: Gives the user hands that look like gauntlets, and each one holds great power. One hand holds an alternate version of Miroku's wind tunnel from Inuyasha, that can be turned on or off, and is not nearly as vulnerable to poison. The other hand fires huge birds made entirely of fiery plasma, capable of destroying or causing massive damage to virtually anything they hit. (Much like that guy with the dragon thrower from Digimon Frontier.)
Drawbacks: Both are extremely destructive and there's no way to control the power, which greatly limits where and when they can be used safely.

Quirk: Dungeon Master.
Type: Emitter.
Description: The user of this quirk can quickly dig out a giant maze and transform it into a fantasy dungeon, where monsters and treasures spawn regularly. Anyone who tries to traverse these dungeons can be given access to a levelling up power, enabling them to get stronger.
Drawbacks: Most of the monsters are extremely aggressive and will attack on sight. If the dungeon's not sealed off, then anyone can get in, and the monsters can get out, but if the dungeon is sealed off, then launching rescues becomes nearly impossible. Also, the dungeons tend to block cell phone reception.

Quirk: Breast control.
Type: Transformation.
Description: User can modify her breasts, as well as the breasts of any woman she comes in contact with, in whatever way she wants, including adjusting size, shape, firmness, weight, sensitivity, and milk production, as well as removing tumours, implants, and other foreign objects. Can also make breasts suck poisons and diseases out of the entire body like sponges, and then expel them out the nipples in liquid form.
Drawbacks: Physical contact is required, and the user can't install quirks or other powers in the breasts. (Also, the user has exhibitionism tendencies, as well as an active lust for large breasted women, which she claims are side effects of her quirk, but it seems everybody doubts that.)
