Chapter 16 Back Home
Their flight was in the evening.
Brenda and Toni wanted to take the night flight to L.A. so they would be there the next morning. The last night they had spent in a hotel. Erica would follow. She hadn't gotten a place at California University so quickly. Dylan had already left 2 days ago to get the first furniture. Brenda had barely slept on the plane. She had been too excited. She looked at Toni, who was slumbering blissfully in her seat the whole time.
The sunrise had been glorious. The jerking of the plane woke Toni awake.
"Hi honey. We have arrived."
When they finally stood, Brenda took her purse and Toni and just wanted to get off the plane. Dylan was already eagerly awaiting her.
"There are my favorite girls." Dylan smiled at her in relief and gave Brenda a tender kiss on her lips.
He immediately took his daughter in his arms and greeted her as well.
They got the luggage and Dylan led them out of the airport building.
"And? How did it turn out?" Brenda was very excited.
"Let yourself be surprised, Baby." Dylan just grinned at her and raised his eyebrow promisingly.
Brenda wanted to go to a taxi but Dylan led her to the parking garage. He took a key out of his pocket and pressed a button. Brenda looked straight ahead. A black SUV stood in front of them. Brenda looked at Dylan.
"Steve organized us."
Dylan took her luggage, stowed it in the trunk while Brenda put Toni in her new car seat. She was amazed at the driving characteristics. Dylan casually drove the car to her house. Brenda saw the house from was even nicer than in the photos. It was a dream. Dylan steered the car into the driveway. He looked at Brenda. "Welcome home, Bren." Brenda immediately leaned over and kissed him. They deepened their kiss.
"It's more comfortable inside," Dylan murmured.
They got out and walked the way to the porch. Dylan unlocked the beautiful wooden door and let Brenda go through first.
"The house is huge." Brenda was amazed.
Dylan giggled and took Toni in his arms. Brenda looked at the foyer. The house was bright and white with big accents of dark wood. It was the perfect combination of masculine, with the dark wood accents, but the white and bright look made it feel bright and feminine. Dylan was happy that Brenda was thrilled.
"Looks like my old bungalow, remember?"
"Of course I remember that."
He pierced her gaze. „And now there is a tour."
The main living area was large and cosy. A large TV in the center. The built-in bookshelf was perfect for Dylan's hobby. The space was open and led them into the kitchen and dining area.
Brenda looked around.
The open kitchen was a dream. Granite and new stainless equipment. She couldn't wait to cook in it. Dylan showed her the pantry and some built-in wardrobes and came to the stairwell. They climbed the stairs. Dylan opened the first bedroom door on the right.
"This is Toni's room."
The room was empty, painted in a bright, warm gray and decorated with white moldings.
Brenda went into the room. It had 3-piece windows overlooking the courtyard and a window seat. She looked out.
"Great." She looked at Dylan. He watched her closely.
"Is it okay?"
"Are you kidding? It's great."
"Then let's go to the next room."
Opposite was another room. It looked like toni's.
"The 2nd childrenroom." Dylan gave Brenda a slap on the ass.
The next room next to Tonis was a bathroom. The room opposite was another children's room. Next to the bathroom was a kind of guest room.
It was set up as an office, had high ceilings that went up in an arc, dark wooden planks lined the ceiling. It had a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a large, classic claw-foot bathtub. In the corner was built in a large shower. A double vanity with two sinks completed the bathroom.
"It's wonderful."
Dylan chuckled. "I thought you'd like it."
Brenda's eyes lit up.
"And on we go." Dylan took her hand and walked down the hall.
There was still one room. It even had double doors.
Dylan opened it and Brenda was speechless.
"This is our bedroom, Baby," Dylan whispered in Brenda's ear.
The room was huge. High ceilings with the same wooden floorboards. A large modern bed with side tables. A mirrored chest of drawers and a larger one on a nearby wall. The room looked like a master suite. There was a fireplace and enough space for a sitting area. and another bookshelf. Brenda went in, shaking her head.
"Oh my God, Dylan. Unbelievable."
"Do you like it?" Instead of answering, Brenda just kissed him tightly.
"And we have our own shower area."
Dylan opened a double door again. A large Jacuzzi bath, a shower for 2 people and another double vanity for him and her.
"We are at home." Dylan came behind Brenda, wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed on the neck.
"I can't wait to bathe in it with you."
"That's what we're doing today." He kissed her again. "I'll show you the garden."
They went back down the stairs and went to the back of the house.
Dylan opened the double door to the backyard and they entered the terrace. On one side a sitting area with awning and a fireplace and on the other side a farmhouse table in picnic look with barbecue.
"The first guests can probably come soon."
Brenda dropped onto the sitting area. She took Toni on her lap.
"What's that back there?" she pointed to a small house.
"This is a playhouse."
"It looks exactly like the house."
Dylan sat down next to her.
"So, you like it." He played with her hair.
"I love it." Brenda looked at him.
Dylan took her face in his hand and kissed her long and deeply.
"We're back home." Dylan murmured against Brenda's lips.
"That's us. That's right." Again they kissed for a long time.
The doorbell detached them from each other.
"I'm leaving." Reluctantly, Dylan stood up and strolled to the front door.
A little later she heard Steve's voice. The men came back to the garden.
"I just wanted to hear how you like the modest place. Hi Brenda."
Steve gave Brenda a warm hug.
"It's fantastic. And it all happened so fast."
"Well, if Steve Sanders does something, it works."
Brenda nodded at him.
"Where is Erica?"
"She wanted to finish the semester by Christmas. We'll pick them up from the airport next week."
„And then we make a big barbecue." Dylan threw up his hands.
"We don't even have all the furniture. And the moving boxes are still standing around."
"At Christmas. Everyone should be there. You, Janet, Maddy, Brandon, Kelly, Silvers, Val, everyone. The McKays are back."
Brenda just shook her head.
"Good idea, McKay." Steve grinned at him.
"Then I'll go on the phone." Brenda took Toni and went into the house with her.
She called Brandon.
Of course, he immediately agreed and was enthusiastic about a Christmas barbecue. Val immediately said yes. Brenda hadn't even finished the sentence. And Silvers even offered to get a Christmas tree. Brenda gratefully accepted.
In the evening, Dylan had ordered pizza for her. They sat comfortably on the floor in their living room.
"Everything alright Baby?" Dylan looked at her worriedly.
"Yes, it's just that everything happened so fast in the last few weeks. It was Brandon's wedding 4 weeks ago and now we're already here."
"Do you regret it?"
"No, not at all. I'm looking forward to the first night with you here. Here, in our own 4 walls."
Dylan was about to kiss Brenda when the doorbell rang.
"Are you expecting anyone else?"
"No, I'm glad when I'm in bed with you afterwards."
Dylan stood up and Brenda could only smile.
Dylan was still barefoot in the house. Seconds later, she heard a cry of joy. And a female voice. Brenda looked up. Erica stood in front of her. Brenda fell around her neck.
"Didn't you want to come next week?"
"I couldn't take it anymore. So I asked my mentor to email me everything."
"Let yourself be pressed again." Brenda hugged her so tightly.
"Do you want pizza? There is still enough left."
"Yes, with pleasure." Erica sat down on the floor with her brother and sister-in-law and grabbed a slice of pizza.
Dressed only in a towel, Brenda came out of their shared bathroom. Dylan was already in bed. Toni slept peacefully in her travel cot that Dylan had set up for her extra quickly in her bedroom.
"I've been looking forward to this sight for 3 days."
Dylan put his book away and crossed his arms behind his head. Brenda took her lotion and rubbed her legs with it. She smiled seductively.
"Which one?"
"Here's to our first night here together." Dylan was already laying his lips. "And on you, naked on my lap." Dylan took away the duvet and moved to the foot end. Brenda loosened her towel. As soon as it lay on the floor, Brenda sits down on his lap.
"What you dream on the first night comes true."
"My dreams have already been fulfilled. I don't need anything anymore." Dylan kissed her deeply and slid into her.
The smell of coffee woke Brenda up. She opened her eyes and saw Dylan standing naked at the bedroom window, coffee trank. He standing with his back to her so Brenda could see his tight ass. Not a gram of fat was on his body.
"Good morning Baby." Brenda smiled at him. Dylan turned around.
"Good morning baby."
He put down his cup and gave Brenda a kiss of welcome.
"How did you sleep?"
"Wonderful." Brenda stretched. "It's nice to wake up again in California."
She wondered that Dylan was already on her feet.
"Did you sleep badly?"
"Yes, I was too excited. I still think it's all a dream. We, back here with our daughter. Especially that you're here."
Dylan caressed Brenda's face. Brenda closed her eyes.
"Were you so scared?"
"To be honest, yes. I had already tried to bring you here."
"This is the past Dylan. You helped me back home." Brenda stroked his cheek.
Dylan leaned down and kissed her. Immediately he was on her and in her.
"What do you think of a sibling for Toni?" Dylan whispered, moving slowly on top of her.
"I would like to have more children with you." Brenda began to moan with relish.
"Then let's practice a lot." Dylan mumbled into her mouth. "Practice a lot."
And his murmurs also became soft moans.
The time until the holidays passed quickly.
While Erica was about to finish the exams for her college change, Brenda and Dylan were waiting for their last boxes and furniture from London. Silvers had brought a Christmas tree as a welcome gift.
And so on Christmas Day everyone gathered at the McKays on the terrace where Dylan used his new grill.
He was about to distribute the first meat when Brandon knocked on his glass.
"Before we eat, I wanted to make a toast. First of all, we are all happy that Brenda and Dylan are back in the country."
"Sister heart, welcome,"
"Thank you Brandon." Brenda squeezed him tightly.
"And on the other hand, Kelly and I also have something to share."
Brandon stood behind Kelly and took her hands.
Donna grabbed David's arm and Brenda and Val held their breath.
"Kelly and I will be coming back to L.A. as well." Brandon and Kelly just beamed.
Brenda said nothing. She just fell around her brother's neck.
"I'm so happy."
Brandon embraced his sister lovingly.
"Did the Washington Post go bankrupt?" Steve grinned at Brandon.
"No," Kelly replied. "Brandon's work got around so well in the industry that she made a great job offer in The L.A. Times." Kelly was so proud and kissed Brandon.
"I even get a company car."
"Brando, dude." Steve made a high-five with him.
"Then we'll all be together again." Donna beamed all over her face.
"Then a McKay burger," Dylan shouted.
"Yes!" Everyone shouted and sat down at the table.
"I love you Bren." Dylan kissed Brenda.
"I love you Brandon." Kelly kissed Brandon.
And finally, the McKays and the Walshes were back.
So, my dear BD/BK. Did you like this story? Happy ending for everyone. And that's how I imagine the time after the final. The next story I'm planning will be the characters with their children.
