Gracie had been having a lot tantrums since that day out, with Mike and Rachel in Central Park the other day and it's been getting worse and worse! When Ray picked her up from school and took her back to the firm so she can go to the library, so Gracie can wait for Harvey and Donna still work until least seven PM the latest. Even though she is only young Harvey and Donna can't tolerate the amount of screaming and crying especially when they are coming home from work especially late at night. Donna was having a hard time settling Gracie at night because Gracie didn't like to have a bedtime and she knew it was past a certain time that she needed to be in bed and sometimes Harvey wasn't home. Donna was getting exhausted everyday more and more because she had to deal with work and Gracie, even though she had to make dinner, and do the homework with Gracie which now she had refused to do and act up because she knew that Harvey wasn't around most of the time but on the weekends he was around so Gracie had no choice but to sit and do the homework.

"Gracie Rose are you going to do your homework now?" Donna asked as she set her daughter's homework on the breakfast bar hoping that Gracie will comply.

"No, I don't have any homework I have done it in school." As Gracie pulled a sly smirk to try and pull a fast one for her mom.

"Are you kidding me right now? I have it right here all waiting for you. Come here I'll sit with you and do the homework with you honey come here, Gracie you do realise it's the law to do homework." Donna sat down and put her hand on the counter.

"No! It's not! Ask daddy he knows the law he's a lawyer." Donna raised her eyebrow and laughed.

"Young lady, come here and sit with me to do your homework, otherwise you'll get no gifts for your birthday and Christmas no let's go and I mean it!" Donna pointed to her daughter's chair as Gracie looked shocked and stared at her mother in complete shock.

"Mama you can't do that! That is a violation of my gifts!" As Gracie pouted towards her homework knowing that she wasn't going to win this battle.

"Then all you have to do this homework haven't you? Come on I am here to help you that why I am here sitting here angel come on, it won't take long and when you're finished daddy will be home and you can spend time with him Gracie this is why daddy doesn't spend a lot of time with you, because you don't do your homework." As Donna pats the barstool and smiles as Gracie hesitantly climbs next to her mother and grabs her favourite pencil.

"But it's hard, I can't do it mommy look it's not as easy as the other homeworks anymore I can't do it! Please I don't want to do it, don't make me do it!" As Gracie had tears in her eyes and Donna sighed.

"You can do it honey, your just not trying I am trying to help you Gracie, Gracie come back here and do your homework, do not turn on the TV, Gracie, okay I am going to call daddy and tell him your not listening to me, you want me to call daddy and tell him your not listening to me." Donna said in a warning tone, as Donna stood up from barstool and went after her daughter Gracie was being so cheeky and didn't want to do any of her homework.

"This is the hardest homework I have ever done, you can't force me to do this!" Gracie stomped her floor on the marble flooring, as she threatened to walk away.

"You walk away from me you'll go to your bedroom and have no TV, or any treats for the rest of the week and I mean it." Donna threatened with a sly smile on her face as she got her work out from the firm as she was getting fed up from her daughter's behaviour and wanted to start on dinner already as it was getting quite late.

"No you can't do that." Gracie had tears coming from her eyes as she knew her mom was serious and wasn't joking.

"Come on then honey I'm here to help you." As Donna laughed as she gave her daughter a hug.

Harvey meanwhile at Pearson Specter was sitting in his office was working hard on a case with Jessica, this case was taking forever and he wished that Mike was still working with him he was his right hand man always and he missed Mike terribly and he knew that Mike was always at the end of the phone, even though he had his own firm to run in Seattle. But it didn't stop then from having their own conversations from time to time it was like having their own father and son moments, Harvey missed him terribly! And so did Jessica, Jessica knew that Mike was a genius, he even missed Rachel too even though she was his associate too before she left the firm.

It was crazy that they had moved on and that everything had changed for the better because Harvey didn't think that his adopted son would run his own firm and he a proper lawyer. He sighed and looked at the photos on his desk of his daughter growing up. And another picture with Donna and Gracie at a gala dinner for the firm a couple of years ago and another one with with all of them them at a party at Lucy's 4th birthday party. He couldn't be any more prouder, everything just seemed to be a blur and changing for the better and making up with his mom a few years before Gracie was born and he didn't regret it either.

Once it was the evening it was now eight thirty Donna managed to her Gracie to bed after tantrums and bath time, as well as the homework that Gracie didn't want to do as she said it was too hard even though she's in second grade, Donna was beginning to wonder if the school work was too hard for her and something wasn't right with Gracie because Donna worked out that she could do it, even though she hasn't been in school for a few years now and as a parent she was starting to get worried about Gracie acting up more and more, once Harvey would get home she wanted to desperately wanted to speak to him about Gracie and about her school.

"Hey." Harvey closed the door of the apartment quietly as he knew that Gracie might be sleeping in bed.

"Hey, why are you back so late? It's nearly 9:30." Donna got up from the couch as she hugged Harvey lovingly knowing she missed Harvey.

"I love you so much." As Harvey hugged her back as kissed her neck.

"Here come and sit at the table I saved you some dinner, Gracie wanted to wait up but it was too late for her." As Donna got their dinner out from the oven as Harvey took his tie and suit jacket off and rolled up his sleeves and sat down at the dining table with Donna with a bottle of red wine that she opened.

"How was it with her today? Was she okay?" Harvey ate his food as Donna looked at him and smiled.

"She was a little wild today, that's why I want to speak to you." Donna sat next to him.

"Okay? What's going on? Is she acting up or something?" Harvey looked into Donna's eyes for an answer, Donna sighed and put her hands to her face as she had a tiring day with Gracie and her homework.

"Harvey... she can't do her class work or her homework, she's finding it hard to her work and I can't help her." Donna had tears coming from her eyes as Harvey took her hands and comforted his wife.

"Hey, hey we can sort this out. We can go to Gracie's school and explain that she can't do the homework, why what exactly happened today?" Harvey looked for an answer.

"I don't know Harvey... Gracie got into a tantrum because she kept on saying that she couldn't do the homework, because she kept on saying it was too hard! I didn't know she was struggling in school, non of the teachers have been in touch with us! How can they do they do that to us?!" Donna for frustrated as Harvey tried to calm her down.

"Okay, okay listen to me I am going to ring the school tomorrow and see that hell is happening with this shit okay? I am not having our daughter struggle in school and if they do nothing, we will move her to an amazing private school upstate. That a good plan?" Harvey suggested as Donna smiled and nodded as she wiped away her tears.
