Knowing someone was watching you and your brother, at first was very creepy. But slowly, it just became annoying.

At the beginning of the summer after I finished my 3rd year at Hogwarts, the feeling of people watching us at our own house was disturbing. Very disturbing. Them watching where you went, what you did, people that you didn't even know trying (and failing) to act inconspicuous as they hid in the bushes of the neighbors house. Or when they followed you when grocery shopping. Yeah, creepy. Even knowing they were all people that worked with Dumbledore was not reassuring in the least. Eventually the creepy feeling just left, and it just got annoying.

"Can they just, I don't know, leave us alone for 5 minutes. I mean honestly Harry, I wouldn't be surprised if they stationed someone in our room to watch us sleep."

"Ok you know they don't do that. And they can't leave us alone here Brie."

"Well technically they could, they just don't want to. Probably want to get a good look at your ugly mug." Out of the corner of my eye I can see Harry glare at me.

"Or they just want to get a good look at you when you wake up with that rat nest of thing you call hair. You know, blackmail material."

I softly snort, "You shouldn't be talking. I mean you have hair everywhere. Did you even brush it this morning?" I read over to try to rustle his hair, but he pushes away my hand before I get the chance to. "I mean honestly it's like a living beast. It probably needs a name or something."

"No! No, it definitely does no-"

"Ozzy. I have dubbed your hair Ozzy."

"Brie wha-"

"Nope you can't change my mind that mop on your hair is now Ozzy."

"How did this conversation even turn into my hair? We were talking about yours."

"Which, by the way, is much easier tammed than yours"

"Freaking Slytherin."

"Stupid Gryffindor." I snark back. We share a soft smile at the familiar banter as we enter the playground and take residence on the swing set.

As we sat on the swings and gently swung I looked back over at my older brother.

His hair, crazy and messy as always, although tammer then when we were smaller. His eyes were a little brighter then they were this morning. His cheeks sunken from this summer's round of Dursley treatment. Although his figure was still a little filled out from the visit we get every two weeks from Minnie.

His new plaid shirt bought from the summerly shopping sessions with Minnie matched with a new pair of blue jeans hung off of his frame slightly. In all honesty, compared to the beginning of the summer, he looked terrible.

But...I guess I looked the same way.

A slightly too big green t-shirt began to hang off of my body a way it did not in the beginning of the summer, in contrast to the fitting blue jeans I was wearing.

My dark auburn hair was pulled back into two neat french braids that hung down my back away from my face. My eyes, like my brothers with the only difference of the hazel ring around the pupil, didn't shine as brightly as last summer.

"We should have brought our jumpers with us." I say softly as darker clouds grew overhead and the breeze grew slightly colder.

"Yeah, probably." Harry agreed easily as he rubbed his arms to try to rid himself of goosebumps.

"Did you do your meditation today?" He huffed.

"No not yet. I was going to do it before bed."

"Okay. If you want to get your transformation by the end of the summer you'll need to make sure you do it. And also it will help with Occ-"

"I know Brie. I know." Harry said with a small smile on his face. Both content as they just swung and watched the clouds drift across the sky.

"Hey Freaks! What are you doing?" Looking over I can clearly see the walrus of my cousin with his gang of followers behind him.

"You know Jamie." My voice barely above a whisper, "Have you noticed he's like Malfoy, only the size switched. Duds fat and his goons are sticks."

Out of the corner of my eye I can see Harry's shoulders shaking with barely controlled laughter.

Dudley continued to move his blubber of a mouth, but I just tuned him out.

Unfortunately, Harry did not.

"Do not say that again."

"What Potter. Miss you boyfriend. What was his name, oh yeah, Cedric." Him and his goons fell into bits of laughter, but Dudley stopped suddenly when a slim piece of Holly wood was pointed in his face. Moving quickly off the swing I stood next to Dudley and Harry.

"Harry, if you're going to get a warning for using magic again don't use it on him. It's better to use it on something other than this prick." Harry took a glance at me and then looked back at Dudley. Nodding slightly he lowers his wand. Dudley noticing his goons all in fits of laughter joins them, with forced ones, but ones nonetheless.

"And Dudley." I say suddenly. He turns to look at me. Fear in his blue eyes. "If you piss us off again. I would just like to give you a warning." I lean closer to Dudley and lower my voice so the other don't hear. But by the winding of his eyes and the drop of sweat that brews on his forehead, I could tell he heard it all. "I don't need my wand for magic."

Leaning away from the pig I moved closer to Harry just as he started speaking to me. "The weather is getting worse. We should head back." I nod and we start walking back to #4. As we were walking I could tell the other had the same idea. Slowly they all started trickling back into their homes. And it was just Dudley, Harry and I left.

As we headed under the tunnel that is in our path back to the house a cold swept over the 3 of us. Along with this cold brings the feeling of sadness and dread. Realizing what exactly this feeling is I stop dead in my tracks and look at Harry.

"Dementors."

Although whispered, his eyes widen and he takes his wand out, pointed to the floor.

"What are you guys doing?"

"What?" I said looking at Dudley, who was in no better shape than us. His normally red and plump cheeks are pale as a sheet and his hands are shaking.

"You're doing this. Yo-you better stop."

"We're not doing this." Harry says. "It's a dementor." He continues. "Why." He swallows thickly. "What is it doing in the middle of muggle London?"

I look at him and say, "Isn't it obvious?" He looks at men fearfully and shakes his head. "You." I breathe.

His eyes widen and he snaps at Dudley to get behind us. Moving his body as fast as possible, Dudley waddles over behind us.

"Harry." Harry glances over at me, "Dont do anything stupid." A strained smaller appears on his face as his eyes search frantically for dementors.

"Are you sure Brie, because as a Slytherin you pretty much took all the stupid with you."

"And as a Gryffindor it was promised."

"You guys are insane." Dudley mutters softly behind us.

"Aww Dud." I coo sarcastically, "I think that was the nicest thing that you ever said to us." Just as I finish, two cloaked skeletal forms glide into the tunnel we are in. One from each side.

"Harry…we probably should have left the tunnel." His eyes fixed one end of the tunnel with a dementor and wand pointed up he answered, "You know, you're probably right Brie."

Gathering my magic I feel it flow through me as I step in front of Dudley. Lifting my hand up and swirling them in an intricate pattern I say with power, ExpectoPatronum, a small fox glides out of the space between my hands and runs after the dementor on the side of my tunnel.

Turning around to deal with the other dementor, I can see a light of blue and a stag jumping out the end of Harry's wand on the way to fight the dementor. As the fox and stag chase both of the dementors away I turn sharply to Harry.

"I thought you said you would do nothing stupid."

"I-I-" He swallowed thickly. "I didn't know you could do a patronus wandlessly yet." His eyes wide and takes a glance at his wand and then looks at me.

"Well." He said a moment later. "Was this a better way to get my warning about underage magic?"

I turn to him sharply, about to speak when a voice calls us from the other side of the tunnel.
