Chapter 2

3rd POV

I don't own Harry Potter. That right goes to J.K. Rowling

It was the black of night where an owl was sitting on a sign that said 'Privet Drive'. The owl flew away as the screen shifted towards a foggy area at the end of the road that's lit by a street lamp, when a figure appeared.

As the figure approaches the light you can see his face. That face being Albus Dumbledore. He takes something out of his robes, a small device, that device starts taking the light from lamp posts while a tabby cat watches from the side.

As Athena watches, she's wondering why Dumbledore's there, when she realizes that it was the night that her parents died. She starts holding back her tears, not wanting anybody to know that she's crying, but that doesn't work since Draco knows her so well and realizes what the scene is showing. He starts rocking them to let her know that he's there.

"What is that thing and where do we get one?" Athena hears the ask while she wipes her tears. But what she doesn't notice is that

Remus and Sirius see her doing her doing it.

"You will not be able to get one anywhere because I made it, so it's one of a kind." Dumbledore answers with the twinkle that he always has in his eyes.

"Why are you at Privet Drive, Professor?" Hermione questions knowing that is where her best friend lives. But Dumbledore doesn't answer knowing that night changed everything.

After all the lights were in the device, he hears a meow already knowing who it was, he turns to look at the tabby cat.

Some of the students and the professors see the tabby cat knowing it's Professor McGonagall.

"What are you doing there, Professor?" Hermione asked knowing what night it was. You could see everyone was confused except certain ones.

"I should have known that you were here, Professor McGonagall." Professor Dumbledore says amused.

"Now Minnie's there too? What is happening?" Sirius wondered aloud.

The cat shadow shifted to where the tabby was changing its form to human. When McGonagall approaches Dumbledore she asks, "Good evening, Professor Dumbledore."

She walks briskly to Albus's side. While they walk down the street, McGonagall looks at him in worry, "Are the rumors true, Albus?"

"Rumors?" Susan Bones suad confused.

"I'm afraid so, professor. The good and the bad." He answered in a sad voice.

"What are they though?" Pansy questioned with her shrill voice.

"And the girl?" She asks looking at him in worry.

"Hagrid is bringing her." Albus answered her looking between her and where he was walking.

Everyone was thinking about who the two were talking about. Some knew that it was Athena while everyone else was wondering who it was.

"Do you think it wise to trust Hagrid with something as important as this?" Minerva questioned looking at him with worry about the girl's safety.

By now Remus and Sirius have figured out who it was and close to tears.

"I would trust Hagrid with my life, professor." He said walking to where he was going to meet Hagrid.

When Hagrid heard that he smiled know that Dumbledore trusts him that much.

When Albus got finished with what he was saying the two could hear the faint sound of an engine whining so they turned to where it was coming from.

"Professor Dumbledore, sir. Professor McGonagall." Hagrid says getting off the motorbike.

"No problems I trust, Hagrid?" Dumbledore asks.

"No sir, little tyke fell asleep just as we were flying over Bristol. Heh. Try not to wake her. There you go." Hagrid says handing Athena, wrapped up in a blanket, to Professor Dumbledore.

Hagrid, Dumbledore, and McGonagall small thinking back to that night seeing Athena's sleeping little face.

"Albus do you think it's really safe, leaving her with these people? I've been watching them all day. They are the worst sort of muggles imaginable. They really are…" She gets cut off before she finishes what she was saying.

"They are the only family she has." Dumbledore says cutting McGonagall off.

What did you mean that worst sort of muggles, Professor McGonagall?" Colin Creevey asks not knowing what she meant but instead of the professor answering Athena does.

"You'll see what she means in a few moments, Colin." Athena answers knowing what is about to show up in the movie.

"She will be famous. There won't be a child in our world that won't know her name." She states knowing that she comes back nobody will leave alone.

"Exactly. She's better off growing up away from all that. Until she is ready." Dumbledore says putting her down on the ground in front of the house #4 Privet Drive. Hagrid sniffles sobbing because he has to leave Athena. "There, there, Hagrid. It's not really goodbye, after all."

By now everyone knew who they were talking about.

Hagrid nods knowing that he will see her again. Dumbledore places a letter on the baby before walking away. "Good Luck… Athena Potter."

The baby, Athena, has a lightning-bolt shaped scar on her forehead. The camera slowly zooms towards the scar which glows brightly and it immediately flashes, transitioning to a stormy cloud sky. The film's title in metallic gold zooms out around the camera, and lightning flashes to brighten it up. Then, the lightning flashes engulf the screen, transitioning it to the present time.

"Why did we all take a break and gather ourselves?" Dumbledore said, pausing the movie.

Athena got up and went to Sirius knowing that he remembers what night this is. "I love you, Pads." Athena tells him, wrapping her arms around him.

"I love you too, prongslet. I'm sorry for going after Peter and not staying with you, I wish I could go back in time and change the past where you would be with me. And not there with Petunia and them." He said sadly with his arms wrapped around her tightly. Athena wishes she could have met her parents but Tom took them from her before she could.

Athena could feel Draco walk up behind with his parents. His parents already knew the same about her as they're friends, they were happy about it at first but they came around eventually.

"Hey, you okay?" Draco asks putting his hand on his girlfriend's back causing her to pull away from her godfather to look at him.

"Yea I'm good, dragon. Hello Mr. and Mrs. Malfoy." Athena says, looking at the two of them.

"Hello Athena, and what have we told you, call us Lucius and Narcissa." Narcissa insisted. "How do you feel with the world knowing your life Athena?"

"It's unnerving that everyone is seeing what I have been through and would have gone through in the years to come. But I can manage, it's going to be good that the truth is going to come out in the third movie because that's when everything happened with Sirius and the truth about what really happened to my parents." Athena answered her by taking a deep breath when she finished.

"Well you always have us in your corner, sweetheart. Now, I need to talk to my son, so I'll be over there." Cissa said before taking her hand off her shoulder.

"Yeah, go right ahead, I'll be talking to Madam Bones." Athena told her before giving a hug to Draco and walking over to Madam Bones. "Madam Bones, can I have a moment of your time?"

"Of course." She said sliding over so she could sit by her.

"What I wanted to talk to you about was Sirius and why he escaped at the beginning of the year." Athena said before starting, "The reason he escaped from Azkaban was that Peter Pettigrew was seen with a few friends of mine, and before you say anything let me say this, he is an animagus. You know that the Weasley's won a trip to Egypt as it was in the Daily Prophet, the rat you see on Ron's shoulder is Peter's animal form. Let me give you a little background information as to why he is an animagus, he, my father, and Sirius became one to help with Remus Lupin's furry little problem, so that he wasn't alone anymore. When Sirius went after him the night my parents died was to confront him as to why Peter betrayed Lily and James. That's when everything happened and Sirius was sent to Azkaban."

"Are you saying that Sirius wasn't the secret keeper, that Peter was?" She questioned writing down what she said.

"Yes, and Dumbledore knew that Sirius wasn't the secret keeper anymore. So Dumbldore could have gotten Sirius' trial as he didn't have one in the 12 years he was locked away." Athena told her looking at her.

"Would it be okay if I could talk to Sirius, Athena?" Madam Bones asks putting her quil down on her parchment to look at her.

"Of course, let me go get him for you." She told her, getting up to go get him.

"Hey, Sirius, Madam Bones wants to talk to you about the night you were sent to Azkaban." Athena tells him to grab onto his arm to pull him over to Madam Bones. "Here you go Madam. Now I am going to talk to Draco."

"Hey, baby." Athena spoke, giving him a kiss on the cheek while wrapping my arms around him from his side.

"Hey." He said, giving her a kiss on the head, "You feeling okay?"

"Yeah I'm okay just got done telling Madam Bones the truth about why Sirius escaped Azkaban at the beginning of the year." Athena informs him by putting my head on his chest since he's taller than her.

"Everything will work out in the end all you have to do is be patient." He said looking down at his girlfriend, rubbing her back.

"I know I do, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. Let's go sit down, the next part is going to start here soon." She tells Draco before pulling away to go sit.

"Yeah let's go." He agrees following after Athena. "Hey, I love you, you know that, right?"

"I know, and I love you." She replied, giving him a kiss.

"All right everyone settle down get somewhere you want to sit. I'm going to be starting the next part here in the 5 minutes." Professor McGonagall's voice rang through the great hall. At the sound of that everyone went back to their seats.
