He leans into her ear as he pulls at the hair. The heat of his breath makes her cheeks blush.
Marie bites her lip as the pull of her scalp brings a pleasurable sting.
"I don't usually mix work and play."
His teeth graze against her ear and she lets out a moaned purr. She squeezes her eyes in embarrassment.
"Hey, you don't need to be embarrassed." Her eyes shoot open to see the new voice.
Marie was in a completely different location. Her arms weren't bound and she was now outside on a blanket.
"Huh?"
A hand gently lays on top of hers, "You don't need to feel ashamed to purr around me. It actually makes me happy."
Marie makes eye contact with Shinso. He was smiling shyly at her and then she noticed his hand tighten around hers. He starts to lean in. His face and lips coming in close.
There is a sudden loud and annoying sound that jerks her.
Sitting up in bed Marie is both relieved and frustrated that she had left her dream state. She moves to leave her bed and feels the liquid pooled in the underwear. At least with the release, maybe her body would act normal today.
And normal the day went. It was only a half day sitting in with the hero class. The other half of the day was for her other studies in the management program. She was able to sit next to Hitoshi without the thoughts going wild and she could listen to Aizawa Sensei without looking too deeply into the depths of his eyes.
Though her mind did wonder a bit once or twice.
But she was so sure that she'd be fine when she came back to the class later to grade papers. The folder of work was sitting on the desk next to the teacher desk just waiting for her to start the grading.
This wasn't new for her. This was all that she really did throughout her time as a teacher's aid in the past years. She felt a bit at peace with being in the classroom alone and looking across at all of the seats.
Aizawa entered the classroom and went straight to his desk. He ignored his aid who was silently grading papers next to his desk.
He went to get his eye drops and in doing so he noticed that his desk was stocked.
Energy packs, drops, stationary, and extra goggles.
It side eyes the feline student to his right. He had to hand it to her. Thinking back she had done a very impressive job throughout her time as his aid.
She'd do well with the grunt work with being a hero's manager. But this year was going to be one of the true tests.
"Will you be able to balance being my aid along with your management work?" He watched the girl look up. Surprised to have been spoken to at all.
Marie was hardly ever spoken to by the hero. Looking up at his words she couldn't help but laugh.
A laugh that had Aizawa momentarily confused.
"If I can't handle all of this then I'm not cut out for this career path."
Aizawa broke out into a soft smile at the response.
The smile made Marie look back down at the papers she was grading. She didn't want Aizawa to catch her blushing.
She didn't want the conversation to end, "I'm sure that there will be far more work then this after graduation. And collaborating with the hero course will only help further my experience and knowledge before then. Especially with Shinso as my assigned hero."
Maturity through grit. It was common in some of his hero students. Maturing through your drive to achieve your goals. That's what his aid had displayed.
"I expect both you and Shinso to work well together… if you can get past the flirting."
The girl couldn't hide her dancing tail behind her and upon further observation he noticed that she was a deep shade of red.
Mature, yes, but still young.
"Y-Yeah. I'm sorry about that. I seem to be struggling with my umm," She almost didn't want to say it, "… inner cat." She looked at Aizawa completely embarrassed, "But I won't let it interfere with my work."
He watched and listened to the girl admitted to having struggles with her animalila quirk. The blush was adorable and he wanted to continue the tease.
"Inner-cat as in?" He pushed. Wanting to make her say it.
Aizawa lazily leaned on his palm and took in how uncomfortable she was. She was squirming in her seat.
"My inner-cat. A-as in. The feline urge for comfort seeking."
Aizawa bit the inside of his cheek.
Comfort seeking. He could laugh. She wasn't going to call it for what it really was.
"B-but like I said. I won't let it interfere with my work. I'm taking care of it on my own."
Marie was mortified. She knew that Aizawa had to know what her quirk was. Why was he teasing her? She was basically admitting to being a horny teenager and masturbating.
Aizawa nodded his head and turned to his computer.
They sat in silence as they did their work separately. It was awkward at first but it quickly washed away and before she knew it she was finishing her work.
She placed the stack on the teachers desk and started to walk out.
"Marie." She paused at the door, "If you find that you're struggling with your inner-cat." Oh gosh. Not this again, "They sell specific items for that."
She didn't respond and just continued on her way.
Hitoshi had just finished reading a story to Eri, something he felt she was getting too old for. He walked into the living room to talk to the father figure.
He sat on the couch and almost instantly their fat black cat jumped onto his lap. Without much thought he started to pet the cat. The purr as he pet the cat quickly helped him bring the words that he wanted to say.
"Why are you teasing her?"
Aizawa didn't need to know the details. He knew exactly what Hitoshi was talking about. He smirked.
"It's amusing."
"She's like half your age."
"Maybe I have a complex." Aizawa.
Hitoshi continued to pet the cat on his lap. He watched as the older hero read the newspaper.
"Maybe you're a furry."
That made Aizawa crack a smile and look over at his son who had a small smile on his lips. They both found the situation amusing.
"Maybe." He responded.
They continued to sit in a comfortable silence.
"Going to bed." And before he could exit the room his father spoke.
"Do we need to have the talk?"
Hitoshi stood there for a moment thinking about the relationship. They were hardly friends.
"No. Not yet." And he left.
Aizawa absorbed the interaction.
Yet he says.
Marie was laying in her bed looking at her phone. She was so embarrassed to be looking this information up.
So embarrassed that she made sure to search it all on incognito mode. Not that anyone would care to search her phone if something happened to her. She didn't think her search history would be relevant.
She put her phone down and turned to the profile work that she needed to get done. She didn't have Hitoshi's number and didn't like the round about way that she had to get it.
She texted Gina asking if she could get it from Midoriya.
-How do you know I even have Midoriya's number.
-Because it's just the thing you would ask for on the first day.
There were the three dots for a moment showing that she was typing. And then they stopped. And then they started up again, only to stop.
The whole thing was annoying so she left her dorm room entirely and walked down the hall and knocked on the door.
Ami answered, "Hey Kitty Kat. How's the Hottie Hitoshi doing?"
Marie was happy to say that she was in a well enough mood to not be embarrassed by the comment. It was just Ami being Ami.
"I'm actually here for Gina."
"Yeah. Yeah. Midoriya's being the good hero that he is and 'asking permission' before giving up his friend's number." Gina yelled across the room.
Ami opened the door wider to open up the conversation. Marie could see Gina sitting at her desk doing her makeup.
"Guess that means it's going to be tough for you getting the Todoroki's number." She snickered.
Ami laughed loudly and Gina groaned.
There was a ding.
"Okay. He's going to message you."
"Wait. So instead of getting his number you just sent mine?" Maire asked.
"Yep."
"Maybe you should have followed Midoriya's 'good hero' advice and have asked me."
Gina just shrugged and Marie walked back to her room.
Not before Ami made a comment though, "Say HI to Hottie Hitoshi for me."
Marie waited on her bed for a while before she heard her phone ding.
-Hey
That was all. And even though it was an unknown number she figured that it was him.
-We need to meet up for the project.
She watched the dots moving as he types.
-Tomorrow while you do the laundry.
Marie was momentarily confused.
-Aizawa Sensei's laundry?
-Yes.
The short messages weren't annoying but they were confusing. She also just found that she really wanted to talk to him.
But she also didn't know what to say.
-Sorry about my tail and class the other day.
She sighed and got comfortable in the bed. Readying herself for sleep.
-It's okay.
Marie put her phone on the charger. Thinking that was the end of it till she heard another ding.
-I didn't mind it.
And those were the final words that made going to sleep difficult.
