Chapter 33: The Might of the Army, The Leader of the Big Murlocs Finally Appears!
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
Since the feud had already been formed, no matter what the purpose of the Trun Kingdom was, Mas would definitely interfere!
The treasure of the heavens belonged to the capable, not to mention the fact that there were only 1000 soldiers from the Spear Legion.
Although the other party was stronger than ordinary people, Mas was not afraid.
A hundred meters in the sky, Mas saw that after the Trun Spear Legion kept approaching the nine Big Murlocs, they took down the alchemy spears behind them and threw them at the Big Murloc with all their might. The spears that fell from the sky continuously penetrated the bodies of the Big Murloc.
After a rain of spears, there were only five advanced Level 5 Big Murlocs that were bitterly holding on.
Although the overall strength of the Trun Spear Legion, as professionals, was around level two or three, their armor and spears were real level four alchemy items.
Armor could defend against most attacks while spears could be used as long-range attacks to kill enemies. In addition to their well-trained formations, the combination of spears and shields greatly increased their combat strength, and it was even easier to fight across ranks.
Facing the nine Big Murloc in front of them, the four squads surrounded them from all directions at the same time, using their shields to push forward.
The Trun Spear Legion at the front held a huge shield in their left hand, blocking in front of their bodies to block the attacks. Their right hand held a spear as they continuously pushed forward, while the soldiers at the back used the gaps between the shield formation of the soldiers in front to continuously stab out with their spears.
This kind of formation was similar to the top-notch ancient Roman formation of the Blue Star in his previous life. The Square Strangulation Formation was used to deal with close-combat enemies. This perfect formation was a sure-kill formation. Once the enemy was trapped, it was almost certain death.
Furthermore, the most terrifying part of this formation was that if the soldiers at the front died, the soldiers at the back would immediately charge forward and exhaust the enemies trapped in the formation. In the end, the enemies would be pierced through by the Heart Piercing Spear and die.
Of course, this formation also had a fatal flaw. It lacked mobility and was very afraid of the light cavalry kites and heavy cavalry charging.
Once this formation connected with the heavy cavalry soldiers, the seemingly unbreakable formation would break apart.
Meanwhile, the five struggling Big Murlocs clearly did not have this type of ability right now. Even though their bodies were powerful, they continuously used their own strength to collide with the pikemen holding giant shields.
Even if their sharp claws could leave deep scratches on the Alchemy Shield, it was useless.
The pikemen's alchemy spears could easily pierce through their wounds.
As the space where they could move became smaller and smaller, the five Big Murlocs helplessly gathered together. They let out angry roars before they died, their eyes revealing the fear of death.
"Continue to attack. These animals are obviously unable to resist any longer. Don't be afraid. After you die, your family will receive a generous pension. If you dare to retreat, kill!"
A man in golden armor with a spear on his back and a huge shield shouted from the back of the formation. It was obvious that he was the highest commander of this Spear Legion.
Under his command, a thousand Trun Spear Legion held the remaining five Murlocs in a tight grip despite the continuous loss of soldiers.
As more and more wounds appeared on the bodies of the Big Murloc, the blood that continuously flowed out also caused their resistance to become weaker and weaker, and their escape became even more difficult.
Right at this moment, an unexpected event occurred.
In the Salt Lake, a huge black shadow rushed out of the lake. Looking closely, it turned out to be a Big Murloc that was six meters long.
This Murloc's body was even thicker and its appearance was even more ferocious. It was the Leader of the Big Murlocs who Mas and company had previously deduced!
He had dark green scales on his body and a three-meter-long silver trident in his right hand.
When Mas saw the trident in the Big Murloc's hand, his face was filled with shock.
"Mithril Trident?!" Mas was in disbelief.
He really could not figure out why a demi-human could have such a treasure. Was this the true purpose of the Trun Kingdom's bounty?
Mithril was a high-grade ore on par with red crystals.
Among all the high-grade ores, mithril had pretty good anti-magic effects. It was already the best anti-shock effect.
One had to know that a catty of high-grade mithril was worth hundreds of thousands of gold coins.
It could be said that the trident in the Leader of the Big Murlocs' hand was worth at least 10 million gold coins!
"It's impossible for the Trun Kingdom to mobilize such a large force for more than 10 million. Although this Mithril Trident is rather precious, it's not worth it for a kingdom. It looks like the purpose of the Trun Kingdom is to obtain a treasure that is even more precious than this trident!" Mas thought to himself.
The sudden appearance of this advanced Level 6 Leader of the Big Murlocs made the Trun Spear Legion and commander of the army feel quite a bit of pressure.
"There's no need to be afraid. Kill those five dying animals first!" The commander roared, trying to stabilize the morale of the troops.
However, how could the Leader of the Big Murlocs be willing to let his people be tortured to death? One had to know that his daughter and son were among the four Murlocs who had died previously!
Thus, he began to move!
His massive body moved quickly under the power of the fishtail, rushing straight towards the Spear Legion that was closest to the lake.
He was six meters tall, weighed nearly a ton, and had terrifying physical strength. Coupled with the Mithril Trident, he was like a wild horse that had broken free of its reins and was charging fiercely at the soldiers in the square.
In just a simple charge, more than twenty soldiers died on his trident.
Although his attack method was simple, it was very violent and effective.
The physical strength of an advanced Level 6 professional coupled with the indestructible Mithril Trident was not something that these soldiers with the strength of a Level 3 professional could take.
Even if the Mithril Trident hit the Level 4 Giant Alchemy Shield, combined with the strength of the Leader of the Murlocs, the shield and soldiers would be smashed into meat paste. It could be said to be extremely powerful.
Seeing that the number of soldiers was decreasing, even the experienced commander could not help but panic.
He was very clear that once the Leader of the Big Murlocs broke through a corner of the formation, the remaining five Big Murlocs would escape. With their will to survive, even if they could win this battle, they would definitely suffer heavy casualties.
He looked at the mercenaries who were still eager to give it a try and shouted loudly, "I am Mars, one of the three commanders of the Trun Kingdom's army. As long as you help me block the Leader of the Big Murlocs, everyone will receive 100,000 gold coins!"
In the face of Mars' persuasion, the surrounding mercenaries all treated it as farts and sneered.
What kind of joke was this? If they were asked to stop the Leader of the Big Murlocs with 100,000 gold coins, they would probably lose their lives!

Even if they were mercenaries with a high casualty rate on the battlefield, they would not be so worthless.
It should be known that the mercenaries left behind after being slaughtered by the murloc were at least Level 3 Intermediate professionals. Even if their lives were not worth much, they were not that worthless. 'A hundred thousand gold coins to buy my life? Go to hell!'
Moreover, that was the Leader of the Big Murlocs, a high-level Level 6 Murloc. Who would dare to stop him? A Level 3 or Level 4 professional, in front of the Leader of the Big Murlocs, who wielded a sharp weapon, would probably have his head smacked away by the Leader of the Big Murlocs in a single encounter.
Not to mention 100,000 gold coins, even if it was 1,000,000 gold coins, they would not be moved. What a joke, knowing that death was certain, no amount of money could buy their desire for life.
When Mas saw the Big Murloc leader appear and continuously slaughter the Spear Legion's squads, his mouth revealed a disdainful sneer.
If they could not get rid of the Leader of the Big Murlocs, then even if Mars and the others won, they should prepare to be put on the gallows after returning to the country. The king of Trun would not let Mars off with such heavy losses.
Mars looked at the team that was constantly being attacked back and forth, and his heart was unusually anxious.
As the commander, how could he not know the advantages and disadvantages of this formation?
Why was their Trun Kingdom a vassal state of the Storm Empire?
Was it because there were no top-notch experts in the Trun Kingdom?
Of course not. What a joke. How could a country that advocated martial arts not have top-notch experts?
Even if a Level 7 Mythical Expert was to face the attack of a country's large number of rune turrets and giant crossbow bolts, they would still die.
The reason why it became an affiliated country of the Storm Empire was because of the soldiers between the two countries.
The Spear Legion of the Trun Kingdom was powerful, but the Ace Legion of the Storm Empire happened to be a cavalry unit. Don't forget the previous cavalry legion commander, Carl. The Spear Legion of the Trun Kingdom was fundamentally restrained by the Storm Empire's cavalry corps.
Every time the heavy-armored knights attacked, they could easily break the formation of the Spear Legion.
Once the Spear Legion's formation was broken, it would be useless.
One had to know that a long-handled weapon was a rather special type of weapon. The only way to unleash the true power of a long-handled weapon was to thrust forward.
In addition, humans had an instinctive fear of huge creatures. If a warhorse were to attack you, would you be able to hold back and not run? The answer was, of course not, and you would not be able to outrun it.
Without the protection of a formation, how could an ordinary soldier outrun a warhorse? Any cavalry of the same level could easily kill a pikeman in a one-on-one situation.
Because of this, Mars was extremely anxious.
Once the Leader of the Big Murlocs, who was like a heavy cavalry, made an opening in their formation, everything would be over.
As for the remaining mercenaries present, they were clearly watching the show. If no one made a move, there was nothing he could do.
"There's no other way. Looks like I can only use that thing!" Mars thought to himself.
He took out a launcher that was like a Zhuge repeating crossbow but smaller.
From the pained expression on his face, it was obvious that this thing was extremely expensive.
Mars held the bolt-like launcher, aimed it at the Leader of the Big Murlocs, and pulled the trigger.
There were a few piercing sounds.
A few black needles the length of an index finger flew out and directly hit the leader of the Big Murloc.
The originally berserk Leader of the Big Murlocs immediately slowed down.
"Now! Quickly reorganize the formation. If you want to live, the formation cannot be messed up no matter what!" Mars roared.
As expected, Mars' words were effective. The other three squads with very little losses split up a group to form a new encirclement.
Mas looked surprised at the sight.
The Leader of the Big Murlocs' current behavior was like a leader in his previous life who was drunk, his body was shaking continuously.
"Could it be that the thing that the commander of the Spear Legion shot out just now was anesthetic?" Mas was a little stunned.
What kind of anesthetic could anesthetize a Leader of the Big Murlocs whose strength was as high as Level 6?!
"Alchemy is indeed terrifying!" Mas thought to himself.
This was because when Mas first learned from Swoks, the swindler, the philosophy that Swoks instilled into Mas every day was "Alchemists are the greatest and strongest professionals!"
In addition, Mas had relied on the Creator's Alchemy Platform to refine the Red Crystal Gargoyle and the Royal Naga. In his heart, he was even more certain that biological alchemists were stronger than other professional alchemists!
And now, seeing Mars using a few tranquilizer bullets to bring back the situation of almost losing the battle, Mas realized that the other branches of alchemy were not as weak as he imagined.
If these tranquilizer bullets that could even put down an advanced Level 6 Big Murloc were placed on a person, they would probably be directly killed.
Moreover, the speed of this small tranquilizer bullet was extremely fast. It was just like the sniper rifle in his previous life. It was impossible to guard against it.
"It seems that refining an advanced alchemy armor is imminent! Otherwise, I'll be secretly killed one day without even knowing how I died!" Mas thought to himself and made up his mind.
After returning to the Alchemy Tower this time, he would ask Walter and Harry to purify the ores and metals. No matter what, he had to refine a high-level alchemy armor to protect himself.
The scene returned to the battlefield.
The Leader of the Big Murlocs was currently in an anesthesia state and had no combat power to speak of. Seeing this, the pikemen of the Trun Kingdom no longer paid attention to the Leader of the Big Murlocs who had fainted. Instead, they maintained their formation and launched a new round of slaughter on the remaining five Big Murlocs.
It was a race against time now, would the remaining five Big Murloc die first, or would the Leader of the Big Murlocs wake up from the anesthesia state, this great gamble between the two sides would decide who the final victory belonged to.
Mas stood on the Red Crystal Gargoyle, looking down from the high school.
Using his alchemy binoculars, he could clearly see that the remaining mercenaries, who had lost their will to fight previously, were quietly approaching the battlefield.
"These mercenaries want to pick up the scraps? I'm afraid they're getting impatient. The Trun Kingdom that issued the bounty wants to attack the army directly under the Trun Kingdom. Even if they get the corpse of the Big Murloc, they still dare to exchange it for the bounty?" Mas felt a little strange.
At this moment, Mas realized that there was a faint singing coming from his surroundings. The singing was extremely tragic, as though it was telling him a tragic love story.
Mas felt his head begin to spin.. This was not right. This was…?!

Chapter 35: Mas Strikes, The Might of the Royal Naga
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
This Trun Kingdom was really daring. One had to know that the Storm Empire was a country that advocated freedom and strictly prohibited slavery. As a subsidiary empire of this colossus, it actually wanted to capture this sea demon Siren?
Moreover, the purpose of the Trun Kingdom issuing such a sky-high reward was already revealed. It was to attract the mercenary cannon fodder who had been absorbed by greed.
Obviously, from the very beginning, the Trun Kingdom had no intention of letting these cannon fodder leave alive. It could even be said that even if they really brought the corpse of the Leader of the Big Murlocs back to receive the reward, the Trun Kingdom would probably still renege on it and not buy it at all.
"This Trun Kingdom is really good. However, they actually plotted against me. Then they shall reap the fruits of their own actions!" A cold glint flashed across Mas' eyes as he thought to himself.
However, the sudden appearance of this Siren was enough to make the treacherous Trun Kingdom suffer.
Under the sea demons' sad singing, many of the pikemen were already out of their wits.
The mercenaries who had escaped death were like walking corpses as they approached the Spear Legion aimlessly.
As one of the three commanders of the army, Mas was more or less affected. However, as an advanced Level 4 professional, he could still barely resist.
He looked at the beautiful Siren Sea Demon on the lake, his eyes filled with greed.
Indeed, the true purpose of their trip was as Mas had guessed. The king of the Trun Kingdom had already given him an order that no matter how many sacrifices were made, they must capture sea demon Siren secretly.
One had to know that although the Storm Empire did not allow slavery on the surface, no one said that slaves could not be sent to the black market for auction.
If they could capture sea demon Siren, no matter how high the level, once it was auctioned on a famous black market, it would cost at least 20 million gold coins, not to mention sea demon Siren who was obviously not weaker than a Level 3. As long as they could capture it and sell it, it would be equivalent to three years of taxes in the Trun Kingdom.
There was a saying in capitalism that people would take risks as long as they had 50% of the profits. If they could obtain 100% of the profits, they would dare to trample all the laws in the world. If they could obtain 300% of the profits, they would dare to commit any forbidden crimes. They would even risk being hanged if they were discovered.
It was also because of this that the king of the Trun Kingdom took the risk and risked the rules set by the Storm Empire to capture the sea demon Siren with monstrous benefits.
After all, no one could resist the temptation of money.
"After this battle, the Spear Legion of the Trun Kingdom is completely finished." When Mas saw the appearance of the sea demon, he sneered.
Why was sea demon Siren worth so much? The scariest part was that no matter how high the level of the sea demons were, they could sing such a bewitching song that was no less than a mage's spiritual control.
Although the five Big Murlocs were heavily injured and were on the verge of death, with their beast forms, they still had the strength to fight.
The anaesthetic effect on the Leader of the Big Murlocs would not last long, but the defeat of the Spear Legion of the Trun Kingdom was inevitable.
Meanwhile, the actual situation at the scene was exactly as Mas had guessed. In less than three minutes, the Leader of the Big Murlocs was indeed awake. Hearing the familiar singing, the Leader of the Big Murlocs was furious.
He charged towards the commander of the Spear Legion, Mars.
Could an advanced Level 4 human armed to the teeth be able to withstand an advanced Level 6 Leader of the Big Murlocs wielding a Level 6 Mithril Trident?
The answer was obvious. No!
The huge fishtail swayed along with the body of the Leader of the Big Murlocs, leaving deep ravines on the muddy ground.
When Mars saw the Leader of the Big Murlocs charging towards him aggressively, his eyes clearly showed the fear that a creature should have, but he did not escape. Instead, he took down the giant shield and spear on his back and assumed a battle stance.
Why did Mars not run?
Not to mention whether Mars could outrun the Leader of the Big Murlocs who was as fast as a warhorse, with a few dozen kilograms worth of alchemical items on his back, if the king of the Trun Kingdom knew that he had run down a thousand men from the Spear Legion and fled like a cowardly rat, not to mention him, even his family would be sent to the gallows.
Mars was very wise. Under his instincts and rationality, he had chosen rationality, but he had completely misjudged the difference in strength between himself and the Leader of the Big Murlocs.
The Leader of the Big Murlocs rushed in front of Mars in less than ten seconds, brandishing this attack with all his strength. With just this one strike, Mars' huge shield was instantly smashed into pieces, and he himself was also smashed into meat paste by this huge inertia.
Seeing the death of their leader, Mars, the surviving pikemen of the army were thrown into chaos.
They had completely lost the will to resist and could only focus on escaping helplessly.
But how could they outrun this Big Murloc?
The five heavily injured Big Murlocs were like trapped beasts as they pursued the spearmen of the Trun Kingdom.
On one side were the high-spirited magical beasts, and on the other side were the defeated human legions.
When the two came into contact, the result was obvious.
This was practically a one-sided slaughter.
The remaining pikemen died one after another. As they watched each other fall one by one beside them, their hearts crumbled. Under the bewitchment of the song of Siren, more and more soldiers turned into mindless puppets that began to attack others.
The outcome of the battle had been decided the moment Mars died.
However, that was only if nothing else happened.
For example, even if Mas did not make a move, Mas would definitely not let these Big Murlocs go.
Not to mention anything else, just the corpses of nine intermediate Level 5 and high-level Level 6 Leader of the Big Murlocs were extremely important alchemy materials.
Furthermore, Mas did not intend to let go of this sea demon Siren.
Siren was extremely valuable in his eyes. Of course, Mas had not captured it for sale.
It was for its tears. According to Dyson's notes, Siren's tears were an elementary Level 8 alchemy item.
Of course, this did not mean that Siren was extremely powerful.
It was because sea demons were extremely rare to begin with. Additionally, sea demons would only shed tears when they were extremely sad. Moreover, there was only a small bottle of tears.
There were even some Sirens who would never shed tears in their entire lives. Because of this, the tears of sea demons were extremely rare among alchemy items.
"Walter, Harry, wake up!" Mas shouted to wake the two who were almost charmed.
"The two of you can work together with the elementary Level 3 sea demon Siren under the Red Crystal Gargoyle's uniform, right?" Mas turned his head and looked at the two of them who were dreaming on the Red Crystal Gargoyle.
"Boss, don't worry. Nothing will go wrong," Harry immediately promised.
"Boss, I guarantee with my head that nothing will go wrong," Walter swore again.
When Mas heard their guarantee, he nodded. If the two of them, together with the Red Crystal Gargoyle, whose strength was comparable to a Level 5 occupation, were unable to take down this Level 3 sea demon Siren, then their abilities were truly questionable.
"Now!" Mas grabbed the Red Crystal Gargoyle's waist and swooped down.
Mas only had one target, and that was the Leader of the Big Murlocs who still had strength left.
As long as they could successfully kill the other party, the five heavily injured Murloc would naturally not be a problem.
Seeing that he was getting closer and closer to the Leader of the Big Murlocs, Mas summoned two Royal Nagas from the sky.
Two royal Nagas descended from the sky, even the Leader of the Big Murlocs was stunned.
The two royal Nagas opened their mouths at the same time and began to gather their strength. In less than ten seconds, the water element gathered in their mouths and formed two spiraling puddles that sprayed at the Leader of the Big Murlocs.
The two water cannons were like sharp water blades, almost without any obstruction, easily piercing through the unguarded Leader of the Big Murlocs, leaving two terrifying huge wounds on its abdomen!

Chapter 36: Tear of Siren, Alchemy Experiment!
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
"So powerful!" This was the first time Mas had seen the true strength of the royal Naga.
They thought that there would be a tough battle, but they did not expect the two royal Nagas to easily injure the Leader of the Big Murlocs.
Yet this was only the beginning. The cat-and-mouse game had just begun.
The two royal Nagas condensed water cannons again and sprayed it at the Leader of the Big Murlocs.
When the Leader of the Big Murlocs saw this, his eyes flashed with grievance. He wanted to use the Mithril Trident in his hand to continuously defend.
However, even though he managed to defend against one water cannon, another water cannon penetrated his body.
Even though the Leader of the Big Murlocs had the bloodline of a magical beast, he was still unable to endure the three large bloody holes, causing his body to become weak.
At this time, the five Big Murlocs on the other side noticed the abnormality of their leader, and could not be bothered to continue killing, hurriedly coming back to support.
However, they only had the strength of mid-level Level 5, and they were also heavily injured. How could they defeat the Royal Naga whose strength was comparable to an advanced Level 6?
In less than a single minute, five heavily injured Murloc were slaughtered by the royal Naga.
The Leader of the Big Murlocs was also on the verge of death.
Even Siren was subdued by Walter and Harry.
To be precise, the sea demon was very good at singing. When it sensed the presence of two Red Crystal Gargoyles that posed a great threat to its life, it immediately stopped singing.
Just as Mas was about to order the royal Naga to kill the Leader of the Big Murlocs, an ethereal and pleasant female voice entered Mas's brain. Looking closely, it turned out that the sea demon had spoken.
"I beg you, this human, please don't kill him!" The sea demon's ethereal voice was like the sound of nature.
Just one sentence made Mas' skin crawl and his brain tremble. It was an indescribably wonderful feeling, like the ASMR from his previous life.
"You want me to not kill him? What benefits can you bring me?" Mas looked at the sea demon quietly and said indifferently.
He was not a fat aristocrat who would let her off just because this sea demon looked pitiful. Therefore, he did not take the sea demon's request to heart at all.
"Because I want to kill him myself!" The sea demon's ethereal voice echoed in her mind again.
"You?"
Mas looked at the sea demon in shock. He thought that the sea demon would plead for the Leader of the Big Murlocs, but it turned out that he had been wrong all along.
"You want to kill him? Then why did you help him before?" Mas sneered.
He was not a fool. He would not believe her just because of a casual sentence from the sea demon.
"Because he took a fancy to my beauty. In order to take me away, he actually cruelly killed my parents. The reason why I helped him earlier was so that he wouldn't be killed by others. It was because I wanted to kill him myself one day!"
That pear blossom bathed in rain was so beautiful that one could not tell that it was fake.
The sea demon's eyes also turned from pure aqua blue to scarlet.
Mas was stunned. He had not expected things to turn out this way. It was completely beyond his expectations.
Mas considered for a moment and nodded slightly. "Sure. The enmity of killing your father is irreconcilable. It's also a good thing that you can get your revenge now."
To Mas himself, it did not matter who killed the Leader of the Big Murlocs. What was important was that he could obtain the corpse of the Leader of the Big Murlocs and earn a favor from sea demon Siren for free. To him, it was a good deal.
After hearing Mas' promise, the beautiful sea demon Siren swam to Mars' corpse without any regard for its own safety. It strenuously picked up the Level 4 advanced alchemy spear, and its eyes were filled with hatred towards the Leader of the Big Murlocs who was leaning on the Mithril Trident barely breathing.
He stabbed out with all his might.
Hearing the whistling of the wind, the Leader of the Big Murlocs raised his head, wanting to clearly remember who had attacked. When he saw that the thief's appearance was precisely the lover he had been thinking about, his eyes revealed a look of disbelief. Because of his injured voice, he continuously released hoarse cries.
"I've been with you, you bastard. I've been trying to kill you all along. This has never changed!"
Then came the sound of a weapon piercing into flesh. The sea demon's all-out attack was the last straw that crushed the Leader of the Big Murlocs.
The body of the Leader of the Big Murlocs collapsed.
The sea demon released the spear and looked up into the sky, a sad and nostalgic expression on its face.
On her right eye, a teardrop slowly fell to the ground.
The clear sound of water dripping could be heard.
When the memories ended, the sadness on the siren's face was gone, replaced by determination. She bent down and picked up a sapphire-like crystal from the ground. Her fishtail kept moving as she slowly came to Mas and opened her palm.
"Thank you, benefactor. This is my only repayment to you!" the sea demon said slowly.
Mas trembled as he took the crystal from the sea demon. He was a little dumbfounded. He had obtained this Level 8 alchemy material just like that?
The blue crystal in his hand was a beginner Level 8 alchemy material — the tears of sea demon Siren.
"Sea Demon's Tear (Level 8): Extremely precious alchemical material. It's hard to buy even one drop of it even if you spend tens of thousands of gold coins. It can withstand most mental attacks in the world."
"Hiss, this is really good stuff!" Mas stared blankly at the Sea Demon's Tear in his hand and sucked in a cold breath.
Resisting most mental attacks in the world was enough to prove the value of the Sea Demon's Tears.
Just this thing alone was enough to leave 99% of the Mental Spellcasters and Mages in the dust.
After all, these two types of professionals were famous for their mental strength attacks.
Mas looked at the treasure in front of him and stored it in his alchemy space. He looked at the sea demon in front of him and smiled. "Repay one for another. I let you kill the Leader of the Big Murlocs, and you gave me this precious tear. Now, we're even. You can leave. I hope that in the future, you can sing freely in the sea and not be sad anymore!"
"Walter, Harry, let's go!" Mas called out after collecting the Mithril Trident and the bodies of the Murloc.
As for the remaining Spear Legion and mercenaries of the Trun Kingdom, Mas decided to ignore them.
He was not a bloodthirsty person, and these people did not have any enmity with him. He could not bear to kill them all for no reason.
Furthermore, they did not even know him. So what if they did? If they dared to offend him, he would not mind killing them!
"Human, can I leave with you?" The sea demon suddenly spoke, catching Mas off guard.
Mas looked surprised at that.
"You want to stay with me forever?" Mas asked.
"Yes, I want to sing for you alone in the future. I want to follow you forever!" The sea demon nodded.
"Of course you can. Welcome to our big family. Hello, I'm Mas!" When Mas heard this, he happily extended his hand towards the sea demon.
"My name is Lilith." The siren softly revealed her maiden name.
[Sea Demon Lilith's Loyalty Level has increased to 80]
Mas froze when he heard the familiar prompt.
"That works too?" Mas mused.
Mas looked at the sea demon Lilith in front of him. A virtual panel appeared beside her.
[Lilith]
[Race: Sea Demon]
[Class: Middle Grade Three]
[Skills: Siren's Song, Spiritual Enchantment]
[Loyalty Level: 80]
"I never expected that I would be able to pick up such a good thing!" Mas was filled with emotions.
"Walter, Harry, you two take a Red Crystal Gargoyle back with you. Let her ride a Red Crystal Gargoyle alone," Mas instructed.
Walter and Harry, who had always been close, had no complaints about this arrangement.
As the three Red Crystal Gargoyles soared into the sky, the four of them flew towards the Alchemy Tower.
…..
When the four of them arrived at the Alchemy Tower, the sun had already set and it was already close to dusk.
After Mas and the others entered the Alchemy Tower, Mas had the two sisters, Sha Youliya, call them down and get to know Lilith.
However, there was a very difficult problem now.
Lilith was a sea demon after all, so there was nothing wrong with her staying on land for a short period of time.
But she was still a sea demon. If she stayed on land for too long, she would die from thirst and lack of water.
All sea creatures were the same. No matter how strong they were, they had to return to the water every once in a while. This was an unavoidable physiological reaction, or they would die from thirst and dehydration.
However, the Alchemy Tower was extremely lacking in water in this dense and dry forest. Where could he get a water source to supply Lilith?
This was a very troublesome and pressing problem.
"Master Mas, I have an idea. We can dig a huge pit near the Alchemy Tower and use my water magic runes to create rainwater. Then, we can create a magic rune and let the rainwater in the pit continuously cycle and evaporate. Then, we can form a simple pond!" Sha You suggested.
"Will this method work?" Mas, who had never seen it before, asked curiously.
Dig a hole in a dry forest and create a pond that naturally drops water?
This really surprised Mas.
"No problem, Master Mas. I've helped someone build a swimming pool like this before!" Sha You smiled.
"Then I'll leave Lilith's matter to you, Sha You!" Mas nodded.
As for whether Lilith would be life-threatening outside the Alchemy Tower, this was not something Mas cared about. This was because the Red Crystal Gargoyles patrolling outside were not to be trifled with.
After settling Lilith's problem, Mas took the teleportation device to the top of the alchemy tower.
Currently, Mas did not intend to refine the corpse of the Leader of the Big Murlocs. After all, it was the corpse of a top-tier Level 6 magical beast. There was still a chance to scam a Level 7 alchemical creature.
And the corpses of nine Level 5 Murloc naturally became Mas' first choice.
After all, Mas had not finished using the magical crystals and metal frame that Belek had given him previously.
The problem was, Mas realized that he did not have enough alchemy materials.
Now, the only alchemical materials above six stars were the Red Dragon Stone, Hundred-year-old Ice Crystals, Level 6 fire attribute magic crystal, the skull of the behemoth, and the enormous Sting of the Underground Scorpion.
"Looks like I'll have to ask that fat guy Berek to bring me more Level 5 and Level 6 alchemy materials when I deliver next time," Mas muttered in his heart.
There was no need to consider the six-star magic crystal for the time being. Big Murloc was an ocean creature, and the water and fire attributes had a huge conflict. In order to match, Mas chose a Level 5 water-type magic crystal.
"The hundred-year-old ice crystal is still there. Why don't you try it yourself?" Mas looked at the hundred-year-old ice crystal beside his hand and muttered.
After some consideration, he decided to do it.
The ice attribute was more suitable for the water-type Big Murloc. If he added a hundred-year ice crystal, there might be unexpected surprises.
Summoning the Creator's Alchemy Platform, Mas placed the Big Murloc's corpse, hundred-year-old ice crystals, Level 5 water-type magic crystals, and Level 4 all-purpose steel frame on the alchemy platform before refining.
Driven by an invisible force, the hundred-year-old ice crystal turned into powder and sank into the Big Murloc's corpse.
A thick layer of frost appeared on the surface of the Big Murloc's corpse.
The steel frame fused into the Big Murloc's corpse, forming new bones.
Finally, the water-type magic crystal adorned the forehead of the Big Murloc.
A cold aura came from the Creator's Alchemy Platform.
Success!
[Congratulations to the host for successfully refining an advanced Level 5 alchemical creature—Frost Murloc!]
[Congratulations to the host for successfully refining a Level 5 alchemical creature. 50 EXP obtained.]
Mas sighed softly in pity.
"I thought I could successfully craft a Level 6 alchemical creature, but it looks like the level of the all-purpose steel frame is too low."
If he used a Level 5 metal frame or a Level 6 metal frame, it was highly possible that he could create a Level 6 alchemical creature.
Although it was a pity, Mas did not take it to heart.
Then, he began to check the information of the Frost Murloc.
[Frost Murloc]
[Level: Advanced Level 5]
[Skills: Water Creature, Snow Creature, Ice Skin, Bite, Hard Claws, Ice Needle Attack, Intermediate Power Source]
It had one more ability than the Royal Naga, but the effect still had to be seen in actual combat. It was still uncertain.
"There are only a few alchemy materials left, and their attributes are completely incompatible with the water-type Big Murloc. What should I do?" Mas sighed softly as if he wanted to vent his frustration.
Just as Mas was about to take the remaining eight Big Murloc corpses back into the alchemy space, a bold idea suddenly appeared in his mind, making his eyes light up.
"If I use the corpses of two Big Murloc as alchemy materials, what kind of monsters will I create?!" Mas murmured softly as if he was full of anticipation for the idea to unfold.

Chapter 37: A Bold Test, An Unexpected Reward
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
Due to the influence of Swoks and the previous owner of the Alchemy Tower, Mas was very good at refining materials. However, he suddenly realized that because he had the Creator's Alchemy Platform, he had a 100% chance of refining all items. There was no possibility of failure.
Then why did he have to stick to alchemy materials? Even if the alchemy materials he put in were not comparable, or even conflicted, it would at most cause the stars of the items he made to drop.
The corpse of the Big Murloc was also an alchemy material. It was theoretically possible to put two Big Murloc corpses in one go.
"There are a total of eight Big Murloc corpses left. Even if I lose two of them, it's still within my tolerance." Mas thought to himself.
After making this important decision, Mas started to try. First, he put in the corpses of two Level 5 Intermediate Big Murlocs, followed by the Level 5 water-type magic crystal, and finally, the Level 5 all-purpose steel frame.
The Creator's Alchemy Platform started to activate, but the situation was far beyond what Mas had expected.
A golden light suddenly flashed on the Creator's Alchemy Platform. The dazzling light covered the refinement process.
This was the first time he had seen such a situation since using the Creator's Alchemy Platform.
Mas could not help but look forward to this situation.
What kind of alchemical creature could he create?
Two-headed Big Murloc? Four-armed Big Murloc? Two-headed, four-armed Big Murloc?
Everything possessed too much uncertainty, so he did not dare make a decision in frustration, and he could only wait silently.
As the golden light on the Creator's Alchemy Platform disappeared, an extremely burly Big Murloc with a physique that surpassed that of the Leader of the Big Murlocs, covered in black scales, appeared in front of Mas.
[Congratulations, host, you have successfully refined a Level 6 alchemical creature—Strange Strength Murloc]
[Successfully refined a Level 6 alchemical creature. 60 alchemy experience points obtained.]
"It's actually a beginner Level 6 alchemical creature?" Mas was stunned. He did not expect that he would be able to pick up such an opportunity when he was already prepared for a loss.
This made him feel as if he had unintentionally planted a willow tree into the shade.
Previously, he added in the Level 6 Hundred-year-old Ice Crystals and only refined an advanced Level 5 Frost Murloc.
And now, he only used the corpses of two Level 5 Murlocs, and actually casually refined a Level 6 Strange Strength Murloc for him.
This really made Mas confused about alchemy.
Mas had thought that he would be able to refine a Level 4 failed product, but in the end, he was able to refine a Strange Strength Murloc. This made him even more fascinated by the mysterious alchemy.
Mas began to recall the detailed steps to refine the Strange Mas. When he carefully recalled the steps to refine the Strange Strength Murloc, he could not help but sigh.
"Without the Creator's Alchemy Platform, I'm afraid even if a Level 7 biological alchemist came, he might not be able to successfully refine this Strange Strength Murloc!"
Based on the steps of refining the Strange Strength Murloc that appeared in his mind, Mas realized that if it was a human who actually operated it, it would probably be "hellish difficulty". It would probably not be any less difficult than an ordinary beginner Level 7 alchemical creature.
But so what if the steps were difficult? He had the system. As long as he had the Creator's Alchemy Platform, these problems were not a problem!
Mas then checked the basic attributes of the Strange Strength Murloc.
[Strange Strength Murloc]
[Level: Beginner Level 6]
[Skill: Water Creature, Lifting Mountains, Bite, Claw, Overcharge, Intermediate Power Source]
Compared to normal Big Murlocs, the Strange Strength Murloc had skills such as lifting mountains, overcharge and intermediate power source.
Power source was a characteristic of every alchemical creature. Apart from this, the Strange Strength Murloc also had more strength than ordinary Big Murlocs.
However, it was at least a beginner Level 6 alchemical creature. Although Mas had never seen the actual combat scene of the Strange Strength Murloc and did not know how strong they were, as a Level 6 alchemical creature, it should not be weak. At least, if it was a one-on-one fight with an ordinary Level 6 professional, it would not be at a disadvantage.
Next, as usual, Mas used the same method to refine the remaining six Big Murloc corpses, three Level 5 water-type magic crystals, and three Level 5 all-purpose steel frames, obtaining three identical Strange Strength Murlocs again.
"I didn't expect to encounter such a fortuitous encounter when I went to the Trun Kingdom to purchase food and ores. What a bountiful harvest!" Mas laughed heartily.
Now that there were four beginner Level 6 alchemical creatures and one advanced Level 5 alchemical creature, his overall strength was greatly improved again.
But Mas still did not think it was enough. There was one more serious problem that had not been solved.
Although he had many powerful alchemical creatures in his hands, he was still a weakling. Even a Level 1 professional could easily kill him.
"Although the alchemical creatures refined by the Creator's Alchemy Platform will never betray me, I have to raise my strength as soon as possible!
I wonder if I can create an Iron Man Armor like Iron Man in my previous life, "Mas muttered.
Mas had been thinking about this ever since he was accepted as Swoks' apprentice.
However, even though he thought about it, it was still very difficult to actually operate it.
Because this world did not have the so-called Artificial Intelligence (AI) system, wanting to create an alternate version of J.A.R.V.I.S was simply a fool's dream.
This also meant that even if Mas created a set of Iron Man Armor from another world, he had to control it himself, which meant that the operating system had to be simple and convenient. Otherwise, it would be too complicated and would only make things worse.
Moreover, it was impossible for Mas to wear the Iron Man Armor from another world at any time, so the Iron Man Armor must be able to shrink at will. When needed, it can be worn quickly, and when not needed, it can be conveniently taken off.
Combining these conditions, it was a long way to build a perfect set of Iron Man Armor from another world.
Of course, before that, Mas would have to refine and purify the ores and metals he'd purchased in the Trun Kingdom. He was still waiting for the shopkeeper to deliver the purification and purification tools.. When Walter and Harry were done refining and purifying, he would have enough materials for him to try refining.

Chapter 38: Mage Anthony Arrives Again
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
Time passed day by day. In the blink of an eye, three days had passed.
Outside the Alchemy Tower, the Red Crystal Gargoyle dug a huge pit not far away according to Sha You's instructions.
Using the magic runes carved by Sha You himself, he created a small pond that was ten meters by ten meters and five meters deep.
This pond would be Lilith's residence in the future.
In the past few days, Walter and Harry had been cleaning inside the Alchemy Tower. After all, there were only Swoks and Mas in the tower before and it was dirty and messy. Now, with their cleaning, at least the interior of the Alchemy Tower did not look as messy as before.
Meanwhile, Leah had been doing her best to carve the magic runes required for the rune turrets.
However, magic runes were also divided into different levels. According to Leah, she and her sister Sha You were currently carving a magic rune called Flaming Heaven Rune. It was a beginner Level 5 rune and could be regarded as one of the runes with a higher level.
Due to the difficulty of engraving the Flaming Heaven Rune, the two sisters had yet to complete the magic runes of the 15 rune turrets.
Mas did not know much about this but the system showed that the two sisters' loyalty was 100. Therefore, he was not worried that the two of them would tamper with the rune turret, so he did not care too much. Instead, he told them not to overwork themselves.
If it was slow, then so be it. After all, the more detailed the craft, the slower it would be, right?
As long as the Flaming Heaven Rune magical runes drawn by the two sisters were powerful enough, there would be no other problems.
For the past few days, Mas had been reading the encyclopedia of the alchemy materials.
This was because the successful refinement of the murloc three days ago reminded Mas of something.
Although he had the help of the Creator's Alchemy Platform, if he looked down on the alchemy techniques that had been passed down in this world, he would definitely be the one to suffer.
If he had known earlier that he could use the corpses of two intermediate Level 5 Murlocs along with the Level 5 water-type magic crystal and the Level 5 all-purpose steel frame to refine a beginner Level 6 Strange Strength Murloc, he would not have used the Level 6 Hundred-year-old Ice Crystals no matter what.
Even though the Hundred-year-old Ice Crystal was only a beginner Level 6 alchemy material, alchemy materials of the same rank were divided into different grades. The Hundred-year-old Ice Crystal was the more precious type among Level 6 materials.
Mas had already proven it. Even if it was a Hundred-year-old Ice Crystal that perfectly matched the attributes of the Big Murloc, there was no chemical reaction when the two were refined together.
Right now, he was lacking knowledge on most alchemy materials. Only by understanding more about the characteristics of alchemy materials would he be able to use the alchemy materials in his hands more flexibly to refine higher-level alchemical creatures.
And this afternoon, the batch of items that he had bought in the Trun Kingdom had finally arrived. After sending Walter and Harry to check and confirm that there were no mistakes, he asked the servants to leave.
After the servants left, Mas waved his hand and stored everything in the alchemy space.
According to his previous plan, the second floor of the Alchemy Tower would be Walter and Harry's workplace from now on. There were ten floors in the Alchemy Tower, each ten meters.
The first floor was a reception hall, the second floor was a workshop for Walter and Harry, the third and fourth floors were residences, the fifth floor was a magic workshop for Leah and Sha You to carve magic runes, the ninth floor was the floor where the control of the rune turret was, and the tenth floor was the floor that Mas himself used for alchemy.
Although there were still three floors that he had yet to make use of, Mas was not in a hurry at the moment. He had to eat his food one bite at a time. Although there were only three floors left in the space now, in the future, this bit of space would definitely not be enough.
Even expanding the Alchemy Tower was only a matter of time. However, this kind of thing could not be rushed. It had to be done step by step. If one took too big of a step, it would be easy to get involved.
On the second floor of the Alchemy Tower, Mas set up the ores, metals, and tools used for extraction in the alchemy space for Walter and Harry.
After that, he divided the ores into four piles. Although they were all of the lowest grade, as long as they were refined and purified, they might be able to obtain good ores.
These four types of ores were blacksteel stones with higher hardness and flexible Perkin. Peacock stones with the lightest weight in the same volume had the same effect as a weakened version of red crystal granite.
If Mas wanted to refine an alternate version of the Iron Man Armor, he would need at least four ores.
Now it was just waiting for Walter and Harry to refine and purify these ores.
…..
As dusk approached, a carriage drove from the direction of the Storm Empire's capital city into the depths of the Gloom Forest.
The convoy was escorted by a group of thousands of green-robed mages. The leader was an old man with a white beard. If Mas was here, he would definitely recognize him. He was Mage Anthony.
When Anthony approached the Alchemy Tower and discovered the 20 Red Crystal Gargoyles hovering in the sky, he was shocked.
"Looks like Master Mas really intends to settle down in the Storm Empire. This is great news!" Mage Anthony saw the smile on his face and thought to himself.
From his point of view, the 20 Red Crystal Gargoyles circling in the sky were the rune turrets that Master Mas had placed nearby. They were the kind that could automatically aim and attack.
When he came to buy the gargoyles last time, he did not see the twenty Red Crystal Gargoyles. This made him think that Master Mas was only staying here temporarily and had no intention of staying for long.
Little did he know that it was really because of the alchemy materials he brought for the second time that there were 20 Red Crystal Gargoyles guarding the Alchemy Tower today.
"Master Mas, are you in the tower?" Anthony stopped ten meters away and shouted at the Alchemy Tower.
He did not dare to get too close, fearing that the Red Crystal Gargoyles circling in the sky would swoop down and attack them.
"Mage Anthony, you're here! Long time no see!" Mas said calmly through the alchemy loudspeaker.
In fact, Mas was so excited that he wanted to die.
As Angor was desperately lacking alchemy materials, the "money-giver" came again.
"Master Mas, the Red Crystal Gargoyle you refined is very useful. Our Storm Empire has already begun to counterattack the Pope. This time, I have brought the remaining funds from the previous batch of goods. I have also specially gathered a precious Level 7 alchemy material for you!" Mage Anthony heard Mas's kind response and said excitedly.
"Level 7 alchemy material?! Mage Anthony, you've worked hard. I'll send someone to get them now!" Mas said excitedly.
Then, Mas asked Walter and Harry to collect it through the conversation device in the Alchemy Tower.
When Mage Anthony saw Harry and Walter walking out of the Alchemy Tower, he was a little stunned.
"The demi-human race? Why did Master Mas let the demi-human race enter the Alchemy Tower?" Mage Anthony found it strange.
The alchemists he knew would never allow the demi-human race to enter the Alchemy Tower regardless of their strength.
After all, there was a famous saying amongst the human race. 'Those who are not of the same race will definitely have different intentions.'
Now, when he saw Harry and Walter walk out of the Alchemy Tower with his own eyes, he naturally suspected that Master Mas could also be a demi-human because other than this possibility, there was really no other reason for the demi-human to enter the Alchemy Tower.
After all, alchemy was not the privilege of humans. As long as one had talent in alchemy, any race could produce an alchemy master.
When Anthony saw Walter and Harry checking the alchemy materials and returning to the Alchemy Tower, he could not help but mutter, "It seems that this Master Mas is very likely to be a demi-human, and so far, I have never met that Master Mas. Perhaps Master Mas is trying to hide his true identity. It seems that I have to be cautious in front of Master Mas in the future and not speak ill of the demi-human."
But guesses were guesses. Even if Mas was really a demi-human, Anthony did not mind. After all, he and Mas had an inseparable interest relationship, as long as Master Mas could sell him alchemical creatures.
This time, the transaction was very pleasant. With the previous experience, Mas handed the control core of the ten Red Crystal Gargoyles that had been polished long ago to Walter and asked him to hand it to Mage Anthony. After that, Mage Anthony said that he would still come for transactions in the future and left with the ten Red Crystal Gargoyles.
Before opening it again, Anthony looked curiously at the small pond that had only recently appeared near the Alchemy Tower. After all, he had never seen this pond before. Moreover, it was impossible for it to form such a large pond in a few days.
At this moment, Lilith surfaced and prepared to take a breather.
When he saw Lilith, who was a sea demon, his gaze changed slightly. Anthony recognized that she was a sea demon described in history books.
"The last time I came, there weren't so many demi-humans here. It seems that Master Mas is indeed a demi-human and he plans to settle down for a long period of time before bringing his previous demi-human companions over?" Anthony affirmed inwardly.
This was great news for the royal family of the Storm Empire.
After all, Mage Anthony had never met Master Mas before, so he had no way of getting close to him. Now, he finally had a clear goal.
Mas did not know or care about Anthony's dichotomy.
After all, for him, this might not be a bad thing. At least the identity of this demi-human great alchemist could allow him, who was currently powerless, to be in a safer state.
After Mage Anthony left, Mas created 30 Red Crystal Gargoyles and 30 Emerald Green Robes according to the formula in his mind.
Last time, apart from these fixed materials, Master Anthony also brought four Level 6 alchemy materials.
This time, apart from the fixed materials, Mage Anthony only brought one advanced Level 7 alchemy material. However, this advanced Level 7 alchemy material was far more valuable than the four Level 6 alchemy materials.
This was because the Level 7 alchemy material that Mage Anthony brought with him this time was a red and blue crystal core called the Core of Chimera.
Chimera, also known as the Double-Headed Dragon, was a high-level race among the elves. It controlled fire and ice dual-element magic and belonged to the high-level alternative Asian Dragon race.
A dragon was full of treasures.
The Core of Chimera was naturally extraordinary.
However, because the Chimera was too powerful and too rare, even though the Core of Chimera was a Level 7 alchemy material, it was definitely the best among Level 7 alchemy materials.
It was no exaggeration to say that this palm-sized Core of Chimera could cost at least millions of gold coins.
This was Mage Anthony trying to rope him in and express his goodwill to him. Regarding this, Mas, who did not want to fight for the interests of both parties, was happy to see it happen.
Also, the effects of the Core of Chimera were very good. If it was used to refine armor, it would give the armor resistance to ice and fire.
If used on weapons and alchemical creatures, they could add ice and fire attributes.
No matter where it was used, it was used with a targetted approach.
However, he had no use for this item at the moment. It was the kind that was placed in the warehouse to eat dust.
…..
In the capital of the Trun Kingdom, in the palace, the current emperor of the Trun Kingdom, Louis VI, was sitting on a dragon throne, listening to a soldier's report with a gloomy expression.
"Your Majesty, someone reported to us that they saw a creature that looked like a sea demon in the pond near the Alchemy Tower deep in the Gloom Forest." The soldier knelt on one knee and bowed his head respectfully.
"Near the Alchemy Tower in the Gloom Forest? I remember that the owner of the Alchemy Tower is called Swoks, right?"
"Swoks' alchemy skills are average, but according to the report from the pikemen who went to capture the sea demons that day, that alchemist seems to have a space ring, and there are alchemical creatures that look like vampires and Nagas. This is definitely not something that that trash Swoks can refine! Is the news accurate?" Louis VI asked in a deep voice.
"Your Majesty, it's absolutely true. According to the person who reported it, he saw an alchemical creature that looked like a vampire outside the Alchemy Tower," the soldier confirmed again.
When Louis VI heard this, a glint flashed across his eyes as he said coldly, "If the situation is true, get that whistle-blower to collect the reward and get Noel to come and see me!"
"Yes!"

Chapter 39: The Arrival of Crisis, Trun Kingdom!
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
The sun rose!
When Mas woke up, he stretched lazily and yawned.
Last night, he was too engrossed in reading the encyclopedia of the alchemy materials and only fell asleep late at night.
When he woke up this morning, Mas felt his back ache.
"Looks like I have to stay up less in the future. My body is still young. If I continue to stay up like this, I'm afraid my body won't be able to take it for a long time." Mas yawned. After washing up with the water magic runes carved by Sha You, he walked out of the Alchemy Tower and felt the beautiful air of nature.
"The air quality in this alternate world is too good. It's so comfortable. If I can open a tour group from another world on Earth, I'm afraid I'll make a fortune!" Mas laid on the grass as he thought to himself. A faint smile appeared on his face.
"Mas!" A pleasant female voice came from behind, and when Mas heard it, he looked over.
Lilith had unknowingly arrived behind him.
"Lilith, is it alright to stay here?" Mas asked the lively Lilith.
"Everything here is amazing. I like Sha You and Leah. They're good to me. The only thing is, the pond is still a little too small." Lilith told Mas everything with a smile.
"Is that so? Then I'll get those Red Crystal Gargoyles to help you dig a bigger pond so that you have more space to move around!" Mas laughed.
"Thank you, Mas. I'll be waiting!" Lilith smiled sweetly.
"Oh right, Lilith, I saw in the book that the Siren's voices are extremely pleasant and enchanting. However, other than the day we met, I have never heard your song before. Can you sing a song for me?" Mas carefully asked, afraid that this request was extremely excessive.
"Of course. Mas, you are my good friend." Lilith smiled.
Lilith cleared her throat.
She was about to start singing. Her voice was melodious and soothing.
When Mas heard the song, he lay down on the grass and recalled all the beautiful memories of his past life. A faint smile of happiness spread across his face.
"If this were on Earth from my previous life, she would definitely be a Diva!" Mas thought to himself.
Enjoying the beautiful singing voice and breathing in the pure air and feeling the aura of nature, Mas felt that everything was so beautiful.
However, not long after, Mas felt the ground tremble unnaturally.
Not far away, orderly footsteps could be heard.
Lilith seemed to sense the commotion in the distance and stopped singing.
Mas jumped up from the ground and sat on the Red Crystal Gargoyle, looking into the distance.
When Mas saw a large number of soldiers in silver armor, holding giant shields and carrying several spears rushing towards the Alchemy Tower, his expression began to change.
"Looks like we still have to solve this problem of the Trun Kingdom in the end?!" Mas said gloomily.
Mas, who had not killed all the witnesses when he had recklessly taken Lilith from Salt Lake, was mentally prepared. The people of the Trun Kingdom would seek revenge on them, but he had not expected it to come so quickly.
After all, in order to capture Lilith, the Trun Kingdom had sent out half of the country's elite Spear Legion. After this battle, only a few people died. Even one of the three commanders, Mars, died.
It would be strange if the Trun Kingdom, which had suffered a double loss, did not come for revenge.
However, Mas did not panic at all. Since the king of the Trun Kingdom had chosen to take revenge, the murderer had to be prepared to be killed!
Mas made the Red Crystal Gargoyle fly to the side of the pond and jumped down. He said to Lilith, "Lilith, it's not safe here. The person who wants to capture you is here. Come back to the Golden Alchemy Tower with me!" Mas put all the Red Crystal Gargoyles into the alchemy space and said to Lilith.
After Mas returned to the Alchemy Tower, he immediately told the four of them about the Trun Kingdom's revenge and asked them to think of a countermeasure.
"Leah, how many rune turrets can we use now?" Mas asked first.
"Brother Mas, I'm sorry that we only managed to carve six sets of runes for the Flaming Heaven Rune, so only six rune turrets can be used," Leah said guiltily.
"Don't feel too guilty, Leah. You and Sha You should immediately carve six sets of Flaming Heaven Rune into the rune turret," Mas instructed.
When the two sisters heard this, they immediately ran off to carry it out.
"Walter, Harry, do you know how to control the rune turret?" Mas asked.
Although the rune turret could be automatically aimed, it was more accurate to be controlled by humans.
"Boss, I do!" Walter nodded.
On the other hand, Harry rubbed the back of his head and laughed dryly at the side while remaining silent. Obviously, he did not know how to operate the Rune Turret.
"It's okay, Walter. Teach Harry how to operate the rune turret. He can't shoot accurately, but he can at least hit where he points."
"Okay, boss." Walter nodded and led Harry to the ninth floor of the Alchemy Tower. Mas himself took Lilith to the top floor.
This time, the Trun Kingdom had mobilized all their forces. Things would definitely not be settled so easily with some compensation.
A bloody battle was unavoidable.
However, Mas was not afraid at all. On the contrary, he was secretly looking forward to it. He could not wait to see how powerful the alchemical creatures he refined were in such a large scale battle.
...
"General, the Alchemy Tower is right ahead!"
"Just now, I vaguely heard the singing of the sea demons. It should be the sea demon that we want to capture. However, the master of the Alchemy Tower is really bold. He actually dared to snatch that sea demon from our Trun Kingdom!"
"In order to prevent this matter from being exposed to the Storm Empire, I have already killed all the mercenaries who received the bounty. His Majesty has already ordered that all the creatures in this Alchemy Tower must be taken away."
A middle-aged officer who was dressed similar to Mars said, "Don't mess around, you boorish man. If something goes wrong this time, you and I won't be able to bear the responsibility!"
"What's there to be afraid of, Bruce? Although I'm a martial artist, I know the severity of the matter. I know when to be reckless and what to be cautious about. I have confidence in myself." Beside him, a middle-aged man in silver armor with five spears on his back revealed a sinister smile as he said coldly.
"Kehr, don't be careless. Don't forget what happened to Mars!" Bruce said solemnly.
The two of them were the commanders of the other two Spear Legion commanders of the Trun Kingdom.
The two of them had brought a total of 1500 spear corps with them. It could be said that they had drawn out the remaining elite spear corps of the Trun Kingdom.. This showed the determination of the Trun Kingdom to flatten the Alchemy Tower.

Chapter 40: Rune Turret, The Power of Flaming Heaven Rune!
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
Mas stood at the top of the Alchemy Tower and looked at the approaching Spear Legion soldiers from the Trun Kingdom with a glint in his eyes.
"This Trun Kingdom really thinks highly of me. I thought it was just the Spear Legion, but I didn't expect that they would even send out the spear throwers!" Mas murmured.
"Mas, I'm sorry. If it weren't for me, you wouldn't have…" Lilith stood beside Mas with a guilty expression.
"Lilith, this has nothing to do with you. The Storm Empire has long explicitly prohibited the trafficking of demi-humans. This Trun Kingdom has committed a grave crime. It is illegal to capture and sell rare demi-humans.
Furthermore, I witnessed what happened. Even if I didn't take you away, the general of the Trun Kingdom would definitely come over to silence me in order to keep it a secret. Therefore, this matter doesn't have much to do with you," Mas consoled her by the side.
"But there are so many advanced professionals. What if…" Lilith looked at Mas worriedly.
"Don't worry, Lilith. So what if they have more people? They're just a bunch of rats. I don't take them seriously at all!" Mas had a look of disdain on his face.
Looking at the massive army, Mas' heart was already filled with killing intent. He would not let any of these soldiers off. The reason why so many people from the Trun Kingdom came was probably to flatten the Alchemy Tower. He was ready to fight mercilessly.
"Brother Mas, the six sets of runes for Flaming Heaven Rune have been inscribed." Leah's voice was clearly transmitted into Mas's ears through the communication device in the tower.
Hearing this, Mas immediately instructed Walter and Harry to prepare for the attack.
As long as the other party dared to step into their attack range, they would immediately open fire.
Mas wanted to see how long these elite soldiers of the Trun Kingdom could withstand his turrets.
Bruce and Kehr led the soldiers of the Trun Kingdom and continued to march quickly towards the Alchemy Tower, but when they were only 500 meters away from it, Bruce raised his hand and signaled for the troops to stop.
"Bruce, what are you doing?" Kehr, who was on the side, was somewhat dissatisfied and asked loudly.
"Shut up, idiot! Can't you see the rune turret on the Alchemy Tower?" Bruce retorted.
"So what if we see them? There are so many of us. Are we still afraid of those rune turrets?" Kehr was somewhat dismissive.
"As expected, you're a classic example of a well-built man with a simple mind. Have you ever thought about how many soldiers we would lose if we were to rush over recklessly? The lives of every elite soldier here are the unique and rare treasures of the Trun Kingdom. We can't just die here for nothing!
"Kehr, how far can you throw your spear? "Bruce asked.
Hearing this, Kehr laughed awkwardly and did not answer.
"With the enemy before us, are you still going to hide your weaknesses? Destroying the Alchemy Tower and bringing back the sea demons is His Majesty's order. If we lose half of the remaining spear troops because of this operation, I'm afraid that it will be hard for us to have a good ending!"
Kehr pursed his lips at that and snorted coldly.
"The furthest I can throw is 250 meters," Kehr said reluctantly.
"250 meters? That's enough! The attack range of the rune turrets is usually between 150 to 200 meters. As long as you throw the spear first and destroy the rune turrets, the Alchemy Tower will be completely vulnerable as long as you destroy these annoying rune turrets!" Bruce stared at the Alchemy Tower in front of him and said fiercely.
Hearing this, Kehr felt that it made sense and nodded in agreement. "Then let me destroy all these rune turrets first! After I destroy these rune turrets, we will attack again!"
Kehr took ten spears from the other soldiers. He held the ten spears in both hands and carried the rootless spears on his back. There were exactly fifteen spears corresponding to the number of rune turrets. Kehr strolled forward calmly. From his disdainful expression, he was confident.
After all, he was an intermediate Level 5 spear thrower. He believed that he could easily destroy the rune turret with the enchanted alchemy spear.
When he was 300 meters away from the rune turret, one of the rune turrets on the Alchemy Tower suddenly emitted a scarlet glow.
The next moment, a yellow and red hexagram shot out from the muzzle of the rune turret.
A ball of flaming cannonball shot out.
Seeing this, Kehr's expression changed drastically. Sensing the magical wave coming from the cannonball, he immediately threw all the spears on his body to the ground and ran without looking back.
Boom!
An earth-shattering boom erupted behind him.
Kehr was afraid he was not running fast enough.
The flaming cannonball struck a spot dozens of meters behind him, creating a huge crater in the ground.
Kehr looked back at the huge pit behind him, secretly glad that he had reacted quickly.
Otherwise, even if he was wearing a Level 4 alchemy armor, he would be crippled for life if he was hit like this.
Mas stood at the top of the Alchemy Tower and looked at Kehr who had escaped death. He sighed regretfully.
"If this guy's reaction was any slower, he would definitely die. The Flaming Heaven Rune is indeed powerful. Its range is as high as 300 meters and it has such a strong power. I must have made a wise decision to let the two sisters work for me." Mas smiled as he secretly rejoiced.
Mas was very satisfied with the performance of the Flaming Heaven Rune. This magical rune was engraved in the rune turret, perfectly displaying the advantages of the turret.
At this moment, the parties on the battlefield became more and more cautious. A war was about to break out!

Chapter 41: Energy Shield

The battered Kehr ran back to the formation of the Spear Legion.
At this moment, he was like a stray dog that had lost half its life.
He aggressively asked Bruce, "Bruce, you bastard, are you trying to kill me?! Didn't you say that the maximum range of the damned rune turret is only 100 to 150 meters?
The fatal attack just now was a distance of 300 meters. It was more than twice the distance that you described. Did I offend you for you to do this to me?!! "
Kehr, who had escaped death, stood in front of Bruce and roared.
At this moment, Bruce, who was at a loss, had a very gloomy expression. "What do you mean by me trying to kill you? I never thought that the damned rune turret could have such a far range. It pains me too to see those warriors sacrifice their lives in battle. Don't go too far, Kehr!
Instead of fighting among ourselves, why don't we think of a way to get rid of that damned rune turret first? Furthermore, from the attack distance, the runes carved in the rune turret are at least Level 4. "
Bruce analyzed with a gloomy face as he looked at Kehr who was covered in wounds.
"Bruce, why are you speaking nonsense? If not for the high lethality of those advanced magic runes, why would I run away like a stray dog? How could the warriors of the Trun Kingdom die so mysteriously?!"
"Alright, Kehr, calm down. It's just a small defeat. We've experienced a lot. Don't be so calculative!" Bruce said calmly.
Hearing this, Kehr did not say anything else. He snorted coldly and stared at the rune turret in the distance.
"There doesn't seem to be anything we can do about this rune turret. His Majesty has given another death order. Are we going to sacrifice the lives of our soldiers to fill it?"
"Oh, really? Fortunately, General Noel's foresight is godlike. Before the army left, he gave me a high-grade alchemy item to deal with such a situation. After all, the rune turrets in the hypocritical Storm Empire are similar to this, right?"
With a sneer, Bruce took a small square black box from his subordinate.
He then opened the black box and carefully took out a fiery red pearl.
The fiery red pearl was neither big nor small. It was only the width of a thumb and its entire body was suffused with a bright red glow. If an alchemist who knew a lot about alchemy was here, he would definitely be able to confirm that the alchemy level of this fiery red pearl was not low. After all, it looked so extraordinary from the outside.
When Kehr saw the fiery pearl in Bruce's hand, his eyes almost popped out of his head.
"The Grand General actually gave this to you?"
"The Grand General also wants to make sure nothing goes wrong. After all, the two of us led the Spear Legion out in full strength this time. It is the foundation of the country and we cannot allow any accidents.
Moreover, such a treasure can't be used only once. After using it, it can be placed for a period of time before it can be used again. Using this treasure to deal with the current situation is undoubtedly the best solution. "
Bruce held the fiery red pearl in his right hand and looked at the Spear Legion of the Trun Kingdom behind him. He waved his hand and roared, "Let's go, follow me!"
On the top floor of the Alchemy Tower, Mas frowned slightly when he saw the advancing Spear Legion formation.
Could it be that these people from the Trun Kingdom were not afraid of death? Mas thought.
"No, that's not right. They should have found a way to get rid of these rune turrets of mine! Which person who has been fighting all year round would treat their lives as a joke?" Mas muttered.
He could not just sit there and wait for death. Because he was too far away, Mas could not see the fiery red pearl in Bruce's right hand.
Finally, after five minutes, the two sides finally confronted each other about 300 meters away from the Alchemy Tower.
Mas's six rune turrets were the first to unleash Flaming Heaven Rune.
Six devastating lightning and flames flew out.
When Mas saw that the six fiery energy bodies were about to explode in the center of the Spear Legion, a fiery red barrier suddenly appeared in the sky and blocked all the six magic attacks unscathed.
"What is this fiery red barrier?!" Seeing the unscathed Spear Legion, Mas' eyes revealed a look of surprise.
It had to be known that the Flaming Heaven Runes carved by the two sisters were of advanced Level 4 standard. Coupled with the release of the rune turret left behind by the previous owner of the Alchemy Tower, an ordinary Level 5 professional could not take it at all.
But now, a total of six Flaming Heaven Runes had actually been blocked by a fiery-red barrier unscathed?
Was he seeing things?
This outcome was hard for Mas to accept.
However, the anxious situation at hand made him have no time to think. Mas could only command Walter and Harry to continue firing through the voice transmission device inside the Alchemy Tower.
"Boss, it's not that we don't want to attack. The rune turret is attacking too quickly and has entered the cooldown period. It will take half a minute to cool down before the rune turret can continue to attack!" Walter's anxious voice sounded from the voice transmission device.
"Half a minute? Oh no, such a long time is enough for the Spear Legion of the Trun Kingdom to advance a large distance!
It seems that I have to bring out my trump card. The Red Crystal Gargoyle is a good choice, but the pike throwers enchanted by alchemists are a huge threat. I have to find a way to kill them first. "
Mas muttered to himself.
As the Spear Legion approached with their shields up, they seemed to have reached a suitable position to attack.
The main group stopped. Kehr, who was the first to lead, took down a beginner Level 4 enchanted spear from his back. As if he wanted to take revenge, he threw a spear at a 45-degree angle as if he had used all his strength.
Looking at the approaching alchemy spear, Mas' eyes turned slightly cold. The spear was flying too fast and the magic attack of the rune turret could not effectively shoot it down.
Mas could only watch helplessly as the spear finally landed on an Alchemy Tower. Coincidentally, the alchemy spear hit the magic transmission device of a rune turret.
In the control center, Walter lost contact with a rune turret in an instant.
This pressing anxiety forced Walter to shout anxiously at Mas, "Boss, it seems that a rune turret has been destroyed by the pike thrower!"
Listening to Walter's grave words, Mas' face began to gradually darken.. The situation seemed to be getting worse and worse for him.

Chapter 42: Turning Offensive
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
"Boss, the pikeman 200 meters away actually used a magic power source device that could pierce through the rune turret. He's at least a beginner Level 5 professional!"
"Alright, I understand. Don't panic. Continue to control the turret to attack that protective shield."
After listening to Walter, Mas gave the order lightly.
"We can't just sit and wait for death like this. Instead of giving the initiative to the other party, it's better to hold it in our hands. Even if the other pikemen aren't as strong as him, they are still a considerable threat when gathered together…"
After some careful thought, Mas summoned a Red Crystal Gargoyle outside the window on the top of the tower and jumped onto it.
As a Level 5 professional, Kehr naturally realized the commotion in the sky. He looked at the appearance of the rumored flying creature and Mas on the flying creature.
Kehr guessed that the person on the monster was the owner of the Alchemy Tower. Thinking of this, Kehr's huge chubby face revealed a hideous smile. His right hand took down another enchanted alchemy spear from his back.
He aimed at Mas in the air and prepared to throw again.
Seeing this, Mas was not afraid at all. He grabbed the Red Crystal Gargoyle's shoulder and ordered it to dive towards the Spear Legion of the Trun Kingdom.
"You don't walk on the road to heaven, but you walk on the road to hell. Since you want to die so badly, don't blame me!" Kehr shouted angrily and used all his strength to throw the alchemy spear again.
However, thankfully, Mas was already prepared. He made the Red Crystal Gargoyle forcefully change directions in the air.
However, because the spear was too fast, the alchemy spear still destroyed the Red Crystal Gargoyle's energy core.
The Red Crystal Gargoyle was shaking like a bird that had lost its wings. Fortunately, Mas reacted in time and directly summoned the other Red Crystal Gargoyle, allowing it to catch him from falling.
Thinking about how he had almost brushed shoulders with death, Mas' brain was instantly filled with anger. He ordered the newly summoned Red Crystal Gargoyle to speed up and charge at the Spear Legion of the Trun Kingdom.
Three seconds later, the two sides finally met on the ground.
Due to the impact of the Red Crystal Gargoyle's rapid dive, a large wave of dust was stirred. After a minute, Bruce finally saw the owner of the place clearly.
Unlike the alchemist in his mind, the person in front of him was clearly a youth who had just turned eighteen. How could he be a great alchemist? He should be just an apprentice alchemist, a Level 1 alchemist at best.
The alchemical creature beneath the youth was definitely not a treasure that this handsome youth in front of him could refine.
With this in mind, Bruce broke the silence and said, "Young man, this is a war, and it has nothing to do with you. I, Bruce, disdain to kill a youth. Let your teacher come out. If something happens, hide behind a youth. Let a youth face the Spear Legion of the Trun Kingdom alone? What a coward!"
"Cut the crap with him, Bruce. Since the young man in front of us is related to the great alchemist, why don't we just capture him and threaten him as a hostage?"
On the side, Kehr was already impatient and directly interrupted the conversation between Mas and Bruce.
"Oh? Perhaps you are mistaken about something. I am the mysterious great alchemist you are looking for."
Looking at Bruce who stood up for him in front of him, Mas shook his head. This general might be a good person and Mas admired such a good person who was dedicated to the people. However, since he had chosen to stand in the country he belonged to, they were destined to become enemies and not a pair of good friends.
"Young man, this joke isn't funny. I can understand that you're very worried about your teacher and want to use your life to pay for your crimes. However, he has caused irreparable harm to our Trun Kingdom, so your actions right now are useless. There's no need to struggle anymore…"
Looking at the righteous young man who was worried about his master, Bruce sighed. He had potential and he was brave and smart. It was a pity that he had followed the wrong person. He wanted to see if he could treat this young man as the next successor of the Grand General like the king.
Perhaps the heavy atmosphere had infected Kehr, who was on the side. Even the sharp-tongued Kehr began to persuade Mas, telling him about the welfare of the Trun Kingdom and telling him not to help the wicked and quickly surrender.
Looking at the crazy imagination of the two, Mas sneered, "Looks like you won't believe me unless I get serious. Come out, my army of alchemical creatures!"
Mas summoned all his trump cards in one go. This battle concerned his future development. If he was defeated, he would be down for at least a few years.
There were 38 Red Crystal Gargoyles, two Royal Nagas, one Frost Murloc, and four Strange Strength Murlocs.
"Kill all these people in front of us. Oh, leave that general with the red gem!" Mas' eyes flashed with two cold lights as he shouted angrily.
Since they want to kill him, they should be ready to be killed, right?
As the top two, Bruce and Kehr naturally became the focus of the Mas Alchemy Legion.
Two huge Strange Strength Murlocs charged aggressively at Bruce, while the other two rushed at Kehr, who was trying to escape.
It turned out that Kehr, who was on the side, saw that the situation was not right. There were so many Level 5 alchemical creatures and also Level 6 alchemical creatures. How could he, Bruce, and the 2000 soldiers from the Spear Legion behind them be a match for these alchemical creatures?
Fear filled his heart instantly. For a moment, as a soldier, he actually had the intention to retreat.
Soon, the four Big Murlocs and two Level 5 experts fought.
The Red Crystal Gargoyle Legion followed carefully behind the two Royal Nagas and prepared to charge in the first round.
Seeing this, the Spear Legion at the back all took down the huge shields and spears on their backs. They equipped themselves well and even activated the army's Strengthening Warlocks to activate the formation of the Spear Legion that looked down on the world.
The morale of both sides had reached its peak.. The battle to the death was already decided. A chaotic battle was about to break out!

Chapter 43: An Unideal Sustained Battle
When Bruce saw the two Strange Strength Murlocs whom he had never seen before charging at him domineeringly, his first reaction was to retreat. His instincts told him that he could not fight against the two monsters with brute force.
"The first team, follow!" Bruce shouted from his spot.
"There's no need to be afraid. The people standing in front of you are just a bunch of irrational monsters. We are the invincible Trun Spear Legion. We have killed alternative dragons and conquered mountains. Nothing can scare us, who are protected by gods!
"For Lord Huskar!"
"For Lord Huskar!"
As if the word "Huskar" had some magic, Mas saw that the bodies, which had been trembling in fear, straightened up again. They seemed to be determined to die and decided to fight the monsters in front of them!
"Who is Huskar? He seems to be the faith of the soldiers of the Trun Kingdom! No, after this battle, I have to learn the history of this world!" Mas thought wistfully.
The pikemen behind Bruce immediately stepped forward and surrounded Bruce, forming an absolute defense system.
Bruce knew that the two Strange Strength Murlocs were not really fatal. What they really needed to eliminate was the monsters circling above them. They could only defend against the surprise attack of the monsters in the sky.
Before this, even when facing the legendary creature—the dragon, it had never been so troublesome. I hope Lord Huskar can protect us again!
Seemingly having made up his mind, Bruce took out a horn-shaped instrument made of bones from his left hand and played a high tune that Mas could not understand.
All the Spear Legion present seemed to be infected by this high-sounding war song. This was because they knew that this was their army's undefeated war song. The Spear Legion—Victory!
"The pikemen of the second team throw at the monsters in the sky!"
Under the order, Bruce took the lead to take down the enchanted alchemy spear behind him and threw it at the Red Crystal Gargoyles above. This Heart Piercing Spear penetrated the energy cores of the two Red Crystal Gargoyles without any obstructions.
Seeing this, the Spear Throw Legion behind him began to mimic it. The Red Crystal Gargoyles above their heads were constantly shot down, and Mas, who was watching at the side, was furious.
He directly gave the Strange Strength Murloc and the Royal Naga a death order to break through the first team's defense formation at all costs.
Although the situation in the air control battle was similar to the Trun Kingdom's, the defense soldiers at the front were not so lucky. The defense soldiers were generally Level 2 and Level 3 professionals with advanced Level 3 Alchemy Giant Shield, but against the advanced Level 5 and beginner Level 6 Murloc and Naga.
Their resistance was so futile.
The two Royal Nagas were like a group of heavy cavalry wearing iron armor, forcefully creating a hole in the defense formation.
The Strange Strength Murloc behind him also showed his powerful strength as a Level 5 alchemical creature. He waved his sharp claws left and right and charged forward.
The majority of the shield-wielding soldiers in front of them were pierced through the heart, but they were still holding onto the huge shields in their hands tightly before they died. This was because behind them was their beloved general, who was fighting day and night with them.
"Let the Red Crystal Gargoyle Legion retreat first."
Mas has achieved his goal. He wants these weaker Gargoyles to attract the firepower of Bruce and the Spear Throw Legion so as to let the alchemical creatures on the ground break through their defense system first. "
There was no need to sacrifice the Red Crystal Gargoyle now. These were all rare materials. Even if they were not very precious, he would still be heartbroken.
Looking at the soldiers who were constantly killed in the past, Bruce's eyes turned red.
He recalled the days when he lived with these adorable soldiers, especially the guard—Chris. A few days before the expedition, his wife had given birth to a cute daughter. However, because the army had set off, he could not go home to take a look. Now, he never would have a chance to do so.
As for the youth who had just turned sixteen, Bruce remembered very clearly why he had asked him if he wanted to participate in the Spear Legion. That youth did not hesitate to say the answer in his heart. He wanted to become an expert like Lord Huskar to protect his family and everyone in the Trun Kingdom!
And then…
Although he was already prepared to make sacrifices in the war, tears flowed down the face of this burly man in his forties. How could this be?!
"Damn bastards, what kind of monsters are these?! Why does the owner of the Alchemy Tower have such a powerful army of alchemical creatures but is unknown?"
The furious Bruce only hated that he had not investigated his opponent clearly and committed a grave crime, causing countless soldiers who had been with him for a long time to lose their lives in vain.
Taking a deep breath, Bruce shouted with his magic power, "Those who are not yet 18 years old, I will allow you to retreat. Listen, I have one last order for you. Bring the news back to His Majesty!"
"General, we're not leaving!"
"General, we're not stupid. If we die, we die together!"
Hearing the words of the soldiers who were the same age as his son, Bruce smiled in satisfaction. "This is the last time. This is a military order. Listen carefully. Go back alive and bring the news to His Majesty. You are not deserters nor cowards. You are brave Trun warriors! Lord Huskar will forever remember your existence! For Trun!"
"Hurry up and leave!"
At this point, the soldiers who had long been in tears cried as they shouted, "For Trun!"
Then, he mounted his horse and galloped towards the Trun Kingdom.
'Is he gone? That's good.' Looking around at the hundreds of remaining soldiers, Bruce bowed deeply to them.
"My old friends, don't blame me. Those are the future of Trun Kingdom. They shouldn't have died here…"
Bruce was silent.
"As soldiers, we are already mentally prepared. Why do you have to say this, General? It is your honor to live and die with Lord Bruce!"
"Well said, for Trun!"
"For Trun!"
…
"Is that so? I, Bruce, have fought countless battles in my life but have never suffered such a defeat. It seems that it's fate… Forget it, let me burn the last flame for Trun!"
"Lord Huskar, I offer my soul to you. Please lend your strength to your people!"
After saying that, blood-red steam appeared on Bruce's body!
This sacrifice was an inherited talent skill that only those with the bloodline of the Trun people and who had become Level 5 professionals could use. Moreover, the stronger the user was, the longer the time they could use the skill!
The powerful aura directly flipped the two Strange Strength Murlocs to the ground.
Bruce took down the last spear on his back and held the steel spear in his hand. The body of the spear instantly burst into flames and pierced through the two Strange Strength Murlocs.
Mas watched all of this in silence. He did not say a word or give any instructions, letting the Royal Naga and Bruce fight.
Such a person was worthy of his respect. Even at the last second of his life, he would still burn himself to repay the country. He was really an admirable person…

Chapter 44: The Late Twilight of a Hero
At this moment, Bruce was enduring the pain of his soul being burned. The pain was indescribable. It was a piercing pain.
He loved his people deeply, but his mighty power was not something a mortal body could withstand. Therefore, when he used his power, he would definitely be counterattacked by his power.
"Ahhhh!!!"
Bruce roared at the sky, his hair messy. He locked his hands on a Royal Naga that was charging at him and grabbed the head of the Royal Naga with one hand, not letting it move at all.
Mas estimated that Bruce had the strength of an intermediate Level 7 professional. He actually easily locked the advanced Level 6 Royal Naga in place…
Bruce extended his charred right hand behind his back and found that there was no other weapon that could be used. He gritted his teeth and saw that the blood-red steam on his body was dense and boiling again. The blood steam seemed to have started to liquefy into a Blood Boiling Spear that pierced into the Big Murloc's heart.
The Big Murloc, which was still roaring and struggling, immediately fell silent. It seemed to have reached its limit. After Bruce did all of this, he spat out a mouthful of blood.
"Is that so…? Am I reaching my limit? I can't accept this…"
Before he finished speaking, Bruce, who had been burned into a flaming man, was pierced through the heart by the Royal Naga who had rushed over.
Seeing Bruce die tragically, the remaining Spear Legion was immediately infuriated. However, as beginner professionals, they were only killing one-sidedly when facing the remaining Red Crystal Gargoyles, Royal Nagas, and the Frost Murloc.
It was as if they had the will to kill a thief but was unable to reverse the situation…
Half an hour later, the massacre ended. Blood dyed the entire forest red. As for the pikemen that escaped, Mas did not choose to let the Red Crystal Gargoyle attack again. He was not a bloodthirsty person. Mas respected Bruce's actions and did not kill him.
Facing the Dark Forest filled with corpses, Mas considered for a moment and planned to order the alchemical creatures to bury them on the spot.
As enemies, they were indeed outstanding and worthy of respect. They should not be eaten by passing beasts.
At this moment, Mas was looking at the fiery red pearl that he had obtained from Bruce. Although he had long been mentally prepared, he was still shocked when he saw the effect of the fiery red pearl.
This was because the effects of this fiery red pearl were too powerful.
[Energy Shield Pearl (Six-star): An extremely complicated alchemy product that can absorb magic power and store it. When it is attacked by magic, it will automatically release the magic shield.]
"As expected, this thing blocked the attack of the rune turret!"
"It seems that the alchemy masters in this world are indeed extraordinary. They can actually refine this!"
After the battle in the Dark Forest, there was joy and there was sorrow.
Although the losses of the alchemical creatures had exceeded Mas' expectations, it was fortunate that the Trun Kingdom had been reconstructed in this battle. The Trun Kingdom had suffered heavy losses and would not have the strength to find trouble with him for at least five years. Furthermore, he had obtained a treasure, an Energy Shield Pearl.
Kehr, who had fled back to the country, and the devastated soldiers reported what had happened in the Dark Forest to King Louis VI. After learning that the army had been defeated, Louis VI was angry, afraid, and heartbroken.
Fury was because Bruce, Kehr, and these Spear Legion failed to live up to expectations and buried a large amount of the kingdom in the Dark Forest.
These were the ace troops of the Trun Kingdom. So many had died, and the money and time spent on nurturing them, how could Louis VI not feel his heart ache?
He was afraid because he had learned from the soldiers how powerful the alchemical creature that Mas had summoned was.
Especially the fear on the soldier's face, he could not imagine what had happened at the scene. However, he knew an ironclad truth from the moment Bruce risked his life to activate the sacrifice and died in battle. The alchemical creatures described by the soldiers must be extremely powerful. Otherwise, the well-trained soldiers would not be so afraid.
His heart ached because he had bought the Energy Shield Pearl from an alchemist with gold coins that he had spent on Bruce.
The reason why he gave the Energy Shield Pearl to Bruce was to allow him to withstand the attack of the rune turret. Moreover, even if the magic power in the Energy Shield Pearl was exhausted, it could be recovered after being placed for a period of time. That was why he handed it to Bruce.
But now, the Energy Shield Pearl had been lost!
The ace pikemen suffered heavy casualties.
Of the three commanders, only the most disappointing Kehr was left, and they did not even capture the priceless sea demon.
Louis VI was heartbroken. While he was heartbroken, his hatred for Mas was even stronger. At the same time, he was slightly affected by Kehr, who had escaped alone.
"What a piece of trash. You actually cowered from the battle and retreated without a fight. You've disgraced our Trun Kingdom! Didn't your father teach you to respect martial arts since young?! Even if you die, you must die like Bruce and die as an arrogant warrior!
If your sister wasn't the queen, you would have died. Kehr, you should know what happens to deserters. Leave first…"
Louis VI waved Kehr off, saving himself the trouble of watching.
The unforgivable Kehr was wild with joy and scrambled out of the hall.
As the king of the Trun Kingdom, the supreme ruler of the kingdom, his words carried weight. No one could disobey him and no one dared to openly go against him.
The last time he had suffered a loss was when he had been defeated in battle with the Storm Empire, causing him to become a vassal of the Storm Empire now. This was a thorn in Louis VI's heart. Now that ten years had passed, it was the first time that he had suffered such a loss. If he did not take revenge, it would definitely not be his style.
"Damn it, Mas, forgive me for being a son! If I don't take revenge, it will be hard to appease the hatred in my heart!"
"Everyone, retreat. Without my orders, no one can see me!"
"Yes, Your Highness!"
The guard at the side retreated out of the hall respectfully and guarded the door. His heart was as if it had been pardoned.
Compared to staying in the hall, they were more willing to stay outside at this moment. After all, as the monarch, Louis VI was furious. They might even frown if they stood beside him.
After everyone left, Louis VI sat on the dragon throne for a long time as if he had made a decision. After a long silence, he stood up expressionlessly and walked to the wall behind the palace. He placed his hand on a brick on the wall and pressed it hard.
A hidden door opened and he hurried inside.

Chapter 45: Postwar Measure
After a battle of life and death, Mas' overall strength was greatly reduced.
There were only 15 Red Crystal Gargoyles and two Strange Strength Murlocs left…
After this crisis, Mas deeply realized the inadequacy of his strength. He also saw the killing move of the indigenous humans in this magic world. With the support of gods, the pressure that surpassed Mythical strength was so lethal and charming.
Mas planned to look for Belek again after tidying up the spoils of war and look for higher-level alchemy items to see if he could refine the legendary Level 7 monster.
Inside the Alchemy Tower, Mas, who was counting the spoils of war on the top floor, held the Shield Energy Pearl in his right hand and the Alchemy Materials Encyclopedia in his left hand. He began to figure out how this Energy Shield Pearl was refined.
This thing was very important to him at the moment.
However, his previous master, Dyson, was an alchemist who specialized in alchemical creatures and he had not made much progress in this regard.
Mas could only try it himself and see if he could find anything useful to him.
As long as he could break through the Energy Shield Pearl, his safety would be guaranteed.
After all, in the previous battle on the plains of the Dark Forest, the Energy Shield Pearl's automatic defense could be said to be extremely useful in battle.
If he could add this function to the alchemy armor he created, it would definitely be the best defense system.
Looking at the countless unfamiliar materials on the Alchemy Materials Encyclopedia, Mas could only gradually try to analyze them and speculate what kind of materials were used to refine this Energy Pearl and whether he could find similar substitutes.
However, finding similar materials on the Energy Shield Pearl among many rare materials was like searching for a needle in a haystack.
For example, there were many materials in the Alchemy Materials Encyclopedia that could allow items to have autonomous sensors after adding alchemy items.
For example, the Level 5 Magic Absorbing Stone, the Level 6 Energy Gathering Stone, the Five-Colored Stone, the Radiant Stone, the Purple Crystal Mine, etc…
Looking at the densely packed rare materials in front of him, Mas felt his head ache.
After researching for a long time, Mas finally discovered a fact that gave him a headache. That was, just by trying to refine the rare alchemy items found on it, the cost of this material alone was tens of millions of gold coins.
Moreover, some rare materials were similar to the Red Dragon Stone and the organs of ancient ferocious beasts like the Orcs. These things were not only things that could be obtained with money, but they also required a certain amount of connections and luck.
There were also five-colored stones and seven-colored stones. These two alchemy items were essentially minerals, commonly known as multi-colored stones.
In complex environments, such as the oasis in the desert, if a stone was placed in the oasis, it would absorb the earth attribute of the desert, the water attribute of the oasis, and the wood attribute of the oasis trees, forming three-colored stones. However, three-colored stones were only four-star alchemy materials.
It was obvious how rare the Five-Colored Stone and the Seven-Colored Stone were.
Of course, there were also people who specialized in cultivating multi-colored stones. However, most of them were mainly five-colored stones. Seven-colored stones were extremely rare.
And this was only the multi-colored stone.
Energy Gathering Stone and Radiant Stone were also very rare alchemy materials.
In short, if Mas wanted to try it himself, he would have to pay a huge amount of gold coins and a lot of time.
"I wonder if I can obtain the ability to analyze alchemy products after my alchemy level increases!" Mas sighed softly. He had completely given up on the idea of cracking the Energy Shield Pearl.
For now, he had temporarily lost interest in this pervasive pearl.
Moreover, the most important thing now was to make up for his lack of combat strength. It seemed that it was time to go to the Storm Empire to find that guy, Belek.
Mas made up his mind and prepared to make a trip to the Storm Empire to discuss things with Belek.
Before leaving, Mas gathered everyone through the voice transmission device in the Alchemy Tower.
"I'm going to the Storm Empire now. I'm not sure how long I'll be back. Although the Trun Kingdom's army has been defeated, I can't guarantee that they will make a comeback. I'll leave you ten Red Crystal Gargoyles and two Strange Strength Murlocs.
With the strength of these alchemical creatures and the remaining rune turrets, if the Trun Kingdom attacked again, you should be able to easily resolve it.
Right, Sha You, Leah, I'll leave the damaged rune turret to you. I've been troubling you recently. See if you can repair the broken rune turret. If you can repair it, do it. If you can't, take it down!"
"I'm done talking. Do you have any questions?" Mas asked, glancing at the group.
"Master Mas, there aren't enough materials to carve magic runes!" Sha You said.
Mas nodded. "Alright, I'll go to the Gamma Empire to buy more materials to carve magic runes!"
"Are the others fine?"
"If there's no problem, I'll set off now!"
Mas, who had finished his speech, summoned the alchemical creature he needed and walked to the window on the tenth floor of the tower.
Time waited for no one. Without any hesitation, Mas summoned a Red Crystal Gargoyle outside the window. Then, he flipped onto his back and charged towards the Storm Empire.
…
After four hours of long flight, Mas finally arrived at the Storm Empire as he had hoped.
Mas did as he had done before coming to the Storm Empire. He first found a place outside the city gate and landed safely. Then, he stored the Red Crystal Gargoyle in the alchemy space and walked to the Storm Empire's capital city.
As he had already been here once, Mas found the headquarters of the Sith Chamber of Commerce with ease.
The guard at the door was still the snobbish guard who had come last time.
However, this time, his attitude had changed drastically.
"Hey, isn't this Lord Dyson? What brings you here today?!"
The guard looked at Mas ingratiatingly, hoping to get information that would be useful to him from his expression.
"Is President Belek here? I have something to discuss with him." Looking at the other party's fawning manner, Mas could not help but laugh.
"Lord Dyson, President Belek is dealing with a private matter!" The guard smiled.
"I'll go in and find him!" Mas nodded and prepared to enter through the door.
However, he was stopped by the other party.
"Lord Dyson, I'm really sorry. President Belek has instructed that he won't meet anyone when he's dealing with private matters. Please don't make things difficult for me, Lord Dyson!" The guard looked at Mas with a troubled expression and smiled awkwardly.
"Deal with personal things. What personal things?" Mas asked, frowning.
"Lord Dyson, I won't hide it from you. Didn't President Belek leave the Gamma Empire with you last time?"
"At that time, President Belek was attacked by bandits. During this period of time, President Belek has been investigating why those bandits attacked him. President Belek finally discovered that there was someone beside him who sold him out. Now, President Belek has called the people he suspects to the headquarters and is ready to deal with them!" The guard said in a low voice.
"I see!" Mas nodded.
The guard was extremely respectful. If he told him such a private matter, then even if he forcibly entered the headquarters of the Sith Chamber of Commerce, it would only make Belek feel ashamed.
After all, family scandals should not be made public.
With a traitor by his side, Belek himself almost suffered. If he had not made a move, the matter that day would not have ended.

Chapter 46: Strange Encounter
If Mas did not know the big picture and barged in now, it would only make things worse for Belek. Therefore, Mas was not in a hurry.
After thinking for a while, Mas said to the guard at the door, "How about this? Since President Belek has a private matter to settle, after he's done, help me inform him that I'm coming and have something to discuss with him. I'll go around first and come back later."
"Hey, okay. Thank you for your understanding, Sir Mas." The guard hurriedly nodded.
After receiving the signal, Mas turned and left.
Taking advantage of his free time, Mas planned to walk around the capital city to see if he could pick up any treasures.
To be honest, the entire Trun Kingdom's territory was not even as large as the Storm Empire's capital city. It could be seen how strong and wealthy the empire was.
Even if Mas did not stop, he would still have to walk for seven days and seven nights.
Sensing the majesty of the Storm Empire and the first appearance of Gods in the Trun Kingdom, Mas was really curious about the legendary ten great empires.
Walking on the streets, Mas felt the completely different customs and customs from the Blue Planet.
Various demi-humans dressed gorgeously walked back and forth beside Mas. Looking at the billboard cat ladies being raised on the streets not far ahead, it really made Mas feel like he was in a two-dimensional cartoon.
Just as Mas was admiring the local culture of the alternate world, a girl with a pair of fox ears ran towards him in a panic.
Thus, the two naturally collided.
"Ouch, it hurts. Don't you look at where you're walking?!"
The fox-eared beauty shouted angrily because she was in pain.
Obviously, Mas, who had just been hit, had yet to react to what had happened. He looked at the girl who was slumped on the ground and the purse on the ground, then looked at the burly man who was clamoring in the distance. He naturally understood what had happened.
However, this matter clearly had nothing to do with him. With the attitude of trying not to cause trouble and trying not to cause trouble, Mas stood up and dusted himself off. He retreated to the side, planning to let the fox-eared girl continue fleeing.
The flox-eared girl's eyes turned and she clearly thought of some strange idea. She threw the purse in her hand beside Mas and made a face at him before running towards the alley.
Mas looked at the purse beside his calf and grimaced helplessly.
"This girl is really giving me trouble…"
Mas shook his head and looked at the burly man who had come looking for him after hearing the commotion. He adjusted his posture and explained calmly, "Whether you believe it or not, I really don't know that demi-human girl…"
When the two burly men heard that, they looked at Mas doubtfully. Then, they immediately opened the purse and counted the gold coins inside. After discovering that the gold coins were not lost, they left without a word with a scowl.
After the two burly men left, the beautiful fox-eared girl from before circled back. She looked at Mas and said in a dissatisfied voice,
"Why did you return my purse to them?"
"Miss, please correct your wrong opinion. Firstly, this purse belongs to someone else. Secondly, look at me. Even if I'm greedy for money, I can't outrun those two burly men…"
Mas smiled as he looked at the angry fox-eared girl.
"Hmph, do you know who they are?
Those two brothers are scum who bully and exploit our demi-human race all day. If not for the sea demon Siren's scent on you, I wouldn't have thrown the purse to you. I didn't expect you to be so cowardly! I really misjudged you! "
Upon hearing this, the fox girl snorted arrogantly. Her dissatisfaction with Mas was completely revealed.
When Mas heard the fox-eared girl's words, he asked curiously, "Why did you have to throw the purse to me when I smell like sea demon Siren?"
"The sea demons will not casually get close to you humans! Even if the sea demons are captured by you detestable humans, they will still appear very resistant, and they will not leave a unique scent on you.
Only when it acknowledges a companion will the sea demon leave its scent on that person. "
Upon hearing the fox-eared girl's explanation, Mas smiled in agreement.
"Alright, lass, don't do such things again in the future. Otherwise, you'll regret it if you're discovered by the patrolling on the streets or really captured by those villains."
Mas shook his head and turned to leave.
Regarding this sudden accident and this magical encounter with the fox-eared girl, he only treated it as a small interlude in his life and did not take it seriously.
After leaving the demi-human girl, Mas wandered around the street alone for a long time.
He casually ate and bought some small gifts for them.
When it was about time, he returned to the headquarters of the Sith Chamber of Commerce.
When the guard on duty saw Mas, he smiled and said, "Lord Dyson, President Belek has finished dealing with it. He's waiting for you behind."
Mas nodded curtly and walked straight into the hall where the front door stood.
The moment he stepped into the hall, the thick smell of blood filled the air. Asking this pungent smell, Mas frowned and did not say anything.
Such a thick bloody smell was definitely not a small matter.
Looks like there are many people involved this time…
When Mas walked to the courtyard of the Sith Chamber of Commerce headquarters, he saw many servants kneeling on the ground, wiping the blood.
Blood stained the entire courtyard.
"How many people was killed?" Mas was a little stunned.
"Oh, brother Dyson, you're finally here. I'm so sorry to have wasted so much time on you over such a small matter as mine."
Then came Belek's enthusiastic voice.
Mas looked at the smile that was almost on his face. He could not tell that the other party had finished dealing with the lives of many.
"What a sly old fox…" Mas cursed under his breath.
"Brother Dyson, I've made a fool of myself in front of you. The last time we left the capital city, we were attacked by those bandits. It was the dregs beside me who sold us out!
Sigh, I really am blind. I was really careless. Something bad almost happened. Fortunately, I have the help of brother Dyson's Gargoyle. "
Belek said as he lowered his head, looking sad.
"President Belek, there aren't many people who would betray you, right?" Mas looked at the ground full of blood and asked in surprise.
"Of course not. According to the information I received, there is only one traitor who betrayed me!"

Chapter 47: Breaking Image, Vicious Belek
"But brother Dyson, you know that I am not a brave and cunning person. I'm just a wealthy man who's afraid of death. If there's a traitor beside me who wants to kill me at any moment, I really won't be able to sleep or eat well. Look, I've lost so much weight because of this matter!"
"Therefore, I'm not a smart person. I can only use the stupidest method to solve the problem. I'll get my trusted subordinates to capture all the people I suspect and eliminate them. This way, the traitor will naturally not be able to escape."
Belek smiled.
Looking at Belek who was speaking with a terrifying expression, Mas was shocked.
At the thought of this, Mas looked deeply at Belek.
He originally thought that the other party was a cunning, unscrupulous, and bold person.
Now, he had to label the other party as ruthless.
In order to deal with the traitors around him, he had to get rid of all the suspects.
On this point, Belek was really ruthless.
However, on second thought, this was normal.
If Belek had not been ruthless, his assets would have probably been taken away in this battlefield-like business world.
"Brother Dyson, I wonder what made you come over?" Belek changed the subject and invited Mas to sit in the hall.
In the hall, Mas sat on a chair and looked at Belek with a smile. "I'm here on Master Mas's orders to purchase a batch of alchemy materials from President Belek!"
"Didn't Master Mas tell you before that he needs a large amount of alchemy materials, be it low-grade or high-grade alchemy materials?"
"In addition, I also brought 30 pieces of Master Mas's newly refined Emerald Green Robes!"
Mas took out the 30 Emerald Green Robes from the alchemy space and smiled.
Looking at the Emerald Green Robes, Belek suddenly sighed.
"Brother Dyson, there's something I don't know if I should say!" Belek was a little hesitant.
"President Belek, you're welcome. You're Master Mas's partner. What can't you say?" Mas smiled.
"Brother Dyson, to be honest, an alchemist from the Alchemist Guild has also refined a batch of Emerald Green Robes and sold them for 100,000 gold coins per piece. The 29 Emerald Green Robes I have haven't been sold yet!" Belek said helplessly.
"Alchemist Guild?" Mas frowned when he heard Belek.
In order to exchange for the formula for the Flaming Soul Restoring Elixir, he had donated the Emerald Green Robe alchemy formula to the Alchemist Guild.
The alchemy master that Belek mentioned was either an internal member of the Alchemist Guild or an alchemy master who had bought the Emerald Green Robe formula.
Nevertheless, this was a problem, it meant that Emerald Green Robe was not easy to sell.
Seeing the worried look on Belek's face, Mas knew that Belek must have had a really bad time recently.
Mas's right index finger tapped the armrest as he wondered if he should sell the Red Crystal Gargoyle.
After all, the Emerald Green Robe was no longer valuable.
On the other hand, selling the Red Crystal Gargoyle would earn him a large amount of gold coins, and the ownership of the Red Crystal Gargoyle would be his. He would only give it to others for the time being. As long as there was a need, the Red Crystal Gargoyle could be summoned back.
However, selling the Red Crystal Gargoyle would also be troublesome as it might break the balance.
Why was it safe in the Storm Empire?
Because the royal family was the strongest.
Even though there were some great nobles who were slightly weaker than the royal family, they did not dare to openly go against the royal family.
However, if Mas sold the Red Crystal Gargoyles wantonly, some ambitious aristocrats would definitely choose to openly resist the royal family after buying a large number of Red Crystal Gargoyles. When that time came, the Storm Empire would start a civil war.
And at that time, the royal family of the Storm Empire would definitely see him as a thorn in their side.
With Mas' current foundation, he could not openly go against a national power.
Therefore, Mas temporarily gave up the idea of turning against the Storm Empire. After all, there were only the Storm Empire and the Trun Kingdom near the Dark Forest.
He was currently enemies with the Mayan Kingdom. If he fell out with the Storm Empire again, not to mention alchemy materials, he would not be able to buy food in the future.
"My head hurts!" Mas rubbed his brows.
He suddenly realized that he had nothing to sell at all.
"Brother Dyson, I'll buy these 30 Emerald Green Robes for 100,000 gold coins per piece!"
"But I have a request!" Belek looked at Mas and said nothing.
"What request?" Mas asked.
Belek smiled in embarrassment. After he got up and closed the door of the hall, he walked to Mas's ear and said softly, "Brother Dyson, you should know that I have some relationship with the royal family!"
"Just yesterday, the royal family found me and asked me if I could get 10,000 alchemical soldiers. The price he offered was 600 gold coins per soldier. Brother Dyson, can you go back and tell Master Mas to take on this business?"
"Although the profit of this order is very low, I guarantee that I will give Master Mas something that will satisfy him."
Upon hearing this, Mas looked at Belek in surprise and said, "10,000 alchemical soldiers?"
"Brother Dyson, I wanted to visit Master Mas personally to discuss this matter, but I didn't expect you to come!"
"Brother Dyson, let me tell you the truth. This matter is really important to me. If I can get 10,000 alchemy soldiers for the royal family, I will be recognized by the royal family!"
"To me, this is really a chance to rise rapidly!" Belek looked at Mas and said in a almost pleading tone.
In Belek's heart, as an alchemy master, Mas would definitely not accept such an order.
After all, the first alchemical creature that Master Mas had refined was a powerful glorious Gargoyle. How could he accept an order to refine an alchemical soldier? This was completely degrading.
However, in Belek's eyes, when Master Mas heard this, his heart was beating wildly.
10,000 alchemical soldiers!
Although alchemical soldiers were only Level 1, once they were successfully refined, they could obtain some EXP.
10,000 alchemical soldiers, wouldn't that mean 10,000 EXP? Then, wouldn't his Creator's Alchemy Platform be able to be upgraded?
Thinking that he could obtain so much EXP, Mas was overjoyed. His heart beat wildly but he still had to show a troubled expression on his face.
This was the time to test his acting skills as Mas wanted to maintain his mysterious image as a great alchemist.
The first-time alchemical creatures were all Red Crystal Gargoyles. How could a top alchemy master like him take the job of refining 10,000 alchemical soldiers?
However, he could not accept the job as Master Mas, but he could use his identity as Dyson to accept the job!
Mas looked at Belek and shook his head. He said regretfully, "President Belek, I'm really sorry!"
"With my understanding of Master Mas, he will definitely not accept such an order!"
After that, Mas paused for a moment and continued, "If you trust me, President Belek, I can refine 10,000 alchemy soldiers!"
Upon hearing this, Belek was stunned for a moment before a pleasantly surprised expression appeared on his face.

Chapter 48: Mas' Insane Acting Skills
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
"Brother Dyson, are you serious?" Upon hearing that, Belek excitedly grabbed Mas's shoulders and shook him.
"A promise must be kept. I am, after all, the first apprentice under Master Mas. It's not difficult for me to refine a mere advanced Level 1 alchemical soldier. You can rest assured."
Mas pretended to be righteous and stand up for his good friend.
To be honest, he was convinced by his own acting skills.
"If that's the case, I, Belek, owe brother Dyson a big favor!"
Belek looked grateful at that and even pretended to squeeze out a few tears.
"But there's one more thing. I'm very curious, President Belek. Why would the royal family of the Storm Empire purchase these low-grade alchemical soldiers so wantonly? Since they have already chosen to spend a large amount of gold coins to buy alchemical creatures, why don't they choose a higher grade one?"
Mas raised his doubts.
At this moment, Mas could not understand the royal family of the Storm Empire's approach. If they needed a large number of alchemical creatures as war weapons, they could totally send Mage Anthony to his place to purchase a large number of Red Crystal Gargoyles.
Why did he have to look for people to make alchemical soldiers that were not of much use?
Furthermore, the reason why Mas's previous teacher, Warwick, would be pursued by the Storm Empire was precisely because he had sold 100 inferior alchemical soldiers to the royal family of the Storm Empire.
This gave the people who knew the truth an illusion. Could it be that the royal family of the Storm Empire really had a crush on this alchemical soldier?
However, Mas knew that things were definitely not that simple. There had to be something else going on.
After all, only the entire royal family was not a fool. There was no need to buy so many alchemical soldiers.
"Sigh, I won't hide it from you, brother Dyson. I still have some small information about this problem. This is already known to the upper echelons of the Storm Empire's aristocrats.
In fact, it has something to do with the Flame Empire in the east. A Fire Essence Ore has recently been discovered at the border between the Storm Empire and the Flame Empire. The two large empires naturally will not give this rare ore away.
As an apprentice alchemist, you should know that even the lowest quality Fire Essence Ore was a Level 3 alchemy material, let alone an entire mine. However, if a large-scale war between the two countries erupted because of a single Fire Essence Ore, it would obviously not be worth it.
Therefore, the emperor of the two countries agreed to use alchemical creatures to fight. The winner would obtain the right to mine the Fire Essence Ore.
The date of the war is set to be a month later, so the royal families of both sides are desperately collecting alchemical creatures to fight for the right to belong to the Fire Essence Ore," Belek slowly explained to Mas.
After hearing Belek's explanation, Mas nodded and finally understood why the royal family of the Storm Empire would rather order alchemical soldiers than the stronger Red Crystal Gargoyle.
After all, alchemical soldiers were even cheaper. Ordering a Red Crystal Gargoyle cost 150,000 gold coins, and the royal family that Belek mentioned ordered alchemy soldiers for 600 gold coins.
A Red Crystal Gargoyle was equivalent to 250 alchemical soldiers!
However, Mas felt that the royal family of the Storm Empire was really a fool.
Mas was extremely confident in the strength of the Red Crystal Gargoyle. A Red Crystal Gargoyle could destroy 500 alchemical soldiers.
In order to save resources, the Storm Empire neglected the essentials and went for the trifles, which made it rather disadvantageous.
However, this had nothing to do with him. What Mas cared about was how many levels of alchemy EXP he had obtained from refining those 10,000 alchemical soldiers.
"President Belek, when can we gather the alchemy materials?" Mas asked.
"Because there are too many alchemy materials needed, I estimate that it will take three to five days!"
"If you don't mind, brother Dyson, you can stay here for a few days!" Belek smiled.
"There's no need for that!"
"I'll go back now. President Belek, after you collect the alchemy materials, you can send them to the Alchemy Tower!"
"Oh right, Master Mas needs some advanced alchemy materials and materials to carve magic runes. I'll have to trouble you, President Belek!" Mas smiled.
"Don't worry, leave this to me. I'll definitely make Master Mas satisfied!" Belek nodded continuously.
"President Belek, it's been hard on you. I'll wait for you at the Alchemy Tower!" Mas smiled.
"Brother Dyson, are you really not staying here for a few days?" Belek tried to urge him to stay.
However, there was nothing for Mas to do there. He might as well go back and look at the Alchemy Materials Encyclopedia and think about the combination of alchemy materials.
After thanking Belek for his good intentions, Mas left the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce.
Not long after leaving the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce, Mas felt a little strange as he walked.
"Is someone following me?" Mas turned to look behind him.
However, he did not find anyone following him.
"Am I just being paranoid?" Mas muttered inwardly.
Mas kept his wits and quickened his pace.
Until Mas left the gates of the Storm Empire, he did not notice that someone was following him.
However, after leaving the city, Mas was not afraid.
If there was really a person who harbored evil intentions towards him, he would not be polite.
In the city, Mas did not summon the Red Crystal Gargoyle in order to avoid trouble.
But now, Mas did not have to worry about that.
As long as the person following him dared to show himself, he would not be polite.
In order to lure the person following him out, Mas deliberately slowed down after leaving the sight of the soldiers at the city gate.
After a while, black smoke appeared out of thin air in front of Mas.
"They're here!" Mas revealed a cold smile and directly summoned ten Red Crystal Gargoyles.
Five Red Crystal Gargoyles formed a ring to protect him, and the other five surrounded the black smoke.
When the black smoke dissipated, a girl with fox ears was stunned when she saw the five Red Crystal Gargoyles surrounding her.
"It's her?" Mas looked at the fox-eared girl in front of him and frowned. He was very puzzled.
The other party was the fox-eared girl who had stolen the money and thrown the purse to him.
"Why are you following me?"
"If you can't answer, I'll kill you!" Mas stared at him and said coldly.
Mas would not be soft-hearted just because the other party was a beast-eared lady. If anything threatened him, Mas would definitely not be soft-hearted.
Faced with Mas's killing intent, the fox-eared girl was shocked and speechless.

Chapter 49: Shadow Church
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
"Please calm down, alchemist. I'm sorry for my disciple's rude behavior before."
An old, calm voice suddenly came from behind Mas.
The sudden voice scared Mas and he immediately turned his head. He did not notice that there was someone behind him.
What entered Mas's sight was a gray-robed fox leader. He held an emerald staff in one hand and his other hand was in his sleeve. He stood calmly and looked at Mas.
Regarding this unfathomable old foxman who had suddenly appeared behind him, Mas was deeply afraid of his actions.
As long as the other party made a move, he would immediately summon the remaining Red Crystal Gargoyles in the alchemy space and escape.
Because everything was too treacherous.
"There's no need to panic, young man. I have no ill intentions." The old fox looked at the flustered Mas and smiled faintly.
"No ill intentions? You and your granddaughter followed me all the way. What are your intentions?" Mas snorted coldly to express his dissatisfaction.
"I heard from Linda that you've been recognized by a female sea demon Siren, so I'm very curious and suggested to my granddaughter to come and see you…" The old fox explained his intentions calmly.
"Is being recognized by sea demon Siren something very rare?" Mas asked in a low voice.
"It's difficult, extremely difficult. According to the historical records, only three people in this world have obtained the recognition of sea demon Siren.
As for the three of them, each of them had extraordinary achievements when they grew up. One of them became a world-famous Great Sage, one became a dragon slaying warrior who subdued dragons, and the last was the pope of the Pope Empire 300 years ago!
Therefore, I really wanted to see what kind of person the fourth extraordinary person in the future was!
Right, I was too busy thinking about myself and forgot to introduce myself. I'm the vice president of the Shadow Church. My nickname is Shadow Fox Vogt! "
Vogt smiled faintly.
"The vice president of the Shadow Church?!"
When Mas heard this, he looked at the old foxman in front of him in shock.
This was because the Shadow Church was a big shot. Previously, when he was still an alchemy apprentice under Warwick, when he followed Warwick to the capital city of the Storm Empire, he saw that many people in the capital city were posting that new wanted poster.
The wanted poster was the Shadow Church that the old foxman had mentioned. As the vice president of the Shadow Church, Vogt was an important target on the wanted poster.
Anyone who could provide information about Vogt and others who were wanted would receive a reward of one million gold coins. If they could personally arrest him and bring him to justice, they would receive tens of millions of gold coins.
However, there was a difference. The Vogt on the wanted poster was a very ferocious-looking fox demi-human who was eight feet long. He was not the old man in front of him who was only 1.5 meters tall.
And now, this demi-human old man in front of him was actually bold enough to openly tell him that he was Vogt. Was he not afraid that he would be tempted to report him for money?
Although the old man looked completely different from the wanted portrait, when he recalled how the other party had appeared silently behind him, Mas felt that the other party might be the real Vogt.
However, what puzzled Mas was that he had nothing to do with the Shadow Church. Furthermore, the other party said that he was the fourth extraordinary person in the future?
What a joke, he was a man who was determined to become the God of Alchemy.
What extraordinary person? Mas was not interested in this illusory thing that could not increase his strength at all.
"How should I address you?" asked Vogt with a smile when he saw that Mas was silent.
"Dyson!"
"Dyson, are you interested in joining the Shadow Church?" asked Vogt with a smile.
"Join the Shadow Church?"
"To be honest, I don't even know what the Shadow Church does. How can I join you?" Mas asked.
"What the Shadow Church does is very simple!"
"Overturn the false rule!"
"Let true freedom descend on the world!" Vogt laughed.
Upon hearing Vogt's words, Mas frowned.
The other party's words made Mas feel that the Shadow Church was really dangerous.
To overturn the false rule?
Overturn the rule of the Storm Empire? Or overturn the rule of another empire?
Mas did not want to get involved in all of this. As for what the other party had said about letting true freedom descend into the world, it was a joke in Mas' opinion.
Even if the Shadow Church really overturned the rule of a certain empire and let the Shadow Church rule, who could guarantee that no other church would overturn the rule of the Shadow Church in the future?
Regarding Vogt's invitation, Mas refused again. "I'm really sorry. I'm not interested in the true freedom you mentioned. Therefore, if you want to overturn false rule, you can do it yourself!"
Vogt smiled and looked deeply at Mas. He said, "Dyson, you'll understand what I said today in the future!"
"Then we shall meet again if fate wills it!"
"Linda, what are you waiting for? Let's go!" Vogt shouted at the fox-eared girl who was surrounded by five Red Crystal Gargoyles.
"Coming!" Linda replied and ran out of the encirclement of the Red Crystal Gargoyles with a scared expression.
"Dyson, I believe we'll meet again soon!" Vogt looked at Mas with a mysterious smile.
Then he grabbed Linda's arm and suddenly disappeared from Mas' sight as a black shadow.
"What does he mean?" Mas looked confused, not understanding his intentions.
He thought for a moment. He had not promised him anything, anyway. Mas could not be bothered to dwell on things that he had no clue about.
He would deal with whatever came his way. Only when he was strong could he be fearless.
Moreover, Mas did not sense hostility from Vogt.
Although Vogt was a little strange, it did not matter as long as he did not provoke Mas.
Mas took back the two Strange Strength Murlocs and rode on a Red Crystal Gargoyle. He brought the other nine Red Crystal Gargoyles and returned to the Alchemy Tower.
When they arrived at the Alchemy Tower, it was already night.
Mas saw that the five Red Crystal Gargoyles were flying around the Alchemy Tower as usual, which meant that nothing had happened.
Seeing that Mas had returned unscathed, Sha You and the others heaved a sigh of relief.
After all, Mas was their backbone.
"Boss, the rune turret has been repaired!"
"And when we were smelting the Peacock Stone, we discovered something good!" Walter saw Mas and said mysteriously.
"Oh? What is it that can make you and Harry so nervous?" Mas asked curiously.

Chapter 50: Walter's Surprise, The Restricted Area of Gods
At this moment, Mas had no idea what amazing treasure Walter would take out later that would make him wild with joy.
Of course, this was all in the future.
The mysterious Walter took out a thumb-sized, crystal clear jade jewelry from his pocket.
Not to mention what use this jade had, just its extraordinary appearance alone was considered a priceless treasure in his previous life.
Mas took the emerald jade from Walter and then searched his mind for memories of the treasure.
Finally, three minutes later, Mas found information about it.
[Peacock Spirit Essence (Level 7): A special spirit essence that grows in peacock ore. An extremely rare item that can greatly reduce the weight of alchemy items if added into them.]
Seeing this Level 7 Peacock Spirit Essence, Mas' face revealed a pleasantly surprised expression.
This outcome was indeed unexpected for Mas.
The small piece of Peacock Spirit Essence in his hand had a conservative market value of about 3 million gold coins.
If the boss of the stone materials sold to him by the Trun Kingdom knew, he would definitely be so angry that he would vomit blood.
Who would not be angry if millions of gold coins disappeared without a trace?
"Are there any other precious ores other than this Peacock Spirit Essence?" Mas asked Walter expectantly.
Walter shook his head and said regretfully, "Boss, I've been in the ore refinement industry for almost twenty years. After so many years of work experience, this is the first time I've purified such a treasure from a low-grade ore. As for other precious ores of this level, that's something I don't even dare to think about."
"You're right, Walter. I was greedy. After all, one needs to know their own limitations."
Mas nodded in agreement and carefully placed the Peacock Spirit Essence into the alchemy space he carried with him.
After all, the ores he bought were all low-grade ores. It would be strange if he could pick up a treasure like the Peacock Spirit Essence in every ton of ores.
In the next few days, Mas' life was very comfortable. The counterattack of the Trun Kingdom that he had guessed would not come.
As usual, Mas kept reading and learning the Alchemy Materials Encyclopedia and the various knowledge about alchemists on the alchemy notes. Then, he thought about the simulation in his mind.
He tried to guess the compatibility between the materials and if there were any alchemical chemical reactions other than the introduction of the characteristics in the book.
Of course, he was not blindly obsessed with boring learning. He would eat and walk when he had nothing to do and he would grow closer to the elf sisters. At noon, he would lie on Lilith's lap and listen to her sing that moving ballad.
At the same time, he hoped that Belek could quickly send the materials for the 10,000 alchemical soldiers.
After all, if an alchemical soldier was successfully refined, it would be a little EXP from the Creator's Alchemy Platform. 10,000 soldiers would be 10,000 EXP. It would be a waste to not want them.
Just thinking about it in his mind made the dopamine in his brain secrete crazily.
Meanwhile, in the royal palace of the Trun Kingdom, King Louis VI seemed to have become a different person recently. He was no longer as wise and understanding as before.
First, he escorted the people who broke the law in the kingdom to a private place in the palace. Any prisoners who entered the palace were never heard from again.
The prisoners in the kingdom behind them had all been captured. They even used various reasons to capture the civilians.
It made everyone in the kingdom panic as they were afraid to get implicated.
Some residents even moved their entire family out of the Trun Kingdom to seek a corner of the land.
Some said that Louis VI used humans for the effects of alchemy potions.
There were also people who said that Louis VI used ordinary people to train the new soldiers and increase their killing intent. After all, some time ago, the entire Spear Legion of the kingdom lost and most of the core members died in battle. This was something everyone in the kingdom knew.
There were even rumors that Louis VI had captured ordinary people wantonly to sacrifice them to the God Huskar.
The reason why the Trun Kingdom advocated spears and martial arts was because the God that the Trun Kingdom believed in, Huskar, was a God who loved combat.
The spear represented the unique skill that Huskar had become famous for using the Blood Boiling Spear in his mythology. Martial power represented Huskar's body that had experienced countless battles in the mythology and was constantly becoming stronger.
It was also because of faith that the Trun Kingdom had a tradition of martial arts for generations, and there were basically no mages in the kingdom.
As the mastermind behind this matter, Louis VI now used various reasons to capture a large number of living people. His goal was just like the rumors among the people. He wanted to use the lives of large numbers of living people to engage in live sacrifices and let the great "Him" in the kingdom, Huskar, descend into the world with his true body.
As the king of the Trun Kingdom, in order to take revenge, he continuously sacrificed the people of the kingdom and violated that legendary taboo again.
In the Rotterdam Continent, every country had their own deity.
And the legendary illusory God was the last trump card of every country.
It was an existence that surpassed this world's cultivation system, and it was also a taboo.
"They" were real existences, but "Their" true bodies did not exist in the entire world. This was because the dimension level of this world was too low. "They" could not exist for a long time in the Rotterdam Continent, but in a world with a higher dimension.
Ignoring the opinions of others and using large numbers of living people to offer sacrifices in exchange for "His" arrival. This was forbidden across the entire Rotterdam Continent.
It was rumored that the Spotted Territory of the Rotterdam Continent was not as small as it was now. Instead, it had a larger territory.
In order to fight against the Gesun Empire, a Barbarian country named Dat actually used the country's inheritance, Frost Divine Sword, and the enemy country's divine weapon, the Blade of Doomsday.
Unfortunately, it happened. The two ancient divine artifacts represented the wills of the two deities. The two awakened deities saw each other and began to fight without any regard for the consequences.
They continued to fight at their peak, but because they were too powerful as Gods, the laws of the Rotterdam World did not allow them to. The area where the two Gods fought quickly collapsed and disappeared.
In just a few minutes, with the Dat Empire and the Gesun Empire at the center, the area of hundreds of thousands of kilometers had become frozen and scorched earth.
The layer of ice would never melt and the raging flames on the ground would never be extinguished.
As for that region, it was tacitly recognized by the people of the Rotterdam Continent as a restricted area that could never be entered. It was known as a restricted area for deities.
Of course, only the people of the continent knew the above myths and legends. As for the authenticity of the legends, who knew?

Chapter 51: The Mad Louis VI
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
Of course, Louis VI was now using the living as a sacrifice not to let the God of War, Huskar, descend himself. He was not that crazy. He was just trying to let his trusted subordinates, the three Level 4 guards, obtain the power he had given them.
In the secret chamber of the Trun Kingdom's palace, there was a huge bronze statue. The appearance of the statue was that of the God of Battle, Huskar.
The entire bronze statue was more than ten meters long. Huskar clenched his left hand and held the spear in his right hand in a throwing posture. His appearance was majestic and powerful, and his sharp fangs were especially dazzling in his bloody mouth, making him look ferocious and domineering.
Below the statue was a huge blood pool.
Louis VI stood beside the pool of blood.
The pool of blood was made up of the blood of a thousand people.
In order to gather the blood of a thousand people, everyone in the Trun Kingdom became wary of their own safety.
Louis VI knew it too, but compared to the hatred in his heart, he felt that it was worth sacrificing the lives of a thousand people.
Beside the thick blood pool, apart from Louis VI, there were three burly, muscular young men.
The three of them were the three people Louis VI had chosen to accept the power of Huskar.
"Hurry up and enter the blood pool. This is a supreme honor bestowed upon you by Lord Huskar!" Louis VI looked at the three burly men in front of him and said in a low voice.
In fact, there was no need for Louis VI to say anything. The three of them were born and raised in the Trun Kingdom and were "His" unique believers. There was no need for Louis VI to say anything. It was only natural for them to sacrifice themselves for "Him".
Apart from using their lowly bodies to accept Lord Huskar's power, if not for the fact that their respected king was beside them, they would have jumped into the blood pool to receive "His" baptism.
When the three of them heard this, they did not hesitate at all and directly walked into the blood pool. Apart from their heads, their entire bodies were immersed in the disgusting blood pool.
Seeing that the three of them were ready, Louis VI nodded in satisfaction and respectfully walked to the bronze statue of Huskar the God of Battle. His face was filled with piety as he knelt on the ground and muttered words that outsiders could not understand.
The originally sticky and calm blood pool began to change. Blood-colored bubbles began to bubble from the middle to the sides.
As more and more bubbles appeared, the blood in the entire blood pool began to boil.
This was the ultimate technique of the Huskar in myths and legends, the Blood Boiling Technique!
The three burly men soaked in the blood pool also revealed pained expressions. Louis VI, who was at the side, seemed to have expected this. He watched this scene calmly and revealed a cruel smile that came from his instincts.
"Persevere, my people. Once you succeed, you will obtain the power of the God of Battle, Huskar!" Louis VI encouraged.
However, as the temperature in the blood pool increased, even Louis VI, who was standing five meters away, felt that he could not breathe and immediately left the purgatory.
Meanwhile, the three people in the blood pool were currently experiencing immense pain.
This kind of pain was not something an ordinary person could endure. It was equivalent to the pain of losing fingers, one finger at a time. Fortunately, the four people in the blood pool were Level 4 professionals. Moreover, the nature of soldiers made them obey until now.
Although they were high-grade professionals, their bodies were still made of flesh and blood.
Under the boiling blood, it was a complete physical and mental torture.
As the temperature of the blood pool continued to increase, a man finally could not hold on any longer. His body began to shake continuously like a kite that was about to break its string. Finally, the man could not hold on any longer and collapsed into the blood pool. His body also melted into blood.
With the beginning, it seemed like the subsequent defeat was only natural. After the first man collapsed, three minutes later, another man also collapsed.
Only one advanced Level 4 professional was still persisting.
The insistent professional kept shouting, "For Trun! For Lord Huskar!"
Finally, after ten minutes, the entire pool of blood had completely evaporated. The surviving professional's nose gradually changed into a beast's nose. Under his lips, two sharp and long fangs emerged. His originally muscular body kept rising.
Upon seeing this scene, a crazy smile appeared on Louis VI's face. "Success. Fortunately, my efforts were not in vain, my warrior!"
...
As night fell, the Dark Forest was especially quiet.
Those who hated noise would definitely like the Dark Forest at this moment. The only flaw was that there would be one or two demonic wolves howling from time to time.
The night wind slowly blew past, causing the dry and leafless tree branches to creak from the wind. It was especially terrifying.
In the dark night, a ten-meter-tall giant was walking towards the Alchemy Tower in the Dark Forest under the moonlight.
In his right hand, he was holding a giant shield that was about his height. On his back, there were five alchemy spears that were more than five meters long.
Every step this giant took left deep dents in the barren land.
Within the forest, some magical beasts that wanted to fight against the weak scrambled to escape after sensing the approaching giant aura.
They were afraid of being targeted by this huge creature. That was the instinctive fear of powerful creatures from the bottom of their hearts.
The originally noisy Dark Forest instantly became quiet.
Even the wind seemed to have stopped.
As the giant continued forward, a 100 meter tall Alchemy Tower appeared in his sight.
...
Inside the Alchemy Tower, Mas, who was studying under the light, looked at the tall figure in the distance with a stunned expression.
"What is this?!!" Mas looked at the black shadow in the distance and began to be stunned.
A ten-meter tall humanoid creature? Did you slap XX across the Blue Planet?
According to what Mas had learned in recent months, he knew that there were only ten-meter humanoids, the Mountain Giant of the elves, the Cyclops, and the Frost Ogre.
However, it was impossible for these three creatures to appear in the Dark Forest.
The Mountain Giant liked to live in groups and did not like to fight. It had always been well-behaved in the elves. It was also impossible for the Cyclops to be here in the desolate north, let alone the Frost Ogre. If such a monster appeared, the nearby Pope and the Storm Empire would not agree.
Mas felt that something was wrong. Since it did not match these existences and there could not be such monsters around the Dark Forest, this thing should be an alchemical creature or something similar.
Moreover, judging from the route it took, it was clearly coming for him…
Moreover, because of the night, Mas could not see the huge creature's appearance.
However, he could see that the other party was holding a huge shield in his right hand and carrying five spears on his back.
Instead of calling it a spear, it was more like a few pillars. After all, the spear was too big.
"Wait, spear? Giant shield! Could it be?!!!"
"Did the Trun Kingdom send this guy over? But how can the Trun Kingdom have the strength to raise such a monster? Let's talk about wealth first. The Storm Empire alone would not allow such an existence, right?"
"Could it be that he used some unknown method?"
Mas was confused.

Chapter 52: A Strange Giant with a Human Body and a Beast Face
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
Regardless of the reason, the sudden appearance of this giant made Mas feel a huge crisis.
Mas immediately asked Walter and Harry to prepare for battle through the voice transmission device in the Alchemy Tower, and he also asked Lilith, who was outside the Alchemy Tower, to come in and take refuge.
"Boss, this Giant's face is actually the face of a wild beast!"
It turned out that Harry had seen the face of the huge humanoid creature in the darkness through the scope of the rune turret. Harry's shocked voice echoed in everyone's ears through the voice transmission device in the Alchemy Tower.
"What? The giants have faces of wild beasts?" When Mas heard this, he froze for a few seconds and exclaimed.
What the hell were these? A huge humanoid creature that appeared out of nowhere in the middle of the night was holding a huge shield, carrying a huge spear, and had a ferocious beast face.
What kind of creature was this?
Mas kept recalling this creature but he realized that he could not find a creature that matched it.
At this moment, a piercing sound of teleportation sounded in Mas' ear. It turned out that the two sisters had arrived at the top of the tower where Mas was through the teleportation device.
Turning his head, Mas saw the two sisters with very serious expressions. He could not help but ask, "Did something happen, Sha You and Leah?"
"Lord Mas, the huge humanoid creature approaching the Alchemy Tower is most likely the beginner Level 7 Mythical professional that Leah and I saw in the forest when we were young—God Bestower."
Sha You's voice was heavy and flustered.
"God Bestower, God Bestower, God Bestower… Tell me about the origins of God Bestower…?" Mas frowned and said in a low voice.
"Lord Mas, the elves are born with an excessive affinity for magical elements. Moreover, the magical wave emanating from that monster is not the magical wave contained in an ordinary professional, but 'His' power!
The tribe that Leah and I lived in when we were young had been attacked by a God Bestower…
Moreover, judging from the appearance of the other party's beast face, shield, and spear, he should be the God Bestower of the Trun Kingdom. This is because the appearance of this God Bestower is the external characteristics of God Huskar who was worshipped in the Trun Kingdom! " Sha You and Leah looked at Mas' nervous face and quickly explained.
"Is that so? Now my previous guesses make sense.
I won't hide it from you. When we were fighting against the Spear Legion of the Trun Kingdom outside the Alchemy Tower, the commander of the other party's army, Mars, also used a similar divine reliance ability. It was from the same source of power as the giant.
There's one more thing I want to ask both of you. There are almost no records of how this world treats deities. It seems as if they never existed. Sha You, do you and Leah know what happened?" Mas asked.
"Lord Mas, they are real existences, but they don't exist in the Rotterdam Continent. This is because the rules of the continent forbid them from using their true bodies to descend into the world.
We elves believe in the Goddess of Nature, who is the embodiment of Yuktlashi. Every leader of the elves was personally selected by Lord Yuktlashi and he personally bestowed the Goddess of Nature with powerful abilities. Her name was—Gift.
In other words, every elf leader is a true God Bestower and the strongest batch of God Bestowers. After the God Bestowers obtain their Gift, their bodies will naturally reject the elemental power between the heaven and earth—Mana, the magic power!
From what my sister and I know, the body of this giant outside is constantly rejecting the magic power in the air. This is enough to prove that he is a true God Bestower! "
Leah explained solemnly to Mas, her usual mischievous demeanor gone.
Hearing the two sisters' solemn explanation, Mas heaved a sigh of relief and stared at the huge humanoid creature that was approaching in the distance.
God Bestower? As long as "He" did not descend personally, Mas was not someone to be trifled with. He would make sure that the creature would never return.
At the thought of this, Mas' lips curled into a sneer.
"The body that 'He' personally blessed should make a good alchemy material," Mas thought to himself as his eyes flashed with a shockingly cold glint.
"Walter, Harry, prepare yourselves. Once the other party enters the maximum range of the rune turret, open fire immediately. Don't feel the pinch of magic power. The other party is a very difficult target to deal with!"
Mas shouted orders to Walter and Harry through the voice transmission device in the Alchemy Tower.
When the two of them heard that, they immediately replied to Mas and told him to rest assured.
Looking at the approaching God Bestower, Mas paced anxiously beside the window of the Alchemy Tower. This was not a sign of fear, but excitement and anticipation.
If he killed this creature that was rumored to be related to him and refined it with the relatively complete corpse that the other party had preserved, what powerful alchemical creature would he obtain? Would the other party even drop items related to him after he died?
Thinking up to this point, Mas was no longer as nervous as before. All that was left was his disdainful excitement at the sight of his seat.
As Mas, who had transmigrated from the Blue Planet he was an atheist. He did not have the reverence of the deities of the Rotterdam Continent. In his opinion, the deities of this world were only existences of higher latitudes that were stronger.
As long as he was strong enough, offending his superiors and even crossing boundaries to kill those weak gods was not impossible!
After all, from what he had gathered so far, Gods were not that high and mighty, were they?
Time passed minute by minute, and the God Bestower was getting closer and closer to the Alchemy Tower. At this moment, Mas could finally see the appearance of the big guy in front of him with the help of the bright moonlight.
Indeed, it was exactly as Harry had said. He held a huge shield and carried several spears on his back. He had a ferocious beast face, black hair, and sharp fangs that protruded from beneath his lips. His scarlet eyes and two huge nostrils were constantly emitting white gases.
"God Bestower, God Bestower. His name is so high and mighty, but he's actually so ugly?"
After Mas saw the other party's appearance clearly, he said with a look of disdain.
After all, they should be perfect. The kindness he had given them, the modified servants, should also match their beauty. Could it be that the God of War, Huskar, liked this?
At that thought, Mas turned to ask Sha You. Leah said, "Sha You, how does Leah look like after her blessing by Gift?"
Mas was very curious about this question.

Chapter 53: Fighting the God Bestower, Mullovans
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
Upon hearing the strange question that Mas raised, the two sisters chuckled and roughly understood the meaning behind his words.
"Lord Mas, the God Bestower has undergone a general change based on the appearance of the Gods who bestowed grace on them."
"The elves' Mother Goddess, Her Highness Yuktlashi, has an appearance similar to ours, except that she has a few pairs of silk wings that are as thin as cicada wings, so our chief is the same.
After receiving the grace of the Mother Goddess, her appearance as an elf did not change much. She only had a pair of silk wings like the Mother Goddess on her back. "
"So that's how it is. I thought that all the God Bestowers were like that monster outside, having such a strange and ugly appearance…"
After listening to the two sisters' patient explanation, Mas muttered softly.
Just as the three of them were chatting and laughing, the God Bestower, Huskar, who had the title of the God of Battle, had already entered the attack range of the rune turret, Flaming Heaven Rune.
Without any hesitation, the moment the God Bestower stepped into the attack range, seven streaks of fiery light containing extremely terrifying magic power descended from the sky. They were extremely fast, tearing through the silent night and directly hitting the vital parts of the God Bestower.
After a wave of smoke, the six people in the Alchemy Tower opened their eyes wide and realized that the effect of the turret was not as ideal as they had imagined.
Seven Flaming Heaven Runes, which were as powerful as the full-powered attack of an advanced Level 4 professional, struck the other party. However, they only managed to push the huge God Bestower back a few steps.
Even the Flaming Heaven Rune, which could injure a Level 5 professional, could not do much damage?
"But it's true. The other party is a beginner Level 6 professional, this is bad…" Mas thought.
No matter how unbearable the other party was, he was still a mortal who had received his favor and obtained the power of a true deity.
If he was defeated by the rune turret just like that, he would not have gotten the title of the God of Battle. It could even be said to be a joke.
"Walter, Harry, continue to attack. Even if you can't cause any substantial damage to the enemy, don't belittle the magic power in the rune turret and try to slow the enemy down."
Mas shouted at the two of them through the voice transmission device.
Then, Mas summoned the Red Crystal Gargoyle from his alchemy space and flew out of the Alchemy Tower on the Red Crystal Gargoyle.
"Brother Mas, be careful on the way. You have to come back safely!" Leah shouted from behind Mas.
"Rest assured! Leah, he is merely a God Bestower," Mas replied calmly.
Not to mention an early Level 6 God Bestower, so what if this God Bestower was a Level 7 Mythical Expert?
Mas was extremely confident in his alchemical creatures.
Thinking up to this point, Mas was especially envious of the God Bestower's body. This was a God Bestower. If he could kill the other party, it would mean that Mas really had the strength to stand in this world.
After Mas flew out of the Alchemy Tower on the Red Crystal Gargoyle, he directly ordered the Gargoyle to land on the empty ground beside him. Then, he summoned the remaining Level 5 and above alchemical creatures that had not been damaged.
They were: two Strange Strength Murlocs, two Royal Nagas, and one Frost Murloc.
Against such an extraordinary God Bestower, the beginner Level 4 Red Crystal Gargoyle was obviously not suitable for a direct battle. Even the slight interference effect was useless. Fortunately, Mas did not choose to summon it.
Although the two Thunder Naga were also Level 5, they could use their skills advantage to use water cannons and thunder-type magic to attack from afar.
The remaining main attacks were left to the two remaining Strange Strength Murlocs!
Under Mas' command, the two Strange Strength Murlocs charged towards the God Bestower.
"I am "His" Descendent, His Majesty Huskar's Descendent — Mullovans!
Under the orders of Lord Huskar and King Louis VI, I will exterminate you! "
The God Bestower suddenly stopped and stood in place. He let out an angry howl and suddenly ran forward.
The ground moaned and trembled under its immense weight.
The cracked spiderweb spread along with his endless footsteps.
Mullovans' speedy running posture coupled with his exaggerated muscles made him look extremely threatening.
That exaggerated action gave Mas the illusion that it was like a heavy truck charging at him at a speed of 200 yards.
However, the two Strange Strength Murlocs on Mas' side were obviously not to be trifled with.
Boom!
With a deafening sound, the two Strange Strength Murlocs collided with the running Mullovans.
However, the result was beyond Mas's expectations. The two Big Murlocs were actually sent flying, and Mullovans' muscular body was only knocked back a few meters.
"How strong is this guy? He's actually unscathed from the frontal attack of two Strange Strength Murlocs?"
Mas looked at the scene in front of him in shock and disbelief.
At this moment, the two Royal Nagas at the back also condensed thick water cannons the size of vats and attacked Mullovans.
Faced with two sets of extremely powerful water cannons, Mullovans only casually waved the steel shield that was as huge as an ancient tree and easily blocked the two water cannons.
Seeing this, Mas' eyes twitched a few times.
"What a joke, this guy is simply a monster!"
Mas frowned as his face darkened.
This was the first time Mas had encountered a powerful Mythical creature. He thought that he could successfully crush the other party with the two Strange Strength Murlocs, but the strength the other party revealed was too powerful.
However, Mas was not helpless.
After a short cooldown, the seven rune turrets of the Alchemy Tower released powerful magic attacks again.
The seven Flaming Heaven Runes once again hit the unguarded Mullovans, but the outcome was still unsatisfactory.
With his outstanding physical body, Mullovans blocked seven more powerful attacks of Flaming Heaven Runes.
"What is this monster's body made of?!"
"Could the difference in levels really be so exaggerated? Does this Mythical God Bestower really have no weaknesses?"
Looking at the unscathed Mullovans, Mas smiled bitterly.
The powerful superior creature in front of him made Mas despair. He was no longer as high-spirited as before.
That exaggerated strength and powerful body was enough to make him helpless even if the God Bestower did not know any magic!

Chapter 54: An Impressed Battlefield
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
From Mas's point of view, with such great power, Mullovans could easily destroy a city that was not very big. However, thankfully, he did not completely give up hope.
After all, in his previous life, there was a famous saying on the Blue Planet that there were more ways than difficulties. Mas did not believe that this Mullovans, who was so huge, had no weaknesses!
Mas ordered the two Strange Strength Murlocs that had been sent flying not far away to attack again.
However, this time, Mas changed his mind. He changed the target of his attack to the huge steel shield in Mullovans' hand. She wanted to take that huge steel shield away.
Because of the existence of this steel shield, no attack could penetrate this huge steel shield. Therefore, if he wanted to cause substantial damage to Mullovans, they first had to make him lack effective defense.
Moreover, after Mullovans lost his defense, Mas could still order the Royal Naga, who was not good at close combat, to use water cannons to attack Mullovans from the back.
Two Strange Strength Murlocs surrounded Mullovans in a pincer formation. Although the Strange Strength Murloc was six meters tall, it only reached Mullovans' waist.
It was a two-on-one battle. Even if the Strange Strength Murloc was one level lower than Mullovans, it was impossible for Mullovans to completely ignore the attack of the Strange Strength Murloc.
Seeing this, Mullovans took down a huge spear on his back and stabbed it directly at the Strange Strength Murloc in front of him. The Strange Strength Murloc that received the command immediately retreated and did not continue to fight.
At the same time, the Strange Strength Murloc behind him quickly moved forward and hugged the arm that held the spear. The previous Strange Strength Murloc that had retreated came back in a roundabout manner and took advantage of his distraction to snatch the huge shield in his hand.
The outcome was obvious… It worked.
The process was so smooth that Mas, the initiator, found it unbelievable.
The other party was an early-stage Level 6 God Bestower…
Mullovans watched as the Shield of God, which symbolized Huskar's characteristics, was snatched away by the Strange Strength Murloc, and his red eyes widened.
"D*mn beast! This is a treasure personally given to me by Lord Huskar. Give it back!"
The furious Mullovans easily flung the Strange Strength Murloc that was hugging his right hand away and flew quickly towards the Strange Strength Murloc that had stolen his Shield.
Looking at the berserk Mullovans, Mas did not dare to be careless at all. He immediately ordered the Royal Naga to attack the right hand of Mullovans holding the Giant Spear of God and the other leg of Mullovans.
In less than three seconds, two thick water cannons struck the running Mullovans. In an instant, the powerful impact made the running Mullovans lose their balance and fall heavily to the ground.
The huge weight caused the entire ground to tremble as they looked at Mullovans who was slowly climbing up.
Mas had an idea. An excellent plan flashed through his mind.
Mas ordered another Strange Strength Murloc to pick up the God Bestow Spear that had fallen to the ground.
Seeing the two Strange Strength Murloc beside him, Mas revealed a cold smile. He directly stored the Strange Strength Murloc that had stolen the giant shield and spear into the alchemy space he carried with him and soared into the sky on the Red Crystal Gargoyle.
When Mullovans, who was slowly getting up, saw the two Strange Strength Murlocs disappear after robbing his God Bestow Spear, his expression became even crazier than before.
Its two huge nostrils were constantly emitting boiling blood-red steam due to the excessive temperature.
He turned to the Alchemy Tower not far away and strode over.
"Oh? Mas looked at the constantly running Mullovans below and barely raised his interest. He originally thought that this guy was a fool who only knew how to be rash. In the end, he wants to attack the Alchemy Tower and force him to return the God Bestow Spear?"
Mas looked at Mullovans charging towards the Alchemy Tower and muttered to himself.
"Try to hold him back!" Mas ordered the remaining three Naga creatures on the ground to take action. Without any defense, the Frost Murloc's attack had a critical effect.
At the same time, Mas could no longer care about the consequences of his loss. He summoned all the Red Crystal Gargoyles in the alchemy space to restrain them and let the Frost Murloc and the Royal Naga on the ground continue to attack Mullovans.
Even if it did not have much effect, it was a good thing to be able to hold the other party back.
However, for Mullovans, this kind of attack that did not hurt him at all could be done without any qualms. He rushed towards the Alchemy Tower without any hesitation.
It seemed that he wanted to complete his order and destroy his Alchemy Tower in one strike.
"D*mn bastard!" Mas cursed softly in the air.
Looking at Mullovans who was approaching the Alchemy Tower, a crazy thought appeared in Mas's mind. He ordered the Red Crystal Gargoyle he was riding on to rise as quickly as possible.
Until the Red Crystal Gargoyle rose 500 meters into the sky, it finally stopped.
Because if he was a little higher, the oxygen there was too thin and he would not be able to move at all. Furthermore, he was just high enough to see everything below clearly.
Mullovans was only 400 meters away from the Alchemy Tower. Mas directly released the Strange Strength Murloc he had just retracted from the Alchemy Space and the huge God Bestow Spear.
Under Mas' command, the Strange Strength Murloc used all its strength to hold the spear in both hands and fell rapidly from a height of 500 meters. Its target was naturally the crazily running Mullovans.
Mas began the biggest gamble of his two lifetimes, but he had no other choice.
The only visible force of the Strange Strength Murloc was indeed so weak in front of Mullovans. The attacks of the Flaming Heaven Rune and the Royal Naga could not injure the other party at all.
Then, could he use the God Bestow Spear bestowed by Huskar to kill the Mullovans at his feet?
The answer was: Mas was not sure.
He was taking a gamble, risking everything he had. If even the God Bestow Spear could not pierce through the other party's body, then Mas could not think of any way to kill Mullovans.
The Strange Strength Murloc's immense weight, which it was proud of, combined with the weight of the spear that was like a steel pillar, caused its body to fall rapidly from the sky.
Mas looked at the falling Strange Strength Murloc, his eyes no longer calm like before. They were filled with nervousness.
Success or failure depended on this!

Chapter 55: Killing Mullovans, Counting After the Battle
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
The anxiety was growing. Mullovans was about to touch the Alchemy Tower.
The Strange Strength Murloc held the God Bestow Spear tightly in both hands and descended from the sky in an unstoppable manner.
The spear pierced through his brain without any obstruction until it reached his stomach.
At this moment, Mullovans' body seemed to have been cursed by "Him" as he stood motionless on the spot. Blood kept spewing out from the parts pierced by the spear.
Looking at the successful implementation of the plan and the death of Mullovans, Mas finally felt relieved.
Then, he slowly descended on the Red Crystal Gargoyle.
When Mas completely landed on the ground, he looked at the huge corpse on the ground and exclaimed, "Fortunately, this fellow is a little rash. Otherwise, it would be impossible to use such a child's play to kill a God Bestower of the same level!
If he was calm enough and continued to use the God Bestow Spear behind him to attack the Alchemy Tower after the God Bestow Shield was stolen, the Alchemy Tower would probably collapse in less than two rounds…
Fortunately, this God Bestow Spear is a treasure for Mullovans, making him unwilling to throw it. Otherwise, we would probably have died today."
Thinking up to this point, Mas heaved a sigh of relief. The process was too shocking. The more he thought about it, the more afraid he became.
Fortunately, good things came after hardships. It was time for him to count the spoils of war.
Mas looked at the corpse of Mullovans in front of him. He touched it and various information regarding the corpse immediately appeared in front of him.
[God Bestower Corpse (Beginner Level 6): A corpse that contains the power of the God of Battle, Huskar. The physical strength of the corpse is extremely high, comparable to the physical body of an beginner Level 7 professional. It is a rare alchemy material that is relatively intact.]
Right at this moment, a blazing red light slowly floated out from the corpse of Mullovans, forming a rhombus crystal in the air. After half a minute, the light slowly dissipated, and the crystal lost its special power and fell to the ground.
When Mas saw this, he was afraid that there would be other special changes. He quickly walked forward and picked up the blazing red crystal from the ground. Looking at the news of the blazing red crystal in his hand, his face revealed a deep joy.
[God of Combat Huskar's Gift (Level 6 Advanced), the Gift given by Huskar to his devout believers. It is separated from his main body and contains powerful power of the Gods and can be mixed with other alchemy materials to refine unexpected things. (Note: "His" power cannot be fused with the magic power of the Rotterdam Continent. If it is forcibly fused, bear the consequences!)]
"There's actually such a good thing? I've picked up a treasure this time!"
Mas looked at the blazing red crystal in his hand and laughed loudly.
This fragment containing the power of the God of Battle, Huskar, was the alchemy item he needed the most.
Since Huskar could use the power fragment to increase the strength of others, could he also use the power fragment to refine an alchemy item that had no side effects and could increase his strength?
Once he completely mastered this powerful divine power, Mas would no longer be an ordinary person who was powerless.
"Mullovans, this battle is really destined!" Mas laughed heartily, feeling very happy.
Of course, other than the corpse of the God Bestower in front of him and the power fragments of the Gods in his hands, the God Bestow Shield lying on the ground and the five God Bestow Spear were also rare treasures.
However, just as Mas was about to touch the God Bestow Spear and the God Bestow Shield, these two treasures actually turned into dust and dissipated with the wind.
"Is it because the God Bestower, Mullovans, is already dead? He still wants to visit a few God Bestowment Treasures for free…"
Thinking of this, Mas felt pity.
However, the huge shield and spear had already turned into dust that scattered with the wind. Even if Mas wanted to restore them, he was unable to do so.
But overall, this wave was a huge gain.
The relatively perfect God Bestower corpse and the power fragments that contained the power of deities were both rare treasures in the world!
In order to prevent any other accidents, Mas put the two treasures back into the alchemy space.
Now, what Mas was waiting for was for Belek to send him the alchemy materials needed to refine the alchemical soldiers. He had a feeling that once his Creator's Alchemy Platform leveled up, there would definitely be a huge change in him.
"Belek, you're the only one left. Don't disappoint me…" Mas looked in the direction of the Storm Empire's capital city and muttered from time to time.
It was almost noon.
Belek, whom Mas had been thinking about, finally arrived.
Belek was riding an early-stage Level 2 Earth Dragon, followed by a convoy of hundreds of people. When he pulled hundreds of huge boxes and rushed towards the Alchemy Tower, Mas revealed a thick smile.
Hard work paid off. Belek had finally arrived.
In fact, when Mas fell asleep last night, he even recalled that if Belek had not come by noon today, he would have ridden the Red Crystal Gargoyle to the capital to find him.
This was something that could not be helped. The rising desire in his heart was getting stronger and stronger. It even affected his thoughts sometimes.
Mas was not careless. He called Walter, Harry, Sha You, Leah and the other three to follow him and waited for Belek at the door of the Alchemy Tower.
Belek rode on the earth dragon. His fat body was covered in sweat. From time to time, he would mutter, "The sun today is really killer. I hope brother Dyson isn't out in the Alchemy Tower today. Otherwise, it will be troublesome later…"
While Belek was feeling depressed about the hot weather, he saw Mas and the others waiting outside the Alchemy Tower.
"Hey, brother Dyson, sorry to have kept you waiting!"
"President Belek, why are you so excited? It's only been a few days since we last met," Mas looked at Belek's exaggerated expression and asked with a smile.
"Brother Dyson, it's all thanks to you this time!"
"I informed the royal family member who asked me to buy 10,000 alchemical soldiers!"
"He has promised me that when I give him 10,000 alchemical soldiers, he will make me a viscount!"
"How can I not be happy about such good news!?"
"With this identity as a noble viscount, my business can be even smoother!" Belek laughed loudly.
"Oh? So that's how it is. No wonder.. I was wondering what could make the president of your Sith Chamber of Commerce so happy! Sigh, wait, pardon me, it should be Viscount Belek!" Mas laughed.

Chapter 56: A Terrifying Level 5 Alchemical Creature!
Not to mention Belek himself, even Mas was extremely happy when he heard that Belek had advanced to become a viscount.
Belek had more authority, which meant that it would be easier for him to obtain rare alchemy materials in the future.
However, the most tempting thing was the hundreds of unknown boxes in front of him.
He could not help but smile when he thought that the hundreds of boxes in front of him were filled with alchemy materials.
"Right, President Belek, have you prepared the materials needed for the high-grade alchemy materials and magic rune engravings that Master Mas needs?" Mas asked.
"Brother Dyson, don't worry. How can I not take Master Mas's words to heart? I'm ready.
I brought two beginner Level 6 alchemy materials and an advanced Level 5 alchemy material. I guarantee that Master Mas will be satisfied when he sees them!
To be honest, brother Dyson, don't underestimate my advanced Level 5 alchemy material. It's a rare treasure! "
"It's been hard on you, President Belek. It's such a hot day, I've troubled you to come here personally. I'll take these alchemy materials first. After I finish refining the 10,000 alchemical soldiers, I'll send someone to inform you."
Mas smiled. The meaning of sending him off was not implicit.
Looking at the mountain of boxes in front of him, after Belek left, Mas could not wait to start refining alchemical soldiers to increase the level of his Creator's Alchemy Platform.
"Brother Dyson, to be honest, I still have a favor to ask of you. I don't know if I should tell you."
Belek hesitated for a moment before slowly voicing his request.
"What is it?" Mas, who was in a good mood, asked without thinking.
"Brother Dyson, didn't I tell you before the purpose of the Storm Empire's wanton acquisition of alchemical creatures?
That member of the royal family of the Storm Empire learned of my relationship with you, brother Dyson, from me. He wanted me to ask you if I could buy some alchemical creatures that are stronger than the Red Crystal Gargoyle that Mage Anthony bought from you back then. "
Looking at Mas's serious face, Belek smiled sheepishly.
Mas stroked his bare chin with his left hand at that, thinking about it for a moment.
Among the alchemical creatures he currently possessed, the Strange Strength Murloc and the Royal Naga were his main combat units. Moreover, there was not many left so he could not sell them to Belek as a favor.
The royal member did not fancy the Red Crystal Gargoyle either, so the only Frost Murloc left was him.
To be honest, among the combat echelons that Mas currently had, the Frost Murloc's effect on him was useless. The only frost deceleration effect was, to be honest, boring.
In terms of strength, the Frost Murloc was inferior to the Strange Strength Murloc.
In terms of use, the Frost Murloc was inferior to the Thunder Naga.
In the previous battle against Mullovans, the Frost Murloc had no achievements. Although it was also related to Mas asking the Frost Murloc to do more, in fact, the Frost Murloc was indeed not very capable.
He might as well sell it to Belek at a cheaper price as a favor.
After much consideration, Mas decided to do it. He would sell the Frost Murloc to Belek at a cheaper price. After all, it was not useful to leave it with him. It was better to exchange it for higher-level alchemy materials.
"Is that so, President Belek? To be honest, Master Mas has indeed refined a Level 5 alchemical creature recently, but you can't underestimate it. That alchemical creature's true strength is comparable to an beginner Level 6 professional!
However, regarding the price, it will be a little expensive. However, based on my relationship with you, brother Belek, I can give you a discount. I wonder if the members of the royal family can accept this price…"
Mas spoke softly beside Belek's ear, as if he was afraid that the third person would hear the secrets they were talking about.
"Gasp, how terrifying!
An alchemical creature comparable to a beginner Level 6 professional, brother Dyson, is Master Mas really going to sell such a precious alchemical creature? "
Belek, who was carefully considering Mas's words, asked.
"Of course, Brother Belek. We've worked together for so long. Have I, Dyson, ever cheated you?" Mas retorted solemnly.
"Brother Dyson, how much is the small price of this alchemical creature that you mentioned? How much is Master Mas's lowest price?" Belek asked.
"Hey, brother Belek, you're asking the right person. I've already asked my master about it. This alchemical creature is worth at least 3 million gold coins!"
"What! 3 million gold coins?!"
Belek, who was at the side, naturally knew that the royal family member could not take out so many gold coins. In the end, it was very likely that he would be the one to pay the most.
"Don't be anxious, brother Belek. Let me finish. On the account that we have worked together for so long, how can you be willing to work for Master? I plan to give you a discount. 2 million gold coins!
Also, master said that if Viscount Belek can use the corpse of a Level 6 or Level 7 complete magical beast to trade, then it might be cheaper! "
At this moment, Mas was like a demon, slowly tempting Belek to fall into the trap he had long created.
Belek, who was at the side, was so happy that he did not know what to say.
However, when he heard that he needed the corpse of Class 6 Magical Beast, or even a Class 7 Magical Beast, his fat face instantly became bitter.
If Level 6 and Level 7 preserved the complete corpse of a magical beast, not to mention him, even the entire Storm Empire might not be able to find such a magical beast corpse.
"Brother Dyson, as you know, it would be fine if it was the corpse of a Class 6 or 7 Magical Beast, but a complete corpse is something that not even I, Belek, can do anything about. I'm afraid the entire Storm Empire can't take out the corpse that Master Mas mentioned…"
Belek smiled bitterly.
Of course, Mas knew Belek's difficulty. Moreover, the corpses of high-level magical beasts were not cabbages. If they were so easy to obtain, why would he exchange the Frost Murloc for one for free?
Especially the corpse of a Level 7 Mythical Beast. Even if it was an elementary one, no matter who obtained it, they would probably not sell it easily.
For example, if a duke was lucky enough to obtain the corpse of a Level 7 young demonic dragon, the dragon blood would be a high-grade treasure that could strengthen the body and prevent all illnesses, not to mention the dragon scales and other parts.

Chapter 57: New Ability, Analysis and Decomposition
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
In fact, Mas suspected that other than the complete corpse of the Gods Bestower he had just killed, there was probably no other complete corpse above Level 6 in the Storm Empire.
"Brother Dyson, I can only go back and think of a way now. The corpse of the four-armed murloc was obtained by chance. As for the high-grade magical beast corpse that Master Mas needs, I'll definitely think of a way!"
"However, brother Dyson, may I ask, how many high-grade magical beast corpses do you think we can exchange for the Level 5 alchemical creature in Master Mas's hand?" Belek whispered into Mas's ear.
"According to master's character, one or two Class 5 Magical Beast corpses should be enough to exchange for them. Of course, if there are Class 6 or even Class 7 Magical Beast corpses, that would be even better!"
"Viscount Belek, don't worry. As long as you bring Master Mas what he wants, my master will naturally not treat you badly, right? A mutually beneficial cooperation is the long term solution!"
Mas looked at Belek and smiled.
Belek was an experienced veteran who had been in society for decades, so how could he not know the pros and cons? He nodded. "Of course I understand, brother Dyson. I'll get going first. As for the complete corpse of the magical beast, I'll think of a way later. I'll send my regards to Master Mas!"
With that, Belek led the large group and slowly drove towards the Storm Empire's capital city without looking back.
"Viscount Belek, take care. I won't send you off!"
Mas stood far away and shouted at Belek.
After watching Belek and the others leave, Mas took back the alchemy materials needed for all the alchemical soldiers on the ground and returned to the Alchemy Tower with Sha You and the others.
There were 20,000 sets of materials needed to refine alchemical soldiers.
In addition, intermediate Level 4 and Level 5 magic crystals and all-purpose steel frames were also everywhere.
The materials for engraving magic runes were basically all prepared. Finally, there were two Level 6 alchemy materials and six Level 5 alchemy materials.
"This person, Belek, is not muddled in this aspect at all. He really knows how to conduct himself!" Mas once again lamented that Belek was well versed in the ways of the world.
One of the two Level 6 alchemy materials was a seven-colored stone.
This item was extremely valuable and was one of the better alchemy materials that could absorb magic.
The other Level 6 alchemy material was also very valuable. It was a top-grade Blue-Patterned Steel. Its effect was to increase magic defense and alchemy water defense, or water-type magic attack.
The six Level 5 alchemy materials were Level 5 water-type magic crystals, the Feather of the Space-splitting Eagle that increased speed, and the claws of the Diamond Beast that increased hardness.
The Life Grass needed to refine the alchemy potion was also the Millennium Vine needed to refine the alchemy potion, and lastly, the Vine Flower needed to refine the alchemy potion.
Mas was quite satisfied with the alchemy materials that Belek had sent over. However, before refining these high-grade alchemy materials, Mas planned to raise the level of his Creator's Alchemy Platform to see what magical changes would occur.
Mas took out the Creator's Alchemy Platform and began refining alchemical soldiers. There were a total of 20,000 alchemy materials.
Mas was happy that Belek had converted the price of the alchemical soldiers into materials. It saved him a lot of trouble. After all, this was 20,000 alchemy EXP!
The reason why he had so many spare alchemy materials was probably that Belek was worried about the probability of him refining. After all, Master Mas did not do it personally.
However, this was also good. Although it would take more time to refine, these were all free alchemy EXP, right?
Mas directly placed the bronze and any Level 1 magic crystal needed to refine the alchemical soldiers into the Creator's Alchemy Platform.
In less than ten seconds, the tempering of bronze melted and covered the lower human-shaped steel frame. The magic crystal was embedded in the forehead. The alchemy was successful.
Looking at the alchemical soldier standing on the Creator's Alchemy Platform, Mas looked at the information and could not help but shake his head.
This alchemical soldier really lived up to its name as a Level 1 alchemical creature. Its attributes were pitifully weak.
The alchemical soldiers only had steel armor and a low-grade power source. A Level 1 professional with a little bit of cultivation should be able to kill this alchemical soldier easily.
At this moment, Mas suddenly understood why Belek had had that look when he heard that he had accepted this order.
Looking at the alchemical soldiers in front of him, Mas felt his face burning. Fortunately, the 10th floor of the Alchemy Tower was his private territory. Without his permission, Walter and the others would not have come up.
In order to gain alchemy experience, Mas lowered his head and took out the alchemy materials from the alchemy space and placed them on the Creator's Alchemy Platform. He then stored the alchemical soldiers in the alchemy space.
He could refine six in a minute.
He could refine 360 in an hour, which meant 360 alchemy experience.
Two hours later, Mas' alchemy experience was finally full.
[Congratulations, your alchemy level has increased to Level 2]
[Congratulations, Creator's Alchemy Platform has leveled up to Level 2]
[Congratulations, you have obtained special ability analysis and decomposition]
When the system's voice sounded in Mas's ear, he was first stunned before he laughed out loud.
"I actually really obtained the ability I wanted!" Mas' expression was wild with joy.
With the ability to analyze and break down, he could analyze the materials used to refine the Energy Shield Pearl. Then, he could use better materials to refine the Energy Shield Pearl that had better effects.
Mas could not wait to take out the Energy Shield Pearl he had obtained from Mars from the alchemy space and place it on the Level 2 Creator's Alchemy Platform.
Compared to a Level 1 Creator's Alchemy Platform, a Level 2 Creator's Alchemy Platform did not change much in appearance. However, right now, it could only store alchemy materials of no more than Level 21.
The increase in the level of the Creator's Alchemy Platform meant that Mas could refine more high-grade alchemy materials.
"Analysis and breakdown!" Mas thought to himself.
[Analysis and breakdown of alchemy materials can only be used once, can't be used multiple times. Do you want to analyze and break down?]
"Yes!"
The Energy Shield Pearl placed on the Creator's Alchemy Platform immediately emitted a golden light.
In the next moment, the Energy Shield Pearl shattered, and four materials flew out and landed steadily on the Creator's alchemy platform.
Level 6 Five-Colored Stone, Level 5 Intermediate Mithril, Level 6 Magic Absorbing Crystal, and Level 5 Magic Absorbing Stone.

Chapter 58: Planning to Move the Battle Armor
"So this Energy Shield Pearl was refined from these four things!"
"The alchemist who refined this is really a genius!" Mas exclaimed.
After all, these four things did not look compatible at all, but they were refined into something good like an Energy Shield Pearl.
To be honest, Mas did admire the person who had refined this.
But now, he could refine something even better.
The Five-Colored Stone could be changed to a Rainbow Stone, a Level 5 intermediate mithril, and Mas could also be changed to high-grade mithril. After all, he still had the Mithril Trident that he had obtained from the Leader of the Big Murlocs. It would not be a problem for Walter to refine it and obtain a high-grade mithril.
The Magic Absorbing Crystal and the Magic Absorbing Stone were individual alchemy materials that could not be changed.
However, Mas did not intend to refine it like this.
Mas could also add one alchemy material to create an enhanced version of the Energy Shield Pearl.
Mas considered for a moment. He felt that he could add the top-grade Blue-Patterned Steel into the refinement.
Top-grade Blue-Patterned Steel could increase magic defense and water-type defense.
It was rather compatible with the attributes of the Energy Shield Pearl and it was very likely that it would be refined into a Level 7 Energy Shield Pearl.
Moreover, even if the refinement was not satisfactory, Mas could still choose to analyze and break it down.
Even if the other four materials were gone, the supreme-grade Blue-Patterned Steel could still be preserved.
Compared to the top-grade Blue-Patterned Steel, the other four alchemy materials added up to only a few hundred thousand gold coins. Mas could completely afford this loss.
Of course, before it was refined, Mas still had to hand the Mithril Trident to Walter for refinement.
Through the internal communication device in the Alchemy Tower, Mas called Walter to the top floor and handed the Mithril Trident to him.
"Walter, will it work if this Mithril Trident is smelted into a piece of superior mithril?" Mas asked.
"Master, don't worry. There won't be any problems!"
"The smelting can be completed in at most two days!" Walter promised.
"Then I'll have to trouble you on this matter!" Mas smiled.
Walter carried the Mithril Trident and sat down in the transmission channel.
Mas continued to refine alchemical soldiers. Now that his alchemy experience had increased to two levels, the alchemy experience needed to level up required 20,000 points.
For Mas, this bit of alchemy experience was nothing.
However, after refining another alchemical soldier, Mas realized that he did not obtain any alchemy experience.
"What's going on?"
"When refining an alchemy item that is lower than alchemy, will the EXP be forced to zero?" Mas muttered.
Mas originally thought that he could use these 20,000 alchemical soldiers to increase the level of his Creator's Alchemy Platform. However, according to the current situation, it should be impossible.
…..
Time passed day by day. Five days later, Mas finally remembered the system prompt.
"Congratulations to the host for refining 20,000 alchemical soldiers."
"Ah, it's finally settled!" Hearing the heartfelt words in his ear, Mas lay on the floor with a tired expression.
In the past five days, Mas had spent half of his time refining alchemical soldiers.
Now, it was finally settled.
In the five days that Mas had been refining alchemical soldiers, Walter had already smelted the Mithril Trident into a piece of superior mithril.
Moreover, Walter and Harry had also refined the four ores that Mas had bought into top-grade ores.
Top-grade black steel stones with high hardness, top-grade silver stones with high toughness, top-grade lightweight peacock stones, and top-grade granite stones with anti-magic properties.
These four top-grade ores were refined from Level 1 inferior ores. Because their grades were not high, even the best quality was only a Level 5 alchemy material.
Mas took out the four top-grade ores and took out a Level 5 human-shaped steel frame at the same time. Then, he placed the alchemy materials other than the top-grade peacock stone on the Creator's Alchemy Platform.
It was naturally the Peacock Spirit Essence that replaced the top-grade peacock stone.
In order to refine high-grade alchemy armor, Mas had also put in a lot of effort.
Mas was still a little nervous.
If his guess failed, his plan for advanced alchemy armor would be ruined.
Mas took a deep breath and looked at the five alchemy materials on the Creator's Alchemy Platform.
Driven by an invisible force, the Level 5 human-shaped steel frame floated in the air.
Top-grade black steel, top-grade silver, and top-grade granite stones began to melt one after another, forming liquid metal that spread on the human-shaped steel frame, forming a metal armor.
Then, the Peacock Spirit Essence exploded and turned into a powder that surged into the metal armor.
Golden light erupted from the Creator's Alchemy Platform.
After the metal dissipated, an alchemy armor appeared in front of Mas.
[Congratulations, you have successfully refined a Level 5 alchemy armor—Iron Armor]
[Successfully refined a Level 6 alchemy armor. 60 alchemy EXP obtained.]
Mas smiled and immediately held the Iron Armor in his hand.
When he held the Iron Armor, Mas felt that he was holding an ordinary shirt that was weightless.
"Looks like the Peacock Spirit Essence did not go to waste!" Mas revealed a look of joy and thought to himself.
The light weight was worthy of the Peacock Spirit Essence.
Mas then checked the information on the Iron Armor.
[Iron Armor (Level 5): A battle robe formed from three types of top-grade ores and rare peacock spirit essences. At the same time, it has powerful resistance to magic, super toughness, super high resilience, and super lightweight. After wearing it, it will automatically adjust according to the size of the user and can change its color automatically.]
"Good stuff!" When Mas saw the information on the Iron Armor, his face was filled with joy.
With this thing, ordinary Level 5 professionals could not cause him any harm.
Be it a warrior-type professional or a mage-type professional, the Iron Armor could perfectly restrain them.
Mas put on the Iron Armor. The Iron Armor, which was originally an armor, was liquid metal and completely wrapped around his neck.
Mas looked at the Iron Armor on his body and tried to change its color.
However, it could only change into four colors: black represented by black steel, silver represented by silver, green represented by peacock spirit essences, and gray represented by granite.
Mas changed all four colors and thought black was the best.
Walking to a bronze mirror, Mas looked at the Iron Armor on his body. Its shape was similar to Iron Armor, but because it was black gas, it was even more domineering.
Furthermore, wearing this Iron Armor, Mas did not feel any restraints. He could even wear a robe outside to paralyze the enemy.
However, the Iron Armor was not Mas' ultimate goal.
Mas took off his Iron Armor and walked to the Creator's Alchemy Platform. He placed the Seven-Colored Stone, high-grade mithril, Magic Absorbing Crystal, Magic Absorbing Stone, and top-grade Blue-Patterned Steel on it and began the refinement.
The moment Mas began the refinement, dense purple light erupted from the Creator's Alchemy Platform.
The entire floor was filled with this purple light.
Seeing this, Mas looked surprised.
"When refining a Level 5 alchemy item, the Creator's Alchemy Platform will release a golden light. Does this purple light mean that it has been refined into a Level 6 alchemy item?" Mas said in surprise.
Mas' eyes were filled with anticipation.
Level 6!
The peak of an ordinary mortal professional!
The goal that countless alchemists sought.
And he was about to succeed?
Mas took a deep breath and waited patiently.
As the purple light gradually weakened, Mas could already faintly see a blue bead floating on the Creator's Alchemy Platform until the purple light completely dissipated.
The system prompt sounded in Mas's ear.
[Congratulations, you have successfully refined a Level 6 alchemy item—Water Magic Bead]
[Successfully refined a Level 6 alchemy item, 70 alchemy EXP obtained.]

Chapter 59: Level 6 Intermediate Alchemy Item—Water Magic Bead!
Beside a small pond outside the Alchemy Tower, on the shore of the pond, Lilith looked at the purple light coming from the top floor of the Alchemy Tower with a look of surprise.
"Her parents told her that when a Level 6 alchemy item is made, it will produce dazzling purple light."
Now, she finally saw it. That dazzling purple was indeed beautiful beyond compare.
"Mas actually refined a Level 6 alchemy item? Oh my goodness, this is simply unbelievable. He's only about 18 years old, right?"
"How many alchemists have never reached this level? How did he achieve it at such a young age?
If they did not see it with their own eyes, who would believe that an 18-year-old boy could actually refine a Level 6 alchemy item?
Mas's alchemy talent is really too terrifying! However, this isn't a bad thing. The stronger Mas's alchemy talent is, the better. Only then can he fulfil the demi-human's long-cherished wish and be qualified to be the Great Sage! "
Lilith looked out the window on the tenth floor and murmured with anticipation in her beautiful eyes.
On the second level of Alchemy Tower, Harry and Walter continued to refine and purify the ores.
Suddenly, both of them stopped what they were doing.
The two of them looked at each other and saw the disbelief in each other's eyes.
"Harry, feel that?" Walter said grimly.
Harry nodded and looked up at the ceiling, shock in his eyes.
"Boss, is this a Level 6 alchemy item?" Harry was in disbelief.
"That's right. This is definitely the aura of a Level 6 alchemy product!"
"Look at the ceiling. There's a faint purple light penetrating it. It can be confirmed that the boss's Level 6 alchemy item is top-notch among legendary alchemy items!" Walter said in shock.
"Walter, how old is the boss?" Harry asked.
"I'm not sure, but the boss looks to be no more than 20 years old!" Walter said.
"It's unbelievable that he can create a legendary alchemy item before he's 20!" Harry exclaimed with admiration.
On the fifth floor of the Alchemy Tower, _
Sha You and Leah were carving magic runes.
Suddenly, the two of them stopped their work.
"Sis, do you feel it?"
"There's a Level 6 magic wave coming from the top floor!" Leah looked at her sister in shock.
Sha Liang nodded. "I can feel it!"
"Looks like Master Mas has refined a Level 6 alchemy item!"
"Level 6 alchemy item?"
"Sis, are you saying that Master Mas has already reached Level 6?" Leah's mouth was agape in disbelief.
"That's right. Lord Mas has already stepped into the domain of a Level 6 alchemist at this moment!"
"If I didn't feel this Level 6 magic power personally, I really can't believe that Lord Mas has stepped into the realm of a Level 6 alchemist at such a young age!"
"Compared to Master Mas, those old alchemy masters are nothing!"
"Those alchemists think that their alchemy items are unparalleled under the sky, but they don't know that they are just observing the sky from the bottom of a well. If other alchemists were here now, I wonder how shocked they would be!" Sha You said and could not help but laugh.
At the top floor of the Alchemy Tower, Mas looked at the blue bead floating on the Creator's Alchemy Tower and took it.
Instantly, Mas realized that there were many weak blue spots in his vision.
Mas tried to touch the blue points of light with his hand, but there was no actual touch.
"Could these blue light spots be magical elements?" Mas was stunned.
Mas then checked the information on the Water Magic Bead.
[Water Magic Bead (Level 6): It can contain water-type magical elements. When attacked, it can automatically form a water-type magic shield to defend. It can also allow the wielder to sense the heaven and earth magical elements and use the super Magic Bead to release water-type magic attacks.]
Seeing the information on the Water Magic Bead, Mas looked shocked.
"Is this the effect of a Level 6 alchemy item?"
"It can actually allow non-mages to use magic to attack?" Mas said in shock.
Mas walked to the window. He held the Water Magic Bead in his left hand and raised his right hand, palm facing the window.
With a thought, the blue light spots in the sky continuously gathered into the Water Magic Bead. Then, a cold feeling spread from the Water Magic Bead and moved along his body to the palm of his right hand.
Water droplets could be seen gathering in his palm.
The water droplets gathered at an extremely fast speed. In less than a breath, they turned into a water ball the size of a football.
As Mas kept gathering, the water ball in front of his palm was more than five meters wide.
And this was not the limit.
However, Mas was only trying to test the effect. With a thought, a water ball that was more than five meters long flew out and struck the grassland outside the Alchemy Tower.
A loud sound was heard.
When Mas saw the spot where the water ball hit, a deep pit more than 20 meters in diameter appeared.
"This power is too terrifying, right?" Mas said in surprise.
The Thunder Naga had the ability to release water cannons, but compared to the water ball he had released just now, the difference was like a chasm between heaven and earth.
"Looks like I made the right bet again this time!" Mas laughed.
In order to refine the enhanced version of the Energy Shield Pearl, he had added top-grade Blue-Patterned Steel. In the end, the product was so amazing. Mas was extremely happy.
Now, he could fuse the Water Magic Bead and the Iron Armor.
However, before that, Mas checked the use of the advancement reward he had just obtained.
When Mas saw the effect of the advancement, he almost could not stop smiling.
[Promotion: An achievement reward for refining a Level 6 alchemy item. Can raise any alchemy item below Level 6 to Level 6.]
Seeing the effects of this advancement, Mas really felt like he was giving a pillow when he was sleepy.
No, this was not right.
She must have picked up a lottery ticket and won the first prize.
Mas' only regret for the Iron Armor was that it was only Level 5.
And now, with this opportunity to advance, the Iron Armor would also become a Level 6 armor.
Mas did not hesitate and immediately used the opportunity to advance on the Iron Armor.
As the Iron Armor emitted a dense purple light, the promotion was completed.
The process was not important. The outcome was the most important.
Mas looked at the Iron Armor. The information did not change, except that its grade had changed from Level 5 to Level 6.
Mas then placed the Iron Armor and the Water Magic Bead on the Creator's Alchemy Platform and fused them.
[Fusion Begins]
The Water Magic Bead shrank to the size of a thumb and was embedded in the chest of the Iron Armor.
At this moment, Mas saw that there were six thumb-sized holes in the chest area of the Iron Armor where the Water Magic Bead was embedded, lined in the order of the seven-star beads.
The fusion process was very fast.
After the fusion ended, a notification sounded.
[Super fusion activated, Seven Luminaries Battle Armor obtained]
"Super fusion?"
Mas froze.
Today's surprises came one after another, making him a little unable to take it.

Chapter 60: Heaven-Defying Seven Luminaries Battle Armor!
Translator: Atlas Studios Editor: Atlas Studios
Mas held the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor in his hand.
From the outside, the only change was that there was a shrunken Water Magic Bead in front of his chest and six thumb-sized holes.
Mas immediately checked the information on the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor.
[Seven Luminaries Battle Armor (Level 6): An alchemy battle armor with extremely high hardness, toughness, and magic resistance. It is extremely lightweight and has the ability to absorb and store magic power. It can absorb water-type magic elements. When it is attacked, it will automatically form a water-type shield to defend. It can also allow the wearer to use water-type magic attacks. After fusing six magic beads of different attributes, it will be promoted to a Mythical alchemy battle armor.]
He saw the attributes of the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor!
Mas's head was buzzing.
Powerful!
Too powerful!
Mas never expected that after the Water Magic Bead and the Iron Armor fused, it would actually become the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor.
Moreover, with six more magic beads of different attributes, he would be able to upgrade to an epic alchemy armor.
This could not be said to be a pleasant surprise. It was completely an explosion of luck.
Mas immediately put on the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor. The blue light spot that had disappeared from his sight representing the water-type magical element appeared again.
"With the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor, dealing with the king of the Trun Kingdom won't be a problem!" Mas revealed a cold smile and thought to himself.
Previously, when Mullovans had come to attack, if he had not been lucky enough to kill him, the Alchemy Tower would have been gone.
The king of the Mayan Kingdom had given him such a 'big gift'. If Mas did not 'repay' him properly, how could he face the other party's kindness'?
Mas wanted everyone to know that he was not easy to bully.
If anyone went against him, they would have to pay the price.
However, Mas did not take this matter to heart. With the ability of the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor, he could destroy a city alone.
In Mas's opinion, it was most important to promote the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor to an epic alchemy armor.
Having sufficient strength was the capital to live in this world.
Even though the alchemy armor was an external object, it was his combat power.
However, it was not easy to refine six magic beads of different attributes again.
Firstly, a Seven-Colored Stone was an extremely rare item. He felt that he was already exceptionally lucky to have obtained one.
As for the other materials, high-grade mithril was easy to obtain and so was the Magic Absorbing Crystal. There was no need to mention the Magic Absorbing Stone. It was not difficult to obtain a five-star alchemy material.
The last material that represented the attributes was not easy to obtain.
Top-grade Blue-Patterned Steel represented the water attribute, so there were naturally other seven-star alchemy materials that represented other attributes.
If he wanted to refine the other six magic beads with different attributes, he would need six Seven-Colored Stones and alchemy materials that represented the other six attributes and the top-grade Blue-Patterned Steel.
How difficult was this? It was even more difficult than obtaining an eight-star alchemy material.
"This matter can't be rushed!" Mas thought to himself.
Apart from fusing magic beads of different attributes to increase the strength of the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor, Mas also planned to refine alchemy potions to strengthen his body.
Combining the inside and the outside was the way to go.
Mas put on the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor and the alchemist's robe. He then took out the four alchemy materials of the God of Battle, Huskar's power fragment, Life Grass, Thousand-Year Vine, and Purple Vine Flower, preparing to refine them into alchemy potions to strengthen his body.
The effect of the power fragment of the God of Battle, Huskar, was to increase the strength of the body.
The effect of the Life Grass was to increase self-healing ability.
The effect of the Thousand-Year Vine was to increase the toughness of the skin.
The effect of the Purple Vine Flower is to increase cell activity.
Mas was not sure what alchemy potions these four things would refine, so he could only try them first.
After all, with the ability of analyze and breakdown, even if the first refinement was not good, Mas had a chance to regret.
Mas placed the power fragments of the God of Battle Huskar, the Life Grass, the Thousand-Year Vine, the Purple Vine Flower, and an ordinary alchemy bottle behind the Creator's Alchemy Platform and began the refinement.
Another dense purple light rose from the Creator's Alchemy Platform.
However, this time, the purple light did not last for long.
As the purple light disappeared, the alchemy bottle on the Creator's Alchemy Platform contained a colorless liquid.
Mas took the alchemy bottle in his hand and checked the information.
[Legendary Strength Potion (Level 6): After drinking it, the drinker's strength and physical strength will be greatly increased. This potion has no side effects.]
Seeing the information on the Level 6 Strength Potion, Mas did not hesitate and directly drank it.
Instantly, Mas felt as if there were tens of thousands of horses galloping in his body.
Every cell was filled with infinite power.
He felt that he could shatter a huge rock with a punch.
His originally thin body became slightly stronger and Mas felt that he had become taller.
At the same time, the attribute panel appeared in front of Mas.
Now, there was an additional level and job on his attributes panel.
[Mas]
[Level: Three]
[Class: Level 6 Alchemist]
[Alchemy Level: 3]
[Alchemy Technique mastered: Black Gargoyle Crafting Technique, Thunder Naga Crafting Technique, Strange Strength Murloc Crafting Technique…]
[Alchemy EXP: 200 / 30000]
[Special Ability: Absorption, Analysis and Breakdown, Fusion]
Seeing his attributes, Mas smiled.
In everyone's eyes, alchemists were synonymous with weak bodies.
Now that he had the power of a Level 3 warrior, if someone looked down on him because he was an alchemist, he could hang him up and pound him even without using the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor.
"Now, I finally have the strength to protect myself!" Mas said happily.
If other professionals heard him, he wondered what they would think.
A Level 3 strength only had the strength to protect oneself?
Would the other professionals below Level 3 still live?
What Mas had refined now was all to let himself have combat power.
Next, Mas planned to refine an alchemical creature.
The complete corpse of the magical beast that Mas currently had was the corpse of the Leader of the Big Murlocs, the corpse of the God Bestower Mullovans, and the corpse of a four-armed Naga.
As for alchemy materials, there was the tail of a Level 6 Scorpion Tail, fire-type magic crystal, the feathers of a Space-splitting Eagle, the claws of a Vajra Wolf, and the Five-Colored Stone left behind by an energy shield pearl.
The only Level 7 alchemy materials were the Red Dragon Stone and the Sea Demon's Tears.
The Level 8 alchemy material was the skull of a behemoth.

Chapter 61: Testing New High-Grade Alchemical Creatures
According to the remaining alchemy materials, Mas made a rough overall plan. He decided not to use the corpse of Gods Bestower, Mullovans, for now. After all, it was the corpse of a Level 6 Gods Bestower. Its rarity and value were comparable to that of an ordinary Level 7 or Level 8 alchemical creature.
There was no suitable alchemy item at the moment, so he would not consider it for the time being.
Next was the corpses of the four-armed Naga and the Leader of the Big Murlocs. As the corpses of two Level 5 water-type magical beasts, he only had one Level 5 water-type magic crystal left, and the other Level 5 magic crystal was fire-type.
This made things difficult for Mas.
Creatures made from Level 5 alchemy items were most likely below Level 6.
Also, the magic crystal was only an alchemy material, not an alchemy item, so it could not be integrated fundamentally.
On the other hand, the inconspicuous all-purpose steel frame could be fused. After all, the all-purpose steel frame was a one-time consumable product refined by the alchemist of the item.
Thinking up to this point, Mas decided to try to put two low-grade all-purpose steel frames into the Creator's Alchemy Platform to see what new things could be fused.
However, the fused item was still a all-purpose steel frame.
"It really doesn't work. I was too naive…" Mas muttered.
However, Mas was not discouraged. Instead, he chose to try a few more times. After all, practice was the only standard to test the truth.
Mas was looking forward to triggering the super fusion in the skill column to turn these low-grade all-purpose steel frames into high-grade steel frames.
After trying ten times in a row, he finally triggered the super fusion that Mas had been thinking about.
Looking at the Level 5 all-purpose steel frame in front of him, a satisfied smile appeared on Mas' stern face.
Looking at the satisfactory outcome in front of him, he did not wait for long to rest before he impatiently began to prepare for the subsequent fusion. When Mas was about to finish all the low-grade all-purpose steel frames, he finally triggered the super fusion again and obtained the second Level 5 all-purpose steel frame.
After successfully obtaining two Level 5 all-purpose steel frames, Mas began to think about how to make full use of the alchemy materials in his hands for and reasonable refinement.
First was the corpse of the Four-armed Naga.
Not to mention a high-grade all-purpose steel frame, as a water-type demi-human, he would definitely use water-type magic crystals as its power source and the remaining alchemy materials.
After careful consideration of the remaining alchemy materials, Mas decided to use the tail of the scorpion-tailed lion and the claws of the diamond beast.
The Scorpion Tail could paralyze the attacks of alchemical creatures and the claws of the Vajra Beast could increase the hardness of the alchemical creatures' skin.
After making his choice, Mas took out the corresponding alchemy materials and placed them on the Creator's Alchemy Platform to begin the refinement.
When the purple light surged out from the Creator's Alchemy Platform again, Mas laughed.
The first Level 6 alchemical creature was about to be born.
Mas was in a good mood and he smiled broadly.
Looking at the Creator's Alchemy Platform, Mas could not help but look forward to it.
How strong would a Level 6 alchemical creature be?
Meanwhile, the Scorpion Tail did not appear on the Vajra Four-armed Naga. It only allowed him to obtain the paralysis poison of the Scorpion Tail.
Mas looked at the attributes of the four-armed Naga.
[Vajra Four-armed Naga]
[Level: Level 6]
[Ability: Water Creature, Paralysis Toxin, Water Cannons, Steel Skin, Advanced Power Source]
Mas was very satisfied with the attributes of the Vajra Four-armed Naga.
Any Level 6 creature could not be underestimated.
Moreover, this was a Level 6 alchemical creature with an advanced power source. As long as the magic crystal on its forehead was not destroyed, it could fight forever.
Now, only the corpse of the Leader of the Big Murlocs was left.
Mas considered for a moment and threw all the alchemy materials other than the feathers of the Space-splitting Eagle to the Creator's Alchemy Tower. It was up to fate.
The corpse of the Leader of the Big Murlocs, fire-type magic crystal, all-purpose steel frame, five-colored stone, and the core of a Level 7 Chimera.
To be honest, Mas had no choice. He had originally planned to use a Level 6 water-type magic crystal, but unfortunately, there was only one fire-type crystal left.
Mas could only give it a try now. Even if he only refined a Level 6 alchemical creature, he could still analyze and break it down. There was no loss.
However, when Mas placed these five alchemy materials into the Creator's Alchemy Platform for refinement, that familiar purple light lit up again.
At this moment, Mas had the feeling that he was the chosen one.
It had been less than half an hour and he already successfully created the fourth Level 6 alchemy item.
If other Level 6 alchemists knew about this, they would probably even give up.
Any Level 6 alchemist would be sufficiently prepared and adjusted before refining a Level 6 alchemy item. They were not as casual as Mas.
As the purple light on the Creator's Alchemy Platform gradually disappeared.
The second Level 6 alchemical creature that belonged to Mas was born.
Double-Headed Murloc!
[Double-Headed Murloc]
[Level: Level 6]
[Ability: Water Creature, Flame Spur, Frost Spur, Magic Storage, Advanced Power Source]
Compared to the Vajra Four-armed Naga, the Double-Headed Murloc was clearly more powerful.
Mas felt that the reason why the Double-Headed Murloc could become a Level 6 alchemical creature was related to the Five-Colored Stone.
The Five-Colored Stone had the effect of magic absorption, causing the Double-Headed Murloc to combine with the fire-attribute magic crystal and the Chimera core to invoke a chemical effect, resulting in it becoming a Level 6 alchemical creature.
The Double-Headed Murloc was greatly different from the Leader of the Big Murlocs.
The Double-Headed Murloc's body was eight meters tall. Because of the Chimera's core, it had two heads. The left head was red and the right head was blue.
From the looks of it, the Double-Headed Murloc was even more strange and ferocious than the Leader of the Big Murlocs.
"It's finally all settled!" Mas smiled and muttered.
He successfully refined four Level 6 alchemy items.
The only high-grade materials he had now were the feathers of the Space-splitting Eagle, the corpse of the Gods Bestower, the skull of the Thunder Dragon, and the tears of the sea demon.
However, turning the alchemy materials he had into useful things was the most important thing for Mas.
What was a Level 10 alchemy material if it was not used?
Mas put the Double-Headed Murloc and the Four-armed Naga into the alchemy space and gathered the others to meet him on the top floor through the alchemy tower's voice transmission device.
When the Sha You sisters, Walter, Harry, and Lilith reached the top floor, they looked at Mas with extremely respectful eyes.
At the same time, the system prompt sounded continuously.
[Walter's loyalty has reached 100 and he will never betray you.]
[Harry's loyalty has reached 100 and he will never betray you.]
[Lilith's loyalty has reached 100 and she will never betray you.]
When Mas heard the continuous prompts, he was stunned.
He was confused. What was going on?
Why were their loyalty suddenly full?
"Master Mas, did you refine four Level 6 alchemy items before?" Sha You looked at Mas with reverence.
Upon hearing Sha You's words, Mas looked at Walter, Harry, and Lilith's expressions and instantly understood that their loyalty would suddenly reach 100.
Obviously, they knew that he had refined four Level 6 alchemy items!
Mas did not hide anything from them. After all, they were all loyal.
"That's right. I did refine four Level 6 alchemy items!" Mas smiled and nodded slightly.
After receiving Mas's affirmative answer, Sha Ya and the other three were shocked.
Four Level 6 alchemy items?
How many Level 6 alchemists in the world could achieve this?
Mas was probably the only one!
Their respect and reverence for Mas became deeper.
"I'm looking for you now to tell you that I'm going to launch a counterattack on the Trun Kingdom!" Mas' expression became serious as he said in a low voice.

Chapter 62: The Desperate Louis VI
In the study of Louis VI located in the side palace of the Trun Kingdom, recently, Louis VI had become much more haggard. He was only thirty years old, but there were actually a few silver strands on the back of his head. This was because his recent life had been too anxious and worrying.
As for the reason for his anxiety, it was naturally the death of the Gods Bestower he had sent out a while ago, Mullovans.
Louis VI was extremely frustrated and even wanted to smash it to appease his anger.
If he had known that Mullovans would be so easily defeated, he would not have been so rash.
That was the result of sacrificing the lives of more than a thousand residents of the Trun Kingdom. What was even more annoying was that it was the help given to me by Lord Huskar!
To capture that unknown sea demon, the price he had paid was too great.
In the defeat of the Spear Legion, two of the three commanders of the commander army had died one after another. Even the Gods Bestower, Mullovans, who had spent more than a thousand lives to obtain, was currently missing.
In the end, he was still empty-handed and did not obtain anything.
After receiving no response from Mullovans, he specially sent his scouts to check the interior of the Dark Forest.
When Louis VI obtained the information that the Alchemy Tower was still intact, he knew that there was a high chance that Murovans had been killed by an existence stronger than him.
However, he really could not understand why he would be killed after obtaining the power bestowed by the God of Battle, Huskar.
Furthermore, he could not imagine what kind of powerful existence could kill Mullovans.
Mullovans was a Legendary Expert!
The powerful existence that could kill Mullovans was at least a Legendary Expert.
However, he had heard of Warwick, the owner of the Alchemy Tower in the Beren grassland. He was only an ordinary alchemist, so how could he have such a powerful subordinate who killed the legendary Murovans?
He was very worried about revenge.
For this, he had already prepared a forbidden response.
If it was not necessary, he really did not want to use that response.
While Louis VI was worried, the hatred in his heart grew stronger.
Especially when he thought about how he was the king of the Mayan Kingdom and had control over the life and death of everyone in the Mayan Kingdom.
However, he was constantly at a disadvantage.
Regarding this, he felt that his dignity as a king had been trampled on.
Anger and fear were the only emotions in Louis VI's heart.
"Your Majesty!"
A flustered voice suddenly came from outside the door.
When Louis VI heard the voice, his heart tightened and he had a bad feeling.
"Come in!" Louis VI took a deep breath and shouted with a dignified expression.
The door was pushed open and a soldier knelt on one knee in front of Louis VI with a flustered expression.
"Your Majesty, something happened!" The soldier's body was trembling as he spoke.
His expression was filled with fear.
"What happened?" Louis VI asked in a deep voice.
"An alchemist who calls himself Mas has brought a large number of alchemical creatures to block the gate of the kingdom!"
"And those alchemical creatures are at least Level 4 alchemical creatures, and there are four Level 6 alchemical creatures!" the soldier said with a trembling voice.
Upon hearing this, Louis VI felt his head buzz and his body tremble.
"Your Majesty!" The soldier said worriedly when he saw Louis VI.
Louis VI took a deep breath and said in a deep voice, "I'm fine. Now, gather all the soldiers in the city and all the mercenaries in the city. Let them defeat the enemies with me!"
"Your Majesty, that alchemist who calls himself Mas has released his voice outside the city gate of the kingdom. His target is only you, Your Majesty. Anyone unrelated can leave. He will not stop you!"
"The mercenaries in the city have all fled because of fear!" The soldier said with a flustered expression.
Upon hearing this, Louis VI's body swayed once again.
Before he could say anything, the soldier said again, "Your Majesty, many of our soldiers have fled!"
"What?" Louis VI's face instantly turned pale after receiving the grievous news.
"Your Majesty, there are only a few hundred of our kingdom's most elite pikemen left!"
"There are only a few dozen spear throwers left!" the soldier said with a terrified expression.
Upon hearing this, a look of despair appeared on Louis VI's face.
"Your Majesty, I'm here to report to you now to do my job!"
"But Your Majesty, I've let you down!"
"I don't want to die!" The soldier looked at Louis VI and said with a complicated expression.
Then, he took off the armor that represented the Mayan Kingdom and ran away.
Louis VI looked at the armor left on the ground with a deranged expression and laughed loudly.
"Alright, you bastard!"
"I was just wondering how that trash, Ryan, could have killed Mullovans. Now it seems that you're the true owner of the Alchemy Tower!"
"Since you want to kill me…"
"Then come!"
"I want to see how you can kill me!" Louis VI's eyes revealed a ferocious expression.
He tidied his appearance in front of the bronze mirror in the room and left.
Walking in the palace, the servants and soldiers that could be seen everywhere were already gone.
When Louis VI saw the discarded armor, the ferocity in his eyes became even more intense.
"Mas, you forced me to do this!"
"Even if I become the eternal sinner, I will definitely kill you!" Louis VI's face was filled with hatred as he walked towards the secret room in the main hall of the palace where the statue of the God of Battle, Huskar, was.

Chapter 63: The End of Louis VI
In front of the gates of the Trun Kingdom, Mas, wearing an alchemy robe and a golden dragon-patterned mask, stood on the body of a flying Red Crystal Gargoyle. He folded his arms and stared coldly at the city gate.
On the ground, two Strange Strength Murlocs and two royal Nagas were guarding ten meters away from the city gate.
Walter and the other three did not come and they stayed in the Alchemy Tower. Mas left ten Red Crystal Gargoyles in the Alchemy Tower. In case of an unexpected attack, the five of them could fight back with the ten Red Crystal Gargoyles, and they could escape even if they were not a match.
Just Mas alone was enough. Be it the Seven Luminaries Battle Armor on him or the two Level 6 alchemical creatures in the alchemy space, they were enough to flatten the Trun Kingdom.
However, he had only one goal, and that was Louis VI.
The soldiers guarding the gates of the Trun Kingdom had basically all fled.
In the city, mercenaries, soldiers who had taken off their armor, and citizens kept escaping.
Mas had already said that his target was only Louis VI.
As long as Louis VI came out and died, everyone else could live.
He was not a bloodthirsty person. Every grievance had its perpetrator. The person who had asked Mullovans to attack was Louis VI. Mas only needed to eliminate Louis VI.
But it had been almost an hour, yet Louis VI never appeared.
Mas was not in a hurry. Patience was his strength.
In this situation, whether Louis VI was a coward or would gather all his troops to fight, Mas did not know.
However, no matter what choice Louis VI made, he would not be able to escape death today.
As time passed, more and more people escaped from the city.
Most of the people who escaped were civilians and some nobles chose to stay behind and hide in their homes because everything in their family was in the Trun Kingdom.
These nobles used their status to earn a large amount of money in the Trun Kingdom.
And now that the Trun Kingdom was in danger, they directly chose to ignore it.
To put it bluntly, these nobles were just some privileged merchants. They must be crazy or they would not fight for the Trun Kingdom.
After all, in the face of a life and death crisis, protecting oneself was the choice of most people.
"It seems that Louis VI is really planning to be a coward!"
"Since that's the case, I'll go find him myself!" Mas' eyes revealed a cold glint as he muttered.
Mas was about to ride the Red Crystal Gargoyle into the Trun Kingdom and head for the palace.
At this moment, there was a loud sound from the Trun Kingdom's palace.
Soon after, the palace suddenly collapsed.
Mas saw the ground beneath the palace crack and swallow the palace completely.
Yet, this was not the end.
The area of the crack was like a spider web that spread continuously.
The house collapsed in an instant.
In an instant, there were screams everywhere in the Trun Kingdom.
The nobles who did not escape fled from their homes in a panic.
However now, because of the crack in the ground, there was a strong tremor in the Trun Kingdom.
Not to mention ordinary people, even low-grade professionals could not stabilize their bodies under the violent trembling of the ground, let alone escape.
Even the city wall furthest from the palace was shaking violently, showing signs of collapse.
When Mas saw this, his eyes were filled with shock.
"Has Louis VI done too many bad things and been taken in by God?" Mas muttered.
It was because the crack had come too quickly.
Compared to earthquakes, fissures were even more terrifying.
As long as the ground cracked and they fell into the cracks, they would definitely die.
Mas was wondering if Louis VI was dead.
As time slowly passed, the cracks finally stopped expanding.
More than two-thirds of the buildings in the Trun Kingdom had collapsed because of the cracks in the ground.
In the capital, wails and cries sounded one after another.
"Looks like Louis VI must have done something that infuriated the heavens and caused such a thing to happen in the Trun Kingdom!" Mas sighed.
Mas took back the alchemical creature other than the Red Crystal Gargoyle he was standing on and rushed to the palace.
When Mas arrived at the place where the palace had collapsed, he saw the dark crack. He felt that Louis VI was probably cold.
Just as Mas was about to leave, a deafening roar sounded from the collapsed palace.
Mas saw a hand with a long black mane reach out from the crack in the ground and grab it.
Then, a ferocious-looking giant with a beast's head climbed out of the gap in the ground.
This giant was somewhat similar to the previous Mullovans. The only difference was that he had a black mane all over his body, but Mullovans did not.
"This guy is also a Gods Bestower?" Mas thought to himself.
When the giant crawled out from the gap in the ground, his right hand suddenly slapped the ground.
The ground suddenly turned into liquid mud and quickly turned into a spear that was almost the same height as the giant.
The giant held the spear in his right hand and looked at Mas. He roared, "Mas, because of you, I had no choice but to destroy the hard work of my ancestors!"
"Today, I, the sixth king of the Trun Kingdom, Louis VI, swear to the spirits of my ancestors that I will definitely kill you!"
When Mas heard the giant's words, his gaze changed.
"He's the king of the Trun Kingdom?"
Forgive Mas for being blunt, but the king showed no elegant attitude that even the nobles tried their best to maintain at all times.
It was hard to imagine that the monster in front of him was the king who had ruled the Trun Kingdom for fifteen years.
Mas was stunned.
He did not expect that the guy in front of him who looked like Mullovans was actually Louis VI.
"He also accepted the power bestowed by Huskar, the God of Battle?"
"However, this guy seems to be much stronger than the previous Mullovans. He seems to have received the complete inheritance of Huskar. His strength is almost at the peak of a Level 6 professional!"
"This is perfect. I can test how powerful the Level 6 alchemical creature I refined is!" Mas thought to himself, his eyes shining.
Louis VI stared at Mas with a ferocious glint in his eyes.
"Mas, everything that has happened in the Trun Kingdom now is because of you!"
"I swear that I will let you die in pain!" Louis VI stared at Mas' eyes under the mask and said with a ferocious voice.
"Louis VI, you've done too many hateful things. Even the heavens can't bear to see this happen, which is why the Trun Kingdom cracked. Don't blame this on me!" Mas sneered with a mocking expression.
"Die!" Louis VI roared. He held the exaggerated Blood Boiling Spear in his right hand and threw it at Mas.

Chapter 64: Unbeatable Mas!
Mas stared at the monster in front of him in shock.
He never expected that the giant in front of him, who was about the same size as Mullovans, was actually Louis VI.
If he had not told Mas himself, Mas would never have known that fact.
"But the strange thing is, why did Louis VI accept the power of the God of War, Huskar?"
"However, from the fluctuations of strength, there's no doubt that Louis VI in front of me is much stronger than Mullovans!
But this is also good. It will test the strength of his two new Level 6 alchemical creatures! "
Even when facing a powerful enemy that was close to a Mythical expert, Mas did not show any fear. Instead, he revealed an eager fighting spirit.
Looking at his enemy's nonchalant and even disdainful expression, Louis VI was furious. His scarlet eyes were filled with a ferocious glint as he stared fixedly at Mas.
"Damn fellow, everything that's happening in the Trun Kingdom now is because of you. I swear that I'll capture you alive, you damned fellow. Then, I'll skin you alive, pull out your tendons, and dismember your body into ten thousand pieces!"
Louis VI's red eyes under the mask swelled again, even revealing a trace of boiling blood.
"Louis VI, you've done too many hateful things. Even the heavens can't bear to see this happen, which is why the Mayan Kingdom has cracked. Don't blame this on me!" Mas sneered with a mocking expression.
"Die!" Louis VI roared, holding the exaggerated spear in his right hand and throwing it at Mas.
Seeing this, Mas did not choose to dodge at all. Instead, he looked at Louis VI teasingly.
Just as the spear was about to stab Mas, a water curtain appeared in front of him.
The sharp spear could not pierce through the water curtain and finally fell to the ground.
Upon seeing this scene, Louis VI was stunned.
He saw the water curtain that blocked his spear and felt a sense of familiarity.
Why did this energy barrier look so similar to the treasure his father had given him? The only difference was that the color had changed. One was blue while the other was red.
"You thief, you actually modified the Energy Shield Pearl that This King has inherited from generation to generation! Mas, you thief, don't go too far!"
"Oh, I thought you wouldn't recognize it. Seeing this familiar thing, you still remember it. This is the Energy Shield Pearl you gave Mars. It was just slightly modified by me, Master Mas, and naturally became mine, right?"
Upon hearing this, the look of madness on Louis VI's face became even more pronounced, and his hideous face scrunched up tightly.
Louis VI looked up, threw back his head, and roared. He raised his hands slightly in a throwing position, and the ground melted into liquid mud, forming huge, sharp spears.
However, this was not the end. The sharp earth spear began to burn with scarlet flames. This was the legendary ultimate technique of the God of Battle, Huskar!
If they were struck by this sharp spear that burned at the Blood Boiling Spear, everyone knew what the consequences would be.
"Die!"
Louis VI waved his hairy hand and hundreds of giant fire spears flew towards Mas.
However, Mas remained unmoved. In his eyes, everything in front of him was nothing.
Under the protection of the Water Magic Bead, Mas firmly believed that these Blood Boiling spears could not harm him at all.
Even if there were thousands of them, so what?
The defensive strength of the Water Magic Bead's Water Curtain was impossible to break through with just these Blood Boiling Spears. Even if there were a few more of them, it would be a piece of cake for him to deal with all of the spears.
The burning spear with raging flames evaporated when it hit the water shield created by the Water Magic Bead. For a moment, a large amount of white steam appeared in front of Mas.
"How is this possible? This, this is the power that Lord Huskar gave me!!!"
Looking at the unscathed Mas who was still looking at him with disdain, Louis VI felt as if the world had collapsed. He did not believe what was happening.
That was because although his current appearance was not much different from that of Mullovans, he was on a completely different level. He was not a simple Gods Bestower, but a God Benefactor who had sacrificed the fate of a country!
A God Benefactor borrowed the power of the gods that they believed in. Furthermore, he did not need to be like a God Bestower. At the very least, he was a Level 4 professional. He could directly change from an ordinary person to a warrior whose strength was comparable to a Mythical expert.
However, the only condition to become a God Benefactor was that he had to be the king of a country, be it a king or emperor.
The difference between a God Benefactor and a God Bestower was that the former could borrow the power of a God at any time and had stronger power than a God Bestower. Furthermore, he could transform into an ordinary person.
However, the price of becoming a benefactor was extremely huge.
Everything had pros and cons. How could the price of turning a powerless ordinary person into a warrior whose strength was comparable to a Mythical expert not be high?
When the God Benefactor believed in the gods and prayed, they had to sincerely offer up the fate of a country. This was also the reason why there was a large-scale crack in the Trun Kingdom previously.
Louis VI had sacrificed the entire country, including his own destiny, to the God of War, Huskar, before he became a God Benefactor, although he was the weakest among the benefactors.
However, as long as one became a God Benefactor, no matter how poor their perceptivity and foundation were, they could become a combat strength that was comparable to an ordinary Mythical expert.
Louis VI had made this decision. He could have given his throne to his successor, but he did not do so. Instead, he chose to sacrifice the Trun Kingdom and make himself a God Benefactor.
After all, Louis VI was a selfish and self-centered person who was afraid of death.
And now, seeing his strength, he did not even have the right to hurt Mas. He was afraid.
They had paid the price of the Mayan Kingdom that his ancestors had painstakingly built, but in the end, he realized that it was useless.
To him, there was nothing more fatal than this.
Mas smirked at the fear in Louis VI's eyes.
With a wave of his right hand, the Vajra Four-armed Naga and the Double-Headed Murloc appeared.
When Louis VI looked at the two Legendary alchemical creatures that appeared out of thin air, he realized something.
Mas was an existence he could not match.
Even if he became a God Benefactor, the outcome was the same.
He wanted to escape, but in front of two alchemical creatures who were also Level 6, he had no right to fight back at all. Even escaping became impossible.
The Four-armed Naga charged at Louis VI.
Even though the Four-armed Naga's body was not as big as Louis VI, its four wolf claws posed a huge threat to Louis VI.
Louis VI clenched his right hand, and the ground turned into liquid mud again, forming a spear.
