I cursed as the car came to a sudden stop, and I quickly exited the car, before falling to my knees and proceeding to empty my stomach for the sixth time within the last four hours.

"I warned you not to eat there." Castiel muttered.

"Shut it before I send your ass away." I muttered weakly, as Dean and Sam helped me get to my feet.

"I'll just come back." He deadpanned.

"Not if I explode you like a water balloon first." I growled back as I took a step towards him and he raised his hands in surrender.

"Hey, calm down." Dean said, looking at me with concern.

"What's wrong? I mean Dean and I ate there too, why are we not sick too?" Sam asked as he helped me into the passenger's seat, before climbing into the back, and he climbed into the backseat next to Castiel.

"No, I need to go in the back. This is making me — oh! stop the car. Dean, stop the car!" I groaned covering my mouth again as my stomach churned.

Dean frowned, before moving to the shoulder of the road.

I got out before running a few feet and dropping to my knees, before emptying my stomach near some shrubs.

"What in the hell?" I heard someone say before they approached me.

"What's wrong with her?"

"She's enceinte." Castiel said, as a-matter-of-factly.

"She's pregnant?!" Dean gasped, rushing over to me.

"What? Dean, didn't you use protection that night?" Sam asked, wide-eyed.

"No, and it wouldn't have worked either way." Castiel muttered, turning away.

What. In. The . World?Damn it, Castiel. Why can't you ever give me some privacy?

"Shut him up before I do it for him. I mean it, Dean." I growled, weakly.

"Easy, sweetheart. Sammy, that's enough." He said, with narrowed eyes as he helped me up.

"Isn't it a bit too early to tell though? I mean, they had sex literally five days ago. Wouldn't it be too early to tell if this were the case?" Sam asked, concerned, as he ignored Dean.

"An angel's anatomy is a bit more different from that of a human one. Well, the inside anyway. Nothing in us happens without our Father permitting it to happen." Castiel explained.

Oh no. If he could hear it, so would the other bastards.

"How can you be sure it's a pregnancy and not food poisoning?" I asked to wipe my mouth with the back of my hand as Sam handed me a bottle to rinse my mouth out.

"Because I can feel and see it, a small ball of light and power has attached itself to you." Castiel explained.

"So, it's official, we are going to have a baby?" Dean asked, turning to look at me wide-eyed, as a smile slowly pulled on his face.

"Congratulations, Daddy." Sam deadpanned to Dean, with an eye roll.

I rolled my eyes and reached over to flick Sam on the forehead, watching as he fell to the ground on a heap.

"Sam? Sammy? What the hell, Lailah? Is he ok?" Dean asked, concerned as he helped me back into the passenger's side, before he walked over to the driver's side before he pulled away from the side of the road.

I watch Castiel sigh before picking him up like a sack of potatoes, and throwing him into his shoulder. Throwing him in the backseat carelessly, and closing the door and getting into the car.

"Relax, he is fine, asleep. We need to find somewhere to sleep." I muttered, closing my eyes as I leaned over and put my head on his shoulder.

"Got it. I'll pull up at the next stop I see." Dean muttered, shaking his head as his eyes flickered to Sam through the rear view mirror.
