A blond vampire woke up to the sun shining in his eyes through the window. He stretched a bit but realized that something was holding onto his arm. He looked to see who it was and saw a mop of silver hair in front of him. A fond smile played across his features as he remembered the events of the previous night.

She started to stir awake as he moved, yawning cutely. He decided to greet her with a hug and a kiss on the neck.

"Good morning, Mo-chan."

"Good morning Naru-kun."

Happiness was evident in the silver-haired vampire's voice, no matter how much she tried to hide it. After all, she had just been intimate with her long time crush. No, you couldn't call it a crush, it was real love rather than the petty infatuation humans mixed up love with.

Naruto didn't plan on going straight back to school, and he didn't plan on letting Moka go either.

He was still mad at Tsukune and knew that Moka would be as well. So it didn't seem like a good idea to keep two very angry vampires around a weak human who has no way to protect himself.

Normally he would've tried to hide his feelings, but he had forgotten because of the situation, so the negative emotions were basically rolling off of his body. So for the first time this morning, Moka turned around and looked into Naruto's eyes.

"What's wrong Naru-kun?" When she said her new nickname for him, she blushed slightly, that being the only indicator that she was a bit embarrassed.

The blond sighed and the once prevalent emotions faded into nothingness. "I was just thinking about what happened yesterday and I got a bit angry."

Moka nodded in understanding before putting her head to Naruto's chest. "I...I understand how you feel. The other me was reckless and stupid. She doesn't understand that she makes most of the decisions for both of us and that rather than only holding her life in her hands, she holds mine as well..."

What she said got Naruto thinking about him and the Kyūbi. He had never thought about it as Moka did. Whenever he put his life in danger, he put the Kyūbi's in danger as well. He was responsible for more than just his own life and he should probably start acting like it. Even if the Kyūbi was an immortal being who would reform after about 100 years, dying would still suck and him relying on the Kyūbi after deliberately getting himself into trouble to save a friend countless times was insensitive. Even if back then he thought all the Kyūbi wanted was to kill him.

She soon continued. "And that bastard Tsukune didn't bother to listen to the other me when she tried to lead him away from the swimming club. All he could think about was getting in some random girl's pants."

Although she was clearly angry, her voice was quiet and her body was trembling. It showed Naruto that she was scared. Not just of losing him, but many other things that he couldn't possibly fathom.

He pulled Moka closer into his chest and stroked her hair. "Don't worry Mo-chan. I'll be here whenever you need me. I'll be your shoulder to cry on, and I'll take on anyone who tries to hurt you. Believe it."

Back at the school, it was halfway through homeroom and Tsukune saw no sign of Naruto or Moka. Not even Sasuke was there. But he soon would be.

Halfway through something Nekonome-sensei was saying, Sasuke walked through the door notebook in hand and writing in it as usual.

"Sorry, I'm late. I had some personal business to attend to." He slightly bowed, but not as much as one would normally do to show respect.

"Oh! I heard about it from the headmaster, you're fine, take your seat and I'll continue with the lesson." She then went on for the rest of the class, not bothering to question Sasuke any further about his temporary absence.

When the class finished, Tsukune approached Sasuke. "Hey, um, Sasuke-san, if it's not too much trouble may I know how Naruto and Moka are doing. It's just that I didn't see either of them today and I don't have any way of contacting them."

Tsukune could've sworn that he saw Sasuke glare at him with red eyes for a second when he asked the question. It soon faded away as if it never happened though and Sasuke sighed deeply.

"The two of them are resting. Moka was on death's doorstep recently, so she won't be coming for a while, and Naruto is taking care of her with the permission of the headmaster. I just came from the headmaster's office where I was filled in on everything because of my position as Naruto's bodyguard."

A sigh of relief escaped the brunette's mouth when he heard that Moka and Naruto were at least okay, but a sad smile came at the same time.

"Oh, I wanted to see the two and apologize to them for what I did. Even if I didn't know, I didn't listen to Moka-san when she was trying to tell me."

Sasuke scoffed and started walking away, basically telling Tsukune to keep up or miss out on what he was about to say.

"Trust me. You don't want to be around either of them right now. I'm pretty sure that Inner Moka is pissed and that Naruto is almost as angry as her. Being around two angry vampires wouldn't do you any favors."

The brunette paled. Sasuke was right. It would be better for him if he waited for the two to calm down. "So, where are we going? I've never been down this hallway before..."

Tsukune took notice that this place was nearly isolated from the rest of the school.

"This..." Sasuke turned and looked at the metal door in front of him which was unlike all of the other doors in the school. "...is the door to the PSC's office."

Tsukune looked on, confused. "PSC? Isn't that where the long-haired blond dude is from?"

The young Uchiha sighed. "The Public Safety Commission. Their main job is keeping the school safe and eliminating all threats to student's well-being. But at the moment, they're just a group comprised of power hunger bastards who get off on seeing other people struggle."

The ravenette took a deep breath before knocking three times against the door, making a metallic clang as if his hand was as hard as metal.

After waiting a bit, someone came and opened the door. She was relatively short, standing at around 160 cm. The girl had long auburn red hair done in a ponytail with bangs framing her face and gold eyes. She also had a bow resting on her shoulders as she looked at the Uchiha nonchalantly.

"Whatcha doin' here -deshi?" Her voice was as cute as she was. So in other words, very cute. If Tsukune hadn't been told that she was a power-hungry tyrant, he might've fallen for her.

Sasuke looked down at her with a neutral expression. "I'm here to speak with Kuyō again."

She smirked and shook her head. "Speaking his name with such disrespect -deshi. I'll go get home, so you wait right here -deshi."

Tsukune took note of her weird vocal tic as she disappeared back into the club room. And Sasuke thought back to the times when Naruto still had a vocal tic and said "dattebayo" all the time. Though it seemed to have faded during his coma.

A minute or so later, Kuyō stood in front of the two first years. "So, how may I help you Uchiha Sasuke."

The ravenette in question slightly narrowed his eyes at Kuyō. "I'm here on obligation rather than choice, so I'll make this quick. I'm the president of the newly formed PSC, the Public Safety Committee. We were formed specifically to regulate any and all actions you may take, so keep in mind that you now are being supervised. Though this goes both ways."

Tsukune said the question most of the Commission members there were wondering about.

"Sasuke-san, what's the difference between the Committee and the Commission?"

"The Commission works with external problems and direct threats, such as physical battles between students. The Committee's primary focus will be stopping internal problems like disagreements between clubs. In addition, both the Commission and the Committee are there to keep each other in check. And while the Commission president picks the members of the Commission without the need for consent from the headmaster, the Committee needs consent before adding any new members."

Kuyō and the Commission nodded at this, though Kuyō was seething on the inside. The headmaster dare try to control him! Nonetheless, it wouldn't matter to Kuyō, it would only temporarily slow down his plans.

"I see...well the Commission acknowledges the Committee's existence. May I ask who the members are Sasuke-san?" A fake smile was plastered on Kuyō's face but underneath it, he had already begun scheming.

"As of now, the club is comprised of Uzumaki Naruto and me, with me being the President and Naruto being my second in command. I hope you take into account that we're always watching you."

With that, Sasuke walked back down the hallway, Tsukune lagging a bit behind as he had bowed to the blond president.

"Damn that headmaster. Things would've been easier had he just relinquished control of the school to me." Crumpling a sheet of paper in his hand, he closed the door and sat down with the rest of the Commission.

"This is the official start of a meeting to decide what to do about the Committee. Brief any other members that aren't here once you see them.

"Mo-chan, how many of these are we going to watch?"

"As many as I want."

The two vampires were curled up in bed, watching classic American rom-coms on Moka's laptop. They had just finished watching "Hitch" and we're about to move on to "When Harry Met Sally".

A knock on the door made Naruto get out from under the blanket and go over to open the door. But he didn't remember that he was still only in a t-shirt and boxers, so when he opened the door, Sasuke and Tsukune got quite the surprise.

"Oh, it's just you two. But what is he doing here? Although I'm mad at him, I'm fine with him being here, but Moka may not be so..." He scratched the back of his head and yawned.

The ravenette sighed at his friend's antics. "I'm just here to deliver this to Moka. The idiot behind me just decided to tag along for some reason."

"Hello, Naruto-san. How's Moka-san doing?" Though he was nervous, Tsukune gathered the courage to do what he came there to do.

"Naru-kun, who's at the door?" The slowly approaching voice of Moka made itself known. She could barely walk, it was more of a hobble that she was doing to approach the door.

Before Naruto could stop her, she was at the door in an oversized white t-shirt and her panties. She snuggled up to Naruto as she got to the door and looked at the visitors.

"Sasuke...Tsukune..." She let his name sit in the air for a bit. Her anger towards the brunette was huge, but because of the scene it would cause and Naruto being there, she just barely managed to refrain from choking him the second she laid her eyes on him. But that didn't stop her from trying to glare him to death.

"Why are you here?" Naruto finally spoke, bringing Sasuke to reply and break the tension.

"I'm here for Moka. Or more specifically to give this to her." He gave Moka a folded piece of paper. "It's the details for something you might want to be a part of."

"Hm..." She took the paper and looked it over before looking back to Sasuke. "I'll tell you my answer when I'm back in school. I need some time to think it over."

A nod came from Sasuke as he turned to start walking away, Tsukune not far behind.

"I'm assuming it's an offer to join the PS something?" Naruto remarked. "I and Sasuke joined it earlier, that was the reason we weren't there during club selections."

She turned around threw the paper down on a table. "I'll think about as I said."

Smiling at his new girlfriend? Could he call her that? Well, I guess he could. Smiling at his girlfriend's antics, he followed her back to the bed.

"You know we can't just stay in bed all day, and I know you don't want to leave the dorms until you fully recover, so what do you wanna do." The reason Moka didn't want to leave the dorm was that she was a vampire. Or more specifically, because of a vampire's pride. Moka being seen by others without her aura of power and oppressing youki, would damage her pride as a vampire, as well as running the risk of other people thinking she wasn't as strong as she really was.

"...fine, but we're at least finishing When Harry Met Sally before anything else." Moka moved back into the bed and waved Naruto over to the bed. "Now hurry up before I start it without you. Oh, and while you're up, can you get us some popcorn?"

Naruto just smiled fondly. "Hai hai, Mo-chan. Don't start it without me." Naruto walked to the small microwave they had in their dorm and put a bag of microwavable popcorn into it. As he listened to the sound of kernels popping, Naruto thought over the recent events in his life, from meeting the Kyūbi during his coma and being reunited with Moka. None of it was inherently bad, the only unfortunate thing was that he learned about the desperate cover-ups the Sandaime did. Even if the memories he had were unfortunate, he still deserved to know. No one should have their memories forcefully taken from them.

But that wasn't relevant at the moment. The current problem was the PSC. On the day that everyone was signing up for clubs, Naruto and Sasuke had been looking into the PSC. They had connections to someone named Kaneshiro Hokuto. Sasuke had looked further, and it turned out he was the leader of the committee responsible for planning the school's festivals. But anyone connected to Kūyo was under suspicion, so Naruto had sent a few Henged clones to follow him. Naruto's clones hadn't found anything out yet but we're definitely going to soon.

As the sound of popping died off, Naruto was snapped out of his thoughts. He quickly put the popcorn into a bowl and walked back over to the bed. "You can start it." He placed the bowl down in front of them and snuggled close to Moka under the blanket.

Sasuke sat in the back of the class, writing in a fresh page of his notebook. Multiple equations could be seen with arrows pointing to specific drawings of domes and strange shapes. If someone was to look at it, they would only see random drawings and unrelated overly complicated equations.

He was so absorbed in his writing, that he didn't notice his teacher walking up to him. "Sasuke-san." He looked up to see his teacher Maki. Or as he liked to make his students call him, Excellent Maki.

'I need to stop thinking about this so much, it's making me tune out my surroundings which is never good for a shinobi.' He looked up to his teacher, his face not betraying his emotions. "What do you need Maki-sensei?"

The man frowned a bit. "I told you to call me 'Excellent Maki'. On another note, I noticed you were busy writing in your magnificent notebook all class! So, what were you excellently writing about!?"

Sasuke closed his notebook slowly as he looked at his sensei. "That's not something you need to know. On another note, class is over, so if you don't need anything else I'll be leaving." He stood up and started walking out of the class before Maki could say anything else.

English was one of the few classes he had that didn't overlap with Tsukune's, so the brunette normally came to find him once class was done and today was no different.

"Hello, Sasuke-san." Tsukune looked happy on the outside, but Sasuke could tell he felt bad about what he had done.

"Yo," The two continued to walk down the hallway to their next class. Cooking was Sasuke's worst class. His mom or Itachi did the cooking when he was younger, and when he started living on his own, take-out and instant foods were what he ate. On the other hand, Tsukune was strangely good at cooking.

The reasons he gave were that his mom and cousin had told him that he wouldn't be able to get a wife if he never learned how to cook. Because of that, he had been learning since he was young and was pretty good.

Anyway, Sasuke braced himself for the next inevitable trainwreck of an hour. Because in cooking class, no notebooks were used.

A Naruto clone was stuck to the ceiling with his chakra and Henged as a bug. Currently, he was following Hokuto's right-hand man Yoshii Kiria as he went along his daily life. For the most part, he was a completely normal teenager. Almost too normal.

He hadn't done anything too risky, or too perfect, he was too average, even more so than Tsukune. At the end of the day, he had left the school and gone to an empty field with a smirk on his face.

"Come out, whoever you are. I've been able to sense you following me since the morning." The clone sighed in relief. Although he had been found out, he had actually been following Kiria since yesterday.

After a second sigh, this time one of resignation, the clone took off his Henge, transforming back into the blond vampire in his full glory. "Yo!" The clone waved at Kiria with a wide grin on his face.

Kiria's eyes narrowed at his fellow blond. "Why were you following me." He subconsciously got ready to fight because of the aura coming off of Naruto. It exuded power, the kind meant to intimidate.

Being a trained Shinobi, Naruto saw the tensing and shifting of stance in Kiria easily. While he seemed to be a formidable fighter, he wasn't able to mask his intent very well. "Chill man, let's just talk." The aura from Naruto increased, he was determined to stop Kiria without fighting for two reasons.

1: Unnecessarily fighting him could cause enough of a commotion that Hokuto might notice them. The two were never far apart. 2: It could establish them as enemies and put Hokuto's committee on guard. If they were put on guard, it would just as, if not more difficult, to gather info on them than the PSC.

"Sorry, but I'm not scared by your aura. Try harder, or you'll get nowhere with me." A smirk came on Kiria's face as Naruto's aura temporarily subsided. A few seconds passed where Naruto facepalmed with his eyes closed.

Naruto's eyes slowly opened as his hand came off his face and his purple youki chakra exploded out of his body uncontrollably. Even if it was just a clone, he still had more chakra than most Jonin. With the fear-inducing effects that youki had, combined with his killing intent and Kiria being caught off guard, he was frozen in place in fear. Although it was effective, it alerted anyone nearby to the 2's presence.

"You see Kiria, I didn't want to do this, but...never mind. Let's just both leave and forget that this never happened. Normally, others like me would put you under a Genjutsu before erasing your memories of this event. But I'm against messing with other's minds," Not to mention that he cant cast a Genjutsu for shit. "so I'll let you off with a warning, okay? Good."

Kiria did manage to get out a few words while under the effects of the oppressing aura. "Boss? Who's your boss?"

The clone chuckled to himself at the question. In the Chunin exams, he was told to never give information away. It could be the deciding factor in whether your team lives or dies. In this case, it also threw 1 of the 2 reasons he didn't want to fight away. But he was feeling generous today, so he smirked and opened his mouth.

"Me of course. I'm just a clone. The boss is what we refer to the original as."

"We? As in there's multiple of you?"

"Well, yeah. What's the use in only a few clones. The boss can make over 1000 and not get tired." With that, the clone dispelled in a puff of smoke, giving his memories back to the original.

"1,000... I better tell Hokuto about this. 1,000 monsters on that level will be trouble, even for Kūyo and Hokuto."

Back in the dorm, Moka and Naruto were playing Wii sports. Although it was an old game, neither Moka nor Naruto had ever played it. For two very different reasons of course. Naruto was just about to do the opening swing in golf when the memories from his clone came in, making the Wii remote fly out of his hands and at the TV, if it wasn't for Moka's quick reflexes, the TV would've been done for.

He quickly sorted through his new memories and a myriad of colorful swear words left his mouth. "Argh! That stupid fuck! Why would he -!" He was cut off by a hand on his shoulder, it was Moka, who had an expression of concern on her face.

"Naru-kun, what's wrong?"

"My clone revealed the fact that he was a clone to the enemy. Normally that wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the fact that he flexed his power at Kiria. Not only that, but he told Kiria that I could make more than 1,000 clones, which whiles being true, puts them on their guard even more so than before."

Moka frowned as she took in the info. "Why would he do something like that?"

Naruto knew why, but he didn't think it would be a problem. "When I create clones, I create so many, that to still be able to give them orders they can understand, they need to have a piece of my conscience or at least a copy. Most of the time, I only use my clones for mundane tasks, so what part of my conscience they end up with normally doesn't matter, but depending on what part of my conscience they have, their personalities differ greatly. For my clone to tell our enemies something like that, he must have had a part of my conscience that had to do with pride, arrogance, and the like. So just because I sent him out I gave valuable information to my enemies."

"Who even is Kiria?"

"I'm not surprised you don't know him. Yoshii Kiria, a fellow student here at Youkai Academy and the right-hand man of Kaneshiro Hokuto. We're looking into both of them at the moment."

"You mean the leader of the party planning committee?" She got a nod of affirmation. "They tried to get me to join on the very first day, or more so they tried to get the other Moka to join. She declined and here we are. Why are you looking into him anyways?"

"Because we have reason to believe that they are working with the Public Safety Commission for something, we just don't know what. And as for the PSC, we have reason to believe that Kūyo is trying to run the school from the shadows and some other shady business, so that's why the headmaster created the other PSC, the Public Safety Committee, to keep them in check and figure out what they're doing."

"That makes sense. So the Committee's job is to keep all clubs connected to the Commission in line?"

"Essentially yes."

A small smirk could be seen on Moka's features. "Well then, I guess I've got my answer to give to Sasuke when we go back to school."

A similar smirk was on Naruto's face. "I guess you do."

Somewhere a ravenette sneezed violently, nearly knocking his instant meal off the table. "Damn it that was close."

For another Naruto clone, things were going swimmingly. He had infiltrated the Commission's club room and had already listened to their entire meeting. The gist of what Kūyo was trying to do, was to make the Committee seem unfit to protect the school by doing things such as fake attacks on the school, flat out destroying clubs in support of them, persuading the board directors to vouch for the Committee being destroyed and things like that.

The clone had heard everything and was now tailing Kūyo to the Commission's dungeon and what he saw disgusted him. Students who had obeyed the Commission had whip marks on their skin, and some even had burn marks. Cells lined the walls, filled with people angry for even being dragged into a place like that, and Naruto could understand why they hated it so much.

Simply for disagreeing with Kūyo, someone could be taken down here and have the spirit beaten out of them and when they were released, they wouldn't dare talk bad about the Commission again unless they wanted to go through the same thing twice.

But Naruto had seen similar things back in the T&I department back in Konoha, no, what really go to him was what was in the last cell.

Kūyo walked up to the cell with a fake smile on his face. "So, are you ready for today?"

A childish voice could be heard from within the poorly lit cell. "Yeah Nii-san! Of course!"

"If you do extra good today you can have some candy, okay?"

The voice got seemingly happier. "Thank you Nii-san! You're the best!"

He opened the door to the cage and a boy who couldn't be more than 7 or 8 years old walked out. He had silver hair and green eyes, his face shape was similar to that of someone that Naruto knew very well. "Maybe if you do really well, your Onee-san might come to visit!"

At that notion, Naruto could see the boy's eyes light up with joy. "Really! Onee-san might come!"

"Maybe, but only if you're really good Zaros-kun." Naruto didn't want to believe what he thought. There was no way that what he thought could be true, there was no way in hel-

"Just you wait! I'll do really good, and then I can finally see Moka-onee-san!"
