"Last time on… Survivor!"
"Helen Gravley and the honey queen found themselves on the bottom of the Gen X tribe!"
"I don't know what to think. We HAVE to win the next immunity challenge or one of us is going to be out. We should probably talk to Pac-Man and Oak and see why the hell they flipped on us for those jerks." Honey Queen said, sitting down.
"While Helen Gravley and Honey queen were trying to figure out how to get a better spot on the tribe, Bayonetta had Ryu and Snake wrapped around her fingers!"
"At the exile challenges, Peter declined the offer and kept his vote!
"On the Millennials tribe, Fox and Sonic had a huge fight, which brought the team morale down, as well as Fox's leadership role! Then, a new pack was made between Zelda, Meta Knight, Yuri, and Link!"
"You're close with Yuri, I'm close with meta knight, it's perfect." Link told her. Zelda nodded.
"We got this!" Zelda shook Link's hand as the camera slowly zoomed in to Fox sitting on a log staring at the ocean.
"At the challenge, the Millennial tribe succeeded and won their second challenge, while the Gen X tribe lost due to Peter throwing the challenge."
"At tribal council, Peter's luck ran out! And he became the second person voted out of the island!"
"Second person voted out of Survivor Millennials vs Gen X… Peter, bring me your torch."
"18 left… What will happen next?"
The moon was in a crescent shape tonight.
The seven Gen X'ers walked back to camp. All were satisfied with the decision they made. Besides one…
Snake (Special Operations Soldier, Gen X) "Honestly, I don't like how we voted out Peter. Of course, for my game it was very smart to keep him around since he was starting to become my little puppet. So, I'm obviously disappointed that I wasn't able to keep him around a bit longer. But hey what can I do? I just have to stay calm and keep moving. Because I'm still in a pretty good spot in my alliance, and all we have to do is just regroup and keep rolling. Let's obviously try not and lose the third challenge in a row though… I'm done losing." Snake shook his head.
"Let's just try not and lose again." Helen Gravley said.
Helen Gravley (Hotel Owner, Gen X) "I know I'm going to be walking out the other side of tribal council next time if we lose once again. So, this win is a MUST win. We have to prove that the Gen X tribe can win a challenge, because after our performance the past two challenges, I bet everyone's starting to speculate this season being a rough one for us."
"Thank you all for keeping me, it means a lot." Helen gravely told her tribe.
"No problem, it was the right decision clearly. You're a better teammate than Peter, and that's what it came down to." Oak told her.
"Unfortunately, I'm still in a horrible position but, honestly, this money would mean a lot to me. Before coming here, I was in a load of debt due to gambling and getting too crazy with my money. I could lose my job, my hotel, my home, everything! I'm getting things worked out, but the money would definitely make things way easier for me."
"I wonder how Honey Queen is doing on the exile challenges," Bayonetta told Snake.
"Worst case scenario is she chose to play, and she now has an advantage that could potentially get one of us out."
"Like an idol?"
Snake nodded.
"I don't think we have too much to worry about. I think the exile challenges will be very physically demanding that only a few people in this game will be able to do honestly." Bayonetta said.
"Would you be able to do it?" Snake asked.
"Of course, I would, but you're who I have to worry about." Bayonetta laughed.
Snake scoffed and did a small laugh.
"Can I ask something?" Bayonetta asked.
"Yes, you can."
"What is your real name?"
"Huh?"
"Your name CAN'T be snake."
Snake couldn't help but laugh. "Yes, this is true. Snake is a nickname for me. I got it from my friends when I was younger. My real name is David."
"What a nice name." Bayonetta smiled.
"Now what about YOU is Bayonetta your real name?" Snake said, now having fun.
"No, it's not actually! My real name is Cereza, I use it as my last name though now. Bayonetta just sounds way cooler."
"Not as cool as David." Snake shook his head.
"Oh, shut up." Bayonetta laughed.
Ryu saw this interaction and shook his head. How much was he really appreciated in this trio? Was he just a steppingstone to their success? He didn't know, but he knew he had to be more cautious.
Exile
The honey queen then thought about what type of advantage she could earn. It could even be a hidden immunity idol.
"I'll do it."
"I think." The honey queen was at the same spot she was where we left off.
"I don't know…. I want to at least know what the challenge is. Because I don't want to hurt myself, and that's what can end up happening if I'm not careful. AND ALSO, losing my vote would be the worst possible case scenario…"
The honey queen kept thinking.
"Okay, what if Helen Gravley ended up staying this tribal council. That would be good because she obviously managed to get people on our side. She probably got us the numbers, so losing my vote would be HORRIBLE. And that has a high chance of happening if I play this. "
The more and more the Honey Queen considered the fact that if Helen Gravley makes it out of this tribal council, then there's a chance that they would be in a good spot, the more she decided she didn't want to play. She knew her physical attributes weren't perfect, and the challenge probably had a lot to do with them.
"Survivor is a game of chance. I'm gambling with my life in this game right now but… I think it's best for me if I don't play it and protect my vote."
Honey Queen walked away. Now since that was over, it was time to set up a camp for the night. She walked over to the camp that Peter made, and she immediately rolled her eyes. It looked horrible, and it seemed like it would break and fall down in the middle of the night. So, the Honey Queen sighed and looked for materials to make the shelter better.
Now
About four hours later, while everybody on the other camps was sleeping peacefully, Honey Queen was rolling around in her shelter trying to find a comfortable spot in the shelter. Of course, it was thundering and loud at exile, so Honey Queen had a way harder time dealing with everything going on.
Honey Queen (Queen, Gen X) "Now that I'm, here, I feel I definitely have taken everything for granted back home. Back home I received EVERYTHING I wanted in an instant! Now I actually have to earn and work for what I get. And not only that but struggle in getting what I want. So far, this game hasn't been the most ideal experience. According to Murphy's law, if anything can go wrong, it will. And that's basically been this experience for me. This is way different than anything in my normal life. So, I guess I'm learning how to adapt, and now I understand how people that aren't as privileged as I feel.
The camera shut off as Honey Queen was shivering in the shelter.
Day 7
The camera showed the ocean with low music playing in the background, as the camera moved faster from the ocean to the beach the music got louder once the camera got to the beach, it showed the island.
"Come on in everyone!"
The two tribes walked in from different sides of the island.
"Millennials getting your first look at the Gen X tribe…"
The millennials looked over as the Gen X tribe just placed in their flag.
"Peter voted out of the last tribal council."
The millennials nodded, not finding it a surprise at all.
"Alright… Welcome to your FIRST reward challenge."
Both tribes clapped and cheered.
"Everyone say hi to Honey Queen, she has returned from exile island."
Everyone clapped and waved to the bee. Honey Queen happily ran over to her tribe.
"Seeing Helen Gravely stayed is AMAZING. I don't know how she would feel about me not choosing to play in the exile challenge, but so far, I'm feeling like I made the right decision." Honey Queen said nodding.
"Are you guys ready for your FIRST reward challenge?"
Everyone nodded.
"Today, eight players on both tribes will be put in four boy/girl and girl/boy pairs. Those pairs will be locked together and run a few obstacles together. The first obstacle will be a huge ramp you must climb over. The next is a balance beam, which you will have to be VERY patient on. And the final is at a rope net you must crawl under. Once you're finished with the obstacles, there'll be a key. Use this key to unlock your lock, and once everyone is unlocked, you must make four sandbags onto four different platforms. The first team to make all four sandbags on the platform wins reward. All four pairs can go at the same time during the obstacles but must wait for their whole team once they've finished one. Any questions?" Toad asked.
"Alright. Wanna see what you're playing for?"
"OF COURSE!" Ryu yelled as both tribes clapped.
"Today you'll be playing for…"
Toad took the red blanket off the…
"Coffee and Pastries!"
Everyone clapped and some even jumped up and down, full of excitement.
"Cinnamon buns, croissants, and much more!" Toad said. "Is this worth playing for?"
"YES!" Helen Gravley yelled as everyone clapped and cheered.
"Before we start, millennials, you must sit one man and one woman out."
The millennials tribe quickly discussed who would be sitting out amongst them.
Fox and Yuri raised their hands after they broke out the huddle.
"Fox, Yuri, go sit on the bench. For the rest of you, find a pair!"
Everyone was soon in a pair and lined up on the obstacle course in front of their teams' mat.
"For the Millennial tribe, the pairs are Lucina and Link, Samus and Sonic, Olivia and Izuku, and Meta Knight and Zelda!" Toad said while looking at the Millennial tribe. He then turned over to the Gen X tribe.
"The Gen X pairs are Ryu and Honey Queen, Helen Gravley and Oak, Bayonetta and Snake, and Cackletta and Pac Man!"
Everyone on the mats nodded.
Toad raised his hands up, "Survivors ready…? GO!"
The eight pairs ran as fast as they could to the first obstacle, it was a huge ramp they had to climb up with the help of their partner. Bayonetta and Snake got off to a fast start, but Sonic and Samus were not too far behind. The only team that seemed to struggle was Ryu and Honey Queen since they just couldn't find the right coordination.
"Sonic and Samus are the first team-up the ramp, followed QUICKLY by Bayonetta and Snake, and Zelda and Meta Knight! Lucina and Link and Helen Gravely and Oak are not too far behind!"
"LET'S GO! MOVE!" Fox yelled like he was a high school football coach.
Soon enough, every team was finished with the ramp besides Ryu and Honey Queen. Ryu tried his hardest not to get frustrated because every pair on the Millennials tribe was still figuring out how they would get through the balance beam while they were struggling on how to get up the ramp still.
Link and Lucina were very fast and efficient on the balance beam, this was the reason they were the first team to complete the second obstacle for their team.
"Link and Lucina finish the balance beam, Ryu and Honey Queen NEED to MOVE!" Toad said with much intensity.
Zelda and Meta Knight decided to use the old trick and slide across the balance beam while sitting, the rest of the tribe mimicked this, and it seemed like the Millennials tribe had a very effective strategy.
"The Millennials tribe starting to use different ways to go across this balance beam! They're doing a great job at being creative, which is what you have to be in this challenge!"
Pac Man ran up to Ryu and Honey Queen and held out his hand for them. Ryu and Honey Queen ended up getting up the ramp and the Gen X tribe was back in the race.
"Someone FINALLY going to help Ryu and Honey Queen! JUST what they needed at a time like this!"
While this was going on, Zelda and Meta knight finished the balance beam, Olivia and Izuku were in the middle of the balance beam and Sonic and Samus were right behind them.
"The Millennials strategy is very slow… But efficient! Will the Gen X tribe have time to catch up?"
Bayonetta and Snake went across the balance beam EASILY and didn't even break a sweat.
"Bayonetta and Snake get across the balance beam FIRST try! Helen Gravely and Oak are now attempting to finish it!"
Helen Gravely and Oak had a strategy, to think about ANYTHING than what they were actually doing, Oak thought about all the Pokémon in his lab that would be very proud if he came back with the money, and Helen Gravely thought about new hotel furniture she could buy. Before they knew it, they were across the balance beam and the game was tied.
"The Gen X tribe tie the game!" Toad yelled as Snake and Bayonetta clapped very fast for their teammates.
But about a minute later, Olivia and Izuku were finished with the balance beam, and Sonic and Samus weren't too far away from being done either.
"The MILLENNIALS are nearly done! Sonic and Samus have to get over the balance beam!"
Ryu and Honey Queen, thanks to the help of Ryu's martial art skills, were getting across the balance beam smoothly.
But Sonic and Samus finished the balance beam and now the Millennials were finished with the balance beam and were able to go through the net rope.
"GO MILLENNIALS!"
Ryu and Honey Queen were able to smoothly make it across the balance beam, not as fast as Snake and Bayonetta and Oak and Helen Gravely, but nonetheless got the job done.
Cackletta and Bayonetta went through the balance beam too, being able to finish it.
"GO, GEN X!"
The Millennials were already finished climbing the rope net and had their key, they were unlocking all of the locks, but the Gen X tribe wasn't too far away, they were halfway through the rope net and the Millennials knew it. Once the Millennials unlocked everyone, they quickly got on the mat and Sonic started shooting the sandbags.
…
The first sandbag landed successfully.
"YES!" The whole tribe yelled.
Fox was jumping in the air screaming, while Yuri lightly clapped.
The Gen X tribe FINISHED the rope net and was unlocking themselves, while Sonic was missing a couple of the platforms, the Gen X tribe was quickly finishing up unlocking their locks, once they were finished, Snake started tossing the sandbags.
Sonic took his time on this one, taking a breath before it was time to toss the sandbag up.
…
"YES!" The tribe cheered again as Sonic landed his second sandbag, Sonic quickly went out and Zelda went in.
Snake was struggling, so Cackletta went in, hoping her height could be an advantage for her team.
And sure enough, it was since Cackletta ended up landing the first platform for the Gen X tribe.
The Gen X tribe clapped and cheered.
"THE GEN X TRIBE SCORES! WE HAVE A GAME!"
Zelda was getting more panicky now, she threw up a sandbag, and it finally landed.
"MILLENNIALS SCORE, one more sandbag is needed!"
Zelda switched out for Link.
Cackletta made another sandbag, the Gen X tribe was quickly getting closer and closer to the Millennials tribe.
But it was a little too late.
"YES!" The Millennials tribe ran up to Link, who made the final sandbag. The Millennials tribe was jumping up and down since they won the first reward challenge of the season.
"MILLENNIALS WIN!" Toad yelled out with his hands up.
Cackletta kicked the sandbag as the Gen X tribe looked at the ground in disappointment.
Later the two tribes were standing right in front of Toad Probst.
Toad nodded at the Millennials, "Millennials, the third tribe win in a row, you're really dominating this game so far! Someone wanna grab the treat or can I keep it for myself?"
"Nope! We'll take it!" Lucina and Olivia quickly walked up to the rewards and grabbed them all before Toad Probst had any ideas.
Toad laughed. "Millennials, you can head out!"
The Millennials walked out of the reward challenge area, all having conversations with one another.
"Ugh, they seem like such a happy tribe, no way in hell we'll be able to beat them." Honey Queen stated, starting to lose confidence in this tribe's abilities.
"Gen X tribe, don't give up. I can sense the urge to win from all of you, just because it may seem like it, it's far from over. Have a good night. Head out." Toad nodded at them.
The Gen X tribe nodded at Toad, all agreeing with what he said, just because they have been doing horrible, they still have much potential to win a challenge.
Millennials: Day 7
A rat was shown digging in the Millennial tribes' food until it noticed the castaways coming and vanished into the jungle.
Zelda (Princess, Millennials) "This tribe's morale is through the ROOF! Everyone is happy, we won three challenges in a row, and it seems like there's nothing stopping us! It makes everyone forget about the events that occurred a couple of days ago! Which is also a very good plus that comes from all of this.
"I'm not a coffee person but drinking anything other than coconut is worth it." Samus said while taking a big gulp of coffee.
"True, also we NEED our coffee in the mornings when we're all cranky and tired," Lucina said.
"And all these PASTRIES, man this food is amazing!" Izuku said, biting into a croissant.
"Heh, yeah," Fox said, sitting on a wooden log, looking more suspicious than usual.
Izuku (Student, Millennials) "I'm pretty sure everyone on the tribe knows that Fox is up to something, he hasn't had a good past couple days when it came to making the tribe happy, so he knows that he could be on the chopping block due to the tribe wanting a happy tribe, but honestly, I really like Fox and I feel I connected to him more than with Sonic! I'm sure Samus feels the same way, we actually had a discussion about it earlier!"
"No matter how much we like Fox, we have to keep our distance, if Olivia, Lucina, and Sonic aren't with our little group anymore, then it would be a terrible idea to not avoid him," Samus told Izuku.
Izuku nodded, understanding what Samus meant. "I see what you mean, but to be clear we are still working with him right?"
"At this point, I don't even know…"
Fox looked over to Samus, who decided not to look back.
Fox (Pilot) "I don't like how Samus is giving me the cold shoulder, it says a lot about how Samus is wanting to play this game, I don't know why but, I have a feeling I will be getting eliminated, not just from the people that have no intention of working with me, but Samus too…"
"Have you talked to Fox since his apology?" Olivia asked, walking with Lucina and Sonic.
"Kind of, not much. The fact we even talked is what shocks me the most."
"I talk to him, it seems like he's trying to get me to start working with him again more than just being nice, which if you ask me isn't an admirable trait at all," Lucina told Olivia and Sonic.
Olivia nodded. "Well, you know! To put it in a brighter perspective, it seems like if we ever go to tribal council, we're in the clear!"
"Not for me, I wouldn't be surprised if Fox tries to get some votes coming my way, it's a scary thought, I never hoped to be on the chopping block this early."
Olivia patted Sonic on the shoulder. "I'm sure you'll be fine! Don't worry Sonic."
"Mhm!" Lucina nodded.
Sonic (Unemployed) "I'm loving my relationships with Zelda, Yuri, Olivia, and Lucina! I'm sure with their votes, I have a good shot of staying tonight" Sonic nodded.
Lucina was in the forest, walking around trying to grab food for the tribe.
Lucina (Sword fighter) "Okay, I KNOW fighting idols can be so risky because if you're caught, you're like dead meat. But…. I'm here, aren't I?" Lucina said with a giggle.
The camera showed Lucina walking around the forest, looking at different places, but trying not to make it obvious just in case someone was around and caught her. Before she knew it, someone was indeed coming.
"In my head I'm just going like, damn it! Fox is here to come ruin my idol hunting! But… Then I had an idea… What if he's looking for the idol as well? This is just going to make things way harder…"
Fox looked in a tree hole, obviously looking for an idol. He was trying to be as sneaky as possible but didn't see Lucina noticing him. Lucina was able to get out of Fox's sight and kept looking, now Lucina knew she had to beat the clock before her tribemates got worried, and she had to beat a desperate fox at looking for an idol
"Great…" Lucina scoffed.
For about 10 minutes Lucina and Fox were looking. Fox thought he found an idol, but it turned out to be a rock. Lucina was now looking at the ground, maybe it'll be found in grass or somewhere. She turned her head to her right, and dug in a tree stump, and Lucina screamed and placed her hand on her mouth.
"OH, MY GOODNESS, YAY! I FOUND THE IDOL I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE ABLE TO PULL THIS OFF BUT I DID!" Lucina screamed out of joy.
"Congratulations you have found a hidden immunity idol… Yes!"
"I'm only telling Olivia about this, everyone else cannot know. I can't believe I found this!"
Gen X: Day 7
The Gen X tribe walked into camp, obviously not feeling the best of moods.
Roy (Martial Artist) "We lost… AGAIN. At this point, it's just aggravating! Can we win a damn challenge for once? At this point, it's not even about the tribe morale, or the reward, or even immunity, it's just for pride. We're getting EMBARRASSED by the millennials, and if you ask me, I think it's pathetic." Roy sighed. "At least I'm still on the top of the tribe it seems. If we lose immunity, I still have some sort of leadership role on the team, so I just have to keep my cool."
"That coffee would have hit the SPOT, I'm telling y'all." Pac man sighed and sat on the round feeling more defeated than ever.
"Agreed. I'm mad about the fact that we lost another challenge though. Losing these things isn't good for tribe morale, and not just that it doesn't help us long-term in the season, especially when in the merge." Snake added to Pac man's complaints.
"Our tribe morale isn't too terrible. We get along just fine! We'll win a challenge soon; I can bet on that!" Cackletta tried to be as positive as possible. However, she knew that in her mind it would be hard to keep up with the high morale boosted group of millennials who were probably getting along way better than their tribe was.
The Gen X tribe all went their separate ways. All of them knew that the tribe was in deep water, but they couldn't take their eyes off the game.
Pac man and Oak were walking up a trek.
"What do you think of this so-called 'alliance' that we got ourselves into?" Pac man questioned Oak.
Oak took a second to think. He placed his hand on his chin and was deep in thought for a few seconds.
"I don't like it." Oak shook his head.
"Good, I feel the same, it feels like we're on the bottom and they're using us for numbers."
"Have you ever considered flipping on them? I mean, it would be a good and bad idea at the same time." Oak thought. "For one, we are indeed on the bottom and those four are assuming they are on the top and are controlling the tribe right now. But the bad thing is if we DO flip then that means we are possibly going to a 4-4 tie situation and will have to go to rocks unless we can convince Cackletta that she isn't truly with them and she's just fourth place in their final three. There is also the possibility that if we do decide to get rid of them that we would lose more challenges."
"Since Helen and Honey Queen aren't completely strong at challenges like Ryu, Bayonetta, or Snake would be…" Pac man finished.
"Precisely. The swap can also be a factor. Maybe we can keep this alliance going and hope for a swap?"
"Yeah… But what if there is no swap? What do we do then? We basically put ourselves in a terrible position." Pac man countered.
"True… Ugh, I wish we were winning challenges. We need to win this next immunity challenge, Pac-Man. If not, we may be in a very hard position."
Pac-Man (Ghost Hunter) "I can tell Oak is very nervous! Do I blame him? Of course, I don't! We are in a position where it's either we RISK our games and go into rocks for the long term, or we get rid of the two arguably weakest players on our tribe and also get to get through two tribals easily and pray for a swap. Either way, it's terrible and it's very stressful." Pac-Man rubbed the back of his head nervously.
Millennials: Day 7
For the millennials, it was a productive day. People were chopping wood, getting firewood, going to the water well, and much more.
"Man, it feels like the coffee just gives us an energy boost," Fox said while carrying logs and throwing them on the fire.
"Agreed," Zelda said in an elegant pose. She was sun tanning near the ocean.
Fox (Pilot) "Alright, it may just be me, but Zelda is doing NOTHING around camp. Nothing with a capital N. It seems like she's just laying down and trying to be the "pretty" girl of the season. I'm not putting up with that, man. Zelda is trying to coast her way through the game by being pretty and I'm not allowing that."
Meta knight and Link walked into camp also carrying logs until Fox waved them over to have a talk with him. Link rolled his eyes as he and Meta Knight walked over to him.
"Alright, so I don't know where you both stand right now, but Zelda is just laying on her ass all day staring out at the ocean while the rest of us do all the work. I don't know if you have noticed that or not, but it's very annoying and we can't just let her do nothing all day and end up making it far just from her looks. We can throw the challenge and blindside her and it will work I PROMISE bro." Fox told Link and Meta knight. Link wanted nothing to do with this plan.
"Look, I've seen Zelda do her share around camp, I think she's just taking a break. I promise you she isn't just laying down doing nothing."
Link (Archer) "Personally, I like Zelda. We have a connection as well since we're from the same hometown, so why should I get rid of her over someone like Fox who I barely connected within this game? We haven't worked with each other ONCE this season so far so what makes you think I will align with you? Especially with the drama he's in, I just don't want ANYTHING to do with this plan and I really hope Meta Knight doesn't want to do it as well."
Meta Knight knew this plan was stupid, but he also knew that keeping Fox around was a great idea.
Meta Knight (Knight) "Fox has dug himself quite the hole… It will be very hard to get back out of this hole… But honestly, I wouldn't mind keeping him around… Fox is a shield for me, the longer he's in the longer I'm in. I just don't want to vote Zelda. Me, Zelda, Link, and Yuri have talked about an alliance in the past…"
Day 5
"Honestly it's probably in our best interest to align since we seem to be on the bottom."
"Agreed." Zelda nodded at Meta Knight.
"Let's do this!" Link said enthusiastically.
"We haven't talked about the alliance since though, it seems as if things just went on and on for the past 5 days. There's been lots of drama with Sonic and Fox, but Sonic is honestly a target. He's such a likable guy and I'm sure he'll make it far. Along with how athletic he is, he can make a very far run in the game if we keep him around too long. Fox may be really strong too but he's not likable at all, unlike Sonic. I don't know how Zelda and Yuri see it, but I think getting Sonic out now is perfect."
…
"You want to WHAT?" Zelda shrieked.
"Mhm. I want to throw the challenge to eliminate Sonic."
"But why?" Yuri asked.
"Sonic is a really likable guy, guys. I know he may seem like he's with you, but he's probably just using you so he can stay further. He just got in drama with Fox and you guys just randomly started hitting it off?"
"Well, we've liked him since day one, and Link and Lucina get along pretty well, why don't we just work with Lucina and Sonic? We really do like them and I think they like us! We would have a clear majority and we wouldn't have to worry until merge or swap hits!" Zelda said, trying to convince Meta Knight not to do this.
"Listen, I know you like Sonic, but Fox must be kept around… Not just for me, but for US." Meta Knight said as his voice got deeper and he had obvious frustration with Zelda and Yuri.
Later, Zelda and Yuri were walking down the beach line together.
"Well, Meta Knight seemed a bit crazy earlier, huh?" Zelda said giggling.
Yuri looked down at the sand without saying anything. She was more in her own head than in anyone else's head in this game.
"You ok?" Zelda asked Yuri.
"You know… Without you, I don't know where I'd be in this game… Honestly, it may have been the whole tribe against me… Even if the drama was still going on, I haven't been able to play that well so far, but you've helped me greatly." Yuri said to Zelda.
Zelda smiled. "Hey! No sweat, I truly do like you Yuri, I'm glad you opened up to me! I can say the same about you! Without you I don't know what I'd do, I relate to you most out of anyone on this cast probably!"
"Huh? What do you mean…? You're so beautiful and nice and you're always able to talk to people without getting shy." Yuri said, very confused now.
"Well… I wasn't always like that! Before I became well… I was very shy and introverted. It took me a lot to get out of my house and do things, but I wanted to be just like the people I looked up to. I don't wanna turn this into a huge sob story for me but don't worry Yuri! You're still really young, and just like me you have lots of growing to do, and this game will help!"
Yuri nodded.
Yuri (Author) "Well, honestly if I'm being honest… I only came to Survivor to try and become more social. It kind of is a weird sensational feeling to have met someone like Zelda. I hope I can meet new people in this game and indeed grow and have new friends."
Day 8
Loud singing was heard as the camera quickly showed the island and the challenge.
"COME ON IN!" Toad yelled as the players did so.
The Millennials put warpaint on themselves and looked fierce. Toad looked at them wide eyes as they put their flag in the ground. The Gen X tribe wasn't expecting this either but was not intimidated. In fact, they seemed even more fierce than the Millennials even without war paint.
"Wow, you guys seem READY."
"LET'S DO THIS!" Ryu clapped.
"I like that! First things first though… Millennials? Give it here!"
Izuku nodded as he handed Toad the immunity idol.
"Alright… Well let's do this shall we… In this immunity challenge you and your tribe will carry a player with a square platform . Once you have your player on, you'll go in the water and have your player on the square platform stand up and grab three different keys. Once all keys are in, go back and open your chest. Once you have your chest open, you'll have to do a slide puzzle. First team to complete their slide puzzle, wins. Questions?"
Everyone shook their heads.
"Alright, before we start though, millennials, sit two people out of the challenge."
"We're sitting Lucina and Zelda." Fox told Toad as they both raised their hands and walked to the bench.
"Alright, let's get started!" Toad said.
When everyone was in position, Toad was ready to make the call.
"ALRIGHT, FOR IMMUNITY! SURVIVORS READY…
GO!"
Olivia immediately jumped on the platform for the Millennials and Helen Gravely got on the platform for the Gen X.
"Both tribes have their members on the platform! Now they have to manage to find their balance and not drop!"
"1 2 3! 1 2 3!" Snake yelled as the Gen X tribe got in a perfect rhythm and were heading out into the water. The millennial tribe however was still trying to figure out how they would be able to move without someone not losing their balance on the platform and almost making Olivia fall.
"Once you get in the water and the waves start to come in, it will get way worse!"
The Gen X tribe found this out the hard way as a wave splashed in their faces and Helen Gravley barely stayed on the platform. The Millennial tribe started to finally go and get in the water, but the Gen X tribe was able to snag their first key and keep going.
"Gen X has one!"
"Don't rock the platform too much!" Helen Graveley yelled at her tribe, obviously not liking the feeling of this.
"Shut up, all you're doing is just sitting, just stay quiet!" Ryu yelled at Helen Gravely, who was obviously annoyed at this response.
The Millennials snagged their first key.
"The Millennials are trying to stay in this! Gen X tribe is now at their second key! Helen Gravley is trying to stand…!"
Helen Gravley was getting wobbly. She managed to jump and grab it before she ended up falling off the platform.
"GEN X GETS THEIR SECOND THEY NEED ONE MORE!"
Out of nowhere the millennials sped up and were now at their second key station. Olivia was having a tough time reaching this one so she reached and reached until she was able to snag it.
"MILLENNIALS GOT 2!"
Right when Toad said this, the Gen X tribe fell as a huge wave hit them.
"GEN X TRIBE GOES DOWN!"
The millennials also had a few people drop after a wave, as well as Olivia.
"Both tribes are falling!"
The Gen X tribe got up, but the millennials were right behind them, soon they were both on the final key and had to unlock it.
"You want to be the FIRST to grab your key so that you have a head start on the puzzle!" Toad yelled.
Helen Gravley decided to spring up and grab the key, but the cost was her falling off the platform along with her key and Pac Man, Cackletta, and Oak.
"Helen Gravley made a RISKY move and it worked! Gen X tribe has their final key!"
The Gen X tribe was able to get back up on their feet in time just before Olivia grabbed the Millennials key.
"We have a race!"
By the time the Gen X tribe got back to the shore, they lowered Helen Gravely to the ground slowly and unlocked their chest and opened it. As expected, there was a slide puzzle.
"Gen X at the final stage of the challenge! Millennials, pick up the pace!"
The millennials were doing so, they were at the shore, and they lowered Olivia down, by the time they unlocked their chest and opened the slide puzzle, the Gen X tribe was almost halfway done with their puzzle. The millennials tribe knew they had a lot of catching up to do!
"One person at a time, one at a time!" Samus yelled trying to prevent the team from losing their first challenge. Meta Knight was pretending to do the puzzle, instead of sliding the pieces into the right slots, he was messing it up and sliding the pieces into the wrong slots.
"Gen X are slowly inching and inching towards their first win of the season…!"
Professor Oak was sliding the pieces in efficiently, and before they knew it…
The slide puzzle was put together.
"GEN X TRIBE WINS THEIR FIRST CHALLENGE OF THE SEASON!"
The Gen x tribe all jumped up in the air and hugged Professor Oak and then hugged each other. This win meant a lot to them.
The millennials tribe however was annoyed. Fox kicked the sand in anger while Lucina and Zelda both had sad expressions on their faces.
"Well… Who's going to get it?" Toad asked the Gen X tribe. Professor Oak walked towards the host and grabbed the immunity idol from him. Proud of him and his team's win. When he came over to the tribe, they all touched the immunity idol, representing that they all had a hand in winning the challenge.
"Before we go, Gen X tribe… You guys must decide who will be going to exile island."
The Gen X tribe all forgot about the decision they would have to make. They all got in a huddle, discussing who would be the smartest person to send to the dreaded island. The tribe got out of their huddle and looked at Toad.
"We decided that we will be sending the fox boy to exile island!" Bayonetta told Toad.
The millennial tribe obviously had mixed reactions. Izuku was relieved that his ally wouldn't be sent home, while Sonic looked mildly annoyed at the older tribe's decision, while Meta Knight felt the events that just occurred couldn't have gotten any better."
"Millennials, your first loss of the season… How does it feel? Toad asked.
"Well, I mean… It feels like there's only one reasonable answer to that question, Toad. It's terrible!" Izuku said. "We never give up though."
Toad nodded. "Gen X tribe, congrats. Enjoy that immunity! Millennials tribe, you guys have a date with me at tribal council… Get some rest and take some time to decide."
Meta Knight (Knight) "What very fortunate events. This is exactly what we needed. We have to get rid of Sonic. Sonic is a very good social player, and he is able to get along with everyone in the tribe. If I somehow manage to get rid of him, I won't have to deal with him. He poses a big threat to my game. He is very influential. The fact Zelda and Yuri are very reluctant with going with the plan says a lot about his game. This is our chance to make a very big move very early into the game."
Meta knight hid a smile under his mask as the Millennial tribe walked back to camp.
Exile island
Fox was thinking to himself on his boat. He was very happy about surviving another few days, but he felt bad for Samus and Izuku. Would they get voted out due to association? Do they even wanna work with him anymore? And the most important question of all, is he truly alone? He didn't expect these questions to be asked by himself on day 8.
As Fox got off the boat, he looked up at exile island and saw stairs and an opening. He walked up the stairs, not expecting much but a few supplies to keep him okay. When he saw it, he didn't think much of it until he saw he had a chance for a hidden immunity idol.
"I think my decision is obvious, I will take my chances for an idol! Basically, I have to do some sort of challenge. I'm fox though, fox the almighty! I got this! Once I get the idol, I will no longer be afraid of my chances in this game! Let's go!"
Millennials
The Millennial tribe walked back to their camp and did the usual. Throw their stuff in a pile on the ground and do their usual things. This time though, instead of being happy about winning, they had to discuss who the first millennial voted out of the season would be.
Lucina (Sword fighter) "Okay! So, first loss of the season! Very unfortunate situation, but I should be fine. I have a hidden immunity idol and I'm becoming very close with Olivia! We should be safe in this tribal council! Oh no, did I just jynx myself?! Crap…"
"Sucks that we lost our first challenge…" Olivia said to Lucina on a walk on the beach.
"Agreed. Not the best thing to happen to us obviously!" Lucina laughed. "Who do you think is our best option? With fox randomly going to exile island, we lost our easy vote! I heard Sonic's name was on the chopping block, but I don't really feel fine with voting him if I'm being honest…"
"Same. I think I will climb on board with the vote whoever it is, except if it's one of us obviously!"
"Well, we won't have to worry about that!" Lucina dug in her bag and unwrapped the bag off her hidden immunity idol and showed Olivia what she found with pride.
Olivia of course reacted in astonishment and relief. "That's amazing! What fortunate events for us! Now we are more protected. The idol is like a barrier that is protecting us and keeping us safe. With this we should for sure be able to at least make the merge!"
Lucina nodded agreeing with everything Olivia had said. "I know right! I'm not planning on telling anybody, just you. If we are ever in a pinch, (Which I don't expect to be anytime soon,) I'll use it without hesitation! For now, let's just see where the tribe is heading in the vote. We also have to keep in mind that we don't want a split tribe decision, that could lead to low morale and team dishonesty."
Olivia laughed. "Yes! I agree! Let's go talk to the others and see where their head is at!"
The camera zoomed in on a crab walking around the beach before showing Link talking to Izuku.
Izuku (School student) "Me and Link haven't had much discussion in general, we get along, but we aren't exactly super close. Just a simple hi and hello when we see each other. Getting closer with him is pretty important for my game though since he seems to be in a very good position in the tribe."
"Well… Fox is in exile! That changes a lot of things." Izuku said, trying his hardest to get in Link's head on the vote.
"Indeed. It seemed like he was getting a majority of the votes. Has your mind come up with any ideas on the vote?"
"Well, no not really. It seems like everyone is scrambling right now. Everyone performed decently in the challenge so we can't really base it off that aspect… However, when it comes to who's weakest in challenges, I think Olivia."
Link nodded his head, clearly thinking about Izuku's response. "Yes of course. Though, I don't know if the tribe would be willing to vote for someone like her. She's very well-liked and respected by the tribe! I do very much see where you're coming from though."
"True… She is very well liked across the tribe. I also heard Sonic's name get thrown out there." Izuku said, hoping that Link would think this plan would go well.
"Same here. I think that's just the consequences of the disagreement between him and Fox. However, I feel we are coming across the same issue that we faced with Olivia. Sonic is very well liked and with Fox out of the loop for this tribal I'm sure it will be harder to get enough votes for Sonic." Link said. He knew Meta Knight also wanted Sonic to go home, but he felt that by doing that it loses connections since Sonic is close to Zelda and Yuri, two who are working very closely with them. Besides, Sonic is a number that would vote with them no matter what. He felt it would be foolish to get rid of him. At least for now.
Izuku and Link both decided that they will talk to others and see where the vote is heading just from information. Izuku was worried though. Link basically just turned down both of his ideas on who would go home. Is he on the chopping block?
"So… You think either Izuku or Samus should go tonight?" Sonic asked.
Meta Knight, Sonic, and Zelda were all at the well. Zelda and Meta knight were discussing who they thought would be best to go tonight. Obviously, Meta Knight wanted Zelda to agree with his plan, pulling a blindside on Sonic. Zelda felt it was a bad idea, similar to Links reasoning, but she also felt a close connection to Sonic. In fact, she felt even more closer to Sonic then she did with Meta Knight!
"Yes." Meta Knight lied. "Since they both are somewhat Foxes allies, and Fox isn't here tonight… It just seems like our best option."
"Hmm… Yes! You're right dude." Sonic said believing Meta Knight.
Zelda liked this plan more than the blindside. She knew she HAD to convince Meta knight that this plan was the right way to go. Either Izuku or Samus.
Izuku, being paranoid, decided to start looking in the forest for any sign of a hidden immunity idol.
Izuku (School student) "Okay! We all know the position I'm in right now. I'm SCREWED. Even if I'm not being voted for… My ally Samus may be! People seem to be acting weird around me…. Like they are hiding something…"
(Flashback) "So… To be clear you DON'T know who the vote is…" Izuku asked Lucina who was trying to avoid eye contact.
"Uh… Yeah. I really haven't heard anything. It seems like the vote is going to be all over the place, haha!"
(Back to confessional) "It seems like it's either me or Samus tonight, based on the replies I got from my fellow tribemates…"
(Flashback) "Yuri, I heard the vote is up in the air right now. I'm just asking you who you think is the best option because I think you are very smart and know what's best for this tribe. Whoever your vote is… I'm with you!"
Yuri had a confused look on her face. "O-Oh… Yeah. Honestly, I don't know… No one has discussed anything with me yet… I think you should probably try to talk to the others though, just to be safe.
Izuku was looking around the forest. When out of the corner of his eye he saw Samus. Samus saw him too and immediately knew what he was thinking.
"We have to do something about this." Samus told him.
Later, Meta Knight was at camp with Izuku and Samus. This was a perfect opportunity for the two to see what was going on since Meta Knight tended to be brutally honest at times.
"So, I won't lie to you guys. Both your names have been thrown around by multiple sources. Now I won't say these names, but I just want it to be clear you guys are on the chopping block."
Izuku sank down in his seat in disappointment while Samus just stared at Meta Knight still hoping for some way to survive.
"However, you should be fine. I want you to stay. I really do. I just need you guys to do this. Vote Sonic. If the three of us plus two others do this both of you are safe. Got it?"
Izuku nodded his head up and down. Samus had to think about it. She absolutely despised getting bossed around by others but knew that this was her only way of having a chance for both her and Izuku to come out alive. She then looked up and looked at Meta Knight with a cold stare.
"Who else will be voting with us, or is that still an issue you're trying to figure out?"
Meta Knight noticed the hostile nature Samus gave him. However, he brushed it off. "Right now, I think Link and Yuri or Zelda. Zelda has shown some… Hesitations towards the plan. Yuri however hasn't given a yes or no answer. I recommend speaking to her as soon as you can."
Izuku nodded. Samus didn't trust him but knew that this was their best-case scenario.
It was almost tribal council. Meta Knight and Link were discussing what they wanted to happen during tribal council. With different preferences, however.
"Listen… I just don't know if it's our best move. I talked to Zelda and her Lucina and Olivia are pretty sold on voting Izuku or Samus. What if Yuri doesn't go along with our plan? We showed our true colors! It's a huge risk and I don't know if it is the right time to tak-"
"Hey. Listen. I know you're afraid. Can I blame you? No. However, this game is all about taking risks. You can't win without taking one. So, let's do this, let's prove why we are the best players on this tribe and will conquer the game."
Link gulped, still not feeling it was the right time to do such a risky move. "Let's at least discuss things with the others before…"
"As you wish." Meta Knight nodded his head.
Meanwhile… Samus took Yuri aside for one last vote discussion before tribal council.
"Sorry for the sudden talk, but I have to ask… Who are you voting for tonight…? Please be honest with me." Samus said her eyes were locked onto Yuri's.
Yuri started to sweat a bit. She doesn't like confrontations like this, but Samus was so intense, she felt pressured into saying what Samus wanted to hear.
"Well… Meta Knight and Link wanted to do Sonic so… I guess that…" Yuri wasn't completely lying. She knew that Zelda was against it, and not too long before, Zelda turned down Meta Knight's request on blindsiding Sonic, she didn't wanna go against Zelda, but she didn't wanna hurt multiple people who needed her in the process.
"Well… Thank you." Samus said. "I really do appreciate it. I owe you a ton… I mean it."
"Of course." Yuri said with a slight smile.
Yuri (Author) "What do I do… I don't wanna turn down Zelda, but I don't wanna hurt four other people in the process… What would my friends back home do…? What would my mom do…? What should I do? I always strived to be like by them but to no avail… I have to make a decision, we still have a few minutes before tribal council starts, I have to talk to Link and Meta Knight!"
With this conclusion to the crazy pre-tribal talks, the Millennials tribe headed off to tribal council awaiting Toad to send the first member of their team away.
Tribal council
The Millennial tribe walked up the bridge to tribal council for the first time. With their bags and personal items, they walked in a single file line until they reached the tribal council area where Toad was waiting for them. Toad nodded as the first person came in, and then the next, and then the next until the whole tribe came into the tribal council area.
"Behind you is a torch. Grab it and dip it in the fire."
The Millennials tribe did so, they all grabbed a random torch out of the torch holders and dipped them into the fire.
"Fire represents life. Once your fire is out… So are you."
Once everyone put their now lit torches back and sat down, tribal council began.
"So… First time here. Obviously not a great feeling for a team that wasn't just dominating the immunity challenges at first but also the reward challenges! Link, does this worsen the morale of the tribe?"
"Well… I would be lying if I said it hasn't made everyone on the tribe a bit disappointed. We are practically like family at this point. There is no one here who I wouldn't see myself hanging out with outside of the game. It's only day 8 and I feel like I've known these guys my whole life! So yes, it will be a bit sad to see someone go and it will probably worsen the morale but it's part of the game and I'm sure the tribe will get back to where it was." Link explained, receiving a few nods from his tribemates.
"Olivia, you nodded your head. Do you feel this tribe will go back to where it was before heading to tribal council?"
"Of course! This tribe is like… The bomb Toad! I couldn't choose any other group of people to play this game with. This is just a minor setback, but when you get hit you come back up! Just wait, we will be back to winning before you know it!" Olivia said, having much confidence in her tribe.
Toad pointed at Olivia jokingly. "I like the confidence! Speaking of confidence… Let's speak about that immunity challenge… The paint."
The tribe laughed.
"It was Lucina's ideas! We came expecting to have a war and WIN the war! Now looking back at it though it was kind of embarrassing especially after that result." Sonic laughed.
"Hey, we looked good doing it! Don't deny it." Lucina said.
"So, you guys seem very confident in your chances of beating the Gen X tribe. Zelda, does that confidence come from you guys winning the challenges or because well… You guys are much younger?"
"It's actually neither! We simply just felt that confidence is the key to everything. If you come into a challenge nervous or scared it can ruin your chances of winning! I think that the mood of the tribe was a bit more… Tense coming into this challenge so that could be a reason why we didn't win, but that's just an excuse because we won the past couple of challenges before this loss…"
"What made things tense?"
"Just a disagreement between two of our tribe members but it hasn't brought the tribe down completely!" Zelda answered, regretting bringing it up in the first place.
"Basically, Fox and Sonic got in a fight and now me or Izuku are getting votes due to being associated with him." Samus answered Toads' question. "I just think it's stupid because I know what Fox did was idiotic… I never caused harm on the tribe, and all I did was try my hardest to distance myself from him and get along with the rest of you because I agree what he did was stupid!"
Izuku nodded. "I agree with what Samus is saying, I feel it's unfair for us to be taken out due to Fox's mistake. I just really hope you all get a change of heart."
Izuku remembered the safety without power in his bag, but he didn't know if it was the right time to use it, especially since he would be leaving Samus behind.
Samus out of frustration let out a few tears. Yuri patted her on the back in response to this.
"It just sucks because I really wanna be here and my game is already at risk because Fox and I got along for a few days… I'm sorry if it rubbed you all off the wrong way that I was friends with him, but I promise you all I know how mean of a person he can be towards others around him and due to that I no longer want to work with him."
Meta Knight looked at Yuri, Meta Knight nodded his head. While Yuri just looked at him.
"I think the situation that Samus and Izuku are in is very unfortunate. I promise you Samus and Izuku, it is nothing personal. The times I talked with you brought me joy." Sonic told the two "Respect."
"Exactly what Sonic said." Zelda nodded her head in response.
"Thank you." Izuku held up a thumbs up while Samus calmed down and looked at Toad.
"Well, are we all ready to vote?"
A few nods were received from Toads question.
"Alright then, it's time to vote. Lucina you're up."
Lucina walked up to the voting booth. She walked up to the voting booth and stood there for a couple of seconds. She wrote down her name and walked back.
Link, Olivia, and Zelda all casted their votes in that order.
Samus was next up, she wrote down Sonics name and took a deep breath. She placed her vote in the urn.
Next up was Yuri who felt very bad for the person she voted for. This was a very hard thing to do, one of the hardest she's ever done.
She was followed by Meta Knight and then Meta Knight was followed by Sonic. Sonic sighed and placed his vote in the urn.
Last was Izuku who was sweating profusely. He wrote his vote and placed it in the urn and sat back to his seat. When he sat down, Toad nodded his head.
"I'll go tally the votes."
Everyone watched the host leave for the voting booth. Nothing was heard besides the flames of the fire right in front of them. Once Toad returned he placed the urn in front of him and looked at the castaways.
"If anybody has a hidden immunity idol and would like to play it, now would be the time to do so…" Toad looked at the castaways waiting to see if anybody would get up from their no one responded, he nodded. "I'll read the votes."
"First vote…"
"Sonic"
Sonic automatically knew who he received that vote from.
"Samus"
Samus nodded.
"Samus"
Samus prayed she would see another vote for the hedgehog.
…
"Sonic"
Sonic started to get a little nervous after seeing his name come up twice.
"That's two votes Sonic, two votes Samus."
"Samus"
Samus nodded.
"Samus. That's four votes Samus, two votes Sonic."
…
"The third person voted out of Survivor: Millennials vs Gen X… Samus."
Samus nodded and walked over to grab her torch. She had a light smile on her face, she was disappointed but proud she didn't give up even when things were looking brim for her.
"Samus… The tribe has spoken."
Snuff.
Samus looked back at her tribe and nodded as a sign of good luck. Izuku, the most saddened due to him now officially being on the bottom, waved goodbye to his ally.
"Well, it seems the tribe was pretty unified on this vote. Now, we will see if it was the right decision. Head back to camp. Goodnight."
The Millennial tribe all head back to camp with one goal in mind: To go back to winning. Even with the loss of a valuable member, the confidence the tribe had was still high.

"So… Wow. Heh. I wasn't expecting to do one of these this early. I just want to say that I respect the move. I was a threat for the future, and also, I still felt like I wanted to align with Fox at the end of the day even though he was a target. Good luck to the Millennials, and especially Izuku and Fox... Haha!" - Samus
Hello everybody! It's good to be back writing chapters. Now, this one took a long time to come out so it will take time to get used to the story and events of the game, but things will go back to being a normal schedule soon enough.
Now, I wanna start asking questions at the end of the chapters to hear what you guys think! (And no, answers don't have influence on the results of the season since the winner and elimination order is already set!"
We will have simpler questions since this is the first time, I'm doing this.
1. Which tribe do you like more?
2. Which castaway is your favorite so far this season?
Thank you for reading and remember to have a good day and stay safe. :)
