Sorry it feels a bit choppy
Their night consisted of multiple rounds and twenty minutes cat naps. Alex collapsed on top of Liv. They both were out of breath. They were looking into each other's eyes, "You really need to get to sleep." Olivia smiled loving the shared time and orgasms they were sharing. She loved the way that felt.
"Don't tell me you are tired." Alex kissed Olivia's neck.
"Oh I'm not tired but you have to get up in…" Olivia looked at her phone to see four thirty am. "About two hours. So you can Donnelly will come barge on us, and I can watch you beat Jessica."
"But you talking about skating sounds so sexy."
Olivia flipped them on their side. "And we can talk about anything you want after you get your medal."
Alex looked at Olivia. "But…"
Olivia put her hand over Alex's eyes, "Go to sleep." Olivia wasn't going to be responsible for a tired Alex on the ice.
Alex didn't want the night to end, "Or maybe you can kiss me while I fall to sleep?" She smirked as she refused to close her eyes.
"Nice try." Olivia refused to give in to Alex's proposals. She rolled over to not look at Alex.
Alex laid on her pillow looking at Olivia's naked body laying in the same bed as her. She looked at all her marks she left on Olivia's back. She doesn't remember putting them on anyone else. "Do they hurt?" She traced the marks.
Olivia looked to her side to catch a glimpse of her blonde beauty. "Not at all." She pulled Alex's hand off her back. She intertwined Alex's hands with hers. She pulled Alex in close to her to spoon.
Alex wanted to fidget more but Olivia refused to let Alex's hands move. "Can you please…"
Olivia smiled at the frustration she was causing Alex, "Go to sleep absolutely."
"Was I anywhere comparable to any of your girls?" Alex asked.
Olivia played with Alex's hands. She wanted to answer Alex's question as honestly as possible. "No." Alex was shocked by Olivia's response. Olivia holding Alex's rolled on her back to Olivia, "You were… are not comparable, because there is no comparison. You're perfect. You're my perfection."
"Even if I don't medal?"
"Would it be cheesy if I said you're the only medal I need?" Olivia hated her honesty.
"No." Alex bit her lip as her heart fluttered, "I love you." Alex leaned forward to kiss Olivia.
Olivia quickly pushed Alex's face away, "I love for you to sleep." She rolled back on to her side. She pulled the covers over head. She held Alex's hands tightly sliding the hands under her pillow. "I love you too."
Alex jumped out of her embrace with Olivia as she saw the sunlight through the window. She saw that she overslept her alarm by an hour. She looked down at the sleeping Olivia to remember the previous night wasn't a dream. She wanted to sink back into her arms. She knew she was behind schedule. She jumped out of bed to take one of her quickest showers she's ever had.
Alex walked out of the shower in a towel to see Olivia still asleep. She sat on the naked Olivia. She flung her wet hair down as she gave Olivia a kiss. "Why good morning." Olivia greeted.
"Good morning." Alex smiled sitting up straight and loved the feeling of Olivia between her legs.
"So you finally got some sleep?" Olivia held Alex's hands.
"Yes. I did." Alex nodded, kissing Olivia's hands, "So… How are you feeling?"
"Exhausted?"
"I didn't know you could get exhausted." Alex bit her lip.
Olivia traced her finger on Alex's cheek, "Well an elite athlete might have more stamina than me." They stared into each other's eyes, "Waking up this morning you here. I've never been happier."
"Really?"
"Yeah," Olivia admired the view she's looking up at. "And how are you feeling?"
Alex smiled at Olivia, "I'm feeling…"
"Alexandra Cabot, you're late." Liz comes rushing into the room.
"The real world calls," Olivia smiled at Alex.
"Why aren't you dressed?" Liz asked, grabbing Alex's things together.
Alex got off of Olivia to start getting dressed, "I'm sorry my alarm didn't go off and you didn't call me."
"No you don't get to put the blame on me. Maybe if you didn't leave your belongings with me and left the event to clearly have have sex. That's not very professional is it?" She looked over to Olivia who was crawling out of bed and put on her oversized shirt.
Alex stood in front of Liz with her bra and underwear on. "Liz," Alex held her coach's hands, "Breathe give me five minutes, and we'll make it in time for practice. Besides, the men are first." Alex kissed Liz's cheek as she continued to get ready.
"Why do you live to give me panic attacks?" She looked around the room.
"You stress too much. I have never let you down have I?" Alex always strives for Liz's approval.
Alex walked into the locker room with a messy bun, and she was holding a big cup of coffee. "Cabot." Russo saw her as she stood next to her as they picked out their day locker, "You look terrible."
"Yeah." Alex prevented herself from smiling, "It was a long night."
"Yeah, I saw you never return back." She looked at Alex with concern.
Alex sat down on the bench to talk to her biggest rival. "Well my mind was preoccupied."
"Preoccupied enough for me to kick your ass?" Jessica smirked.
Alex looked at the brown eyed girl. "I have never lost to you before and I don't intend to start now."
"I'm sorry I do believe I beat you at nationals four years ago." Jessica stated, "Don't forget that I went to the Olympics."
"Thank you." Alex sighed out.
"For what?" Jessica was confused about the thanks.
"Knowing how clear my head is today knowing that you will always be below me on the podium." Alex stood up to grab her things. "I have to get ready."
Alex managed to finish getting ready. She put her hair in a proper bun and hair accessories. She did her make-up to cover up her bag under her eyes. She put on her red costume. Her skirt hung diagonally three rows of rhinestones on her hip. Rhinestones went up her spine to wrap around her neck. She had nude fabric cover her back and her shoulders creating a halter look on the bodice.
Alex went out to warm ups. She stayed zoned into her own bubble. She was tired and happy nothing could stop Alex's mind set. She was able to see Olivia in her seat in the crowd which gave her an extra bolt of energy that she needed. She got off the ice to be next Liz as she waited her turn. She continued to stretch out her legs and feet.
Liz saw Alex make a face with her ankle, "How's your ankle?"
"It's fine." Alex shook off the agitation. "I'm sorry, I had a late start today." Alex looked at Liz changing the subject.
"You are here and you are ready. Next time, inform me when you leave an event." Liz stood in the waiting area watching Alex keeping her muscles warm, "Was it worth it?"
Alex smiled from ear to ear, "Yeah it was."
Liz heard Jessica's name turn for the ice. They made their way to the ice. Liz watched Jessica skate her almost clean program. "Okay." Liz commanded Alex's attention as she was about to step on the ice. "We just need you to skate a clean program, no surprises."
"Okay."
"Alex, look at me." Liz got Alex to look at her instead of the ice. "Please no surprises. Your program has enough points to have you win with a five point lead."
Alex nodded at the reasonable request. "Got it." She took off her jacket and handed it to Liz.
The announcer called out, Representing United States of America Alexandra Cabot. Alex skated out in the middle of the rink. She spotted Olivia in the crowd which gave her the smile she needed. Her song choice was Michael Buble Feeling Good. It was a slow start with her program. Her first jump was with the first sound of the bass. Her ankle rolled on the landing causing her to fall. She did her best to hide her upset facial expressions, as she shook off the fall to continue to skate a perfect program. Her footwork was a perfect out of body experience as she thought about Olivia with the words of the song. She managed to add the fallen jump back into the second half of her program to get her bonus points. Her last jump combination like in practice, she landed the axel perfectly but leaned forward on the other jump. Her stomach was tied in knots as she had thirty seconds left of her program and two spin combinations to finish.
She smiled and bowed at the end of her program. She quickly skated off the ice to meet up with Liz to head over to the kiss and cry.
"Are you okay?" Liz looked at her skater who wasn't okay.
Alex held Liz's hand as they walked over to receive her score. "Yeah." Alex was trying to brush off.
Alex kept the score she wanted to keep. She was on top of the podium once again to see Jessica get her silver medal. She talked to a couple of news anchors about how it felt to win, and being ready for nationals. They asked about her being an Olympic contender and how she would feel about Jessica being her teammate to the Olympics. She of course smiled big and saying having Jessica as a teammate would be the greatest honor to have her by her side.
The day wouldn't stop dragging on all Alex wanted to do was to take off her skates. Abbie was able to get Olivia into the locker room. Olivia gave Alex a big hug, "Congrats, how's your ankle?" Alex let her tears escape as she has been in pain in her ankle since the fall. Alex shook her head. She fought really hard to take off her boots to reveal her swollen foot. "When did this happen?"
"The first fall." Alex confessed.
"I'm getting Liz." Olivia picked up her phone to call the coach.
"You skated like this, are you crazy?" Abbie looked at her friend.
"What was I going to do, skate off the ice in the middle of my program. I won, did I?" Alex snapped at her friend.
"Yeah, you won, but who's to say you are going to the grand prix now." Abbie is always the one who tells everyone what they need to hear.
"I know." Alex sighed out seeing the reality of everything.
Liz came in to examine the ankle. "Why did you lie when I asked you both times?" Liz looked at Alex completely disappointed in her student.
"Because I was fine when I stepped on the ice and it's not like I could have acted if something was wrong when I got off the ice." Alex felt like her hands were tied.
"Well." Liz stood up to look at all three of them, "Hotel ice and heat until it's time to leave and we're going to the doctors when we get back." Liz shook her head knowing they should have listened to the doctors in the first place.
Alex's heart was racing as she knows what the doctors are going to say. She took a deep breath as she stood up. Olivia and Abbie walked Alex back to their room.
