The next day seemed to have came all too soon for Minoru Mineta as he slowly woke up in his bed.

Darkness and light flickered in his sight as he slowly awoke from his deep sleep. The sound of his alarm clock woke him up from a very good sleep. In fact one of the best damn hours of rest he's ever had and feeling annoyed that it cut it short, the moment the boy's eyes adjusted to the light with great force he slammed his hand down onto his poor alarm clock but to his surprise he ended up breaking apart.

"Jesus…I really gotta get a handle on my new strength. We seem stronger than Yesterday. Agh..there it goes again." The purple haired boy threw off his blanket and hopped out of bed and proceeded to throw his destroyed alarm clock in the trash.

"That WE stuff again. I better watch that, cause if I do that in public a few times, needless to say I'll be getting weird looks but probably not as weird as the looks I will get once everyone starts noticing the shifty and distant persona I'm gonna have to wear until I control these amplified emotions. Agh, one thing at a time Minoru."

The boy said to himself. Stretched his arms and legs as he was starting to fully wake up but oddly once he was...he noticed soreness he felt the other day had vanished. Not only that, he felt great. Better than when he first bonded with Mania. "Wow, I feel freaking awesome! Hold on…"

Minoru then noticed his arms. They were more muscular than his normal scrawny arms. "Holy…" Minoru was astounded by the sudden bulk of his arms, he wondered if it was only his arms. Minoru swiftly pulled off his shirt and looked down at his body to show that his chest and stomach also had bulk to them and were well toned. Hell he even had abs now!

"Holy shit dude! I'm ripped now! Mania! Did you do this?!" Minoru called out to his symbiote ecstatically. Answering the voice of it's host, Mania's biomass creeped out of Minoru's back and stretched around him, forming it's sharp tooth smile and white eyes.

"Yes we did. We modified your body to put it in peak condition. That's why you felt so sore the other day. It takes a little bit to do. But now your body is now more toned and flexible." Upon hearing this a wide smirk crept onto Minoru's face as he instantly dropped and did a full split to test this.

"Oh Hell yeah!" Minoru quickly got back onto his feet. However as he did he felt something odd around his head. In fact it took him just now to notice. He slowly ran a hand over his head and….his hair balls were gone! He ran his hand through smooth curly hair.

"W-Woah! My freaking hair! Oh man, I haven't felt this since my quirk manifested!" Minoru's mood just kept getting better. "Oh yes, we were just fumbling around with your quirk while you were asleep. Turns out you can turn it on and off." Mania explained to the boy as he slithered around him like a snake.

"Oh man, how did I never find that ou-wait you were wha?" Minoru's smile quickly dropped a bit, finally registering what his symbiote had just said.

"Oh we just took over your body while you were sleeping and just messed around with your quirk until we figured out it can be turned on and off. Plus we helped ourselves to the chocolate stashed around this room." The creature snickered as it dragged it's long slimy tongue across it's row of razor sharp teeth.

"Okaaaaay, so you took over my body while I was sleeping and that somehow didn't wake me up...not sure how I feel about being used like some kinda meat puppet." The young boy was kinda unnerved by just how much power Mania has over him.

"You do not need to worry. We will always treat your body with care." Mania smiles softly at the boy. The boy was still so surprised how such a horrific face could seem so...sweet.

"Okay, okay. Nevermind. Just wow, I've missed having normal hair." Minoru then picked up his phone and turned on the camera setting and set the front camera mode on to view himself. He smirked as he played with his medium long dark purple curly hair, he was always so proud of it. He was really bummed out when his quirk manifested and it was gone forever. Or seemingly anyways.

"Huh, say, am I taller?" The boy asked as he examined his body further. "Well by 1 inch." Manida confirmed.

"Eh, I would have preferred to be 5 inches taller but I'll take it! Hahaha! Keeps gettin better and better! Still working on that new name though. So much I was dreaming about thinking of one." Minoru laughed to himself as he placed his shirt back on.

"Well we are happy you are enjoying yourself but...bonding with us didn't come with no strings attached Minoru." The red and purple symbiote said to it's host.

"Yeah, yeah. Amplified characteristics and aggression. Plus the burden of keeping you a secret. At this point, all these benefits outweigh those strings.~" Minoru flexed his newly built arms, he was really feeling himself for once. Like nothing could ruin his mood right now.

Little did he know that reality was about to shatter like glass.

"Even if these strings threaten your life?" Mania spoke rather vaguely. Though Minoru didn't quite understand what he meant by that, it was enough to gain the boy's full attention and even damper his smile.

"What are you talking about? Being bonded with you doesn't have some kinda life threatening draw back does it?" Minoru's good mood and glee slowly drained from his fast as he could feel this wasn't a joke.

"Well not in the way you're thinking. It's not some negative side effect of our bonding. No, it's...due to someone who wants us for himself. A very dangerous man Minoru." Mania warned as a tendril of the symbiote's biomass formed from it's mass and attached to the back of Minoru's neck.

"W-Who are you talking ab-aaaaah…" Minoru began to question Mania but as he did, his vision became blurry before a white flash filled his eyes. Before his eyes flashed a vision of a destroyed town. Buildings had been toppled to the ground and those that weren't rumble were heavily damaged and on fire. The ground was busted and torn apart as well and the sky was filled with black smoke. Not only that it seems a violent lightning storm swirled in the sky.

What Minoru was was complete and utter destruction and in the middle of it all stood 4 figures but he could only make out the appearance of 1 of them. A man that stood at about 6'2, white hair that reached his shoulders. The hair was swept back away from his face. His eyes were grey. His most defining feature was the large black mask that covers him from his chest to just above his nose, four extra pieces winding around the exposed skin of his face and around his head. Four darker plates cover each side of his neck, lined with dark purple, and he had what appears to be something similar to the flat muzzle of a gas mask over his mouth that's decorated with seven gray studs, as well as a large purple and black cylinder protruding from each of his shoulder blades. Below this, he wore a full-body suit of a similar design, with plates of black covering his entire body, leaving only his fingers exposed, and, over this, a blazer and dress pants of a pale lilac color. He also wore black boots.

Minoru didn't quite comprehend what he was seeing but all he knew was...it spelled doom and as quickly as the vision flashed before his eyes it quickly faded away and his vision came back to the normal decore of his room.

"W-What the Hell man? Who the Hell was that?! WHAT the hell was that?!" The purple haired boy exclaimed now in a state of shock, bewildered by the sudden images that now seem burned into his brain.

"That was the man that is hunting us. Who had hunted the 3 other host before you but we managed to flee and escape each time though it being by a hair." The symbiote said in a rather somber tone.

"This man as far as we know goes by the alias Nine. He is an extremely powerful person with multiple quirks and has an ability to steal quirks from others and his most terrifying ability is to control the weather to cause massive destruction. His power is easily unpar with the man who this All Might fought on theTV." These words spoken from the symbiote shook Minoru to the core.

"Oh fuck...this guy is looking for you? And since you're bonded with me, he's gonna come after me too?!" Minoru was in a small panic. Someone of that power hunting him?! What he could do with this new power was great, he couldn't deny that but a bastard like that?! He'd get slaughtered!

"Yes sadly. Our original host followed by the last two weren't so lucky and now Minoru...you've signed up for this blood soaked game of cat and mouse." Mania confirmed Minoru's fears.

"Not only that. He has followers. Powerful ones at that. 3 in total but they are nothing short of fearsome. Chimera, Slice, Mummy. Each one insanely strong in their own right. You should be safe here Minoru. However a time will come where one day...one day he will find us and when that day comes we must be ready and strong enough to face them." Mania continued with his words.

"How do we even fight a guy like that? Should we...just tell someon-" Minoru was about to suggest to just let the pros handle this but Mania swiftly cut him off.

"NO. Minoru, if you tell the heroes, we will be forcefully separated from you. We will be shipped back to another god forsaken lab to be tested on and tortured and you will in all probability face punishment as well. We will not like the HPSC have us again!" The symbiote shouted at Minoru.

"The HPSC? The hero public safety commission? What do those guys want with you? And again? What? Aren't they the good guys?" Minoru's fear was then meshed with a wave of confusion.

"They are not as they seem. They sought to weaponize us when they captured us. They ran cruel experiments on us. Hurt us. However thanks to Akira's betrayal, we were able to escape them. We owe him much." Mania explained to the boy.

"I-I...that's so fucked up. So they're looking for you too?" Minoru would ask his symbiote to which it would only give a nod in response.

"Okay...okay. Shit. Crud. Just one issue to another. First the situation we'll have here, that Nine guy and now the freaking HPSC too? This is too much I tell you…" The young boy's heart rate began to hasten as his worries buzzed wildly in his head.

"Minoru." The symbiote then gently wrapped tendril appendages around Minoru's chest. Suddenly Minoru felt a wave of relief wash over him. He took a deep breath as he felt his heart calm as well as his mind. Minoru was confused on how easily he just calmed down even though he was just freaking out.

"Listen to us. This situation is not impossible. We can sort through this but we must trust in each other and work together. We must unite as one if we wish to survive and gain our desire." Mania said to console the poor boy who was clearly rethinking this whole host decision.

"We must grow stronger. As we are now, if we were to encounter him. We'd surely lose. To grow stronger we'll have to abuse our quirk replication ability. With our current set of powers, we don't stand much of a fighting chance against his arsenal of powerful quirks." The symbiote was brutally honest to Minoru's dismay.

"Agh, and how exactly do we do that?" Minoru questioned Mania however the face the symbiote was making said it all. "That we'll have to plan out." The symbiotic creature spoke.

"Oh so basically, you have no idea. Wonderful, AGH! God damnit...sigh...I'm sorry. This is just a lot…" Minoru walked backwards and let himself fall back on his bed taking a seat on the mattress.

"We understand Minoru, but we believe we can do this. We just need to plan things out and work together." Mania tried his best to console the clearly distressed Minoru. He knew that was easier said than done given all Minoru had just been told.

"Sigh...Right, right. I REALLY hope Kishi contacts me again. Because I seriously need all the help I can get. Maybe I could check those notes he made about you. Naw, I don't have time right now. Gotta get ready for classes." Most if not all of the boy's new found confidence had vanished like a puff of smoke. Yes, he had new found abilities far beyond anything he could ask for but the price for it was more than he could handle.

"Try to continue on as normal Minoru. If your emotions become too great we can calm you down if need be, or if things get too hard for you…..you can let us take control." This sentence made Minoru raise an eyebrow.

"What do you mean by that?" The boy asked. "You could allow us to take control of your body. Simply let us go through your normal life while you relax and gather your thoughts." Explained the symbiote.

"Um, if I do that. What happens to me?" Minoru crossed his arms, he was kinda skeptical about this.

"You will simply take refuge inside your own subconscious, you'd be okay." This explanation sounded simple enough for Minoru but he still kinda had a creeping suspicion about it.

"I'll think about that. Tch...Alright, I should get ready for class even though I'm SOOO not up for classes right now after learning all this. Paying attention in class is going to be a chore when I'll most likely be mingled thinking about all this crap. Not only that I can't tell or trust anyone." Minoru groaned as he got off his bed and his hair returned to his balled up state.

"But, you know what? That's nothing new. Odds are against me but they've been against me for most of my life. I jumped into this out of curiosity, greed and self interest...and now I have to pay the price that came with it. Just like with all the other consequences of all my other actions." Said Minoru as he gritted his teeth.

"I'll just have to bear with it. Besides...I finally have power. The power to change my life even if just a little. I won't waste this chance. Even if it was rushed and has a few catches to it, I'm gonna make the most of it." The boy said as he readied himself to leave his room to head to the showers.

"We still should be pretty safe here. Despite his power and allies, they'd have to go through many pros to get to us here. Plus It's pretty unlikely they'd even think about searching UA for you same goes for the HPSC. So we should be okay for a while, maybe longer if we play it safe. I'm not sure if I can trust the teachers here to keep my secret if by chance we're found out but I'll try and see. I need to test those waters first." Minoru tried his best to reassure himself.

"Yes, yes that sounds good to us. Let us continue on with your life as normal and hone these skills together. Also Minoru we will give you access to all the delicious memories of the previous hosts. All their knowledge, their experiences, their skills, secrets. ALL for you to harness and use in our journey together." Mania told the boy hoping to spark something in him.

"Hmm. Yeah that could be useful. No...that will be useful. Lay it on me." Minoru gave a faint smirk to his Symbiote.

"Hahaha, yes. As you wish, oh host ours." Mania smiled as his tendril attached to the back of Minoru's neck again. All at once Minoru's mind was flooded with 3 lifes worth of memories, he was overwhelmed for the few moments the moments flowed into his mind.

"Wow...agh...Jesus. The 3rd guy sure was a sick fuck." Minoru winced as the gruesome memories of the 3rd host played before his eyes. The guy was a real sadistic killer. His name was Doku Hebi. A fitting name for his personality. He was cruel, twisted, deranged, a wicked trickster and a snake just waiting to bite. Didn't matter who it was, thugs, civilians, heroes, cops whatever. They were all fair game for his torture fetish. At least there were no memories of him murdering kids or elderly.

Minoru didn't think he could stomach having that burned into his head. But either way this dude was sick in the head. However his crazed personality would be good inspiration for his soon to be fear based style in combat. Of course he'd use his sadistic genius for good rather than evil.

The 2nd host was no Robinhood that's for sure, but his hands were considerably less bloody the number 3. This guy's name was Sabishi Sairento. Much like the Doku the name fit his character. He was a guy of few words. A loner too. All business, no fun or games. Straight to the point and get the job done. The score was all that mattered in the end. Anything else was trivial. This one did kill but rarely, he was a thief above all things. Being quick or clever to escape altercations but no slouch in combat for when he's cornered. His style was refined, swift and efficient. The 3rd host's style was crazy, deadly and unpredictable and both of them had their unique spins on handling situations too. All interesting inspiration to pull from.

Then there was the original host. A dude by the name of Ichigo Natsu. To Minoru's surprise, he was actually fairly normal. Was just a normal guy in college, lived in a decent apartment alone and just just went with the flow. Honestly a guy you'd never really notice. Just a guy living a real normal life. Had a lot of hobbies and a lot of talents and skills. He wasn't too good or bad. He was pretty neutral, regardless he had some interesting skills that could aid him and he'd use them to his advantage.

"Okay, okay...a lot to handle at once but I can deal with this. The um...bloody memories are kinda much I won't lie. But this could actually help me, maybe they can desensitize me to the horror. God knows I'll need it. Sigh..if there even is one." The boy heaved a sigh.

"Yes, it would certainly be a good method to get over your often cowardly tendencies during combat." Mania said, referring to the memories of Minoru's past cowardice in most serious situations.

"Yeah, I know. I'm a total pussy. To be honest, I applied for the hero course as a joke. I honestly NEVER thought I'd actually get in but...I did. Which totally shocked me, I figured maybe being a hero actually wasn't so hard. Not only that with All Might's reign, I felt like there were hardly any major big villains left to really worry about. But came the USJ attack...oh buddy was I proven DEAD wrong. I nearly died as well as so many others of us, It was almost enough to make me quit." Minoru shuddered remembering that day, not only from the near death brushes but also gritted his teeth in frustration that even despite the serious situation he still couldn't stop the perv crap. For God's sake their fucking lifes were in danger.

"We can feel your frustration Minoru." Mania rested his head upon Minoru's shoulder as the boy vented.

"Agh...sorry. Anyways despite that I didn't quit. I honestly don't know why, I could seriously get killed...almost did too had it not been for Midoriya's quick thinking and Aizawa's iron will to help." Minoru went on.

"Hmmm. Perhaps that's WHY you stayed." Mania spoke up to the confusion of the boy. "What are you talking about?" Minoru questioned him.

"The looming threat of death. You stayed because deep down...you actually want to be killed." As this sentence left Mania's mouth, Minoru went dead silent.

He was right. For the longest time...suicide had crossed the boys mind to finally escape the torment that was his homelife and life outside of home but…

"Because you never had the courage to take your own life." Mania continued. "Minoru, death is not an escape. It is simply the end t-"

"ENOUGH. Shut up...please just...be quiet. No more. I don't wanna walk about this. Not now…" Minoru felt his heart clench as his emotions began to spike once more. Mania was not wrong, but the truth hurt too much. Normally the saying goes the truth will set you free. But in Minoru's case it only seemed to weigh him down.

"As you wish. Why don't we get ready for the day? We've wasted quite a bit of time here talking." Mania suggested to the boy. Minoru checked his clock and he certainly wasn't wrong there. He only had like 15 minutes to wash, get dressed and have breakfast before classes started for today.

"Yeah, yeah. I agree. Let's go. Remember, you're a secret. So no just popping out like how you are now in public." Minoru informed Mania as he made his way to the door.

"Of course Minoru. Take care and remember, it won't be long now before we can speak telepathically." Mania reminded Minoru. "Oh yeah, that will be great. Phew….Here we go."

"Also another thing Minoru...your hate is strong. Don't hesitate to call upon it." Mania whispered to the boy. Minoru only raised an eyebrow at this but nodded in agreement.

As Minoru opened his door Mania retreated back inside of it's host's body. Minoru heaved another sigh as he quickly walked down the hall to get to males wash rooms. Given the time he was spending in his room talking to Mania, the others have probably already washed up and are dressed by now. Good, just means he can be alone longer and think.

Minoru began to wonder about how he would implement all this new information into his new style. As well as going out to find the many cache chests the thief host has scattered around the city. The guy was a criminal but damn he sure was good at what he did. Never let anyone get too close to him, played things close to the chest and always stayed shrouded in secret. He also had a secret lair hidden in the city that no one knew about. As well as he's secret chests hidden all throughout the city. You see he never kept all his riches and gear in one place in the event his lair was ever found out and even had a backup lair too. He thought if he ever met his end his secrets would die with him but instead they lived on inside Mania and now within Minoru.

Now his secrets and treasures were his. He would for sure go seek out those hidden chests and two secret lairs after school. After all, with the other gone, no one else knew about them but him. Would be a shame for all of it to go to waste.

Doku was an extremely skilled fighter both armed and unarmed, though he mostly used blades. The mad man really knew the human body and its weak points. Just so he could know where to strike to cause the worst amount of pain while still keeping his victims alive. He was pretty creative in a twisted genius way, though Minoru was surprised there's no memories of him helping himself to Sabishi's fortunes. However he did put his skills to good use, mostly Sabishi's skills at making gadgets which would now aid Minoru.

Minoru couldn't say the skills and talents Ichigo had would be very useful for combat. They would mostly be useful for an average day to day life. But he would find some use in them.

"Hmm?" Suddenly and oddly Minoru felt a presence approach him. The boy quickly focused his eyes forward and snapped out of his thoughts to see Midoriya in his school uniform walking up to him.

"Oh, there you are Mineta-san." The green frizzy haired boy waved to Minoru with a small smile. Minoru rolled his eyes, what did he want?

"Ahhh, yeah? Ya need something Midoriya?" Minoru shoved his hands into his pockets as he tried to play things cool. To be honest he didn't really wanna talk right now mostly due to how little time he had to get ready for class. So he hoped whatever this was would be quick.

"Oh well yes and no. I noticed you hadn't come out of your room yet and all of us are just about ready to head to classes. I came to check on you." The timid boy explained himself while twiddling his thumbs.

"Uhuh, uhuh. Right well, I'm getting ready now, so if you don't mind." Minoru proceeded to walk past the fluffy haired boy swiftly. "O-Oh okay then! Um...hmm." As Minoru walked by him Midoriya noticed his arms. Minoru's arms seemed more built than before, he was rather intrigued by this. Had he secretly been training in private? Not only that, was he taller than before? Maybe he'd ask later, also there was something off about him. Mostly just the look in his eyes they seemed so...cold and distant. Maybe it was his imagination? Maybe Mineta just hadn't fully woken up?

Midoriya shook his head and snapped himself out of his thoughts. He was sure it was nothing, I mean everyone had slow mornings right?

In the Shower Rooms.

Minoru didn't waste time getting inside the shower rooms to quickly bathe himself. As he did he of course let his thoughts drift off back to his new set of memories and which ones could help him on his new endeavors. However his thoughts also strayed back to Kishi. He hoped he was okay, he really seemed like a nice guy. Minoru honestly didn't want anything to happen for him. After all...he needed all the friends he could get.

It didn't take long for Minoru to finish bathing at all as he was solely focused on his new situation and not fantasizing of his female classmates while doing so. He was calculating the time he had spent washing as he was drying himself off and made his way to his locker to get his school outfit.

"Sigh, Okay this took me 10 minutes and now I have 5 minutes to eat. Agh. A bowl of cereal will have to do." Minoru said to himself as he unlocked his locker and retrieved his school uniform.

"School life now is gonna be challenging now with these amplified characteristics. Now I'm going to have to avoid girls like a plague and that's probably for the best even if I didn't have you inside me Mania. Sigh, not only them it would be better just to stay away from all of my classmates meaning I have to do something I really don't want to." Minoru gritted his teeth. Mania oozed out of his shoulder since this shower room was void of anyone within it.

"You mean pushing the blonde haired friend of yours away?" The symbiote questioned.

"Sigh...Yes. I may have to tell Denki we can't be friends for a while or maybe just not at all anymore. I just can't risk him getting too close to me now. I have a secret to protect now and business to take care of." Minoru said as he placed on his school outfit.

Mania simply watched Minoru's expressions and closely examined his way of speaking. Traits of his 2nd host were already rubbing off on the boy. Being a lone wolf, you can only count on yourself. The job always comes first.

"It's okay I mean, he has Jiro and all the others. I'm sure he can have fun without me." Minoru buttoned up his white shirt and was ready to place on his red tie and then the full length jacket.

"Perhaps that is for the best. You need to keep distance and strategize with no distractions. You won't be able to do that with 19 people plus teachers breathing down your back." The symbiote informed the boy.

"Yeah you're right. That we don't need. I can worry and work out my relationship with my class later once me and you have got things under control on our end." Minoru said as he was putting on his tie but then he suddenly stopped…

"Hmm...heh. You know what? New me. New look." Minoru placed his tie and UA jacket bak into his locker and held both his arms out.

"Mania. Do your stuff." Minoru smirked. Mania chuckled as well as he stretched his biomass around Minoru's arms and chest and formed a UA jacket with a dark purple color scheme to it, a tie of the same coloring as well and to really top it all off as if reading Minoru's thoughts, Mania formed a scarf around Minoru's neck that reached down to his lower back.

"Hahaha...yeah we like that." Minoru didn't even notice he had referred to himself as we again as he admired his new look in the mirror inside his locker.

"Heh...almost feels too good to be true. I have a chance to be something different. Something more than...the sniveling waste of life I was before and to a degree still am." Minoru's grin slowly faded away as he spoke in his somber tone.

"I hate my mother...for driving me to become this sorry excuse of a human being and I hate myself even more for not having the strength to keep true." The boy gripped his chest as he felt his emotions begin to flare up.

"I know what others think of me, it's no secret. They hate me, are disgusted by me, wish I'd just go away, wonder what I'm even doing walking around like a person instead of on all fours like a pig." Minoru gritted his teeth as his earliest memories flashed before him. All of his past mistakes, the horrid treatment from his mother, the bullies treatment of him even when he bothered no one and just his weak will to change.

"Yes I've done horrible things...and I'm not trying to play them down. I know what I've done and I know how much I've hurt others. I get it...there's just...nothing I can do to change it other than do better and even then that's probably not good enough but I won't let that hold me down anymore." Minoru released his chest as he began to let his anger simmer inside himself.

"I can't right all my wrongs but I sure as all Hell will be something greater than the weakling I was. A weakling too weak minded and scared to step up and change himself for the better...just trying to convince himself everything's okay and that he's content with himself because he's too much of a coward to take the easy way out." Minoru felt his anger go from a low simmer to a boiling point.

"My name has already been disgraced. So why not own it? The label of monster...why not make it my own? Embrace the darkness inside and use it against all the other monsters? I may be a monster as they all call me but...I decide what KIND of monster I want to be and choose to be a monster that kills other monsters." Minoru began to channel his anger.

"How to be a monster...I know the requirements. 1...You must not feel pain. Nor emotional or physical. Live for the pain. Turn it into a drive. Live to feel it and inflict it. 2...Close your heart. Cut it out of your chest. Freeze it over. It's nothing but a distraction, don't feel for others who won't feel for you. 3...know the pain of humiliation, of grief, sorrow, despair, RAGE. Let them burn inside you, kindling your burning desire. 4...Don't fear what you'll become. Embrace it. 5...lastly...do not fear death. Laugh in its face." Minoru's eyes became cold and distant as he placed a hand on the mirror within his locker.

"There have been monsters before me...ones who unquestionably changed things in this city. Ones who's bloodlust and carnage shook this city to its core." Minoru gazed deeply at his reflection.

"That hand guy from the USJ…" Minoru looked as his reflection turned from his face to the face of Shigaraki staring back at him.

"Stain..." Minoru's fingers dragged across the glass of the mirror as his reflection changed from Shigaraki to Stain smiling and staring back at him.

"And...HIM...that masked guy that All Might fought." The illusion of Stain vanished from the mirror and slowly changed to the masked face of the infamous All For One staring back at Minoru. He didn't know his face behind the mask but...he knew if he could see passed it the bastard would be smiling at him. Smirking thinking...that there was no difference between scum like him and Minoru. But Minoru knew there was a difference and he'd prove that.

"These 3 have all had their turns and changed this city in their own screwed up ways...but now." Minoru's fingertips pressed against the glass harshly causing a small crack to form across the glass.

"It's OUR turn to be the next monster that brings forth a change." Minoru's reflection slowly turned from All For One's to the face of Mania's.

"Their actions gave inspiration to villains to rise up...that this was their time. Our actions...will send a message that none of them are safe. That we are not like the other heroes. That they are not safe from us. That there are fates worse than prison...than death. That they should fear this generation for we will stalk it for as long as we live...hunting them like the animals they are. Tracking them by the stench of their sins. Like a shark following the scent of a single drop of blood in the ocean." Minoru's voice became rough and aggressive.

"From an actual sinner's mouth...I know it when I see it." He pulled his hand away from the mirror as he stared back at his reflection once more as Mania's face slowly faded away from it.

"I will be a symbol of fear for sinners. I'm not a hero but a monster. Monsters...even if they defend others against other monsters...are not heroes. At the end of the day. Monsters are simply destroyers. We'll never be anyone's savior and I accept that." The boy gripped his fists tightly enough to draw blood.

"I am a destroyer. A monster killer, an avenger. I. AM. A MONSTER...huff…" The boy had to hammer this new ideology into his brain if he was going to live by it, he didn't even care for the open wounds he had made on his hands or the blood trickling down his palms and fingers.

"Very well said Minoru. You're starting to get into this but you're not quite there yet. There are still things you still need to let go of and embrace before you can become the guardian you wish to be." Mania said to the boy as he healed his hand wounds.

"I know, I know...I'm just trying to get myself into the spirit. Sigh…" Minoru sighed as he looked down at his bloodied hands. He stared at the red substance intently and slowly brought a hand to his face and dragged his tongue across the red liquid. He felt the metallic taste of his blood gloss over his tongue.

"Agh….bitter but. I will learn to thirst for it in time." Minoru closed his eyes and took a deep breath to calm down once more.

"Yes, yes you will. Ahem, we should hurry now if you still want to eat." Mania suggested to Minoru causing the boy to quickly shut his locker door and going to wash the blood off his hands. "Right, right. Let's go." Not wasting anymore time the boy made his way out of the locker room and set a course to the common area.

As he expected the common area was pretty much empty. Silence was all he was met with.

"Yeah everyone probably went to class already. Agh...gonna be late either way but I'd rather not take my time. We have Midnight as a first class today and she's about as scary as Aizawa when it comes to tardies but in her own way. Sigh, whatever. Never actually been tardy before. So maybe she'll cut me a break. Hmmm. How should I change up my hero costume? Still thinking of a name too and-" The boy thought aloud to himself and went on and on as he gathered himself up some breakfast from the kitchen.

Midnight's class of Modern Hero Art History.

Midnight had just gotten through taking attendance and was surprised that Mineta had not shown up. "Hmmm. That's a first for Mineta being tardy. My oh my. How should I punish him?" The R-Rated heroine pondered as she tapped her pen against her cheek.

"Yeesh, Mineta's in for it now. I remember last time I was tardy to Midnight's class. Agh." Hanta shivered remembering that haunting experience.

"Oh yeah I remember that. It was pretty hard to watch." Kirishima cringed at the memory.

"Hahaha, however given Mineta. He'd probably enjoy it." Kaminari joked a little. It was just a harmless joke given his friend's preferences.

"Okay, well thanks for the mentally scarring images Sparky." Jiro rolled her eyes while giving the electric blonde a sarcastic smile.

"Not my fault you thought about it." Denki chuckled at his girlfriend. "EEP!" However he just barely dodged her ear jack strike aimed for his temple.

"Oops.~" Jiro got her payback enjoying the frightened look on the pikachu boys face.

"Yeah, yeah ya got me." The blonde chuckled.

Minoru had made it to the class but was freshly annoyed thanks to some banter of some also late for class students in the hall. Scowling at him as he walked by making comments like "Pig." "Creep" "Rapist in training." That comment in particular really pissed him off. Took a lot of willpower to not bother with them.

"Whatever, let them talk. They'll eat those words soon enough…" Minoru came to the door of class 1A and attempted to open the door but it was jammed. "Oh my God this again?" This had become a thing for about a week now. Often this door would jam up and get kinda hard to open.

With his new strength he could have easily pried the door open but he didnt feel like breaking the door more than it already was. As annoying as it was he had to fumble with the door a bit before he finally managed to get it open and walk into class and immediately he was met with the voice of Midnight.

"Ahhhh, Mineta. There you are and only 10 minutes late. Tsk, tsk. How bold of you to be late to my class.~" She coed at the boy with her teasing persona showing.

"Yeah, yeah sorry. Got held up." The boy said in a rather monotone voice as he fumbled with the door once more just to close it getting even more annoyed by it.

"Held up huh? Hmm. Care to explain why? Also that's quite the new look you got there. A different colored UA jacket?" She tapped her finger on her desk, she noticed his mannerism was a little off. Normally he'd be ecstatic to see her, this made her a tad bit curious. Was something wrong?

"No. Look I just slept in okay? It's nothing to write home about. Just drop it and the new look is no big deal." Minoru's voice became snappy and irritating which surprised Midnight and his classmates as well who were kinda focusing their eyes on him now.

"Mineta. I'm asking because it's my job. You could lose the attitude. It's very unwelcoming." The adult heroine crossed her arms now quite unamused by her student's' crabbiness.

Minoru's fists clenched around the door handle of the door and he gritted his teeth and turned his head back to his teacher and couldn't stop the outburst that came next.

"I'll drop the attitude when someone does their job and fixes this DAMN DOOR!" Minoru shouted In anger at his teacher. This action alone caused Midnight along with the rest of the class to go wide eyed and silent. Midnight was shell shocked. Did Mineta just scream at her? She could understand if it was Bakuguo but Mineta? The class was in equal shock. Even the explosive spikey haired boy had a cocked eyebrow. Kaminari, Asui, Iida and Midoriya were the most flabbergasted, did that really just happen? Their concerns from Yesterday were now confirmed, there was for sure something wrong with Mineta.

Minoru huffed and puffed as he stared at the 18+ heroine but quickly felt himself calm down almost instantly. Probably Mania's doing but he knew he had messed up and needed to correct himself. "Ahem...um. Sorry Miss. Midnight that was kinda mean. Wasn't really worth yelling at you about...sorry. But I really did just sleep in. Won't happen again." the boy bowed his head and spoke sincerely.

Midnight was still shocked but she knew that something was clearly not right and right now wasn't the time to try and figure. So to not make a scene and make things even more harder on Mineta she decided to let it go until after class. She would speak to him then. "Sigh, it's fine Mineta. Just keep your temper in check please. I'll let it go given how this is your first tardy. Please just take a seat, we were just getting ready to start." Nemuri gave a comforting smile to the young man hoping it would show him that she's someone he can trust.

Minoru merely nodded and made his way to his seat. He didn't dare make eye contact with any of his classmates as he did because he already knew their eyes were glued onto him as he walked to his desk. He heaved a sigh and sat in his seat between Yaoyorozu and Midoriya.

Of course as he predicted Midoriya turned around in his desk to try and speak to the boy. "H-Hey Mineta-san. Are you ok-" The freckled faced boy was cut off by Minoru. "Turn around." Minoru glared into Midoriya's eyes.

"W-Wait, Wha-" Midoriya was taken back by his comment but he was quickly shut down again. "Turn. Around." Minoru spoke more sternly to nail the hint that he didn't want to speak into his classmates' skulls.

Midoriya silently stared into the purple boy's eyes. His eyes were nothing like they were before, they were now pretty intimidating, in fact the look he gave was almost like Stain's...it sent chills down his spine as he slowly nodded and turned back around leaving Minoru be but this wasn't over. He'd try again later, it wasn't a good time.

"Agh…( Smooth Minoru. Smooth. So much for staying silent and in the background. Good start idiot. )" Minoru gritted his teeth as he rested his chin into his palm, now he had attracted attention. He already knew this was gonna go nowhere good.

Asui had her eyes fixated on Minoru from across the room. So many thoughts were going through her head on what could possibly happen to him to make him go off like that. Mineta was not the aggressive type at all and wasn't one to talk up to someone, he was very cowardly but his eyes were as vicious as Bakuguo's. That was very surreal for her. Asui was always a stoic character that rarely showed visual emotion. However she was not afraid to speak her mind and she would do the same when she confronted Minor about this later on when she had the chance. She need to know what was going on because despite her punishments of Minoru...she did not hate him. Dislike maybe but not hate. It was such a strong word she'd rather not use.

Bakugou the walking warhead, was kinda impressed by Minoru's display. "( Finally grew a pair.)" He thought to himself. His attention was gained for the time being, he decided to wait and watch this out. See where things went before he stepped in himself, he couldn't lie he was curious. But he'd never admit to aloud of course.

Minoru's supposedly only friend in this school, Kaminari was beyond worried. His eyes couldn't help but wonder to his friend. That was majorly out of character for him, he had a bad feeling since Yesterday and now he knew he was justified to think so. He knew Minoru wasn't the best of people and didn't approve of all the things he did. He certainly went too far at times but he saw the person he could be. Denki himself wasn't the purest either and he could see Minoru had a real problem. He'll admit he hasn't done much to try and help him with it.

Mostly because he didn't really know how. He wasn't exactly the therapist type but this was a clear sign he couldn't wait anymore and hoped simply being his friend would help me turn around. He had to take some kinda action. "( Hang in there bud...I gotcha. I'll talk to him at lunch and after classes too. )" The electric blonde took a sigh of relief to calm himself down. He needed to focus on classes for now.

Iida almost rose from his desk to lecture Minoru about outburst and disrespect toward their teacher but the words were caught in his throat and he remained rooted to his seat. It took a lot to leave Iida speechless but this was no normal circumstance he could feel it. Also the way Minoru apologized to Midnight, it had to have been the first time he had seen him sincerely apologize to a female for his behavior. Iida was very unsure on how to feel but one thing was for sure he needed to speak with the boy. He needed to understand this. "( Mineta-san. What could you be thinking right now? Hmm. )" The speedster adjusted his glasses as he refocused on class.

"( This will be an interesting conversation not only with Mineta but with Aizawa too. I hope you'll be honest Mineta.)" Midnight thought to herself as she began her lesson.

Minoru sighed and looked out the window thinking about his plans for after school. However his thoughts were interrupted by a vibrating in his pocket. The boy discreetly took out his phone to check it out. He had received a text from Kendo-chan.

Kendo-Fist: "Hey Mineta-kun. Just wanted to text you real quick and say good luck in class and maybe I'll see you after classes?"

Minoru smirked a little. Looks like Kendo really was serious about this deal of theirs. He quickly replied to her.

Grape Boi: "I guess so. How about the school rooftop?"

It took a few seconds but she replied back.

Kendo-Fist: "Sure thing. Sounds good to me. I'll meet you up there after classes. Better not stand me up or scheme anything or else. Lol." The ginger joked as she placed a fist emoji next to her message.

Minoru held back a chuckle and texted back one final time.

Grape Boi: "Yeah, yeah. Whatever. See ya then." He smirked and placed his phone away.

"( We guess our plans can wait a little bit today but only for a little bit.)" With that the boy placed all his attention to Midnight's lesson. He was both looking forward and not looking forward to later on today.

But either way it went he would sort through it. After all, he wasn't alone anymore.

To Be Continued.
