Chapter 5
3rd POV
I don't own Harry Potter. That right goes to J.K. Rowling
"I-I'm a what?" Athena questioned not believing what she was hearing.
"A witch. And a thumping good one at that, I'd wager. Once you train up a little." Hagrid nodded proudly.
"No you've made a mistake. I can't be… a witch. I mean, I'm just… Athena. Just Athena." She said, shaking her head not believing him.
"Well, just Harry. Did you ever make anything happen? Anything you couldn't explain when you were angry or scared?" Hagrid asks, making Athena come to realization. "Ah."
Dudley whimpers. Hagrid hands Athena the same letter that has been sent the past couple of weeks making Athena open it.

Dear Ms. Potter
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Students shall be required to report to the Chamber of Reception upon arrival, the dates for which shall be duly advised.
Please ensure that the utmost attention be made to the list of requirements attached herewith.
We very much look forward to receiving you as a part of the new generation of Hogwarts' heritage.
Yours Sincerely,
M McGonagall.
"She'll not be going! We swore when we took her in, we'd put a stop to this rubbish!" Vernon yells moving around the couch to get to Athena and Hagrid.
"Put a stop to what rubbish exactly?" Dean questions not knowing what Athena's uncle was talking about.
"You knew? You knew all along and you never told me?" Athena said getting angry for being lied to her whole life.
"Of course we knew. How could you not be? My perfect sister being who she was. Oh, my mother and father were so proud the day she got her letter. We have a witch in the family. Isn't it wonderful? I was the only one to see her for what she was. A freak! And then she met that Potter, and then she had you, and I knew you'd be just the same, just as strange, just as… abnormal. And then, if you please, she went and got herself blown up. And we landed with you." Petunia spat crossing her arms not liking that her life isn't normal.
"Petunia was always like that even when Lily found out she was a witch, because I was the one that told her that she was a witch." Snape spoke up from where he was sitting.
"Really? She was always like that?" Athena asked, looking at him.
"Yes, and it looks like she hasn't gotten any better either." Snape answered.
"Blown up? You told me my parents died in a car crash!" Athena yells, turning to look at her aunt.
"A car crash? A car crash kills James and Lily?" Hagrid questions not knowing what Athena was talking about
"We had to tell her something." Petunia answers the big man.
"It's an outrage! It's a scandal!" He yells back at her.
While the Dursleys were arguing with Hagrid about Athena going to Hogwarts, with Athena watching them, Dudley notices them not paying attention to him, so he takes the cake that Hagrid baked for Athena.
"Did he seriously take the cake?" Ron said, snickering a little.
"Yeah he did. I didn't even notice that he was eating it until Hagrid did something that you all will see in a minute." Athena answers, chuckling too.
"She'll not be going!" Vernon exclaims, putting a finger in Hagrid's face.
"Oh, and I suppose a great muggle like yourself is going to stop her, are you?" Hagrid says back amused.
"Muggle?" Athena says confused as to what a muggle is.
"Non magic folk." Hagrid says calmly before turning back to Vernon and Petunia. "She's going to the finest school of witchcraft and wizardry in the world, and she'll be under the finest headmaster at Hogwarts has ever seen: Albus Dumbledore."
Athena smiles at that mention of Albus Dumbledore. "I will not pay for some crackpot old fool to teach him magic tricks."
"Never insult Albus Dumbledore in front of me." Hagrid growls pulling out his umbrella pointing it at Vernon. Hagrid notices Dudley eating Athena's cake, aiming the umbrella he fires a magic spark at his rear causing a pigs tail to grow.
Everyone burst out laughing at how Hagrid is when someone mocks his friends. He might be a friendly giant but if you mess with someone that he is close with you can forget the friendly giant.
"Ahh!" Dudley screams, running around as his parent's try to comfort him.
"Oh, um, I'd appreciate it if you didn't tell anyone at Hogwarts about that. Strictly speaking, I'm not allowed to do magic." Hagrid says awkwardly looking down at Athena.
"Okay." Athena says calmly, not really caring.
"Ooh, we're a bit behind schedule. Best be off." Hagrid says taking a look at his pocket watch turning and leaving on;y to turn and look back at Athena. "Unless you'd rather stay, of course. Hmm?"
Athena looks back at where the Dursleys had gone, and grins again, before grabbing her jacket and following Hagrid out to begin their journey to London.
"So that's how you were introduced to the magic world again?" Remus asks, looking at Athena.
"Yup, and I wouldn't have changed it for the world. I made my first friend that night." Athena answered, smiling at Hagrid.
"Alright, everyone take a break, get something to eat, go to the restroom, talk." Dumbledore said, pausing the movie.
Sirius and Remus walk over to their goddaughter to talk to her. "Hey, we love you, Athena, and we are not going anywhere this time, you will have to force me to leave to get me to leave you, okay." Sirius tells Athena to pull onto his lap so he could hug her, Remus joining in the hug.
"I love you too, Padfoot, Moony. I just hope after everyone sees the third movie you will be free and I can live with you." Athena sasy with her face on her godfather's shoulder.
"You will live with me when this is over, there is no doubt about it." Sirius said, looking at Athena. "And when we are done here, we will go to Gringotts to take an inheritance test and look up all the properties you have and we will be one of them. That sound good to you?"
"Yea that sounds great." Athena said, giving Sirius and Remus kisses on the cheek before getting up and talking to Ron and Hermione.
"Hey, guys." Athena said sitting by her two best friends.
"Hey, how are you doing with everyone knowing your life?" Hermione asked, looking at her best friend.
"I'm doing okay, I don't like it but if it will get everyone to stop treating me like a celebrity I'm good with it." Athena replied, nodding her head.
"Well, at least everyone will know the truth about the last couple years and the years to come." Ron said, wrapping an arm around my shoulders to give me a side hug.
"Yeah that is a good thing about watching my life through these movies." Athena says, hugging Ron back. "Alright, I'm going to go back to Draco so we can watch the movie some more."
Athena got up and made her way to Draco who was with his friends, "Hey, Dragon, what are you talking about?"
"Nothing really, just talking about what the movies might show." Draco said, wrapping an arm around her waist since she was standing and he was sitting.
"Well, I know one thing that they are going to show is that it's my life and they are going to show the important parts of that year at Hogwarts and that means a lot of things you have done to my friends and I until we started dating. And I don't care what happened before, it's in the past now we can start anew." Athena said, running her hands through her boyfriend's hair.
"I know, but that doesn't mean I have to like what I did to you. I made your life hell, Thena, I can't take any of it back." Draco said sadly looking down at the bench.
"I forgave you minutes after it happened. I didn't care then and I don't care now. I love you, Draco, and nothing is going to change that." Athena tells him, grabbing Draco's face in between her hands, giving him a kiss on the head before giving him a hug, with him still sitting on the bench.
"I love you too, Thena." He said resting his head on her stomach since she was running her hands through his hair.
"Alright everyone, let's get back to where we were adn start the movie again." Dumbledore said, clapping his hands to get everyone's attention.
"Professore, can we get something to sit more comfortably while watching the movie?"
"Yes, let me change this up really quickly." He answered by changing the tables to sitting chairs and couches.
The next day, Athena and Hagrid were walking down the street in London while Athena was reading the list of supplies that she needed to go to Hogwarts.
"All students must be equipped with one standard size 2 pewter cauldron and they bring if they desire either an owl, a cat, or a toad. Could we find all of that in London?" Athena asks, turning to Hagid.
"If you know where to go." Hagrid answers looking down at Athena before looking back up to make sure that he's going the right way.
"The two walked towards a corner store, but as the two got closer a sign started appearing with the words 'The Leaky Cauldron'. As they entered the The Leaky Cauldron, music could be heard while several patrons were talking.
"Ah, Hagrid! The usual, I presume?" The bartender asks upon seeing Hagrid enter.
"No thanks, Tom. I'm on official Hogwarts business today. Just helping young Athena here buy her school supplies." Hagrid says, putting his hand on Athena's shoulder.
"Bless my soul. It's Athena Potter." Tom, the bartender, says in awe, putting his rag down.
After he says that the pub goes silent noticing that it was here with Hagrid. Then a man comes up to her and shakes her hand. "Welcome back, Ms. Potter, welcome back."
A witch comes up next, "Doris Crockford, Ms. Potter. I can't believe I'm meeting you at last."
Then a wizard with a turban comes up to greet him, "Athena P-potter, C-can't tell you how pleased I am to meet you."
"Hello Professor. I didn't see you there. Athena, this Professor Quirrell. He'll be your Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher at Hogwarts." Hagrid informs Athena.
"Oh, I wish I could have sensed it sooner that the stutter was fake. I hated him." Athena said muttering under her breath not knowing that everyone could hear her.
"What was wrong with him? He was a great teacher." Cedric Diggory said not knowing about what happened at the end of first year.
"You'll see why at the end of the movie." All what Athena said was that before going back to the movie.
"Oh, nice to meet you." Athena says putting her hand out, but all the professor does is look at her head and hesitantly refuses.
"F-fearfully fascinating subject. N-not that you need it, e-eh, Potter? Hehe." Quirrell stutters out while Hagrid puts his hand on Athena's shoulder.
"Yes, well, we must be going now. Lots to buy. Heh." Hagrid says gently pushing Athena towards the back of the pub.
"Goodbye." Athena says, waving to her future teacher.
As the two walk out the back door of the pub, they are met with a wall. "See, Athena, you're famous." Hagrid says, looking down at her.
"But why am I famous, Hagrid? All those people back there, how is it they know who I am?" Athena questions not knowing what to think, while looking up at her giant friend.
"I'm not exactly sure I'm the right person to tell you that, Athena." He says sadly before looking towards the brick wall in front of them tapping out a pattern on the bricks before they start shifting to show a street filled with people.
"Welcome, Athena, to Diagon Alley." Hagrid says looking down at Athena to see her with a big smile.
"Woo!" The kids yell upon seeing the Alley where they get their school supplies from. The adults laugh at the kids knowing what it was like to be excited to go to Diagon Alley.
