Hello everyone, it's the Tormentor. Welcome to what I consider to be a break from my more "cosmic-adventure-mystery" writing to something a little more humorous. Hopefully this will allow me to get some inspiration back and start creating more stories. I hope you're all staying safe these days as well.

I've wanted to make a "Let's Play" story for a while, so what better way than to use the Loud House? It'll be Lincoln, his family, and his friends playing, fighting and driving in some of your favorite video games from all over the world. The first chapter is just a test run. So allow me to introduce; Loud's Play!

LOUDS PLAY!

Minecraft Episode 1: Getting Started (with Creepers)!

"Alright, is everybody here?"

A chorus of yes, yep, and yeah's followed a certain white-haired boy's announcement. On screen was the titular game of what they were about to jump into; Minecraft. So far it was just Lincoln alone in the game's title screen, but that was going to be changing very soon. The servers were up, running and ready to go. All he needed was his sister's affirmation. With that out of the way, they could finally start.

"Sweet! I'll send everyone an invite and we can get this show on the road! Woot woot!" Lincoln cheered, obviously excited.

"Remind me how we got coerced into doing this again." Lori wondered through her mic, wondering how Lincoln had convinced nearly all of his siblings into playing games with him.

...

Earlier that day...

"You want to start a gaming channel on YouTube?" The eldest sister asked, in lieu of her memory. It all started one afternoon when Lincoln had been spending most of his morning hours browsing the internet when he came up with his latest plan. And Lori wasn't alone. The rest of her siblings sitting around the couch had come down as Lincoln requested as he stood in front of them explaining what he had in mind. He had been very animated and quite expressive with his latest, greatest idea, keeping up with his nickname of the "Man with the Plan". His wonderful idea?

Create a gaming channel.

They all thought it was humorous. Leave it to her little brother to hatch some silly schemes, but this one might actually be one of her brother's least disastrous ideas. Lori and the others could sense why Lincoln found it so interesting. Gaming was becoming a staple of the modern age with the amount of attention and popularity that they have and franchises coming forth, kids like Lincoln all over were captivated by it. What better way than to share his own entertainment than through a gaming channel?

"C'mon Lori, it's a good idea! I mean, you all like video games, right?"

His sisters nodded, and Lincoln smiled brightly.

"Cool, and you all like having fun, right?" He asked again, and was met with the same results.

"So what do you say? Are you guys up for it?" Lincoln hoped that his little ramble would get them on his side. Some of his sisters were still hesitant.

"I don't know dude," Luna scratched the back of her head, "I'm no gaming Hendrix. There aren't that many games that I'm actually good at. Your channel might be better off if it was just you, Linc." Luna had a point. Some of the sisters weren't as into gaming as Lincoln was, like Luna. Fortunately Lincoln had the right thing to say to her.

"Who said it was about being good at games?" Lincoln asked, pointing a finger at his rock-star sister, "All that matters is that we have fun. Plus we can play whatever game you think of. It's going to be our channel, Luna. Not just mine. Which means we get to play anything. Like, let's say... Guitar Hero?"

Luna's expression instantly brightened.

"That's a game I shred at, dude!" She stuck out a pair of finger horns. Luna was instantly hooked into Lincoln's idea. "Alright I'm down for it!"

"This sounds like quite an entertaining idea Lincoln. I too would like to broadcast my own favored genres of gaming for viewers across the internet, so consider me very on board." Lisa added on. The other sisters slowly realized what Lincoln was saying; any game they wanted to play and show, they could do so. It would be all in the name of fun. And their showing smiles meant that the idea had finally grown on them.

"Sweet! All in favor of starting a family gaming channel starring us truly?" Lincoln held up his hand.

"AYE!" Every sister said at once.

"Booyah!" Lincoln cheered, knowing that he had his sister's backs and that his master plan was officially starting, and he could only imagine what he and his sisters would get into.

"Wait a second, if we're going to have a gaming channel," Luan wondered out loud (LOL) with a finger scratching her chin, "What's the first game that we should play? When I started Funny Business, nearly all of my jokes were pretty mainstream before I did my own thing. Perhaps we should do something similar?"

"Well, what's a game that everyone could enjoy watching?" Leni asked.

"How about we ask our resident game enthusiast?" Lori said, gesturing towards her white-haired brother. Each of the sisters turned their attention back to Lincoln, who was busy thinking about what they could possibly play. Suddenly Lincoln remembered one game that came to mind, something that he knew for certain would get his sisters to enjoy. A big, wide smile slowly etched itself on his face as he finally came to a conclusion.

"I know something we can play."

...

"So, Minecraft?" Luan asked her brother over their shared Discord chatroom.

"Honestly, I was expecting Fortnite or Call of Duty from Linc. But this ain't so shabby." Luna added on.

"Yeah! I mean me, Clyde and the others play it all the time. I figured what way to start getting into the channel than this game?" Lincoln responded as he finally hopped into the server. It was the simplicity and relaxing gameplay of Minecraft that Lincoln found himself really enjoying. Plus, it wasn't difficult to learn. The sole Loud brother knew that he would have to teach his sisters all there was to this game as they progressed, but that only added to his excitement. He found himself in a massive oak forest, and beyond the treetops in the far distance lay a mountain range. To his far right was a vast desert, coincidentally getting placed between two massive biomes. The Loud boy's avatar was an almost direct model of himself, with white hair, orange shirt and blue pants, just Minecraft styled.

"Okay let's all try meet up together. That way we can get a house built much quicker. This is a Survival World, after all." Lincoln said as he wandered in the forest on the lookout for any of his siblings. Two more notifications popped up on the screen at the bottom-left corner.

"Alright, I've spawned literally in a massive forest." Lori observed the biome surrounding her on all fronts filled with nothing but endless trees. "Gosh, this game has changed since the last time I played." Lori wasn't alone however. Lynn was right alongside her and had spawned the same location as her older sister. She and Lynn were surrounded on all sides by a massive oak forest, but they were up on a ridge overlooking the biome that encompassed their vision.

"Wait a second Lori, you've played Minecraft before?" Lincoln couldn't hide the shock from his voice.

"Yeah, like when it literally first came out a bazillion years ago when I was younger." She responded, feeling a slight twinge of nostalgia when she said that.

"You mean when you were Lincoln's age?" Lynn wondered.

"Looks like Lori's the old school gamer here," Lincoln said and then began imitating his sister's voice as an old granny, "You gosh darn kids and your Fortnite! Back in my day the only thing we had was Tetris and Asteroids!"

"Oh ha ha, very funny Lincoln, mock my age some more why don't you," Lori said, and then grumbled under her breath, "Little wiseass."

Some time went on as the two continued to watch the horizon before Lynn spotted something. From the distance it seemed like a strange mob, but as it got closer she realized who it was.

"Wait a minute, I know that white hair!" Lynn said, spying on a certain someone trekking through the forest. "Hey Lincoln, we're up here!"

Lincoln tilted up to see both Lynn and Lori had spawned on top of a hill, with a small pond located at the bottom. Both of their skins looked like their real selves, from Lori's sky blue blouse to Lynn's jersey complete with the number 1.

"Hey guys!"

"Hey Lincoln," Lori said as she and Lynn made their way down, with Lori going the safe route of scaling down the hill while Lynn decided to jump off without a care in the world. She landed right in front of Lincoln right as Lori touched the forest floor. Her character made a solid 'CRACK' noise as soon as she touched the ground, briefly flashing red.

"Oh, right. Fall damage. Oops." Lynn giggled. "Any of you got any food? I lost half my hearts after that and I'm hongry."

"We'll make some food when we find the others," Lincoln said, "But first we gotta make some tools. Swords and pickaxes." The boy approached the closest tree next to him and began punching away as his sisters watched on. After a couple moments he had some oak logs and a couple saplings. While Lori knew this was the typical start to any Minecraft game and decided to follow Lincoln's stead, Lynn was perplexed.

"We can punch trees?" Lynn asked, heading over to a tree and began swinging her open fist. Sure enough after a couple hits the tree block broke and fell into her hand. "Wow. Cool. First time here and I'm learning new stuff."

"You've never played Minecraft before Lynn?" Lincoln asked.

"Nope. I'm more of a FIFA girl, though I have watched a couple videos about this game. Heard it was fun," Lynn answered as she finished up with the rest of the tree. "Why is the tree still floating there? Shouldn't it fall over?"

"Minecraft physics are weird, Lynn. That's all you need to know."

"Hey Lynn," said sister turned around to see Lori holding something bright red in her hand, "Heard you needed some hunger back. Here you go." She tossed it on the grassy ground, revealing it was an apple. Lynn eagerly snatched the fruit from the ground and munched down.

"Aw sweet! Thanks Lori!"

"Okay, me and Lana just joined in. Where the heck are we?" Lola announced as she and her twin spawned in. But as the world formed around them, they noticed that their environment was very different than what her sisters and brother were exploring. Instead of a massive forest like their siblings, the two of them had been tossed on a small grassy island surrounded by a seemingly endless ocean.

"SEA TURTLES!" Lana screamed in excitement as she ran over to the group of turtles resting on the sands. As soon as she got near them, however, they took off into the sea. "Aw, man. I wanted to pet the turtles."

"Wait, where are you Lola?" Lincoln asked as he, Lori and Lynn continued walking through the forest.

"On a tiny island in the middle of the ocean." Lola scanned the horizon and saw nothing but water and the dimming sun. "Lana's with me by the way."

"Hello!"

"Right, lemme see on my map," Lincoln said, taking out the map from his inventory, revealing where they were on the world. As soon as he opened it, he saw three arrows near the upper right corner of the map surrounded by green and gray which was him and the sisters he spawned next to, and Lola and Lana were on the opposite side entirely, but not too far away thanks to his map. "Oh, you guys aren't far. If you go to the northeast you should run into us."

"Okay, but how do we get off this island? This ocean is huge!" Lola cried out.

"You can make a boat! Do you have any trees near you?"

"Yeah a couple. Hang on, I'll get some wood." Lana answered for Lola as she walked on over and began punching. Lola watched on as her sister punched away.

"Hey, Lucy's here."

"Yes, I am here. And I do believe that I've spawned on top of a mountain. A very tall, very cold mountain." Lucy found herself on a tall, snow-capped peak overlooking a plateau. There were llamas walking around, but they didn't really interest the goth. The mountain itself was high enough for the clouds to be right above Lucy's avatar. "Sigh. It's as cold as my thoughts on a rainy day."

"Hey Edgar Allen Poe, mind telling us where you are so we can literally find you?" Lori snapped at her goth sister, causing Lynn and Lola to snicker into their mics. "The sun's going down and I'd rather have us all together before it gets dark out."

"I'm on a mountain. Kind of hard to miss, Lori."

"You mean the mountain in front of us?" Lincoln said as he gazed upon a mountain range in front of him at the edge of the forest.

"Yep, she's up there," Lynn was looking at her map where she could see the newest indicator right on top of a mountain range, "Tough luck getting down though, unless you want to get yourself killed." Lynn remembered her little hill debacle earlier.

"Well whatever you do, do it quick. It's almost sunset and we're nowhere near all together."

"Sigh. Once again, all by my lonesome..." Lucy lamented as she began her trek down the mountain as safely as possible.

"Alright, let's just find a cave and start digging in. We'll have to wait for morning since we don't have any beds to sleep in."

"Can we build a steeple on top of the mountain?" Lucy asked as she passed by some more llamas, looking for passage that wouldn't get her killed.

"Sure Lucy. When we have the resources."

"Ha. Sweet."

[Smartacus has joined the game.]

"Greetings elders sisters and elder brother. Please allow me to join you on your fruitful quest to find adequate shelter." Lisa said, and by a stroke of good luck had spawned practically right next to her cave-seeking siblings. Her model kept with the current status of mirroring her real self, and had rather large, goofy-looking glasses covering her eyes. Lisa immediately spied her siblings walking about and made her way over to them as they were traveling along the forest floor.

"Oh hey, Lisa's here with us! That makes four!" Lynn announced.

"Still on the island." (Lola)

"Still on the mountain," Lucy added on, and seeing the sky turn dark, "And the sun just set."

"It did?" Lincoln asked, looking up to see the starry sky above beginning to form, "Oh dear. We better start moving people!"

"Why's that?"

"Uuuuuuurrrrrrrrr..."

"WHAT WAS THAT?!" Lynn practically jumped from her seat when she heard something moan right next to her. Her character went spastic as she tried to distance herself from whatever that was. She ran as fast as she could, holding the sapling in front of her to protect her. "Is that a monster?!"

"It's just a zombie, Lynn." Lincoln replied. "As long as we stick together we have nothing to worry about."

"There are zombies in this game? That's awesome!" Lana cheered as she finally finished cutting down the last tree, "Okay, let's make a boat. How do I do that?"

"You gotta make a crafting table," Lincoln replied as he, Lisa, Lynn and Lori quickly ran through the forest, avoiding the incoming mobs that were spawning in, "It's four wood planks in your personal crafting box. And a boat is five wood planks with a shovel."

"Ah, I got it!" Lana said, now holding a crafting table. "Sweet, let's make a boat and set sail to victory, Lola!"

But Lola's attention was on something else. Under the water she could see figures walking around in the nearby coral reef. At first she thought it was just her eyes playing tricks on her until two of them suddenly changed course and began swimming towards her. And one of them was holding a trident...

"Hey Lincoln. Lincoln!" Lola cried out for her brother's attention, "There's people under the water!"

"Oh, you mean the drowned?" Lincoln replied, and then came to the sudden realization of what his sister was looking at, "Lola, don't go in the water!"

"I'm not in the water, they're coming towards me! Are these guys like underwater zombies or something?" Lola backpedaled away from the shores and went back to Lana's side. The tomboy had just finished making a boat when she saw a pair of drowned leave the water and march towards them, one of them wielding a trident that seemed to have a purple glow to it. Lola would have continued to watch it were it not to suddenly hurl his weapon at her.

THWACK!

"Gah! He just threw his freaking trident at me! What is this guy, zombie Aquaman?" Lola cried out. She had just lost a third of her hearts from one hit, and that water zombie, the drowned as Lincoln called it, was getting closer. She had no weapons or anything to defend herself with.

"Quick, Lola! Get on my boat!" Lana said, who had just finished making a boat and tossed it into the water. Lola was right behind her as the twins dodged two more tridents from impaling them and set sail, racing away from getting killed. They were soon on their way and out of danger.

"Whew, that was scary." Lana gushed into her mic.

"My first night in this game and I'm almost turned into a princess shish-ka-bob. Swell." Lola groaned, watching as she slowly regained her hearts.

"Hey, it could be worse." Lincoln said, and turned to see an opening in the forest. A small pond lay before him, and to the right of that pond was a flat hill, a perfect position for building a base of operations. "Okay, I think this should be good enough. Everyone follow me."

"Gotcha Linc." Lynn replied, watching as her brother waded through the water to the hill where he began to dig a small tunnel. The three sisters currently with him followed suit, wandering into the dark tunnel that Lincoln was making.

"Okay, so here's where were gonna camp for the night." Lincoln said, turning back to face his sisters. "We can continue moving in the morning when everyone is here."

"And when the monsters are gone." Lynn added.

"Yes. That too."

"I literally can't see anything in here." Lori narrowed her real eyes to her computer screen trying to find anything that wasn't dark-smothered rock.

"Dig around, there might be some coal. I've got wood-"

(Lynn snorted into her mic when she heard that, immature as it was.)

"-so I can make torches for us to see."

"I do not have the adequate tools to mine such resources elder brother. Might I ask for a spare-" That was as far as Lisa got before Lincoln's avatar threw a stone pickaxe at her feet, "Ah. Thank you. Much appreciated, Lincoln. Now I am equipped to plunder the earth." And she got right to digging with her sisters and brother.

"Leave it to Lisa to make digging for coal sound cool." Lori mirthfully said, humored with her little sister's vocabulary.

[leni has joined the game.]

[LOLuan has joined the game.]

[Luna's Rhapsody has joined the game.]

"And that makes all of us." Lincoln said, reading the names below on screen. That meant that all of his sisters had finally gotten in to the server, much to his excitement. Now it was all a matter of getting everyone together, which was definitely going to be easier said than done. Lisa, Lori and Lynn were here with him already, but the others were still scattered.

"Oh em gosh! Guys, it's dark out! And there's a full moon!" Leni cried out as she loaded in to the server and immediately staring up into the sky. "Ooh, pretty. So many stars."

"C'mon Leni, we gotta move like Jagger!" Luna shouted. The first thing coming into her vision, ready to kill her, was a skeleton riding a spider!

"That's not so itsy-bitsy!" Luan said, laughing a little bit before breaking into a run along with her two sisters across the open plains. There were no trees besides the hilly forest some distance in front of them, and with no cover to protect them, the three wanderers were getting hammered left and right from the skeleton archers.

"Ow! OW!" Luan narrated as she got shot twice in the back of her head, watching as she lost half her hearts. "Where the heck are you guys? Me and Luna and Leni are getting turned into pincushions!"

"If you keep going straight you'll meet us." Lincoln responded as he was finally able to craft some torches and light up the surrounding area.

"I SEE LIGHT!" Luna said, swan-diving into the river that separated the two biomes as she saw a flicker of light coming from a cliffside, where the rest of her siblings were and more importantly safety. "Oh gosh, how do I swim?"

"Spacebar, Luna!" Lori answered, running through the forest with her map and sword. "I'll meet you guys there!"

"Holy crap, there are things in the water!" Luan screeched as she saw a pair of drowned swim right for her. The three of them had just made it onto the other side of the river right as Lori came into view, hacking away at a zombie and taking no damage.

"Follow me!" She commanded, and the three sisters followed her to the family's temporary camp through the forest. Leni almost stumbled into a pool of magma, but thankfully stopped herself from doing so just at the last minute and kept on moving. Luna and Luan were right on Lori's heels as she finally broke through the forest and returned to the family's camp. Lincoln and Lynn were busy digging while Lisa was at the crafting table surrounded by torches. And just in time to see Lucy arrive as well from the other side of the clearing.

"We're back. I literally had to fight a horde of monsters to get these three idiots here." Lori said, returning to the cave.

"And we wouldn't have done it without ya'." Luan responded as she headed inside along with Luna and Leni. "Gosh I need to eat something before I starve to death."

"Hey, look who's here." Lynn noticed Lucy as she made her way out to say hi. "Hey Luce, how was your mountain adventure?"

"Hi Lynn. It was harrowing."

"You wanna check out the cave we've got?"

"Is it dark and spooky?"

"Yes."

"Ha, awesome. Let's go." And the two went underground. Meanwhile Leni was busy looking at the sky.

"How long until the sun comes up again? I don't like the dark." The fashionista whimpered.

"Eh, not long." Lincoln responded.

"Oh, thank goodness."

Meanwhile in the dug-out cave, Lynn was leading Lucy deeper down where they had found large amounts of coal and plenty of cobblestone. As she continued digging down with her pickax Lynn suddenly dug into open air, revealing a hidden cave far beneath their feet.

"Hey, check it out," Lynn said as she dropped inside, and saw that there was a large pool of water inside. The cave itself was pretty low with little to no jumping space, but it had water. "I found a cave!"

"Really? Any good stuff?" Lincoln had followed his goth and jock sisters down their little shaft and saw that their avatars were standing around Lynn's latest find.

"Nah, just some water. Can't really see much else."

"Hey Lynn, what's that thing?" Lucy asked, and Lynn noticed that she was referencing the strange creature silently standing near them a couple blocks away. It was staring at the wall, doing absolutely nothing. It had mottled green skin, and four stumpy legs along with no arms. As it slowly turned around, Lynn and Lucy saw that it had a mouth hanging open and sunken eyes with dark red irises. The moment it saw them however it slowly marched on over.

"I dunno. Hey Linc, you got any info on our new friend here?"

"What friend?" Lincoln naively asked as he landed right next to Lynn, just in time to see what she was talking about and hearing the infamous sound of approaching doom.

SSsssss...

"CREEPER!"

"What the hell's a cree-"

KRA-THOOM!

[YaBoiLinc was obliterated by a Creeper.]

[Lynndiana Jones was blown up by a Creeper.]

[Mmm whatcha sayyy...]

"What happened?!" Lori practically screeched as she heard Lincoln scream for dear life, and then the two death messages popped up signalling the death of both of them. "Are you two dead? How are you two the first ones to die?"

"Oh no, Linky's dead?" Leni was heartbroken! Her little bro was already dead and she had just arrived here. "NOOOO! Lincoln!"

"I saw that happen," Lucy spoke up, and they could just distinctly hear her attempts to try and not laugh, "They got blown up bad."

"Yeah, well it wouldn't have happened if someone told me that there was a creeper down there!" Lincoln said, sounding a little ticked off about getting killed by a single creeper on his first night.

"I didn't know what that thing was!" Lynn argued back just as equally mad as her brother, first over dying and then getting blamed for said dying. "How was I supposed to know?"

"How do you not know what a creeper is?! They're practically infamous!"

"Well I didn't know, did I Lincoln?!"

"How?! That's like saying you don't know what a default dance is!"

"WHAT IS A DEFAULT DANCE?!"

Meanwhile back with Lana and Lola...

"Sounds like they're having fun." Lana said, listening in to her siblings rage at each other.

"Pft, yeah they are," Lola giggled, and noticed that it had been taking them quite a while to reach their siblings. "Hey Lana, do you know where we're going?"

"Yeah, of course!" Her twin responded with confidence.

For a moment, Lola believed her, but the princess's instincts were telling her otherwise. For a couple moments the two of them kept sailing before Lola spoke up again.

"Lana."

"Yeah?"

"Which way is northeast?"

"I-er..." Lana fumbled, and the boat stopped as she tried to find an answer, "It's this way right?"

Lola decided that Lana's answer was all she needed to go ahead and check her map... which revealed that they were nowhere near their siblings. In fact, they might have gone in a completely different direction, since her map was showing that they had stopped in the middle of a massive ocean with not a strip of land anywhere.

"Dangit Lana! You've gotten us totally lost!" Lola yelled, frustrated that her tomboy twin had somehow screwed this all up.

"Oh... whoops," Lana responded and finished off with, "We'll be right back!"

To be continued!

And that's the first episode. There will be plenty of other games, ones expected and some not so much. If you enjoyed or have any ideas, leave a review!
